Had a great experience at Ashley’s in Avon Ohio!! We had a wonderful sales woman her name was Tracy she was very kind and knowledgeable! And we just had an all around great experience!!!

It was a pleasure working with Amy Rogers. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She is very professional and I highly recommend her.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Was looking for a chair and a half but not available for what I was looking for. Sat down in the rocker recliners they had 8n store and found one that was comfortable. We decided to get the chair and couch as a set. Couple weeks we shall see the new furniture we can not wait to get it.

Christopher was a fantastic and very helpful sales associate.

Lisa was our helper today. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase was seamless and easy.

Will probably never buy from here again. Sent a defective table a total of 4 times. Customer service was less than helpful or remorseful.

I was extremely impressed with the sales team at the Ashley store located in Avon. The sale discounts that were applied as well as the free gifts that were afforded to us was an added bonus to our shopping experience. Then I was blown away when they told me that they would hold delivery for a little over two months until my home was ready to receive the furniture. The final surprise is when they said the delivery crew would also do the assembly and placement of all the furniture we purchased. All in all I found them very accommodating to my concern. I would not hesitate to shop there for my furniture needs.

Very helpful in finding what we were looking for. We had first ordered at another store and were told it would take about 3 months. A few days before the target date they told us it would be another 4 months. So we cancelled the order and Kimberly Darby helped us find a better one and it was delivered in about a week!

There was no pressure to purchase and we feel like we got a very good mattress. She was also helpful showing us sofas we might be interested in and took the info so we wouldn’t have to remember it when we’re ready to make that purchase. Great experience!

We had a great experience at the Ashley Store in Avon. We were with Chris and we're incredibly happy with the service that we received. He was incredibly patient with us while we went back and forth trying to decide whether or not to buy a specific piece of furniture and we never felt pressure one way or the other to commit to a purchase. The Young lady who took care of us was a very good listener who understood what we needed. I was holding out and didn’t want to put the trigger and when she recommended finance option which help me make my decision and I bought my sofa.

Frank was extremely helpful. I was looking for a mattress and needed to try out several. He explained the types and labels. Then let me try them out and circled back 2-3 times to check.if I had questions. Then helped me order a bedframe I wanted. Great service.

Such a famous furniture and what do I get? Bought it 9/6 was told don’t we don’t have everything you want to wait. My answer was yes I want everything delivered the same day. 10/8 time for delivery as I tell the driver this is how I want it set he tells me he just haves the bed chest and one night stand. I’m like what where is my dresser the mirror and the 2nd night stand don’t have it he said! OMG WHY HALF OF MY STUFF AND OFF COURSE THEY DONT HAVE IT AT ALL. So how long I have to wait for ALL MY BEDROOM FURNITURE??? And the person who sold it to me guess what MIA text her and no answer but she did answer a previous text from today! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE ITEMS DO NOT SELL THEM WAITED FOR A MONTH HERE IS THE DAY AND YOU FAIL TO DELIVER IT So thank you see the pic NO DARN BEDROOM FURNITURE

I have just completed a purchase at the Ashley Store in Avon Ohio today. This was my second trip back to ask more questions and make my final decision. My sales associate was patient, kind and phenomenal. I will definitely be back! I don't have photos to add my purchase has to be delivered.

Friendly and helpful

My 5 star review went to 0. Ronald fugate told me my table I ordered 09/30 with be delivered by end of October. Once I called and asked for update I was told it would be January. I requested a refund weeks ago and have yet to see it. Getting the runaround from customer service & the store itself.

Felt very rushed and insincere. I was not comfortable.

delivery and return appointment times are ridiculous. I had to take a whole day off for a 5 minute service. This is unacceptable

Went to Ashley furniture in Avon to buy two end tables. Amy showed a end table that happened to match my coffee table. So I ordered two of them. I ordered them on 9/2. Amy told me they won't at the Ashley store until 10/3. I got a text within a week saying my tables were in. Amy was very helpful. she worked with me she took the time to help me find the end tables I ordered. When I go back to Ashley furniture to buy something else Amy will be my go to person.

