Buyer beware! This is the WORST experience I have ever had. The salesman lied repeatedly to me and then harassed me on my cell phone after I refused to argue with him. I have called the Better Business Bureau and AG Yost.
This is somewhat of a good and bad review. The store experience was not great. We were in to replace a mattress luckily covered under warranty so we were essentially locked into using Ashley Furniture. The salesperson was generally helpful although not altogether knowledge. We were also going to buy pillows to go with our mattress so we enquired about some king size pillows. The ones we chose we were told were discontinued. After checking online (both at the manufacturer and Ashley website) this didn't appear to be the case. They (salesperson and manager) then checked some other king pillows and also stated that they are discontinued. Upon calling another Morris store they told me that Morris/Ashley do not and will not sell king size pillows in the stores. To me this isn't a major problem but please don't lie to me and claim that each one we look at is discontinued while wasting my time (probably around an hour of them going back and forth). Now for the positive side of the review. We had our mattress delivered and the delivery team was excellent. They were easily the most efficient and personable delivery team that we have had do a delivery.
Prices the furniture was mark could believe it. For me, I felt like they up the just put a % off. Did not have what i wanted
Thank you for having affordable furniture which I mean quality and price ways. I bought on 2022 couple peaces. I forgot to leave a review as I promised so I’m doing now :) Dinning table, king bed with mattress and sectionals. Very thankful for Roy he made my purchase so pleasant and comfortable. No pushing sales, very knowledgeable about what he has in the store. Very detailed about mattresses and I’m very peaky about it. They had a promotion going on and I’ve got gift they are one of I think the best pillow. Thank you so much still enjoying my purchase!
Our experience at the store was great. Sales rep talked to us about what we wanted and directly took us to the bedroom set we needed up purchasing. Took about a months and a half to get the furniture in, but it was delivered 2 days before the expected stock date.

This was a nightmare. Ordered furniture in April to be delivered May 14th when I move into my new residence. Problem with the loveseat which after several communication by phone and email the customer service said I could reselect furniture. I went to the store to make my new selection and was told I had to pay over $500.00 difference. This didn’t make sense to me since according to the website the reselection was less than the original furniture. I was told the furniture would not be delivered until October. I accepted the delay but then I received a phone call stating the furniture would not be delivered until November. I contacted the store mid October to ask the status of the new order only to be told the order was canceled since the manager spoke with me by phone and I stated to cancel the order. This was completely untrue! Since May I have spoken/email with several different people at the store as well as customer service without a resolution. I was told they would no longer allow me to reselect because I only had 30 days to complete it. This was NEVER told to me and I was also told I had to pay a restocking fee again I WAS NOT told this. Finally a few weeks ago I spoke with Logan the interim manager at the store who helped me get the reselected furniture delivered and the original furniture removed. The people who took away and delivered the furniture were very polite, professional and cautious. I want to thank Logan for all the hard work he did for me to get this resolved.
One star is too much credit for the disaster Ashley Furniture has caused. I ordered a bedroom set and was delivered a month ago, and have a bed with missing parts, not functional… Ashley has ordered parts 4 times. FOUR times! Each time wrong parts, delivery drivers hostile and are argumentative with me.. like I’m the one responsible for ordering the wrong parts! I called the store on Colerain avenue. I spoke to 3 different sales associates, Aaron, Olivia and “manager Logan” they were absolutely zero help! I have reached out to corporate, nothing has been resolved. I have a broken bed in my master bedroom, I’m out several thousands of dollars and no help insight! I hope this review saves a person from shopping at Ashley Furniture…

I purchased a dresser and 2 chest of drawers. One of the chest was damaged when it was delivered. I called the store and they gave the option of a $100 store credit or to have the item repaired. I went with the repair option. I was given a 3 hour window of arrival, received voice message from the repair technician stating he was 15 minutes away and he never showed up. I then called the scheduling company and was told they would reach out to the technician and give me a call back. I never received a return call. I then called Ashley costumer service and was directed to use the online chat by the automated system, The online chat directed me to call the store, the store’s automated system then directed me to use the online chat ! I finally got through to a live person was placed on hold for 20 minutes just to be told the store manager would call me back…….. Still no call back. At this point I just want to return the items.

Ashley provided the best customer care on my visit. I recently purchased a queen size headboard and footboard, love it. Also I was curious of how they accommodate disable individual in wheelchairs since I did not see an elevator. The Olivia Riley Ashley’s team member demonstrated to me their wheelchair equipment for mobile wheelchairs. I was amazed. She went above and beyond to me since I am not disable. Thank you Ashley Colerain team especially Olivia Riley!!

We were looking for a recliner sofa and chair. Mario steered us in the right direction and answered all of our questions. We found what we were looking for which was unique compared to other stores. Delivery within 3 days of purchase. Only drawback was the extra charge for setting up the furniture in our home (premium delivery service).

Have done business with this chain at other locations. This was a "just looking" trip, thinking about possibly upgrading loving room in the spring. Jonah was a big help; will definitely ask for him if we decide to buy from Ashley.
Sales associate always are asking if we need help but I would love to at least have some time to just look I get that they are working on commission but give customers some space and Don't be on top of them before they even walk in the door
The new store in colerain OH is amazing! It is very large, roomy, with A LOT of different kinds of sectionals, couches, coffee tables, dining tables, Rugs, kitchen tables and chairs, lamps, entertainment, bedroom furniture, and mirrors. The management is great as well! Very helpful and friendly. The only thing is they do not have an elevator but they do have a lift for the stairs if anyone needed it. I definitely would recommend this place. Lots and lots more options than they used to have. We got a great leather couch and a leather recliner from the Morris one back over by the mall and from their new location we just got a wonderful cloth sectional and a coffee table for $700. We will be coming again for any of our future needs!

We went to the new Ashley Furniture store at 9450 Colerain Ave looking for a recliner. Our Sales Associate, Jay, was VERY helpful. We ended up getting a couch & love seat that all recline. They were not pushy at all. Recommend checking out this new store!!!

Very unsatisfied customer. I went to Ashley and purchased a living room set and bedroom set in March this year and still haven't received my whole order. At the beginning we were told our couch would not arrive until the year 2029 when we ordered it for this year to have. In this journey my delivery dates were changed multiple times. The delivery team was very rude. Eventually my couch got marked 'Bop' meaning it would not make it to us at all now requiring me to find a different couch and chair at Ashley. Management started ignoring my phone calls when I would call and want to know status of furniture the message given to me was they were in a meeting and would call me back. Those calls never would come. Lots of falling through from Ashley on promises from them to make things right for the issues we have had. Customer care has been reached out to only for customer care to always say allow 72 hours for a response and that is their answer Everytime I reach out. I have put so much time in checking into when will furniture be delivered, having to select other furniture, being delivered a wrong bedframe and still waiting on the right bed frame to arrive. A order done in March still not fully arrived to me.

The sales people in the store were great. The delivery service was great and very helpful and informative regarding when they would arrive. My only problem was I thought that the mirror came with the dresser, so I was quite surprised to not have the mirror arrive with the dresser, and to find out upon calling the store that it would be an additional $250.

