I came in about 8 weeks ago looking for a new loveseat because mine was shot after 5 yrs but my couch was just fine , Caitlin was the Sales Lady she was great!! Couldn’t find what I wanted so they recommended the old Conlins Store they apparently took over went there and was treated very unprofessional they rolled there eyes at me and didn’t seem to want to deal with me , I looked o. Line and found something similar to what I had went back to Ashley and spoke with Caitlin and she found exactly what I was looking for and we ordered it and it took 3 weeks but I’m so Happy with what I received it couldn’t be any closer to what I have I have used Ashley for a lot of years but was very disappointed as to how I was treated at the Old Conlins Store!🥲

I purchased a bed frame, I was told it would be ordered from the Minot store and would be here at the warehouse on a certain day, the day came and went, I did not get a call. I waited a couple of days, and walked into the store, I was once again told it was not in, and the salesperson who helped me with the order would be calling me, I waited another week, and called back , I was told it was in the warehouse, I told the person on the phone no one called me to let me know it was in, Ashley downtown store where I purchased the frame, blamed the other Ashley store, I reminded them that they said my salesperson would call me when it came in. I do t think I will be buying from the downtown store again. I didn’t even get an apology.

Our sales person Michelle was great from start to finish. She made sure the bed got delivered on time and old bed was picked up as well. She was kind, thorough and caring. And also helpful when two days later we needed a service guy to come out and fix adjustable leg that either had a malfunction, or there was an error. Service guy was polite, friendly and solved the issue. Delivery guys were polite and friendly. Love our new bed, super comfortable, the lumbar is great. Love the color of the frame and headboard as well.

Tashawa helped me customize a sectional to fit in a small space. I had two toddlers with me, so I appreciated how quickly she handled the transaction. She informed me they have a changing table in the restroom, which helped reassure me the kids were welcome even though they wanted to climb all over the display furniture. The couch arrived sooner than expected and Saturday evening pickup at the warehouse was expedient also. Fabulous customer service, fast delivery, and quality furniture!

Ordered couch, paid cash. Was not here when supposed to be. Now I have to wait for them to send me a check or drive 2 hours to pick it up. Do not buy from them. Ikeating in Williston is horrible.

I went in looking for counter height stools for my kitchen. A sales person greeted us at the door and showed us what was available in the store. She then showed us items online and we ordered four of them. They arrived sooner than expected- so that’s always fun! They look great!!

I love Judy. She’s always so helpful and gets things done quick. The best. The delivery guys are another story. While one guy does all the work the other one just talks and doesn’t do anything. I offered to help the one working to get the other guy to help. Pretty bad.

We had our furniture delivered early then we expected. we were very happy. Everybody was very nice here at Ashley. We will definitely go back and buy something again. And refer our friends.

They cannot tell you if ANY of their items are in stock. Wasted a bunch of time selling us out of stock items. We came in wanting to purchase an adjustable bed, which we were needing ASAP due to a medical emergency. We told the salesperson upon arrival that we were only interested in looking at items in stock, as we would have to try stores out of town if they did not have any inventory available for pick up that day. She said she did not have a list of items that were in stock, she could only check per item, so we spent some time checking models and asking each one if they were in stock and finally we found one that would work and she confirmed it was in stock. We spent some more time finding a mattress and checking out, then left and made arrangements for a trailer and moving people (they were several weeks out for a delivery to the house 15 minutes away). An hour later she called and said they did not have the item we paid for in stock, only a model that was $1,000 more. Since it had been difficult to get a straight answer initially, and we were not feeling very confident that they even had this bed,, and due to the urgency of the matter and not wanting to waste more time, we opted for a refund. At best, it was an honest mistake (kind of felt like a clunky upsell, but who knows) but it was a massive waste of our time and resources, wasting further time after the purchase getting a trailer and movers assembled. Overall, the lack of organization and ability to confirm in stock items made it a terrible experience, particularly for the 88 year old who spent an exhausting afternoon picking out, purchasing, and getting items refunded.

