Ashley in Canton, Ohio has been wonderful to work with! We personally would never have gone to this location without the nudge of a local furniture store who told us that we could “test” the couch at the Canton location and come back to the local location to purchase it for cheaper. Ashley in Canton price matched, provided excellent customer service and did everything over the phone fairly quickly for us! Even got a better delivery date. Can’t wait to get our new couch!
I came into ashley furniture for a new bedroom set and a mattress on 8/26, and I had such an amazing experience! Amber was extremely helpful and so kind! She made sure I was trying out all the mattresses in supine positions and was very patient while I was making my decision. It meant a lot to me that Amber kept my two year old busy by putting her onto the mattresses to test them out with us and she kept her busy playing with stuffed animals throughout the store. we are so glad we chose Ashley Homestore for our bedroom & living room furniture. Brian our salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable which made our experience less stressful. Brian had us lay on a therapeutic mattress we feel in love , he surely made our day. we went through a house fire December 17th & lost everything so we are super excited to get back into our home with our new furniture.

Lovely customer service from Tyler Newsome. Came in and had a great selection to choose from. Great to have the option of white glove service. Side note they don’t deliver clearance, but the prices make it worth the sweat to do it ourselves

Today is July 12, 2024 I've been wanting new furniture but wasn't sure we're to go. I first visited all the trouble spots in town , bad furniture and the sales staff thought they were used car sales folks trying to tell me what I was gonna but. That didn't settle well with me. So I had one more store to visit Ashley's furniture store .So I went in there to window shop when a lady by the name of Lisa came up behind me ,she introduced herself in a professional manner.She saw I wasn't happy so she gave me some space.so I walked around as she softly and quietly spoke to me .we walked a bit then I st well we met up on the other end and Lisa took over doing her job .She is the kindest ,sweetest sales person I ever felt with.she let me pick what I wanted with no pressure. If I was boss she would be promoted with a raise . We need people like her don't let her go ,she's one in a million Thank You Lisa for helping me find something I could be happy with.

Cool new technology shows your pressure points while laying in a showroom bed and what the sleep number can do for you. Paid more than I wanted to for one, but if I finally get better sleep, my quality of life will improve, and I may be more productive, meaning more paychecks and fun!
I have been to 7 other places today and my experience was beyond horrible. I walked in the door here and literally you guys could have sold me a fried bologna sandwich for $5000 and I would’ve financed 2 of them. We were immediately greated which is usually a huge turn off, but the associate listed to our desire to do a quick lap and see if we saw something that sparked our interest. He gave my kids a fidget toy & turned on bluey for them making our experience easier. We had the absolute best experience at Ashley. I ran in to check out a few things, before deciding and the manager was so helpful and even got my number to keep in touch. We went back that night and were met again by the manager who walked around with us and helped us for 2 hours. The help and knowledge was unmatchable. I purchased this recliner 3 weeks ago, the seat is collapsing within 2 weeks. I contacted them & now they want someone to come out & try & replace the seat. I am NOT happy. I would have thought after only a few weeks they would at least offer to replace the recliner, believe me, the recliner was NOT inexpensive. Thanks so much Ashley :o( UPDATE: Now I am told it could take weeks to even get repair, so here is a chair I cannot use that I purchased only 3 weeks ago.

Lisa Fowler was the lady that helped me first purchase a leather double recliner with several adjustments, the next day I went in and purchased a television stand with fireplace. Insert that she explained, and made it so simple for me to understand, the next day went in to show my husband the fireplace And Lisa was there again, thankfully, offered us help and advice again, and we walked out that day, purchasing a vanity and mirror and chest of drawers for our bedroom. She was able to lump all of the items together, so I only had one delivery fee and was just so pleasant and helpful that I would go back and definitely just ask for her.

What started as a good experience couldn’t have gone worse when I picked up the furniture. They were disorganized when I got there about where I should go then the shipping and receiving guy had a horrible attitude, scraping the furniture on the blacktop, and when I mentioned it because now it has a tear in it he said oh well good thing it’s clearance really piss poor attitude, so I confronted the manager and now I know where the piss poor attitude comes from. She was not very helpful. I’m sure I won’t be back.

Love love love the Ashley Store!!! Bought most of my furniture there when I moved up here to North Canton, Ohio from Texas. Went to the store & sales rep was so helpful & friendly. Another purchase today already to fill the Music Room. This time on the phone of a glider I fell in love with. Lisa was exceptional & very friendly and professional. This is the store to go to if you want excellent service and great quality products!! (Note: the pics are the reclining sofa & loveseat set, the lamps, end tables & the pull up type coffee table that I bought last year. I get so many compliments on everything!! Can’t wait for glider loveseat to come in really soon.)
Ordered a sectional complete with “No Hassle Delivery + Assembly.” Ashley breached our contract by failing to deliver the furniture on the mutually agreed date. Further the delivery service lied about their delivery attempt, swore, and made threats against me. Ashley diffuses responsibility saying they are sub-contractors (despite this not absolving them of their contractual duty to deliver). Had to rent a truck, incurred other connected expenses, and had to assemble myself, not to mention the arduous hours of calls and correspondence over the 5 days since. Ashley offered remedy by way of refunding the (negotiated) delivery fee, but will not cover the aforementioned additional expenses (born of their breach). I am pursuing dispute resolution via the arbitration process. Very disappointing experience.
Donna at the Ashley store in Canton was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us and make several suggestions based on what she heard me saying I wanted. We were able to purchase a tv entertainment center, end tables and a dining room table and chairs that were perfect! She also spend a lot of time showing me mattresses and explaining the different kinds. Again she asked me questions and listened to what I said when making her recommendations. I didn't intend to purchase the mattress at this time but based on her information I did purchase the perfect mattress! I'd definitely purchase here again and will ask for Donna!

Wow! Amber and her sales team at the Canton Ohio store were so helpful and welcoming. I knew what I wanted as I'd seen the dining room sets on line. Amber showed me right where the items were on the showroom floor. She described the features, helped me remove the table leaf and showed me a few options for a matching sideboard. Then she worked up both the Presidents sale and regular pricing for me to show my husband. The "cherry on the top" was when she let me know if we ordered that day we could have the Presidents sale pricing snd they could hold the items for up to 6 months and have them delivered to the new house we are building. So we won't have to move the beautiful pieces twice. And we will have them delivered right after our new home is finished some time in June. No pressure just GREAT knowledge service. I would recommend this Ashley location to anyone looking for a great sales experience, great service, and great furniture at reasonable prices! Five stars all the way!

I could not have been more pleased. I had consulted Ashley's website before I visited the Canton showroom. When I walked into the store I was immediately impressed. I introduced myself to Seth and described what I was looking for and he immediately took me to the couches which I had described. Seth was very personable and professional. He politely pointed out things incorporated into my color choices which I had not considered. Ashley's was my first showroom to visit and will again be my first choice for future selections. I had a very specific piece of furniture I wanted that was not on the showroom floor. Our Customer Service Rep had no problem finding it online and within 15 minutes I was out the door with a receipt in my hand.
We went there recently to look for a new sectional. The sales people were very nice and not too pushy. But we kept seeing bugs on the furniture, some dead and some alive. It was kinda gross.

In 2020 I spent thousands of dollars and completely furnished my new home with Ashley‘s in Canton. It was a very bad time getting supplies etc. but I was happy with my furniture I had to return something and was supposed to have an $800 credit well now all of a sudden they can’t find out Credit! Very disappointed

We were looking for a specific style of sofa, loveseat and recliner and with the help of Rob Goodwin, we were able to find what we wanted. He was even willing to come in on his day off to accommodate mine and my husband’s schedule. Not many will go above and beyond to do all the searching and work he did to get us what we wanted. Ashley’s always has what we need from dining room, living room, family room furniture to mattress/pillow for us over the years. Quality at a reasonable price!
My wife and I went in to look for a loveseat. Most of those who I found were employees were sitting around on couches and chairs playing on their phones. We didn’t get any help other than the initial one minute welcome from the person at the front door. We walked out after half an hour of browsing and won’t return.

ROB WAS helpful and not intrusive, he introduced himself and was polite However he did not price match my furniture to existing store prices from Bennetts of Orrville OH.with my proof of purchase from them. The bed mattresses we needed to fit our existing spilt Queen bed were not available for a split queen from tempurpedic, we weren't i formed of this even after giving the correct measurements of 79x30. What we got instead were twin xl wrong size unless you have a split king. Tempurpedic doesn't offer a split queen. Found out to late had to wait another 2 weeks after already being about 4 weeks. I have literally had to have everything replaced due to shotty and poor Quality control. Customer service is great 👍 recliner sofa & loveseat, tv stand, fireplace insert, rocker recliner after$$ 9000.00 the product is not good, sadly and I may not be entitled to a refund or price match but really.

Very unfortunate ***Edit*** I reached out to them as requested, their solution is an entire $100 in credit towards another $2000 bed, how generous! Terrible company, terrible policies and doesn't care about the customer once they have your $$$. Avoid at all costs.

I cannot check out without a “profile”. When expressing privacy concerns I was met with explanations that leave no options for privacy, which I was actually submitting to anyway since this big business is not concerned. That’s when the leading manager came hostly towards me trying to forcefully shut down my disapproval (even though I was complying and very far from making any kind of scene whatsoever) that did nothing but leave a bad taste in my mouth. So now that you ask, Google, that’s my review and that’s publicly what happened when desiring mere appreciation and understanding for privacy concerns. I still like their furniture for the most part. But this whole lack of purchasing anonymously in this country is becoming quite disturbing considering how dangerous it can end up. Please consider that, Ashley Furniture. I will never ever buy nothing from Ashley again because there customer service is a joke. I PURCHASED A 3000.00 dollar sectional with an ottoman that was delivered with a ripe in the ottoman. I reported it and 8 weeks later they have canceled 3 appointments that they made at the last minute and still have not fixed it and are not doing anything to make this right with me at all! Very poor customer service,they lost my business and I will tell everyone what a terrible company they are!!! Stay away safe your money they don't care anything about customers.
Do not buy furniture from Ashley! They will gladly take your money till you have a problem then when you deal with customer service it's a joke. They do nothing to fix problems with there furniture they are a joke!! Save your money and buy your furniture somewhere else. I have been lied to canceled on and my furniture is still not fixed 2 months later. The most terrible company I've ever dealt with, they lost my business for sure!
Rob was very patient and very helpful. He was the salesperson. NOW, 10 months later I'm trying to fix a broken recliner and it is taking 5 months to fix it. Do not like the servicing on the furniture at all. There is absolutely no reason why it should take 5 months to repair something that came with a warranty.