EDIT: I take back every single nice thing I said. I paid for a couch and yet still do not have a couch. The website sells this couch for hundreds of dollars LESS than in the store and when I brought that up I was told "that's because the website is a real pain if you have to return anything" and yet here I am weeks later trying to cancel my order and Rita is REFUSING! Customer service already sent a cancel notice to the store and asked them to give me a refund and still I am being told no. Unacceptable. Never ever doing business here again and I am filing a complaint with BBB and filing a fraud charge with my credit card company. What a joke and a hassle. I tried to make this right with the company, but one associate, Rita is refusing to cooperate even with CORPORATE. Ridiculous. Never ever again. Rita was amazing! She remembered us from a few months ago and was very nice, very knowledgeable and courteous.

First of all my experience at the store was wonderful. Everyone who works at the store is so helpful. I ordered my furniture. It was not in stock, so I only had to wait A couple of weeks which isn't bad nowadays. When my furniture was delivered the delivery people were very helpful and very careful not to nick walls or damage floors. I had an issue with one of my chairs and they ordered me a new one right away without any hesitation. I feel the prices of their furniture is very fair. Thank you for a good experience

We found a bedroom set we really liked. Order/purchased that day. It took 2 months to finally get our order. I get it. Stuff might get delayed. That’s out of there control. Our biggest problem was they couldn’t answer the phone after calling multiple times. When we could get ahold of someone they had a different answer then the last person. They wouldn’t answer emails. Finally our furniture came. We had to drive an hour and thirty minutes out of the way to get it because it was delivered to the wrong store. I’m not big on leaving bad reviews but this place was not a good experience.
The sales lady was incredibly patient with my 82 year old granny that was looking for bed furniture. From purchasing to delivery we were very satisfied. If I’m looking for furniture in the future I will come back for sure :)
Great deal and service. I bought a couch as is off the sales floor only complaint is that it was not wrapped on plastic when it got delivered.
Purchased a 3 piece living room set on 3/3/24. We have not received it yet after having 4 different delivery dates. We purchased the floor models of the sofa and loves eat and have been told they in the storeroom at the Colerain location. We have been told many conflicting stories about delivery. We have requested a refund but the store Manger has refused. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I no longer want anything from this store in my home. I reach out to Custome Care and they state they cannot refund money because of the amount (?). They stated the store manager must authorize the refund which she has already refused to do.
I had so much fun picking out my new living room furniture. The salesman was very helpful and kind. He made it an exciting and happy experience. I would definitely recommend this store. I love my new living room set.
Went in there looking for new furniture yesterday. They are supposedly having a “clearance sale” as this location is closing and moving. Except the prices are basically the same prices listed on their website. Don’t be fooled by this clown show closing.
Very disappointed was supposed to have had our order on the 16th of March paid for prior two weeks ahead of time and still waiting now they're saying April 2nd.. was promised the furniture would be ready on the 16th of March and it was not. So we moved into the new place on the 16th and sitting here on the floor with no furniture no table and chairs to eat off of just very disappointed.
Went in for the big store moving sale. Saw a 5 pc table that we really liked listed for $999. The salesman said the lowest he could go was $799. Delivery charge was $69 dollars with a delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. We bought it. We unluckily found the same table from Ashley website listed for $569 with no delivery fee and would get to our house in a week. All manager would do for us is a in store credit that expired in 3 weeks for overpriced furniture in their store. Just go look at the furniture in person and order it online for cheaper and faster. They mark up prices and “claim” they are matching the best possible deal but really just screwing you over. Will not make the mistake of shopping in store at this location again.
Buyer Beware. They are having the "everything must go" promotion. We went in, interested in a specific table. They gave us the "rock bottom" price ( which was 80 off the slashed price).... only to go home on the Ashley website the SAME TABLE WAS 279. Shady business practices. Moral of the story, verify and "deals" on the website.
I bought a rocker recliner, Salesman was helpful in helping pick out the one I wanted. It was delivered in a timely matter, very happy with this purchase.

While the salespeople at this location are great (John in particular), the order fulfillment service is terrible. I was scheduled to have my furniture delivered yesterday and received a link from the company to track how far the truck was from my home. All day, the link indicated that the truck would arrive at my home between 3:30 and 4. Because I have a job, I planned to leave at 3 because it is approximately 20 minutes away from my house. At 2:56, I received a text message from the company that the truck was 30 minutes away. I packed up and left to go home. Twelve minutes later (3:08), I received a call saying that my truck was there and I would only have 15 minutes before the truck left. I conveyed that I was on the way in traffic and when I said that I was confused as to why they would leave before the estimated time provided to me, the person hung up on the line. I arrived at my house at 3:22 (14 minutes after the call). According to my security cameras, the truck left at 3:21, almost 10 minutes before the delivery time provided to me. When I tried to text the number back that had provided the updates including screenshots and time stamps on calls and messages, I did not receive a response. I called the local store before being connected to the store general manager. The store general manager was unable to get the truck (3rd party) to turn around as he was unable to contact them for hours. I truly believe that was intentional on the part of the 3rd party to avoid turning around. When I inquired about delivering today instead due to this being poor communication on the company's part, I was told that was not enough notice for the distribution center. I do not understand why I, a customer, am being penalized for the company's error of poor communication. I was also told that I would be receiving a call today from the customer care hotline to assist me with this order so that I can get my order delivered (note: I currently do not have any kitchen or living room furniture). I have yet to hear from them, which I also believe is intentional because the way to improve my satisfaction is to deliver my order today. At this point, I don't even know when to expect my order, and as a full time student and worker, I need to know so that I can make the scheduling arrangements. Even with arrangements made, I do not trust this company to deliver my order at the new scheduled time based on this experience. This company needs to hold the 3rd party vendor (Enterprise) accountable as well as its abysmal non-existent customer service. I cannot recommend anyone shop at any of the company's stores that would have their order fulfilled at the Dayton distribution center. Maybe this review will finally prompt customer service to help me. Update on 2/22/24: I rescheduled my delivery and was told the delivery would arrive between 3:30-6:30. The truck showed up at 1:10, and I had to frantically leave work. Luckily, they did not leave. However, their customer service has refused to waive the delivery fees based on these issues. This company does NOT care about customers.

