If you are looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service look no further. Amber Kay is the reason that I found what I was looking for. Just any leather reclining loveseat wasn't going to work because we needed extra wide seat cushions and it couldn't be longer than 74". She listened to our needs and concerns and presented us with several options. She encouraged us to sit and try each loveseat and lay on it like we were home. I appreciate that she didn't sell us the most expensive option, because she could've. Amber Kay took the time and worked hard to find us the right option for our personal needs. She suggested that we put two sectional arms together and make a loveseat. A power reclining right arm and a power reclining left arm. That was brilliant. We would've never thought of that. She is not your ordinary pushy sales person. Amber Kay approaches finding the right piece as if she is helping her own family. She was patient, kind, caring and personable. I don't trust buying furniture from anyone else.

I've looked for a new mattress for a year and when I found James at Ashley Furniture, I had to look no more. James was knowledgeable, friendly and never pressured me and I visited the store @ 6 times! If he didn't have the answer, he found it. I'm very excited about my Nectar mattress which is coming soon. To top it off Ashley has FREE delivery and they will take away your old one too. That is hard to find nowadays along with a fair price. Thank you, James , for going above and beyond!

We were very pleased how Lisa took care of us. Very friendly and knowledgeable with what we were looking for. Then too, after we got home and thought about it, decided to get a loveseat instead of the chair and again, she was very accommodating. Took care of it all.

My wife and I visited the Ashley Store and was received by Home Furnishings Consultant Lisa Fowler. Not pressured but were directed to the areas of our interests and left to look. We did find a recliner chair we liked and then asked for Lisa’s assistance, she answered all the questions we had and we decided to make the purchase. We were very pleased with the service we received and presume the product will be just as good.

Amber pointed out the areas to find the chairs and after looking we discussed how we have dogs that we were concerned with the durability of the chairs. She took us to two chairs that were Durapella and explained their quality and extended warranty. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made us feel comfortable with the purchase.

It was a great experience for me. Amber Kay was so helpful and talked to me like a friend. She explained all the details about the furniture. Best of all, no pressure. I will definitely shop there again and hope Amber is there.

A huge shout out to Amber and Seth (who attempted to help us but was pulled away) for helping my husband and I find the perfect sectional for our small living room. The spice color is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The sectional comes with a very comfy ottoman as well. Our space is small so my husband crafted a table top so we could utilize the ottoman as a coffee table.

Very disappointed, chair I got was the most uncomfortable chair, was on clearance so they said keep it come in and we'll give you a deal on another chair, ended up paying over $600 on another chair. Mom got a reclining couch and the guys that put it together did it wrong, leg part won't go all the way down, my Mom is disabled and getting her up with the couch not working right is a challenge, I called to have them come out to fix it, they say we can come out June 27th, are you kidding me. On the plus side a different company is coming out today to put it together right. Oh ya my new chair won't be delivered till Sometime in July SMH.

I was very pleased with the patience and time sales staff and delivery provided. However, the support provided after delivery was equally as poor. Supposedly extra supports were ordered for my ergomotion frame. However, now I cannot get any answers. In the meantime the middle of the bed has makeshift support. It appears once they received my money the rest does not matter. I have tried speaking with sales, warranty and support and passed off to ergomotion who had no information.

Such a great supportive experience. Amber was so helpful answered all of my questions and made the process so quick and easy.

I found a couch at Levin that I loved online. When I went to their show room, they did not have it there. I found out it was actually an Ashley couch. I went ahead and got quotes and headed over to Ashley. They had it in their show room and I fell in love!!! They quickly beat Levins price and even sat down with me discussing my rooms dimensions and gave me awesome recommendations for my space! And did I mention this was like an hour before closing? I walked out with a couch scheduled to be delivered and am beyond excited to have it in my living room! Couldn't recommend Emily and Ashley furniture enough!!