I have never given a business a bad review but if the was space for a 0 that’s what I would give! Ashely has the poorest customer service anywhere. I’m still waiting for our loveseat to be returned, we were told 3 weeks and it’s almost been 6 weeks with no communication of when it will be delivered, this is after submitting a claim 6 months ago for a broken frame after having the loveseat 1 year!. This is even after purchasing the extended warranty .and Ashley’s 7 year warranty for all frames. So you can see the reasoning behind my low score 😞😡

Maybe it's a front for some other business, but I just walked through the entire store, looking to pay cash for a dresser and night stand. I was checking prices, opening drawers for I think at least 5 sets. No staff approached me to answer questions. I even said goodbye as I was leaving. No one looked up at me. UPDATE: This store reached out to me and immediately made everything right. They are nice people and I have done business with them twice since. UPDATE AGAIN: Just tried to arrange to pick up the two night stands I bought over a month ago. Seems they have designated times to pickup which don't include the day I can arrange help. Both the woman who I first spoke to ( corporate I think) and the woman at the store were resistant to meeting my needs. The woman at the store was prickly and hung up on me. UPDATE AGAIN: I went yesterday to pick up my nightstands. They were very nice and helpful.

I want to start off by saying the folks at this showroom are great and were very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Ashley customer service. My wife and I purchased a very expensive sectional from here and were very pleased with it for about 6 months until 2 of the 3 recliners stopped working. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty, or so we thought. The extended warranty (which they upcharged $400 for) offered us a $400 credit to replace the sectional after waiting 6 months to hear back. Typically that would be okay as only 2 of the pieces on the couch needed replaced, but our couch has been discontinued so we were left stranded. At this point I called Ashley customer service who told me that they would replace our couch free of charge until the day they were supposed to deliver it and then reneged and said they would not replace it. After several more calls we were finally told that they would be unable to repair, replace, or refund the couch. I am very disappointed that this company is not willing to stand behind their defective products and would not recommend purchasing here if you want any sort of warranty support.
Fateme was so helpful with an exchange. I got a mattress, that after 30 days just didn’t work for me and she resolved my issue in less than 48 hours. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, all the staff I met at Ashley Canton are very nice.

I can not put into words how disappointing ordering from Ashley furniture has been. This is the second delivery - third date - same thing. Came not put together, and not all the pieces. I have never been so disgusted with a company. I can not express enough - unless you are buying from the store and putting it in your car that day, do not order from them. I bought a bed and mattress from Ashley and the salesperson told me that the delivery included set up, it did not. Not the item that I purchased apparently. I told the dispatch of delivery that I needed to store it in my garage as I was still upgrading my kids room, she said ok, but the delivery people dropped it off at my front door and drove away! I had to carry all of it to my garage myself, and I am not a very big woman! I am so disappointed in this store I will probably never purchase anything here again.

Will never be buying Ashley furniture again. First, the wrong furniture was delivered and it took them several weeks to correct the issue. We’ve had our sofa for a year and a half and the frame is cracked in more than one place from moderate use. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it, even though I bought the extended warranty which was explained to me as a total replacement of my furniture in case anything besides pet damage happened. The sales person was not honest with us on coverage and the furniture is poorly made. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Rip off! Advertising up to 50% off. Went in to buy and the claimed that the price they were offering included the discount. However, the price online was what they were offering and said that that price didn't get a discount. Classic scam, offer one thing then charge you full price. When I told them that that's a scam, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. I would not recommend shopping here, they will just take advantage of you.

Bought Furniture 4 months ago From Ashley...Currently the Kitchen table bench seat has a leg popped out of it's brace.. now it's wobbly.. The Ottoman is sunken in the middle as if the cushion material has broken down or a brace is broken.. The chaise seat is sunken in, The corner cushion of the sectional is sunken in. This is totally unacceptable for very Expensive furniture. Called the store on Dressler to make a claim on their Warranty. Manager said it sounds to her like it's Wear and Tear and they do not cover wear and tear and that is a defect to be expected. Yes after 4 or 5 years not 4 months! She also wasn't very courteous nor acted in a professional manner to assist us with the issues. 4 Months and their Quality Furniture is failing. It is not Wear and tear. There is a quality issue here and a defect in materials used. Never felt they were acting in my best interest whatsoever. Please Read The Reviews here before using a reputable company that will not stand behind their supposed quality product.

Sadly, poor customer service and lack follow up. Posting for my mother-in-law who purchased a beautiful table along with 8 matching chairs along with the extended warranty. The table arrived with an extremely poor finish which flaked off the month after it was purchased. Has been nothing but a hassle trying to get someone to help her with $3,500 purchase to get it replaced or repaired. She an 80 year old lady getting the run around from the Canton, Ohio store. She has called many times, brought in pictures with no follow up from anyone. She has even sent in her daughter who also got the run- around. So here we still sit with a damaged table every time she sits down to eat dinner! Frustrating... If the Ashley company even cares, you would reach out!

Although the selection seems smaller than some other stores, everything they have in stock is good quality and of many different styles. The store is clean, staff is friendly and any questions we had were answered promptly.

Wish I could give negative stars for this company. First they cancel my order due to thinking it was fraud which it wasn't. By them cancelling half of the order it took my 36 month no interest down to 12 months. Then I had to reorder half of the order and was only able to get 12 months no interest because the amount was to low. It wouldn't of been to low if they hadn't cancelled my order. Then a customer service rep says they will give me 10% off the order for my hassle. When I sent them the bill they said I ordered it incorrectly from someone at the store level and they couldn't give me the discount now. Then my furniture finally gets to me and I didn't need it assembled that day, they said no problem call us and well come out next day and install it. So I call them to set that up and they said sorry you will have to wait another week. Do not buy from this place. Go to Levin or Bobs Discount Furniture. They have much better customer service and care about their customers.
Changed my review to a 1 star. After a deep search I've come to find out that my furniture price online. On ashley website... compared to in-store price is a $800 dollar difference. I'm extremely livid I have been charged $1800 for 2 pieces they are selling online for under $1000 dollars. This is absurd. I'm extremely livid and have been almost robbed blind by this company! Considering returning all this furniture for being way over charged!

I ordered online the Darcy sofa and chair in Salsa. I received the couch and it's perfect. The color is gorgeous and it's very comfy. Not too hard or too soft. I been waiting for the chair and was told it's on back order for almost 2 months. Then I finally I get a text with an update on my order and told the manufacturer discontinued the chair. Now I am stuck with a Salsa colored couch and no chair to go with it! This is Bad Business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! BUYERS BEWARE: It is still be advertised online and I was recently informed the ENTIRE Darcy line in Salsa color has been discontinued. All of it, sofa, loveseat, chair, recliner, etc. It shows available to purchase online but you won't be receiving your order and will be told at a later date it's no longer available. Not sure how or why they are still advertising this when it's been discontinued. There is going to be a lot of disappointed customers out there!

Since April we still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Bought a bedroom set and that was delivered promptly. It's been a financing nightmare since. The bill does not match my sales receipt. Been on the phone with store and finance company but have been given the run around...since APRIL! No one can seem to fix the issue. Spoke with an amazing person in store that tried to fix it but unsure of where that went wrong. No one can seem to give me straight answers when I call. They can have it all back at this point..
A sale is a sale to them. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. We were told that if we purchased the warranty, we could exchange our furniture for any reason. well after 3-4 years, wear and tear happens.... No warranty could be processed for our concerns.
I ordered a dining set from an sale associate working here in November. When I order my dining set I was told it would likely arrive in December, but latest it would arrive February. I was okay with this because I hadn't moved into my new home yet. February passed and no table arrived. I called and found out that the listed arrival date upon date of purchase was mid May to early March. The sale associate lied about the delivery date by over 10 weeks to make a sale. It's now the end of March and the furniture has still not arrived. I would not have purchased this if the sales associate was honest about the delivery date. Do not trust the small Burnette women in the mattress section. I should have walked away when she claimed to have experience in the medical field as a way to sell a mattress
If I could go lower than 1 star I would! I have been waiting 6 months for my furniture I paid in full for back in November! customer service sucks! I will never buy from them again! If I didn't have this much time invested I would ask for my money back. I can spit fire I am so over this experience!!!

If you want good furniture in a timely manner go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Waiting 22 weeks plus for out furniture and they still can’t give us an eta on it . They always tell us our wait is almost over … then I email them to see where our things are and they tell us some of the items are in their warehouse, waiting to be pick up. NEVER once notified us about it
All of my end tables look the same, paint coming off. I don’t have small children we are almost empty nesters. We use coasters for every thing. I have constantly called Ashley and gave up because they would not take the end tables and coffee table back and let me pick something else. We redid our entire main floor, from kitchen to living room 2 years ago this month. The whole thing was a success but our end tables and bench and dining chairs from Ashley. Our dining chairs are need new stuffing. We purchased things from Best Buy, levin, value city, lowes and lazy boy. All to finish our main floor. The few things we purchased from Ashley just aren’t holding up. Buyer beware!
***Update*** Still not thrilled about what happened however I was finally able to get in touch with the manager at the local store and after a couple follow-up calls with them I was able to figure out what exactly happened. For some reason the warehouse auto corrected our order and thought it was a mistake. I will say they did have the right piece to the couch to me within a little over a week. We ordered a sectional and did a lot of research before doing so. We needed an item that had a left and a right side that could go long ways and connect in the middle. Today they deliver the completely wrong order after waiting over 3 months. My husband asked the delivery service not to leave until he calls the store to see what's going on because what they are providing doesn't anywhere near match our invoice. Customer service then tells us that it will be an additional 24 plus weeks for us to receive the correct items. No apology nothing our order form is correct how exactly did this happen?!?! How do you contact us and tell us that our order is in and it's completely incorrect? Our original order form and the form of what they have for delivery were completely different. How do you make that mistake?

Don’t purchase the 5 year warranty. Used every excuse in the book as to why they couldn’t fix the tears in my chase, even though the couch is still under warranty. To top it off the sales manager refuses to return my calls. I’ll never buy from here again.

Worst furniture experience ever payed almost 10k for a bedroom set. Was delivered and broken while putting it together. Then had chucks in it everywhere. Tried to replace items 3 times, and was damaged every time. Until I finally made them take it back and give me a refund. Horrible experience, and will never buy from Ashley again.

We purchased a sectional, entertainment stand and bedroom furniture in 2020. The bedroom set and the entertainment stand are great quality. However, the sectional that we paid 2k is complete junk. It has ripped by the cushion seams, it has frayed everywhere. We moved the couch to look for a dog bone and we heard something inside the couch and here it was a broken piece of wood.

