Buyer beware: All products from Ashley are picked up NOT assembled! You will pay more than the price on their website. I payed $500 for 2 counter stools and picked them up at their warehouse in Bowling Green Ohio. They are both in one box and require at least an hour of my time to assemble. Same counter stools are $300 on line and could have been delivered Not assembled. I will go elsewhere for my dining room table, chairs and bedroom set. I am not assembling my own furniture!

Ashley's was convenient for me because it was close to home. but the experience itself left me happier than a short drive could have. Kimberly is a go getter, she found me at MY job and extended their information about their black Friday deals. Which in turn FINALLY made me pull the trigger on getting new furniture. The sales guys were great. Very nice and really understood their products. They really didn't try to push a bed that i could not afford. But I cannot figure out how to finish the phone call for delivery. I need to know when they are coming for each bed??
This was one of the worst furniture purchasing experiences we have ever had. We were originally going to go to mattress firm and I am kicking myself for changing our mind. The entire time we were in the store deciding the salesman kept promising us tons of things. Free pillows, discounts, etc. By the end of it once we went to check out he said he couldn't give us the pillows because his manager said he couldn't. We ended up leaving being told we would get our items in about a week and a half. Long story short the delivery date got changed over 4 times. After going back and forth between the store and customer service we were told from the store not to answer the automated texts, that they had already confirmed our delivery and that if we answer the texts it messes up the delivery. So we followed their direction and received a text confirmation that both of our items would be delivered the same day. I stayed home from work that day and when they showed up they only had one of the items. When I asked why they didn't have two like we promised they said that the other one was put in as a quote and not an order (even though we were already charged for it). I had to make several more phone calls and they told me the other item could come in a week. (a month later from our purchase date) When I asked about compensation for this hassle the guy told me there is nothing they can offer me but that he would ask and call me back. Of course he never did. Now we just received our first statement with what we owe. We have 3 "promo fees" we were never told about totaling almost $200 extra that we have to pay. This has been such a terrible experience I wish we could just return our items and go somewhere else. I will never return to shop here ever again.
My shopping experience at Ashley Homestore was fantastic! I had THE best Matress Specialist. Her name is Jadyn Danzy. She is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She made my purchase easy and stress free. After working with Jadyn, I didn't look any further for a matress. Upon her suggestion I even bought an air conditioned 🤣 pillow. ($199) and two sets of sheets. I would recommend anyone that's planning on purchasing a matress to consider Ashley Homestore and ask for Jadyn.

Didn't feel rushed when checking out/testing different beds, my gf and I were given as much time as we needed and we eventually found something we were both happy with. I live two miles from the Rossford Store but I always seem to make my way to this location. My sales lady Jaden helped me and my boyfriend find a TempurPedic mattress and I LOVE it! Spending so much money it feels amazing knowing they really care here. This is a full service location & they tell you all the benefits, perks, and features all the stuff has and the staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you for the best customer service experience !
Good experience. Price was fair and service was above the other stores we went to. Clean and well laid out store. Furniture was ready for pickup that day. Other stores wanted 3-4 weeks or longer.
If you are coming into this location not knowing exactly what you want go to the salesperson named Jaden. She helped me and my husband find something we loved. Even walked out with more than we exepected. Whoops! Will be back for more.

Was told one price over the phone on a floor model $1450. Drove an hour to the store, and they said they were changing the price. Had to wait for a new price and manager mentioned wanting to sell with the bases. Then, there was the asking about adding mattress covers for $400. The new price for the still floor model mattress was $4400. Turns out they wanted to keep the floor model bases and ship new from the warehouse. Bait/switch/bait/switch.
Outstanding service from Manager Cam who asked what i needed, showed me what he had available, and patiently guided me through pricing, gave me a good discount and explained everything. The only difficulty came when someone from out of state wanted to pay for it and that didn't work at all. I suggest Ashley make that an easy transaction and it was not the manager’s fault.
Look elsewhere, they do not know what they are doing at this store. We spent quite a bit of money here for our furniture to take over a month to be delivered. Employee promised it would only take a week. Customer service here is a joke.
Great customer service and no pushy sales technique !
I have been trying to get my sleeper sofa repaired or really at this point just replaced. the frame of the bed fell out of the wood of the sofa itself. It is only held in with a big chuck of particle board, a 2x4 piece of real wood would work better. But the particle wood that is there is breaking apart and the couch clunks every time you sit on it. Now I have been told it will be two months before anyone can come and even look at it. It will be the same service tech that was out last time because they said they only have one tech for my area. She already knows it's falling apart because she had to use huge bolts to get the frame to stay last time. Just replace this huge hunk of junk please.

