The tracking app was helpful. The delivery crew called 15-20 minutes before arriving at my home. They were customer friendly and very efficient in setting up the purchase

From the moment we walked in the store to the delivery day, everything was great. Frank, our salesman, was awesome. He got us exactly what we wanted, for the price we could afford. The delivery guys were early, which was awesome, and were top notch. Very personable and professional. They had everything put together and tested within ten minutes. One hiccup. Test the recliners with someone sitting in them. Mine worked without someone sitting on it, but once you say on it, it would catch. But everything was certainly five star. Thank you all so much.
Shopped at the store on 161/sawmill rd. Madison was an absolute dream to work with. She made the process so easy, even offering some help with design. Delivery men were exceptional and we love our furniture. Highly recommend. Madison took time to really get to know me and what I was looking for. Make sure to ask for Madison. You will not be sorry.

Got furniture from here recently. Out of courtesy I won’t say her full name, but an older woman (who’s name starts with L) assisted us. When we walked in she asked us if we needed help, which we declined and said we wanted to browse. Instead of just offering support when it was needed and letting us walk away and shop in peace, she kept insisting on helping us then hovered the whole time we were there. She kept inserting herself when my spouse and I were trying to talk about making a decision about something and went as far as inserting herself when we were discussing our finances which was VASTLY inappropriate. She kept trying to upsell us on stuff that we had no interest in, going on about how SHE liked it or she just bought it. She tried upselling us on services and tried withholding the fact that there were free services available which we only found out about because her coworker spoke up and said something. My spouse and I could literally not talk about anything without her inserting her opinion or comments, it got to the point where we had to start texting each other. In an effort to upsell us again on services, she made the comment “you’re going to put it together yourself??” in a really condescending tone as if we were incapable, which was again when her coworker interrupted and explained that it was a simple assembly and you didn’t even need tools. Upon checking out, she was not transparent about their financing and AGAIN inserted herself into OUR financial situation and tried to coerce us into applying for the financing option that we were not interested in. The checkout process was an absolute mess. Because she was not transparent about the financing to begin with, we were under the assumption that it was same as cash within a certain time frame which was not that case. We would’ve been charged additional fees. She also got aggravated about having to fix her own mistake as a result of her being more concerned about making a sell and prying into our business rather than actually listening to what we were explaining we wanted and had the nerve to tell the manager “well they didn’t say that’s what they wanted to do” despite us literally saying it SEVERAL times. At that point, she started mumbling and complaining about how ‘this’ was going to take her over her time to leave. She kept walking away, pacing and complaining and the manager had to take over to complete the checkout. We knew what we were looking for going in and would’ve been relatively quick if she would have just left us alone and listened to what we wanted rather than feeling it necessary to insert herself where she didn’t belong. Instead, we were there for over an hour and left extremely irritated and regretting even giving her the satisfaction of making a sale, her manager and coworker deserved it more than her.
When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Frank Bunton. He was soooo pleasant and sooo patient with me while we walked around looking for the right style of furniture to meet our needs. Once I found what I wanted, he graciously offered to price compare on-line vs in-store to find the best price. He even printed pictures of the pieces I liked so I could share with my husband. Needless to say, my husband and I returned to the store , and again, Frank was extremely patient with us as we revisited the pieces I wanted to buy. We were very much impressed with Frank’s professionalism and light hearted engagement as my husband and I bantered back and forth :). Thank you for sharing Frank with us ! We will definitely return (for a 3rd time) to purchase pieces for our home !
My experience at Ashley Furniture on Sawmill Road was great. We did not feel pressured which is a huge plus! Our furniture was delivered on the date and time promised.

Great experience @ Sawmill store We were in different stores but couldn’t figure out anything. Finally we stopped at Ashley located on Granville road Columbus Ohio where Austin Kieffer Jones introduced himself. He was wonderfully personable and professional. He showed us options but didn’t try to steer us in another direction as some sales personnel may have done. He was knowledgeable, good natured and very genuine was not stereotypical high pressure. We took long time to make the decision as we were buying pretty much all furniture for our new house in Powell Ohio. He was patient and attentive to our needs and budget was able to show us styles we were interested in and assisted us on every step from order to delivery. Honestly speaking we were not planning to buy whole house furniture from Ashley but the service we received could not resist we end up buying everything from one place. We are super excited about our purchase. Great Quality furniture with reasonable price and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Austin to all my friends and will reach out to him directly if we need to make any furniture shopping in future. Austin Kieffer Jones is an asset to Ashley’s team. Overall a truly great experience!

I bought a Purple matress and box springs. I knew exactly what I wanted. Salesman (Scott) did a great job setting up the order and the special instructions for delivery. I didn't want the matress protector. But he said it was required in order to take advantage of the 120 night trial period. So I bought that too.

Ashley furniture made me wait 2 months for my couches to be delivered only for them to show up filthy and covered in stains. Austin our salesman assured us the day we purchased that they’d arrive on time if not even earlier. That did not happen. When I called the store after denying delivery all the managers were coincidently out to lunch at 3PM together and couldn’t take my call. On top of that I was treated rudely by the woman who answered the phone. We purchased a whole bedroom and dining set from value city, go there and ask for MK. Significantly better service. Update 8/28/24: they refused to bump us up on the list. They made us switch couches because the new ones would be at my house quicker on 9/6/24. We went for it out of desperation because we really need couches. I started tracking the order daily only to find out the new order was pushed to 19/6/24. Horrible experience. Will update this as I have updates.

Process was smooth in store making our purchase and setting up delivery. Delivery details were easy to follow online, and to schedule. Multiple updates were provided during the day of delivery , making planning easy. The delivery and set up guys were on time, friendly, and fast.
Like that the salesperson wasn't overbearing, however, she needed to speak towards me and try to understand my needs. Maybe she just needs to work more with senior customers.
We were ready for a new bed and Google told us Ashley had the full line of Tempur Pedic products. It is close to home, so we stopped in. Nicki L. did a great job explaining the line in a way that enabled us to quickly zero in on what we wanted. I hate to shop, so appreciated her ability to know what we wanted/didn't want, which also enabled us to decline some higher end features we wouldn't use. She selected amazing pillows for us as we tried out various mattresses, and we ended up buying two XL Twin adjustable bases and mattresses, plus the amazing pillows. We had existing but very old Tempur Pedic adjustable bases and mattresses we would need removed before the new ones could be set up. The old bases are not foldable and lightweight as the new ones are, but very heavy/cumbersome, so we definitely wanted the Delivery team to take them away with the old mattresses. There was some confusion about whether their Contractor Delivery Team would remove those bases, but we all believed they would. They were to be delivered this past Saturday at 8am, and we had the room ready to go. Around 7:30am, the doorbell rings and it's Nicki! We did not expect to see our Salesperson at our delivery, but she had found out last minute that the Delivery Team (contractors for the store) would not be able to remove the bases. But never fear, she had 2 able bodied men and a truck and she would have them remove the bases! They set the mattresses aside for the Delivery Team removal, then disassembled what they could and wrestled the heavy bases very carefully down our stairs (no nicks, dents!), and out to their truck. The store's general manager, Cody, stopped by to make sure all was well before the Delivery Truck got here. That was truly amazing customer service!!!!!!! Miscommunications happen all the time, but the hallmark of terrific people is how they resolve issues. Nicki and Cody ensured we got the delivery on time, and were not inconvenienced in the least by the mix up on the disposition of the old bases! We were frankly astonished that they went to such lengths to make it all work in time for the Delivery so we didn't miss a day with our new beds! The Delivery team arrived 2 minutes after Nicki and team left, and did their own excellent job setting everything up. No doubt Nicki and Cody will have a different plan for the next customer who has adjustable bases to be removed, but we commend them for not leaving us in the lurch, but getting directly engaged in solving the problem. That demonstrates tremendous commitment to problem solving and doing what's best for the customer, and we thank them for it! Highly recommend working with them!
Ordered out of state to this store. Worked with Austin who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Once our order was placed, Austin made sure our order was delivered on the date we requested. Overall a great experience.

We absolutely love our table, chairs, and bedroom dresser we got from Ashley Furniture. We were able to get the style we wanted for a reasonable price. Delivery was smooth.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The reason for the 4 star rating, is that it was quite hard to get in touch with the store I bought my furniture from. I will say that the gentlemen who delivered my furniture, where top notch and very professional.

Great variety of products and friendly staff; Frank Bunton was great to work with in the store and even loaned us a tape measure so we could figure out if the couch we wanted would fit in our home. The couch itself is amazing and my family loves it. I am only not leaving a 5-star review because after the sale was complete until 2 days before delivery, there was a lack of proactive communication from them. Example: I was told the product would come the last week of June and when I called because I heard nothing and needed to schedule time off from work to accept delivery, I was told it then moved to the first week of July. Called again when I didn't hear anything and was told it was second week in July. It took 6 weeks from payment to delivery -- I get that there are stocking/shipment issues but it would have been nice when the store knew delivery would be delayed to give a courtesy phone call to me (or email, either would be fine) to just let me know so I could accommodate my schedule. Once the product delivery was actually scheduled, communication was fantastic -- the delivery driver kept me updated all morning long and they got the couch in the house and exactly where I wanted it with no problems and zero damage. Delivery staff were kind and courteous and got every scrap of trash out with them.
My boyfriend and I came in looking for a couch for our apartment. Dakota greeted us at the door, gave us some advice and let us have our space while we looked around. Once we found what we wanted he answered all of our questions effortlessly and with a smile. He was kind and personable. We have never bought furniture, so although we were new to the scene he talked us through all of it. After we bought our couch we went to our car before we remembered that we wanted to look for mattresses as well. As we were about to walk in, Dakota was walking out. When we told him we were coming back to look at mattresses he told us that he was off the clock but happy and willing to go help us look for a mattress. He was just as helpful and personable. We ended up buying a mattress with his help as well. I can not recommend the store enough, and I especially can’t recommend Dakota enough. If you go in, ask for Dakota!
I’ve got to say, Dakota was absolutely amazing. Absolutely no pressure to sell anything, didn’t bother us while we walked around. He was very knowledgeable about the things he was talking about when we did have questions. We eventually bought a couch from him. After leaving we then turned around because we wanted to see the mattresses, Dakota was walking to his car and told us he was clocked out. But he insisted on welcoming us back in and again, he was absolutely amazing and we bought a mattress from him aswell.
We have tried for over a year and 1/2 to get our sofa and loveseat fixed, has their 3rd party Saw enterprises out over 6 times. Now because it’s over the first year, Ashley won’t fix our sofa and loveseat and the 3 rd party who are supposed to to fix it won’t. The extended warranty company says it’s Ashley responsibility.! We talked with our sales person several times ( Chris) and talked with Rick the manager who said he would help us and call us back , that was 2 months ago! This is our first purchase and will be our last!!!!!!!

I urgently needed an extra chair for a family visit. Austin took care of everything, understood the urgency, and scheduled the immediate delivery. The chair was delivered just 2 days later, and on time in the morning. Really great service. Very happy happy with my purchase.
We purchased patio furniture and received great service from Madison, our sales associate! She provided options, described features of the items we were considering, and explained the process of ordering and when our furniture would arrive. The delivery process gave us the exact date, tracking of the truck and accurate times of the actual delivery. The product and service was outstanding from start to finish!

We ordered a bedroom set 4/28/2024 the sales person said it would be in with in 3 weeks on may 23rd they let me know my ordered was ready I scheduled to have the furniture delivered on June 15th they told me the delivery time was from 1:30 and 4:30 pm they arrived at 12:00pm. The delivery service was very quick in and out they even put the mattress on the frame. With in 6 night of sleeping on our bed the middle of the bed collapsed in the middle of the night (I am 37 weeks pregnant so we were terrified) we inspected the bed to see what happened and after removing the mattress we discovered they did not even bolt the middle of the bed legs to the frame they even tightened an outside bolt to tight that it cracked the side railing. I reached out to Ashley to see if they could help do anything they said they could get repair parts and that was about it bc of the 3 day policy they have for reporting damage (this is ridiculous) I asked how long this could take and they said 2-4 weeks and ordering a new frame would take just as long so I asked the customer service what I was suppose to do about a bed frame considering I am 37 weeks pregnant and they told me to contact the store I purchased the furniture from and rent a frame so I tried that but the store informed me that they don’t have any such things so going back to the customer service they said a manager or leadership member would be contacting me the next day due to they are to busy to deal with me the day I called I waited 48 hours and still no phone call back so I reached out again and they just said they can’t do anything and we just have to wait. I feel like this is negligent and horrible customer service from Ashley and the third party delivery company that they use being pregnant or not this incident could have been way worse all due to neglect of not putting bolts in to the bed legs. I will never recommend or purchase from them again.
I bought a sofa, an ottoman, and two recliners from Ashley Furniture. They were delivered by two very efficient and professional staff. Everything was in perfect condition and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We received attentive service from our sales representative at Ashley! Even during the busy memorial weekend sale all of our questions were answered and they were incredibly patient while we shopped with our little one to search the entire store for what we needed. The additional discount promotion was fun as well. The cornhole boards kept everything relaxed as we entered the store and did not feel bombarded by the sales team while we looked around. We are excited about the protection plan and information on child safe fabrics so we can love our furniture for years to come.

