I can hardly believe how wonderful my experience at Ashley was. I first talked with Tosh and she was very kind and helpful. When I went to Ashley today, Toshiba was off, but she set me up with Andrew. He was great! He took his time with me and was so genuine. I would recommend Ashley to anyone.

I am very annoyed and disappointed with my experience. I bought a 3 piece sectional and was told in-store when I purchased it, that 1 piece would arrive in a few days and the rest would be the following week. My 1 piece was delivered but then they reached out and I was told the remaining pieces won't arrive for another 3 weeks and that they never had me scheduled for a 1 week delivery. The only reason I made this purchase was because I didn't want to wait a month to get a couch and was guaranteed by the sales rep it would be a 1 week delivery. I now see that was a tactic just to get the sale and am incredibly frustrated.

We were so impressed with Richard especially since he is new. He spent a lot of time with us looking at living room furniture. Then he came in the next day on his day off so that I could finalize my order. He is a great addition to your team.

Offered discounts and savings on the couch, however our only complaint initially told is warranty was 199 on special however the computer at checkout wouldn't uphold the stated price and we paid significantly more for the warranty.

It's an all around very good place to shop

Your delivery guys really didn’t do much but bring the furniture in. They barely gave me an opportunity to look at the items to see if there was any damage to any of them as I was looking they obviously took off without me being able to tell them anything, they also mumbled the fact that they wanted a tip And I had pulled out a gift card that I’ve had and he refused it. I went to look for some cash and came up with $12 and handed him the $12 and then he took the gift card as well so technically they landed up with $27 as a tip which is really disappointing that he would’ve taken it even after he complained about it.

On Black Friday we went in and purchased 2 dressers. Our sales woman told us it would be $100 for delivery and installation for both. The paperwork that she and I both signed even stated "no customer assembly required". On delivery day (December 13th)only 1 dresser was put together. When I called the store-- which I kept getting a recording that stated the store was closed for the holiday. I finally received a text message back from customer service and essentially told me that I'm wrong and that only 1 dresser was to be put together and that the dresser is one that they don't ever assemble-- even though the sales woman and my paperwork stated otherwise. So my plans to put my daughters room together that weekend were scrapped since I had to find someone to build the dresser for me. It was a very disappointing experience, especially when I've purchased A LOT from Ashley. That won't be happening again.

I am really happy

My first time in the store. The store is huge inside with nice merchandise especially clearance this time of the year. I went to purchase a pub table only. I found the one I wanted with a couple other items. I was very satisfied with the product and customer service!

I went in to look at mattresses. Tash was friendly, patient, and helpful. We had great conversations while I was testing out the various products. After over an hour, I made my final decision and we set everything in motion. I got accepted for their credit, and everything else was a breeze.

I went in with a list of high top tables from the website that I wanted to look at. It came down to only 2 of the tables were stocked up n the store but I had pretty much made up my mind before we got there that the top table on my list was the one I would most likely purchase. After looking at a few tables the one on my list seemed to be made of the best quality materials and this was ultimately the one I purchased. The salesman was very patient and professional, one of the best furniture purchasing experiences I’ve ever had .

I have been in Ashley‘s before, but the prices were very high as is typical for all furniture stores. But I went in on the day after Thanksgiving or Black Friday and the prices were great. I purchased my bedroom set, dining room set, and bar stools at this Ashley’s in 2022 from Scott. Im currently looking for a few pieces for my newly finished basement so I went back to see what they had. Just like the first time I found the staff (Andrew this time) to be very helpful. And just like last time, I left happy with my purchase, the service, and the value. They remain my favorite furniture store.

Respectful staff who are willing to negotiate on prices

Mile was awesome! He helped my mom and I find exactly what we were looking for while staying within our budget. We ended up saving over $1k thanks to him and we were so happy walking out with 3 high quality furniture items! He even walked us through a “sleep test” where we were able to try out different mattresses to determine which one fit our specific needs, which was very enlightening and a lot of fun! I really appreciated his knowledge of sleep hygiene and the importance of creating a comfortable environment. He was informative, genuine, and personable, which made a long day of shopping very enjoyable for my mom and I! I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and I plan to work with him again as I start to furnish my new home in the next coming months !