I bought a mattress one month ago. The service when purchasing is great but if you run into difficulties which I did, the customer service stinks. The store personnel forward me to the 800 number. My mattress smells like chemicals. It turns out Ashley isn't alone but there is something called off-gassing due to a VOCompound used for flame retardant. I can't use the mattress because of the smell. Also, I have issues because of age. I asked for the mattress to be returned and they said no. You bought it and it is in your home. Therefore it is yours. I asked that they swap it out with one on the showroom floor which as had time to air out and they will not. They want to bring a new mattress. I explained it would be the same issue in that after plastic taken off it would smell. No flexibility. It took a call from the store manager to get them out to check the mattress in February because they were scheduling it for April. I have aired it out for over a month and I still can smell the chemicals. When I was purchasing the mattress, I explained to the salesman, that I had brought two mattresses from another store not Ashley and they both had the chemical smell but they took them back without an issue. He assured me that wouldn't be the case. Less than 24 hrs after the delivery, I went to the store and explained having the same issue and the comment was, "I think I remember that being mention during training." I purchased the mattress pad they recommended because that would give me 90days warranty, but alas, that only allows for swapping out a new mattress. Lastly, the chatbot is so annoying and texting with an AI is beyond annoying. On top of that, although pleasant, the wait on the 800 calls was 30+ minutes.Think hard before purchasing at Ashley.
Worked with Tatum on getting a sectional sofa. She was great on helping us find what we wanted. I would definitely recommend working with her, great personality and very knowledgeable.

I placed an order 2 years ago. I had to refuse a piece of furniture as it was was bigger than anticipated. They told me it was no problem and they would take it back to the store and I would receive an in store credit for almost $500 for the piece I had purchased. Which I was fine with. However it has been two years and the store is still unable to find the credit and whenever I call to try to get an answer no one can tell me anything and I get the run around. I guess do your measurements before you buy even if they tell you it’s not a big deal or you’ll be losing out on hundreds of dollars of your own money.
They were very helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for.

Since December 6 I have been fighting an issue with the store in Bowling Green Ohio. I highly recommend that you do not shop here. The wrong order came to me and to this day in February. I still do not have the corrected order and they are doing nothing about it and I’ve been to the store multiple times as well as calling and talking with customer service. So I’m paying for something I can’t use and is still in a box because it’s incorrect and they refuse to make this correct. Every time I’m in the store I get lip but nothing happens. Buyer beware

All I wanna know is will my rocker recliner come in 2 pieces so I may get it through the door? Will the guy delivering help me bring it in the house? And will he show me how to assemble it? Once it comes today at 3:35 (supposedly, like they said it was to be delivered on Tuesday, the 21st, according to the computer system), we'll see how well things go with it. Hopefully I'll be giving a great review with more stars. But this all ya get til then.
This was my first time getting something from Ashley. I got a new bed and a motorized recliner. It took a lot longer than the salesman said it would for delivery. I paid for the delivery and the salesman said they would take the old bed and chair..turns out they only take mattresses so it would have been nice if the salesman was more honest with me.. The quality it's really great! It was actually worth the wait. I recommend Ashley for good quality furniture but be prepared for a longer wait then you would expect.
The sales guy was great, the extra charge to put the piece of furniture in the room it was bought for and have it set up was to much like big box store, the delivery guys were awesome being told I would receive a call 3 days after I bought it to set up delivery and on that day get a text saying that wasn't going to happen that week at all and turned into 2 weeks till we could get delivery, not impressed. Also let's talk about delivery day, my 1st text was delivery around 2pm, then it just keep getting extended till after dinner, I found that extremely rude and next time I will shop small or family owned.