PSA: THEIR FURNITURE WARRANTY IS A SCAM! AVOID LOSING THE EXTRA MONEY. They will not approve your claim and will find ways to cite their "policy". We had peeling and water marks on our furniture, but our claims were denied. Waste of money. You can try to state that your damage happened the day of and see if they take it.

Their products are great. We found a new bed here and couldn’t be happier. It’s pretty good value for its money. Our only complaint is that we felt like we were being upsold things we didn’t need. If you have trouble saying no to unnecessary add-one, you should browse in store but purchase online.

Experience in store was awesome when we went two years ago. The salesmen were eager to get a sale and went above and beyond with discounts, promises of replacements and repairs under the warranty. Super friendly. The manager even came out to wrap up the sale. Now here we are 2 years later and we attempt to get the “free cleanings and service” under the warranty. Nothing is covered. We get the terms and conditions to read it over and boom. It doesn’t cover a single thing but they’re willing to help us get a quote through their cleaners. Lol. I wouldn’t waste the time purchasing anything through them. Don’t get the warranty. Don’t buy the furniture. It wears down fast. I recommend Costco, they have great pricing and great warranty. The sad thing is that we love our set and had a good in store experience. Not worth the price for the quality and do NOT get that warranty.

Usually when I leave reviews, I like for them to be positive ones. Unfortunately this last experience with the Ashley off Sawmill is going to be our last. We first ordered a new dining room table back just before President's Day. We worked with Nikki who was newer. I am in sales myself and understand someone being new but from the beginning her customer service was really lacking. My husband ordered a painting and she asked him if he wanted to climb up on a back of a sofa and get it himself. Each time we had asked questions, it felt like we were bothering her. Either way found a table we loved. We wait a few weeks to receive it. My husband took the day off work and upon the table being delivered, he realized the wrong height was ordered. He was told someone would give us a call about it getting re-ordered. Keep in mind that we had already gotten rid of our old table, so now were tableless. I had called and spoke with Nikki. She was extremely rude and just kept saying the wrong table height was ordered. There was never an apology or even taking ownership. I asked what could be done and was told nothing. I asked again, and she said the manager said they could take off the delivery fee. At the end of the conversation, she still never apologized. Finally I asked her why she had a problem with our conversation and why the attitude. She finally said she made a mistake and unwillingly said sorry. Again being in sales, had she had the least bit of emotional intelligence and empathy, I would have felt much less upset by the conversation. The new table was ordered. Again we waited for several week. We hosted Easter. It came and went. We had no table for our guests. The next table arrived. Again, took time off work and the table arrived. The way she re-ordered the table was to have it simply dropped off. We paid to have it put together. I called and Nikki answered. Asked straight for the manager and got connected with Rick. Again, his apology didn't come until I said something and Nikki's lack of empathy and customer service. It was again extremely forced. He told me they would see what they could do to get the table and chairs assembled in our home. This was back on April 11th. Come to find out we are not even getting credited the full delivery fee. I was told that we were getting credited $99 and the delivery fee was really $169. I was told that the only thing they could do was waive the $99 and that someone would contact me about the table. I spoke with someone at the distribution center who was great! I asked if the regional could please reach out, and I have still yet to hear anything. They ended up re-ordering the table again. Had the drive team come by and swap out the assembled table with the ones that have been sitting in boxes in our kitchen. Finally today, 5/2 we have the right table assembled and in our home. The table fits perfectly and is a great purchase! Given the horrible customer service and amount of time that this has taken I'm going to be reaching out to Ashley Corporate to get the situation handled. I am sorry but taking off $99 for everything that has happened is like doing nothing at all!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! If you do, do not work with Nikki.

She was extremely rude and just kept saying the wrong table height was ordered. There was never an apology or even taking ownership. I asked what could be done and was told nothing. I asked again, and she said the manager said they could take off the delivery fee. At the end of the conversation, she still never apologized. Finally I asked her why she had a problem with our conversation and why the attitude. She finally said she made a mistake and unwillingly said sorry. Again being in sales, had she had the least bit of emotional intelligence and empathy, I would have felt much less upset by the conversation. The new table was ordered. Again we waited for several week. We hosted Easter. It came and went. We had no table for our guests. The next table arrived. Again, took time off work and the table arrived. The way she re-ordered the table was to have it simply dropped off. We paid to have it put together. I called and Nikki answered. Asked straight for the manager and got connected with Rick. Again, his apology didn't come until I said something and Nikki's lack of empathy and customer service. It was again extremely forced. He told me they would see what they could do to get the table and chairs assembled in our home. This was back on April 11th. Come to find out we are not even getting credited the full delivery fee. I was told that we were getting credited $99 and the delivery fee was really $169. I was told that the only thing they could do was waive the $99 and that someone would contact me about the table. I spoke with someone at the distribution center who was great! I asked if the regional could please reach out, and I have still yet to hear anything. They ended up re-ordering the table again. Had the drive team come by and swap out the assembled table with the ones that have been sitting in boxes in our kitchen. Finally today, 5/2 we have the right table assembled and in our home. The table fits perfectly and is a great purchase! Given the horrible customer service and amount of time that this has taken I'm going to be reaching out to Ashley Corporate to get the situation handled. I am sorry but taking off $99 for everything that has happened is like doing nothing at all!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! If you do, do not work with Nikki.

The actual assistance at the store was wonderful! I wasn't sure what I wanted and they allowed me to look around without feeling pressure to purchase. Once I made my decision it was a very fast and easy process to purchase my sofa. The sofa came earlier then expected as well. However the delivery team had to open the plastic on my sofa to remove the cushions before placing in my room of choice. They caused a big mark on the top of the sofa when bringing it due to it not being covered by the plastic. The gentleman said warm water and a cloth would take it out however it did not come out. So that was very disappointing since I just spent a lot of money on a new sofa and now it has a huge mark on it.

Please refrain from buying furniture from here. I purchased a table late march. Received a damaged product two weeks after, since it was not in stock. Customer service advised that a new table will be delivered late May.
I never really thought that I would be able to afford anything from Ashley HomeStore. I am a widow with one child and on a basic income. But I was super surprised when I went in there and saw furniture that I actually could afford that was fantastic quality. I purchase a sectional from Ashley in Dublin OH for my rec room and paid for white glove delivery. Upon delivery on 4/6/2024 one piece of the sectional was damaged while the mover team got it stuck in my doorway. The piece had 3 tears in the cushions that got jammed in the doorway due to improper preparation to get it through the doorway. I had to help unlodge the piece because one of the movers was in the basement and basically was stuck until we could get the piece out of the doorway. When I put in a claim to customer service for the damage they advised me that the damage would not be covered because the moving team had pictures of me “forcing” the piece through the doorway. Now I am stuck with a brand new torn up sofa sectional. Buyer beware of Ashley and their poor delivery service. So much for consumer rights with this company. Stay away from Ashley and buy somewhere else.

This company has terrible customer service. I bought a sofa and recliner from them 3 years ago and purchased a 5 year warranty. The furniture had a recall because the electrical parts were causing fires, and though I had no fire, the sofa’s electrical recliner stopped working. I contacted them about this, and have now been waiting a month for them to fix it. It’s been one run around after another. Ashley will not stand behind their products, and I would never purchase anything else from them again.

We were shopping for a small end table - found the perfect one at Ashley but was told we couldn't just take it home - it had to be delivered, with a fee of course. Luckily our sales person took it upon herself to work with us. The table was delivered Thursday. The young man who delivered it was kind enough to put it in place. It looks great!
I recently purchased a sofa sectional and a dining set. The dining set arrived first and was delivered a couple days ago. The delivery team was very informative on their arrival time and extremely quick with the set up. (Still waiting on the sectional to arrive). I have ordered from Ashley Furniture before. Found something we wanted online and went in store to see it in person before purchasing it. The piece we were looking at had a dysfunctional drawer, which was also the only drawer. We had to jiggle it to get it to come out and did not come out all the way. We asked the store employee what would happen if we bought it and the drawer did not function. She told us it is not designed to be opened everyday and doesn’t have gliders on it but that she was able to open the drawer without issue. She told us it would not be counted as an issue if we experienced the same thing if we bought it. The reason we are giving this a 1 star is because the price difference between online and in store. The product online was $850 and in store it was $1350 after a 25% discount for their President Day Sale. We asked about the price difference and were told it costs more money to ship it in store but she would be able to price match it. We found another product we liked which was $1250 online, but $1850 in store after the “discount.” I appreciate the “price match” to their own online store, but this store seems very sketchy with how they price their products and we do not plan on coming back.

I typically don't leave reviews, but my recent experience at Ashley Home Store was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Our experience with this store was a total nightmare. We ordered a bed set around Thanksgiving, with the assurance that it would arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, the shipment was delayed by a staggering 2 months. But that's not even the worst part. When the delivery crew finally arrived, they didn’t mention that the slats for the bed were missing. They went ahead and assembled the bed without them. A few hours later, the bed collapsed! We reached out to the store but received no response from the salesperson who initially assisted us. We visited the store in person the next day and explained the situation, we were promised a resolution. Days later, a second team arrived with a box spring, only to realize that what we needed were slats. The following week, a third team came with slats, but they were incorrectly sized and couldn't fit the bed frame. Another week passed, and a fourth team was sent, they arrived with no slats, claiming they were here for servicing purposes. After enduring 2 months of waiting and 4 unsuccessful attempts to resolve the missing slats issue, we found ourselves still without a solution. We wasted countless hours at home waiting for these teams to arrive, only to be met with disappointment each time. The customer care team seemed helpless, repeatedly sending individuals without any progress toward resolving the problem. Having shopped for furniture at various places before, I can confidently say that I've never encountered such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

After first coming in to look at furniture and test out some beds, we left with good information and things to think about. We then returned a week later, and with no pressure, we’re able to browse some more and decide on an adjustable bed (main purchase that had been decided on and was reason for the return) as well as a couch and chairs. The no pressure approach and being available for questions, made this a great experience. Thank you to both Rick and Lisa for their time and information. I wish I could give this zero stars! We visited this store about a month ago to look at a dining table we had seen online, and we were "helped" by salesman AJ. He said the table was not in store but he could help us order it. The dining set (table and chairs) were much cheaper online, and he said he could not match the online price but if we ordered through him he could guarantee it would arrive faster than if we ordered online. What a lie!! We went ahead and ordered in store through him but are regretting it majorly. It's now been weeks with no update to our order, and every time we try to reach out to AJ he claims that there is nothing he can do and rudely tries to explain how furniture ordering works. He won't admit that he just straight up lied to us in store by promising something he knew he could never deliver. NEVER work with AJ and stay far, far away from Ashley furniture.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but issues with your furniture. First you brought the couch, and the one recliner was broken, then service never contacted us about replacing it, finally got that taken care of. Then recliner comes and it has grease stains on it, had to make time for cleaning people to come and that didn’t work so had to make time for delivery of new recliner. Now the fabric on the couch is fraying. Not even 1 month old.

We have shopped exclusively at Ashley furniture stores for years. We recently went in to see about purchasing new living room set. We were in the store for hours. AJ was so patient and let us literally try every couch, loveseat and recliner until we finally made a decision. AJ was very polite and professional and never pressured us for a sale. We were so pleased with the treatment we received, we went back a week later and bought a bedroom set for our daughter. We again received top notch service from AJ. We will be back!

Rick did a great job of showing me around and answering all of my questions. The process was surprisingly smooth and i'll definitely be coming back in the future.
We ordered some bedroom pieces in early July. We paid for the delivery and white-glove service. We were told that they should be in stock within 2-3 weeks. After waiting nearly 5 weeks, we had a delivery time scheduled only to wake up the day of to a voicemail telling us that the delivery had been canceled. They broke part of the bed frame in the warehouse and had to reorder it. They stated it would take at least another 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. Not only was it disappointing but it messed up our moving plans as we were not originally taking the old bedroom furniture to our new location. The current place will dispose of large furniture items without an additional fee, whereas the new place does not. We will most likely have to arrange for it to be picked up now. The display furniture did look nice, so hopefully it will look as nice in our new home once it's finally available. The purchasing process was fine, we just wish the delivery process was a better experience, especially given the amount of money we spent.