Hello, I ordered a dinette set and after not hearing anything from you all in almost two weeks I called the store. I was told it wasn't yet in the warehouse I asked do you know when it would be i was told no. Then I waited about 3 more days called back it still wasn't in the warehouse. At that point I told the guy that I see the furniture I ordered has went on sale can I get the difference. It was granted. Then I asked about getting a refund altogether and the person said nothing and the call ended there. I checked online again which I did at least every other day looking for updates. Finally last week it was time to setup the delivery, oh happy day. Done that, furniture came today only to be shown the take has a huge hole in the table. So back to where it came from. I'm so disappointed to wait all that time and still not be able to get it, I called and canceled the entire order. Was told I'll get my money back. The fact that you can order furniture and you have to keep checking on it is way too tedious because you all do not send reminders is really absurd to me. Then to get it and still don't have it is doublle the aggravation.
I was told to leave because I look younger than 18 and was asked for id. Told me to leave because they said they were closed when it was 5pm and they closed at 8pm. I recorded interaction and everything
Bought a couch on oct 31 and waited a month to receive what I was hoping to be a great product and ended up paying almost 3000 dollars for a defective damaged couch with what feels like an impossible to reach customer service team the only person that even began to help me was a sales associate named Roy and I genuinely appreciate him actually helping me but the experience with this company today alone will make me never want to do business with them again the couch I received was missing legs for an entire section and was ripped on the bottom as well as a completely damaged cushion zipper which will not close. Every response I got was to send an email but basing off that fact that I can’t even talk to an actual person that works for the company and not a robot. I’m not very hopeful that I will be helped. Be warned or just hope you don’t receive a defective product.
I went to Ashley Store by the Northgate mall and met with my salesperson Justin. This gentleman was outstanding, patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions. I would highly recommend that you seen Justin and his General Manager there for any furniture that you need.
Roy offered an amazing customer service experience. We explained what we were looking for in a new sectional couch for our home and he brought us directly to the couches that fit our needs to save us time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture on the store floor. He helped get our furniture configured perfectly for our home and on order so we could start the process of filling our new home. Roy was great and is the reason we decided to purchase from Ashley Furniture and not look elsewhere for second and third opinions.
The guys at the store have been wonderful to work with! They were patient and took their time with us making sure we loved our purchases. We even made the mistake of ordering a couch that was not the correct size for our living room. We were able to go back in (within the time frame) to pick out a different one! Even though it meant more work on their end with the exchange, they remained patient and understanding! Great team of guys at this location for sure!!

Our salesman was very helpful and patient! We were looking for a new recliner and he took his time explaining the fabrics, and showing us exactly what we were looking for! We had a problem with the last company they used for the protection plan we bought and we never received the money back after five years like we were supposed to. Since we never used it., and they gave us our money back! The manager was also very helpful with this situation!! So they took the price off of the recliner! Very happy with the service!

Got a leather sleeper sofa and the pull out frame broke after 2 weeks. They use third party repair services and it's extremely frustrating dealing with them. My couch never got fixed after being rescheduled 2 times. I wish I would have spent the $300 more and got the couch from la-z-boy.

I would not recommend going this specific Ashley + Outlet after all of the issues we encountered. I would like to preface saying what we could get from our order was nice and of good quality however it does not make up for the hassle. Contant changes in delivery and stock and on top of that this location has been ghosting me a little over a week when I did get the store to answer, Im assuming it was the manager who picked up the phone saying that only our salesman could help us and he was off. Then made him call us while he was on his days off. Ultimately had to call customer care line when the store stopped answering. The accountability from this store was disappointing.

We purchased a sofa bed in Oct. We give our salesperson – Cheick Diankha, 5 stars. He was informative without being pushy and he was responsive throughout the process. We also give the delivery crew 5 stars – they were both competent and efficient. The sofa bed itself is what we expected, and it is a nice addition to our household. We did have trouble along the way. If you are ordering a piece of furniture that requires removing furniture from your house to make space, ask what the policy is if the furniture being delivered is broken or late. We rate the current policy 2 stars. The sofa bed that was on the truck for delivery to us was on time, but it was broken. Due to liability, even if it was usable, it could not be delivered until a replacement was available. We had removed our couch from the living room the day before and now had very limited seating in our living room. Knowing that there are showrooms full of sofas and loveseats in the area – including an outlet with discounted product, we requested that a temporary replacement be delivered until the sofa bed we ordered could be delivered. We were informed that was a violation of company policy and we would have to be charged for additional deliveries if we pursued that option. Based on this response, we sat on cushions on the floor for 1 week+ while we waited on our new delivery. We did get a 10% refund for our troubles, but we would rather have been sitting on furniture if we had a choice.

If I could give zero star I would. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Getting anyone to call you back or answer the phone is impossible. Waited 7 weeks to receive wrong loveseat and damaged sofa. They refuse to come get damaged sofa and return my money. Sofa has a piece of wood under the fabric on the arm. After assured me they were picking up damaged sofa I waited 2 more weeks to find out that was a total lie. And They won’t give money back until they pick it up. So basically took my money. Beware!

If I could a zero star I would, I have nothing but problems with them. It's has taken over a month just to get a mattress! They are idiots and I will never do business with them again. And I still do not have the mattress!
Just awful. Bought a couch and it was delivered 2 months later than they said. Was missing its legs(feet). Finally got them to come back with the legs and attached them after multiple phone calls. When sitting on the couch it felt like there was hardly any stuffing/cushion. Definitely didn’t feel like the one we sat in at their showroom. After calling them again multiple times the finally agreed to send out a specialist. The specialist looked over our couch and said we didn’t have enough stuffing and we were missing a board that goes down the middle of the couch. He had to put an order in and come back at a later date. After a month of not hearing anything we called AGAIN and they said they never received an order for our address. So the sent out another specialist. He came a week later and said the same thing about the couch. He put in another order but yet again, we never heard from them. We called Ashley AGAIN, and wanted our money back and they said no. We explained what we have been going through and all they said was sorry but they couldn’t help us. We will never buy from Ashley again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a dining room set in June, was delivered in July. The delivery guys, (a sub-contractor), dropped the table base and the buffet from the truck onto our driveway. Had major damage but said they have to leave it until it could be replaced. Replaced it 2 months later but the new table could not be put together due to the necessary hardware being missing from the packaging. I was told someone would call me that day to schedule a service call, needless to say that did not happen. I called them 2 weeks later and was told they knew nothing about the missing hardware. I finally told them to just pick up the set as I don’t want to deal with their nonsense anymore. They said I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to take it back.

Love my bed frame. Box wax damaged during delivery however, bed frame wasn't effected. The hardware was tossed around the box so I was nervous I didn't have all the pieces. I did find them all! Billing is another story. My bed was purchased Feb 19th and shipped/delivered March 3rd. I was just notified today, July 25th that I had an outstanding balance. I never picked 6month financing during checkout so beware that your card may be charged 4 to 5 months later after purchase. Unsure if I'd order online again. At least I know now that they may not charge me until 4 months later.

I love shopping at Ashley Furniture, rather in store or on line. Check out is always easy and the stores are always clean and easy to move through with loads of attractive furniture and home accessories to choose from. During this shopping experience my sales representative was simply A-mazing. We came in close to closing. While his co-workers were just chilling not wanting to budge, he immediately came to our assistance, helping us non stop, making sure we got what we were looking for. He was professional, friendly and diligently. He gets a perfect 10 out of 10. Oh Yeah... our delivery guys get a 10 as well.

We ordered a large chair that was on the truck to be delivered the Friday after we purchased it, but they broke it during delivery and guaranteed us we would have a new in 3 weeks, that 3 weeks became a month and then 3 months... Every time we could call at would be the same fake placating answer that we'd get out chair soon so sorry for the inconvenience etc. always would update to delivery expected at the end of the next month. After 7 MONTHS of that we had our order voided.
Great customer service. Delivery was on time. Had a small issue with one piece (manufacturer defect) and a order was put in for me for a tech to come out. He was out in about a week and a new piece was ordered. Very happy so far!

