I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ashley. The purchase process itself went smoothly, but everything that followed has been incredibly frustrating. It seems that after they got my money, nothing else matters. When I purchased my mattress, my salesperson Lisa assured me that I could exchange it within 30 days with no issue. Unfortunately, the mattress I purchased—costing thousands of dollars—is extremely uncomfortable. Not only has my salesperson and the store completely ignored my numerous attempts to get in touch, but I am now being told that nothing can be done until after 30 days. This is completely misleading compared to what I was originally told. This is not my first time buying furniture, and I have never experienced such poor service. In most stores, a salesperson follows up to ensure the customer is satisfied, and if issues arise, they are addressed promptly. At Ashley, however, there has been no follow-up, no accountability, and apparently, no option to return a mattress if it turns out to be unsuitable—even after just a few nights. Most furniture stores in the area allow a return for a refund, not just a forced store credit after such a negative experience. This was my first time purchasing from Ashley, and based on this experience, it will certainly be my last. I consider this an expensive and regrettable lesson. I will attach screenshots of my text messages showing my repeated and unsuccessful attempts to contact my salesperson. I expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

We have a quirky, hard to furnish living room, and finding the right pieces has always been a challenge. Luckily we had the pleasure of working with Emily Shetler, and she was fantastic. She wasn't pushy at all. She took the time to really understand our space and what would work best for us. Her thoughtful approach and genuine interest in helping us find the right fit made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Very disappointed, chair I got was the most uncomfortable chair, was on clearance so they said keep it come in and we'll give you a deal on another chair, ended up paying over $600 on another chair. Mom got a reclining couch and the guys that put it together did it wrong, leg part won't go all the way down, my Mom is disabled and getting her up with the couch not working right is a challenge, I called to have them come out to fix it, they say we can come out June 27th, are you kidding me. On the plus side a different company is coming out today to put it together right. Oh ya my new chair won't be delivered till Sometime in July SMH.

We bought our living room set here (Parklynn), and we couldn’t be happier. The staff was very pleasant to deal with, and they gave us a huge discount and then also agreed to round down. My only critique is delivery time. We waited 5 weeks to get our furniture. But install was wonderful otherwise. Highly recommend this place.

I love Ashley store in Canton! Their customer service is outmatched! I have bought a couple pieces of furniture over the years and they never disappoint! Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with the patience and time sales staff and delivery provided. However, the support provided after delivery was equally as poor. Supposedly extra supports were ordered for my ergomotion frame. However, now I cannot get any answers. In the meantime the middle of the bed has makeshift support. It appears once they received my money the rest does not matter. I have tried speaking with sales, warranty and support and passed off to ergomotion who had no information.

Such a great supportive experience. Amber was so helpful answered all of my questions and made the process so quick and easy.

I found a couch at Levin that I loved online. When I went to their show room, they did not have it there. I found out it was actually an Ashley couch. I went ahead and got quotes and headed over to Ashley. They had it in their show room and I fell in love!!! They quickly beat Levins price and even sat down with me discussing my rooms dimensions and gave me awesome recommendations for my space! And did I mention this was like an hour before closing? I walked out with a couch scheduled to be delivered and am beyond excited to have it in my living room! Couldn't recommend Emily and Ashley furniture enough!!

I highly recommend visiting Amber at the Ashley furniture store on Dressler Road in Canton, Ohio. I just got married and bought a house. All of my husbands and my furniture were mismatched and we couldn’t figure out what to do with our home layout. First I called the store and was connected with Amber. Not only does she know the inventory but she was also able to get us financed so we could completely furnish the living room and sitting room. Then we visited the show room. Amber greeted us with a big smile, confidence and grace. I always know what I like when I see it but, have a hard time figuring out where the furniture should be placed in the room. Amber has 10 years of interior decorating experience!! Very quickly she was able to understand our needs and led us to the perfect furnishings for our home. Update: Feb.20- The CSR’s Matt and Ashley were finally able to rectify my situation. And a store representative by the name of Eric reached out in regard to this review. I’m glad this personal nightmare situation of mine is over and appreciate Eric for reaching out personally. In a nutshell- some updated training needs to be done with the store staff. You can’t just tell customers what they want to hear to make a sale and completely disregard them afterwards. If you want to wait several months for you items to arrive- this is the place for you. Or- if you would like to receive your items in partial deliveries, ie one piece at a time several months between one another- again, this is the place for you. The manager at the physical store location-Adam I believe his name was. Will “write your info down” and never call you back. The customer service staff however are FABULOUS. Ashley and Matt were the most frequent customer service members I’ve spoken with. Top notch. The store? No bueno- save yourself this stress and go to Bobs Furniture or any other location. I never wrote bad reviews. I’ve gone through every single option I could and Ashley furniture refuses to rectify my situation. Purchased furniture in November during their Black Friday sale. And I’m still waiting on the remaining pieces. I would love to type my entire story- but nobody has time for that. Do not shop Ashley Furniture-

We have been to a few furniture stores from Macy’s, Bob’s, Value City, Arhaus, Wayside etc over the years. The team at Ashley’s was wonderful. First of all we don’t like to be followed or chased as some stores employees do trying hard for the sale. We wanted to look to see what we liked then ask questions. Just our way and that was respected extremely well. We spent well over two hours and picked out a new sectional, dining set along with bedroom and misc other furnishings. The respect and professionalism is and was above and beyond any expectations and or other area stores. We are very satisfied and happy with our shopping experience and will be back when our new home is built in 2 years to furnish it as well.

