You’ll find our Ashley Bellefontaine showroom at 2400 US-68, near Lowe’s and about a mile from Highpoint Apartments. Shop from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. (We are closed on Sunday.) At Ashley Bellefontaine, we’re delighted to give back to our community through several social responsibility initiatives. Because we believe that a good night’s sleep helps children lead more productive, healthier lives, we participate in Ashley’s charitable Hope to Dream program. We donate a portion of our mattress sales so that deserving children can receive their own twin beds, complete with bedding, pillows, a mattress, and a bed frame. We also have our own “Buy One, Give One” program where, for every selected mattress purchased, a local deserving child receives a twin bed with everything they need for sweet dreams.
In addition, we host a local luncheon for military veterans and active military personnel and guests each year with a free furniture giveaway.

Fell under 5 stars. Would be an A or 5 Star grade if the prices of most items were 25-30% lower (blame goes to D.C. Dems. All of my questions were answered quickly and she was patient with the fact that I got side-tracked from shopping for an 82" sofa to browsing dining room chairs. I was also able to find a couch to fit our large family, which is pretty hard on furniture. She took the time to find us what we wanted and at acceptable price! We went in looking for all new living room furniture. Janet helped us and she was great to work with. Very light speaker, though. She helped me measure and made sure that that the coffee table would fit. She found what I was looking for even though they didn't have it in the store. She took the time and was very patient. The one thing that irritates me about Ashley furniture is they DO NOT OFFER FREE DELIVERY!!! How do you spend $4500 and not offer free delivery? That I found to be ridiculous. And the delivery fee was almost $300. Other than that, the experience was great. The show room had alot of variation. Update: I decided to go with a different option for my TV stand and found one online at Ashley's. I called the store, spoke to Janet and she was able to cancel my previous option and add this new tv stand. She saved me alot of headache and grief. Now I just hope that everything matches well. I wish Ashley's would assemble my tables when they get delivered to the store and then call when they are all complete. Update: We came and picked up our furniture. The lady helped us load it and the first piece slipped out if her hands and hit our trailed and put a tear in the dust cover. She quickly got to work on writing up a service ticket to have it repaired. She apologized and did a great job. My only complaint about picking the furniture up is there should have been more people to help us load. OVERALL: YES, there are things I would change about myexperience, but over all....I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It's great quality and should be for the price. Customer service is good, too.

My wife and I went to Ashley furniture to buy a lift chair. We met Kelsi and she showed us every lift chair they had. She was absolutely great if I ever go there again my wife and I will ask for her.
We stopped in at the Ashley Furniture store in Bellefontaine looking for twin xl sheets for our son. As we were heading toward the bedding area, Janet saw us and promptly asked if we needed help. We told her what we were looking for and she led us right to the sheets. They had what we needed,and we were on our way.

We were looking for a reasonably priced recliner for my wife. Janet greeted us as soon as we entered directing us to several selections. She even tried to find a unit that we found online while we were shopping. She recommended a few similar recliners in house and their sale prices. We ended up choosing one. We were in, loaded up and on the road quickly. Definitely going to shop here again when we're ready for a new couch.

After shopping for mattresses online for weeks we decided we should head to a store. Kelsi was so helpful finding us just what we were looking for at a great price. Their financing options are quick and easy. The first mattress she picked out was the one we ultimately went with, it also meant that because of our purchase a local child gets a new bed. All around it was a great experience and we can’t wait to sleep in our new bed.

Bought a a Sterns and foster complete bed 2017 the frame that I had bought did not raise my legs only head. Returned it. Was not happy then but, now they have Brandi and she knows what she is talking about and has hooked me up the right way with a adjustable frame for my bed that does everything I had wanted the first time. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Her name is Brandy and she works out of the Bellfountaine Ashley furniture store. Not only did she assist my mother and I for hours while in the store, but also stayed after store hours. My mother locked my keys in the car. Brandy literally waited outside of the Ashley store, til we were able to get in our car, upon getting an extra set of keys. In the meantime, she non-stop tried to get us help in unlocking our car! Shopping experience was wonderful as well! She knew ALL details about the items my mother was interested in, and most importantly to me, her integrity stood out. I knew the whole time she had our best interests at heart. More than that though, on a personal level she did as well. She couldn’t leave until she knew we had safely got into our car, after store hours. What a wonderful employee. I would recommend her in a high leadership position, ( running her own store) in a heartbeat. She satisfies both the job requirements above and beyond, but more importantly, her skills on a personal level were displayed, in her concern for our safety and well- being as customers! We are renovating the inside of our lake house and needed new lake room furniture, decor, and kitchen counter stools. I just stopped in Ashley Furniture in Bellfontaine while out doing errands to get ideas. Amber greeted me and I explained what I needed. She set up a home consultation within 2days. Came out, took measurements, and helped me define me style. Within a couple of days she had put together 2 different layouts and different furnishing choices and was spot on with what we were looking for. Amber had great ideas, was professional, and personable. She invited us back into the store to view the entire layout and some accessories. Loved everything! Also helped us find the perfect guest bedroom set. The entire staff was never pushy but knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful! Definitely able to nail your style and help you put a room together! Highly recommend! Would add photos but just ordered so not here yet.