The furniture is great, but the customer service at this particular store has been incredibly challenging. I recognize that we're in a pandemic, and there are numerous shipping delays. That's perfectly understandable. However, the lack of communication from the staff at this particular store has been really frustrating. I spent nearly three grand on furniture, and in the six months that I waited for my items to arrive, not once was there any follow-up from them about what was going on (or maybe even a courtesy discount for the inconvenience). I hung in there patiently with them for half a year...and then when they finally got my items in stock they didn't even bother to call me or let me know. I had to drive 45 minutes in order to walk into the store and actually talk to somebody...only to find out that they actually had my items in the back the whole time. Are you kidding me? On top of that, it turns out that their sales representative sold me a $200 box spring for a bed that didn't even need one (I found that out from the delivery guys). After I scheduled for them to come pick it back up, I got several texts and phone calls saying that they were on their way...and they never showed up. No phone call. No rescheduling. No explanation. Nothing. I took the day off from work just so I could be sure to be home when the guys arrived, and they never even showed. If they had to reschedule, that's fine, but I think at the bare minimum a courtesy phone call letting me know would have been called for. When I finally got them on the phone and asked them what happened, they just said, "Uhhh...we don't know." Guys, come on. I've been an Ashley customer for years, but after this, I think I'm done. There's just no excuse for these shenanigans.
Loved the experience, Paris helped my wife and I pick out the perfect king size bed for us!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable this experience was.
First off, air conditioning is still off!!! Has been since they "opened ". There was a regular Ashley Store that "went " out of business, (see that review), the ac was out then but we didn't have heat waves going on. They knew from the get go the store would remain open under the outlet name. Secondly, staff was absolutely great and the manager willing to work with you, within reason. Prices are not truly outlet prices, delivery is a big issue for quite a few items, (I know that a lot of that has to do with the fallout of covid). If you need it quickly, roll the dice. It may or may not happen. Free delivery means they will drop it off at your door, to bring it inside and set up will cost you. Happy shopping!
A LOT of the items are overpriced
Ordered my living room sectional back in April. First I was quoted the end of May, than July, then August lastly September. Now when I look it doesn’t have a date at all and when I call there are super long wait times or a full voicemail message. This experience has been super disappointing, I want to cancel my order but, I feel I’ve waited so long there’s no point. I’ve been a repeated customer but, I don’t see myself shopping in the future. I understand covids effects on delivery but, I feel straight mislead and lied to about the delivery time frames.
Do not do business with these people! Ordered a whole bedroom set from them in February. They delivered a broken dresser in March. Came back in July and the delivery company that they outsourced came and became upset, yelling at me in my home because they made a mistake and did not know that they were removing the damaged dresser and bringing the new dresser. They left with my new dresser and when I called customer service they could not locate the dresser anymore. They then proceeded to me that I would have to wait for them to order me a new dresser. I spoke to the assistant manager and told him that I didn’t want the dresser anymore because of the stress of dealing with them. He told me he would have the manager call me to figure out things and I never heard anything back. I called the store for the whole month of July and none of my calls were answered. It is now august and I’m just now receiving a call but not to apologize instead they were rude about me not returning their phone call from the day prior. I have been told that I will receive the dresser on Friday and I’m praying that this is the last that I will have to deal with these people. Its sad that we paid so much for this bedroom set and had to deal with this stress for 7 months.
I purchased a bed 3 months ago still has not been delivered. 2 weeks ago was supposed to be delivered they called at 1:20 to tell me the mattress didn't come in and would call me when it did. A week and a half later I called and was told it's been here so delivery was scheduled for today between 3 and 6. 3:20 I get a call saying they running late will be here between 6 and 7... NEVER SHOWED NEVER CALLED!!! 10am can't get here fast enough so I can be the 1st one thru the doors...

Zero Rating! I spent 5K and cant get my ripped sofa replaced or repaired. Been waiting a month. 3rd party SAW finally showed up, took a picture and left. Giving a 1 because I cannot give 0. Terrible ordering experience. Lied to by 3 different sales reps. Had to call back three time just to receive an order confirmation. Now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone during business hours to assist me with locating my order status even though I was promised a call back. Buyers, please beware! My husband and I have purchased ALL of our previous furniture at Ashley, yet this is the customer service experience we receive. It's really sad that the 'pandemic' has been the justification for customer service to be non-existent! If you choose to purchase via Ashley I highly suggest shopping at a different store location!
The wife and I have been outstanding customers for many years, have 2 accounts and have NEVER EVER been late or missed a payment. We went to your Ashley store Northgate mall to purchase an $1800 love seat. The salesman named Roy was very nice. When he went to submit a credit card line increase I was declined!! The wife and I will be going to lazyboy tomorrow. Ashley lost a good customer.

Shopping experience was easy. The cost was overpriced. Web listed discounts 3 weeks later. I called got a refund for the difference. GREAT! I purchased in February with cash. I have been waiting and now see the delivery won't be until 5/29. Instead of the business benefiting from my money any longer, I will just shop elsewhere, where the sales team is forthcoming regarding true expected delivery dates. Very disappointed.

Bit of a communication gap at first, but got our furniture a little sooner than expected.
Make sure you don’t believe your salesman. We purchased a sectional in 2018 and recently 4 out of the 5 cushions started to come apart. We were sold on the extended warranty with the understanding from the salesman that if it started to come apart it would be fixed or replaced. Wrong! After submitting a claim we were told that it only covers accidental rips and tears. Don’t bother calling the store as you are directed to customer service who we haven’t been able to get ahold of nor have they called us back after the associate from the store said they sent them an email. I guess the training they gave their associate was, “Lie to get a higher commission.”. Buyer beware.
I buy a special 3 sofas on August today its November and a dont receive nothing yet when they tall my delivery was on october 2...i call them and they never answer i get to store and they said after 12 weeks they will refound my deposit.Now they said they dont give money back if i want they give me my deposit on store credit...Please people dont make bussinees with this people they dont have responsability and they never will give your money back.
I’m so disappointed! I purchased a bed set , mattress and box spring back on July 23rd! According to the due to COVID they’re expressing longer delivery times ok no problem! Between now and my original date it has been changed four times by the company and once due to the drop off time was inconvenient for me and they couldn’t push the time back so I had to change it because I wasn’t taking off work due to you guys not giving me a clear delivery date! I understand the times are rough but due to this time you guys should’ve stopped taking orders to push out back orders so it wouldn’t be so much of an delay?!! Also with me being inconvenienced i feel like you guys should be more accommodating since the delivery was changed so many times I don’t know to many companies that will let you off the day before not to mention I work in a hospital so it’s not easy just to keep taking off for furniture not to be delivered!!! I pray to god there isn’t a scratch dent nothing wrong if I ever receive my order!!
Extremely poor customer care service yesterday OCTOBER 12 present year and today the 13 I’ve been waiting on the phone both days hour and half each day trying to talk with someone but not answer I did left voice mail not call back! This is extremely ridiculous!! I am going to go to the store on the weekend and for refund! Very poor service and never buy them anything any more!!
Poor response, literally can’t get ahold of anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called 4 times Over the last couple days and have waited over 45 minutes with no one answering. Their Facebook page will occasionally respond but when asked to call me back no one has. I will never purchase from this store again and will be seeking a refund due to their poor customer service

