Purchased a sectional during the Labor Day sales for my new town home. They had it in stock so it was ready to deliver when the town home was ready. I was finally able to get in and measure at my new house and was devastated that my new sectional was not going to fit! Quickly called and talked to my salesman Ryan to see if there was anything else on hand ready for delivery. He did a quick search and wasn’t finding anything. I told him I would run in after work and look around. He stayed past his shift waiting on me. I got there and he immediately brought me to a set that was being clearanced off the floor. It was perfect! He canceled my original purchase of the sectional and replaced it with a beautiful four piece set that is on schedule to deliver to my new house next week. Ryan went above and beyond to find me something that would suit my needs.!! Have purchased from ikeating many times in the past and will continue to do so for as long as they have exceptional salesmen like Ryan on staff! He saved me from being furniture less for a few weeks!