I am so disappointed in this store. We ordered two side table lamps. After not hearing anything for a month, I finally called to check on the status and found out they were back ordered until the end of January! There was no communication regarding the back order. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and was able to get something very similar from Amazon OVERNIGHT! Will not be doing business with Ashley again.

UPDATE: ONCE AGAIN, THE LEVER ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY SOFA IS BROKEN! LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS! If I could give -5 stars, I would. I bought a reclining sofa and reclining rocker. After not even two months, the levers on the sides of the sofa that are used to put the recliner into a reclining position both broke. I have been given nothing but the run around from Ashley, both the Bowling Green Ohio store and higher up. I was told by Cameron the store manager that there was only a 72 hour warranty on the furniture. What an insult. Beware of this store and this company. I will be discussing this matter with an attorney UPDATE: Ashley redeemed themselves. Upon viewing this rating, Ashley contacted me, ordered parts and scheduled a repair date. On September 17 2023, a polite and capable technician arrived and repaired my sofa. While I will never shop Ashley again, I am now able to enjoy my purchase. Thank you Maria! 😊

Tim was so amazing. We just moved to Michigan (bordering Ohio) from Texas and needed all new furniture. He was so kind and funny-- kept the atmosphere lighthearted and was so charming. We loved hanging out with him. Johnny was also super nice and friendly. We will be driving back to Ohio for all our furniture just to work with them again!

Purchased the Furniture Care PROTECTION plan for an additional $249. In less than a year the leather recliner tears. I submit the online claim form twice through their website (one week in between) and get no response. One week later I call the 800 number and actually open a claim and upload photos to a provided email address (I had already uploaded the photos 2 times on the website). 3 weeks later still no response. No one sits in the chair over concern of it tearing further.
Joe at Ashley (Bowling Green) was friendly, helpful, and provided a good experience. He was willing to work with me on price, and was knowledgeable about such matters. I recommend Ashley to others looking for furniture- they have good quality items, and employees who care.
This is the second time I have purchased living room furniture from the Bowling Green Ohio location. Joe S. Was terrific! Very knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and very helpful. He is amazing to work with. The greatest part was it wasn’t just with me, he was the only salesman and was working with two other clients and managed to make sure all of our needs were met. I thought I would not get financing, however I was approved and the process for financing was very easy. I definitely will be buying from Ashley furniture again. It was a great experience and great price for quality furniture!
I would lower it to zero stars if I could. Since the last review Ashley has continued to ignore my emails and calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they contacted Ashley Furniture repeatedly and got no response. We then contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and Ashley has yet to respond to them. We did learn from the Better Business Bureau that this Ashley Furniture location has the lowest rating given thru the BBB. Their rating is an F. Avoid this store and these crooks running it at all costs.

Very dissatisfied with this company, they have a no return policy that is not told to you when you buy. If you get the wrong size or anything else you are out. You can not return items even if you have it in the box ???? Customer service is zero and if you complain you are directed to a foreign speaking team that you can not communicate with. Loved my experience , not overly pushy and everything went smoothly This is an update to my review from February , as I am still having issues with the sectional I purchased from this store . The sectional was delivered with a rip in one of the corners , the delivery guy stated I would have to have a tech come repair it and they would contact me within a week ( mind you this is a brand new piece over $1700 ! ) . Weeks went by no call or email , after 4 calls to customer service and threatening , I get a text from the store stating I couldn’t return this and had to have it repaired . So , finally get scheduled in April , only to get s call from the tech he cut his hand and can’t make it , ok so I reschedule for 5/10/23 and gues what , the tech was a no call no show ! So three month later I’m dealing with a ripped sectional delivered new . New appointment is scheduled for 5/19 so we will see . I am contacting corporate over all this and a few other channels as well as a visit to the store . The worst customer service experience I have ever received .
Don't expect to get what you order by your delivery date. They build the couch after you order it, so it takes forever. Then they schedule a delivery date, but keep postponing delivery. They apologized for the delay and said that it would be delivered no later than the 21st. Then they cancelled again and rescheduled again. It's the 26th, and they keep changing the delivery times and say an adult has to be there for the delivery, but they have inconvenienced so many days of mine thatbI could have been working.if you don't have the time to wait around, don't order from them. One positive thing about them though as that they have good financing.
Awful experience with buying a couch there. Long story short - we purchased a couch there in July. The delivery man put a hole in it and it still isn’t fixed (December). No help from the local store- the salesman, Tad, won’t return our contact. The customer care center has told us they are coming out and don’t show. I will never buy a thing again from there. I have reported them to our local BBB as well.
I went to Ashley Furniture looking for a quality and durable sectional that would survive my children and still look good. Due to living room size we were looking for very specific specific sectional dimensions. To my surprise Kelley found several options that would work that were also reasonably priced. She was very knowledgeable about the items in stock and we were able to order something that had a quicker ship time. It’s been 8 months and I’m still happy. Thanks Kelley!

