I went in to look at mattresses. Tash was friendly, patient, and helpful. We had great conversations while I was testing out the various products. After over an hour, I made my final decision and we set everything in motion. I got accepted for their credit, and everything else was a breeze.

Sales lady was very helpful. She knew the products she was showing.

I went in with a list of high top tables from the website that I wanted to look at. It came down to only 2 of the tables were stocked up n the store but I had pretty much made up my mind before we got there that the top table on my list was the one I would most likely purchase. After looking at a few tables the one on my list seemed to be made of the best quality materials and this was ultimately the one I purchased. The salesman was very patient and professional, one of the best furniture purchasing experiences I’ve ever had .

I have been in Ashley‘s before, but the prices were very high as is typical for all furniture stores. But I went in on the day after Thanksgiving or Black Friday and the prices were great. Sales staff were excellent and very helpful as well. I will be back. Mile was my sales person and he did an excellent job.

I purchased my bedroom set, dining room set, and bar stools at this Ashley’s in 2022 from Scott. Im currently looking for a few pieces for my newly finished basement so I went back to see what they had. Just like the first time I found the staff (Andrew this time) to be very helpful. And just like last time, I left happy with my purchase, the service, and the value. They remain my favorite furniture store.

Respectful staff who are willing to negotiate on prices

Mile was awesome! He helped my mom and I find exactly what we were looking for while staying within our budget. We ended up saving over $1k thanks to him and we were so happy walking out with 3 high quality furniture items! He even walked us through a “sleep test” where we were able to try out different mattresses to determine which one fit our specific needs, which was very enlightening and a lot of fun! I really appreciated his knowledge of sleep hygiene and the importance of creating a comfortable environment. He was informative, genuine, and personable, which made a long day of shopping very enjoyable for my mom and I! I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and I plan to work with him again as I start to furnish my new home in the next coming months !

Scammers!! This is my first review ever but worth it. Stay away from this place. Purchased furniture in the amount of 9k by the end of 2022 and we were told no interest for 24months. THEY SET UP our monthly payment to have it paid in full within the 24 months. But 24 months later, I call to make sure our payments are almost done for them tell us they sent the agreement for only 1 year no interest (When they told us 2 years) and now we need to pay 4k for two years of interest, almost half what we paid for the furniture, because they just want to steal money. SCAMMERS!! They say something to make you buy but just scam you. Been trying to get this solved all day zero help, they don't care all they said was "I'm Sorry, but there is nothing I can do, I wasn't there when the rep talked to you." 4k and your sorry? Your sorry won't do anything. What's mind blowing is that there are other customers that went through this and left a review. What a shame. STAY AWAY. Based on other comments, don't reply to this telling me to reach out to finance because I did, and they said this is your guys's fault not them, there is nothing the bank can do but go off of what you scammers send them. They said if you guys send the agreement for 24 months which was what your store told us they can fix it. But will you guys do that? Of course not, you will just scam people and take their money.

Words can not describe how terrible they are! Do not make the mistake I did in the event they talk you into financing couches! Read your contracts with them! The way they do business is very shady! READ YOUR Contracts. We were told their was 0% for a year on couches Come to notice a year and a half later They set you up with minimum auto payments and it gets set up to a point where the products are not paid in a timely matter you will get a 22% apr tagged on your payment Have paid 4k in interest on a 8k purchase! They sign and process contracts and leave you to the wolfs! Do Not give this location nor this company business!!!!

The two times I have went here the staff have been very polite and professional. I just bought two very comfortable pillows and my salesperson, Milo, helped out amazingly! Even though I only purchased 2 pillows, the whole time felt like I was purchasing a 5 star mattress worth 4 grand; even for the littlest things the staff help with a world class attitude. Shoutout to everyone who works there; always has a positive attitude! 10/10

I had the best experience at this Ashley furniture store. When I walked in I was greeted by Scott, who helped me find an ottoman that matched my existing chair. He looked up every ottoman and took me around to each one. We compared my cushion with the Ottomans that they had at the store and he even gave me a really good deal. I ended up buying it. We will definitely be back to buy more furniture here. Scott is a great salesman.

Poor communication and follow up from the company. My original order arrival estimate was 8 weeks to arrive on August 27. My order got delayed over double that amount of time. While I understand delays from the manufacturer are out of their control- I found the lack of communication from Ashley very disappointing. My order had arrived and was sitting in the warehouse ready pick up/delivery. No one called to tell me it had finally come in. I called to check on my order because I hadn’t heard anything in a while. I cannot recommend Ashley furniture and will not be returning for any business. I recommend customers to call and check in for updates about their order regularly.

My salesman lied to me just to get my sale, I was very disappointed when they came to deliver my couch I was told from the delivery men it was a whole couch that couldn't be broken down aggravated

I rarely leave reviews but I have been raving to everybody about my experience at Ashley. I’m furnishing a new place on a time crunch, which is a nightmare for an indecisive person like me. Tashieona picked up my call and walked me through the process, entertaining my millions of questions without pressuring me to make a decision, until I decided on a couch that met all of my needs (without even seeing it in person!) Now that I’ve seen it I’m just so grateful to have worked with her - my expectations have been met and surpassed in every regard. Just writing to let Ashley know that after two phone calls with their sales representative, she has made them a lifelong customer. That’s not just a skill, it’s a gift!

From the first time making my purchase to the screwed up delivery and then their so called management saying they wanted to help but did not follow thru on what they said. Beware!! I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture during what was marketed as a VIP event, where customers were offered 40% off the entire store if you make a donation to the American Red Cross. I ended up purchasing a sectional, however, after receiving the couch and reviewing the invoice, I noticed the original price of the couch was much higher than the cost of the couch on Ashley’s website. So after applying the 40% discount, the final price I paid matched the original marked price of the couch before the event discount. I did reach out to Ashley Furniture's customer about this and was informed that the store operates independently from the Ashley Furniture website and that they couldn't rectify the pricing difference. The promise of a significant discount through a CHARITABLE DONATION turned out to be a marketing tactic rather than a genuine customer benefit. For potential buyers considering Ashley Furniture, be cautious of similar promotional events and verify pricing carefully to ensure you're truly getting the value promised.

Finally decided to go shopping for a new couch since my three year old German shepherd has taken over my couch. After previous satisfying purchases at Ashley Furniture in Brooklyn, I stopped by to see what they had to offer. Like Goldilocks I sat on every couch that caught my eye and provided my commentary. “Too soft” “not firm enough” “my colors aren’t avail” until a reclining sectional was suggested to view. Hesitant I said ok. I fell in love the first moment I sat on it. And the additional large side chair sealed the deal. The delivery of my new furniture will be the week after purchase. Isn’t that wonderful? I had the most patient salesman ever. I forget his name but he’s from Serbian descent. A very nice man. I’ll be returning for end tables!!! Thank you Ashley Furniture in Brooklyn. I will be returning for more purchases.❤️

All associates that work at the Brooklyn location are amazing. Only negative is that the furniture isn't made of solid wood anymore, mostly particle board or thin wood slats. Other than that, it's really nice furniture for a good price.

Buying furniture is like buying an airline ticket. The advertised price is pure fsntasy, and you'll end up paying twice as much. Shop here only if you don't mind a bunch of doubletalk justifying a bloated final price.

Nice store but management need to train their employees better. My friend and I went to the store and were followed around the entire time. As if we were going to steal furniture. And the friend I was with is a former police officer. We both felt racially profiled. Personally, I hate writing negative reviews, but when I get treated like a second-class citizen, I never forget.

Aleks was very patient as we had a color and design in mind and checked thru his online inventory for the correct measurements and best pricing. He walked with us as we did quite a few laps around the store, but also gave us moments here and there to talk privately about what we actually wanted to do regarding our purchase. Went to a few furniture stores today and had great experiences all around EXCEPT Ashley. I’ve never felt more hounded and uncomfortable shopping and browsing by the man that worked the front. Went to a very nice living room tv stand/cabinet and noticed the tag said 1400 yet online said 699. Double the price and when we asked about that he simply said oh we will price match our website, it’s just higher because of all the overhead with such a large space we have. Thought that was a super weird response for something that’s listed double lol. If I went to buy that I’m 100% confident I would have been charged 1400 and got fleeced. I’m sad because of all the positive experiences people had with someone different in other reviews, but he definitely needs a bit more training. We were walking out and hitting the front door and just randomly he blurted out “want to do a credit check to see how much you’re eligible for?” That didn’t even come up?? Just do your homework and find a more tenured employee than we did.

I purchased furniture on a 2-3 year interest free agreement. It took 6 months to get my furniture and according to the agreement my payments were stretched out for term so that it will be paid in full within the 2-3 years. I didn’t realize the agreement was up until my balance went from 1068 to 2200, which I learned from calling in. They had the nerve to tell me that the interest is deferred so they back dated it year to date. So they tacked on 1100 dollars to my balance. This is highway robbery and there is no way this should be possible or legal. Furthermore, when I made the agreement my payments were set so that the furniture will be paid in full within the 2-3 year timeframe. Long story short when I called in nothing was resolved. I would not recommend this company at all.

Let me just say Nathaniel is fantastic! I was in a hurry not expecting to find what I needed or wanted because I was being picky. I had a strict budget to stay under, I needed a dark color, needed coverage, delivery before November and HAD to be a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa. This was my sixth store and I was ready to give up! Within 30 minutes I walked out with exactly what I needed and under my budget!! He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very clean, organized and all the staff said hello as they passed by making customers feel welcomed. I will be going back to the Brooklyn location again when I get more furniture.