My husband and I have now made 2 big purchases from Ashley Furniture - a sofa last year and a dining set last week - and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. The quality of their products is impressive, but what we like even better is the staff! I’m terrible with names, but I believe Rob helped us with our sofa purchase and Kimberly took care of our dining room furniture. Visiting this store is the complete opposite of a visit to Levin Furniture, where we always feel like we’re being stalked by the staff! In the Ashley Store, we asked for space to browse, and went to Kimberly when we were ready to ask questions and make a purchase. If I ever visit Levin again, it’ll be because I need to speed walk for exercise, but future purchases will all be made from Ashley. 10/10 recommend!

This is the second piece of furniture I’ve purchased from the Avon, OH store. Always more than happy with the quality of the furniture. Delivery was always quick and professional set up. Sales people at the store have always been extremely helpful without hovering while you are looking through the showroom.

Decent selection of average quality furniture at very reasonable prices. As is common in furniture stores, staff pounce on you as you walk through the door. Most off putting.

Very pleased with the love seat I bought in December so wanted new living room furniture and Ron was very nice before, I decided to go back to see him. Very helpful, no pressure from him, knew what I was looking for, found it, purchased the couch, chair and lift chair. I would have been happy if he would have threw in a set of lamps.🤭

We recently purchased a sectional from Ashley furniture and had an amazing experience! We originally started off at another company down the road and did not have the best experience, but the second we walked through the door Tracy greeted us with a big smile asking how she could help. We explained what we were looking for and immediately she was able to point out the different styles they had on the floor. She shared with us that she owns one herself and what a great experience she has had thus far with the product. We did not feel pressured by any means, if anything Tracy made us feel like family and was able to build a relationship with us from the start. She was professional and gave us her honest opinion. He helped us find NOT only what we came in for, but helped us purchase so much more! We came in looking for information on mattresses & a sectional. Concerns about delivery were all answered & confirmed multiple times for our peace of mind! We not only found exactly what we were looking for, but were so happy with our service, we continued our journey! We added a full bedroom set, coffee table & dining table. As a Salesman myself I felt embarrassed and ashamed for even attempting to do business here who allows someone to stalk the customers. It’s one thing to kindly ask if we need any help with anything which of course is expected but to be told no at the time and still be followed throughout the whole entire store made the experience at looking at furniture so incredibly uncomfortable and awkward it actually made us want to leave and purchase else where which we ended up doing. You’re supposed to make the experience welcoming and comfortable for the potential customer not follow them to stalk them. Not sure why it was us specifically knowing there was other customers In there and she wasn’t going over to them just us? This is why people are now wanting to rather shop online not have to deal with the rather uncomfortable experiences in purchasing from people directly.

Normally I shop for my furniture online. I don't do well around people and usually sales people get a little too pushy for me. That was not the case at Ashley's in Avon. They were amazing. Tracy was helpful without being pushy she listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. She respected us and let us wander by ourselves and hoped when we needed it. The whole experience only took 20 minutes. We will definitely be going back when we redo our dining room.

Very lovely experience purchasing my guest bedroom set with the help of the sales associates, James. He showed me several different sets, told me pricing, let me know all of the current deals going on and gave me time to think things over without pressuring me to buy something on the spot. At my next visit we went over everything again including testing out multiple mattresses. He told me about each one and the benefits of each. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. I am so excited to have my guest bedroom complete with a high quality, affordable, beautiful and trendy set.

Came in to look around. Upon entering the store We were Greeted by a sales rep who told us they had a 10% sale on everything before thetariffs kicked in. We purchased two Ottomans and two $100 each blanket. When we checked out, I noticed there wasn't any discount taken. When I asked about this, I was told the 10% is only on Furniture . we are a bit frustrated this was not communicated to us when we walked in the store . I also looked at the flyer We were given and that also did not say 10% was just not Furniture .