Sent emails to our sales contact Richard, who promised to check on the "order status" and nothing! Our rug has been " on order" getting close to 3 months. For the love of god please do not buy the warranty from MyProtectAll when you buy furniture here. I accidentally punctured my couch with a pair of scissors and the warranty clearly labels punctures as being covered. They denied my claim by saying that it was caused by pulling of the fabric even though there is possible way for pilling to result in a giant hole. Then when I convinced them it wasn’t pilling they said that it’s still not covered because it’s a ‘hole’ and not a ‘puncture’. Like what?? Whenever I proved them wrong they came up with a new reason to deny my claim. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor and she agreed that it should be covered and sent me a new seat cover. I had to fight for my life just to get them to send me what is probably a $10 replacement seat cover. The fact that Ashley offers a warranty from such a disingenuous and deceitful company is disrespectful to their customers. It’s disappointing that my experience of buying a nice couch was completely ruined by them selling me a warranty from a company that they know is going to do anything possible to deny your claims.

My fiancé and I purchased a bedroom set and kitchen table recently and had an overall, really good experience. Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Kaite did a great job in her first sale. They both shared input on colors that would go well with our bedding. Kaite even offered advice on a mechanic when she heard us mention that one of our friends was looking for one. The few pieces of criticism I would offer are Rick's reaction to us looking into a Sleep Number mattress and our inquiring about changing our payment method after purchase. When Rick heard that we were interested in Sleep Number, he shared some criticism of their mattresses. While we appreciated his input and recognize that he was trying to make a sale, it seemed unprofessional to speak ill of a competitor. A day after our purchase we called to ask if we could change our payment method from financing to one lump sum via credit card. Our request was honored, but it seemed like Rick was annoyed, as the process took some time. As previously stated, we had a largely positive experience with Ashley and plan to make future furniture purchases there. The critiques are minor compared with the outstanding service they offered.

Where should I start with this review? First, I understand that there can be bumps in purchasing, delivering and setting up furniture , but the level of No F*cks Given the customer service team at this company has is unmatched!!!! I waited a month for a mattress and bed frame. paid to have it delivered and set up. They remove my old mattress and box spring and start set up of the new items. Guess what??? the parts don't match! So they proceed to tell me, "oh we don't know when the right parts will be in" we will be in touch. Say What, I now have no bed in my room and you're telling me you have no solution. The store associates were no help, customer service no help. Did they offer me any incentive to try to find a new bed, nope. In fact they were trying to make me still pay for delivery. Just TRASH!!!! Again I am a whole adult so I get that things don't always go as planned, but to be a whole company and have zero options when you mess up a customer's order is ridiculous and a perfect example of why Amazon is crushing big box retail. If you can't operate and be responsive in real time to customer needs or concerns what's the point. So while they have pretty things at decent prices, buy at your own risk, cause if anything goes wrong....you're just sh*t out of luck. Signed, Disappointed and Disrespected Customer

So, I left a 1 star review last week because of poor service. It gets worse you can't talk to a human about issue. They don't answer e-mail and they do not respond to there customer service line. Anyway. I left a review and they kinda reached out at least I thought they did. They give you a phone number that they don't answer and an email address for a supposed customer service rep that also doesn't respond. I am trying to talk to a person about getting a refund taht was authorized by thier warranty company. Buying from ASHLEY? I would not POOR business ethics and POOR customer service.

I wish I could give them zero. Absolutely poor customer service after the fact. The extended warranty they sell doesn't really cover what they say except spills and stains, no tears. I thought it was a quality type of store. The hoops that you have to jump through to get help is incredible.

Recently I purchased a dining table and a sectional couch. Once the product was delivered in my house, I felt that the sectional was little too big for my house and I wanted to replace it. I was not even sure if Ashley would replace it for me. I worked with AJ in the store and he made all the changes and replaced the sectional for me. He was very polite and very understanding. 3 of my 5 pieces were falling apart after a week. The delivery people dropped them in yard and banged thru door and home. They did not bring all pieces. Came next day and same thing. I now have a mattress that has a 6 inch roll in center a adjustable base that sounds like a plane taking off and a loveseat that is broken in middle. The customer service sent ppl out and they agreed defective/damaged. Then Ashley said no returns. I will never deal with this company again and don’t know how they can do business this way. Delivery people are horrible. Customer service is terrible and furniture all poor quality.

A couple of months ago I moved to a new apartment and furnished my whole new apartment. I worked with Benny and he was fantastic. Recently my wife and I were in the market for new seating for our great room. We went to Ashley’s Furniture on/near Sawmill Rd and worked with Rick Lehst and Mahdi. We were able to go through a wonderful purchasing experience working with them both. By ‘wonderful’ I mean that it was: - Low pressure - Easy to work with / only showed us furniture that met our criteria - They were available via text message and phone call (edit to clarify) My wife and I greatly appreciate that type of sales experience. I can’t speak highly enough for how easygoing they were when having to pick a different sofa at the very last minute due to space issues in the room. I would shop here and with either of them again. Sadly, I won’t need another sofa for 5+ years.
When it became time to replace our living room furniture again, we stopped at 2 stores on Sawmill and then happen to drive by this Ashley location. We came in and told them exactly what we were looking for and were directed to a few choices that fit the bill. I noticed right away the quality seemed a little better than what we looked at while visiting Value City and Big Sandy.Young salesman Dan was very polite and helpful. His manager was just a little high pressure, but I shook him off. We let them know we were still shopping. The set we picked out was a little more than the other two, but as I mentioned seemed higher quality and was perfect for us. We came back a few days later and was happy to learn everything was in stock and after painlessly setting up delivery, we only had to wait about 4 days for that delivery which was very well organized. We are very happy with Ashley.
This store sold me a damaged sofa and now they don’t bother addressing the issue. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they don’t call me back.
I called today asking about a lift chair for my 92 year old grandmother who is going to assisted living alot sooner than we thought I spoke with a gentleman that was so polite and so helpful I asked for his name Chase Easterday I feel it's important to say when you're having to make tough decisions For loved ones and find items that will help their quality of life it's really nice to speak with someone who generally seems like they care and really want to help you and are honest I feel he should be recognized for his customer service so if go to to Ashley in Dublin ask for Chase!

Store Manager A.J. Jallaq, worked tirelessly with me over the course of several days to help me select a quality sofa that could be taken up a narrow staircase. The first sofa we purchased was too large for a narrow stairway. There was no problem returning the sofa. A.J. And Sales Associate Dan, were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I had a very good experience.

Never again. You know that little voice that is telling you, you’ll regret it? Listen to it! $1500 chair broken in box during shipping in Sept, delivered in Oct., repairman in November couldn’t fix and ordered parts, parts came and had nothing to do with the problem, second repair man comes in December and shrugs his shoulders after trying to fix it and I quote “cheap wood” which is absolutely the problem but what do I know, January 2023 now and getting ghosted by SAW the repair service. It would seem by this review that I’m the problem but I have done nothing but jump through their hoops and have waited patiently. I’m not trying to get a new chair! I’m just trying to get it repaired and the entire right side will of this chair is loose. I have two of these chairs so I know for a fact it’s not right. You’re rolling the dice shopping here. Always were and still are, even after all these years. It’s a total crapshoot!

Went looking for a new couch and rocker-recliner for our new home. We worked with Rick who was able to answer all of our questions. We originally were going to get the rocker-recliner at a different furniture store, but the customer service and deals at Ashley convinced us to return and purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I reserved my items damaged and they refused to replace it. They send a company to fix the damages!!! When the person showed up he only “paint” one items and told me “they only sent me for 1 item.” Worst experience ever. The store manager know about the situation and did nothing… pictures attached. You may ask why did I accept the items like this? The delivery guys did not give me a chance to check up the items. They delivered and left quickly.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. After spending close to $5k on a bedroom set and being assured by sales that it would work with our adjustable base (which we bought from their chain too)…the delivery team told us it would not. Disappointed we called the store. They assured us it would work and even called the manufacturer to confirm Second delivery attempt. They show up and didn’t have the hardware to set up Third delivery attempt today. Delivery again says it won’t work with our adjustable base and refuses to install. Store management at the Dublin location has been unresponsive. Brian has not called back as promised and is always in ‘meetings ‘ when we call to discuss refunds. Thankfully this was a credit card purchase so I’ve entered a dispute, but I would be very cautious buying anything from this location. Teams are not aligned and management is non responsive. Not to mention the time spent clearing personal and work schedules to accommodate their long delivery windows. Buyer beware

He was very patient while I figured out what furniture was going to work best in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure things were in order and spent the time needed to get them delivered within the week. We had a great experience with Frank. Frank was the sales associate that greeted us upon entering and helped us pick out a couch and dining room table set. The table set was in stock and delivered to our house 4 days after we ordered it, exactly when Frank said. Delivery fee for the entire order was only $99 even though it will be two separate deliveries. The delivery driver even had a tracker so you could see when they were close to arriving.In the store there were lots of good couch options available throughout. Along with TV sets, tables, and more. I think the earlier reviews are more reflective of the long lead times every supply chain went through during Covid, really out of the hands of this direct location.

My wife and I came into the store on Labor Day weekend looking for a new couch. Though we were hoping to get a good deal, we were not necessarily set on buying one that day. We were greeted as we walked through the doors by AJ who told us to take a look around at the different sectionals they had to offer. From the beginning, I never felt like we had any pressure to walk out the store with a new couch, unless we absolutely loved one and could find something within our budget. After searching around for about 15-20 minutes, AJ came back to check on us to see if we had any questions. We had found the couch we wanted (Slate Nuvella 4 PC Sectional), however, the price was a little too high for us. AJ was able to work some numbers for us and brought down the price within our range while still offering the 5 year protection plan on the couch! We really appreciated all of AJ's help throughout the process and will definitely recommend Ashley to our family and friends for their future furniture needs!

I wish I could give this store and it's staff 0 stars. We ordered nearly $8,000 worth of furniture back in September of 2021 for our new house. AJ was our salesperson and I would caution you to not work with him if you ever choose to visit this location. To this day, we still have not received all of our furniture. Towards the end of last year, we had SIX different delivery attempts for our bed frame. Each delivery, the item would come broken, pieces were missing, the wrong item would come, or the delivery would just not show up. We spent hours home from work awaiting each one of these deliveries. AJ could not be bothered, it got to the point where every time I would try to call the store and talk to him, he was 'busy" or I was told they would get a message to him but in reality he just did not want to talk to me. Finally corporate had to get involved and send a personalized team to come and get our correct bed set delivered and set up. Fast forward to now, our nightstands have still not arrived nearly a year later. I have consistently reached out to AJ who finally decided to tell me he doesn't think they will ever come because the set was discontinued. He then proceeds to send me a link to different nightstands (that are double the price we originally paid) and said he could get them to us once we settled the price difference. I was shocked they would even try to make us pay another dime after a year of problems - but he said the best he could do was 15% off. I ended up contacting corporate to work on getting the issue resolved. He is a slimy salesman who will do anything to make some money. I would not trust a word that he says and I would urge you to visit another location or not use Ashley at all.