Run from Ashley Furniture as fast as you can. Ordered a dining room set in September. Partial order came in in November, had incorrect components damaged components. Customer service said 1-3 wks. Now they say maybe March. Was advised I can't return and cancel tje order.Thankfully I paid with my Chase card and didn't finance thru them. I will be contacting my bank to have the charges reversed.I wouldn't by a pillow from this company and will be telling everyone I run into about them.I may even put a sign on my truck and park in the lot next to them warning customers of their BS.If I could give them a zero I would have.
DO NOT BUY THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY! Its a rip off. I have only had my couch for less than 2 years and I had to order a new cushion. First Ashley Furniture sent me the wrong cushion, wrong color, and wrong size. I tried to get it replaced and now ASHLEY FURNITURE is telling me my couch is no longer made there so therefore no parts can be made. I tried to get my money back for the warranty and was told I had to call the warranty office. I bought the warranty from Ashley Furniture and now its not there problem less than 2 years later. There product is junk and they will try to scam you just like me. Stay away from this furniture place.
If I could give zero stars I would. They sell furniture that has wood destroying insects and then refuse to do anything about it since the damage wasn't noticeable at the exact time of delivery. Apparently the insects only being in their cabinet isn't proof that the furniture is the source. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and I will never be buying another piece of furniture from Ashley again.
Came in tonight with the hopes of leaving with a queen size hybrid serta mattress however there wasn't any in stock with the brand we wanted but the amazing customer service rep named Dylan at this store was very knowledgeable and motivated to find us the best deal for the best mattress we end up instead getting approved for their financial credit which allowed us to walk out with not only not paying anything tonight and having low monthly repayments but we also walked out with a purple mattress that we had been wanting for a long time not thinking we are going to be able to afford that at this time so thanks to Dylan he made our Christmas wish come true thanks Ashley furniture
So we came in with the idea of buying a hybrid mattress but they didn't have anything that we wanted in stock that we can leave with today however he got us approved for the financial credit and we were able to actually walk out tonight with a brand new purple hybrid queen size mattress we are so happy with our selection and would like to give a shout out to Dylan the customer service rep that helped us this evening he was very knowledgeable and made sure that one way or another we walked out happy this evening!! Found exactly what I was searching for and more. Allison literally came out the door to the parking lot to inform us of a sale happening and it was perfect for what I was spending. Went back during the sale and bought even more. Allison stayed and talked and laughed and was very professional, through the entire process. Will review again when furniture is delivered. She put an extensive package together at an amazing price (couch, 2 chairs, mattress and box springs and 5 dining chairs). We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! I hate that I even had to like this page to leave a review.. I ordered two PILLOWS on June 1st... nothing fancy just some regular pillows... I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Was given the excuse of covid.. finally got connected to the canton and found out it was a scheduling issue not because of covid shortages... was told they would be on the truck on the 13th of this month. Never heard anything finally called today and they said now it will be the 30th!! This place is a joke to say the least... this was even a purchase from a gift card that they had given us due to our bedroom set mess up!! Get it together!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I felt the furniture was not well made, I would not purchase their products. You can feel wood in the armrests of the couches, etc. These items will only last 5 years at best. The person assigned to us, seemed too busy to actually deal with us, he kept going by us and would say, I'll be with you shortly, did this multiple times. After waiting a good bit, we finally left. Bought elsewhere.
5 weeks ago I ordered a bed and was given a date that would be delivered by. That has come and gone then every time I call I’m given a different story. Today I was given the excuse that they ran out of fabric. Yet again I was told it should be in next week! I’m over this I just want my product

When we went service was amazing never felt pressured to buy we were guaranteed 12 weeks out which sucked but understood we purchased couch and love seat and a bed we were also told in store have so much time to return bed if needed well bed feels nothing like the what the one in store felt like so called to let them no would like to exchange but was told since it wasn’t the model we got it wasn’t under that guarantee which we were never told even though dropping quite a bit on it so not thrilled on that since my wife and I don’t get good sleep now and as for couch and loveseat we were guaranteed the 12 weeks out well now we’re told may be few more weeks then a call to set up a time! No one has been in touch to keep us updated which is poor poor service and told nothing can be done would tell them to forget it but then they keep a portion of the money. So to recap great in store service of course being sales reps will seem to lie to get your money 2.promises things that’s obviously can’t be done 3.poor customer service I would have been content if would get updates and if would take longer should have been told when talking to customer service said should get a discount for taking quite a bit longer than was told and refusal to exchange beds as well dropped quite a bit there but once they have there money they don’t care about you one bit!! Update: have reached multiple times to get couches fixed that have been broke since getting and still no reply no call backs have filed multiple claims still to no avail spent a lot of money like thieves in the night they are I've had better furniture at american freight. Update: so warranty department refuses for fix anything and have to pay out of pocket the first guy came out gouged our walls called they refused to fix second guy came out he was great and even showed him all our papers we signed and showed him nothing in there about what they,don't cover so not only were we lied for in store and furniture breaking down within less than 2 months ashleys wong do anything warranty department won't do anything. Highly highly recommend bobs furniture or any other cause so far thousands spent there and not person is willing to help even with the paperwork we have any other store but recommend staying away from ashleys

After owning our dresser for less then two years, we called about our extended warranty we purchased because the inside structure of the dresser is falling apart, and we were told it only covers outside cosmetics. A complete waste of money not only for an expensive dresser to fall apart, but paying extra for a warranty we can't use.

Always love shopping at Ashley. Got my living room furniture from there. Bad experience today when my king size bed and two twin box springs were being delivered. They sent a twin XL and a full. Super inconvenient that I could have been at work instead of wasting time at home for no reason, not to mention moving my bed out of my room and now having to put it all back.
I am so exasperated with the Ashley Furniture Service department! Ben, our salesman, was great. The furniture is wonderful. But we spent over $14,000 in that store and we paid $4000 for a bed that we cannot even use! We are in our 70s and we have to use a stepstool to get into our bed.We have been trying to get this remedied since July 2020. I was just told by Sydney, a manager, that there is nothing that they can do for us! We just have to eat the $4000 we gave them for a bed. I wish I knew where to go to get this fixed

We purchased a new dresser the first week in January. Our shopping experience was excellent. We never felt pressured yet the sales associate for was always available for questions. We were told the dresser would be ready in March. Although we would have loved to have it sooner we understood. It is now April and we have no dresser. I reached out to Ashley furniture and am now told it would be May. I asked if that could be guaranteed and was simply told “no guarantee.” I have paid my product in full. So therefore, Ashley Furniture has had my money in their account since January and I have no dresser. This is extremely poor customer service.
sad store, wish i read the reviews before going. i went and sales people just standing around. Store was so empty. I was only person there. Not one of them asked if i needed help. So I left after 10 min. No idea how their in business still. Shame for them i spent 10000 else where for furniture

Wasnt impressed with sales person..played the ol game,like he was giving us a GREAT deal,50% off?? Not!!. This piece was NEVER $2,000... I think the quality is better than like "Sauder"..or "Bush" Overall it ended up being an o.k. price..BUT I hate "games" and people who "embellish" the truth..for that I WILL NOT give them 5 stars

We were very disappointed in the furnishings at Ashley Furniture store. The furniture is very cheaply made and.poor quality. Could not find one piece of furniture that was of quality. The sales person was very kind and helpful! Would not recommend anything at Ashley Furniture unfortunately.
Run don't walk from the Belden Store. I had the salesperson, cashier and general manager look me right in the eye and lie to me. Never in my 68 years have I ever been treated like the way these people did.
Very helpful Staff, friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure to buy and genuinely want you to make the right choice. Shipping could take 3 to 4 months right now because of covid, so if you think you might need a couch next year, you should start looking now.
Terrible company!! I ordered a mattress last year and they completely messed it up. First one they sent was all dented and worn out and it was a $3000 mattress!! I complained and the driver was confused and didn’t know what to do. Finally after spending over an hour with the driver he took it back and I had to wait another two weeks from the two weeks I waited already. It showed up and it seems fine but the mattress is already sagging. NOW we took a chance and purchased a couch but they made us wait three months for it and we patiently waited. So we got the scheduled delivery date because all of my pieces showed up. Sooooo here is delivery day and they show up a whole hour prior to my window and only have one piece out of three. Cost $200 for delivery as well. So after calling ten people and also reaching the DC they say well we forgot to load it on the truck and our delivery team will reach out to reschedule! Sweet so now I have no furniture and have to wait again? Nope not happening come pick your one piece up and cancel my order. See you later Ashley. GARBAGE COMPANY!

Horrible quality of furniture. Bought a dining room table and chair set in March of 2020...scratches so easily and stains from just eating dinner at it. Customer service said there is nothing they can do about it...even though it’s still under warranty. This was our first purchase from Ashley, and will definitely be our last.
Great selection of furniture of all different styles. Best part- salesperson (Robert) was helpful without being overbearing. Didn't follow us around, but checked to see if we had questions. Will definitely go back when ready to purchase.
I'm so upset. They left shelves without dowells. I can't do anything with that. I ordered from Ashley because I didn't want to put stuff together. I have to put together dining room table and I have to find dowells for entertainment stand. Changed to a 3. Called customer service. Rep was nice, she is mailing me dowells. Received credit for putting together table.
0/10 to order during a pandemic. When I went shopping living room furniture I fell in love with a couch with a reversible chaise. I went to purchase on the 4th of July sale. I was informed the style I wanted was no longer being made to assist in getting here faster. Would not sell me the floor model. Went around the store a few times and settled for a sofa and ottoman. Purchased on July 3rd. Was quoted 8-12 weeks but “will be more like 6” due to reducing the different styles being produced during the pandemic. By end of august was informed we were still waiting on my sofa but the ottoman was in. Finally the call to be delivered on October 13. October 6th was advised that my pieces would be delivered on a later date that has not been set. I bought my home end of July and no furniture in it. Called and said I will cancel then all of a sudden my couch could be delivered on Monday October 12th. But remember I was advised in August the ottoman was ready....trash. We’ll see when I get it...

Very very bad experience, we paid for a bed room and the delivery was no experience and brook the frame of The bed . After waiting 6 months the corporate called me and they said the can not fix it, my advice for people no one go to Ashley.
I liked my visit. I didn't have any problems, the staff helped me and answered my questions.
We were greeted by Allyson who was very nice. She asked what we were looking for & then gave us plenty of time to browse without feeling hurried. When we were ready to talk about some items she was able to answer all our questions & even gave us some great discounts! Wonderful experience. We purchased everything we needed while we were there that one night.
Purchased a bed and mattress for my daughter 2 and a half months ago. It finally comes, the bed is missing parts, has gouges in the wood, AND no mattress. Corporate is a joke and is absolutely no help. 4 times now the mattress has been rescheduled and the reassembly person STILL hasn't come to fix this thing and put in the missing hardware (nuts and bolts holding the guardrails in). Will they take the bed back for a refund? You guessed it, they absolutely will not. Save your money and go elsewhere. Walmart has better customer service than this.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a couch delivered on time, they told us that we would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks, but then it ended being 12 weeks, and at the 12 week mark I asked when it would be here then they tell us it will be here in late December, so me and my girlfriend decided we're done waiting and bought the same couch from biglots for a lower price and on the same day so we asked for a refund from Ashley Furniture and it took over a week to get the refund do not shop here they will waste your time like they did me!!!!

Not particle boatd and MSG...solid wood! Great deals! UPDATE 9/14/2024 We interacted with both Lisa and Seth. Neither were pushy. Lisa was very kind and lots of smiles and helped with measuring. We came back later that day and was assisted by Seth. He was very friendly and personable as well as informative. Great personality and went out of his way to help us with our new couch purchase. Both if these workers deserve a raise!!
Finally got dresser taken apart to see why drawers were crooked. Noticed the crookedness the day they were installed. Two of the brackets on the drawer tracks are ripped out of the side of dresser! Unbelievable. If I would have know this would be such shotty service I would have to drove to the cleveland location and picked up my items and just put them together myself. Not to mention all the other issues we went through purchasing and receiving. I have attached the pictures I've just taken of the inside of the dresser. That we are currently repairing ourselves at to what extent we can I am unsure. We also noticed they tried to glue the broken off pieces back to the side! Keeps getting better. Taking over a month for delivery.paid $200 for delivery) They were suppose to do a price match on the furniture (compared to online price) which we had to mention, they do not look into that for you. Over $300 difference. Anyways, original salesman never actually started the refund for the difference. Found that out when I called back to check status 3 weeks later. Manager there went in and actually initiated it. Also, be prepared to wait on hold for hours to schedule your delivery. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. This was our first and last time going to Ashley furniture. Still haven't received our purchase, and it's been over a month. Just beware.