Update: Feb.20- The CSR’s Matt and Ashley were finally able to rectify my situation. And a store representative by the name of Eric reached out in regard to this review. I’m glad this personal nightmare situation of mine is over and appreciate Eric for reaching out personally. In a nutshell- some updated training needs to be done with the store staff. You can’t just tell customers what they want to hear to make a sale and completely disregard them afterwards. If you want to wait several months for you items to arrive- this is the place for you. Or- if you would like to receive your items in partial deliveries, ie one piece at a time several months between one another- again, this is the place for you. The manager at the physical store location-Adam I believe his name was. Will “write your info down” and never call you back. The customer service staff however are FABULOUS. Ashley and Matt were the most frequent customer service members I’ve spoken with. Top notch. The store? No bueno- save yourself this stress and go to Bobs Furniture or any other location. I never wrote bad reviews. I’ve gone through every single option I could and Ashley furniture refuses to rectify my situation. Purchased furniture in November during their Black Friday sale. And I’m still waiting on the remaining pieces. I would love to type my entire story- but nobody has time for that. Do not shop Ashley Furniture-

We have been to a few furniture stores from Macy’s, Bob’s, Value City, Arhaus, Wayside etc over the years. The team at Ashley’s was wonderful. First of all we don’t like to be followed or chased as some stores employees do trying hard for the sale. We wanted to look to see what we liked then ask questions. Just our way and that was respected extremely well. We spent well over two hours and picked out a new sectional, dining set along with bedroom and misc other furnishings. The respect and professionalism is and was above and beyond any expectations and or other area stores. We are very satisfied and happy with our shopping experience and will be back when our new home is built in 2 years to furnish it as well.

We recently purchased a dining room set and a living room set from Ashley during their Black Friday special. Rob dealt with us and he was very friendly, down to earth, and helpful as we searched the store for what we needed for our first home. The cash out process was relatively quick and painless, or so I thought. When we got to the car we didn’t think our paperwork was correct. We went back into the store and the manager saw the mistake and quickly fixed it. And Rob even texted me to apologize which I thought was classy, we really appreciated him. But I just checked my bank statement and I still to this day don’t think we received any discount for the Black Friday special…… The more I read about this company I feel as though many people have experienced a discrepancy in what they pay. It’s really unfortunate because I have been raving about the products we purchased! And I have to say that everyone we encountered at the store in Belden was extremely helpful. My advice, shop here, great products, great people, but be very careful during the cash out process. If there is a special make sure you get what’s advertised because I don’t believe we did. I need to update this review. This store makes things right. They contacted me, were apologetic, and as everyone should understand things happen. We have been properly charged now and really have some respect for their customer service. We also LOVE everything we purchased from Ashley: our sectional, ottoman, dining room set, and a tv stand is on the way. Shop here, great products and great people!

I came into ashley furniture for a new bedroom set and a mattress on 8/26, and I had such an amazing experience! Amber was extremely helpful and so kind! She made sure I was trying out all the mattresses in supine positions and was very patient while I was making my decision. It meant a lot to me that Amber kept my two year old busy by putting her onto the mattresses to test them out with us and she kept her busy playing with stuffed animals throughout the store. Lovely customer service from Tyler Newsome. Came in and had a great selection to choose from. Great to have the option of white glove service. Side note they don’t deliver clearance, but the prices make it worth the sweat to do it ourselves

Today is July 12, 2024 I've been wanting new furniture but wasn't sure we're to go. I first visited all the trouble spots in town , bad furniture and the sales staff thought they were used car sales folks trying to tell me what I was gonna but. That didn't settle well with me. So I had one more store to visit Ashley's furniture store .So I went in there to window shop when a lady by the name of Lisa came up behind me ,she introduced herself in a professional manner.She saw I wasn't happy so she gave me some space.so I walked around as she softly and quietly spoke to me .we walked a bit then I st well we met up on the other end and Lisa took over doing her job .She is the kindest ,sweetest sales person I ever felt with.she let me pick what I wanted with no pressure. If I was boss she would be promoted with a raise . We need people like her don't let her go ,she's one in a million Thank You Lisa for helping me find something I could be happy with.

Cool new technology shows your pressure points while laying in a showroom bed and what the sleep number can do for you. Paid more than I wanted to for one, but if I finally get better sleep, my quality of life will improve, and I may be more productive, meaning more paychecks and fun!

I have been to 7 other places today and my experience was beyond horrible. I walked in the door here and literally you guys could have sold me a fried bologna sandwich for $5000 and I would’ve financed 2 of them. This was the easiest and most fun I have ever had buying anything! If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Thank all of you SOOOO much for helping me today!