Bad customer service, store manager was not interested to sell when we ask any question. he didnt like us to asking any question and when we came back 2 days after to buy he quoted a different price as he didnt to sell us the item. we dropped the plan of buying any item in that store.
I would also give this store less than one star if I could, and it’s based upon the representatives in the store. Bryan one of the store managers, is the only one who is worth anything in the store. AJ, the representative who sold me the furniture, lied to me To make his sale. The Ottoman we wanted with our furniture purchase was not in the store. He told me he would allow us to have the ottoman that they did have in stock until the one we actually want it came in. When it came down to honor that promise, he basically told me that I was lying and I must have misinterpreted something he said. But my husband was right there, heard it, so I am not sure how I misinterpreted. I would say if two people heard the same thing, then it is more than likely he lied to get the sale. Because we did buy a sectional from him. He snuck in the care protection plan while we were at check out when he told me the amount and it didn’t match the purchase of the sectional and the ottoman I noticed right at checkout it was an additional $247, and then he had to explain that he added in the insurance and he never even asked if we wanted it. I sent several emails Which were dismissed over and over, I mean why do they need to help me now they’ve already sold me what they want. When I called today another so-called manager who refused to give me his name because he knew he was wrong, began miss treating me and arguing with me because I was upset with the transaction. Instead of a “ So called manager” He was clearly not manager material. I had to call back and pretend I wasn’t the same person because Previously he entered the call by throwing me into a customer service line. I called back directly asked to speak to a manager, it was the same terrible so called manager that answered, He even asked is this the same woman that just called? More than likely because he intended to do the same thing; Play little games and throw me into customer service without letting me talk to an actual manager. So I lied and said I wasn’t the same person to get a different real manager on the phone. Brian came to the phone, and I honestly hope he is the real store manager, because he was the only one who helped me. He listened, he didn’t try to argue, didn’t take personal offense to me being upset. He used actual skills to help me and calm down. If you go in that store and don’t want to be treated poorly or dismissed if you need anything after the sale, try to work with Brian the manager.
I went here to buy a mattress and box springs for a King size bed,but I wanted 2 twin mattress and 2 box springs that makes a king size. I was told i had to buy xl twin to make it work! It didn't work went back to exchange for a regular king mattress and box springs.I was told because I didn't buy their mattress protection cover I could not exchange them (they are only 2wks old) No one especially the sales person Trae McMillian never told me this! I am so upset I can not find sheets to fit the bed and all I want is to exchange them. Don't go there as they lie to you and all they want is the sale not good customer service!!! They are liars why would I not buy the cover because they NEVER told me I would have to have it to make the exchange! I also bought a small couch for outside that was to be put together it was not we had to do it!!!! Do Not Shop at Ashley Furniture Store they are liars!!!!

Not too bad. Went there to check out something we seen advertised online but did not like it in person. The first salesman was polite and helpful, showed us some other options though none quite matched the specs we kept giving him. It was close to closing time and that staff left and the other salesman was more aggressive in trying to sell us something we did not want (a pet peeve of mine). Their sales are nice and some of their sofa and recliners looked well made. We may be back

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't shop here, or at any store owned by Morris Furniture. I was charged nearly $200 more than what I was expecting (they snuck a $120 insurance charge [no joke, they just charged me for insurance I didn't want without even mentioning it]. They also charged me nearly $70 more than the agreed upon price for the item because they forgot to price match it). When I went back into the store to get these charges corrected, I had to argue with a salesman for 10 minutes who kept trying to get me to keep the insurance. In addition, I've been waiting over 2 months for part of my order to be fulfilled, and I don't even have an estimate on when it'll be ready. If you need to contact their customer service for any reason, expect to be on hold for at least half an hour (I've called 3 times and ended up waiting a minimum of 30 minutes every time). Order numbers via Ashley don't actually work of Ashley's site, they only work on Morris' site. Found that out after an hour of frustration when trying to track my order. Suffice to say, I'm cancelling my order and taking my money to a store that isn't completely incompetent. EDIT: It has now been over a week and they haven't refunded my money. EDIT 2: The sheer incompetence of this store is beyond me. I called to cancel my order and was told I would have a refund in 7-10 days. 11 days go by and no refund is issued. I called them again, and it turns out they forgot to process my refund after they cancelled my order. This store is awful and they simply don't care.
We ordered furniture in late October and it was supposed to be here in 9 to 12 weeks. It is now 5 months and all we get is a runaround on when it is coming. We are canceling the order and will not go back to ashley Ashley Furniture again.
I was looking for a new mattress and was greeted and taken to the area. I told her my budget and tried to convince me of financing. I told her I believed that I would find something that met my needs and was still affordable and she said “ I can take you over here to our cheap mattresses but it isn’t going to be what you want” I feel like she was extremely rude. It completely tainted my experience. And for some reason she was carrying around a purse and drink with her seemed very unprofessional

First off the store is privately owned and is more expensive then anything online. They will try to price match (from Ashley furniture website or app) but it's not guaranteed. Second...Ashley is in crisis mode currently. I ordered 3 pieces of living room furniture in early October 2021. Our furniture was to be delivered in approximately 8 weeks. After one piece comes in they want a partial delivery. We did not want our furniture to wear differently and did not want a partial as the wait is so long there's no telling when or if we would get the other pieces. Declining any partial delivery we called in early February to inquire what was going on. We were promised delivery of ALL 3 PIECES ON March 1st. Two weeks later...one item was on backorder for a month! We called the warehouse delivery service to double check and upon calling them...2 items were on backorder! one for a month and one for 2 months. We not only had our delivery delayed...we were given a promise that was broken, no discount, and then upon calling to cancel the order...the Ashley customer service representative didn't seem to care about the customer or my complete frustration at all. After 5+ months I'll never go back to Ashely in store or online! Completely unprofessional and uncaring and disorganized company! What a waste of time!

We bought some lovely chairs for our dining room table. We were assured that the warranty would cover any rips of tears to the leather. The salesperson said we'd just call em up and they'd make it right. We have small children so we were thrilled to hear this. A few months later, one of our chairs became damaged. We called up the warranty company and they absolutely refused to cover the repair because it was near a seam and called it "regular wear and tear" even though it was not and even though the chairs were only about five months old. The warranty company is outsourced and without admitting anything, basically use vague language and loopholes to refuse claims. We will not buy from Ashley Furniture again.

I was greeted by 1 representative that was quick to push me off to another representative by the name of John at Morris Ashley furniture in Polaris/ Columbus Ohio. John helped me for 2 days and was a great friendly person. I'm giving John 5 stars because he understood what I was looking for and was very patient and ultimately got my sale... So KUDOS TO JOHN.
Furniture falls apart in less than a year. When you want it repaired you have to wait another month only to have a guy show up and take a few photos says he going to have to order parts. Then the parts arrive and you call ( when you call be prepared to be on hold for an hour) set up a time for repair wait another month. Guy shows up says the parts are wrong and broken. He spends at least 20min repairing the Furniture the repair only last a day. Now I am currently on hold again 1hr 30 min an counting
They destroyed my door and wouldn't fix it, even though I notified them within 3 bussiness days. They also brought the wrong couch, and then rescheduled to deliver the right one a few days later through text message, but they never came. I would call and wait over an hour for customer service about the delivery and damaged door.. I do not recommend getting anything delivered from this store. When I did get in contact the customer service representative was nice and professional but they wouldn't fix my damaged door and gave me a $75 gift card instead. This is my first home and we haven't even been here a month. I had my door scrapped, and they messed up twice with delivering my couch by bringing the wrong one then not showing up on the next delivery day that I scheduled through text message.
Benny & Brian were great to work with. Benny wasn’t a pushy sales person we asked for a specific sofa and he indicated where it was located in the store. He wasn’t breathing down our necks or following us around, and therefore we felt comfortable and at ease walking around the store. Once we made up our mind we went up to Benny and he started the finance process which we thought was going to be exhausting and complicated but it wasn’t at all. Then Brian the selling manager came in and with Benny they both recommended the protection plan for 5 years. At first we weren’t interested in increasing our current bill amount but they were able to accommodate the price and bring it down to a more reasonable price, not to mentioned that they set up our payment plan through Syncrony from 4 years to 6 years giving us a very low monthly payment with no interest the whole time. We honestly couldn’t believe it, we went in with a tight budget and we were only able to afford the sofa, but with their help we got our dream living room with additional furniture we never thought we would get. On top of that they also included a 5 year supply of Ashley cleaning kit 😄🤗

I purchased a sleeper sofa and love seat set from Ashley’s on Sawmill Rd in August of 2020, in December the sofa sleeper started malfunctioning, I called for service( I purchased the warranty) the technician came out and said he will report his findings, I didn’t hear anything for serveral months, I called them and was told the part was ordered but is on back order and would be in in June, I called them in June and was told the wrong part was ordered and it will be here in August, August turned to September, September turned into indefinitely. In the meantime I have this big eyesore in my living room and nowhere to sit. At this point why aren’t they offering some sort of solution. I feel they should be offering me a new sofa a loaner or something. But nothing

We recently purchased an entire bedroom set & mattress from Ashley Furniture (in April 2021). My elderly mother is moving in with me and needed to have a bedroom set for the house. While I love their furniture and understand things are delayed with COVID - their service is horrible. She was hold the furniture would be in months ago and schedule surgery around this. Then they said only the mattress was in. They scheduled delivery and the day of delivery said it didn't get put on the truck but they would bring back out in 2 days. Then they sent a message saying they were 10 minutes out - then called to say it was not in stock. How does that happen??? Now they are saying October - then - "no, later in August". Which is it. In addition, they are pulling pieces from the order to fill other orders. Now her surgery is a few weeks away and she has no bed to recover in. Don't be fooled by the nice furniture. Deal with honest people who can deliver on their promises. I'd post photos of the beautiful bedroom set - but - I don't have it!!!
Spent a good amount of money on furniture here. When reviewing our order we noticed that the desk we purchased was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper online. The sales team told us we needed to wait until the furniture arrived to file the claim. After receiving the desk the sales team told us we can't make the claim as we have already received the desk. Either the sales team isn't trained on proper policy or lied intentionally. Very disappointed in the scenario and would steer anyone I know away from this location.
Staff was very kind and helpful but not at all pushy. They gave us plenty of room and time to look around but also made themselves readily available for questions.
(Edited) Beware: online estimated delivery dates are way off. I bought a table online in July 2021, with an estimated delivery of late August 2021. I received an email the next day with an assigned delivery date in November 2021. At one point, they re-scheduled my delivery for August 2021, but ultimately pushed it back to December 2021. We did receive the table in December. The delivery itself went well. The table is what I expected.
Very Bad experience at store. If you decide not to buy, they will make fun of you. I liked a couch which was cheaper online by around $400. When i told them, they could not match price and started to make fun of me and my son. I think name of sales agent was "TRAE". He asked us to leave and buy couch from thrift store. I am going to complain to the Corporate about such bad behavior.
I was Kicked out of this store because they could not match my online price. I was disrespected and was told to go take a left to build a couch multiple times. I was planning to buy more furniture later, and I have chosen Ashley for years but this location is terrible.
I made a purchase from the Dublin store and the two salesman told me what I wanted was out of stock but the had something in the back that basically the same thing just a different color. So I trusted them upon delivery it wasn't even close to being the same and when I returned it I was charged $200 for delivery, $100 dollars for them to pick it back up and $125 restocking fee for my trouble. If you shop here make absolutely sure your getting the exact furniture you want not something close to it per the salesman or you may end up like me paying $425 for a piece of furniture that I will never use!!!!!

The sales guy at the Dublin store was very nice and helpful. But I have been waiting for over 4 months for my furniture and still have no idea when it's coming even though I was told it would be about 6 weeks. The sales people at Polaris were not as friendly. I ordered couches from there and they charged me about $300 extra, have called and emailed several times and still haven't fixed it aven though I have the receipts. Customer service says they can't fix it only the store can.
The sales team at the store were helpful and efficient. They assisted us with any questions with had and process our transaction in a quick matter. Thanks and recognition to David for his customer service and sales skills
They will lie to you about when you will receive your furniture. We still have not received our couch and they are now telling us it will be another 2 months and could be longer. Kevin is very rude and not to be trusted.