My husband and I just had a great experience shopping at this Ashley’s Furniture with Ben. We came in to buy a new mattress and bed, and he was knowledge about the products and worked with us to find something that fit both our wish list and our price range. I could not recommend this Ashley’s Furniture or Ben more highly.
I went in to browse their selection this past Sunday and was greeted by Ben E. He pointed us in the right direction and we were left to look around the store. Ben checked in off and on. I never felt pressured to buy anything which I appreciated. I eventually found something I was interested in and Ben spent the time with us to run numbers and financing options. Because of his assistance, I ended up walking out of there that day with an amazing new living room set. Definitely worth a visit!
I’m very disappointed in the furniture I purchased 3 years ago and it wasn’t cheap by any means . A dining room table which the wood stain (which matches the coffee table and 2 end tables) wore off in spots almost immediately. The chair legs to the table have to be constantly tightened and I only use them for special occasions/holidays . I am guilty of letting my dog sit on the top of my couch but she only weighs 15 pounds ... it sags SO much you would think I own a horse ! I believed these were high quality items . I was wrong ! No wonder Andrea’s is such a staple . Should’ve gone there :(

Ben was very kind and patient. He did his best to make sure we were happy with our purchase and any hiccups along the way were immediately fixed when Ben got to work that day. He did not make us feel pressured either which is a huge plus!

I ordered my furniture from the Belden Village store Memorial Day weekend and still have not gotten it. The original delivery date was June 26th, then it was moved to July 29th. They called me this morning and now it won't be here until September 5th! This is crazy! I get everything is behind because of CoVid but waiting to call and let customers know a week prior to when it was to be delivered is ridiculous. And they don't seem to really be doing anything to try to help you get it any quicker.
After spending thousands of dollars on a living room set, they found loopholes around fixing the furniture through the protection plan that we purchased additionally. Ashley's Furniture does not stand by their protection plan. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I have had to call about four different things. One, our bed, took over 3 months to resolve. The other three, on our love seat and chair, on different occasions, I was told the issues are outside their terms and conditions. We spent over $8,000 on a bed and living room furniture to have most of them not work properly after only 2 years.
We selected our couch on 7/5/20 and paid the 100dollars for the delivery fee and we still have not gotten our couch. If it takes this long to get the couch buying the loveseat isn't a option. So disappointed.

First of all, the website and the onsite store are not connected, though this is not clear on the website. So, when I ordered a complete living room set May 5th, I thought I would be able to get it from the store near me. Not so. I was charged for something I never ordered. The ottoman that did arrive had no pre-drilled holes or instructions, and no one could find any for me. I was delayed in delivery until mid-July. Then today I received a call that it would be delayed until mid-September. I canceled the order. I would NEVER buy from them again!
BoAllen was the best. Great customer service, and he explain everything in detail he made sure we all the details of our purchase. We definitely will be back to buy more from Bo! For our next house.

Terrible experience. Waited two months for a delivery date. And two days prior to the delivery date I had to call and request the time frame and at that time was notified I’d have to wait another 4 weeks. According to my paperwork I was supposed to be notified if anything was going to be changed. No discount on the $199 delivery charge.
Great experience with Ashley HomeStore. We needed a dining room table set and found exactly what we were looking for. Dylan Minor and Ben Eyler were very helpful assisting us with our purchase. See them if you want a positive experience. Revised- this has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. My delivery was scheduled for June 19 between 9:30am-1:30pm. I drive 2.5 hours to accept this delivery so I start my drive at 5:30am. Halfway to my destination, I get a call stating the delivery truck is late and that the new window will be 1:30pm-4:30pm. 4:30pm hits and the truck isn’t there. I never received a call nor did the truck show up. I reached out to the store and they seemed to be of help reaching out to the scheduling team who was supposed to call me on the 20th. I never received a call. I had to reach out to them again to find out they can do nothing until Monday. I call again today to reschedule the delivery and they tell me a week more to fit me in their schedule. They lined the delivery up for Friday the 26th to deliver my dining table and 1 chair..... The only problem is I ordered a dining table with 8 chairs. My sales order reflected a qnty of 1, but the charge was for 8 chairs that I confirmed by verifying the online pricing. At this time they tell me I need to pay for 7 more chairs and they would be kind enough to discount them 50%. I waited a month for this order that then didn’t come on time to then find out the order was entered incorrectly with the wrong price and quantity then wanted to charge me more to get what I had already paid for! Again.... the worst sales experience I have ever had. I canceled my order. Also..... the store charges more for each piece of furniture than is listed on Ashley’s website. If you check this price online they will price match their own online price..... Don’t get taken by this sales team. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will never order from them again.

Horrible experience. Took months to get furniture. The first time it took 2 hlaf months after purchase. they delivered half the couch and it was the wrong facing sides. Second time was a month late and they offered 100 credit but never gave it to us. Unbelievably bad. All in total took 4 months to get a couch
I worked with Amber Kay when going in to Ashley’s Originally looking for a couch with my friends.. I had already placed an order with another furniture store and was nervous as it was coming out of state. I called the 1800 number as the store itself was closed due to covid and asked a customer service rep if they would price match the other stores price, they said no they couldn’t it wasn’t in the list of company’s that they price matched. When I went in the store Amber said she would try her best to help me out. I ended up purchasing with her and she was great. Best experience I’ve had purchasing furniture. For years I thought that I knew the bliss that should come with living in a well put together home. It wasn’t until I met Ben, down there at Ashley’s North Canton Location, that I knew I had been living in squalor. That day truly changed my Life. My house looks so good now that you’d think the guy who built the Taj Mahal time traveled to 2020, saw my furniture, and then went back to the 1600’s to finish the masterpiece after being inspired by my living room. Ashley’s Has been A1 since day one. ****Warning**** Shopping at Ashley’s should come with a warning label. I cant bring any of my dates home anymore because as soon as they see all of My amazing furniture they always propose to Me. Im not ready to get married yet. But i dont wanna break their hearts either. You know what they say “With great furniture comes great responsibility” Just be careful out there because shopping at Ashley’s has been known to make you incredibly attractive. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!! If i could give them zero stars, I would..To start with someone came out BEFORE thanksgiving. I called DECEMBER 10th and they had just placed the order that day. (because they forgot about us until I had called). THEN, they called and told us the fire place was in so i go to pick it up in the store and the store tells me that it is still in the warehouse that it will not be in until the following week for pick up, mind you, this is the END of JANUARY!! We finally got our fireplace. We thought it was a small mistake so we went back February 18th to buy a couch, we were told it would be delivered March 11th. We have someone picking up out old furniture March 10th. Here it is March 6th and they are calling to tell us our furniture will now not be delivered until MARCH 27th!!! This is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the staff DO NOT CARE! good luck getting any answer out of ANY of them..

Furniture did not seem to be of a high quality to us.
Friendly staff, large showroom. Mostly farmhouse, rustic, and generally older styles. You won't find much of anything that is modern or mid century modern. Like most furniture stores, the selection doesnt tend to appeal to younger people. Also not sure why there is a pump bottle of Listerine in the public bathroom.

Was in the market for a new living room set, immediately was put off by the 500 sales people on the floor, I went to the restroom when I first arrived and found a Juul in the women's restroom. I grabbed it to bring it to the customer service desk to report it to lost and found, when I walked out the salesperson had followed us to the restroom area in the back and was already talking to my husband, I proceeded to tell Sean (tattoo on his neck) someone had lost this in the restroom and if anyone reports one missing, he then yelled at a younger employee( he was also on the younger side) asking If she knew if it was anyones from the store (not even assuming it was a customers) and she snatched it out of his hand and said "dont know but its mine now"Sean laughed and so did she and she slipped it into her back pocket in front of my husband and I. Then he asked what we were looking for after calling me my husbands girlfriend assuming we were young and I told him we were in the market for just a couch but were moving in a week to a different state because were military and he immediately shut down almost feeling like he was refusing to show us anything saying pretty much no we cant help you becasue your furniture won't be here in time (he didnt even attempt to check) and told us that the company was kinda like a franchise so the stores are not "connected" making us feel unwelcome and Judging us off by the way we look since we were not in fancy clothes and he was, not offering a store near our new home or even checking to see if our furniture would come in time for us to just take with us since we still had a little over a week left here . ( im assuming because he wouldn't make commission that he didnt care either way ). we left that store with a sour taste In our mouth and went to Value city Furniture just to look thinking we would have the same outcome since we were moving and ended up purchasing an entire living room set and more from Steve there! fantastic customer service which is the only reason why we purchased, made the experience so welcoming and let us roam the store and try everything out. I took my business elsewhere and I don't regret it.
Came in today wanting to buy some new bedroom furniture and was greeted by BoAllen. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted going In and suddenly I became one of those Indecisive Shoppers and kept changing my mind. Bo was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that they sell both in store and online, and worked with me until I found exactly what I wanted. Overall great service and great prices. Order sofa from catalog while in show room..paid cash...delivery in 3weeks and 3days. Received phone call days before delivery...was told"because of a warehouse delay" delivery would be delayed additional 2weeks. That's 5 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS for an order that WAS STANDARD... NOT CUSTOM.
Worst customer service ever!!! I am so displeased, I have purchased my house from this store within the past 6 months. I ordered a bedroom suit for my son a month and a half ago, called to schedule the delivery, and they call me today telling me the items are still in production! Why schedule a delivery, if they are just going to call me 3 weeks later and tell me it’s delayed!! I also ordered my other son a bedroom suit in September for delivery the day after Christmas. They didn’t have the hardware to even put the bed together and the night Stand was backordered! I ordered in 4 months before I wanted in delivered!!!
I purchased two couches which unfortunately got delayed longer than I could wait for them to arrive. While I was unable to receive the couches I was easily able to cancel the order and got a refund back within a reasonable time. Based on how they handled the experience I would give then a shot again.