We walked in and was greeted by Andrew. Andrew was so nice and very helpful. We were looking for a kitchen table. We were particular in what we wanted. Wanted something to fit into a small space. Something a little smaller than what we had. Showed him a picture that we took from another place we went to, which also had Ashley tables, a little of every brand. Andrew was able to show us other variants of the table we were looking at somewhere else. We decided on one, after he showed us several. Of course, there was something I didn’t like on most of them. It was either slightly bigger than what we wanted, the table top was too woody, meaning if you tried to wipe it off with a washcloth or something, it seemed like it would be to hard to do, the water would just sit on the wood and ruin it. You definitely would have to have used a tablecloth or mats. But even mats, I would not trust. Just seemed to hard to clean. Or, there was too many grooves in the table top, so if something should spill, it would be hard to get out of the grooves. But we ended up picking one out. Was counter top high, easy to table top, a place to rest your feet when you sat down, nice and sturdy. then we had to decide on the chairs. One of us wanted stools the other chairs. Both options had swivel motion. I need the chair for my back issues. Husband didn’t realize it had a place for feet, so he convinced on the chairs. Plus we are thinking of the future, as we get older one would think a chair would be more comfortable. I had Andrew bring the chair and stool that we liked from another table so we can make sure the color was right. Then we noticed some art work. Andrew explained how to read the tag to us since there was a sale going on. We looked all around. We found two paintings and a mirror we liked. The mirror was heavy, hung from a thick piece of rope which was hanging on a hook that looked to come with it. We asked Andrew if the hook indeed came with it, he went and asked someone and was advised, if he could get it off the wall for us we could have it. Let me tell you, Andrew made sure we were going home with that hook. Even though it was getting close to closing time. He didn’t rush through the sale receipt with us, made sure we understood it. And he was able to have the kitchen table and chairs delivered to us in a week instead of 4-6 weeks. So I am excited, hopefully that delivery part don’t fall through, comes on time. But I cannot say how impressed I was with Andrews willingness to take the to listen and made sure we were happy customers. Thanks Andrew!!!

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was hounded by an employee after I repeatedly said I was just browsing. A few days ago, my boyfriend and I were trying to look around the store and get a feel for the type of merchandise that was carried. He hadn’t been here before and wanted to get some ideas, if we ended up wanting to replacing something. We were constantly haunted by one of your employees, who wouldn’t take the hint that we were not interested in buying today or a credit card. He would not go away. We had to run for the door after he went to go check on something.

Don’t buy the warranty, it’s a scam. I needed a cleaning service but told me it’s not eligible. I asked for a replacement cushion, they said no. At the end of my payment plan, the lady told me that I COULD have gotten a replacement but now it’s an out of stock item. Also that I DO NOT “get my money back” that it’s an in store credit which I have to wait a year….. I’ve waited long enough and haven’t heard or gotten anything in the mail from Ashley’s….. never again!

Jennifer Kiral is the best!!!!! She took the extra time with me. I was there about 6 time's going back and forth over 3 sectionals. Unless you want to plan on your furniture sitting in the warehouse for 3+ weeks after arrival don't plan on buying from this company. Their customer service is third party and has no idea what they are doing. You will get a different answer each and every time you call.

My kids were basically harassed to buy the insurance on a couch. Fortunately, they held their ground and didn't spend the additional $300. Sales lady Dana was unprofessional, condescending and just plain rude, making a first time experience an unpleasant one at best. 👎🏼

Just leaving this review here to inform customers that if you have an issue with your delivery they will refund you 100%! I can't speak on the quality of the furniture yet because my furniture is currently now being delivered 1.5 days late as we speak, but what I can say is the scheduling department is THE WORST! So pretty much we had a great experience in the store with our sales person even tho she sorta contradicted herself but whatever. But the delivery was absurd! So I complained and they refunded the delivered fee of $500. So I guess that's with the inconvenience of wasting an entire day. Anyways, just putting this out there for consumers in case your delivery gets messed up like ours did!

I would not shop here. It's 100% overpriced. I ordered a couch and a whole bed set minus the box spring. The stuff was delivered and it was broken upon delivery. Ashley's gives us a gift card for the trouble but then says we can't use it on a box spring after the fact. So they got us to be quiet by pretending to make it right and then tells us to pretty much screw off. Definitely would recommend a mom and pop shop because there are many and the quality is the same at most places but customer service is way better

I bought 4 chairs in 2020. They were defective on delivery. One leg shorter thatn the other on 2 chairs. Technician came out and stated my house was uneven. It took months of fighting to get the chairs replaced.Now after 2 years the chair is gettin wabbly anbd loose. I am sure it just needs to be tightened but there is no access the hardware. I have been told to go back to the store. Store said call customer service. Custoemr service says call warranty. Warranty says call store. Store manager in brooklyn will not even asnswer a call. I have escalated through customer service to people who say not our problem and if you dont stop calling we will report you to the police for harrassment.

Don't waste your time! It's been over two months now I still haven't received my mattress. Yes just a simple Mattress. There have been 4 delivery attempts each one a fail. The last time they came, it was with half the order claiming my mattress was out of stock. Even though this was the 4th attempt and I have a message from July stating it was in stock. The customer service has been atrocious! The sales people only care about the sale which is expected, but from the GM who was clueless to the corp office it's been the worst experience I've ever had and I have dealt with every place you could think of over there years. If you want your order promptly and to be treated respectfully go elsewhere. These people couldn't get you a get you your furniture if their lives depended on it.

WHAT A RIP OFF! Buyers Beware!!!! This place is the worst, they will tell you its on sale but is just marked over its true price. After sell me a mattress that they claimed has a 100 Day sleep trial, the go back and tell me its from manufacture so I would have had to buy it directly from the manufacture, and they wont help me. Bunch of liars, deceptive, frauds. Im getting my next mattress from MattressFirm unlike these guys they stand behind there products!

We purchased our dining room table from our local store in 2019 and got the platinum protection plan. It has proven to be useless and when calling Ashley Furniture we were given terrible customer service. We have used dawn dish detergent and a microfiber cloth to clean our table since the day we got it and the finish is already wearing away from the table top. We were told it was not covered because it's considered "accumulated wear" even though we were cleaning it the way it was recommended. Calling the Corporate office didn't help and we were given contradicting information with every "explanation" provided. Coming from a customer service background myself, I cannot believe how they are NOT addressing this issue in a satisfactory manner. We will take our business elsewhere moving forward.

Had a wonderful experience buying a rug here. Michelle the general manager made it so quick and efficient. I was able to get the rug I wanted at the price I wanted within 10 minutes. I really had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return once I need additional furniture for my home.

The show room was very clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate even with a stroller. We were helped by Manny who was very friendly and went out of his way to help us even after the store was officially closed. We did have an issue with our order initially which was very quickly resolved with help from Manny to our complete satisfaction.

Worst buying experience of my life. Once you buy your furniture they forget about you. They blame everything on their "third party delivery service" the delivery people are actually the nicest people in the whole process. Once you have paid they offer no help. I will never buy from, or recommend Ashley furniture.

Manny is literally the best! I recently moved up here and needed a bedroom set and he went above and beyond for me! He’s sweet, understanding, and cares for everyone that walks in the door! If you come ask for him you won’t regret it! Thanks again Manny!!

Didn’t call to schedule the delivery of my items. I got a 1 day notification. Then when they get there to drop off (which I paid for my items to be put together) they tell me they don’t do that. Then I get a call from another person wanting to “drop by real quick” to see if he can even put it together because he doesn’t know how. I’ve been calling Ashley for 2 days now and no one can seem to help me. They can take my $1700 really quick. No one will even call me back. Very upset with the whole situation. I should have know by how difficult it was to order the items that it would be like that for the whole process.

EDIT: Laughable update: my couch was finally delivered 9 months later BROKEN, and they wont be able to fix it until 9/19/22. Ive waited FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS TO HAVE IT FIXED. They wont prioritize my service request even though Ive WAITED AN ENTIRE YEAR FOR A WORKING COUCH. Also, they never showed up for the 9/19 service call. DO NOT BUY HERE. My whole experience with Ashley has plummeted since the moment they took my money for a couch 8 months ago. They give unreliable updates on when delivery is expected. Their customer service text line dodges questions about their cancellation process and keeps from giving any specific status on your order. Instead they try to placate with you with the old “Well you could go somewhere else but youll just be waiting longer!”. Finally get told its ready to be delivered but I only have TWENTY FOUR HOURS to respond or theyll “reallocate” my items to the NEXT CUSTOMER. Oh, and Ill have to pay a fee. Well, that seems totally fair. So we tell them we are ready; they schedule delivery for A WEEK LATER. It’s laughable at this point. Im given an estimated time of 1 pm - 4 pm. I call the delivery line at 4:10. Im told Im delivery 11 and theyre at 8, delivery will be around 5 pm. Well its 7:50. No couch. Delivery call center is closed. No response from text line. And. Still. No. Couch. Update: I get a auto-text at 8:21 that delivery will be in approx 10 min, only for the dispatcher to call me (wait, I thought you were closed?) and say theyll be there closer to 9:30. Couch delivered 10:20 pm. Now, I dont blame the delivery guys. I blame the carelessness of the scheduling department. My experience with them has turned me off entirely from this place. I hear Bobs Discount Furniture is better.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Me and my wife went in looking for a Television stand for our new home in Parma. We knew exactly what we wanted and found exactly what we wanted for a decent price as well. The sales person told us that there were some items on the show room floor that were back ordered or were high demand products so delivery times may be a bit delayed. She took the item number and checked the status on our particular piece of furniture we wanted and found that it was not back ordered or a high demand product which she said was a good thing cause we would get it faster. On our warranty and delivery agreement which once signed is a contract that they have a copy of, there is a printed portion saying that estimated furniture delivery time is 12-18 weeks. Our sales person assured us that because our product was not back ordered or in high demand that our time would be 1-3 weeks minimum which she wrote in pencil at the top. This was back on December 30th 2021. It is now April 15th and I still do not have this piece of furniture and of course I am past the 4 week mark where if I now cancel my order I am out $700 and dealing with their customer service department is a joke. I have expressed my concerns and frustrations with this and all I am being told is the sales person should not have promised us that short delivery window. They have offered apology incentives like $50 off my order or a $75 gift card towards a future purchase but we will never be going back here again.