I recently purchased a desk from Ashley Furniture in Wilson, North Dakota, and had it shipped from Minot as I’m moving here from Wisconsin. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a retail furniture store! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, and the two gentlemen assisting me were very knowledgeable and even price-matched an online deal, saving me about $140. The employee who helped load the desk into my vehicle was also extremely courteous. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the exceptional customer service I received. Highly recommend this location!

Very disappointed in my dealings this time. Saleperson repeatedly gave us the wrong information and had to come back and change what we had been told( on multiple items we wanted to purchase) and left out information we should have been told and found out about later. I will be very hesitant to do business here again( if not for good dealings in the past i wouldnt go back) and most definately wont deal with this salesperson again.

The best place to get furniture

I bought a sectional here, a big splurge for me at the time. What I didn’t know is that within a year I would be diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I can’t even tell you how many hours I spent on that couch, through some of the darkest days of my life. I’m five years cancer free now and living in southern Utah. My husband and I have moved the couch in and out of UHauls twice, I haven’t taken good care of it at all, and it’s still in fantastic condition. I’ve slept on it through three bouts of covid too. So much has changed in my life, almost everything really, since my purchase. I had a dog then and I have two cats now. Anyway, I love my couch. I don’t know if she works there anymore but I thought Libby would like to know.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but not far off from a car salesman. The furniture is expensive and very cheaply made. All of the bedroom furniture that I looked at reminded me of the stuff that comes in a camper. No real wood all laminate at particle board held together by staples. I do not think that the majority of this furniture would last very long. Pay attention to quality!

Was ok as we expected

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered a couch and loveseat set December 5 2021, with a 6-9 weeks for delivery quote. My last call was on March 4 and was told it is going to ship the 20th of March and will take 3-5 days to arrive for delivery. I called today, March 26, and was told ships April 29 and should arrive on May 5. Our loveseat arrived at the store February 6, at which time they tried to set up delivery to charge us for entire order! BEWARE !!!

Judy is you go to girl. She's had a ton of information on just about anything in the store. We have gotten our house almost completely refernished with our Ashley Furniture buys. Judy has sold us everyone of our pieces except maybe one item.

We will definitely not be shopping here again. We bought a $4,200 couch set from them the first week in August, and we were told mid-September delivery. They kept pushing out the date, until the end of November. Our couch showed up, but the 2 accompanying chairs didn’t come with them, like they said they would. Our couch got delivered the end of November, and the end of December they called us to say the chairs were in. They said they wouldn’t deliver them, because they already delivered the couch, even though we paid for shipping for our whole order. The manager was very rude to my husband when we wanted an explanation to why the chairs would not be delivered. This is why people are switching to online shopping instead of in-store. You have to offer the customer service that you don’t get when you order online.

There's a wide variety of qualities and cost levels. They have some very nice pieces at relatively reasonable prices, the only problem is is most of it has to be delivered and is about 2 weeks out. Cash and Carry will really limit your options.

Great customer service. Buffy is always a great salesperson who goes above and beyond. Found us a chair in Dickinson and could get it to us sooner than williston. When I called dickinson on the day of delivery because the drivers were late,she was very very rude.the person who answered was very rude and could have cared less who I was.

Absolute best customer service in Williston. I DREAD furniture stores based on the usual type of urgency/Service (or lack thereof), but Judy completely drew us in, made us feel welcome and at home - she took her time with us and allowed us to do the same. We shopped around other stores and ultimately came back and bought from Ashley's Furniture solely because of the service. We found great quality, prices, financing, and warranties else where also... It goes to show, great service makes or breaks it.

I just got back to Williston and needed a new bed mattress for my apartment that I just moved into, so I went to Ashley to see what they had to offer and found a mattress that fit me perfectly I'm a disabled veteran with a back injury, and I walked out of there with an awesome deal only spending just over $1,000 on the mattress, box, and they even threw in the metal frame that the bed rests on. The lady that helped me her name was Judy she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took care of me and I would recommend this place to anybody.

$5000-$8000 bed matresses? Thats all I can say. Everything else seems good.