The salesman was great however he ordered all the wrong parts for the bed that we purchased. This meant that the poor delivery men had to come out four times to bring the proper parts and assemble it correctly. I tried call the manager three times to ask if he could assist in making sure the right parts were on the truck but he never called me back. After all of that the bed broke three months into owning it with one of the support beams cracking in half. I wanted to like this place but after this whole experience I can't recommend them until they get their quality and parts management issues fixed.

I recently bought a rug at Ashley- Bellefontaine, Ohio. The sales associate, Brandy, was very helpful. I found the rug I wanted on the computer display, unfortunately it was not in house. I wanted to make sure the pile height would work for me. She guided me to rugs with similar thickness so I could test them out. I thought that was a creative way to assure me. Bought the same exact furniture at 1/3rd the price at another location. Must be a franchise store, the Polaris Ohio store is way cheaper on everything this one sells. Sales person was nice but extremely pushy to "buy now" glad I shopped around. No wonder Indeed.com has new listings for Sales people at this location constantly.

The two gentlemen that delivered our leather sectional on 5-5-22 were exceptional. They called ahead of time and informed us they would be arriving within ten minutes. We order a bedroom set and a mattresS. Was told we wouldnt need a box spring. So first they ordered the wrong dressers,then when the 3,000$ mattress came it was too short !!! Was a king size mattress ,but measured 76 long, was suppose to be 80. Too short for our bed and sheets ! Plus we did need a box spring for the bed ! They ordered us a new mattress and 2 months later and prob 8 phone calls with only 1 call back we are getting our mattress but apparently still not a box spring. I wouldn't be so upset,mistakes happen, but when I call over 8 times and no one calls me back , that isn't OK!

She was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and walked us through all the technology built in to them. We went in to check out a mattress for $800 and walked out purchasing a purple bed. 😂 Janet was amazing so go ask for her and go buy a purple mattress. You will not regret it. 😁 Just moved to Bellefontaine and needed a couch. Found one we loved fairly quickly and David & Sandy had us wrapped up in no time. My wife and I spend 7k on a bed we can’t even sleep in, it’s not what we ordered we tried contacting someone’ about swapping our mattress and got told we can’t because it was already delivered. So we’re stuck and I may suggest you try shopping somewhere you can have a tryout period for your mattress. Unless you absolutely know exactly what you want.

In the market for new livingroom furniture. Stopped at Ashley and found a set that fits our 1916 farmhouse. The style was available for the couch in a reasonable turn time and the chair we picked will be available in roughly 16weeks. Given the shipping delays, again not a terrible time to wait for new furniture. Janet, was helpful when we finally narrowed down what we were looking for.

I had a mindset of what my budget limit was going to be along with pics of what I was looking for. Kelse new her stuff and worked it. She utilized all she had to find what I was looking for. Basically I didn't have to struggle with much decision making. Yes, I walked out of there spending way more than what I intended to spend but I was able to do so because she took 20+ minutes figuring out how I can afford what I wanted. She made it work! Went here to buy a new mattress and desk chair. Walked out with exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep Kassi S. was phenomenal. Exceptionally nice and extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and models. Made for a fun shopping experience. Will definitely be shopping here again. Well I shopped here again and this time I was helped by the wonderful Amber M. She helped me to purchase the exact couch I needed arrange delivery and even laughed at my jokes (that alone is 10/10 on customer satisfaction for me)
Very friendly when we ordered our bedroom furniture. However we ordered it in August they said we will have it in October. Then it was then November then December they skipped January and now say february!!! It is the last time I ever buy from them.

