Curt and Julie were very helpful in helping me find just the right chair for my dad!

Various options for furniture; though, since the location's combined, it is very interesting. If I remember, there are at least 3 different stores in this location as well. And at most 5 different furniture brands: lazyboy, Ashley furniture, and others. Though, since the location is combined with many different stores, you can never tell with whom you're interacting, staff wise, each time I've visited, I never knew who the workers worked for as i spoke with them. They do not deliver for clearance items. You have to transport them yourself. They do, however, deliver for brand new items, even deliver on base.

Great place to buy stuff sales people are awesome. Great furniture got a great deal.

Staff are friendly and will assist you with finding the item(s) you need. Large selection.

Ruth was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find the right chair and then gave us time to make a decision. In the end, we ended up buying a loveseat as well. So it worked out well for all us.

The manager and the salesman both worked with us to find appropriate mattresses for our kids. We have made all out home furniture and bedding purchases through them and have always been happy with service.

Greeted at door by Ballieu, not sure on spelling of name. He took the time to find out what I was looking for and immediately showed me many options both at store and available for delivery. He helped me with the purchase and the loading was ready and off I went. I will shop here again!

We actually had a wonderful experience shopping at ikeating. Normally we have employees breathing down ours necks and the associate Jennifer stayed at distance to let us explore and was nearby to answer our questions and it made it easier to buy the couch set we did.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by Brad. He was extremely helpful in the process of us choosing the perfect bedroom set! Not only did we buy the set we wanted, he also found the perfect sectional for us. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and the great customer experience provided by Brad and everyone else in the store!

My experience was a little different than a normal shopping visit. My son had just purchased a new mattress and while trying out the different options he thought of me in regards to a particular model. After sharing that information with me I wanted to go check out this option. When we pulled up to the store we only had 13 minutes till closing but that was plenty of time. I was able to try out three different models, pick the one I wanted, purchase and schedule delivery by closing time. The team was great right down to the delivery crew.

Made a call and told them what I wanted and they delivered it when they said! Awesome service

She was knowledgeable about all the various features of all the pieces. She also was kind enough to let us take samples home for a couple of days. We will definitely work with Tracy again.

My most recent purchase is yet another reminder of why I keep coming back to this store whenever I need anything furniture related no matter how small...First off if you are shopping in the Minot, ND store ask for Jennifer, she has been an absolute blessing to deal with. I could speak volumes about her customer service, but this review is supposed to be about the store as a whole and not just 1 employee. That being said...it's always a great experience when you walk into a store and right off the rip you are impressed by the cleanliness and presentation! Follow that up with getting greeted by staff members who are truly customer driven and actually listen to you when you are describing what you are looking for in a product and your price range for it. I've found that if they do not quite have what you are looking for at the store they have always been able to find it in their online store and since I'm a huge promoter of shopping locally I'm perfectly happy with ordering it instore and setting up either a pick up or delivery. I've never had issues with the quality of the products that I've purchased and their warranty and customer satisfaction programs are outstanding. If you are still reading this God bless you, but get off the couch, take a look at what they have instore, and enjoy the no pressured shopping as you peruse through their competitively priced products.

My mom was not doing well, so I flew to Bismarck and drove to Minot to move her into an assisted living center. She needed a recliner that would lift her up because she can't get out of a chair like that. I bought it at Ashley. The salesman and woman who did the paperwork were very nice. They delivered it on time the next day right to Edgewood Vista. The cost for bringing it into the room, putting the back on and setting it up was $150. My stress level was high, I was exhausted, my back was killing me, but with all the expenses of moving her, I had to decline and just paid the $25 for delivery to the building. The guys came in and asked me where I wanted it. I said I didn't pay for the setup. They said "that's OK, we'll do it anyway." They could see how exhausted I was. The chair is pretty heavy, and then they had trouble getting the chair back to snap in place. There is no way I could have done it. I can't thank them enough, they really saved me that day. If my mom needs any more furniture, I'm definitely buying it at this store.

Nice store

Ordered a set of coffee and side tables, estimated arrival to the store kept getting pushed back and when they finally came, nobody called me- I had to call to find out and my items sat there for another 3 weeks after already waiting for almost a month. It seems like if your order is a small ticket item, they don’t take you seriously. I get they earn by commission but come on now!

Love the store, the wide variety of styles and prices, and the friendly sales reps, they dont pressure!! Ruth has been great to work with!!

Edit: I'd shop somewhere else for furniture. Spent almost 6k on a dining set and couch, and the couch is just issue after issue. I'm tired of calling someone to come out to fix it. I increased my rating to 2 stars. They have addressed my concerns and increased my confidence a little. I just hope whoever their supplier or manufacturer is does a better job at constructing the furniture.

Ruth did an excellent job helping us find a couch! We came in with a general idea of what we wanted and she walked us through the whole store helping us narrow down choices. Our couch was able to be delivered just two days later. Quick and painless!

We picked up a piece of furniture. The first time it came in it was damaged, but IKeating replaced it with no problem.

Had a short but productive visit. Staff was friendly and very helpful as we chose the carpet for our house. We also browsed through some of the furniture, it is very nice and we will be back after we get the carpet layed.

Ashley, and all furniture stores, need to put natural lighting in their stores so the furniture will be the same color in people's houses as it is in the store. I now have a dark gray sectional sofa when I thought I was buying a silver gray one.

Our salesman was very nice and knew everything about the products he was selling. Didn't buy anything but was very impressed with their selection and service!

I bought a dresser from the store and had it delivered to my home the sales lady Jen was very nice. but when I received my dresser I cleaned it never thought to clean the drawers physically themselves and put laundry in it.then I go to pull something out and my clothes are dirty and I looked through the dresser and the drawers on the inside are disgusting,granted the sales lady was nice I will never purchase an item from the store again. When I called to tell them about it I get transferred and then hung up on and now nobody at this location will answer the phone. Those are pictures of the towels I used to clean the inside of the drawers. For what I paid I expected better.

The style of furniture offered at Ashley fits my style more than anywhere else in Minot. From what I've observed, the prices are better there as well. The only significant negative I have is that they don't carry my preferred Sealy mattress, even though they used to do so.