My fiancé and I just bought a MUCH NEEDED new mattress from our good friend that works at Ashley HomeStore, and the entire experience was wonderful. Yousaf was knowledgeable on all the products and helped us pick out the best mattress for our needs and budget. The checkout/financing process was super easy as well. We will be back soon for a new couch!
I don’t advise shopping here! We purchased a bed costing us $1,100, we paid extra $200 for them to put it together. They showed up had no idea how to put it together and didn’t even have all the parts to the bed. In their hurry to just get it done and leave they banged up our bed before we even had a chance to use it. Dents, knicks, and pieces of wood missing!! We called customer service immediately and was on hold for over an hour, they told us they’d send people out to fix issue. It took them a few weeks to get back to me and send them out. They showed up and said “ sorry we don’t have anything in the truck for you” nothing.. they came and looked at the bed and said “ wow what did they do?! This is awful, put together completely wrong and missing pieces”… uh ya.. they took several photos and added it to our profile, then left our mattress against the wall and left leaving me to do it alone. Told me to contact customer service and tell them we need a new bed all together.. I did .. after hour wait again.. they told me they can’t do that etc etc.. no help at all. Never got a call back! Went back to store now twice since then, salesman AJ told me he’d call them and call me back that night he never did. He’s the one who sold us the bed. Talked to manager today and was told they closed our account so now there’s nothing they can do!! He called customer service for us they called us back and said they’d be back in touch. In the mean time I am expected to keep paying on this awful thing thats causing me back and neck issues since it’s basically a broken busted bed missing it’s pieces. On top of the money wasted here I’m now going to need to spend way more at a chiropractor.. do not trust these people, they don’t care, they just want your money, not provide what you paid for and rush you out of their stores and have you on hold for several hours every day off you get which for some of us is few and far between. BBB has them as a 1 star rating and they have 122 complaints in the last year. I’ve also noticed a trend in these reviews. If you don’t believe this review just check the most recent from the past four weeks. They’re thieves. Period.
we bought a couch from here , we waited 6 months to get the couch all ripped up and the side by 4’s all broke and snapped there are staples hanging out of the couch now I have a giant scar on my side arm. The person that brought the couch wasn’t able to do anything about it which is understandable but he said we would receive a call from the company.... we never did I’m sure they have our number block since we’ve called them many times but they never answer...
This was a terrible experience! I ordered a bed March 22 for a deliver of April 8th. On April 7th I received a message saying the bed was no longer in stock and would be delivered when it was. I was finally given a delivery day of May 8th between 2:30pm and 7:50pm. I received no call and no show. I was not contacted to set up a new delivery date so called when they opened Monday. I waited on hold for 40 minutes for customer service. They then told me they could deliver on the 12th. Then when the bed showed up to be assembled the box was open and missing hardware... the bed was then left with no hardware . Then they still tried billing me for “white glove” service. I was then told it could be another 20+ days to get hardware . I’ve since canceled order and requested they come get this bed. I’m a pretty understanding person but every step has been awful. I can only imagine no one would have delivered this had I not been persistent. I would never deal with this company again unless they got their customer service together . No one should have to wait 40 minutes on hold to find out why they were not contacted about a failure to deliver and then leave a bed knowing there is no hardware.
From the moment I walked in the door I felt it was a safe place to buy from. The young man who helped me was so kind. He even got me a chair to sit on. I will recommend this store to anyone.

Very frustrating. Had my sofa, chair and ottoman delivered today, and the ottoman was missing the legs. It's nearly impossible to call the store, there is no option to communicate with them online about missing parts once the delivery is completed, and they have the worlds worst hold music... probably designed to get people to give up on the calls. All the emails I received are "no reply" mailboxes... so once they leave your house your only choice if you have a problem is to go to the store. I'll be heading there today... this is ridiculous. Never mind that I purchased this stuff on January 1 and it's only getting to me today... NEVER AGAIN. The voice keeps telling me I can manage my order online... not true - not when you have a part missing.
I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Terrible quality, horrible customer service. I would buy furniture anywhere other than Ashley.

Sold us a mattress with no delivery date and no indication that there would be set up and removal of the old mattress. Had to go into the store and was only able to confirm this by looking at the computer because that's the only place it's indicated. A week later when the bed is supposed to be delivered we get a message saying the bed will be here but not the pedestal it goes on. Why would I want that? Why would you wait until hours before delivery to tell us? Will we even get a bed? Who knows at this point. Shop anywhere else
Horrible Service! So my fiancé and I went and bought $7200 worth of merchandise on Sunday from this store. Trey didn’t ask us about the warranty for the bed and just put it on there and told us we could exchange it any time over the next 10 years. We later found out that was an extra charge. On Monday, my fiancé purchased a couch from this store and was told that he would have white glove delivery. That was not on the receipt. The sales person had the wrong address and wrong phone number on the order as well, even after being asked to update it. The next day, my fiancé called to have the warranty removed from the couch order, and the same salesperson told him that it was locked in place already since he paid for it and it was really hard to remove now. So my fiancé contacted Morris via the messaging on their store website and asked the same question. He was told that they can take off the warranty anytime before delivery/pickup. He also asked over the messaging if his phone number and address were updated and she said no and had to update them herself. She also said that she would reach out to the store manager to have the warranty removed. After all that, my fiancé received 3 phone calls within a 15 minute time span and not 1 voicemail was left on his phone. He couldn’t answer it due to being at work and being on a medical call. After he had some free time he called the store back and asked to speak to the manager. This gentleman was very rude! He seemed to only want to rush the phone call to get my fiancé off the phone before he could explain everything! My fiancé went on to explain about the warranty on the couch and how he was told by said salesperson that he couldn’t get it taken off the order for the couch. The manager said “I don’t know why this salesperson would do this, then he said “oh yes I do, but I can’t say” My fiancé then said “I know it’s because of commission but it doesn’t make it right” and he wasn’t able to explain how he did not get one voicemail from any of the 3 missed calls from this store! The manager just seemed to rush him off the phone and said he would call back the next day about the order. After all the money we have spent with Ashley/Morris furniture, we are very displeased! My fiancé is about to just cancel the couch order and go find one elsewhere!
I bought entire furniture for my new home in Ashely thought it was great and till now I am waiting for few furniture to be delivered . It was too late and took almost 6 months and still waiting, no quick response for the furniture damages what I received so far and even the damage that occurred to my walls while delivering.

I ordered furniture on October 17th. The store has delivered the wrong furniture twice now. The delivery slip does not even match the order receipt, so I'm not sure why they would even put it on the truck for delivery. This time the delivery driver refused to take it back because he had other pickups to make. I now have the wrong furniture in my house and I am trying to get them to remove it. This has been nothing but trouble. Also it's 20 minutes on hold every time I call customer service. I really wish we went somewhere else.
There is a reason why the Ashley Furniture Store on Dublin Granville Road is rated two stars on Yelp. First, I ordered my furniture in November and was told it would be in by January 30th. In preparation for my new furniture, I sold my old furniture. Then I went to the store on Dublin Granville Road and talked to the manager David to assure my furniture was arriving on time. To my suprise, I learned that their associate Bill, ordered the wrong furniture. Then I requested that David (the manager) order the correct furniture. I was then told that the furniture would not be in stock until the middle of March. So now I have no furniture. I asked David to compensate me for Bill ordering the wrong furniture and the delay of the arrival. He offered me a mere 5% which wasn't even close to what I thought the original price of my order was. He refused my request to throw in the protection plan for my inconvenience and lack of new furniture. Needless to say, I will never shop Ashley Furniture again and I recommend that others choose another more accomodating furniture store too.
Sales process is fine. Customer care and delivery is painful I purchased a sectional sofa and after waiting for missing legs of the sofa I have no clue when I will get those. They can definitely do better that this. Everytime they ask for a serial number which is underneath the sofa or the table and you have to make the stuff upside down to get it
I will never order from Ashley Furniture again and am contemplating canceling my entire order at this rate. I ordered a couch in October and was told at the absolute latest it would be here by 12/5, but could expect it sooner (around Thanksgiving). I checked in with the store in November (the day Biden was called the President-elect : ) )to see when I could expect it and they then updated me with 1/11/21. I told them this was unacceptable so the manager told me he would make sure it is to me by December 5th. Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and my couch was supposed to be delivered this Saturday. I checked and now it says 1/19/21. I moved here from out of state and have been couch-less this entire time. I am about to take my business elsewhere to a place that will provide me with something I paid for in a timely manner (even with COVID turnaround times), and a company that actually provides customer service unlike Ashley Furniture. This is completely unacceptable especially bc each time nobody has informed me of these unnecessary delivery date push backs!

Waited on hold with customer service for over an hour until I finally gave up. I purchased the Darcy sofa and loveseat a couple of years ago and the framework is so cheap that our sofa is already creaking. We have no kids or pets in our household and we're not heavy people. We're afraid to even use the couch because everytime we sit on it, it feels like the thing about to fall apart. I've read numerous other reviews about this same couch across multiple websites about people saying the same thing - the framework is cheap. *Update: I was able to finally speak to a representative and was basically told that there's nothing they can do since I didn't purchase a warranty. However, what good is a warranty if they're just going to take my money and tell me that they don't cover the issue anyway? How about sell quality furniture and customers won't need to waste money on a pointless warranty.
We ordered a bedroom set in September. Was told delivery would be October. Set was delayed 3 times due to the same headboard apparently breaking each time. I believe they never ordered a replacement headboard at all. Could not reach customer service at all. Store would "attempt" to make right each time but could not get anything right. First delivery was wrong item and second attempt was damaged. The last time the items were supposed to be delivered we were called and told they would be there in one hour and never showed. Finally cancelled. Big Sandy sold us the same set cheaper and was delivered within 1 week of purchase. Stay away customer service is terrible
Overall experience with Ashley/Morris Furniture has been terrible. I visited the Sawmill Rd store in early August after visiting multiple furniture stores in search of a sectional and being told that everything was on backorder 10-12 weeks due to Covid (which I totally understand). Much to my surprise, at Ashley, they told me that the sectional I was looking at was in stock and could be scheduled for delivery on 8/28. I was moving 8/22, and therefore sold my previous couch to avoid the hassle of moving it. On 8/23, I received an email saying delivery would be delayed to 9/24. On 9/19, I received an email saying delivery would once again be delayed to 12/1/2020. At this point, I sat on the phone with customer service for 2 hours before being connected to only be told that this couldn't be handled at corporate level and that I needed to go into the store. At the store, we spoke to the manager who told us that he saw a shipment with the sectional arriving mid-October and delivery should be no later than that. He said that he would talk to corporate because the delivery date made no sense, and that he would be calling me later in the week. After never hearing back from him, and multiple attempts to call the store, he finally responded via email and just said that there was "no update" to my order. This has gone on for weeks now, and today I received another standard email notification from Morris Furniture that delivery has once again been delayed to 12/15. Additionally, my credit card has been charged the full price for the sectional, which should usually not happen until delivery. While I am empathetic to the fact that we are in a pandemic and the supply chain has been severely disrupted, I never would have ordered from Ashley in the first place had I not been told the sectional was in stock. Customer service has been unaccommodating and extremely difficult to work with. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your furniture purchases.
Warning! If you order furniture, be prepared not to receive it for 6 months, due to "covid", (supposedly). It wasn't even a special order and it was still delayed, delayed, delayed. Not only was it late but they didn't deliver the dresser mirror with the dresser. Now they're saying we won't receive the mirror until February 2021, are you kidding me?!?! I get covid has messed up things, but really? Should definitely have better customer service then that!

Stay away! Don&'t waste your money like I did. Bought a bar height table and four chairs. Noticed that the chairs did not go together well on the showroom floor and was told it was just due to the fact that they were put together quickly for display. I was the fool for believing this story.The chairs, once delivered, were exactly the same poor quality as those on the showroom floor. Extremely poor construction. The chairs do not go together well and the cross bars do not fit together properly to provide the required stability.Contacted Ashley customer service multiple times to no avail. I also sent a letter to the President of Ashley/Morris Furniture and received no response. This is a company that is willing to take your money; sell you poor product; and they don&'t care.Save your money and spend it more wisely than I did. I know this review will not help me, but I hope it will save just one person the heartbreak of wasted money. No one should be throwing money away like this! Hold out for a company that cares about quality and provides customer satisfaction.

I rate 0 stars, the only good thing about this place are the nice salesman and saleswomen. I have patiently waited for my couch to be &"delivered&" by August 1. Waited an additional month before I decided to try and call them, then as I did call them I waited on hold two times for over an hour each time. Hung up the first time on accident bc I dropped my phone, then hung up the second time bc I was so frustrated. I ordered ONE sectional. It wasn&'t a huge order. Then they email me a few days ago that my delivery is scheduled the 8th. Okay cool I wasn&'t mad anymore at all and let it go. Just got a voicemail bc I missed the call bc I was at work, saying the my couch won&'t be here until September 25th. Like are you fucking kidding me. Don&'t order from this place, take your business elsewhere where they actually can answer their phones and go by when they say it will be delivered. Probably just wanted to make a sale not caring that I haven&'t had any furniture in my home to sit on because they told me it would only be a month before it gets here. I mean really how long does it take to build a fucking couch. And it&'s not even a big one it&'s a smaller sectional. Seriously read all the reviews and see what hell we all have been through, wish I would&'ve read them before I decided to place an order. Worse service. On hold with customer service for over hour. End tables delivered in box left in garage. The person did not have nak over nose when I bought them was told they would set them up. When they said deliver was 199 said why so high. Told they could deliver for 99. It was not explained to me it was drop off only. I am eldey and unable to get tables out of box. Delivery guy rude. Will never purchase from here again
I purchased a sectional online through Ashley Furniture in April which was delivered damaged by Morris Furniture in June. I reached out to customer service for a refund or replacement and was directed to contact Morris Furniture. Both Ashley and Morris have long wait times and direct you to leave a voicemail, but return calls are never received. Even sending emails to their customer care teams results in little to no contact. When contact was finally made (in August only after filing a dispute), only a replacement would be issued which was supposed to be delivered October 13th. Now the replacement has been rescheduled to November, but only if the item is received at the warehouse (which I highly doubt will happen since the item has been out of stock online since the day after I purchased it). I again asked for a refund which neither Ashley nor Morris will agree to and both companies blame each other for the problems. I am now working with an advocate in hopes of getting my money back and encourage anyone else to reach out to him if you're having issues with this horrible company. I rate 0 stars, the only good thing about this place are the nice salesman and saleswomen. I have patiently waited for my couch to be "delivered" by August 1. Waited an additional month before I decided to try and call them, then as I did call them I waited on hold two times for over an hour each time. Hung up the first time on accident bc I dropped my phone, then hung up the second time bc I was so frustrated. I ordered ONE sectional. It wasn't a huge order. Then they email me a few days ago that my delivery is scheduled the 8th. Okay cool I wasn't mad anymore at all and let it go. Just got a voicemail bc I missed the call bc I was at work, saying the my couch won't be here until September 25th. Like are you fucking kidding me. Don't order from this place, take your business elsewhere where they actually can answer their phones and go by when they say it will be delivered. Probably just wanted to make a sale not caring that I haven't had any furniture in my home to sit on because they told me it would only be a month before it gets here. I mean really how long does it take to build a fucking couch. And it's not even a big one it's a smaller sectional. Seriously read all the reviews and see what hell we all have been through, wish I would've read them before I decided to place an order. (My fault) This place and company fucking sucks and is overpriced for shitty customer service. Should've listed to everyone who said to go to value city.