Ordered furniture on 5/30. I completely understand the delays due to the pandemic. When you call on 8/20 and say ALL pieces of furniture will be delivered on 9/8 and on 9/9 - NO furniture - only for me to call to inquire and told furniture not expected until November; I want my money back and I'll head over to Furniture Fair...
Sold us a guardian warranty for our kitchen table and said we could use for any potential scratches or wear and tear over 5 years. Filed a claim and was denied for normal wear and tear. Followed up with store on several occasions over the course of two months with promises of somebody following up and alas nobody has ever followed up. Today we waited on hold for 1.5 hours and nobody ever picked up. We had bought a fair amount of furniture from them in the past but their customer service is awful and we will not be returning. DON’T BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!
edit: very unsatisfied! the products are very nice and I'm sure you can find something for most homes. the service on the other hand is undesirable after waiting till minutes before my 9pm on a friday delivery time I call to ask where my thing might be and was told that I have to wait one more week before I can receive the things that I had orders. when I asked for a refund on my delivery fee I was informed that I can't be refund the total amount even though I have picked up and installed the items myself days later. the companys delivery policy is a scam and i have no problem telling all of my family, friends, colleagues and anyone else who will listen to avoid being ripped off by ashley furniture and morris home **edit:** seven months later i did receive a refund of my delivery fee

Spent over $5000 on a mattress and bedroom set. Long story short, they have the worst customer service, the shadiest, sleaziest salespeople with no ethics, delivery people that are careless, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. First, their card readers were mysteriously all broken, so we had to manually enter the card and split it into 2 payments, one that day and another over the phone the next (shady). Second, he didn't call the next day, we had to track him down to complete the payments and schedule the delivery. Third, he tried to pack in a service plan without our knowledge or.permission (shady). Fourth, they added a mattress pad charge without our knowledge or permission (shady). Later they said it was required for the warranty, and wouldn't remove it from the bill. (shady) Fifth, one of tbe items was damaged in delivery, so we rejected it. Also, neither the mirror nor the mattress pad were delivered. Sixth, the delivery drivers promised a call within 24 to 48 hours, but it took us nearly a week to get hold of someone after multiple hour+ long wait times on the phone. Seventh, the second delivery finally came, but this time they dropped it off still in boxes, and refused to put it in the correct room. Eighth, I had to specifically request that they leave the box upright, and not on its side. Ninth, we still don't have a mattress pad, as it was not included in either delivery. Tenth, after the 2nd rude and incomplete delivery, when we called the store number directly, they won't answer the phone. Eleventh, the store's voice-mail message says they don't accept voice-mail messages, just before asking you to leave a message at the tone. Going to have to go into the store in the middle of a pandemic now, because they can't do anything correctly. A complete and utter failure at every level of customer support and service. Who knows, maybe the twelfth time is the charm...

Horrible customer service and the delivery is a joke. I purchased bedroom furniture from the north gate location as part of a closing sale. Well my items have yet to arrive. I’ve been given three different delivery dates and still no furniture. I called today to find out that my items aren’t even available. And that I would have to wait until September? I was on hold for a total of four hours! And still no solution. No furniture and no money! I would never ever purchase from Ashley furniture again and will not ever recommend anyone else to.
We bought a couch and a chair from Ashley furniture in Northgate. They were wonderful prices. The couch was delivered and the delivery men helped map out how to assemble, even though we only paid for drop off. We love the couch. The chair was to be delivered a few weeks later. When I called, I was told that the chair had been discontinued and that the salesman was supposed to call me and ask if the floor model was ok. I said that would be fine, but she said that they would have to call around to find one. I wonder if the salesman had called sooner, there would have been one readily available...why am I calling them? So she said she would check and call back in an hour. The next day, no call...I called and a different woman said they were waiting to hear back from some stores. She called back and had one for us. Wonderful! It was delivered today. It was teal, we’d ordered blue. Being that it was a good price and we were done dealing with it, we kept it. 3 stars.

Purchased a very expensive couch and extended warranty. Made a claim before the 1st year due to a manufacturers defect. They said they call to schedule to have someone come out. They never did. It's been nearly a month and they haven't responded to multiple calls, emails and website submissions. They can easily search my name on here and claim number 439348. No doubt they issue a public response to this review for all of you to see but don't be fooled.

Only leaving 1 Star because I can’t leave 0, we ordered furniture from this place and was told that it usually takes 2 weeks for delivery, put money down, only to get a call 3 weeks later that the furniture won’t be here for what will really be 12 weeks. Called the store back, told them we want a refund because we are sitting on the floor, they showed no compassion & pointed to the fine print on the invoice that said no refunds. Do not shop at Ashley furniture. I ordered a bed set. The first time they delivered the head board was wrong, the rails were damaged, their wasn't a foot board delivered, and they gave use random drawers to go under a completely different bed. I called the customer service line and after 20 minutes finally got ahold of someone. She told me the store has to take care of these issue. I emailed her photos and she filed a "claim" with the store and said the store would call me. After a few days the store did not call me so I went in the store to figure out the issue. The store said that the customer service rep should have taken care of this issue. While in store the employee called the customer service rep which took about 20 minutes to get her on the phone and then another 20 minutes to get it figured out. We set up a new delivery date for the correct furniture about a week out. That day comes and someone from Morris called and said the head board was damaged and they would not be delivering for another week. They finally delivered the correct bed set but the footboard is damaged. I reached out multiple time but can't get through the customer service line (my most recent call wait was 41 minutes) and i have tried emailing the customer service rep from the first issue and she has not responded to emailed.
Wanna hear the joke of the day? I bought this couch on the 1st from the Colerain location that’s closing. It is now the 27th and was told the chair would be missing. They show up today and delivered HALF THE COUCH. Told me the other half would be here later and they didn’t have it yet. I’ve never been so mad in my life. This is the biggest joke of a store I’ve ever been to.
This place was awesome with negotiating the price of the furniture. They were so friendly and down to earth! The delivery of the furniture was awesome too, the guys were so careful bringing our furniture in! Great experience all around!!!
BUYER BEWARE! Search Ashley Homestore complaints group on Facebook. How, on God’s green earth, does this place have a positive rating on google? WORST place to buy furniture EVER. Horrible customer service; damaged furniture; incomplete assemblies. Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Our couch broke within 3 months. They have been nothing but unhelpful, difficult to get ahold of. After months of waiting, yes MONTHS, they finally got a technician to come out HOWEVER they scheduled it as a 45 min inspection appointment instead of a repair EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT US THE PART MONTHS PRIOR. So the tech had to leave and said they would “reschedule.” However when we contacted the contracting company they said they need an entirely new work order from Ashley’s. This has been an ABSOLUTELY HORRID experience. Never ever ever buy from them.
You will have to wait 3 months to get whatever you buy from this place, and basically liquidation means nothing as far as pricing. They are ridiculous, go elsewhere if you want to avoid waiting 6 months for furniture.
Add states a price. Get to store and the item's price is actually much higher.
Sadly the store is closing, however the currently foreclosing sale is worth wild in checking out. The staff is freindly more than willing to help you purchase any of their selection.