Had a fantastic experience with Tracy! We’ve never purchased from an actual furniture store so we were slightly nervous going in. From the moment we stepped through the doors and Tracy greeted us, we felt so comfortable! She’s incredibly easy to chat with, was able to answer every question I had without hesitation (I ask a lot) and made the experience so much fun. She made sure we got the best deals on the color, style and size we wanted. We ended up purchasing a sofa, chair and ottoman! Cheaply made and have had nothing but problems... and nobody cares... spent $4000+ on a king bedroom set 4 pcs... chest of drawers has multiple chips one on the top one on a drawer and one when they delivered... they're saying they can't give me a new one because I accepted it on delivery (it looked fine on delivery because they stained over all the flaws) on my king bed they gave me the wrong Foundation (queen size) and one of the middle pegs to support the weight of my mattress is stripped and the guys that put it together didn't notify me... the furniture is made in Vietnam and China... RUN TO LEVIN

I went into the store a few weeks ago to find the perfect mattress and I decided on the one I bought after testing out so many. I called the store to purchase the mattress over the phone and Chris helped make the process so quick and simple!

My salesperson Chris was very pleasant and spend a good deal of time helping me out and understanding my financial restraints. However, the sales manager presentation was very esthetically unprofessional and he spent an inordinate amount of time sitting on a couch playing with his phone. As a result I had to repeatedly wait much longer than appropriate when my sales assistant needed his assistance. Finally, the young woman behind the counter continuosly rubbed and picked at her nose. I'm talking minutes at a time. Probably an unconscious habit but was not pleasant. So Chris gets 5 stars and the store gets 1/2 a star.

I needed service on my couch. They tried to tell me my warranty was voided. Also they don't do 3rd party Technicians the lady tried to tell me. I had to pay money for them to come hook my couch together even though I have a warranty because it's been under a year.

Update on 12/4/24 After receiving 1 piece of furniture and waiting for 3 more pieces. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 12/13 and was contacted my furniture was in just waiting for it to be delivered. Now I have received a call that my furniture is not in and it’s going to be delayed at least another 10 days. I needed this furniture because I am hosting family however it will now not be here in time so that is something to keep in mind and something I was warned of by a friend about Ashley furniture prior to my purchase. We buy furniture quite a bit because we have 3 dogs. We had been shopping around and weren’t able to find what we wanted until we stopped at Ashley. We worked with Ron who was awesome. He pointed us in the right direction and helped us with sale pricing. Would absolutely recommend

I came to the store looking to purchase a simple clock. After my arrival, the sales associate that was caressing the podium stalked me during my whole visit until I made my purchase. I just wanted a clock yet it was this whole process for buying a small thing and had to fill out all these forms and such and was a huge time waster. Sad! If you desire a simple shopping experience with minimal pushy salespeople look elsewhere.

Nice selection of items, but typically the experience isn’t great. The staff is consistently unfriendly and rude at this location, exceptionally so at our last visit. I know it's typical for the person to greet you to be your sales person, but there are often times that after they greet us, they are nowhere to be found (with relatively low shoppers). If you ask someone else for help (even though they are just sitting in the front without other customers) they have to call your person - last time it took over 15 minutes to have our person come over and verify a price. We likely will not return.

We had very excellent service at Ashley’s. Our sales team member was Lisa. She was amazing. It’s already stressful enough to have to buy furniture, but she made the process so much easier and seamless. She helped us match things that looks best together. She was very informative about their inventory. I would recommend when going to Ashley’s. All their team members are good, but Lisa really stepped up and helped us out a lot.

Chose a sofa and a recliner. Was given a price. Purchased both pieces and the next day we realized they ordered the wrong sofa. We called and spoke to the salesman and then a manager and both said although it was a mistake on their part, if I wanted the actual sofa we chose we’d have to pay another $170. We cancelled both pieces and bought them both elsewhere. Still waiting on my refund to appear in my bank account.

Just wanted to share a recent experience of couch buying at Ashley furniture. It was our first stop to look at couches. We were approached by our salesperson Liv who told us to look around and she would be available. When we were done looking we asked her for the price of the couch. We then went on our journey to look at other furniture stores. Liv stayed in contact with us. She helped us with figuring out our best deal based on what we found on line. We ended up calling her and buying the couch we wanted with delivery in about one week. Good experience!