Linda was not helpful, wanted to buy tables and she said couldn't sell floor model and refused to check with manager but she tried to sell me some ugly tables that she liked instead of what I wanted , then tells me 22 weeks before the ones I want are available..but she didn't check. Five employees sitting on furniture laughing and joking loudly and NO one in store shopping..why are they there?
Absolute worst furniture experience ever. Damaged pieces upon delivery. Multiple service calls. Terrible customer service. We are sending what was supposed to be a replacement piece back because it too is damaged. Are you kidding me…..I will tell anyone who is even thinking about buying new furniture to go elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service, Experience, Grade FWe placed our order in Jan 21'. We bought an adjustable bed, king mattress, and bedroom furniture set. After waiting and waiting Eight Months later in Sept. 21 and I was still waiting for my items. Every time we called the store about the delayed order it was nothing but excuses. Then, I was misled into agreeing to a "final delivery". What was delivered was incomplete- no mattress! Also, I was misled by the sales team into believing that the delivery people would know how to assemble the base and drawers. They didn't. So while this nightmare unfolded, I called Ashley to find out why our order was incomplete. We were told that the mattress was in backorder until October and that they have no answers regarding the bed drawers and adjusted bed. This was the first time they told us that the mattress was not being delivered. Besides the lunacy of not having a mattress delivered with the set, they had the audacity to call me a liar and say I agreed to it! At that point, we cancelled the order and requested our money back. The deliverers were very upset about the situation and damaged our walls. The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE !! No one should have to endure this. It was awful.Also, be aware that it is really hard to contact a live person after you buy any items because all the calls go through the warehouse in Bowling Green; they screen calls, and occasionally will transfer the calls to the store. Jim the store manager is the only shining star at the store. He should find another company because if they treat their customers this poorly it cannot be better for their employees. Finally, you never want to interact or deal with a manager named Jason in their BG warehouse. He is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills. Our family will never to do business with Ashley.
I ordered a king bedroom set 1/9/2021. I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. I have yet to receive my king bedframe at this time. Each time I call for an update the date is pushed back another 1-4 weeks (mindfully we made this purchase almost NINE months ago). I have asked if they are even still making this product anymore & am told they are. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and never receive a call back & am told "no one is available". The store told me there's nothing else they can do. I haven't received any money back because I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I finally had a scheduled delivery last week & they showed up without the product because it never came in. I would never recommend this store as the customer service & true delivery timeframe do not exist.
They lied to me about delivery. They said the item was on a truck and promised I would have it on the 10th,. When it wasn't here on the 10th I was again told it was on the truck and would arrive on later the 13th. When it didn't show then, they are saying end of the month.
Tad was attentive and helpful without hovering like some sales people do. When I told him what I was in the market for and the budget, he gave me some options, but then let me browse through them independently for a moment which made the experience much more comfortable. Upon making my choice, he gave me several prices on different options for storage so that I could compare pricing and make a final decision. He never made me feel pressured to spend more than I was ready to and offered privacy for discussion with the family. His staff was friendly and efficient as well! I will buy more furniture from Tad in the future.

I bought a sectional back in March 2021 was told 12 weeks (3 months) ok no problem now I'm being told it won't be ready till August (5 months) every time I called to check since June I've been told 2 more weeks and every time 2 weeks hits its another 2 two weeks this is getting old real fast.