Update, 8/14: My couch arrived today and it went ok! I'm upgrading my review from one star to three stars because my furniture did eventually arrive and it was what I ordered. I was unhappy earlier because the delivery service never called to let me know it would not be arriving as scheduled. I received my couch on 8/14 and I placed the order in the store on 6/26. I would probably not choose to buy here again, but feel my own experience was not nearly as bad as many reviews on here. I will say the delivery men were all courteous, as were the salesmen in the store. It is impossible to reach customer service over the phone, however.
So disappointed order my sofa on 5.29 . Sofa was to be delivered July 18. Now August 1 so I called to check Thursday July 30. Now August 13 when was I going to get a call. I've sold my sofa based on my schedule back in July. I contacted the store the guy that answer and tried to help me was rude. I understand the delays and was told of the delay when purchase that is why the said 7.18. I just want my sofa and a real date. 2 months is way to long and this was not a custom order. :(
Wait time to get calls answered 65 minutes!!!! Ordered and paid in full complete living room set. Delivery scheduled for August 1st. Now delayed til September 8th. Not acceptable despite PLandemic. Their delivery & customer service is terrible. Purchased a mirror & dresser over a month ago & were delivered without hardware to attach them. Called their customer care number several times, which has a 40 minutes to over an hour waiting time before a representative answers to let them know. They told us the hardware was out of stock & would be back in stock in about 2 or 3 weeks or so. We waited for several weeks about 4 weeks to call them & the hardware was in stock. They scheduled a technician to come attach the mirror to dresser. The scheduled date arrives & the technician didn’t show up after waiting at home almost the entire day. Called their customer care number only to be told that the driver/scheduler cancelled it. They cancelled it without even letting us know. The representative rescheduled for a different date, so we’re hoping the technician shows up this time. Cause the mirror has been sitting on the dresser for almost 7 weeks now, which is almost 2 months. Their furniture is pretty good, but their service is very dissatisfying, so I wouldn’t recommend them.
Ordered a bed and mattress set 5/23. 3 deliveries have been cancelled. First one I took off work for. Second one we had already gotten rid of daughter&'s bed to get ready for new one. Cancelled. Third try they cancelled morning of, I had rescheduled dental appointments so I would be home to finally get her bed. Now they are saying 9/4 for delivery and she is sleeping on her old mattress on the floor. So unacceptable and I feel I&'ll be cancelling this order and shopping elsewhere this next week.

I am in true disbelief in how this company is still operating. They sell furniture they don’t actually have. We ordered a couch in April. Our delivery date has been pushed back 7 times now!!!! We got rid of our old couch a few days before our original delivery date. So my family has had no couch in our living room for 3 months now. Covid is not an excuse at this point. We’ve ordered from several other furniture store in the past few months with only minor delays. Not three months and zero excuses. If this place was the last furniture store on the planet I would learn to build my own.

We just bought a house and after browsing many stores we found exactly what we were looking for at this store! A black table with drawers and gray accents! A sectional at the right price, perfect color and a TV stand to bring the room together! The salespeople were great, helpful and accommodating. However Customer Service and delivery were far from it! Every piece we ordered had something wrong with it! We received a used piece to our sectional that was unwrapped, put together, and tattered. It was all kinds of worn like it had been used or dragged while the other two pieces were wrapped and we had to put them together. Our TV stand middle door doesn&'t close and had so many noticeable scratches and chips. Finally the kitchen table that I was so excited about has a staple sticking out from the top! The benches were wobbly and whomever put the chairs together pushed too hard on the screws and left them cracked! (These were delivered pre-Corona, so not us.)I understand taking precautions to keep your employees safe and I have been more than accommodating. But after multiple e-mails and multiple phone calls we are still left paying full price for damaged products. No exchanges as it has passed 3 days, and I agreed to getting them serviced, and no discount as they have to escalate to management that could take 72 business hours. I have sent emails and forwarded emails, made phone calls, and have received almost zero follow up. They did send a technician to look at my furniture and he said he would have to cut out the staple and patch a brand new table and relay the other two to the company. I refused, cause, sorry, I don&'t want a patch in a table that is only two months old! If you are planning to buy Ashley furniture, but it online and get it shipped to you. The price will be better, shipping time will be faster, and customer service will be better. I bought the matching coffee table from Hayneedle and it only took 2 days and when we called to ask about getting the mechanism adjusted they gave us 30% off and they were already almost $100 less than Ashley! BTW the TV stand took almost 7 weeks to be delivered while it was available online at multiple retailers for 2 day delivery! Believe the reviews and safe yourself the hassle!
Our initial sales experience was fine, but do not expect any follow-up care if there are any issues with your furniture after they have completed the sale. We purchased a living room set. Upon delivery, there was a significant defect with one of the arms of the love seat. The delivery person noted it, took a photo, and contacted customer service on our behalf. We were told someone would contact us within the next few days to schedule a repair. Never happened. Over the past several MONTHS, we've left multiple messages with our salesperson, Lucas Lawson, and the parent company's customer service to try to get a simple fabric repair. We've never received a response. If you are lucky enough to receive the furniture you ordered without any issues, you may have a decent experience. But I wouldn't count on any follow-up customer service from this company.

Wonderful service from start to end
We just bought a house and after browsing so many stores we found exactly what we were looking for at this store! A black table with drawers and gray accents! A sectional at the right price, perfect color and a TV stand to bring the room together! The salespeople were great, helpful and accommodating. We got our products delivered, and although delivery took a while we were happy to have someone else carry and assemble the furniture. We are still waiting on the couch and TV stand, but for now the experience has been great.
So disappointed in my experience. I had purchased a bed frame over 2 weeks ago from this location. We opted for the pick up option since we live 10 minutes away from the location and was told it would be ready for pick up on March 11th.A week passed and I call (which it takes about 2 times of calling before I could ever get ahold of someone at the store) to ask the status of my delivery and they told me it wouldn&'t be until a week after my my expected delivery date for it to come in. The 17th comes and I call and they tell me that the delivery truck is late and to call back in a couple hours. I call later and they tell me to come. I get there about 45- 1 hour later and they tell me that the guy who was working the pick up location in the back was sent home sick with the CORONA VIRUS!! Then about 30 seconds later another guy comes to the front and says that now the guy is on his lunch break.. me and my boyfriend look confused because we feel half scared to get sick and half annoyed having to wait even longer, and start shopping around the store because what else are we going to do. About 30 minutes later the same salesman from the front tells us that pick up is ready and that he was hoping we would buy something while shopping (which we&'ve had such a unprofessional experience why would we want to buy something else when we haven&'t even gotten our bed yet!! But glad you&'re more worried about me spending more of my money than my getting the product I&'ve already purchased). Go to the back and there&'s one one guy working, he says the other two guys didn&'t show up for work and he&'s all by himself. No one ever checks nor suggests that we check the boxes to see if there were damages like they were supposed to. Then the salesman from the front comes to the back to take a smoke break and says to my boyfriend and I that &"we are lucky to even be getting our furniture today because Corperate is shutting the reviving bay due to the corona virus.&" and watches as me, the guy working the back, and my boyfriend struggle to get this bed in the back of our truck in the pouring rain.... LASTLY, we get home and almost every piece of our bed has some sort of chip on it. Not only that it has saw dust and markings like it&'s been used! I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience. I was even thinking about buying the matching dressers and end table, a bar and stools, and two couches next time we were in.. but absolutely not!!

Took one month to receive my bed frame and chest. Then chest was damaged and could not have it, still wont get a new one for two weeks. Bed frame is also scratched. Will not buy again from this store. I would advise everyone to go to a different furniture store. Severely disappointed. Update: store owner is useless, didnt help at all. STILL DO NOT KNOW WHEN I WILL RECIEVE MY ITEMS.
My husband and I had Maddy help us at the Dublin location and we gave her quite a headache with our specifications and with how many times we changed our minds. We searched at every furniture store in the city and finally found what we wanted. Maddy made sure we got it at the exact time we needed. It was a hassle looking for all the ones that we could get the same week. After hours and hours we got what we needed! The management was fantastic as well! Highly recommend!

This review is specifically for furniture pick up. The staff was friendly in helping get the furniture and speedy. We opted to skip on delivery because of the high fee but it was super simple to pick up. However I think it is very unprofessional that the Ashley home store staff uses the customer pickup and loading area for their smoke breaks. As we were waiting for our furniture, a group of employees stood in front of my vehicle and proceeded to smoke. There were other people also picking up their items so I think the smokers should have moved elsewhere.
Has anyone ever received an order from this Ashley Homestore? This store has strung me out for over 2 months! I ordered a &"stock&" recliner as a Christmas present at the beginning of December, the store said it was not in stock (should have been my first red flag) & that I won&'t come in until after Christmas, which we were ok with, the recliner didn&'t come in January either. Now it is February, they still don&'t have it, no end in sight. The reviews at the other Ashley&'s isn&'t this bad, I should have went to the Gemini Place location. Maybe Six on Your side should investigate.
Spent over 3k in the last month and still don’t have our tables. 2 salespeople have lied about delivery. Wish we could return the furniture. Very poor customer service
Found a chair I was interested in. As I live in a secured apartment building, I asked for a call before the truck arrived,so I can go downstairs to let them into the building. Person said that they're not obligated to call before hand. Also,one of the employees came into the store,swearing a blue streak. I won't give my money to a business that doesn't practice professionalism.

Do not purchase furniture from Ashley HomeStore or Morris Home. I wish I would have read reviews prior to placing an online order for a full bedroom set and office desk. My experience from initial delivery, 2nd delivery, 3rd delivery and even until today has been terrible. Initial delivery occurred and I was told that part of my order was not available. However the delivery team still assembled the bed with many missing pieces, most notably the legs for the bed slats. I spent 2+ hours on hold during the following days to explain that the bed was incomplete. I finally received help and was told I would receive a Brand NEW bed to replace the one with missing pieces. The second delivery was a few weeks later and the team showed up with only a few parts and ensured me this would solve the issue even after I had been promised a full replacement bed. This delivery team completely installed the legs and footboard drawers incorrectly and left the bed in worse condition than when they arrived. I again spent hours on hold with their customer service line trying to see what other pieces of the bed I was missing. I had to ask for assembly instructions as the delivery teams, who are outsourced to Morris Home, were not knowledgeable or helpful. 3rd delivery was a charm (5 weeks from initial delivery) as my bed was finally assembled correctly and complete. During this process I was never contacted or offered an apology for my service. It was very frustrating but I was at least happy to be done dealing with a completely inept company. Wishful thinking...I checked my credit card activity last week and noticed that Ashley furniture had tried to charge my card AGAIN not once, but TWICE for my full order (thousands of $) when I had paid in full on Dec 21st. I am again sitting on hold with their customer service line for the second time in 4 days to demand they stop charging my card. I have now wasted hours and hours of my life trying to fix their mistakes. No apology, no discount, just horrible customer service.
So i'm updating my review to a one star. Their sales experience was great but t that's about it. Like the others here mentioned, it all starts to fall apart after that. I bought a dining set from them some time in november and scheduled delivery for the 30th. They delivered my dining set without the legs for the table. They said i had to call customer service myself to ask them to schedule another delivery for a replacement. Why bring the table in the first place if it had no legs?! After 45 mins of being on hold, i deceived to drive to the furniture store to get my furniture delivery rescheduled for the 14th of january which was the earliest available day. On the day of delivery, i get a call from the saying they will have to deliver on a different day because they just noticed that the table was damaged. There's no sense of compassion, no proper quality assurance process and and concern for the customer after they get your money. Needless to say,i asked them to cancel the order. This was my first and most likely my last experience with ashley/morris furniture

Absolutely worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Ordered bed in store on 12/14. To be delivered 1/3. I get a call on 1/2 at 5pm to be told only half my order would be in the other is damaged and can't be delivered until 1/17. So now stuck at home with a matress and my old box spring as only one was available before the 17th. Will never spend another dime at this store and will not recommend to anyone. Prices might be good but the service and furniture is a complete joke.

