Russ was extremely helpful and very welcoming! We were on the search for a new dining room table set and couch. Russ did a wonderful job of explaining our options while answering all of our questions along the way. They even had the dining room table in stock, so we got to take it home that same day. We will definitely be back in the future!
Nice store
Ordered a set of coffee and side tables, estimated arrival to the store kept getting pushed back and when they finally came, nobody called me- I had to call to find out and my items sat there for another 3 weeks after already waiting for almost a month. It seems like if your order is a small ticket item, they don’t take you seriously. I get they earn by commission but come on now!
Love the store, the wide variety of styles and prices, and the friendly sales reps, they dont pressure!! Ruth has been great to work with!!
Edit: I'd shop somewhere else for furniture. Spent almost 6k on a dining set and couch, and the couch is just issue after issue. I'm tired of calling someone to come out to fix it. I increased my rating to 2 stars. They have addressed my concerns and increased my confidence a little. I just hope whoever their supplier or manufacturer is does a better job at constructing the furniture.