Scammers!! This is my first review ever but worth it. Stay away from this place. Purchased furniture in the amount of 9k by the end of 2022 and we were told no interest for 24months. THEY SET UP our monthly payment to have it paid in full within the 24 months. But 24 months later, I call to make sure our payments are almost done for them tell us they sent the agreement for only 1 year no interest (When they told us 2 years) and now we need to pay 4k for two years of interest, almost half what we paid for the furniture, because they just want to steal money. SCAMMERS!! They say something to make you buy but just scam you. Been trying to get this solved all day zero help, they don't care all they said was "I'm Sorry, but there is nothing I can do, I wasn't there when the rep talked to you." 4k and your sorry? Your sorry won't do anything. What's mind blowing is that there are other customers that went through this and left a review. What a shame. STAY AWAY. Based on other comments, don't reply to this telling me to reach out to finance because I did, and they said this is your guys's fault not them, there is nothing the bank can do but go off of what you scammers send them. They said if you guys send the agreement for 24 months which was what your store told us they can fix it. But will you guys do that? Of course not, you will just scam people and take their money.

Words can not describe how terrible they are! Do not make the mistake I did in the event they talk you into financing couches! Read your contracts with them! The way they do business is very shady! READ YOUR Contracts. We were told their was 0% for a year on couches Come to notice a year and a half later They set you up with minimum auto payments and it gets set up to a point where the products are not paid in a timely matter you will get a 22% apr tagged on your payment Have paid 4k in interest on a 8k purchase! They sign and process contracts and leave you to the wolfs! Do Not give this location nor this company business!!!!

The two times I have went here the staff have been very polite and professional. I just bought two very comfortable pillows and my salesperson, Milo, helped out amazingly! Even though I only purchased 2 pillows, the whole time felt like I was purchasing a 5 star mattress worth 4 grand; even for the littlest things the staff help with a world class attitude. Shoutout to everyone who works there; always has a positive attitude! 10/10

I had the best experience at this Ashley furniture store. When I walked in I was greeted by Scott, who helped me find an ottoman that matched my existing chair. He looked up every ottoman and took me around to each one. We compared my cushion with the Ottomans that they had at the store and he even gave me a really good deal. I ended up buying it. We will definitely be back to buy more furniture here. Scott is a great salesman.

Poor communication and follow up from the company. My original order arrival estimate was 8 weeks to arrive on August 27. My order got delayed over double that amount of time. While I understand delays from the manufacturer are out of their control- I found the lack of communication from Ashley very disappointing. My order had arrived and was sitting in the warehouse ready pick up/delivery. No one called to tell me it had finally come in. I called to check on my order because I hadn’t heard anything in a while. I cannot recommend Ashley furniture and will not be returning for any business. I recommend customers to call and check in for updates about their order regularly.

My salesman lied to me just to get my sale, I was very disappointed when they came to deliver my couch I was told from the delivery men it was a whole couch that couldn't be broken down aggravated

I rarely leave reviews but I have been raving to everybody about my experience at Ashley. I’m furnishing a new place on a time crunch, which is a nightmare for an indecisive person like me. Tashieona picked up my call and walked me through the process, entertaining my millions of questions without pressuring me to make a decision, until I decided on a couch that met all of my needs (without even seeing it in person!) Now that I’ve seen it I’m just so grateful to have worked with her - my expectations have been met and surpassed in every regard. Just writing to let Ashley know that after two phone calls with their sales representative, she has made them a lifelong customer. That’s not just a skill, it’s a gift!

This was the worst experience I have had with any company. From the first time making my purchase to the screwed up delivery and then their so called management saying they wanted to help but did not follow thru on what they said. I have been in retail over 30 years and this would never have been allowed with the company I am with.

Beware!! I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture during what was marketed as a VIP event, where customers were offered 40% off the entire store if you make a donation to the American Red Cross. I ended up purchasing a sectional, however, after receiving the couch and reviewing the invoice, I noticed the original price of the couch was much higher than the cost of the couch on Ashley’s website. So after applying the 40% discount, the final price I paid matched the original marked price of the couch before the event discount. I did reach out to Ashley Furniture's customer about this and was informed that the store operates independently from the Ashley Furniture website and that they couldn't rectify the pricing difference. The promise of a significant discount through a CHARITABLE DONATION turned out to be a marketing tactic rather than a genuine customer benefit. For potential buyers considering Ashley Furniture, be cautious of similar promotional events and verify pricing carefully to ensure you're truly getting the value promised.

Finally decided to go shopping for a new couch since my three year old German shepherd has taken over my couch. After previous satisfying purchases at Ashley Furniture in Brooklyn, I stopped by to see what they had to offer. Like Goldilocks I sat on every couch that caught my eye and provided my commentary. “Too soft” “not firm enough” “my colors aren’t avail” until a reclining sectional was suggested to view. Hesitant I said ok. I fell in love the first moment I sat on it. And the additional large side chair sealed the deal. The delivery of my new furniture will be the week after purchase. Isn’t that wonderful? I had the most patient salesman ever. I forget his name but he’s from Serbian descent. A very nice man. I’ll be returning for end tables!!! All associates that work at the Brooklyn location are amazing. Only negative is that the furniture isn't made of solid wood anymore, mostly particle board or thin wood slats. Other than that, it's really nice furniture for a good price.