We went to find a bed set and a guy offered us something at a price and discount for delivery. Wife and I thought on it and decided tk do it with delivery,, however when we went to pay it ended up being about 100 more than the quote we were given the day prior by the same exact guy.. Spent 600 dollars for a bed frame/headboard/foot board and it arrived damaged. Headboard had a huge hole in it. We called before it even got assembled and was told to assemble it and someone will contact us and come out to repair it or replace. We waited about 6 weeks and got nothing so we called. When we called they had no record of us even letting them know it arrived damaged.Now they say they wont come to replace but we can take it back. So while waiting weeks again to resolve this issue and getting a date for exchange of broken parts, the support beam under the bed shattered the welds and snapped. Now our bed dips and still have a broken head board months later. Have to wait to replace the support. I guess they want us to sleep in a huge dipping bed.. We can't even get a refund because of "policy". The company, associates, and warehouse are all terrible people to deal with. Absolutely will never ever go to another ashley furniture store. Disgusting treatment for how much we paid.

Bought couches and a chair about 2 years ago and still currently paying on them and all the wood broke and cannot sit on the couches. I paid for the warranty but I'm not able to use it/they denied my request and said they can't do anything. I will never buy furniture from them again.

We love Ashley HomeStore. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We purchased this power recliner shown in the picture and a power adjustable bed. We love them. The bed helps my back and the recliner is my nap chair lol. Ask for Kelley. She will help find what fits best for you.
What can I say about the shopping experience my family had at the Ashley Furniture store in Bowling Green, OH. It was by far the best furniture store I have been in. You were met with a smile and a hello without all the pressure you usually get as soon as you walk into some stores. We were greeted by the manager who made us feel very comfortable and showed us the particular furniture we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The furniture was so comfortable and all very reasonable. All the different styles and colors made it difficult to choose. She made sure we got the best deal. The financing went very smooth and fast as well. I would beyond a doubt tell everyone to go to Ashley Furniture in Bowling Green, OH. As a matter of fact we have had multiple family members now who have ordered furniture there. I know where I will go when I need furniture. I would rate my shopping experience with an A+. I purchased a couch in September after moving into a new apartment. I was given a confident 6-10 week time-frame by the salesperson, which I was still a little hesitant about. Went ahead and made the purchase, in full, and am still without a couch as I am writing this review in FEBRUARY. Beyond ridiculous. I was given no updates on the status unless I requested one, which I have done a handful of times now because they don't seem to be too worried about leaving me out of the loop. I asked around the 8 week mark for an update and was told late November. I didn't hear anything so I asked again in late November. They said early January. I contacted them again in January and they said early February. The couch was supposedly going to be hear early this week, but as of today there has been another delay. I understand Covid has caused production delays, but the 6-10 week time-frame i was given was the only reason I made the purchase and certainly would not have of i had known this would be the case. 1 star because I still have hope I'll like the couch I guess. Certainly will shop elsewhere in the future.
We visited the Bowling Green store to look for a few pieces of furniture before moving into our apartment. Tad went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items for us. The people working there were just doing their job, and they were friendly, but very pushy. I personally thought the couches we were looking at were overpriced, and there wasn't as much variation as I would have liked (very few to no mid-century modern couches). My fiance and I were looking at a gray sectional, and thought at what appeared to be roughly $880, it was a good deal. However, upon closer inspection, it was $880 for two separate pieces that made up the couch. After confirming it with the salesman, we were baffled that they wanted nearly $2,000 for it (considering that what we personally wanted was mid-century modern, we didn't want to settle anyway, but goodness). It seemed a bit misleading. I understand that due to Covid-19, their wait time was extended, but twelve weeks was too much for us. I think the pushing from the salesman (again, I understand he was just doing his job, but it made me anxious), the overpriced furniture, and wait time, made us go online instead. We bought our couch from Wayfair for $900, and it'll be delivered in two weeks. I appreciate their precautions for Covid-19, however, and the store was very clean. I think if you're okay with the wait and pricing, that's okay. It just wasn't for us.

