Me and my fiancè went in looking for our first couch for our first house. And we were super excited. We are both really young so we don’t know quite what we’re doing yet. We met Amber while we were there who helped us through the whole process. She took the time to get to know us, to map out our living room with us, and ultimately help us make sure everyone was exactly how we imagined it. Its so nice to meet genuine people like that. We had an amazing experience and we’re so excited to go back to buy more!

We went in looking for all new living room furniture. Janet helped us and she was great to work with. Very light speaker, though. She helped me measure and made sure that that the coffee table would fit. She found what I was looking for even though they didn't have it in the store. She took the time and was very patient. The one thing that irritates me about Ashley furniture is they DO NOT OFFER FREE DELIVERY!!! How do you spend $4500 and not offer free delivery? That I found to be ridiculous. And the delivery fee was almost $300. Other than that, the experience was great. The show room had alot of variation. Update: I decided to go with a different option for my TV stand and found one online at Ashley's. I called the store, spoke to Janet and she was able to cancel my previous option and add this new tv stand. She saved me alot of headache and grief. Now I just hope that everything matches well. I wish Ashley's would assemble my tables when they get delivered to the store and then call when they are all complete. Update: We came and picked up our furniture. The lady helped us load it and the first piece slipped out if her hands and hit our trailed and put a tear in the dust cover. She quickly got to work on writing up a service ticket to have it repaired. She apologized and did a great job. My only complaint about picking the furniture up is there should have been more people to help us load. OVERALL: YES, there are things I would change about myexperience, but over all....I'm pretty happy with my purchase. It's great quality and should be for the price. Customer service is good, too.

We were looking for a reasonably priced recliner for my wife. Janet greeted us as soon as we entered directing us to several selections. She even tried to find a unit that we found online while we were shopping. She recommended a few similar recliners in house and their sale prices. We ended up choosing one. We were in, loaded up and on the road quickly. Definitely going to shop here again when we're ready for a new couch.

After shopping for mattresses online for weeks we decided we should head to a store. Kelsi was so helpful finding us just what we were looking for at a great price. Their financing options are quick and easy. The first mattress she picked out was the one we ultimately went with, it also meant that because of our purchase a local child gets a new bed. Bought a a Sterns and foster complete bed 2017 the frame that I had bought did not raise my legs only head. Returned it. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Her name is Brandy and she works out of the Bellfountaine Ashley furniture store. Not only did she assist my mother and I for hours while in the store, but also stayed after store hours. My mother locked my keys in the car. Brandy literally waited outside of the Ashley store, til we were able to get in our car, upon getting an extra set of keys. In the meantime, she non-stop tried to get us help in unlocking our car! Shopping experience was wonderful as well! She knew ALL details about the items my mother was interested in, and most importantly to me, her integrity stood out. I knew the whole time she had our best interests at heart. More than that though, on a personal level she did as well. She couldn’t leave until she knew we had safely got into our car, after store hours. What a wonderful employee. I would recommend her in a high leadership position, ( running her own store) in a heartbeat. She satisfies both the job requirements above and beyond, but more importantly, her skills on a personal level were displayed, in her concern for our safety and well- being as customers! We are renovating the inside of our lake house and needed new lake room furniture, decor, and kitchen counter stools. I just stopped in Ashley Furniture in Bellfontaine while out doing errands to get ideas. Amber greeted me and I explained what I needed. She set up a home consultation within 2days. Came out, took measurements, and helped me define me style. Within a couple of days she had put together 2 different layouts and different furnishing choices and was spot on with what we were looking for. Amber had great ideas, was professional, and personable. She invited us back into the store to view the entire layout and some accessories. Loved everything! Also helped us find the perfect guest bedroom set. The entire staff was never pushy but knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful! Definitely able to nail your style and help you put a room together! Highly recommend! Would add photos but just ordered so not here yet.

The salesman was great however he ordered all the wrong parts for the bed that we purchased. This meant that the poor delivery men had to come out four times to bring the proper parts and assemble it correctly. I tried call the manager three times to ask if he could assist in making sure the right parts were on the truck but he never called me back. After all of that the bed broke three months into owning it with one of the support beams cracking in half. I wanted to like this place but after this whole experience I can't recommend them until they get their quality and parts management issues fixed.

I recently bought a rug at Ashley- Bellefontaine, Ohio. The sales associate, Brandy, was very helpful. I found the rug I wanted on the computer display, unfortunately it was not in house. I wanted to make sure the pile height would work for me. She guided me to rugs with similar thickness so I could test them out. I thought that was a creative way to assure me. The staff (Janet Schwartz) was very kind and helpful, wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me, just the opposite, she was patient with my indecisiveness listened to what i wanted and in the end I walked out with everything I wanted at an excellent price! Definitely worth checking them out. Ask for Janet Schwartz if you want a no pressure shopping experience.

We order a bedroom set and a mattresS. Was told we wouldnt need a box spring. So first they ordered the wrong dressers,then when the 3,000$ mattress came it was too short !!! Was a king size mattress ,but measured 76 long, was suppose to be 80. Too short for our bed and sheets ! Plus we did need a box spring for the bed ! They ordered us a new mattress and 2 months later and prob 8 phone calls with only 1 call back we are getting our mattress but apparently still not a box spring. I wouldn't be so upset,mistakes happen, but when I call over 8 times and no one calls me back , that isn't OK!

Everyone was kind. Janet was amazing. She took her time with us and helped us look at all options we had. I am very pleased with the service and the furniture we had gotten today. Thank you!

Second review** Like I said previously, I would return. It was time for a new mattress and Janet greeted us at the door. She was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and walked us through all the technology built in to them. We went in to check out a mattress for $800 and walked out purchasing a purple bed. 😂 Janet was amazing so go ask for her and go buy a purple mattress. You will not regret it. 😁 Just moved to Bellefontaine and needed a couch. Found one we loved fairly quickly and David & Sandy had us wrapped up in no time. If everyone in Bellefontaine is as amazing as the employees here, we are going to love it. Great experience and will definitely return for anything we need! I would give 10 stars if possible!