After called customer service again, I was rerouted to 3 different people over a span of 3 days who were trying to help. Finally, on day 4, I told them that I wanted either a guarantee that I would have the legs delivered this weekend or I wanted the entire bed frame and mattress returned. Because they still couldn't find the legs, I told them I wanted it returned. They stated the mattress was non-refundable, which is ridiculous. But begrudgingly accepted and stated I wanted the frame returned. After being placed on hold for an excessive amount of time, they set up a return date. It was at that time that I asked for a discount or compensation on the mattress due to the issues that have happened, and they stated my "compensation" was allowing the return on the bed frame and not charging me a restocking fee. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of customer service and will NEVER be shopping at Ashley's again.

It&'s now been over 2 months since we&'ve ordered our sectional. Still no update and nobody in their call center returns a call or answers when you do call. I would advise consumers to avoid this experience and shop elsewhere. Very displeased with the customer care they&'ve shown. They were fast to charge our credit card but other than that we&'ve received nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My son has been having a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture (purchased sofa, chair, and loveseat). Was told all items were in at Dublin-granville store. Rented a uhaul to pickup only to find that the sofa was not actually there. The warehouse guy said the location listed wasn't even a spot they would store items. On top of that, we find after unwrapping the chair, it had a rip on one arm. Several weeks later, still waiting to get chair repaired and sofa delivered. Sofa was scheduled for delivery yesterday between 4 - 8pm. Got notified it would be delayed until 10 - 11pm. No one ever showed up or called and no one answers any of the three numbers available. Tired of wasting time. I told my son to contact BBB and request everything be picked up and they keep the sofa. No more dealing with Ashley. Pay the same or a little more and get better quality elsewhere. Ashley cushions cannot be flipped as only finished on one side. Poor customer service is a warning sign if you have any issues with the furniture.
How did you lose my furniture? I was home to receive my furniture from 8:30a-12:30 just like my messenger said. I spent the rest of the afternoon on hold with your customer care help line trying to find my furniture, and never spoke to anyone. Then I received a text at 7:19pm that my furniture was being delivered in 1 and a half hours, approx 8:30pm. I finally went to bed at 11pm, no furniture. Today I call customer care and my furniture needs to be reordered because they don’t know where it’s at. Delivery date 2/10/20. Yes, February. Unacceptable!!!! Someone needs to contact me and fix this!!!!!
We purchased a new couch from here three weeks ago and was told we’d have to wait until Dec. 22 for delivery. It’s a busy time of year, no worries - we’re willing to wait a little extra. We got a voicemail today now saying it won’t be delivered until January 11th. When we called back a couple hours later we were kept on hold for over twenty minutes, and then when we got transferred to the store got put on hold again. In the few hours between getting the voicemail and speaking to an associate at the store we were informed there was nothing he could do, there’s “probably” nothing a manager can do, and that the delivery was now pushed back again to January 13th. This terrible service is certainly not worth the extra $100 for delivery. We were also not informed it was an extra $100 for delivery when we bought the couch (delivery was free online). If we would’ve known we were being charged an extra hundred dollars for such poor service we would have picked up the couch ourselves or taken our business elsewhere. Trying to cancel this order now because we aren’t waiting a month and a half for a new couch.
Unbelievably frustrating to try and pick up furniture at this location. They have one person in the warehouse it's my third attempt and I still haven't been able to pick up my furniture. Not only that, but we're lined up and waiting at the door at 2 PM and no one's there. When someone finally comes they don't even know what they're doing. You guys need to get your act together
Purchased a bedroom set and couch. Items were not delivered on the day we signed for, and when the furniture arrived, bed slats were missing. When replacement slats arrived, they too were broken. Reached out 3 times by phone to ask for partial refund and were never given a penny. Horrible quality, even worse customer service. Every one star review is saying the same thing....delivery service and horrid, with items being "forgotten on trucks" and delivered broken.
We were pleasantly surprised after walking into the store with the variety of choices and the competitive prices. The quality of service and product is better than we have found elsewhere. The delivery was prompt and we really love our new couch. It makes the room we put it in the favorite place in our house to relax.
Knew which sofa I wanted when I came into the store. Bill was able to direct me immediately to the sofa based on a quick description and was able to even recommend a couch that better fit what I wanted!

Bought a dining set from this place. Quality control is non existent. Table was missing lacquer around an edge... one chair had a damaged cushion. Replacement has been slow. Emails have been ignored. Have contacted them 3 times by phone now. It has been a month and 2 weeks since starting the replacement process after having to wait 1 month for delivery. Take your business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I ordered 5 items on the same day, delivery was rescheduled several times. The first attempted delivery only brought 2/5 items because they “forgot” to load the rest on the truck and received the wrong box springs. The remaining items were then scheduled to come the next day. The delivery guy brought 2/3 items and said he was going back to the truck to get the last item and got in his truck and LEFT!! I had to go to the store to pick up the last item. The box springs arrived with a hole in the bottom, and the delivery guys unwrapped my couch outside and then knocked it off the top of my front door tearing the fabric in one section, which I had to superglue. Not to mention he knocked over my tv in the bedroom with the mattress. They need to hire delivery guys who actually care and make the delivery fee worth the ridiculous $149. I love the quality of my furniture, but will never buy from them in the future unless it’s something I can pick up myself in my car.

I purchased 5 items from this store. Delivery was rescheduled 3 times within 2 weeks. The first attempted delivery was supposed to have all 5 items, only had 2/5. The delivery guy &"forgot&" to put 75% of the order in the truck. The second attempted delivery brought all 3 items, BUT only successfully delivered 2. The delivery man said he was going back to the truck to retrieve the 3rd item, but instead got in his truck and LEFT. Had to pick up remaining item at the store. Also, my box springs that arrived was not the one I ordered, and when the one I actually ordered finally came, it HAD A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM! Brand new and has a hole? Not to mention the fact the delivery guy knocked my tv over when he placed the box springs in my bedroom. Great quality furniture but the delivery SUCKS!! They need to hire NEW delivery personnel that actually care and want to make your experience worth the $149 delivery fee.You&'re only as good as your service and my experience was a nightmare. Buyers beware of their delivery and customer service. I love my new furniture but it was an absolute nightmare to actually get the furniture. Do NOT buy from here unless you are able to pick up the furniture yourself. LESSON LEARNED!
Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a bedframe, delivery was scheduled for early October and ended up getting pushed back. . Was offered nothing to help out. Took multiple days off work to wait for delivery, then it was canceled last second every time. Was pushed back 5 times before I finally had to cancel the order. Will never ever shop here again. Wish I could give no stars. Now need to find a new bed frame when my matrees has already been laying on the floor for 4 months
This location will sell you on upholstery warranty and then will refuse to cover when an issue arises. Morris/Ashley and their warranty company GPP should not be trusted and the sales folks will not be truthful in what is covered in the warranty. Additionally, despite a warranty being for 5 years, they may not carry the fabric that long and look for reason not to cover. I would suggest avoiding this store for that reason, as they will hard sell you on a $130 warranty that covers your upholstery, and then deny you when you actually have an issue arise. UPDATE - the store no longer uses GPP. It doesn't really solve my issue, but all the people in store were understanding and seem to have moved towards working with more reputable third party warranty companies.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY! I wish I could give this trash company negative stars.We placed our order at the beginning of July. Our order was not officially completed until the beginning of October. ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER. Oh, but they STILL BILLED US from the initial delivery date. Imagine paying for a piece of furniture that you don&'t have? Ya, that&'s Ashley&'s business model.We had 8 SEPARATE DELIVERIES. They brought us damaged items 3 times; they brought us the wrong item 3 TIMES IN A ROW; and 2 times the delivery truck just didn&'t show up. So much missed time at work for these clowns.Their customer service is absolute garbage. Actually, it&'s non-existent. The pathetic management running their customer care has no accountability to anyone. We had to resort to calling them multiple times a day, essentially harassing them, in order to get anything fixed and accomplished. After reading through numerous other reviews on Yelp and Twitter, I won&'t be surprised if Ashley goes out of business in the next few years.Please do not give this company a second of your time and go somewhere else.

Three purchases that not one was delivered correctly. I purchase the entire Leo bedroom set for my son and had it delivered. It showed up all banged up and instead of replacing the items I had to drive the items to the warehouse and have them painted/touched up myself (didn't get a refund on the delivery fee). Then they ordered a full sofa sleeper instead of the queen that I paid for. This time my bedroom set is missing the legs to the bed. Three strikes you are out Ashley. I've missed so much time at work from the incompetence. I'd really like my "premium delivery" fee back and I'm never buying from your stores ever again. I still have a dining room set to purchase and it will NOT be from Ashley.
I worked with John Baroni, he was super patient and amazing. My couch would not fit through my door during a move so I was not in the mood to buy a couch. John stuck with me as I went from loveseat to loveseat trying to get the most for my limited space.

I don't have much good to say about the store. Went in to at a powered recline with lumbar support. Throughout the entire store as fast as I could tell there none of the powered furniture pieces was plugged in. And when the sales person plugged in the only one in the store they had it arranged with a coffee table so you couldn't use the actual recliner with rearranging their display. The salesperson seem to not really care about my experience either. Needless to not impress and I might not ever step foot in the store again.
The staff was so polite and had great senses of humor😅😂.
THE WORST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I&'ve purchased furniture at this location and my furniture arrived over a month late, when I was going to pick up my furniture they informed me it was arriving late, they did not let me know it was going to be late until the day I was going to pick it up. My bed frame was missing the support slats and they gave me slats from a different bed frame set (one slat was already broken and stapled together). The slats are not properly supporting my mattress so my bedframe is becoming damaged, I went into the store to try and solve the problem and was told they&'d give me a call later in the evening, its been 3 days now with no phone call, i&'ve called yesterday and today only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Awesome customer service. We pulled up 8 min before the store closed, the other night. We were worried we didn't make it in time. But a sales associate held the door open for us, he was just about to lock and helped us with our purchase.

Waited 3 weeks for my furniture (they advertise next day service) and bed to be delivered only to recieve a message THE DAY OF my delivery (3 weeks after I purchased items) to say there was only 1 piece of my split box spring set available to be delivered and upon delivery of my items the box spring wasnt even delivered with what was available. Have tried reaching out to both the store AND customer service to find out when it may be delivered and speak with someone regarding this matter no one knows anything about it. Finally get through to store customer service only to be transferred elsewhere to have to end up leaving a message. No service at all!

The customer service for this store is absolutely atrocious. I bought some furniture and paid to have it delivered the following week; however, the salesman hit the wrong button to place the order for delivery, and the furniture was not brought to my house on the scheduled day. This was annoying, but not anything to freak out about. Errors happen. However, I had to call the home store 4 or 5 times in order to even get a hold of said salesman. I had my number taken down on multiple occasions so the salesman could "call me right back". This never happen. I had to call 4 or 5 times over the course of three hours just to get an answer on what was going on. After FINALLY getting a hold of the salesman, he apologized for the mishap and rescheduled a delivery for the following weekend. I told him that I was only available after a certain time that day, and he said he could talk to the team to get them to deliver the furniture late that day to fit my schedule. Fast forward a week. I receive a call telling me that my furniture will be delivered between 10-2 the following day. This is the exact time I told the salesman that I would not be available. I called the store and was passed off multiple times, and after a brief discussion with a representative, was told that they would contact me ASAP after they discussed the issue with their store manager. I now sit here four hours later, with no call back (once again). Don't buy from this store. Just don't do it.