My husband and I basically purchased our entire house from here. Never again!!! Took forever for our furniture to get here, literally took over 3 months to get a livingroom suit and a pair of floor lamps. One of the lamps were broken out of the box and since being set up have done nothing but blow bulbs. We just purchased a formal livingroom set and have not even used it but maybe 2 months and it's already broke. Mind you, we don't use that set often if at all. I will never buy anything from here again or let a friend, family member or even an enemy buy something from here. Worst experience ever!
My husband and I have basically purchased everything in our home from here. Most of the merchandise is crap!!! Floor lamps we got, that we waited months for, are blowing bulbs all the time. The formal livingroom set we bought and have not used is falling apart 2 months after receiving it. Not to mention most of our furniture we purchased we had to wait months for. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Regrettable decision made buying from them.
This is my first experience with them and it wasn't that great. Every time I tried calling their Scheduling department, I was put on hold for over an hour...and that happened multiple times. I then decided to go into the store to speak to someone and she told me that my delivery had already been scheduled and no one contacted me about it. So that was a huge waste of time. Then when it finally came for my furniture to be delivered, they called me saying they were about 10-15 away and didn't show up until over an hour later...mind you, I had to stay home from work for this because there is a HUGE rescheduling fee. Just seems a little unprofessional to me. UPDATE: I got a hold of someone at the store to see if they could track where the delivery guys are. Turns out they never loaded my table onto their truck...and no one bothered to call me to tell me about it. Why did they call me this morning and tell me they were on their way then? Never buying from this place again. It seems like they don't know what their doing as far as delivery and customer service.
The sales team is great and the store experience went very well. I purchased 2 sectional couches on 12-1-19. After the store visit it all fell apart. Delivery was scheduled only to be rescheduled 3 different times. When I finally got a delivery, on 1-22-20, I received 1 full sectional ordered and just the wedge of the 2nd sectional. Now 1-29-20 and was told that I could be February 28th when I get the remainder of my purchase. About 3 months later. Totally unacceptable. I could've gone anywhere and had my furniture by now. This has been a huge inconvenience and very frustrating for a purchase of nearly $5000. I would not recommend for anyone to shop here. The only reason they get 1 star is because the sales team was good. Too bad the rest of the components to the operation are garbage. Meanwhile still waiting for the rest of the 2nd sectional! If I'd of known there would've been a 3 month wait for my purchase I wouldn't of even bothered shopping at Ashley's.

Horrible! Customer service was Horrible! They switched my delivery date 3 times. I was supposed to get my daughter's bed set Dec 12th 2019 and here it is a month later and they are just now sending my refund check as of the 22nd of January!!! And.. That's only after no returned phone calls this whole horrible experience!!! Nice display but over all I would not recommend going to Ashleys ever.
I will never order anything from Ashley’s Furniture again! Placed my order for new furniture back on December 19th, it was suppose to get delivered on January 18th. Then they called 2 weeks ago to move it back to January 29th (I was pissed but okayed it). Just got a call again and they want to move it to February 13th at the earliest and there still could be a delay after that. No thank you!!! Horrible!!! I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. 🤬🤬
Make sure you check the online prices because they are different than the in store prices and they would have overcharged me $700 unless i pointed out the price discrepancy, also my order is scheduled to be delivered 7 weeks after purchase even though i was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks. They offered nothing for the delay so we'll see if it even gets delivered on their new delivery date. I see someone else had this same problem and the owner responded with call this number and "let us know if we can help you" how is that a solution? They should be giving discounts for lying about their timeframes Furniture looked nice in store thats why its not one star.
Ordered my furniture in store on 12/6/19 was told that it would be delivered on 1/7. Received a voicemail on 1/2/20 saying they were experiencing a scheduling delay and gave a number to call back. Upon calling it was just their automated line, waited on hold for 20 min, then selected option for a call back. Never called me back all day. Tried calling again on 1/3, waited on hold for 40 min and no one answered, set up for a “call back” again. Tried calling the store I placed the order at and all they could say was “I’ll have someone from our scheduling department call you back”. Very frustrating!!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the day I placed the order the sales lady was great! UPDATE- it is now 1/20 and I still do not have anything I ordered, got a call last Friday saying everything but 1 item would be here on the 23rd, 3 days later they called again and now something else isn’t going to be here? How could 3 days ago my item be available and now it’s not???? Missing items now looking at beginning of Feb, 2 months after purchased?? Never buying anything here again! I would cancel my entire order but they says they keep 12% as a restocking charge!
I came in the store a little after Black Friday weekend and purchased a living Room and Dining room set. Dylan Minor was my salesmen and he gave me the best experience I think I’ve ever had shopping for furniture. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and very professional. I got my furniture Delivered on time and I LOVE the way it looks in my new house. I’ll ask for Dylan next time I need furniture. Thanks again for the great experience!!
Went to shop for new furniture for my new apartment in downtown. Was getting all new furniture for a completely new living space. Worked with Dylan was were helpful in assisting us with what we needed. Great advice for color schemes and pairing furniture after our initial decision of a very unique dining room table. Very good experience overall when being sold things and spending MONEY. Horrible when it comes to delivery of services and goods as promised. I was pushed by this sales person to get this furniture totally at 4,000 dollars when it would be delivered a week late after moving into my new place. So I was in my new apartment for a whole week with no furniture and promised delivery on the 1st. I set it up a month in advance and everything. They knew I would be at work and to look for the complex manager where I stay. They blew my phone up at work with a number to call saying nobody was here. I called the number and it sent to call center with a 30 min wait time called the store and they sent me to the same place when they asked to come there for the delivery because nobody was there. I drove all the way left work early in the middle of the work day to find my complex manager there and had been nobody from Ashley there all day and nobody had been there AT ALL TO DELIVER ANYTHING. Don&'t shop here at all this was the worst experience I HAVE NEVER HAD BUYING FURNITURE FOR A NEW HOME LIKE THIS WERE I WAS OPENLY LIED TO. And mind you I bought all furniture from this place for the entire apartment was pressured for the sale because I wasn&'t going to have furniture for a week and assured it would be here and this what happens. If I could give you people negative stars I would. Also your salesman Dylan Minor should be fired by making sales by lying to people to gain your store money. I work in sales what is that? That&'s not a thing, that is fraud. And don&'t tell me thanks for excellent review you kind of people are the most kind of people on earth. Smile at yeah guarantee things officially at a place business not like we are in doing some shady deal for furniture person to person over the internet. Then you take my money and don&'t deliver. This is quality of people you have work at your stores? Never ever again and frankly this incompetent conman should loose his job.

Update....I went to store wednesday night they said it's on the truck, I received a voice mail delivery Friday 3-5pm get a voice mail Thursday morning it's not on the truck they haven't received it yet and it'll be at least another week, this is my last straw, they have no idea what the other hand is doing. I've already made credit card payments on this thing..going for a refund this afternoon. UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO WAIT AND WAIT AVOID THIS COMPANY..(Went the week after Thanksgiving and got a good sale, that being said I'm still waiting for my couch to be delivered its the second week of January... They said the beginning of January( things happen) but the communication about the delay was unexcusable. I'm giving the 4 stars as the benefit of doubt that the sale floor people( very friendly) were not the cause... Please be wary of long delivery times.)
We definitely recommend this store! Specifically BoAllen (Bo)! My wife and I went a few weeks ago to purchase a dresser, couch, and TV stand. We had been up a few times but could never decide on which we liked. We went up one night and Bo helped us. He was so patient and friendly. He helped us narrow down and make a decision. HE EVEN STAYED ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF PAST CLOSING TIME FOR US. We finally made a decision minutes from closing, so he stayed afterwards to get information, payment, and scheduling. He even broke down payment options for us on two different couches. We haven't had good experiences shopping for furniture before, but No changed that completely! If you go, go for Bo!

Ashley furniture was fine but we were looking for new dining room furniture!! But we have not been able to find what we really want !! No one seems to have anything quite what we want !¡!Lots of things ,very nice but not as big of a selection of dining furniture !!!
My mom went to Ashley today and met with BoAllen. He was very patient, kind, responsive and actually listened to what she really wanted instead of just trying to get her in and out and sell her something she would end up regretting down the line. He took his time and walked her and my dad through the whole store and explained the pros and cons of each dining room set and helped them find the perfect match for their home. They'll definitely be going back to Ashley and requesting Bo if they ever need anymore furniture.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a living room set LAST YEAR and STILL have not received it. They have done NOTHING to be helpful and can't even give me a date as to when my furniture will be done. Three months AFTER I ordered my furniture, they just called again for the THIRD time to tell me they haven't even begun to make the furniture!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ASHLEY NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY! Worst company to deal with!!!!

They keep pushing my delivery date back. If it actually arrives when theu say it dies this time it will be close to 7 weeks. Completely ridiculous for a couch. Guess I'll be sitting on the floor forever. They operate like used car salesman. Promise you the world and have excuse after excuse on why they can't follow through. Got promised all these gift cards to makeup for the delays. I'm sure ill have to fight to receive those too. I'll update again if they correct this but until then you're getting 1 star since I'm being treated like a 1 star customer.

how is it that we wait a month to have a couch and love seat be delivered? On top of that after receiving multiple calls during the week to confirm our delivery (today, 12/13/2019 between 11am and 2pm) only the love seat shows up? the delivery driver tells us, "no one called you? oh, well, have a nice day." So while we call the department store, they tell us, "that's odd, the system shows the couch is in stock." Yet, the warehouse won't deliver it until January 4th. we are talking 2 months since we ordered the furniture, and it's obvious someone just didn't load the other couch. so not only are we either being lied to or not being given the courtesy of a phone call ahead of time....then you don't go out of your way to make things right and tell us, "well, if you want it sooner, you can come to the wearhouse and pick it up". customer service and disconnect with the warehouse is a shame and a joke.

We were looking for a recliner for my father who cannot use his right hand. Ben led us to this chair that was more chair than we were looking for, but after discounts we ended up happy. We got the 5 year warranty and delivery, as well as some coupons toward a future purchase. I know this Christmas present will be a big hit!

Just moved here and needed a new living room set. Went to Ashley's 1st then a few other places that were close by. Ended up coming back after comparing the quality and price. Our service rep, Bo Allen, was great!. I don't really care for furniture shopping but he made the process painless and he was upfront about the price, warranty and delivery charges. Boallen was extremely helpful and kind to my wife who a few months ago purchased a sectional. He called her after we received the sectional to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely revisit Ashley's and look him up when looking for other piece's.
First attept at delivery the driver sat in his truck and wouldn't even attempt to deliver since we had stairs. He sat honking his horn for the other guy on the phone w customer service. 2nd attmpt they called me 2 hrs past delivery window to say couch was damaged this morning. Wasted my whole day. Now family coming for the holiday has nowhere to sit. No excuses, but they were happy to take my money when we ordered.
It's all good while you're there...wait until they have your money...the customer service changes dramatically (not in a good way). My latest shopping experience at Ashley would have been a 5. Sarah was very helpful. Since then, the experience changed dramatically. My rating now is <1. Things happen - that's retail, I get it, but when that happens, it's SO simple to treat your customers RIGHT. Follow through on promises made to customers. It's literally that simple. ~Don't trust delivery estimates-they're laughable ~Don't trust that they're "working to solve an issue" because "customer service is important" - it's not. ~Don't believe when they say they promise to call back - they don't. Three different sales (including management made this promise. Not a single one of the three EVER called back. I had to chase them for a response. ~If they tell you they've resolved an issue - don't believe them. If you're looking for a company that treats you like a valued customer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The service here was amazing. Allison was fantastic from the minute we walked in. My partner and I went to the Fairlawn location a few days ago to look for a couch. We were there for 45 minutes and never had an employee interact with us at all. Multiple employees walked by, and we still didn’t receive any service. We left the store sad and disheartened by the experience. We came to the Canton location hoping things would be better, and they were for sure. We ended up buying much more than we planned. Thank you!!