READ reviews before you buy 😩😳 #1. 16 weeks and our couch was JUST delivered We had asked for our money back previously, and was told “All sales were final” The manager said a MAX of 12 weeks..but said most likely, it would just be 6 weeks... If we would have known it would have been this long we would have ordered off of Amazon where it was cheaper and faster... We paid for everything in FULL! Thousands of dollars!! After about the 5th time delayed, I called bowling green to confirm the date and delivery of our new delivery date and time and they told us that Defiance should have called us with another alert of it being delayed! #2. We found out our coffee table had been in for weeks and nobody called to let us know. Bowling Green had it delivered for us after we inquired. #4. We got the coffee table and the knob was broken. They said it would be 7-12 days tops to where the new knob would be shipped... #5. I test out the lift on our table after it was delivered and it’s ASSEMBLED WRONG! The people said they would have someone come fix it at the end of the month and assemble it the right way... it was assembled BACKWARDS!! #6. It’s been over the 12 days for the knob, and was told it hasn’t shipped and may be delayed even further! #5. Our couches came, and the drivers said they don’t take the old furniture, but the sales people tell people this often and they were unsure why... We were never offered anything for all the delays, never offered any kind of compensation, and the sales manager was very unprofessional about the “all sales final” We paid IN FULL up front for everything! We will be reporting to the BBB, and waiting on the rest of our delivery 🤬 NEVER AGAIN!

We had ordered a sectional couch/ottoman for my daughter in Bowling Green, Ohio during the true beginning of Covid. This couch was expected to deliver end of June. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the delivery was pushed out. Ashley kept in contact with us updating as needed. Come mid August still no delivery. I reached out to the manager Tad for further assistance. Very friendly and took matters in his own hands. Since my daughter was in a new home without furniture, he was able to make an exception to at least deliver the couch portion of the sectional. Then over the next couple of weeks, the following pieces, including the ottoman was delivered. I understand these are challenging times for businesses. The manufacturing world has a lot of pressure on them to deliver, when parts could be coming from all over the world. Not to mention, Covid challenges with employees. Hats off to Tad, his team and the delivery guys for taking a bad situation and turning it around. This type of commitment will make us shop with them again! Thank you!
We purchased an entertainment center recently, and Kelley was beyond helpful. She listened to what we needed, showed us some options, and helped us get everything ordered. It was delivered today by very pleasant delivery men and we couldn’t be happier.
Should be less than 1 Star. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a store. I’ve never been to an Ashley Furniture store before so I wasn’t sure if they had what I was Looking for, so I went In and I asked And all I get Is her shaking her head at me. No verbal response. Just a head shaking no at me. All three of the girls were just staring at us like we don’t belong there, basically bullying us to leave. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and judged in my whole life.
FURNITURE ARRIVES DIRTY HORRIBLE SERVICE, NON MACHING PRODUCTS , phone relays messages that there closed when open(distribution b.g.) Bought bedroom set, sales person never offered to sell a matress to me, then upon delivery half the order was missing,.. i was never contacted, so....if you dont mind getting one piece of furniture delivered at a time without notice of back orders or discontinued items this is the place for you Update.. i decided to give ashley furniture another try(we don't have many choices in my area) the customer servuce isn't the issue its the product and delivery of the product from the b.g. location. I bought a sectional, on piece arrived broken and 2 out of 3 pieces of the living room table set was damaged. They sent a repair guy to marker in the damage and literally tear the couch apart and fix it, but now the fabric was ripped. After a month or more I finally received approval for a new backorder piece. Upon delivery of the new piece and tables, the large table had a broken leg. So again delivery person took legs off damaged table(bad top) and put them on the good top(to give me a solid piece) HERE'S THE FINAL VERDICT, THE SECTUINAL NOW DOES NOT MATCH THEY HAVE DIFFERENT OPENING MECHANISMS ALSO RUN CLEAN WATER FROM A SHAMPOOER OVER THE SURFACE OF ANY FABRIC ITEM(NEW) YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE... THERE FURNITURE IS VERY DIRTY, WATER IS DIRTIER THEN WHEN I SHAMPOO MY FLOORS, AND THATS THE DAY IT WAS BROUGHT IN

Love the customer service while shopping for furniture. It's after you make the purchase is where the problem comes in. This is my 2nd time buying furniture from this store and the 2nd time that my furniture was partially delivered. The first time we were notified and it was smooth and great. This time we were notified by the delivery drivers. When I phoned I was told that someone tried to reach out but they didn't leave any messages. On top of that my furniture was a no contact delivery and we get that but under normal circumstances, the furniture would have been brought in and set up and in this case that did not happen. I'm waiting for someone to contact me. ASAP!
I came in only to look around and get an estimate. Tim helped right off the bat and i couldn't have had a more positive experience. Very knowledgeable and he has jokes! In the end with the full estimate and the overall experience I couldn't pass up the offer for my new bed. Very satisfied customer here.