Still waiting on a 1200 bed i bought in March. They keep moving to delivery date. Im over this company. They wont give me my money back i had to wait 2 hours to talk to someone just so they can say its been pushed back again. I will never TRY to buy anything from this place ever again. I bought two couches and a recliner scheduled them for premium in home delivery was told that they would be delivered in six weeks 6 weeks later I was told that my neighborhood was too poor that they didn't feel comfortable and they weren't delivering here but they sure weren't going to refund me the fee I paid . I now cannot get ahold of anyone can only leave voicemails and wait for a call back in 96 hours and all I really want is my money back and to never ever deal with this company again
I saw sofas $299....upwards obviously. So I went to close-out liquidation sale at Coleraine Avenue store same sofa was priced $599. They said I could negotiate it for $450. Salesman said the more you buy in store, the lower the prices would be. All the price tags on items were exorbitantly overpriced in the thousands for bedrm & livingrm sets. They were quick to say "See something you like, we will work with you". I think it was to make it appear you're getting a good deal at half the price. Some things I saw cheaper at Bargain Buyouts Western Hills store. Truthfully the furniture was gorgeous If you have the money. Deliverey charges $99 to the door, and $199 inside your home & set up.
Place is closing. Not really any sales. Seems like they mark it up then have a sale on the mark up. No thanks.

The staff here at the Colerain Store is wonderful! They are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The young lady named Pitchayanin walked thru the store with me to help pick out the items I needed and to find the best bargains! She was awesome. The furniture was very sturdy and of high quality. It didn't take me long to get what I needed and I was smiling all the way out the door. I will definitely refer my family and friends here for good quality furniture at an outstanding price.
Delivery was set 5 to 7 got here at 945 that evening night stand missing dresser leg broken the people left a mess for us to clean up now they want us to lose another day work for them to try to get it right the stoe told us to come in and pick the dresser up I DONT HAVE A TRUCK I will NEVER order A other than from this store
never had a problem with them till now. Bad customer service. Would not recommend Springdale store. Ordered sectional on 11/23 and still waiting!! We sold our old furnitures on dec 16th and went a month without one! Had to cancel Christmas, my birthday and New Years party because of all this. Supposed to delivered on dec 18th and took day off, was never delivered and waiting literally all day! You owe me money for taking a day off without PTO. My wife called me and went off on them and tells her January 5th for it to be in and they never called us or anything. So Jan 5th comes, no call from them. She called again. Saying January 8th. When that day came, no phone call again, so we went into store and spoke with a manager at Colerain store. Don’t remember his name. Wife left a review and said corporate will call her within two days and guess what? No phone call! I went today to pick up a piece that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and tells me it won’t be in til tomorrow. All they did was to give me $100 off of my order. Really? Should be a full refund and sofa should be free after dealing with all this!!!! And again, never called us or anything. Big two thumbs down. It’s beeen very frustrating. Never will shop there again!!!! Negative 5 stars here.

Completely disgusted with this store. The customer service is just awful. The salespeople don't know much about their product and the new GM, Megan, is clueless. I'll never shop this store, or any other Ashley Home Store, again. Probably 90% of furniture stores in Cincinnati sell Ashley so we can certainly find it elsewhere, but going to avoid the Ashley brand like the plague if this is their business model.
Unfortunately, I can't give them 0 stars. Avoid this store at all costs, the salespeople will mislead and rip you off. So disappointed that Ashley Home Store would employ people like these.
I have never been so unhappy with a company that is supposed to be reputable. My husband and I went to the store closest to us 3 weeks ago. We had to order our furniture on a kiosk. Delivery date was 12/26/19 and supposed to be here between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm. 7:30 comes around and it says between 4pm and 8 pm. At 8 my husband calls and is on hold for over 30 minutes. We find out they took on more deliveries than they could take on. We are told that our furniture should be here by 10. They were on stop 12 of 17. We check at 9pm and it says the ETA is 9:50. Check 10 minutes later and it says on the way and they should be here between 9:40pm and 10:10pm. My husband had work at 6am this morning. We waited till 10:30pm and checked the status of our delivery and it still says the same thing. At this point customer service is closed so we have to wait til morning for answers. It is past 12:30pm on 12/27 and it says our order can not be found with the tracking number or phone number associated with the order. I call customer service. Wait 16 minutes and the music stops as if someone is going to answer. I say hello and is anyone there. A minute later the call just drops. I've never had so much trouble with any order before and I DEFINITELY will NEVER order from this company ever again. Oh, and the woman my husband spoke to last night was supposed to call and check in with us this morning and that didn't happen either.😒 Edit to add that we were supposed to be stop 17 of 17. I called again and after 20+ minutes of waiting I finally reach someone to find out that apparently the delivery guys (Sean and Darnell) didn't make it to 3 of the stops without an explanation and now WE have to RESCHEDULE and the earliest date is JANUARY 9TH?! WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?!!! I would never consider this "reputable"!! If I could give less than one star I sure as hell would!
This has been the absolute worst experience in purchasing furniture ever!!! I ordered a full bedroom set as well as a dining room table at the end of November spending almost $5000. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. I got my chairs and nightstands a few days later. The nightstands were damaged and had to be returned and replaced. I got a confirmation the rest would be delivered at the end of the 3 week mark. They gave me a window of 330-730 then called me that day to say they had trouble with the truck and my eta would now be 6-10 pm. I waited And no one showed and no answer. I checked The tracking at 11 and it said my delivery could no longer be found. Nono e reached to me so I called And they said the truck broke down and that their next available delivery truck would be the first week of January (2 MORE WEEKS!!!) I said that’s not acceptable and the woman on the phone was rude and said there was nothing she could do except give me the Kimberly to the online store. I called Then and the woman there said she would call me back and never did. I emailed customer service and got no response. Every number they punt me to has me on hold for an average of 40 minutes with no resolve other than to say “call this number” So now i have to spend Christmas with no bedroom furniture and serve dinner with no dining table and no actual guarantee that I’ll ever get my furniture. This is the worst customer service and I will NEVER be shopping with these horrible furniture stores ever again.
Rude salesman. His name was Jeff. He is a lyer. Said it was in stock but it wasn't. It is still on the truck that hasn't showed up. Found this out after he ran credit card. Then he tells us we can pick it up on the 20th. The Jeff proceeded to get rude saying he never told us we could take it today. We could drive to Dayton, Ohio if we wanted it today after he said we could take it with us. Will never shop Ashley again.

This is my second experience with buying furniture from Ashley and I can say that I love working with this company for my needs. They are always very helpful and courteous and the gentleman that helped us on my birthday to select the perfect end tables for our bedroom set made my day. He was kind, patient and very helpful and I cannot thank you guys enough for having him on your team. Currently, I can't recall his name but when I do I wish to extend my thanks!