Do not buy anything from the store and expect it to last. And do not buy the extended warranty and expect them to do anything for you if something goes wrong with the product. We have been told from the insurance company that they won’t cover manufactured defects and Ashley furniture pushed us off until 13 months which was one month after our warranty expired and then told us that we couldn’t get anything done to our furniture that was falling apart. We bought a new bed a new dining room table and a new couch sofa and ottoman. All of these things are falling apart and Ashley furniture refuses to do anything for us

We purchased furniture from Ashley less than two years ago. We also purchased an extra warranty on the furniture which was represented to us as coverage in case there were any issues during the first 5 years of ownership. Less than two years in, the seams of the chair on foot rest have spread significantly and the seating area is falling apart. Ashley referred me to call the warranty company since it was out of the manufacturers warranty. The warranty company said the conditions/issues with the recliner are not covered.
Allison was awesome! She sold my mother in a law her living room furniture and we returned a couple days later to get our bedroom set and we can’t wait to get it in the mail! We will be returning in the near future to continue furnishing our house.

I purchased a tempur-pedic mattress at this store at the end of September.After 3weeks they delivered to my house with out my mattress cover.So I called Boo(my consultant and told him about it).After 2days another person from New York called me and said they will mail the matress pillow from warehouse for us.And until now I didn’t get it,it’s been 3weeks from the day they called.It was my first time to purchase something at Ashley furniture and i got really bad experience.I don’t know when will I can have my cover.It’s $ 300 not free.I never ever come back to this shop again

This is the most unprofessional place in the canton area you can buy furniture from. I was buying and entire set for my whole apartment bedroom dining table living room the whole nine yards. I spent thousands of dollars and was given the stipulation that the furniture would be delivered by November 1st when I moved into the apartment a whole wee before. I was promised by the sales associate DYLAN MINOR that the furniture would be there that day as he knew he I would be there an entire week without furniture. I pressured into it and agreed on the stipulations he promised! Well first I get no confirmation or bill of receipt after spending thousands of dollars sent to my email. I had to call in he entered my email wrong. Now day of delivery I'm at work and Ashley furniture starts blowing my phone up saying nobody is there. I try to return the voicemails they send to call center with 40 MJ. Wait time I call the store where I spent thousands of dollars they send me to that same call center. I couldn't answer my phone at work when did they called I fly back there my apartment complex manager says nobody has been here at all she had been waiting for the delivery the whole time. So mind you I have now left work in the middle of a work day, go to the Ashley furniture sore PHYSICALLY NOW and they tell me it's my fault because they were there and I didn't make appropriate arrangements. Then they show me the address THE IDIOT SALES GUY DYALN MINOR NOT ONLY ENTERED MY EMAIL WRONG BUT MY ENTIRE ADRESS WHEN PROMISING ME THE DELIVERY ON THE 1st knowing I was the edge because I wouldn't have furniture for a week. I had to call correct the emailTo get my receipt for the sale and then this happens on the day of delivery and they send to call center wait ques tell me it's my fault and not only did I realize it was their error until psychically going to the store and seeing the idiot entered my ADRESS wrong too!! This place is so unprofessional and quite frankly a joke. & obviously by all these errors and how I was promised and sold the sales people especially DYLAN MINOR ARE CLEARLY INCOMPETENT!

We found a glass desk on the Ashley furniture website for $189, with free 2-day shipping. We had a $200 store credit from a previous purchase of furniture ($10,000+ of it) and figured I could use it for this purchase. Nope...good only "in store". OK...so we went to the closest store... We were greeted by a salesman, told him what we were looking for and even showed him the item online. He looked it up and told us it was $259 and could not honor the online price. I get it...the store has overhead. My girlfriend wanted to talk about it. After about 10 minutes, we went back up to the sales counter and was told by the attendant that our salesman was attending to a "pickup in the back". A female salesperson was summoned, shown the item on my phone, and was told we wanted to purchase it. She looked it up, credited the sale then told us it would be a $60 delivery charge. I asked if I could just pick it up at the store and she told me they don't have store pickups. I was just told my previous salesman was on a "pickup" and the attendant then told me I could pick it up in store. Oh...I was expecting a canned response but NOT an outright LIE! I was then told it would be 3-4 weeks. With a perplexed look, I asked why it would take so long. She replied that the desk "comes from the manufacturer" and "they are custom built" (Back to back LIES! This thing was plainly marked "Made in China" right on the box. Maybe she believed it was custom built in China???) then shipped to their warehouse in Maple Heights, then shipped to the store. I finally got the "custom built" glass desk...only after I called about it first. Nice desk, but I am rating the service aspect in this review. If you absolutely don't have to go into the store, order it online. The nameless, faceless world of online shopping would have bettered this experience by far.

I stopped into night to look for some furniture. I needed a new couch. I was greeted at the door by BoAllen Stewart. He was very nice and showed me around. He knew a lot about the furniture. He also wasn’t pushy. I ended up getting a nice set. So thanks again BoAllen for your help!!

We have been waiting over TWO MONTHS for our bed to be delivered. The first time, they were missing pieces. We refused the delivery in order to wait for all the pieces. 3 weeks later, they attempted to deliver again but only had the head and foot board. 4 weeks later, SAME THING. they only had the head and foot board. Since then, no one has reached out to help us receive our bed. The only reason I haven’t canceled this order is because the bed matches the rest of our furniture. We have been without a bed for 2 months and I am frustrated

I purchased our furniture on Aug. 4th. It was delivered on Sept. 4th. All 8 pieces were damaged by the delivery company. I never signed for the delivery of furniture and talked to the delivery crew and was told to call my sales representative and they would take care of it for me. Well I asked for a refund and was told they would compensate me and have replacement furniture to me as soon as possible. They compensated us $100.00 on an order that was $4,000.00 and replacement furniture was suppose to be here tomorrow on Oct. 4th. Now we are told it is on back order and won't be available for delivery till Nov. 27th. Again I asked for a refund and I was told that they don't do refunds once the furniture is delivered. Even though it says nothing about not being able to receive a refund once furniture is in your home on our paper work. I was told there are signs in the store. What a joke!

Horrible experience. I was told I purchased 24 month 0% down promotion for a sectional couch bought and now management is telling me it was only a 12 month promotion. Unhelpful management , cocky manager comments , "customer is wrong" attitude , no attempt to help / resolve this very costly dispute in any way shape or form. Do not sign any of their paperwork without reading every single line because what they verbalize and sell you , will screw you in the end. Never again will I make a purchase from this store. Horrible troubleshooting and i will find a place who values customer time and money especially when I've spent thousands of dollars there furnishing my house. Done !
We ordered a bunk bed and 2 mattresses, we were given incorrect dates for our delivery, twice. We had already had to wait due to backorder, and then we were constantly told wrong dates, and then delivery day FINALLY came and they sent us TWO sets of rails and ladders. This whole ordeal from beginning to end has been a complete nightmare. They are so disorganized, have nothing together, and We will never be order from them again, and they will never be recommended to anyone I know.

The delivery of our coaches was delayed for over two months and sometimes they would not show up without calling... so disrespectful
My husband and I made our first online purchase from Ashley Furniture last summer and we were pleased with the entire process from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same of our experience this time. We ordered a dining room table with drawers. Upon arrival, one of the drawers had a 3" diameter hole in the bottom and one of the table corners was chipped. I immediately took photos of the issues and emailed the address provided for online sales. I waited 24-hours for a reply and heard nothing. I called the phone number for provided for online sales customer service. My first call lasted 37 minutes and 20 seconds before it just cut out. I called several more times that day and never spoke to a customer service representative. I replied to my original email hoping that would spark a response, but I was being overly optimistic. After several more attempted phone calls and emails, I called the nearest Ashley HomeStore for guidance. They were polite but could only provide me with the same worthless email address and phone number I had been trying all along. Finally, I used the online chat. They graciously sent me an email from the email address that I had been attempting to get a response from. It's been a week since that interaction. I emailed once more for an update and I once more heard nothing in response. This customer service experience has been awful. Ashley HomeStore had a loyal customer in my husband and myself, but after this I will spend my money elsewhere.

While delivering furniture to the house across the street from me, the truck ripped down a wire and did significant damage to my house in the process. After getting the run around for almost 2 weeks they denied our claim because they said their delivery men were never on our property and there’s no way to prove if the wire was too low. This of course being a wire that had been hanging there for 15 years with no incident. This was clearly negligence on the driver’s part. Who damages someone’s property and then won’t take responsibility? In the past 3 years I have furnished 2 houses with furniture from Ashley’s. Needless to say, I’ll never set foot in their store again.

I made a purchase on 5/31, I bought a sofa with chaise and a 6 piece kitchen table set. I was told it normally take up to 2 weeks to be delivered which was okay. The sofa was delivered on June 28th, this was more than 2 weeks, I was told they would give me $100 store credit until this day no one has called me about the late delivery. Fast forward into the month of July, they told me that the table was on backorder and would have been delivered on 7/05 needless to say they didn't honour that delivery date. I called and they informed me that the new delivery date will be on 7/09, I called again on 7/08 to see the time they'll delivery and what do you know they changed the delivery date to 7/13 without even informing me of anything. It's been 6 weeks and Ashley homestore has failed to contact me regarding this issue. I have called multiple times to speak with a Manager, they told me that there was no managers available. They are so shady , they don't value the fact that you have to work so hard for your money and you need to get the product/service that you pay for. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC so hopefully someone will take the time out of their busy schedule to help me with this issue.