1) The nightstand(SKU:B502-91) that was delivered through Fed-Ex came with a drawer that wouldn't stay shut and a crooked knob, Still waiting on replacement pieces to fix it (and were told we have to fix ourselves)2) First delivered Dresser(SKU: B502-21) and Bed(SKU: APK-B502-TBB) -3/12/2022-Came with broken 3 dresser drawers that would not stay shut and crooked knobs.-Dropped off boxes for the bed and stated they could not assemble due to missing the side rails of the bed.3) Replacement Dresser-3/24/2022-The replacement dresser came without issues, however I was told that the first dresser looked like it was broken by the previous delivery employees.4) Came to Assemble bed-3/26/2022-I had a delivery date and time for this day between 4:30 and 7:30pm. We kept our 2 yr old daughter an hour past her bedtime and waited until 8:30pm just incase they were     running late. No one showed up on this date. I received no phone calls or information concerning rescheduling or cancelling the delivery.5) Came to Assemble bed- 3/27/2022-In the middle of the day the next day after the no show they came with no notification via email, text or phone call. I had to wake my napping daughter up to show them the     boxes the first delivery people left. They proceeded to tell me that I have the side rails already and that what I am missing is the headboard. Once again they could not build     her bed.-I was told that the reason why no one showed the day before was because the previous delivery team quit that day. I understand the need to reschedule considering the     situation. I would have at least expected the opportunity to reschedule to a date and time that was fitting for my schedule. As well as communication informing me that they     weren't able to deliver on my scheduled delivery day.6) Came to assemble bed-4/2/2022-This past weekend they came with the missing headboard. They were able to assemble the bed but not the storage drawers below. The drawers are completely broken and     the base on the bed is cracked and needs to be replaced.7) We are also still waiting for the vanity set (SKU:B502-22) that we purchased along with this order. Online it says it has delivered with the nightstand through Fed-Ex. I called the main line and was told that it was a glitch in the system and to disregard. I was also informed that I would be getting it mid-may but at this point I have lost all faith in this company and am not confident that is accurate.Currently, we are waiting AGAIN to assemble the rest of the bed. I have requested for a supervisor numerous times to reach out to me. I have yet to get a return call from anyone with the authority to resolve this. This has been the most ridiculous experience I've had with ANY company in my life. If I hadn't been waiting since September 2021 for this order I would have already just returned it.

Jacki was informative and accommodating. She helped my husband and I find a new mattress and accessories. She made the purchase process quick and painless. We were in and out. She communicated all the logistics of our delivery well and followed up with us. Ask for Jacki!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. That is where the credit stops. We purchased our bedroom set on 8/27/21. We waited 6 months and only pieces of our furniture had come in. (Not the whole set) We ended up cancelling our order out of frustration only to be told that we had to pay a 12% cancellation fee. We have called Ashley numerous times since cancelling the order and keep getting the runaround about our deposit that we put down. Mind u, this isn’t a little bit. It is a decent sized down payment. I’m beyond frustrated with Ashley furniture and this whole situation!!

I purchased a recliner a few years back and never had issues with it. Went there to purchase a pillow and took it home. Didn't work as not the right kind. Took it back to exchange and the reps couldn't have been nicer. They don't follow you around or pressure you. I'll be back to get a livingroom set and bedroom set when I move.

CAN'T RETURN ANYTHING YOU BUY AND GET DELIEVERED IF THEY LEAVE. Received delivery for a sectional set. Item ordered by the sales associate was incorrect and delivered. There was no way to verify the item on the invoice because the description was "Ottoman" - received the small one when specifically said to the sales associate we wanted the large one. Called to see if we could return, because there are no details on return, nor were there any given at the time of sales. In summary, I was told "oh well". Nothing can be returned once delivered. To make it worse, the sales woman (Jennifer) rushed through our transaction, making errors in price, trying to finish her shift as soon as possible and inputting our name incorrectly in the invoice when she had our I.D.'s. Never shopping at Ashley again.

These people are a joke. Unless you want to wait past 18 weeks for furniture. Do not shop here. Bad customer service and no monetary relief is what you can expect. Additionally, they pride themselves in ripping you off to make their commissions. Don't shop here.

I was talked into getting the warranty for $400.00 she told me if I didn't call to have anything fixed I would get my money back. Just found out you don't get crap back you get an in store credit. If I knew that I would of never purchased it, I never purchase extra warranty on anything. I did this because she said if you need it, it would be great to have if you don't you'll get your money back. lies lies, DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY, don't believe a word they say.

Great experience!! Came into to the store looking for a Purple pillow. The sales associate, Tanza, went above and beyond with the entire transaction. She is very friendly and outgoing. She answered all the questions I had about the pillow. I felt confident I was making the right purchase because of the knowledge and care she has. Ask for Tanza when you visit the store!!

I worked with Tashieona today and she was the absolute best! What a gem. She made the entire process so easy. I just purchased a house and need to furnish every room. I changed my mind a several times, as I kept seeing more items I loved, and she was so patient with each change. If you go to this location go find her!!

This place has horribly made bedframes/dressers/nitestands, tables/chairs, TV stands/ end tables/ cocktail table all of the items that we're delivered are damaged and junk, not worth 20 bucks, it's garbage and if u have to sit or lay on it just know it will be ruined with in a month, if it's not already ruined when you get it. Oh and becareful when people come into your house, I caught one of the repair guys going through my dresser drawer on camera and they didn't give a hoot. everything about the customer service is horrible too.from the beginning I asked for and refund and for them to take it all back and they won't. If it's damaged don't except it!

I had bought a mattress due to some misunderstandings of the pricing and incentives with it so to returned it. But when I returned, Michelle (the GM) helped me find a better mattress within my budget AND help me get the bed frame that I want! She is SO AMAZING and HELPFUL with the details of the products and really explained everything to me! Then Kayla helped me with the financing of everything and also thoroughly explained every single item that I purchased and made sure I understood that. They are an AMAZING group of people and will definitely come back for the Paxberry dresser that I really want! 👌🏽👌🏽

Best experience at a furniture store my husband and I have ever had. Everything was made so easy for us moving to a new state. The staff was wonderful and the girl we worked with Tashieona was AMAZING. She helped us every step of the way and helped us design our living room. Bought a couch and bed room set. Very high end. Couch is still great but our bed broke, the slats broke and the bed collapsed. Was promised replacement parts by The store manager, they never came. They don't stand by their products and I would never do buisness with this company again.

I purchased a couch 3 years ago and paid an additional $100 for a 5 year “platinum” warranty after being told it would cover stains, rips, defects, etc. I recently moved and there is now a tear in the fabric on the back cushion so I called the warranty place to file a claim thinking that the warranty I paid extra for should cover it. I found out today that my claim was denied because the policy doesn’t cover “used furniture”. I was told that since they could see pilling in the picture I sent them (yes my 3 year old couch I paid $700 - not including warranty- for is pilling pretty badly in some places) that the furniture has been used and that’s out of their policy. It has to be damaged during delivery or a “one time event” which in my case it was during moving yet they won’t cover that since they can see pilling in areas. I don’t understand how you can sell a 5 year protection plan but in reality you can’t have any sort of use showing on the furniture for it to be valid (isn’t it bought to be used?). Point of this being save your money and buy better quality furniture and don’t waste you’re time with the protection plan unless you plan on never touching your couch.

I was not greeted when I walked in the door, but every person who was white and looked like they had money got the most pleasant greeting. I walked around the store almost 30 minutes and past multiple associates who just stared at me and walked right past. I tried to call one over because I had a question and he presented as he didn’t hear me and walked right past me. Sorry I didn’t look like a million dollars today, I was just looking for a dresser and some chairs. Maybe it’s because I had my 3year old disabled child with me, but nobody bothered to help or even offered. Yet everyone around me was. Never coming in this store again. Also…everything is disgustingly out of style. It’s 2021, I don’t want my bedroom looking like someone’s grandmas.

Do not recommend shopping here. Bought our furniture and was told within 12 weeks to get it delivered. 12 weeks come along and I was informed nothing has come in. Within that 12 weeks they did keep me up to date. Now the time changed into 18 weeks. 18 weeks come along and I dident Receive any sort of update. Walked into the store mad and was polite and got told well "we are not sure how long it's going to take now and can't give you any time frame" This Friday will be 21 weeks. From 18 weeks to 21 weeks same thing no update once so ever. Called to check in and they have 2 Pieces in and still waiting on all the rest. If I would of known it was this back up I never would of bought from Ashley. They will not work with me on the bill. Nothing. Terrible terrible!!!!

