I needed a new recliner and I walked in the store with my wife. Dylan greeted us at the door, I told him what I needed and he showed us around. I literally spent 13 minutes from the time I walked in to when we walked out, with the chair I was looking for. It couldn't have been any easier. Dylan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He'll see us again, for sure!

I ordered my furniture in January. Was told I would receive it the first week of March.Now they have pushed it back to the first week of April.

She helped me when I purchased my sectional couch and then again today when I purchased a mattress with an adjustable base. Mike was super helpful and personable. We had limited space so he walked around the showroom measuring all the sectionals and checking different configurations to make sure we found one that utilized our space the best. He was available to answer questions when needed but gave my family space to try out options without being pushy or hovering over us. We haven’t received our couch yet but we had a pleasant buying experience.

We have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley. We love the quality of their products and the friendliness of the staff. We recently purchased a sectional couch and a dining room table and chairs. Rob was amazing to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the items we were looking for. He was able to answer all of our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. We searched high and low for a bedroom set we loved. Found the one at Ashley furniture and ordered. A little disappointed that the original quote was not correct and we ended up having to pay an additional 1200 after they corrected their mistake. We were also given a delivery date more than a month later than the original date we were given.

5 stars! James helped us from the start to finish and gave us his phone number if we needed anything else! Definitely going to be shopping with James and the rest of the Ashely’s staff from now on!

Bought a bedroom suite from Ashley and James was a no pressure down to earth sales person. He even price matched another store for the same set. When it came time for delivery, we were in the single digits and the gentleman who delivered, Michael and Devan, handled it like champs. They were fantastic. Bought a couch during COVID along with a mattress. The recliner on couch broke twice within first year.. Someone came out and fixed it the first time then after that they didn't care anymore despite the warranty.. The couch was junk and we are finally able to get it replaced with another from another furniture store.. The mattress is great but couch was very poor quality and customer service after the fact was rude.. Will not return.

Waiting on someone to get back to me to correct an issue that Ashley was made aware of on the day of the delivery. I’ve called twice and texted once. Maybe this will get someone to try to in touch with me. Salesperson entered the wrong SKU into the order which resulted in us not getting the proper base for our bed. Edit added 1/8/26, someone did finally follow up. They are working on fixing the problem.

They didn't have the sofa I wanted to see in store, but he found the measurements of a sofa they did have so I could sit on and see if it was comfortable. And also found another sofa in the color I was looking for! I haven't received it yet, but I know if there is a problem, I'm confident he will do what he can to help! 5 star review for sure for his help! Also, I cannot stress enough how no one followed me around the whole time while looking! I looked earlier at Levin, will never go there again. It was creepy!

I have been an Ashley customer for years.My last purchase was a power lift recliner. My husband can’t walk very well, uses a walker. His lift recliner broke and he sleeps in it about 7 to 8 hours a night. While being beside myself the staff at Ashley’s worked with me for at least an hour. I got him a lift recliner and it will be here in less than a week. The staff at the Canton, Ohio store are very professional and caring. Thank you everyone. Lisa was my associate.

If you are looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service look no further. Amber Kay is the reason that I found what I was looking for. Just any leather reclining loveseat wasn't going to work because we needed extra wide seat cushions and it couldn't be longer than 74". She listened to our needs and concerns and presented us with several options. She encouraged us to sit and try each loveseat and lay on it like we were home. I appreciate that she didn't sell us the most expensive option, because she could've. Amber Kay took the time and worked hard to find us the right option for our personal needs. She suggested that we put two sectional arms together and make a loveseat. A power reclining right arm and a power reclining left arm. That was brilliant. We would've never thought of that. She is not your ordinary pushy sales person. Amber Kay approaches finding the right piece as if she is helping her own family. She was patient, kind, caring and personable. I don't trust buying furniture from anyone else.

I've looked for a new mattress for a year and when I found James at Ashley Furniture, I had to look no more. The sectional comes with a very comfy ottoman as well. Our space is small so my husband crafted a table top so we could utilize the ottoman as a coffee table.

Very disappointed, chair I got was the most uncomfortable chair, was on clearance so they said keep it come in and we'll give you a deal on another chair, ended up paying over $600 on another chair. Mom got a reclining couch and the guys that put it together did it wrong, leg part won't go all the way down, my Mom is disabled and getting her up with the couch not working right is a challenge, I called to have them come out to fix it, they say we can come out June 27th, are you kidding me. On the plus side a different company is coming out today to put it together right. Oh ya my new chair won't be delivered till Sometime in July SMH.