The furniture is fine, but our rep Allison ordered our couches without telling us they were out of stock. They don't do returns, only store credit, which is pretty lame so we decided to just wait and try and get the furniture we paid for. It's been a month and a half and we still have to wait a couple more weeks until it can be delivered. We called to ask if they could do anything to compensate us for having to sit on the floor of our apartment for the past month and they said they could give us $50 back or $100 in store credit which is pathetic considering I just spent $1100 in their store. I took the $50 cash to avoid ever having to shop at this dumb place again.
Where to begin! I normally don't post negative reviews however there has been so much go wrong with both orders I placed ( 1 in December 2018 and the other May 2019) with absolute no resolution that I feel obligated to share so others don't go through what we have. The 1st order we placed arrived as scheduled however the delivery subcontractors that Ashley's uses dropped my furniture in a mud puddle without saying anything scratched one of the legs on the bottom of my couch without saying anything, neglected to give me my pillows as well as walked through my basement with brand new carpet with their water soiled shoes, no booties, no respect. After contacting Ashley's and complaining they apologized and assured me the same crew would not be back to deliver a second piece of furniture bc a piece of the 1st order would not fit in the space. Not long after that, to my surprise, the owner of the delivery company called me apologized and told me that his company would in fact be delivering but they would not use the same people so I agreed. That gentleman did follow through with his word however they still entered my home with 0 booties on for protection of my new carpet. My pillows were eventually sent through the mail and because of my complaint I did also receive a box of new feet for my couch since the 1st ones had been scratched. The second purchase was even worse! To be honest the only reason I went back was because I was given A $150 store credit from my 1st purchase to make up for the delivery charge that we negotiated with one of the managers to be free. Being that I needed a coffee table I figured I would utilize the credit and save myself a little money . So I went in around May 3rd, worked with Wesley, we agreed on a coffee table table, paid with my store credit and the rest in cash. I was told that Ashley's is starting to carry more and more things in there warehouse so that their customers may be able to get smaller items such as this coffee table in a shorter period of time however that was not guaranteed and we were to stick to the 2 to 4 weeks delivery time which was fine with me. As of this post, It is now well past 2 to 4 weeks I have yet to receive a phone call from Ashley's with any type of update on my table however I have called them about 5 times and each time a new story. I have spoken with 2 managers from the store as well as corporate customer service, One manager from the store promised to call me back within a 2 hour window with the promise of some sort of resolution but of course that didn't happen. The corporate customer service department did nothing but apologize for the delay. So here I am, still no updates and no furniture but I should actually sit back and relax according to the Way this company deals with their customers. This has been my 1st purchase with Ashley and my last I will continue to purchase from Levin and Wayside where I received good customer service and my products on their due dates with no damage Or shady delivery people. I will happily update this post when I finally recieve my table. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! UPDATE: I just called what I thought was customer service at my local store but no it was the corporate office, asked them for an update, they show I purchased on May 3, so we are now working on our 7th week with absolutely no communication from this company. I have contacted them EVERY time. Today the rep says that he shows the Canton store has my table.... have I recieved a phone call.....of course not...but same old story, their sorry! Curious how long it will take them to call me since this is a store pickup item......to be continued! 2nd Update I had my husband called this time around, hit number 2 to speak with a sales associate, placed him on hold for 15 minutes, transferred to corporate which I spoke to on Monday. Confirmed Canton has had our furniture since Saturday and when would we like to pick it up? I originally went to look at furniture and Amber helped us. We decided to come back 2 weeks later because we really liked the this furniture over all that we looked at. This time we worked with Ben; he was very helpful and efficient. I gave 5stars because of all of his work and help,but, he made sure to remind me that amber originally helped us. When he did that it also showed that he was also a nice person and a team player.

The service personnel were great however after we received our furniture our experience changed. We received our sectional partially broke. You can’t see it just by looking. When noticed we called and 6 months later we are still getting a run around and still no replacement!! I called again today and they have no record of us calling or someone coming to my house to look at it!!!! REALLY!!!???? They tell us now to send pictures as we are starting all over again the replacement process!!!! I cannot believe this company. If I could give them no stars I would have!!! Ps... and we did purchase the extra insurance on it!! A lot of good that did!!!!!

Poor customer service. Bought a very nice table that wasn't cheap and got cheap quality. 1 month after owning it they would not stand behind fixing it.

Awful quality furniture!!! My mother bought a brand new dining room set, 6 chairs, within two months the chairs started to literally fall apart. I mean, screws were falling from these chairs. My mother bought the manufactures warranty, and the “life time warranty” that comes with the set. My mother spent over $800 dollars. My mother has been complaining to these people since November. This company sent out two workers, two separate times to try to fix these chairs, and it does nothing for these pieces of furniture. When my mother contacts customer support, they tell us it’s the “conditions of the house” meaning we aren’t supposed to sit on the chairs they sold to us. Instead of trying to understand, the person on the other of the end phone reads from a script and placed blame on my mother. SOMETHING needs to be done here! SOMEONE will be held accountable.

This was a horrible experience. I order furniture and they delivered it and set it up. I mean I only waited 4 weeks to get it. They left a mess on the floor. They left after setting up the bad and there was glue with styrofoam stuck to the step. This is quality service right? I would have been better to go to wayside and got the same item cheaper and had a better experience with delivery and set up. At least they would have appreciated my business.
Horrible customer service when it is time to get what you paid for delivered! My delivery date was changed without my knowledge. I found out when I was sitting at home waiting! When I tried to call and reschedule I was told customer service would call me back multiple times and they never did. So I canceled the order because why would I want to give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't respect its customer. After canceling the order they still tried to deliver it! A manager at the store finally straightened it out but what a waste of my time!! Never shopping here again!!

This place is fantastic!!! I was greeted when I walked in the door… And asked if I needed any help. Told them I was just kind of looking around… And they said if I had any questions they were there to help! I didn’t have a sales person following me around which for me was fantastic! When I did finally need help Ben ( I believe) was there to with all the answers I needed... He got me exactly what I wanted and in the color the wife wanted!!! Prices were fair and they have great financing options!!! Definitely will be returning to this place for my future purchases!!!

Affordable enough that I bought a T.v, three seated couch(w/ recliner on ends) and love seat, and a coffee table Set!!! Not only was that a deal breaker and the ETA of the delivery, Immaculate but that gentleman who works there, Ben E. Bodacious man right there with all his efforts in his assistance. Today was the first time I have been at this store. I already knew what collection I was lookig for but was surprised to see the large amount of display items in the showroom. The sales lady, Lisa F. was very informative. I was looking for a new comfortable couch and was shown an amazing leather 👍 couch and love seat. Comfortable, and with power recliners, perfect! After delivery and set up, I went back and got a new lift top coffee table! My living room is awesome! I told Lisa to keep me informed of any bedroom suites and mattress sales! She let me know when, came in and bought a new bedroom suite and an extremely comfortable Beautyrest hybrid mattress and box springs. Lisa got me what I wanted and made sure my delivery was setup for me. Now looking forward to doing the kitchen next and have Lisa guide me through this next adventure!

If i could give them a negative star i would. i ordered my furniture on Presidents day and still have yet to get my complete order and it is May. They have delayed my order twice and now it wont be delivered until May 21st. The lady at check out said she originally scheduled my delivery and when i called to check up on it they didn't have me on the schedule. i went in to confront her and she said i must have heard her wrong or misunderstood. That is great customer service blaming the customer for your mistake. I wouldn't put a random date on my calendar for no reason unless you told me that was the date it was going to be delivered. They refuse to give me a discount only a gift card. What am i doing to do with that order something i might need 6 months later. This is a joke. i am stuck now because i have half my furniture and can't cancel or my set wont match. Poor customer service and don't order anything unless you can wait 6 months to get it.
Had great sales person, very helpful and good prices, but the one downfall is the wait time for there items. Ordered back April 13, a kitchen set, sectional, end tables, 2 ottomans, TV stand, have to wait till end of May at the earliest, that stinks for sure. We spent good money and have to wait this long is crazy!! That's def the one downfall there, I see it in the reviews as well. So hope it comes soon here!!
I’ve had the absolute best experience at Ashley working with BoAllen. I’m probably the most particular person you could ever meet and I take a long time to make a decision. I’ve been looking for a certain piece for months but nothing seemed to meet my expectations. When I walked into Ashley as a last hope, BoAllen was nothing but accommodating, listened to what I wanted, let me look around and investigate the furniture selection with no pressure. He answered all my questions (I have a lot of them) and was so gracious with a price match and other accommodations to meet all my requests. I took a week to continue looking at other places and never received any annoying calls from him but rather only one message just checking to see if I needed anything - much appreciated to not have a sales person breathing down my neck. I finally came back a week later with more questions and requests and Bo met them all perfectly and I FINALLY found and ordered exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend working with BoAllen for any of your furniture and home accessory needs.
From a business standpoint I am OVER Ashley Homestore. I recommend to anyone and everyone to NEVER shop from this company. I have never been so incredibly dissatisfied with a product and customer service team. I am not one to rant on media unless it is something above and beyond. Unless you want damaged products delivered (after spending a good chunk of change with this company), then them refusing to replace them when you have a warranty let alone the expectation is that when you purchase something that you should receive it undamaged is appalling. I am shaking with frustration at how this company speaks to customers. This is not the first, second, even fifth time we've had an issue. Please, if you ever make a home purchase, do NOT go through Ashley's unless you want years taken off your life from the stress. The sales associate was wonderful but our actual product and service after product delivery is more than aweful.

Got a great deal on our furniture. We bought two sofas and one did not fit in our room right. Wesley and Amber worked with us to purchase and exchange sofas. They went out of there way to make sure our experience was a great one. They helped us all the way through the purchase and exchange. I know some of the reviews are not all good but I can say Wesley and Amber are the team you can count on for getting you the best deal with the best furniture shopping experience. They won’t let you down!

BoAllen was extremely helpful, usually I hate talking to those pushy salesman type, but right from the go it felt as I was just talking to one of the guys...He started off the conversation by complimenting my Cleveland shirt and as we talked more and more about Cleveland sports, he could have sold me a ketchup popsicle at that point and I would have bought two... I settled for a very nice recliner and sectional. If I ever come across someone who needs any furniture or a mattress ill be sure to send them BoAllen's way!!!
My first time buying new furniture has been an absolute horrible experience thanks to Ashley Homestore. Went to the store and had a good experience working with Ed finding a couch and bedroom set. After that it went downhill quickly. I picked out the furniture on March 16th and arranged a delivery date of April 6th. So I cleared my day and excitedly waited for my new furniture. The delivery men showed up with only one of the dressers and box springs. Of course in preparation for the new furniture I had gotten rid of the old the day before. Luckily, I have a mattress to put on the floor and patio furniture to put in place of the couch. Days and hours of hold music later I got another delivery date and no real explanation as to why I didn't get it the first time. So I will now have to take a day off work and hope that I get the rest of my furniture or pay to have them take back what they already delivered and cancel the rest. I have listened to a hold message proclaiming that Ashley Homestore is America's #1 furniture store and the only way that could be true is if at other furniture stores you get punched in the face as soon as you walk in.
I bought a living room set and a dining room table and chairs at Ashley's in Canton Ohio on Feb. 21st 2019 ( about $3,000 ). The salesman was Ed Berns who did a great job very courteous and professional. He was not high pressure and offered a few ideas and suggestions that were really helpful. He was knowledgeable of the products and answered all questions with no rush , even though I was there when the store was closing . He is the only reason I'm giving one star. I would give him 5 stars , but I wanted to wait for delivery of the furniture to give my review . It is now April 11th and I don't have all my furniture yet . It took over 3 weeks to get the first delivery which was short a living room chair . They called yesterday for a delivery date on the chair saying next Saturday. If it shows up that will be MORE THAN EIGHT WEEKS to get my furniture. That is unacceptable to me . No contact to apologize or try to make things right . I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know about the way this company does business and obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction .
I purchased a adjustable base from this location when they first opened and I have had to have it replaced twice now because it keeps breaking. I purchased the extra warranty because the sale lady told me it was so great and worth the money and it would Protect my purchase for 10 years. Come to find out after they replace the base this time I will no longer have the warranty unless I pay for it again. Not very happy that I was under the impression I would be protected for 10 years to find out now that it was a lie. Make sure to ask questions when adding on the extra warranty even though I did and I was still lied to