1 STAR only because I cannot give zero. AVOID Ashley if at all possible - unless you are looking for lower-end products AND poor service. I knew going into this that Ashley was lower-end Chinese products. But wait, there's more. Ordered a recliner and a reclining sofa on 12/26/20. Recliner finally arrived in April. 3 days later we finally tried it out (it's in a basement room not frequently used), and discovered the main lumbar support was broken - it is constructed of a THIN piece of OSB (the sheeting used on roofs). AWFUL (but cheap) material for a component that holds weight. Do we demand a replacement and wait another 4 1/2 months, or request a repair? We asked for a repair. Soonest appointment is mid-June (2 months). [Mid-June, sofa finally arrives] The scheduled day arrives for Ashley's third party repair of the recliner. No technician shows up. I call, and they say someone was here, at a time that I was home. But they never knocked or rang the doorbell, or left voice mail. I called back to re-schedule, and the representative was very short with me and said that the next available date for service is mid-August. 8 1/2 months after the purchase date (but only 4 months after we were charged for a broken recliner). P. S. - I never write bad reviews (until now) - I DO occasionally write good reviews for something that is exceptional.

After trying out the many beds, I chose the best one for me. The price was quite expensive, but I got the bed I needed. The salesrep was knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband and I had the worst experience with Value City Furniture, so we came to Ashley’s to buy a bedroom set and a table. Scott was extremely helpful and patient with us through the whole process and very empathetic towards our previous situation. We are so so excited to get our new furniture! We would definitely recommend seeing Scott for your furniture needs :)

Absolutely the worst customer service! They use a third party insurance company who paid out a claim and Ashley furniture expired the claim so I was unable to use it. Now I have a broken couch and an insurance policy that's paid for and nothing to show for it. They lost a good customer I will never shop here again.

We were looking for living room furniture and found their selection to be limited. There were some nice quality pieces but the coffee table sets were so outdated. The customer service is subpar.

Great selection, but customer service is bad. Sales people seemed like we were bothering them, when we asked for help or inquired about specific furniture. They also gave us an 18 week delivery estimate for dining chairs, without checking availability. So we left the store and ordered the chairs online. Took all of 4 days to get the chairs.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM HERE. I have been WAITING a grand total of 24 WEEKS and still NO SOFA.....we were lucky a friend has been lending us their sofa, since we would be sitting on the floor if our new home for 24 weeks now. Oct 2020 I selected and purchased a sectional. This sofa was "attempted" delivered the first week of Dec 2020. The delivery man looked at my standard 36inch door and said they COULD NOT DELIVER the couch, before even attempting. They said, that they have had a lot of trouble delivering this specific sectional since the pieces were so large(NO ONE MENTIONED THIS WHEN I PURCHASED IT). I convinced them to AT LEAST TRY and they were unsuccessful. I went in Dec 5th 2020 and was told I could make a reselection and it would take 12-15weeks to deliver. There were no other sectionals in the same price range, so we ended up PAYING about $300 MORE for another sectional and would AGAIN HAVE TO WAIT for delivery. Placed an order in August and was told 8-12 weeks, still waiting on the majority of the set and they said I cannot return the 3 (out of 8) chairs that were delivered even though they have not even been used. Had I known this I would have never ordered from here. Good luck everyone getting your furniture from this place.

Tyler one of the managers was very helpful in not only finding the perfect table, but getting it at the best price. He also was very patient with our questions and personable. We visited 10 furniture stores (not exaggerating) finally ending up at Ashley where we should have went in the first place ! Thank you to Tyler and his team !!!

Good service, we found an item... but, 12 weeks for delivery!...been waiting for 4 months already (would have canceled previous order if items could be delivered)...tired of waiting so long !!! Sorry Ashley, you almost got the sale.

I can only describe what happened yesterday at the Brooklyn Ashley Furniture store as astonishing. I walked in knowing exactly what coffee table I wanted to buy and ready to buy it. For a sales person it doesn't get much easier than that which is why I can only describe the botchery of this sale by this sales person and the doubling down by his manager as "astonishing". Now I knew the coffee table was out of stock at the moment but Ashley has always been able to order the product (as long as it wasn't discontinued). I showed the gentleman the table I was looking for off of the Ashley Furniture website and he promptly looked into ordering it. He came back and said that he could order it but he couldn't sell it to me for the price listed on the website as they had to have it made. I should have also added that on the website directly under the price it says "Price Match Guaranteed". Before he could even tell me what my new higher price would be I pointed out the verbiage on the website and told him that I would not pay a dollar more than that. He then stumbled through explaining to me that all products have a tax associated with the sale as well as additional charges for shipping. After explaining I knew what sales tax was, I understand paying additional for delivery and I was referring to the pretax/predelivery price of the coffee table he continued to double down on not being able to match the price of the coffee table that was listed on their own website. He told me that I couldn't order the product online (as it was out of stock) and only get it through him/his store so "why would he sell it for that guaranteed price". I was shocked. It felt like a complete shake down. Never have I had to pay "more" than the asking price for a product. I was literally trying to negotiate the product price back down to what was displayed on their website! Knowing there were other Ashley Furniture stores and that this couldn't be typical with all of them I decided to leave empty handed. When I returned to my car I decided to quickly give the Fairlawn Ashley Furniture store a call as it is equally as far from where I live. I explained the same things to this salesperson that I initially explained to the Brooklyn Ashley Furniture saleperson and added if she were willing to sell me the coffee table for the price listed on the website then I would buy it. She sort of laughed and said of course as long as they could still get the product. In less than 10 minutes I purchased the coffee table over the phone from the Fairlawn store while sitting in the Brooklyn stores parking lot for the listed price that the Brooklyn store said they couldn't sell it to me for. Now read that last sentence again. I decided to go back into the Brooklyn Ashley Furniture store to explain what just happened to the manager so they can better assist their customers in the future. To my shock the manager actually doubled down on her employees sales tactics and told me that it was their store policy. I tried explaining that wasn't the case at the other Ashley stores and it cost them a sale in her own parking lot. She didn't seem to care. I informed her that I would never shop at her store again as I will just go to the other stores that don't randomly markup their products for ridiculous reasons. In the end this is my advice to future customers. By all means go to the Brooklyn Ashley furniture store to shop. Their sales team was friendly and knowledgeable about their products (my guess is they jusy suffer from poor management and leadership). But once you get to the point of buying the product go to (or call) a different Ashley store as the exact same product is literally cheaper.

Horrible service at the home store in Brooklyn

Found a nice sofa for a good price. Was told delivery would be 12weeks due to covid. That was not a big deal. Completely undetstand. Was called about 5 weeks later and was told everything was ready and could be delivered anytime. I set up a date for jan 2nd and was told they would reach out to me to confirm on the 31st. No call ever came. No one showed up. They canceled my delivery due to a "communication issue" with the delivery driver. I was mad because i gave up my shift for nothing. Now had to miss another day. They told me a manager would call me by the end of the day. 4days later still no call. So i called corporate. Corporate said the manager documented trying to call me 3times and got a busy signal. I never once got a call. Nor was any attempt made. This was the 3rd time they lied to me directly. Very shady people. Need communication training. Had no intention of admitting their fault. For a corporation that size they are very unorganized and all over the place.

We went in for the Black Friday sale to look at a couch. One of the other stores in the area was going to give us a good deal but we went to this location because we had to re-measure plus it was closer and they were about to close. They called us liars and told us they would never give us such a good deal and told us to go back to the other store.

Susan was very helpful and polite. Was able to answer all my questions. Susan is an amazing sales person. Will definitely be doing all my buys from Ashley through her.

If only you have a second to review this but I’m not sure where to begin with this place. I understand there may be a delay because of the pandemic but they’ve been beating around the bush when it came to getting my furniture and every other furniture store has been fulfilling their orders in good time. They gave us a date for a partial shipment and then last minute failed to deliver. We finally get another date for a partial shipment and our products come damaged and defective ! And when we spoke to customer service they were trying really hard to deny that any damage could’ve happened. Now I’m going to have to wait for til god knows when for my replacements and the rest of the furniture I haven’t even gotten. From what I’m hearing I’m not the only one going through this with Ashley’s and I’m not surprised they are losing a lot of business. Definitely just lost a future customer and word of mouth is huge, trust me, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

I’ll never purchase from Ashley furniture again. Horrible service. I purchased a TV stand on August 4. I was told they would call me when it was ready for pick up. Two months go by and no call, so I call and they say it should be ready in 2 weeks. Three months after I purchased this in the store and they charged my card, they could not give me a delivery date, so I cancelled. They tell me 7-10 days for a credit to appear on my card. After 3 weeks, I call to see where my credit is. They tell me that they don’t have a record of the credit, even though I had the date of the call and the name of the person I talked to. And they tell me that the TV stand is ready. Well if they didn’t cancel the order, why didn’t anyone call me to tell me it’s ready. It’s now November 23, nearly 4 months after I ordered, and now I’m waiting ANOTHER 7-10 days for my refund. Never again.

We called and asked them to make repairs to the frame for a couch we purchased for about $1000 a little over 3 years ago. Within the last year we noticed it started to be back pain-inducing. The Platinum warranty we purchased apparently does not cover the most important part, the frame. The frame issue also caused the upholstery to rip (which is covered). BUT in order to have them make good on that part of the warranty we have to pay $50-$75 an hour to have the frame fixed first. Come on Ashley Furniture! Can we make this right?? Shady sales tactics and completely dishonest. I ordered a couch on august 5 and was told 8-12 weeks. I specifically asked the sales representative if it would take longer than 12 weeks because if so, I would not be purchasing the couch. Being the shady sales rep he is, he assured me it would be within the 12 weeks, anything to get that sale! Throughout the 13 weeks I’ve been waiting they have provided no updates. Last week on the twelfth week, I spoke to another rep saying it would be ready this week. Seems a little odd they can make that prediction with no new info, so I’m assuming that person was also just grasping at a date out of thin air. I don’t care what the manufacturing process is, Ashley assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. If it was a possibility it wouldn’t be ready in 12 weeks they needed to be upfront when I asked.