Rou was amazing! He was extremely courteous and seemed to really care about me as a person and not just a sale. He was patient with me, made sure I received the best deal possible, and ultimately I felt that I made the right decision.
Prepare to replace in a year....unless you pay $400 for a warranty. We purchased a complete dining set and two “leather” couches. The table was the store display and didn’t have the leaf in it, but did have one. “It’s in the back somewhere” they said, “we will get it to you.” It took a month of me constantly calling to finally get it resolved. The not-actually-leather couches (which they specifically said it’s leather in the store) are already falling apart one year later. The cable for one recliner just broke this morning. We didn’t want electric because we knew our declawed cat likes to chew wires, but it looks like either option was a bad choice. The bars can be felt when sitting on the big couch. Don’t even bother trying to nap on them. It’s a miserable overpriced set that we are stuck with until we pay it off. I’ll never shop with them again, I’ll never buy Ashley products, and I warn everyone to go elsewhere.

The staff was wonderful without being intrusive. They greeted us, and let us wander, look, try out, and touch, without inserting themselves or being overwhelmingly attentive. One staff member brought us a “today only” coupon which we gladly accepted. I was not even aware at how attentive they were to us as we shopped, but they knew when to approach us and did so with friendly and courteous greetings. Our Product Specialist was Curt, and he was definitely a specialist. He was able to answer all our questions and make suggestions that were very helpful. He was wonderful, and also very knowledgeable about music, particularly jazz! I don’t think I have enjoyed a furniture shopping trip as much as this one, ever...and I’m pretty old! Thank you, Curtis, and all the wonderful staff at Ashley Homestore, Colerain Ave.

My sister and I met at the Colerain Ashley store to see and try out the dining tables and chairs that we'd found online. Onarae Heath was excellent at his Product Specialist role with measurements, prices, options and general acumen of the items we discussed. Four 🌟 only because we could not experience the buying today,but would give 5+ if Possible for a good employee who is knowledgeable.

I'm giving four stars because I have not yet experienced delivery and set up. I am commending Roy Khatib for his excellent help when I was choosing a sleeper sofa and needed to be very budget conscious. He and his associate were great to work with. I found I can't follow through with the purchase at this time but there is no fault on Ashley's end.
Ashley is not what it used to be. The quality of the furniture is NOT worth the price! Especially if you're buying for children!

The salesperson (Amanda Cordon) was very knowledgeable and was not high pressure. My wife and I enjoyed having her assist us. If you're looking to buy some new furniture, please look her up! You won't regret it.

After 4 days of fighting with customer care, the store, and delivery people, I'm getting a refund (in 7-10 business days) for the bed frame i ordered. The delivery guys come either 3 hours early or 3 hours late causing me to have to reschedule multiple times and wait 4 days in a row for a delivery that didnt come. And when it finally did, the bedframe was a queen size instead of a king size(thanks to the sales man at this location). I can't afford to take anymore days off of work to wait for this bed frame. Good luck to anyone else who orders from here....

Review of the on phone customer service: Me and my wife's storage bed collapsed on is because the technicians didn't install a leg at the top of the board. We requested a fix because we were moving soon and it took them DAYS to get back to us so we had to move into our new house. Now they refuse to honor the warranty, gave us the wrong parts and ignore that their negligence caused me and my wife to fall through our bed. Awful awful customer service.

Ordered a sectional in early June. Was told delivery would be next week. Because my buildings' freight elevator was out, they could only deliver one piece of it (completely understandable). Was then told they could deliver it the following week. Received a call the day before the new delivery to tell me that they broke my couch when loading it onto the truck, and it would be another MONTH until the correct piece would be in stock. Fast forward one month, and I received the delivery, except it was the WRONG ORIENTATION. I was then told that the correct orientation would take yet another month to arrive. Fast forward another month, and when the correct orientation was delivered, Ashley Home Furniture's moving company caused significant property damage at my apartment complex. After this nightmare of an experience, I renegotiated my bill with the store manager and received a new invoice to reflect the changed total. Because I financed the purchase through the store credit card, the store should have contacted the credit card company to change the amount due. I have been in constant contact with the store because they have not contacted the credit card company, and the store is not honoring the new invoice I received from the store. They are attempting to make me pay the original price even though I have a new invoice from them. This has been a horrendous and irreconcilable experience. I highly recommend that you do business elsewhere.

It started with me making a phone call to his store to see if they had an item in stock, to then us meeting him at the store that evening and the very next day we were able to find and purchase the couch we wanted for our house. It was delivered on the day he said 10 minutes earlier than the window given which was amazing! The guys assembled the couch quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier!

I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and box spring. I picked the firm mattress. My husband has some medical issues due to surgery. The firm mattress was too hard for him. The policy is that you at least sleep on the mattress for 30 days before changing to a different comfort mattress. I went in to the store to see if I could change to a softer mattress. They made a call and said since it was a medical issue, I could go ahead and change my mattress. I was a little stressed out before I got there not knowing if I would be able to change but the gentlemen, ONARAE HEATH AND ROY KHATIB WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WORKED WITH ME AND GOT EVERYTHING CHANGED. I will receive my new mattress next Friday. Just wanted to let them know how much I truly appreciated their help and service. Helen E. Sims

We bought a chair and ottoman about 2 weeks before Christmas. At checkout, they arranged for delivery of the chair before Christmas, but the ottoman was supposed to be delivered today. I received a call earlier this week saying the delivery of the ottoman was delayed and we had to rearrange the Delivery for January 10th. I am, naturally, disappointed.
Excellent selection and service. Team worked with us and delivery was very professional. Only feedback would be to ask the delivery team to communicate their whereabouts during the delivery time frame.
I just spent an hour going over two couches. Different sizes configurations and prices. I got the prices for two different ones including shipping and taxes. I agreed to one. The staff came back and said the system had changed prices and that it would be roughly $200 more. I was bewildered. They could not figure out why I would be charged more. One gentleman said the computer would change prices throughout the day. I felt pretty slighted. This was the second Ashley Furniture to let me walk out after misleading prices. Just not a fun experience and leaves a strong disappointing sour taste in the mouth. I tried so hard to buy furniture this week and drove all over the tristate. And left empty handed. Why would a company ( and such a large seemingly reputable company) pull such a bait and switch and fail to honor the price offered.
Will never shop there again scheduler delivery a month after bought it and they canceled then set up delivery for next Saturday then they changed it to Sunday with out contacting us and customer service was no help at all