I was very pleased with the patience and time sales staff and delivery provided. However, the support provided after delivery was equally as poor. Supposedly extra supports were ordered for my ergomotion frame. However, now I cannot get any answers. In the meantime the middle of the bed has makeshift support. It appears once they received my money the rest does not matter. I have tried speaking with sales, warranty and support and passed off to ergomotion who had no information.

Such a great supportive experience. Amber was so helpful answered all of my questions and made the process so quick and easy.

I found a couch at Levin that I loved online. When I went to their show room, they did not have it there. I found out it was actually an Ashley couch. I went ahead and got quotes and headed over to Ashley. They had it in their show room and I fell in love!!! They quickly beat Levins price and even sat down with me discussing my rooms dimensions and gave me awesome recommendations for my space! And did I mention this was like an hour before closing? I walked out with a couch scheduled to be delivered and am beyond excited to have it in my living room! Couldn't recommend Emily and Ashley furniture enough!!

Update: Feb.20- The CSR’s Matt and Ashley were finally able to rectify my situation. And a store representative by the name of Eric reached out in regard to this review. I’m glad this personal nightmare situation of mine is over and appreciate Eric for reaching out personally. In a nutshell- some updated training needs to be done with the store staff. You can’t just tell customers what they want to hear to make a sale and completely disregard them afterwards. If you want to wait several months for you items to arrive- this is the place for you. Or- if you would like to receive your items in partial deliveries, ie one piece at a time several months between one another- again, this is the place for you. The manager at the physical store location-Adam I believe his name was. Will “write your info down” and never call you back. The customer service staff however are FABULOUS. Ashley and Matt were the most frequent customer service members I’ve spoken with. Top notch. The store? No bueno- save yourself this stress and go to Bobs Furniture or any other location. I never wrote bad reviews. I’ve gone through every single option I could and Ashley furniture refuses to rectify my situation. Purchased furniture in November during their Black Friday sale. And I’m still waiting on the remaining pieces. I would love to type my entire story- but nobody has time for that. Do not shop Ashley Furniture-

We have been to a few furniture stores from Macy’s, Bob’s, Value City, Arhaus, Wayside etc over the years. The team at Ashley’s was wonderful. First of all we don’t like to be followed or chased as some stores employees do trying hard for the sale. We wanted to look to see what we liked then ask questions. Just our way and that was respected extremely well. We spent well over two hours and picked out a new sectional, dining set along with bedroom and misc other furnishings. The respect and professionalism is and was above and beyond any expectations and or other area stores. We are very satisfied and happy with our shopping experience and will be back when our new home is built in 2 years to furnish it as well.

We went to Ashley's while visiting furniture stores. We had Amber Kay as our sales person. We were there and left to make sure the set there is what we wanted. While our We called her and asked a couple questions. We went back and when we came in she knew it was us that called and was very knowledgeable with the furniture we wanted and she wasn't pressure sales, she just used her personality and made us comfortable and we enjoyed dealing with her. We can't wait to get our new furniture!!!

We recently purchased a dining room set and a living room set from Ashley during their Black Friday special. Rob dealt with us and he was very friendly, down to earth, and helpful as we searched the store for what we needed for our first home. The cash out process was relatively quick and painless, or so I thought. When we got to the car we didn’t think our paperwork was correct. We went back into the store and the manager saw the mistake and quickly fixed it. And Rob even texted me to apologize which I thought was classy, we really appreciated him. But I just checked my bank statement and I still to this day don’t think we received any discount for the Black Friday special…… The more I read about this company I feel as though many people have experienced a discrepancy in what they pay. It’s really unfortunate because I have been raving about the products we purchased! And I have to say that everyone we encountered at the store in Belden was extremely helpful. My advice, shop here, great products, great people, but be very careful during the cash out process. If there is a special make sure you get what’s advertised because I don’t believe we did. I need to update this review. This store makes things right. They contacted me, were apologetic, and as everyone should understand things happen. We have been properly charged now and really have some respect for their customer service. We also LOVE everything we purchased from Ashley: our sectional, ottoman, dining room set, and a tv stand is on the way. Shop here, great products and great people!

I visited Ashley's on a whim. Entering the store there was no pressure and I was free to look around at a large variety of furniture. I had questions and asked for help. Donna, a sales rep, answered my questions and I ended up purchasing the furniture I wanted.
