I had a wonderful experience with sales consultant, Lisa. I would keep coming back to this location on that alone. The delivery is the only issue I had with this service. This isn't necessarily Ashley's fault, but I had issues with the delivery the first time I tried to order a couch. They were unable to bring it up my stairs to my apartment. It is a tight fit, but I've never had an issue with any of my furniture before. They ended up having to put it back on the truck after an hour or so of them trying. I was told that since that couch couldn't be brought up my stairs based on the dimensions, my options for replacements were limited with what Ashley offers. I decided to use the credit from the couch not being deliverable to purchase a few other pieces of furniture. These items were delivered today and this was a fantastic experience. Josh and Reuben were professional, thoughtful, and kind when it came to my concerns. They believed based on what they could see, the first delivery could have been successful with more effort. They put together my lamp, cleaned up any mess the boxing had made, and had me laughing through the whole thing. Truly hoping they are the ones delivering when I place my next order.
Ordered a counter height dining room set in February. They said 12 to 16 weeks. It arrived mid July. I couldn’t pick it up until August due to other commitments. When I got it home and put it together found that the chairs were counter height but the table was table height. They then told me that they could order the counter height table but it would be another 12 to 16 weeks. That was unacceptable so I arranged a return. They said they would pick it up on August 18 but called the day before that to tell me they don’t do pickups in my area that day and would have to pick it up on 23rd. Or I could take it back myself. I called the store and they said nothing they could do. I called customer service who told me that wasn’t their department, it was scheduling. I spoke to a “manager” in scheduling who would do NOTHING to keep a customer. So I’m returning it tomorrow myself just to be done with Ashley. And I bought a similar set from Wayfair that arrived in less than a week. I will never ship at Ashley again. Buyer beware
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered an ottoman and TV stand over 6 months ago. All I have received was periodical texts saying we're working on your order. Two weeks ago I received a text stating "Good things are worth waiting for and it won't be much longer. They will reach out soon to get the delivery scheduled." Well that was certainly not true and just a tactic to continue to delay. Finally received a text today saying their still working on it. That was it for me. I informed them that if I go to Ashley Furniture online it says that the pieces were available and could be delivered within the week. So their tactics of continuing to tell people that things are delayed during these "crazy times" and due to supply problems is just BS. They have the items in stock clearly. Plus I can order the same Ashley items on Amazon and would have them within a week. I'm taking my business elsewhere and have canceled the order. No apology from them or anything to remedy the situation. Very sad as I had bought furniture earlier from them and was extremely patient with that order (I think that took 5 months). They would have had more business from me had they had better customer service. I will NOT recommend Ashley to others.
Product delays, terrible customer service, unwilling to resolve errors that were Ashley’s fault.
My husband and I purchased and extended warranty on our sectional sofa. We filed a claim for stains only for it to be denied, stating stains are not covered, when they are. This whole process has taken over 6 months. We’re finally told we’ll get replacement cushions. We got all but the cushion for the chaise because we were told it was too large to ship. So we picked it up only to find it was only the foam inside-no cover. This is very odd seeing that our claim was for stains on the fabric, not the foam. We call, again, and are told the cover will be shipped to us. We get it and are unable to put it on foam piece. The foam isn’t the right size. We cannot get it on. It looks as if someone just randomly cut a piece of foam into the shape of the cushion. I’m baffled as to why the chaise cushion was sent without the cover, but the rest were. Awful, awful experience and would never buy from the company again.

I was ok with waiting due to covid . But went from 4-6 weeks to going past three months. If I knew this from the beginning I never would have bought anything . If you want to wait months and months for ur furniture this is the place to go . 200$ for delivery also what a joke.
The Saleswoman Lisa was wonderful and the manager Micheal was great to make a deal with. Update: I thought I would go back but after living with the furniture for 1 1/2 - 2 years now. I would not go back to Ashley's. The furniture is very cheap. We call it disposable furniture.
Don’t buy furniture here! I originally left a 5 star review to get a gift card. A gift card I have yet to use bc their furniture is straight trash. Our king sized bed collapsed, with our then 2 yr old on it, the drawer of the king sized bed (after being replaced) has a really bad track. The track on the matching dresser is also broken. We also bought a matching couch and love seat, the love seat is broken. We had a coffee table returned bc the leg snapped off. My husband tried to fix it but saw it was broken before it was delivered and they “tried” to fix it by adding screws and nails in weird places. We’ve had this furniture about 3 years. Everything broke within a year. Bed within 3 months and coffee table the day after we got it. So disappointed with the quality of the furniture. We will NEVER buy anything from there again and when people ask about it, we tell them to go somewhere else. I can’t find the pics of the bed to add so they must be on my husbands phone.