We purchased - and paid for - a couch. Four months later, when we *still* hadn't been contacted about a delivery date, we were told the couch had been discontinued. Now we have no couch, no refund (yet), no additional compensation, and nothing but silence from 'corporate offices." How is this not a scam?

I would NEVER EVER buy anything from here again! I was given a 8-12 week time for delivery, which is fine ( I guess) here we are at 20 weeks WITH STILL NO DELIVERY DATE. EVERYTIME I CALL I GET ANOTHER ANSWER AND ANOTHER LIE!!! At this point I might cancel my order and go somewhere else!! Buyers BEWARE!!! Customer service is a joke, NO ONE knows what’s going on! Never buy from Ashley they have beautiful furniture but won't deliver. I have purchased twice and not received my items. They say that the items I purchased were sold out or no longer being made but why have them on the floor and let me purchase them then. I ordered in person! They claim it's due to the pandemic but it's due to them not being organized as a company. This has been going on since April I have given them multiple chances to make it right and all I get is excuses. A complete fail as a company! Also the employees don't know how to wear a face mask properly when speaking to guests. Not the place you want to go to if your worried about covid-19.

June 24th went in looking for a sofa and loveseat. I was told many sales reps are quoting 7-8 weeks but that the real answer was 8-12 week wait periods. I appreciated the honesty and patiently waited 12 weeks. August 9th I called jus to make sure that things were still moving along and that the item I chose still existed. The manager told me that my sofa was ready, but my loveseat was still being made and that it would be ready September 2nd. I was okay with that considering I’d be at my 11th week mark. Called September 2nd for an update, all of a sudden no one could tell me about my loveseat although they could see it before. Waited until the 7th (12 weeks) and the sales associate told me someone from scheduling will be calling me that week. It seems no one had the courage to tell me anything because the system showed that my loveseat still wasn’t ready and they wouldn’t have it made until 2021 according to the scheduling department. So frustrating that the only thing that was left in my order to make was my loveseat and that pushed my order back 4+ months. Especially since I’ve waited the 12 weeks so patiently. Got a refund and took my services elsewhere.

I order a couch,Twin bed, Chester draw, and a night table set at the Farmingdale location since June 14th. The sales rep was very pleasant, but Horrific delivery experience. My delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, July 22. They called me on July 19 and informed me that all the Item is not available and they will have all the items in stock on July 30th, so the will reschedule the delivery date for the July 31st. I agree for that date, but when the delivery person showed up he only had 2(couch & chester draw) out of the 5 item. I called regarding the remaining Item and I was promise another delivery date for August 22nd, when the delivery person showed up they had the wrong part. we called customer service and the representative promise me he have the right item re-delivery to me on 24th, I also request to speak to a Supervisor and I was promise a called back within 24 to 48hrs. Called on the August 24th about my delivery and the rep on the phone have NO recollection for what i was talking about. The representative apologize and promise the remaining will be in stock on September 8, and they will schedule to have all the item delivery on Sept 9th. Its now September 12th and still nothing is schedule for delivery. I called today and the representative informed me that the items will not be in stock til October. STILL WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR CALL BACK SINCE AUGUST 22ND. THIS IS THE WORST EXPEIENCE EVER!!!

Furniture is very nice but a little pricey

We purchased a dining room table set and matching server. When delivered, (both pieces delivered at different times) they both came damaged. Was going to replace the both but they stopped making the server so we decided to return everything. While this was going on we continued to make out payments to the finance company. Two months after the returns were made and we are still trying to get our money refunded. Ashley and synchrony can not get it together enough to figure out where our money is. SMH, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!!

Tash and Michelle helped us find the furniture we loved and were so polite, honest and helpful. The manager Tyler, gave us great pricing! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Terrible customer service. Salesmen will tell you anything to make a sale. One told us something was in stock and would be delivered mid June. Our order won’t be in til November now. Rude people on the phone, wait times are ridiculous, and you’ll end up calling every day. One tells you something, another tells your something else. Incompetent, selfish, and ignorant employees are through the whole company. You’re better off getting a couch out of the trash in East Cleveland infested with bed bugs than to order one from this furniture store. Absolutely sickened to the point where I physically want to throw up due to my entire experience and would avoid this company if you can.

My wife and I don't have time to shop for furniture so we did everything online with the help of an associate by the name of Susan. She was 100% on point and sent pics of all the furniture we needed! She also got me a recliner that was not planned for, but...why not? I work in sales and can tell you That people like Susan are hard to come by. As a slaes person she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. People like susan should be held in the highest regard, why you ask? She earned my business by going above and beyond! I know my new stuff will last 4 or 5 years....after all I have dogs and kids....but Susan will be getting my business from here on out! Thank you Susan.

No customer service

Very bad customer service and business. We ordered a new sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman in MAY, delivery was supposed to be July 7th. They called us the week before and told us they still don't have the sofa available, so we would have to wait another month. We're supposed to be getting it next week, they call us today, now the sofa is the only available item so we have to wait ANOTHER MONTH. No explanation of what happened or why. Just oops we don't have it anymore. Would not recommend ever buying furniture from this company unless you like paying for something you never get.

WHY DO YOUR SALES PEOPLE KEEP SELLING ITEMS YOU CAN’T DELIVER???? 1. We ordered two couches in-store on May 23rd. We were told by Melody, our sales lady, that our delivery would be June 26th. 2. When I called corporate to see if we could get an earlier delivery, corporate said, “NO - and oh, by the way, your sales person misinformed you about the delivery date. We can’t make the delivery until July 6th.” 3. I called corporate last week to confirm the July 6th delivery date and they apologized stating it had been pushed out to July 15th. 4. I just got a text stating the delivery would not be until AUGUST 22nd! Ashley owner(s), only extreme greed would inspire you to continue selling product to customers that you (A) Knowingly do NOT have in stock, and/or (B) KNOW will take several months to deliver (and fail to disclose long delivery wait periods to customers). Right now Ashley Furniture has our money and we DO NOT have the product we paid for! And don’t blame it all on C-19. Ashley delivery was never timely; your sales people never explicitly forthcoming; and your product never top-of-the-line. A three-month wait for 2 couches? That is completely unacceptable!

I’m VERY picky and he presented lots of options without selling me on things that I clearly didn’t want. Very pleased with the whole process, would highly recommend!!! I am actually a second time buyer. First time was 4 years ago and I got an entire king bedroom set that still looks fabulous. I shopped for it in store and bought it on line a few weeks later.

Please plan accordingly. Ashley furniture will take a lot longer for delivery or pick up that they say. I have been waiting for a month to pick up a dresser I didn’t get a call, so I called them to learn that it was going to take 3 more weeks, they said because of the pandemic . But I know that’s not true because I have bought from them before and this also happened. I don’t know why I went again and I don’t understand how They are still in business, cause they lie about when the item is available. Be aware it’s not when they say !!

I purchased a mattress, box springs and mattress cover on May 16. The salesman was shocked at how quickly I could receive delivery and it was initially scheduled for May 27. I proceeded to make sure my old mattress was removed from the bedroom and ready for delivery since the store stressed that they do not remove old pieces. On May 26 the delivery was pushed to June 5. On June 4 the delivery was pushed until June 13. Having spent the past almost 3 weeks without a mattress I called scheduling on June 12 to confirm the pieces were in, since no one called me. Scheduling confirmed all pieces were in and were scheduled for June 13 delivery. Here we are June 13 the delivery shows up in my driveway with a box spring and mattress cover. They explained they could not locate the mattress but failed to call or notify me in the morning similar to how they failed to call and confirm my delivery date. If I could rate this company a negative I would. I have never been so frustrated with the lack of customer service or follow up. I understand we are all on hard times but don't make promises you can't deliver. I have literally not had a bed since May 26 which is totally unacceptable. Still waiting on a resolution on this matter but I'm no longer optimistic.

UPDATE: Just received a call that they will as a "one time courtesy" replace the couch but they are unsure when. After reading reviews it seems like this is common. How unfortunate. I will read reviews from now in and encourage that. I will continue to spread the word for people to go elsewhere . And to think I loved the pieces Ashley Carrie's but for the price this is not worth it .almost as bad as NORTHEAST FACTORY DIRECT and that's just embarrassing. Purchased living room furniture and after a few days started tearing . Called customer service because technician said the couch base was damaged ( something you cant see upon delivery) Ashely's customer service tried to say it was my fault for not reporting sooner. Fortunately I have emails to prove that is incorrect and have been deeling with this for nearly 8 months. They state they will only send parts and will not replace !!!! . Do not buy furniture here. I visited Ashley HomeStore in Parma today. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes in the store before a associate (Susan) came up to me and asked if anyone has helped me. She began to go through the process of helping and finding the perfect mattress for me. I told her my price range she tried to get close sadly were $500 over my goal. I am a little up set how long it took to get someone to help me. I feel as though the manager of the store should have had someone help me a little sooner. I hope my purchase will make me happier then my experience in this store. We will fine out Susan.

Poor management, do not work with customers, speak to customers in aggressive and dismissive manners. Would not recommend anybody shop at this particular store. Will be filing complaint with BBB as they are refusing refund of cancellation fee of which was impossible to avoid according to the written instruction I was given by Ashley HomeStore.

Terrible customer service. I was in the store for almost 45 minutes and NO ONE cane and asked if i needed help, so I left and now I'm looking for my furniture to fill my entire house elsewhere smh. Shop elsewhere or at least another location....