Nice store but management need to train their employees better. My friend and I went to the store and were followed around the entire time. As if we were going to steal furniture. And the friend I was with is a former police officer. We both felt racially profiled. Personally, I hate writing negative reviews, but when I get treated like a second-class citizen, I never forget.

Aleks was very patient as we had a color and design in mind and checked thru his online inventory for the correct measurements and best pricing. He walked with us as we did quite a few laps around the store, but also gave us moments here and there to talk privately about what we actually wanted to do regarding our purchase. Went to a few furniture stores today and had great experiences all around EXCEPT Ashley. I’ve never felt more hounded and uncomfortable shopping and browsing by the man that worked the front. Went to a very nice living room tv stand/cabinet and noticed the tag said 1400 yet online said 699. Double the price and when we asked about that he simply said oh we will price match our website, it’s just higher because of all the overhead with such a large space we have. Thought that was a super weird response for something that’s listed double lol. If I went to buy that I’m 100% confident I would have been charged 1400 and got fleeced. I’m sad because of all the positive experiences people had with someone different in other reviews, but he definitely needs a bit more training. We were walking out and hitting the front door and just randomly he blurted out “want to do a credit check to see how much you’re eligible for?” That didn’t even come up?? Just do your homework and find a more tenured employee than we did.

I purchased furniture on a 2-3 year interest free agreement. It took 6 months to get my furniture and according to the agreement my payments were stretched out for term so that it will be paid in full within the 2-3 years. I didn’t realize the agreement was up until my balance went from 1068 to 2200, which I learned from calling in. They had the nerve to tell me that the interest is deferred so they back dated it year to date. So they tacked on 1100 dollars to my balance. This is highway robbery and there is no way this should be possible or legal. Furthermore, when I made the agreement my payments were set so that the furniture will be paid in full within the 2-3 year timeframe. Long story short when I called in nothing was resolved. I would not recommend this company at all.

Let me just say Nathaniel is fantastic! I was in a hurry not expecting to find what I needed or wanted because I was being picky. I had a strict budget to stay under, I needed a dark color, needed coverage, delivery before November and HAD to be a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa. This was my sixth store and I was ready to give up! Within 30 minutes I walked out with exactly what I needed and under my budget!! He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very clean, organized and all the staff said hello as they passed by making customers feel welcomed. I will be going back to the Brooklyn location again when I get more furniture.

We walked in and was greeted by Andrew. Andrew was so nice and very helpful. We were looking for a kitchen table. We were particular in what we wanted. Wanted something to fit into a small space. Something a little smaller than what we had. Showed him a picture that we took from another place we went to, which also had Ashley tables, a little of every brand. Andrew was able to show us other variants of the table we were looking at somewhere else. We decided on one, after he showed us several. Of course, there was something I didn’t like on most of them. It was either slightly bigger than what we wanted, the table top was too woody, meaning if you tried to wipe it off with a washcloth or something, it seemed like it would be to hard to do, the water would just sit on the wood and ruin it. You definitely would have to have used a tablecloth or mats. But even mats, I would not trust. Just seemed to hard to clean. Or, there was too many grooves in the table top, so if something should spill, it would be hard to get out of the grooves. But we ended up picking one out. Was counter top high, easy to table top, a place to rest your feet when you sat down, nice and sturdy. then we had to decide on the chairs. One of us wanted stools the other chairs. Both options had swivel motion. I need the chair for my back issues. Husband didn’t realize it had a place for feet, so he convinced on the chairs. Plus we are thinking of the future, as we get older one would think a chair would be more comfortable. I had Andrew bring the chair and stool that we liked from another table so we can make sure the color was right. Then we noticed some art work. Andrew explained how to read the tag to us since there was a sale going on. We looked all around. We found two paintings and a mirror we liked. The mirror was heavy, hung from a thick piece of rope which was hanging on a hook that looked to come with it. We asked Andrew if the hook indeed came with it, he went and asked someone and was advised, if he could get it off the wall for us we could have it. Let me tell you, Andrew made sure we were going home with that hook. Even though it was getting close to closing time. He didn’t rush through the sale receipt with us, made sure we understood it. And he was able to have the kitchen table and chairs delivered to us in a week instead of 4-6 weeks. So I am excited, hopefully that delivery part don’t fall through, comes on time. But I cannot say how impressed I was with Andrews willingness to take the to listen and made sure we were happy customers. Thanks Andrew!!!