Extremely unimpressed with Ashley and will never shop here again. We ordered a bedroom set from them a month and a half ago and it has yet to be delivered. The first excuse was that a piece was damaged. The next one was, that the new piece still wasn't in, and they assured us it would be in by September. And here we are at September 5th (a month later) and the delivery has been postponed again because the part still isn't in. I'm not even sure if we'll ever even get our set. Very displeased and will not ever recommend ashley to anyone. Period.
I have purchase both living room sets, and a bedroom set from Ashley. The experience has always been a decent one. I was never impressed how their delivery system works, but was always able to make it work. In the middle of August we purchased a high top kitchen table and chairs. We scheduled the delivery for that Friday. My husband took a 1/2 day of vacation to be home for the delivery. The chairs were the wrong ones, I called the store and the salesman told me he made the mistake was very apologetic. He told us to send the chairs back, and just keep the table. They brought the table in and there were scratches on it, and not all the parts were with it. I was ok with the situation until we went to schedule a new delivery. I wanted it delivered in the evening where so we didn't have to lose anymore vacation time. I was told he has no control over the delivery time. Really? Not even when the mistake is yours?! He said I could do a Saturday, we had plans that Saturday and he couldn't even give me a time frame. I did schedule it for that Saturday, but after more thought I didn't want to break my plans waiting for a delivery of a table I should have already have. I went into the store to cancel, and they talked me into rescheduling for a Tuesday and said they'd put notes in not to deliver until after 5:30pm. I get the call and the delivery is scheduled between 11 and 1. I went back to the store and cancelled the order. They gave me the customer service number since they couldn't cancel it since it was Sunday. I called the customer service number and it was continuously busy. I called corporate, had to leave a message. I did receive a call back, and they could've cared less that we had any issues and wanted to cancel the order. They have just lost a long time customer. That's hard for me since we do have an Ashley credit card and it made it very easy to make purchases. I'm very disappointed with the entire experience. I wish there was someone higher up I could speak with but you can't get through to anyone.
We purshed furniture from Ashley Home Store & Onarea Heath was our Product Specialist. It was a pleasent experience. Onarae was knowledge & professional. He showed us a number of the type of couch we were looking to purchase. He was not pushy allowing us to make our own choice. With the service we received we will return to Ashley in the future.
Horrible. My boyfriend and I purchased a couch and love seat. They said the couch did not fit in the door and would not deliver it. We ordered a different couch which was the exact same measurements as the one we got rid of and they said it did not fit either. We finally received our over sized recliner that fit. We have made our payments and he has been to the store numerous times to sign new documents. They did not apply any of the money to the new contracts when they had to change them because the couches "did not fit". They have also charged us for 2 different warranties. We also paid cash for the loveseat but it's showing on the contract. I assume they used the cash as a down payment and put both of them on the contract but we did not want to finance the loveseat. This has been going on since April and we still have not gotten the issue resolved. He has taken his receipts up there showing we have paid time and time again and still no results. They still can not give us an amount that we owe to payoff. We just want to pay it off and be done with them. I will never buy from any Ashley location again.
ROY the store manager helped us and he was a great source of info on picking out my and my mom's furniture I would definitely recommend this store for all your indoor and outdoor furniture needs

Terrible customer service. The store manager Onarae Heath told me he would offer me a "Family and Friends" discount. I decided to puechase and while I was getting the invoice set up he said instead of the "Family and Friends" discount he would just waive the shipping charge since that would be the same thing--he ended up not doing either. They delivered the completely wrong couch and love seat which was the result of an in store mistake. While Onarae was filling out my invoice he was on the phone with a customer who also had the wrong merchandise delivered. I should have seen my future right there. They never apologized to that customer when he was on the ohine with them and they never apologized for any inconvenience to me when they clearly made the mistake. In fact they continually said things like "people make mistakes" and "this wasn't our mistake" even though the delivery team clearly stated that it was a mistake they made in store. I know I didn't ppint to the wrong couch and love seat but another store associate, George tred to pass the blame onto me when speaking with my husband. We never receieved an accurate invoice, never recieved an apology, never recieved any empathy for our inconvenience, never received a shipping credit and had to end up renting a UHUAL (that cost us more than this shipping we are probably still paying for) and driving a 2 hour round trip to pick up the furniture ourselves so that we would have something for our out of town guests to sit on. Thank goodness I didn't fill out the Google Review while I was in the store like they suggested. I was completely disappointed by the level of customer service at this store! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know unless you want to but a couch to lay on after they give you a headache.

Horrible customer service. One couch was damaged upon delivery. They delivered 2 couches that was wrong. And 1 more they damaged again after replacing first damaged one. I was promised a $100 gift card for "trouble" and have yet to recieve it. I have been dealing with this issue for 9 months! No one ever calls when they say they will.
Onarae Heath was amazing. Didn't feel like I was forced upon anything and everything I asked for he showed me multiple choices of. If I need any other furniture i will be coming back to see onarae!

Just picked out bunk beds for my boys here today. We had been searching for days and had wasted at least 2-3 hours in each furniture store before we stopped here. We were immediately greeted by a nice man named George and were able to find bunk beds and mattresses within our price range and NEVER felt pressured to buy anything like the other stores. George answered all questions thoroughly, helped us at checkout, explained all warranties and even set up our delivery/setup for next week. It was a painless process and we were in and out within an hour. I have two toddlers (1 &2) so spending any more time in a furniture store can be a nightmare. From the time I walked into the showroom, I felt welcomed with great customer service by Justin Oprandy!!!! I didn't feel pressured or that I was being sold. I have been shopping for months for the look that would be different for my space and have paid attention to how the sales people treated me. Justin was very helpful and patient as I selected 6 pieces (sofa, accent chair, lamps, end table, coffee table and art) from different groupings throughout the showroom. He even brought all of the pieces together so that I could see what they would look like together. Justin worked within my budget to help me create a wonderful look for a price I could afford. WOW!!! I have not experienced this level of customer care in a VERY LONG TIME! I highly recommend that you see Justin. I will be returning and sending my family and friends. I purchased a bed and positionable base from Steve Grow at Northgate Mall. My son was being very particular, so I spent awhile getting to know Mr. Grow. He made the entire experience enjoyable. This wasn't something I was looking forward to, but after being educated about the products I was confident with our purchase. I made my first and last purchase from Ashley Furniture. The delivery service needs improvement. We were suppose to have received a call before delivery. No call was received. They were at my house and I was at work. The girl said I know you did not get a call but how soon can you be there. Had it not been for a neighbor, we would have no furniture for two to three weeks. All I was asking for was a refund of the delivery charge and request was declined. How do you expect to keep customers with this kind of service. We planned on buying a kitchen table from them, but not now. We will be taking our business elsewhere. As should anyone thinking of buying from Ashley Furniture. They do not care that they inconvenienced my husband, my neighbor and myself. Think twice before you buy from Ashley Furniture. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

I purchased a king sized bed frame and mattress set from the Ashley Furniture store in Colerain. I met with the sleep shop specialist Steve Grow and was very impressed. I learned enough about mattress construction from Steve that I was able to go out and comparatively shop 4 of Ashley's competitors. Hands down Ashley was the best deal and Steve's salesmanship made it an easy decision. OharaeH was the salesperson who assisted me with the King sized Panel bed that I also purchased. The service that I received from both gentlemen was excellent and I am very happy with my purchase.

An amateur delivery issue followed by completely awful customer service to rectify the situation are the reason for the 1 star. This store wasn't concerned with keeping our business and they left us sleeping on the floor for over a week. I was a long time Ashley's customer until I experienced the Northgate Mall store. You couldn't pay me to step foot back into this store after the way my wife and I were treated.
As a guy that likes furniture, Ashley's is nice. My parents have bought a few things here and they seem to like it fine, I'll give a more thorough review once I return.
We saw a sofa and loveseat online and went into the store to purchase. Joshua S was our salesperson and even though the set was already 50% off, he matched the online price which saved us $200 off the in-store price. Delivery scheduled for 1 week later, vs the online shipping date of 5 weeks. Also, we locked out keys in the car with the engine running - he called on a personal contact to get the car unlocked for us! Stellar service (even after the sale was made, so it's not like he was doing it for the commission!)
DO NOT purchase the extended warranty plans through Guardian Insurance. It is a scam! $169 down the tubes....