My T.V stand just arrived and has huge gouges in the wood. Peices to the stand are missing and theres an area were you can tell the product was dropped before boxed. I sat on hold for 18 minutes to have someone answer and do absolutely nothing. Not only that they asked me to hold and never came back. I still have two items that have not been delivered yet, which makes me nervous reading all the reviews. Hopefully someone will get back to me, but the reviews clearly say otherwise.

Dear Ashley furniture, When will my furniture be delivered? The couch I bought a few months ago is now on sale. I paid close to 700$, now its 299.00.. I also was supposed to get free delivery since you could not deliver my furniture as promised due to production issues. Do I get that sale price now? You did say price match ..CORRECT? So, today May 5th 2020. Got a call from Ashley furniture, my couch will be delivered in 2 weeks. They will not honor the price guarantee either. I do get free delivery as promised. But make sure before your furniture is left and delivery ppl are gone.. your stuff is perfect because they will not honor any guarantee.. or returns. So.. I paid for coverage that wont be honored? Because that's what I was told. If that's true do I get a refund for that? I'll tell you, I dont think I'm going to Ashley furniture for anything else. I ordered a bed and mattress set on April 19th, 2020 and upon checkout Ashley's furniture deducted the full amount of the set from my bank account of $486.27, than today April 21st, 2020 they deducted another $215.99 from my bank account. I am curious to why are they charging me an additional $215.99 when I paid in full at the time of checkout? I want my $215.99 back!!

Tyler at your Brooklyn, Ohio location was the best sales rep. We had difficulty finding a couch that would fit in my daughter’s upstairs rental house. He went above and beyond to help us locate one over the telephone after one had previously been delivered. Took an abundance of time with several phone calls back and forth. Tyler was very patient and kind. Would definitely ask for him the next time we shop at Ashley!

My husband & I are shopping for new bed sets, couches & such for our new home. We came to Ashley's a week from yesterday (3.15.2020) roughly and met Kelly. We told her we were just browsing & in doing so found the perfect bed for our son. We returned 03/15/2020 with the FULL intent on buying this set. We noticed it was 50 bucks more than a couple days prior. We were nothing but kind, patient, & polite but when Kelly came by to check on us, we mentioned the price change. It seemed that question bothered her IMMENSELY. With a subtle eye roll she was snippy immediately in her response. She wouldn't let us finish a friggin sentence either when following up with simple delivery questions etc... Worst part was when she asked us if we would be needing a mattress & we asked what they have Kelly responded nastily "Well we have over 50 different kinds..." *pause* We were feeling completely uncomfortable at this point with her brisk attitude, & annoyed glare, but continued to ask for some details on mattresses prices, delivery etc & after yet again another pregnant pause, coupled with a twitch of the mouth, she proceeds to say "Well how long do you want the mattress to last" Not sure if she wasn't feeling well or what was going on with her but she was VERY sterile in her transaction with us.... My mother-in-law was with us during all this & she was simply shocked....Her husband has a credit line at Ashley's... They actually bought from Kelly in the past NUMEROUS times and NEVER got treated this way.... We went from sold on a product to NEVER AGAIN wanting to come back to this location as long as Kelly is there. I work in sales for service at Mercedes-Benz and although we provide top of the line customer care for luxury brand cars, I would NEVER treat a client the way Kelly treated my husband & I regardless of someone buying a $70,000 car or a $400 bed. Customer service is necessary in ANY kind of sales establishment. DO BETTER KELLY..... After this atrocious experience we stopped at Value City and met Rick who displayed an excellent example of customer service care and we recommend him to anyone reading this.

High markups and pushy sales people. I get they work on commission, but if I tell you I'm not buying today, please take me at my word. Makes me not want to come back.

I agree with some previous reviews. I wish I would have read up ahead of time. The salespeople at the store are wonderful. But after that is where the fun begins. Good luck trying to get your furniture. They need to find a new distributor. I like the furniture, but the delivery experience will force me to go elsewhere from now on. Read the poor guys review that was trying to surprise his wife for Christmas.

I’ve been an Ashley customer for 7 years and recently purchased bedroom furniture for my daughters room. Tyler the sales person was great and listened to what I wanted. Purchased furniture on 1/18/2020 called for delivery and delivery date was 2/14/2020 almost a month after purchasing. Cleaned out the old items in my daughters room just to be informed at delivery that the drawer to my vanity broke and 2 brackets were missing and the bed could not be put together. Delivery drivers said someone would call me but never did. I’ve called and keep calling to get updates and no one called me. Finally get a call after a week that said items could not be located in warehouse and have been ordered and shipped to me. 5 days later still nothing, call to check items have not been shipped. They should have been ordered overnight at this point. Was told it takes 7-10 days for processing and shipping meanwhile my daughter is sleeping on the floor on a mattress. It’s 2 brackets and a drawer should not take this long. It’s unacceptable, ridiculous and customer service has been horrible throughout this experience. I don’t want the furniture anymore and want to return it! Also protection plan is a rip off don’t purchase because they will not honor. Also supposed to get a store credit if not used in 5 years that doesn’t happen either.

Not as good as I expected

The word Filth is an understatement. After spending $7,000 on a couch and promised $700 in return my mother was told that she cannot receive the store credit and can only be used on certain things. They tried to take advantage of my mom because she is foreign and doesn&'t speak and read fluently. The manager came and handed my mom a 35 page policy saying that if you want to argue over where the $700 can be spent (cannot be used on clearance or online store) she can go ahead an read it. Businesses like this are absolutely disgusting. An establishment should strive to deliver 110% satisfaction every. damn. time. -Especially in post-sale. If take care of your customers they&'ll become repeat business, treat them disrespectfully you have an everlasting negative word of mouth. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Service was terrible we had to go up to the sales people to get information on the furniture they just looked at us when we came in. We ended up buying some pieces but the service was terrible the sales lady wasn’t even listening to our questions she would cut us off before we finished. My boyfriend and I bought a new couch from Ashley Furniture back in October I believe and we were incredibly happy with our experience. This was the first time we were purchasing a couch and we needed some direction and expertise. Michelle Evans was our sales person and we absolutely loved our experience with her. She was knowledgeable about the products, she was patient with our indecisiveness, and she took care of us making sure we got what we loved. We signed up for the home delivery service and everything went as it was supposed to. Our couch was delivered on the day we scheduled it to be, it was set up in a timely fashion, and nothing came broken. It is now February and we still love our couch. Michelle is a fantastic person and we are happy to have met such a helpful person.

My significant other bought a couch from here around thanksgiving. We spend many minutes on hold trying to schedule a delivery. I finally gave up and called the store manager and had the manager schedule the delivery- he was very kind and helpful.The couch was supposed to be delivered January 4th. A couple days prior they notified us that they will not be able to deliver that day. It’s been over a month since my SO bought the couch and we still don’t have it. We will not shop here again. *** Update: they have rescheduled our order a second time. Now scheduled for about two months since he bought the couch. 1/11 update: we got a text yesterday confirming deliver for today, January 11th. Very confused , We had previously been rescheduled for January 29. Talked to the store TWICE today to determine when we would get this couch— actually not coming today. We have been scheduled for THREE different days. 1/29 update: Was supposed to get the couch today. No texts or any warning of when they were coming. WHEN WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR AFTERNOON DELIVERY AND 30 MINUTE CALL AHEAD. Apparently they called my SO AT 917 AM because they were here. He’s at work and was not able to get to his phone. They left 20 minutes later and said they cannot deliver today now we have to reschedule a 4th time. **insanely poor costumer service considering we bought this couch 2 months ago.

If I could I’d give a -1 star rating. Ordered our furniture September 7, 2019. Furniture took over a month to be delivered, which is fine, everything is made to order. But, our chest was broken, took another month or so for the new one, still broken, took another month or so To get another one... found out it had the same issues and decided to deal with it after several months because we needed the chest to hold our clothes. As the men were taking the chest to our room, instead of picking up the chest and carrying it to the corner, it was dragged along our brand new floor leaving a 7.5 foot scratch. That type of flooring is no longer available, we had several people come in for quotes on the floor as requested by Ashley’s. They all said the scratched area could not just be replaced but the whole floor would need replaced. We’ve been dealing with them about our damaged property but was just told today they will only give $400 as only the area can be replaced which is not what we have been told. On top of the damage from our last chest being delivered , we realized the legs and bottom of the chest were not even there!! Supplies were delivered so someone could attach them to the chest, someone came to attach them and the piece didn’t even match the color of the chest and the guy left without even assembling the legs onto our chest. So here we are 4 months later still with a damaged chest missing pieces and damaged floor that they refuse to pay for. Worst company we’ve ever had to deal with!!! Absolutely horrible customer service.

Wandered around for over 30 minutes and was never acknowledged by a sales person. Was looking for a sofa, but I saw cushions on display furniture that were already showing compression/wrinkles. Layout of the store is aggravating as it isn't organized in a way that is convenient to shop. Why are beds mixed with living room furniture?

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with my delivery. My furniture had been setting in the middle of my floor for 5 days waiting to be assembled by Ashley's packaging department and every time the send someone, the worker act as if they don't want to do the job I had to convince the worker the piece was able to fit before he decided to start the assembling then they end up finding out pieces where missing now it still just hanging around in my living room, I am very displeased with Ashley you better of at Value City Furniture think twince before buying from here!

Ordered a bed in June 2018 and have yet to receive full complete set. Customer service and delivery department are USELESS! If negative stars was an option, that would be my experience. This company is just plain not right!!!

I was just told by a salesperson and the manager that I could not stay in the mattress area alone. I wanted to take my time and try the mattresses that is of interest to me. I will be making a formal complaint because I've never heard of this before. Piece of advice if a customer is describing what they want do not show them anything else but what they are asking for.