We recently purchased a dining room set and a living room set from Ashley during their Black Friday special. Rob dealt with us and he was very friendly, down to earth, and helpful as we searched the store for what we needed for our first home. The cash out process was relatively quick and painless, or so I thought. When we got to the car we didn’t think our paperwork was correct. We went back into the store and the manager saw the mistake and quickly fixed it. And Rob even texted me to apologize which I thought was classy, we really appreciated him. But I just checked my bank statement and I still to this day don’t think we received any discount for the Black Friday special…… The more I read about this company I feel as though many people have experienced a discrepancy in what they pay. It’s really unfortunate because I have been raving about the products we purchased! And I have to say that everyone we encountered at the store in Belden was extremely helpful. My advice, shop here, great products, great people, but be very careful during the cash out process. If there is a special make sure you get what’s advertised because I don’t believe we did. I need to update this review. This store makes things right. They contacted me, were apologetic, and as everyone should understand things happen. We have been properly charged now and really have some respect for their customer service. We also LOVE everything we purchased from Ashley: our sectional, ottoman, dining room set, and a tv stand is on the way. Shop here, great products and great people!

Ashley in Canton, Ohio has been wonderful to work with! We personally would never have gone to this location without the nudge of a local furniture store who told us that we could “test” the couch at the Canton location and come back to the local location to purchase it for cheaper. I came into ashley furniture for a new bedroom set and a mattress on 8/26, and I had such an amazing experience! Amber was extremely helpful and so kind! She made sure I was trying out all the mattresses in supine positions and was very patient while I was making my decision. It meant a lot to me that Amber kept my two year old busy by putting her onto the mattresses to test them out with us and she kept her busy playing with stuffed animals throughout the store. Today is July 12, 2024 I've been wanting new furniture but wasn't sure we're to go. I first visited all the trouble spots in town , bad furniture and the sales staff thought they were used car sales folks trying to tell me what I was gonna but. That didn't settle well with me. So I had one more store to visit Ashley's furniture store .So I went in there to window shop when a lady by the name of Lisa came up behind me ,she introduced herself in a professional manner.She saw I wasn't happy so she gave me some space.so I walked around as she softly and quietly spoke to me .we walked a bit then I st well we met up on the other end and Lisa took over doing her job .She is the kindest ,sweetest sales person I ever felt with.she let me pick what I wanted with no pressure. If I was boss she would be promoted with a raise . We need people like her don't let her go ,she's one in a million Thank You Lisa for helping me find something I could be happy with.

When buying our patio furniture we had we had the best sales man.. Seth! Not only was he super knowledgeable, he was fun to chat with and you can tell is incredible at his job! Cool new technology shows your pressure points while laying in a showroom bed and what the sleep number can do for you. Paid more than I wanted to for one, but if I finally get better sleep, my quality of life will improve, and I may be more productive, meaning more paychecks and fun!

I have been to 7 other places today and my experience was beyond horrible. I walked in the door here and literally you guys could have sold me a fried bologna sandwich for $5000 and I would’ve financed 2 of them. Got my king size bed from here it was very effortless and delivery and set up went smoothly.

We were immediately greated which is usually a huge turn off, but the associate listed to our desire to do a quick lap and see if we saw something that sparked our interest. He gave my kids a fidget toy & turned on bluey for them making our experience easier. He was easy to work with, got us the couch and love seat we’d been looking for and made it a quick, enjoyable and easy process.

We had the absolute best experience at Ashley. I ran in to check out a few things, before deciding and the manager was so helpful and even got my number to keep in touch. We went back that night and were met again by the manager who walked around with us and helped us for 2 hours. The help and knowledge was unmatchable. I purchased this recliner 3 weeks ago, the seat is collapsing within 2 weeks. I contacted them & now they want someone to come out & try & replace the seat. I am NOT happy. I would have thought after only a few weeks they would at least offer to replace the recliner, believe me, the recliner was NOT inexpensive. Thanks so much Ashley :o( UPDATE: Now I am told it could take weeks to even get repair, so here is a chair I cannot use that I purchased only 3 weeks ago.

Lisa Fowler was the lady that helped me first purchase a leather double recliner with several adjustments, the next day I went in and purchased a television stand with fireplace. Insert that she explained, and made it so simple for me to understand, the next day went in to show my husband the fireplace And Lisa was there again, thankfully, offered us help and advice again, and we walked out that day, purchasing a vanity and mirror and chest of drawers for our bedroom. She was able to lump all of the items together, so I only had one delivery fee and was just so pleasant and helpful that I would go back and definitely just ask for her.