I apologize for the lengthy review but i believe in being honest and thorough with reviews. I have been a customer of Ashley Furniture for many years have have spent well over 10k dollars in this store. Now for me this is quit a bit of money. I have traveled all over the country with the military and every time i have moved i have sought out the nearest store or ordered online. Recently, my girlfriend and I built a new house and we needed to furnish multiple rooms with multiple pieces to include, a dining room table and six chairs, a living room set of a couch, two accent chairs, two end tables and a coffee table, a sectional for our basement, a full bedroom suit of a king bed, headboard, two night stands and a dresser and a changing dresser, a desk, and 4 stools for my island. We received all our pieces as promised on time and this is why i gave an extra star. However, when we received our delivery, this is when the problems started. Our stools were the wrong color, which happens i understand. We were told to contact customer service and they would make it right. I contacted them and to this day i have not heard anything and it has been over a month now. On top of the wrong ones, the ones that we have have fallen apart since the day we got them. The screws that hold the feet rest on the bottoms of the stools started to fall out just by sitting on them. Five total have fallen out so far. My 4 year old son brought me a few of them, luckily he did not do what children do and try to eat them. My 9 month old was crawling on the floor and put her hand on one of the bottom rungs and it fell clean off, luckily her face broke her fall on the floor. Every one of the dinning room chairs is unbalanced and wobbles and we were told to contact customer service again and they would send someone out to fix it. Still waiting on them as well. Our sales associate promised us gift cards/store credit with our deal and we got some but she had to ask how much we were suppose to get meaning it wasn't even recorded that that was a part of the deal. When our changing dresser was delivered it was never set up and all of the trash was left behind. I had to assemble the thing my self. We also had to special order pillows with our couch that were different than what came with the couch, we were told that they would be mailed separate to our house. They were mailed in December to our new house which was not even built until March. We were again told what to do to fix the issue. With the amount of money and guarantees that were promised to us, i feel like we should not have to fix all of these issues on our own. It is now April and we are still waiting for pillows. I contacted my sales associate and i was assured they would look into and check on the status of everything for me, i am still waiting and this was weeks ago. And this was after i informed them that i needed a few more pieces for my home which would be another couple thousand dollars i was willing to spend here, now i am looking for a reason why i should even consider giving Ashley Furniture my business. As a salesman myself, i try not to hold everyone to as high of a standard as i was held selling RV's but knowing this, care after the sale is the most important lesson i learned and i am incredibly dissapointed with the lack of care after spending so much money over the years and intending to spend more.

Went in looking for a sofa. Bo Stewart (salesman) asked great questions up front to qualify what we were looking for. He presented us with different options & explained the sofas well. We bought a sofa from him. If you are looking for a great non-pushy salesman with knowledge of Ashley's products go see Bo in the Canton store!!!
I had the pleasure of getting BoAllen as my sales member. He is wonderful!! He’s very personable. As a young person venturing out on my own, he was extremely encouraging and made my choice very easy! He was very up front about everything and never tried to hide things like some sales members do. If you choose Ashley Homestore in Canton, ask for BoAllen! He won’t disappoint you! I have not received my piece of furniture yet, but if that is a bad experience it will be the delivery department itself.
Worst customer service ever. Came straight after work and walked in and they looked at me like I was a bug. No one said hello or asked if I needed help. I had every intention of buying a mattress tonight but it's not going to be through them. Guarantee they didn't say anything because I'm so young but I'm sure I make more then half of them. Awful.

I had a positive first experience buying my sectional from Ed. Despite several warnings from friends and family about their notoriously delayed delivery, it ended up being earlier than expected and I was thrilled. My second experience in purchasing my entertainment center was not as positive. The sales person was ok, but I should have checked to see if Ed was working that day before I came in. Anyway, sale went ok. Then I called to schedule delivery. Had to wait 4 weeks... grrr... I’m waiting for this piece of furniture so that I can finish my decorating... I get excited because next week is finally delivery day, then I get the call... they have to delay the delivery for another week. I don’t understand why it has to take so long to get a piece of furniture. Apparently they have to go cut down the tree and start whittling when they receive your order?? Just very frustrated at waiting for delivery and mad at myself for not listening to everyone’s warnings. This is not against the Canton store, this is a company problem!

Horrible. We walked in and 6 people were working. Well 1 was actually working the rest were playing on Facebook, you could see it and hear it. We were there for over 30 min with never even a glance our way and we were ready to buy a whole livingroom outfit. I will never recommend this store

We bought a new table and chairs and it took a month to get them delivered. Once we got them we realized our table did not match the chairs. After three or four annoying phone calls they decided to replace the table. We are now being told another three or four weeks before we get the new table. If my order was messed up the new table should be put to the front of the line if you ask me. I’ll never buy here again!

We are VERY disappointed with our experience with Ashley Home Store. We purchased a sectional couch and ottoman two years ago. We spent close to $3000 (which is a lot of money for us) on this set and purchased the extra insurance as well. Within three months of purchase, the repairman was at our house repairing the couch seat cushions and back cushions because of seam separation. We tried multiple times after the initial first year warranty transfer to contact the warranty company to yet again repair seam separation on our couch cushions. No one called back and eventually the number was disconnected. I contacted Ashley's corporate offices in November 2018 to see if someone would help with repairs. We finally got a repairman to come and look at our couch. He said the seam separation on almost every cushion was due to manufacturer defect. They did not use enough material when making our couch. He said the seam separation was not due to customer misuse and was not normal wear and tear. He said this was a defect Ashley should stand behind and make correct. I called corporate two weeks after his repair visit as he said it was not repairable. I spoke with Rachel who read the report to me but left out all specific details regarding seam separation, manufacturer defect etc. She told me the couch was not repairable and Ashley would not help us. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She would not transfer me. Instead she said she would speak to the supervisor and call me back within two hours. Well, it has been two months and countless hours and no one from Ashley has bothered to call back. I will NEVER purchase one more item from Ashley furniture and will tell EVERYONE that I can about this horrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere! Update 2/5/19 We called the phone number provided to us in the comments from Ashley Furniture. They refused to stand behind the product sold to us. The material for our couch was discontinued ( I wonder why) and they were willing to do NOTHING to make this right. We currently have a sectional couch with large holes in the seams in 8 out of 13 cushions. Shame on you Ashley Furniture.
Went in on sale from mail flyer. Big sale that the store didn't honor pretty much any of verbage. Still bought something but will be very skeptical of anything they send out in the future.
We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furnitute thanks to Lisa! She was so helpful and patient with us as I played Goldie Locks to find the perfect couch for us. Lisa is very knowledgeable about all of the products and fabrics at Ashley Furniture. Thanks to Lisa, we now have a beautiful, comfortable couch that fits wonderfully in our home. We were a repeat customer and knew exactly what we wanted. All went well enough until the end. The only discount I asked for at the end was free delivery and setup since I received it last time. The associate disappeared to, what looked like argue with his manager for 15-20 minutes. He came back saying they could but pleading a deal to purchase the protection plan. I bought this the first time around and I wasn’t impressed so I declined. That’s where everything changed. His demeanor changed to being upset. He took me to the front to wait while my paperwork was being drawn up. During that time he was about 20-30 feet from me again arguing with his manager. I could over hear all of it. About the Little commissioned earned, the margin on the deal and how he said he didn’t want to take the deal. When I mentioned to him I over heard the conversation I didn’t even get an apology. I’m considering just canceling the order and going to one of the many competitors in the area. A piece of advise from someone that’s been coaching and training sales associates for a long time...coach after the sale, not during it.

Delivery calls and gives us a 3 hour window...then calls the day before to verify someone over 18 will be home. At this point we have sold our furniture and I have put in a request to leave my job three hours early. Thirty minutes after the &"delivery window&" has begun, my salesperson calls to tell me there has been a mistake. The furniture we ordered was discontinued and we need to come in and reselect. What!?! said no thank you, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We are still waiting for a refund for the order. (5 days+) also, please note after a negative review on Google, Ashley replied that I should contact them and they gave me an email address for customer care. I sent and email and got a return failure notice that email didn&'t exist??? I had even cut and paste, so I know it was entered correctly. They want to appear to care, when they really haven&'t got a clue about good business practices.

I bought a living room set consisting of a reclining sofa, a reclining love seat, and a rocker recliner chair on Black Friday 2018. Ashley's is a build-to-order furniture store, and the delivery estimate is 14 to 28 days (14 if already built, closer to 28 if not). I called and scheduled the delivery date. They call you two days before delivery to give you the delivery time (you cannot pick the time frame). They let me know that the chair was damaged and would not be delivered. The sofa and loveseat would be delivered on December 21st between 6pm and 9pm. I waited until I knew they were coming for sure before getting rid of my old furniture (They won't dispose of your old furniture). They unload the loveseat and it is the wrong color. The sofa is also the wrong color. They tell me they can leave the sofa and loveseat as a loaner if they can get authorization. The authorization center closes at 6pm even though their deliveries can go until 9pm. So no authorization and no loaner. So I end up with an empty living room for the holidays and end up changing my holiday plans. I call the store the next day and they tell me that all of the orders for that furniture were messed up because the part numbers on the floor cards were wrong. The store's mistake. I ask if they can provide loaner furniture, but the stores don't have delivery trucks. Someone from corporate guest relations will call me. I wait until a couple of days after Christmas. No one calls me back. I finally go into the store. Someone at the front desk gets into the system and fixes the order. Delivery will be January 9th for the chair and January 18th for sofa and loveseat. That is 56 days! Since they couldn’t provide loaner furniture, I go in to talk to the manager about a discount. The manager isn't there, so I talk to a supervisor. He listens to me and then points to two sets of furniture and asks me which one I had ordered. Neither was even remotely similar to my set. Does that mean the store messes this up all the time? Everyone I dealt with made this seem like it is business-as-usual for Ashley's. He offered me $100 off the sofa and loveseat since it was store error. I didn't take it. I came back another day when the manager was there. I talked to the manager and he said he could refund my sales tax, but that was it. Then I told him that his supervisor offered me $100 off each piece. He said he would give me the sales tax plus 10% off the loveseat and sofa. I asked if I could have his boss’s number. He said that he didn't have a number to give me other than the number he would call, corporate guest relations. I didn't take the offer yet, but I am considering doing so and just being done with Ashley's. Maybe this is just the Ashley's store in Canton, Ohio and not a reflection of the others. I do not know. I found out today that the delivery time window for my chair is 12:30pm to 3:30pm which isn't a good time for me. I talked to a person and I found out that I cannot change the delivery time window. I found out that I cannot pick the time window (it is assigned) and there will be a charge if I reschedule. This makes no sense. They only deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, but they don't ask you for a time preference up front or allow you to pick a time slot that works best for you. You just have to be at their disposal. Ashley's is an extremely customer unfriendly business. The people in the store don't care about order correctness and Ashley corporate provides no processes in place to prevent these types of mistakes. This is just business as usual for Ashley. The delivery process of Ashley corporate is about making things convenient for Ashley and there is no consideration for the customer. Why the two stars? The furniture quality seemed pretty good to me. My second star is me being hopeful that the furniture will at least be good quality. I don't believe that I would ever do business with Ashley's again.