I told everyone I spoke to that I NEED THIS BY CHRISTMAS. I told them i'm sorry it did not work out, I'll go somewhere else. They assured me it would be in by the 20th. They offered me money off. I did not want money off, I JUST WANTED THE CHAIR BY CHRISTMAS! The 20th they told me it was on a truck from Wisconsin. Yesterday the truck was delayed. Today, still no truck. They have offered me a refund in 7-10 days but I'm sure I'll have to fight for this too! Merry Christmas Ashley CEO! I hope yours is better than mine. I just read several other reviews with the same problem. Instead of continuously letting your customers down, why don't you find a new manufacturer or give your current manufacturer an ultimatum?

Overpriced and shady tactics. When shopping for bedroom furniture, floor sales women refused to talk numbers or deals until I filled a "pre-approval" credit request. I told this lady I do NOT want to open a line of credit yet, I don't believe I'll be buying anything from you... She said "we can talk deals after we see what kind of approval you get" and bullied me into filling out the credit request... She LIED to me. I was not filling out a pre-approval request, I was opening a line of credit. Ashley homestore fraudulently opened a like a credit on my name after I was bullied into, and lied to, by a sales person. I will NEVER be buying from Ashley after this blatent fraud.

This store in particular is fine. The issue, as others have stated, is the warehouse and delivery. Literally, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I really wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. It appears it's the same with everyone- deliveries that are constantly canceled or rescheduled, ridiculous wait times to reach customer service (I've waited an hour+ at least 3 times), no return calls when promised. I'm on my 3rd rescheduled delivery (having to call off work each time) with zero confidence they'll show up. I was told today all times are estimates, even those that are called in with a specific 3 hour time frame. I will never buy from Ashley again.

Buyers, please BEWARE. This company is dishonest and deceitful. My $1k couch started breaking down after a year. (No kids, just me + hub). We were (reluctantly) talked into an Extended Warranty as the salesperson said that if it is not used, we will get our money back. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. When the couch started bowing, we called for service and the protection plan conveniently didn't cover the structure. It is absolutely USELESS and a waste. And you don't get your money back if you don't file a claim. It is a scam. Nor will customer service help you. But they gladly WON'T help you with a smile. Worst purchase I ever made. Truly disgusted as I now see online just how many horrible experiences people have had purchasing here. Do your research. Check reviews. (Most of them are very poor.) Take your business elsewhere. They don't deserve it.

Friendly staff

Make sure you understand you don't get the furniture same day or next week. It's horrible service, told me when I bought my sectional (paying cash didn't finance) 2-4 weeks. I agreed then 3 days while I sold my sofa their delivery service calls me to tell me that my order wasn't going to be delivered. That customer service would reschedule. I waited 2 days for that call, meanwhile I have no sofa...they tell me another 2 weeks, and offered me $125 gift card. I wanted to cancel but they kept telling me they would get on it. So now labor day comes, I have company out of town and no sofa. On Wed of that following week they call to tell me my partial sectional can be delivered but didn't know about my other items. I cancelled. About 20 minutes later customer service called said they could set the date, and another $125 gift card for the night mare. So they deliver my sectional, all good but only 1 gift card. I called customer service and to this day no call back . 4 times I called. Today I went in Brooklyn store Ohio, to order a fireplace off their web site and I get the answer, you can't use the gift card from website, I can only use it in store. WOW...the prices didn't even come close to the item I wanted in the store...then the WORKERS there were so RUDE to other co workers. I was behind disblief. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS THROUGH ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME STORE...NEVER....SERIOUSLY BEWARE. Not 1 person called today to make anything right. So they used my money all those weeks while I was being lied to. You want that?? RUN..RUN LIKE HECK...

We purchased a sectional that instead of a 4-6 week delivery it was stretched out to 10 weeks for delivery. We were awarded a 125.00 gift card for our inconvenience. Problem is they do not tell you it cant be used for online purchases or in store clearance items. What a deceitful operation. Management was borderline rude, sales staff were rude to one another during our visit on Saturday. Vijay was very apologetic and attempted to help us. Oddly enough he was not totally educated regarding the gift cards limitations. In efforts to call corporate you are placed on hold for eternity. Very very disappointed in this Brooklyn, OH location.

Bought an end table for pick-up was told when it would be in. Waited a week later still no table , called and was told they had no idea when it would arrive, was also told it could 1 or 2 months out. Told the lady if I would have known this I would have went elsewhere she hung up. Guess maybe will never get the furniture.

To pricey

Very happy with our Ashley Furniture. First off, a lot of the reviews complain about the amount of time it takes to get furniture. You are told 2-4 weeks for it to be ready and delivered. We bought our furniture 6 weeks ago. We had this planned out around renovation so we had plenty of time. We were in the store about 3 times before we purchased. All associates were friendly and helped us make a decision. We got a reclining loveseat to chairs and a new dining rom set. Delivery window was 8:30-11:30 and the guys arrived at 11:00. They were very kind and carful with our furniture. Everything was set up and checked before they left. They were gone before 12:00. Overall very very happy. Thank you, Ashley.

The worst furniture experience of my life! They got the wrong address for delivery, gave me no call on when the delivery would be and also didnt breif me that if furniture cannot fit in an elevator then they wont take it past 3 floors. The delivery team then laughed and joked about it like its no big deal. I find none of this funny, 3 errors on their part causing me to wait another month to order another piece. Unbelievable on how they can have a business run like this. Ive had to cancel 3 family gatherings because of THEIR mistakes.DO NOT BUY THROUGH ASHLEY!!!

How convenient that you give us a phone number for Service and Scheduling and still do not help out with customer's concerns. You call yourselves the "#1 furniture store in America?" On the basis of what? Certainly not cutomer service or quality of the majority of your furniture. Faux wood: cardboard, pressed wood, etc... to name a few. You failed on that!!!

I recently bought a tempurpedic mattress, my salesman was aleks ristic. He was fantastic. He went over all the features available to ensure i got what i was looking for. I was suffering from chronic spine pain and i can say 2 months in this bed has been life changing in regards to pain and quality of sleep. I would recommend Mr. Ristic to any of my friends and family.

This store is great, good sales people and a nice selection... now getting the furniture, another story entirely. For those that don't know, These Ashley stores have no inventory, They are show rooms and then they send you the furniture from a warehouse. You don't take anything home that day. Bought a sectional, and we like the section of sectional that came... you know they're two pieces and evidently some mistake was made... It took some 3 weeks to get a delivery date, and now another 3+ for the second piece (I am waiting on it now). The prices are good, this Parma location is nice, even the delivery guys were great... but the warehouse system seems to lose a lot through cracks. I'm sure supply chain is a challenge here, but come on. I mean in a day an age where I get stuff on Amazon to my door in less than 24 hours, how can you ask me to wait 2 Months for a piece of furniture? Going through the reviews this seems to be a very common occurrence. Be nice if they could get the shipping and delivery together, because other aspects are very good.

Not what we thought

we ordered an adjustable base and head board we are going on two months for the actual delivery we got part of our order then we were told the other part was still being made upon the second partial delivery we were told they didn't have the proper screws for the head board and they would be sent to us to set up ourselves contact customer service said they would send someone out once parts come in another week or two so that will be about 2 and a half months not to mention the guy bent the legs on my bed frame and did not properly screw on the brackets if we were to lay on the bed it will collapse because of the damage they caused to the bed and when I call the store now I just get attitude.

Same situation as most. Semi nightmare buying entire living room set from the Fairlawn store. Decided to get an additional end table but go to the Brooklyn store. They double talk you for sure. Ordered the end table. I was going to pick it up at the store on 9/5 as promised by the store. Called and they said it's not there. Will be there 9/20. Called on 9/20 and they said it's not there. Will be there 10/4. Now this is a small end table that I will have to put together. They too said these dates were all estimates. Nowhere does the sales receipt state it's an estimate. I sure will never go back to any Ashley store. My fault for not reading reviews prior to getting involved in this company. Most reviews show terrible customer service.

Shopping and purchasing your items is always a breeze but when it comes to delivery... it's a disaster. We had scheduled it to be delivered in July, then called and had to reschedule for mid-September due to the warehouse. No call no show. Been on-hold for over an hour to find out what the hell is going on. We will never shop at this store ever again. This is just unacceptable.

