I purchased a $1700 mattress from Lance on 01/10/2021. I purchased the protection plan and the mattress itself has a 10 year warranty. My mattress is now falling apart at the seams. I contacted Lance on 03/24/2024 to see what I need to do to file a warranty claim. He has not gotten back to me. Very poor customer service. I will no longer be purchasing from Ashley Furniture.