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was hounded by an employee after I repeatedly said I was just browsing. A few days ago, my boyfriend and I were trying to look around the store and get a feel for the type of merchandise that was carried. He hadn’t been here before and wanted to get some ideas, if we ended up wanting to replacing something. We were constantly haunted by one of your employees, who wouldn’t take the hint that we were not interested in buying today or a credit card. He would not go away. We had to run for the door after he went to go check on something.

Don’t buy the warranty, it’s a scam. I needed a cleaning service but told me it’s not eligible. I asked for a replacement cushion, they said no. At the end of my payment plan, the lady told me that I COULD have gotten a replacement but now it’s an out of stock item. Also that I DO NOT “get my money back” that it’s an in store credit which I have to wait a year….. I’ve waited long enough and haven’t heard or gotten anything in the mail from Ashley’s….. never again!

Jennifer Kiral is the best!!!!! She took the extra time with me. I was there about 6 time's going back and forth over 3 sectionals. She was able to point me in the right direction and we couldn't be happier. We're still in love with our living room set and end tables that have outlets and usb ports built into the tables. I would not shop here. It's 100% overpriced. I ordered a couch and a whole bed set minus the box spring. The stuff was delivered and it was broken upon delivery. Ashley's gives us a gift card for the trouble but then says we can't use it on a box spring after the fact. So they got us to be quiet by pretending to make it right and then tells us to pretty much screw off. Definitely would recommend a mom and pop shop because there are many and the quality is the same at most places but customer service is way better

Don't waste your time! It's been over two months now I still haven't received my mattress. Yes just a simple Mattress. There have been 4 delivery attempts each one a fail. The last time they came, it was with half the order claiming my mattress was out of stock. Even though this was the 4th attempt and I have a message from July stating it was in stock. The customer service has been atrocious! The sales people only care about the sale which is expected, but from the GM who was clueless to the corp office it's been the worst experience I've ever had and I have dealt with every place you could think of over there years. If you want your order promptly and to be treated respectfully go elsewhere. These people couldn't get you a get you your furniture if their lives depended on it.

WHAT A RIP OFF! Buyers Beware!!!! This place is the worst, they will tell you its on sale but is just marked over its true price. After sell me a mattress that they claimed has a 100 Day sleep trial, the go back and tell me its from manufacture so I would have had to buy it directly from the manufacture, and they wont help me. Bunch of liars, deceptive, frauds. Im getting my next mattress from MattressFirm unlike these guys they stand behind there products!

Had a wonderful experience buying a rug here. Michelle the general manager made it so quick and efficient. I was able to get the rug I wanted at the price I wanted within 10 minutes. I really had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return once I need additional furniture for my home.

The show room was very clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate even with a stroller. We were helped by Manny who was very friendly and went out of his way to help us even after the store was officially closed. We did have an issue with our order initially which was very quickly resolved with help from Manny to our complete satisfaction.

Worst buying experience of my life. Once you buy your furniture they forget about you. They blame everything on their "third party delivery service" the delivery people are actually the nicest people in the whole process. Once you have paid they offer no help. I will never buy from, or recommend Ashley furniture.

Didn’t call to schedule the delivery of my items. I got a 1 day notification. Then when they get there to drop off (which I paid for my items to be put together) they tell me they don’t do that. Then I get a call from another person wanting to “drop by real quick” to see if he can even put it together because he doesn’t know how. I’ve been calling Ashley for 2 days now and no one can seem to help me. They can take my $1700 really quick. No one will even call me back. Very upset with the whole situation. I should have know by how difficult it was to order the items that it would be like that for the whole process.