She was patient and didn't hard sell me on anything that day, just offered other options that may work for me. When I contacted her about a sectional that would fit the dimensions in my living room, she didnt have the whole sectional on the floor, but she had pulled a piece of the sectional out from the back and had it there for me to try out before I made my decision. I had not been in the Bellefontaine Ashley HomeStore before and my first visit was GREAT. They had several items that were perfect for what I was needing and my sales rep (Janet) was super nice and very informative. She followed up with me and notified me of the July 4th sale which was extremely helpful. PLUS they agreed to deliver my item in less than a week which is unheard of. We originally came to Ashley furniture looking for a couple tables for our living room. Well needless to say by the time we left we had purchased a new kitchen table and stools plus a buffet to match. The sale lady was very friendly and assured us that the quality of our items was very high. We was told our stuff wouldn't be in for 4 to 5 weeks. That was fine it gave us time to get ready. The table came in in the time frame discussed but the buffet took quite a while longer to get. Understandable in today's world. We we're excited to pickup our furniture when the time came. Well that didn't last long. I backed up my truck to the warehouse and the gentleman working started loading my truck with boxes. I ask him if the furniture was not assembled and he said no that I had to assemble it myself. WHAT! Nobody informed me about that. For as much as this stuff cost I fully assumed that it would be assembled and ready to move in. If I wanted to assemble my own stuff I would of went to a place like Ikeda or big lots. Well I did assemble it only to find out that the quality I was assured wasn't there. So in short what started out as an exciting purchase turned out to be a bit disappointing. Will definitely think twice about doing business there again.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We bought Ashley furniture back in 2016 and it was great. From a different store We got a beautiful leather furniture set and was very satisfied. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE. From the start we walked in and the lady was GO GO GO about the credit applications which I filled out not knowing it was a hard pull that would affect my credit. I’m 20 I’m just starting out and credit is very important for me. -7 points out the window all because she failed to tell me that they would affect my credit score!! Then, everything they had on display that we wanted was out of stock and for what they did have and we liked the sales girl was super pushy about getting the sale done. SHE WENT WAYYY TOO FAST. RIDICULOUS, PUSHY, AND PRESSURED. We went to Tangers furniture store Downtown and got treated much better.

I went into Ashley furniture to get a recliner because I’m having my knee replaced. Janet came over and introduced herself to us. She asked what I was looking for in a recliner and then pointed out the ones that fit and then another that was even better. I sat in it and then we all sat and chatted for about 20 min about normal everyday things. She pressured me at an absolute zero for the sale. I appreciate that. As soon as we entered the Bellefontaine Ashley HomeStore, Kelsi was attentive and helpful. Wanted to leave this review because in the midst of COVID people need to know when they are offering excellent service. We moved into our new house the beginning of July and needed to get several pieces. We went to the Bellefontaine location and met with Janet. She listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and really got a sense of what I was looking for within my budget. We couldn’t get everything all at once and looked to see what would be a longer wait because of COVID and we ordered those first so we would be on the list right away. She updated me constantly with status of items and kept me in the loop. We had some items come in sooner so scheduling with Drew was easy. He showed up and was also top notch on the customer service. Willing to move and set up where needed. We even had an attentive date for our big sofa and he penciled us in because he saw we were needing our couch. Janet followed the tracking of it even on her day off letting me know that the delivery from another out of state warehouse was expected to be in on the same day of my pencilled in date. Came in a few hours before they were leaving to delivery other items. Drew’s team got it all ready and loaded and of course to my excitement they showed up with it! Just in time for our company that was coming that night! It was a long wait but out of their control with COVID and they made that process smooth and not frustrating. I highly recommend this location, and Janet, and Drew are assets to making people like myself want to continue to refer and spend money there. Thanks from a very happy customer!

Went in looking for a tv stand , they didn’t have the one that was in the ad , so I was just looking around the store and found a tv stand set I liked. The sales men was calculating all the numbers, in the end when we was going to check out the sales men failed to add two items in with the tv stand set. They wouldn’t honor the price he first gave me . I walked out without the purchase. Since they do this to people , this is my last time ever going into this store again. You’ve lost a customer for forever!!!

Please tell your sales people most people don't like to be followed around why we are browsing your store. Purchased my furniture here for many years until I stopped in to ask about some discrepancies in my bill. The lady working the desk was SO RUDE! I asked for a manager from the start but none were conveniently there. Figured I'd shop and wait.. a few ladies were being trained so I was conversing with them when the old hag came over like mother dearest and shunned them from speaking to me! As if that wasn't bad enough when I continued to wait she follows me around (as if I was going to tuck a couch in my purse)!! Now I'm forced to drive an hour to Columbus.
The salesperson was extremely helpful, but not pushy. And the gentleman that delivered my furniture were also very nice. They were careful, respectful and made sure to cushion the doorways before they came in to avoid any damage.