Excellent service inside, but that’s where it stops. Came to pickup my furniture, and the employee at the customer pickup literally dolly’s furniture one foot outside the door, dumps it on the sidewalk and disappears. I’m all by myself trying to load a sectional sofa into a trailer. One would think that when you’re dropping $3000 on a piece of furniture, the LEAST they could do is help you load it into your car. Won’t be bringing my business back next time I need new furniture. Absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered a couch last Tuesday with a visa gift card given as a move-in promo for my new apartment. The pick up day would be this coming Wednesday. The next day, I received a call saying the accounting department had cancelled my order because the gift card was entered in manually, so I had to go all the way back in to reorder the couch. I couldn’t go back until Thursday, but the salesman assured I would still be able to pick it up the couch this coming Wednesday. I ordered the couch, had the paperwork in hand, then the salesman tells me I can’t pick up the couch til Friday. I told him that wasn’t an option and that I was assured a Wednesday pick up. I was told it would be monitored and I would receive a call if it wouldn’t be coming in. Thankfully I called today (Monday) because the couch isn’t coming until Friday and no one contacted me. The salesman I worked with did nothing to remedy the situation besides tell me I could cancel my order if I wished. He continued to blame the accounting department for the problem. Needless to say it was a frustrating experience all around. I cancelled the order and just ordered a couch at Value City Furniture. I ordered it just now and am picking it up in less than 48 hours.

I love the fact that Ashley Furniture has a wide variety of choices to choose from. All different styles, shapes , and colors. The location in the Polaris area is the best one yet. Mike Saleh and his manager are extremely accommodating and willing to help with anything and everything you need. Whether it’s helping you figure out your style or staying almost an hour after their shift ended to assist my boyfriend and I. Mike Saleh was also very patient in assisting me when I was extremely indecisive and couldn’t decide on what I wanted right away. He gave lots of input and shared in our excitement. Loved the ENTIRE experience.

Do not do business with the store if you purchase anything that has a power component to it. I purchased an oversized power recliner on 04/20/2019, they delivered it on 05/06/2019, and it quit working on 05/23/2019. Took until 06/05/19 to get the "repair" guy here. He. of course, has no parts with him so they have to mail me a new power model that goes into the wall. He assures me this is the problem. The model arrives on 06/08/19. I can assure you that it is not the power model as the chair still does not work. I called Ashley again and they want nothing to do with this inferior product. They just connected you with the service center out of Dayton. They set up another visit with the repair folks but I will be waiting another week. Ashley refuses to replace the chair. I refuse to accept this and have reported them to the Ohio Attorney General's Office for selling an inferior product and not standing by their customer.

Although the staff is friendly and helpful I found the quality of their items was not in line to what I would want in furniture and even accent pieces.
Few weeks ago, we purchased a new mattress. Natacha Simeon was great! She was very helpful, she gave us time to look around and was not pushing any sales. Whenever we had questions she was there to answer them. The delivery was very prompt as well. Great experience. We love our new king size bed. Thank you Natacha! :)

We were then helped by Rob who as well, was very professional and helpful when we bought our furniture. Very welcoming environment and awesome customer service. I have very disappointed bad experience with Ashley , I bought two sofas they told me any area touches the body is real leather and the back is bonded leather, and they were trying to poke the one they have on display it was so hard so they made me believe they and trust them and THAT WAS WRONG.... the one they shipped to me totally different leather it start looking so cheap and got scratched .... i have the pictures and send it to the customer service via email, and they respond to me after a month telling me they Denied the case to solve the issues!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY STORE AGAIN.
Terrible experience with the GM, Ty, at the store. Paid for delivery of items and of course they messed it up. Missed the delivery day, then damaged both pieces. Hole in the bed frame and dirty mattress. Ty offered no help. I have ordered many things over the years and delivery is always a huge issue.

I ordered 2 rooms full of furniture for my office space, (sectionals/chairs/coffee & end tables/rug etc.), and NOT ONE PIECE was delivered on time. I had to reach out on my own, since no one told me and no updated message system alerted me, and was told many excused as to why I have to reschedule. From "our delivery guys decided to not show up for work today" and "I see the date listed here in notes for your delivery day but no one placed the order so I will have to do that now and you are not getting delivery today". The days available that were not 2 weeks out was on weekends (again for my office space, so kinda hard to get access to the building for something that wasn't guaranteed to be delivered). When I finally got the delivery, pieces were stained with something in a color I really didn't want to know what it came from. So I had to get them cleaned. I have had to reject pieces due to damage with major cracks in them, and go through the hellish experience of rescheduling that delivery. I have had missing pieces in the order, like the pillows that came with the order (still missing one), and a side table that finally had to be reordered. No one would help me or talk to me regarding my order until I received my full order. Do you know how long that took, and how hard it was with all the damaged pieces, and delayed deliveries?! So I waited... And when I finally tried to call management on these matters, I have a chain of people that have promised to call me back and still haven't. Yes, I have waited the 72 hours, multiple times patiently for each one to call me back...and still no phone calls. So I keep trying to call in to get someone with actual authority that can rectify this horrible experience of a situation. Every time I call, I get someone that wants to take down my name and number, to have a manager call me back. I think I have 5 managers that are suppose to call me back right away and its been days since those calls. Or representatives that promised that someone will call me back within 10-15 minutes knowing this is urgent..and still no call after hours of waiting. The GM of the branch I ordered this from was suppose to call me back to make sure I received a call from the CS manager within the 72 hour window promised, since this has been a nightmare. He tole me he "personally" called the CS to have a manager contact me and marked it urgent. Still no call from EITHER side... I finally got to someone with "authority" and for everything that I experienced, having everything I ordered have an issue attached to it...they wanted to give me...are you ready? ....... 0.05% reimbursement! YEP! After all of that, less than tax on the order! 5% I am hoping this message reaches someone with the authority to call me and make right of this situation. Absolutely incredible it got this far....

We upgraded to a king mattress and had to find a matching headboard for our bedroom set. After a horrible experience with a large online store I shopped most stores in the Polaris area and stopped at th new Ashley location. The salesperson was knowledgeable and made a few suggestions using the digital display then we walked to the actual display in the store. I only needed a headboard and not rails/footboard and they accommodated that request. Delivery was under a week. They arrived on time, set up and in/out in under 10 minutes. Price including delivery was competitive. Entire experience was very good.
My mother and I went in and had an amazing experience with Luke. He was knowledgeable about all the furniture. Was able to point us in the right direction based off our needs. Explain to us about the type of fabrics and had no problem moving pillows to other chairs to see if they matched our sectional. He made our day and Choice so much easier. We had visited 5 other stores before stopping and we wished we would have just started there before hand. We are now waiting on our new furniture to arrive and hope to get many years out of it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LUKE for your customer service experience you dont find many like him left! Thank you again!
We have no rating, but had to do a one to enter this discussion, as this buying experience has been hell on earth. Bought a mattress, that would not fit up the staircase. There was not a No return policy discussed at the time of purchase. My husband offered to try and have at our expense remove the arm railing leading up to save everyone problems. The delivery men said no problem as we had seven days to return the mattresses and the mattress cover. Even that did not work. Out of pocket for that attempt. My husband called the store and spoke with layers of management until we were told at a higher level, "she does not speak to people." Are you people nuts? Know this, we will get a refund, and if not, we have a plan to disparage this malarkey on social media, with an attorney, and the attorney general of Ohio, my husband begins radiation therapy monday, I am in NO MOOD.

Do not buy anything from this company!! It's a waste of your time. I bought a sectional from them and within a month it started falling apart and they would not cooperate with anything I asked. They tried sending a service tech to my house and scheduled it twice and both times no one showed up. Then the third time someone came and told my husband and I how he knew the company was terrible and he was sorry he couldn't help us anymore than he had already. Now I'm being forced to pay for a $1000 couch that is falling apart at the seams and looks like it's 10yrs old I just tapped one star bc it made me to do it in order to post. But they don't deserve anything!!!

Customer service after I made my purchase was horrible. They never called when my item was finally available so it sat in their warehouse and not in my home for a week. There were no holes in the bottom of the ottoman to screw the legs into. Instructions made it clear they should have been pre drilled. Picked up another item in fairborn and they were on their phones texting and chatting for 15 minutes while I waited having no clue what I was waiting for. Overall they just don't seem to want to retain my business.

Good furniture reasonable prices but had delivery issues
I've been shopping with Ashley stores since 2005. My last experience at this location is my worst ever in buying a big ticket item. After deep comparison shopping, I bought the Gabriela storage bedroom set during the Thanksgiving sale. First, the bed came without the storage drawers. I relied on the online photographs for my purchase and I didn't really like the set when it came. I went to the store the day it was delivered and told the manger, Ty and the showroom manager, Fatima, both of whom I was communicating with that I wanted to get something else. I picked out the Porter set, however, when I got back home I realized the height of the Gabriela allowed extra storage beneath and I needed that for my small apartment. I called and emailed both managers to let them know that I was canceling my new order so all they needed to do was schedule delivery of the storage drawers. Fatima emailed me back to say that the storage set did not automatically come with the storage drawers and I would have to pay extra for them. I could not believe it because she was who processed my order. I had to email her the quote I got from Big Sandy before she gave me a price of 25% off the price listed online. I had to prove to her that the bed was advertised with the drawers by copying the photographs and the description and paste them in an email to her, reminding her that selling the bed without the drawers amount to false advertising. At this point, she insinuated that I was ungrateful by telling me she had gone above and beyond for me and scheduled delivery for the storage drawers almost two weeks later when I was going to be out of town for a while. I pointed that out to her, spoke with Ty and asked them to consider the fact that it was their error so they should make the effort to deliver as soon as possible before I left. They insisted that that was impossible. Fast forward to January 22nd, when I was making a payment on my finance account. I realized my available balance was incorrect so I called the finance company to find out why. There was a hold on my account I was told because the hold on the Porter was never released. I quickly emailed Ty and told him there was still a hold and asked that they release it. He didn't respond so on the 29th I emailed him again at 12:03 a.m. He emailed me back at 7:20 a.m. to tell me the hold was released. In good faith, I believed him but when I checked again the next day, the hold was still on my account. He proceeded to tell me the hold was charge for the storage drawers and it was already canceled. He added that the drawers were available for delivery. I called the finance company to dispute the charge but was told they could not until the charge actually happen. In my response, I actually had to tell Ty to call Merchant Services to remove the hold on my account, but I am sure that was part of their training. I have dealt with furniture stores before. I believe they knew all along what they were doing but were being malicious and vindictive because I canceled the second order. These people don't belong in customer service. If I have to be telling the how to treat customers, I am the one Morris Furniture Company should be paying. In the wee hours of the morning today, I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. After complete documentation of about 30 emails between us since December, at 8:21 this evening Ty sent me a simple email, "these funds have already been released from your financing account. Please check your available credit." In hind sight I don't know why I expect different. I stood in the store and watch them deal with a disgruntled couple the day I had gone in to select the Porter. I sat and waited until they were done before I finalized my transaction. In the meantime, I will patiently wait until they decide to deliver the storage boxes for my bed. If they get some personal satisfaction from delaying delivery they can go ahead and enjoy it. I refuse to get worked up, actually, some days I forget that it didn't arrive.

Ruben was very pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Told him Im not buying tonight , already working with someone and just wanting to look on my own. He insisted on me telling him who so he could get her and I told him not ready or needing help but I will come and ask when Im ready. Left me alone for a minute and the first couch Im looking at he pops up saying we have it in stock right now.. I repeated what he didn’t listen to before and he insisted on it because he saw me taking pictures for research.. I get being a bad listener and being so focused on your ultimate goal of earning commission.. but do I also have to explain my intentions to you for every move I make that you happen to stalk? This is why I won’t come back. Value city is much more laid back and know how to deal with people. I sell cars and do very well. From one sales person to another.. just chill and listen. You cost your friend a sale and your company business.
the lady who was helping me was very friendly but the manager Ty was so awkward and too aggressive. Every time I would look up he was always somewhere near acting as if he wasn't following me around the store but I knew he was even after I told him I would reach out to the lady who greeted me if I needed anything. After his 3rd attempt to approach me, he told me he was the general manager and I should "feel honored to have his attention" that rubbed me the wrong way, especially after he continued to follow me around even after I told him I was feeling uncomfortable.

Excellent experience at this location. Ordered a new couch and it was delivered on time. Ordered an end table and entertainment console and both of those were delivered with no issues.
I guess this is about all Ashley furnitureWe bought a reclining couch and love seat a couple years ago and when we did we were talked into buying the warranty for it. (5 year warranty)We were told that if anything went wrong they would come get and either fix or replace.We have a seam split in the couch and are being told it does not cover seam splits. (seam in seat of couch--looks like rotted)I would think that&'s a manufactures defect which this warranty is supposed to cover.I will never buy from Ashley furniture again and I recommend you don&'t either--if you do, DO NOT buy warranty