At an outrage poor customer services I have had the worst experience ever with Ashley home furniture store in Brooklyn Ohio I called into the store back in April to have my center conceal repaired they sent out two recliners kits instead (not what I asked for) it is now August my center conceal repaired it was finally delivered today to my surprise they don’t have the hardware to my center conceal so it couldn’t be installed today they are sorry. Please stay away because all you get is the run around with costumer services they don’t make notes/read notes to avoid all the mishaps Hell I should have kept my bolts myself for all the BS I been through with them very unprofessional because delivery should have hardware for just incase they are very unprofessional

They were fast to make a sale very slow getting my recliner and end table over a month then the day before they call me to tell me my furniture will not be delivered because my table was damaged and they will not do a partial delivery asked when it would be delivered and they told me they had no idea so I'm paying for the items and it might be another month before I get it

Dear Ashley Homestore, We have spent 7 thousand dollars, PAID in 16 different items on June 23rd. The delivery was scheduled for July 23rd, and 3 days before that the NIGHTMARE began. The assistant informed that there was a delay, I had to BEG for the delivery of 3 pieces (which was ready), and it was delivered. BUT since then, the rest of the order has been postponed : 2 nightstands, 2 TV stands, 1 Fireplace, 1 Sofa, 1 Ottoman, 2 Dressers, 1 Mirror, and 1 Dining bench. After SIX DIFFERENT DATES, the last update was today, you want to schedule the delivery for August 27TH. As a customer, if I could say anything, it wouldn't be DON'T BUY at Ashley. PLEASE, ASSUME SOME RESPONSABILITY. THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE HAVE EVER SEEN. BEYOND ALL THE DAMAGE, I FEEL LIKE YOU ARE NOT BEING HONEST - it is not likely that all the items mentioned above will be ready in the very same day, so either you have something ready but don't want to spend with extra freight, or you are going to postpone it again and again. Still waiting on delivery

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited a month to get a bed frame, mattress, and box spring delivered. They came yesterday and had "forgotten" the mattress and box spring at the warehouse!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. I am 8.5 months pregnant sleeping on the floor. I also paid a delivery fee. I spent all day on hold trying to get this fixed and get my bed out. I spoke to a lady named Malorie from guest relations and she said they would have it out between 7am to 11 am the next day. Well the next day is today and I am waiting since 7am and receive a phone call at 9 am saying that the bed hasn't been loaded onto the truck AGAIN today and that I won't be getting it for the 2nd day in a row. I am just shocked by how incompetent their warehouse manager and delivery drivers are. It is honestly amazing that they hire people who can't seem to do their job and they could care less about how they have messed up multiple times. The guest relations worker said they can offer me $150 store credit. HONESTLY? $150 store credit when the delivery charge I paid was $100 and they've severely messed up 2 days in a row?! Not to mention why would I EVER want to buy anything from you guys again? GO TO ANY OTHER FURNITURE STORE BESIDES ASHLEY.

Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I purchased a number of furniture items from this store. I had to call them to find out when my items were to be delivered 2 days after the expressed delivery date. I was told my chairs were on back order and they were holding my entire order until they were available. Thank goodness i requested the delivery of the "available" items and was able to received them. However, the "backordered" chairs were not backordered, but discontinued. No one at the store contacted me about it until i called and inquired about the delivery. The store should not have sold the chairs, corporate office should be better at customer service. After 72+ hours of making phones calls, and not being called back, to no answers I have yet to receive adequate compensation for the delays they caused and the time period of waiting for these items. i would give them negative stars if I could.

I wish I could offer 3 reviews, one for the sales team, one for the furniture and one for the customer service/ delivery line. I'll just average my score: Sales Team- 5*- We bought my 3 year olds bedroom set and an living room furniture on two separate trips within the months of each other. Both experiences were great. The sales staff was well informed and helpful. Furniture- 4* - Good quality for good price. I wouldn't say it's the best furniture I've ever owned, but it gets the job done nicely. Customer Service/ Delivery- 1* - Both deliveries have been a disaster. With my first order, the bedroom set, they told me a Monday delivery day and I would receive a call on Sunday with a time. Sunday comes and goes and I receive no call. I call first thing Monday morning and they tell me I'm not scheduled until Thursday. I am CERTAIN I did not mess up on my end because I was scheduled to be induced with my second baby on that Wednesday. Then they tell me if I can't do Thursday (which I obviously can't because I'd be within hours of having a baby) they can't get me in for TWO MORE WEEKS! The reason we needed that furniture was for my daughter because the new baby would be taking over the nursery set and two weeks was unacceptable. My mom had to take off work to receive the furniture, which she should NOT have had to do if Ashley"s scheduling team hadn't severely messed up. We ordered our living room furniture back in June and were told we'd be receiving pickup information by the end of July. The furniture was on back order, which we were aware of. Again, no call, so I called to find out the status of our order. After several calls, being put on hold several times over the course of three days, never receiving call backs that were promised, speaking with 4 different associates and 3 days of trying to get information we finally learned it would be two more weeks. Let me be clear, I'm not frustrated with the fact that we have two more weeks of waiting. We expected to have to wait. I'm annoyed and angry that I had to jump through hoops and getting this information was like pulling teeth. The final woman I spoke with told me within 5 minutes what our order status was and to expect 2 more weeks. Why on earth were the other 3 associates so incompetent and couldn't even follow through returning promised phone calls? I'm very annoyed with the scheduling/ call center, which is a shame because without them I would have awarded 5 stars.

This is a review only of my shopping experience, not furniture. The salesman I worked, Ty, was friendly and helpful. His style wasn't overly aggressive but let's just say that I got the sense they operate on commission and when it became clear I was actually going to be spending money (and not just window shop) the gratitude and appreciation began to overflow. Not a critique, simply a factual observation. That being said, I mostly enjoyed the layout of the shore and could easily navigate it. No one else in the store spoke to me much so I guess everyone is laser focused on their potential customers? Who knows. More greetings wouldn't hurt though, and would ensure customers feel like more than dollar signs. Im hopeful that my furniture will arrive as scheduled and as ordered but I will update this review if there are hiccups to the process.

We purchased a living room set as well as a dining room table. Both items were damaged on delivery. While they have sent out repairmen, it seems unreasonable that after the delivery of three tables, we still do not have a table. All of the laminate tops are chipped. The resolution they offer are not satisfactory. Would not recommend this store After additional calls to the store, problem is unresolved. We have had three dining room tables delivered. All have been damaged. In addition the sofa’s arm was broken. While this was repaired, it seems like the quality of furniture they offer is not acceptable and the resolutions are far worse I have asked to speak with supervisors, request is declined and they do not want to take the dining room set back and offer very little compensation for damaged table. I’m editing this review because we have had a horrible experience with the store and customer service. Our bed was on back order and we were never notified. Then the chair was delivered and it was the wrong chair. I’ve had to call every 2 days for a month to try and get ahold of someone and no one calls us back. The store will not help us. I’ve called the manager and the sales person Vanessa and both have been unresponsive. Now we are still waiting for the correct chair and for them to pick up the wrong one. And we tried to return the box springs that are still in the original bag/ packaging and they said they will not take any returns. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I work in sales and customer service and this has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. *** edit to original post ***** Vanessa was great to work with. She helped us find a great mattress in addition to a chair and ottoman we needed. Will definitely come back to see her again in the future!

They have third party service providers, and the lack of communication between Ashley and the service providers is unreal. I have a warranty processing right now and it’s taking a month to complete. Absolutely ridiculous. I know proper customer service, and this is not it.

Great sales staff, but horrible service. Bought thousands of dollars of furniture (living room and bedroom sets), one year later they won't repair the couches. Very poor craftsmanship. Wooden frame cracked on a knot (never use knotted wood if you need strength). They replaced the wood, but not the cushions. Foam was damaged, plus is already breaking down after only a year of light use. Buyer Beware.

Love the collection .my son got a new home to run around I got a feeling when we went there to purchase our sofa.the sofa is like a compliment to our house.all our guest are praising about it.

Changed my review from a 4 star to 1. I will NEVER buy anything from this awful company again. We purchased a chair and it took 3 months to arrive. No one from Ashely advised of the long ETA. It was supposed to be available 2 weeks after the purchase. They were very unapologetic about the delay. I understand there are factors out of your control. I work in logistics. The problem is the customer service after there was an issue. It was non-existent.

On April 7, 2019, I purchased a sofa, two chairs and an ottoman from Ashley Home Store. I was offered a 15% cash discount that I accepted. I was told that the furniture had to be ordered and that it would be 4 weeks before they could deliver it. After waiting four weeks Ashley Home Stores called me and told me it would be another two weeks. After waiting another two weeks, Ashley Home Store called me and said it would be another two weeks for delivery. I finally received the furniture on May 28. The first chair off the truck was defective from the manufacturer. The sofa and the other chair were damaged during shipping. I told the truck drivers that I was refusing the delivery because of the defect and damage to the furniture. Ashley Home Store called me and asked if I would store the furniture in my house because I was the first stop and the truck drivers would be off schedule if they had to take the furniture on and off the truck for the other deliveries. Being the nice guy that I am, I told them it would be o.k. Ashley Home Store told me that they would pick up the furniture on June 4 and refund my money. They did pick up the furniture on June 4 however as of this date, June 28,2019, and several calls later, they have not refunded me my money. I waited almost 2 months to receive damaged and defective furniture. I've waited another month for my refund and I still don't have it. I don't know how this company stays in business.

Our salesman named Guy was fantastic! He let us take our time and was not intimidating for us to purchase anything in a rush. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer appeal! Just generally disappointed with the furniture quality for the price. I got my first bedroom set as a teenager from Ashley Furniture when you had to shop the collection from a catalog at another store (its the same set as Howard on big bang theory) and the glass had a huge wave in it, but It was the first set of new furniture we had ever owned so we were too excited to mind. Now present day I have a 7 piece kitchen table set I purchased about 9 months ago and its garbage. I was reminded to make this review because I switched chairs from one with a completely flat cushion, so flat I can feel the square out line, to one with more padding but the leg has broken twice so it has a permanent wobble. Its just my husband and I with an 8 month old baby. This furniture certainly isn't getting abused or seeing much action to have any issues, especially for $2,500. I LOVE their designs but I wont be back for more furniture.

Vanessa, our Sales Manager, was wonderful! She took time with us, without rushing. She spent quality time helping us find the right mattress, that my husband and I both agreed worked best for us. We have never had such a good night's sleep! Vanessa also took time to correct the issue with has with our delivery. She apologized and made "things right." Those are the two most important elements for correcting a mistake. I highly recommend this store and Vanessa. The customer service is excellent, and the furniture and mattresses are high quality and value for the price!

I ordered a new living room set and mattress for my new apartment and had it delivered today and although I was a but apprehensive of buying from the first store my sales lady Vanessa made it so easy. Now that I have it in my home I couldn't be more confident in my decision to purchase a from Vanessa. She made my first store my last!