EDIT: Laughable update: my couch was finally delivered 9 months later BROKEN, and they wont be able to fix it until 9/19/22. Ive waited FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS TO HAVE IT FIXED. They wont prioritize my service request even though Ive WAITED AN ENTIRE YEAR FOR A WORKING COUCH. Also, they never showed up for the 9/19 service call. DO NOT BUY HERE. My whole experience with Ashley has plummeted since the moment they took my money for a couch 8 months ago. They give unreliable updates on when delivery is expected. Their customer service text line dodges questions about their cancellation process and keeps from giving any specific status on your order. Instead they try to placate with you with the old “Well you could go somewhere else but youll just be waiting longer!”. Finally get told its ready to be delivered but I only have TWENTY FOUR HOURS to respond or theyll “reallocate” my items to the NEXT CUSTOMER. Oh, and Ill have to pay a fee. Well, that seems totally fair. So we tell them we are ready; they schedule delivery for A WEEK LATER. It’s laughable at this point. Im given an estimated time of 1 pm - 4 pm. I call the delivery line at 4:10. Im told Im delivery 11 and theyre at 8, delivery will be around 5 pm. Well its 7:50. No couch. Delivery call center is closed. No response from text line. And. Still. No. Couch. Update: I get a auto-text at 8:21 that delivery will be in approx 10 min, only for the dispatcher to call me (wait, I thought you were closed?) and say theyll be there closer to 9:30. Couch delivered 10:20 pm. Now, I dont blame the delivery guys. I blame the carelessness of the scheduling department. My experience with them has turned me off entirely from this place. I hear Bobs Discount Furniture is better.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Me and my wife went in looking for a Television stand for our new home in Parma. We knew exactly what we wanted and found exactly what we wanted for a decent price as well. The sales person told us that there were some items on the show room floor that were back ordered or were high demand products so delivery times may be a bit delayed. She took the item number and checked the status on our particular piece of furniture we wanted and found that it was not back ordered or a high demand product which she said was a good thing cause we would get it faster. On our warranty and delivery agreement which once signed is a contract that they have a copy of, there is a printed portion saying that estimated furniture delivery time is 12-18 weeks. Our sales person assured us that because our product was not back ordered or in high demand that our time would be 1-3 weeks minimum which she wrote in pencil at the top. This was back on December 30th 2021. It is now April 15th and I still do not have this piece of furniture and of course I am past the 4 week mark where if I now cancel my order I am out $700 and dealing with their customer service department is a joke. I have expressed my concerns and frustrations with this and all I am being told is the sales person should not have promised us that short delivery window. They have offered apology incentives like $50 off my order or a $75 gift card towards a future purchase but we will never be going back here again.

Jacki was informative and accommodating. She helped my husband and I find a new mattress and accessories. She made the purchase process quick and painless. We were in and out. She communicated all the logistics of our delivery well and followed up with us. Ask for Jacki!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. That is where the credit stops. We purchased our bedroom set on 8/27/21. We waited 6 months and only pieces of our furniture had come in. (Not the whole set) We ended up cancelling our order out of frustration only to be told that we had to pay a 12% cancellation fee. We have called Ashley numerous times since cancelling the order and keep getting the runaround about our deposit that we put down. Mind u, this isn’t a little bit. It is a decent sized down payment. I’m beyond frustrated with Ashley furniture and this whole situation!!

I purchased a recliner a few years back and never had issues with it. Went there to purchase a pillow and took it home. Didn't work as not the right kind. Took it back to exchange and the reps couldn't have been nicer. They don't follow you around or pressure you. I'll be back to get a livingroom set and bedroom set when I move.

CAN'T RETURN ANYTHING YOU BUY AND GET DELIEVERED IF THEY LEAVE. Received delivery for a sectional set. Item ordered by the sales associate was incorrect and delivered. There was no way to verify the item on the invoice because the description was "Ottoman" - received the small one when specifically said to the sales associate we wanted the large one. Called to see if we could return, because there are no details on return, nor were there any given at the time of sales. In summary, I was told "oh well". Nothing can be returned once delivered. To make it worse, the sales woman (Jennifer) rushed through our transaction, making errors in price, trying to finish her shift as soon as possible and inputting our name incorrectly in the invoice when she had our I.D.'s. Never shopping at Ashley again.

These people are a joke. Unless you want to wait past 18 weeks for furniture. Do not shop here. Bad customer service and no monetary relief is what you can expect. Additionally, they pride themselves in ripping you off to make their commissions. Don't shop here.

This place has horribly made bedframes/dressers/nitestands, tables/chairs, TV stands/ end tables/ cocktail table all of the items that we're delivered are damaged and junk, not worth 20 bucks, it's garbage and if u have to sit or lay on it just know it will be ruined with in a month, if it's not already ruined when you get it. Oh and becareful when people come into your house, I caught one of the repair guys going through my dresser drawer on camera and they didn't give a hoot. everything about the customer service is horrible too.from the beginning I asked for and refund and for them to take it all back and they won't. If it's damaged don't except it!

I had bought a mattress due to some misunderstandings of the pricing and incentives with it so to returned it. But when I returned, Michelle (the GM) helped me find a better mattress within my budget AND help me get the bed frame that I want! She is SO AMAZING and HELPFUL with the details of the products and really explained everything to me! Then Kayla helped me with the financing of everything and also thoroughly explained every single item that I purchased and made sure I understood that. They are an AMAZING group of people and will definitely come back for the Paxberry dresser that I really want! 👌🏽👌🏽