I could not have asked for a better experience at a furniture store. I looked several places and this store offered the best selection and customer service, by far. It may be a 40 minute drive from my house but I will gladly make it again when I need furniture in the future and definitely recommend it to others.

The store and associates were great but the warehouse was horrible. We have our table amd chairs delivered and they brought out the wrong products. When they left to retrieve the right stuff they drove through the yard which was freshly leveled and seeded 2 days prior. They drug mud down the street and all the way out of the development. When I call about having ot repaired they told me it would be looked at that day and done by the end of the week. That was 3 months ago. I've called numerous times and have gotten zero results. Very dissatisfied with this DC and there unwillingness to fix their mistakes. 5 star's for the store..... 0 for the warehouse. Edit: After posting this review the warehouse/DC manager came out and personally corrected the issue and was very very gracious. I was glad that it was taken care of and I am pleased to update my review to 5 stars.

Being a first time purchaser of furniture, I did not know a lot of what I was getting into. I just moved into my new place, and I wanted to make the smartest decision for the right price. Unfortunately, I did not get the best experience when I visited the Ashley furniture in holland. Our sales personal at the store was very pushy, rude, and didn’t seem to want to hear what I had to say, nor were they interested in what I wanted. Their main focus was to sell the most for the highest price. Needing furniture, I didn’t want to give up so I went to the store in BG. Explaining my situation to Our new sales representative, Tim, I was hoping I could just get exactly what I wanted, which is exactly what happened. Tim and Leah both helped my sister and I choose the right furniture at the best price. They worked with my finance goals and made the overall experience great! I definitely recommend checking out Ashley furniture and talk to Tim, especially if you’re a new purchaser of furniture because they will put you first , as it should’ve been the first time going !!!

First time being in the Bowling Green, Ohio location. Very welcoming, greeted as you walk in! Even asked if I would like any refreshments! I was assisted by Tim, who did an amazing job make sure I loved what I was looking at and wanted. He did great when it came to interacting with my children. All the way down to making a giraffe balloon! When it came down to the payments,Tim went above and made sure I got a deal. And what I wanted within reason. I am very happy with my experience with the Ashley Homestore in Bowling Green! I definitely recommen going here for all your furniture needs and designs! I know I will be back in to complete my household look!

I was in a bind. My husband's old recliner broke on the day we brought him home from the hospital, with 20 staples in his stomach. I went to Ashley, only 3 miles away. We have purchased from Ashley before, 15 miles away. I needed a recliner same day and Tim made that happen. He was empathetic, got ahold of his boss quickly and no lie, 3 hours after the purchase my husband was in a power recliner with his tablet plugged in too. Thank you.
Horrible service in all departments! I recently moved and ordered over $2,000 worth of furniture on April 2nd. I was assured by Bob, who is a senior sales associate, everything would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks at the latest. Now I&'m being told that my furniture won&'t be delivered until May 14th?! Bob also promised me that I could have the floor room furniture until my permanent furniture arrived. Once again, he could not fulfill his promise and I&'m left with nothing. Everything that I ordered is sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away and they can&'t deliver it. They won&'t even deliver me a mattress that I purchased. It&'s unacceptable that I have to wait over a month and a half for a few simple pieces of furniture. Please do not do business with this store. They don&'t even deserve one star.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a mattress from this store. Our consultant Vicki was kind and professional and was able to work with our budget to get us what we wanted. Buying a mattress can be intimidating, especially for young adults, and overall we had a positive experience.

Purchased a couch and chair with the power recline. Both cushions on each end of the couch are sinking (no one sits in them) and are about 2 inches lower than the middle section. Purchased the extended warranty and you guessed it, I cannot get anyone to call back or come out. Do not purchase furniture or warranty from them, they are not any better than Art Van.
