I guess I should’ve checked the reviews here before shopping from Ashley’s and purchasing a mattress and protection plan on February 24th-WE HAVE YET TO GET OUR MATTRESS- we were told 7-10 days in the store(also to add they charge a $50 shipping fee that they weren’t upfront about just to ship to there own store while there bringing in other furniture already)while they put 2-3 weeks on the bill I thought I must’ve misheard or sales rep Macie read something wrong nope we went in on March 23rd cause at that time the mattress has yet to make it to the warehouse in WV even(I’ve had to call and ask for updates on our mattress while quoted delivery days has passed multiple times) and we were considering taking the hit and paying the restocking fee of 25% the manager we dealt with reimbursed us almost $300 for our troubles of the mattress not being there even close to quoted time and told us to expect the delivery to the warehouse by Saturday March 30th and the mattress to be at the store for pick up by the 4th or 5th. Here we are April 12th and the mattress is supposed to be finally at the store Thursday but was told to call and double check that day…definitely will be taking my business else where for now on!
We had a wonderful experience with Macie. She was super helpful, very informative about the furniture and easy to work with. She may the experience very pleasant. Would highly recommend her!

Awesome furniture, but the worst experience I have had with management in a very long time. Will never return, due to their sad excuse of a manager Dan. I bet you give him enough time and he will run this place straight into the ground... Update 4/22 Saw they were hiring a new sales manager, smart move. Feel for the employees and customers who had to put up with him for so long, still won't return. Update 4/28 Then that should speak volumes about his leadership, and sadly those above him for allowing it to persist, to such a degree, that " THEY ALL QUIT". You probably had some really good employees who left, solely due to him. If you need help, maybe start with those who quit, might give you, the owner, a sense of penance for such lack of accountability and leadership for the people who's lives, that rest on YOUR shoulders.