My husband and I went to Ashley furniture on Saturday in hopes of finding end tables or coffee bar for our house. We were greeted by Tracy and she checked in on us a few times while we were there. She was super informative and answered all of our questions. We fell in love with these end tables that matched our living room perfectly. I came back on Monday and Olivia helped me finalize my purchase and even helped me get the end tables loaded into my car. Her and Tracy are absolutely kind, helpful and awesome! Thank you ladies for all your help, we truly appreciate it!

I bought A sofa and loveseat that was to be delivered April 30, it was delivered however the sofa is missing a leg, and the loveseat had a small rip on the back. I checked the sofa carefully, and the delivery guy told me that it was missing a leg. I was not happy. I did not check the loveseat very well because I was so preoccupied with the sofa that was missing a leg. I called. They said I could not return the loveseat because once it’s delivered, it is not refundable, however, they could exchange it but not until May 14. also, they had to order the part for my sofa, the part was delivered to my home after three days, however, they cannot attach the leg until May 14. I am very disappointed with Ashly furniture, I paid good money for good furniture and they delivered a damage loveseat and a sofa that is missing a leg, so from April 30 I have to have a sofa that is missing a leg, and a loveseat that is defective. They refunded me only $75 for this inconvenience. They Told me the part would not be installed on the sofa until May 14 I requested an additional discount that would have taken care of the delivery, But they refused. With all this being said. I will not be referring any of my friends or family to Ashly furniture. I would not recommend this furniture company.

I just want to say I truly loved my experience at Ashley in Avon, especially with my sales person Selina (request her when you go in for best service)!! I walked in and she was so friendly checking on what I was looking for, I needed a new adjustable base and she made the process so smooth and easy. I was in and out in like 25 minutes, she asked me about sleep concerns I’ve been dealing with and then instantly put me on the perfect base (I tried others after it really was the best fit) and it was for a great deal. The rest of the staff was bright and fun especially Erin. Thank you Ashley for great service.

Worked with Celina and had a great time with her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the stores merchandise. It actually was the first time I went furniture shopping and was not bombarded with a mirage of salespeople. This not only made it more enjoyable, but was much more comfortable. The only thing I wished you had more kitchen tables to pick from, as well as, sofa tables. But all in all, shopping at your store was a pleasure, as was working with Celina.

Going to a store to try out mattresses is never fun, however Erin made sure my visit to Ashley store was a very pleasant one! She gave me time and space to try out mattresses on my own. She is very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses they sell!

We purchased a sectional through Ashley almost a month ago under the pretenses and estimated delivery of ~1 month, give or take a week or two, as told by our sales representative. She was very nice and professional, but unfortunately not able to address and inform us accurately regarding estimated delivery, which was a huge factor in making our decision and very misleading for us. We went into the purchase aware that there are supply chain issues and longer than desirable delivery dates currently due to having a prior furniture purchase from a separate store where we waited months to receive than eventually couldn’t be fulfilled. Therefore, when making the decision to purchase this sectional we asked sales person multiple times if this particular model had any known back order issues and if there’s any possibly of it being delayed by more than a few months. They said no and it was safe for them to place estimate at time of purchase at around a month. Two weeks after purchase I called to confirm delivery estimate and was surprised to learn it was delayed by ANOTHER 2 months. We really liked couch and price was right, so we decided to wait it out. Now a month after purchase, I reached out again and learned it is now delayed for ANOTHER month. We understand that these are estimates that are given at time of purchase and not completely accurate, but 1 month is vastly different from 4 months. We are dissatisfied with the fact that estimates given at time of purchase are very inaccurate and also with lack of communication when these 2 different delays happened, having to be the one who reaches out in order to find out about delays. We feel deceived and believe now the reason the couch was on sale is because of longer than usual wait times for it to get in, which was of course not addressed at time of purchase. I would not recommend Ashley furniture if you are looking to get a couch within a reasonable amount of time.
