After spending 15k on all new bedroom furniture, mattress, adjustable base, and new sectional at Sandy our house was left in chaos. Furniture showed up 3 weeks later, broken, and no mattress so we returned it. Drove up the road to Ashley, explained our situation of having to sleep on our new couch because of the broken bedroom furniture. Julian promised we would go home with a bed. Not only was the furniture at Ashley better built and quality, we ended up saving money on our bedroom package, mattress and adjustable base. We left with a floor model adjustable base deeply deeply discounted, and a new king mattress to get us by till the rest arrived in a week. This is a perfect example of how to treat customers and how not to treat customers with my experience at Sandy. Thanks guys

When I walked into the store, Amber greeted me and asked how she could help me. From that point to the point of paying for my purchase, Amber was professional, informative, showed me options in my price range and worked with my budget. Her smile and friendliness made her ‘non-threatening’ - she wasn’t a pushy sales person! I planned on only looking at options that trip. But my experience was so good, and Amber helped me stay in budget, I ended up making my purchases there instead of waiting or going elsewhere!

We went in looking for all new living room furniture. Janet helped us and she was great to work with. Very light speaker, though. She helped me measure and made sure that that the coffee table would fit. She found what I was looking for even though they didn't have it in the store. She took the time and was very patient. The one thing that irritates me about Ashley furniture is they DO NOT OFFER FREE DELIVERY!!! How do you spend $4500 and not offer free delivery? That I found to be ridiculous. And the delivery fee was almost $300. Other than that, the experience was great. The show room had alot of variation. Update: I decided to go with a different option for my TV stand and found one online at Ashley's. I called the store, spoke to Janet and she was able to cancel my previous option and add this new tv stand. She saved me alot of headache and grief. Now I just hope that everything matches well. I wish Ashley's would assemble my tables when they get delivered to the store and then call when they are all complete. Update: We came and picked up our furniture. The lady helped us load it and the first piece slipped out if her hands and hit our trailed and put a tear in the dust cover. She quickly got to work on writing up a service ticket to have it repaired. She apologized and did a great job. My only complaint about picking the furniture up is there should have been more people to help us load. OVERALL: YES, there are things I would change about myexperience, but over all....I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It's great quality and should be for the price. Customer service is good, too.

We were looking for a reasonably priced recliner for my wife. Janet greeted us as soon as we entered directing us to several selections. She even tried to find a unit that we found online while we were shopping. She recommended a few similar recliners in house and their sale prices. We ended up choosing one. We were in, loaded up and on the road quickly. Definitely going to shop here again when we're ready for a new couch.

After shopping for mattresses online for weeks we decided we should head to a store. Kelsi was so helpful finding us just what we were looking for at a great price. Their financing options are quick and easy. The first mattress she picked out was the one we ultimately went with, it also meant that because of our purchase a local child gets a new bed. All around it was a great experience and we can’t wait to sleep in our new bed.

Bought a a Sterns and foster complete bed 2017 the frame that I had bought did not raise my legs only head. Returned it. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Her name is Brandy and she works out of the Bellfountaine Ashley furniture store. Not only did she assist my mother and I for hours while in the store, but also stayed after store hours. My mother locked my keys in the car. Brandy literally waited outside of the Ashley store, til we were able to get in our car, upon getting an extra set of keys. In the meantime, she non-stop tried to get us help in unlocking our car! Shopping experience was wonderful as well! She knew ALL details about the items my mother was interested in, and most importantly to me, her integrity stood out. I knew the whole time she had our best interests at heart. More than that though, on a personal level she did as well. She couldn’t leave until she knew we had safely got into our car, after store hours. What a wonderful employee. I would recommend her in a high leadership position, ( running her own store) in a heartbeat. She satisfies both the job requirements above and beyond, but more importantly, her skills on a personal level were displayed, in her concern for our safety and well- being as customers! We are renovating the inside of our lake house and needed new lake room furniture, decor, and kitchen counter stools. I just stopped in Ashley Furniture in Bellfontaine while out doing errands to get ideas. Amber greeted me and I explained what I needed. She set up a home consultation within 2days. Came out, took measurements, and helped me define me style. Within a couple of days she had put together 2 different layouts and different furnishing choices and was spot on with what we were looking for. Amber had great ideas, was professional, and personable. She invited us back into the store to view the entire layout and some accessories. Loved everything! Also helped us find the perfect guest bedroom set. The entire staff was never pushy but knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful! Definitely able to nail your style and help you put a room together! Highly recommend! Would add photos but just ordered so not here yet.
