Not too bad. Went there to check out something we seen advertised online but did not like it in person. The first salesman was polite and helpful, showed us some other options though none quite matched the specs we kept giving him. It was close to closing time and that staff left and the other salesman was more aggressive in trying to sell us something we did not want (a pet peeve of mine). Their sales are nice and some of their sofa and recliners looked well made. We may be back

The store had a good selection of sofas and love seats. John B was patient and let us explore the store while checking periodically. Not at all pushy, but very helpful. Overall great experience. Will come back.

Very disappointment with AJ and manager not honest communcation with my wife and me.... Told me put in credit card number and i have called headquarter and told should put debit card and put me stress... give me hard time and not call back.... very upset them.... Ricky help me and better.....need to watch out...

We purchased $4,000 in furniture from this location and our furniture started ripping apart less than 30 days after we received it we have been calling for six months now and anytime we call Ashley furniture they tell us it’s not their problem that we need to call Saw enterprise who is the repair furniture company they use that as an absolute joke we’ve had three technicians come out all three have told us that it was a manufacturing default and that they needed to replace all furniture but yet Ashley furniture will do nothing for us nor will saw furniture! It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat customers when their name is on the furniture and they should want their customers to be happy and have furniture that looks nice versus are $4000 worth of furniture looks like we dug it out of the dumpster anybody who is thinking about purchasing from them run!! The wood inside our ottoman is completely snapped in half both of our reclining chairs where you sit and right where they stitched the chair together is completely ripped and I provided pictures every single pillow on the sectional is coming apart at the seams and all Ashley furniture wants to say is it’s not our problem! We also bought their protection plan but apparently you only have 30 days to report some thing when initially happens but Ashley furniture told us to call Saw enterprise not the warranty company so now the additional protection plan we bought won’t do anything either because we called Saw enterprise first like we were told by the managers at Ashley furniture!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't shop here, or at any store owned by Morris Furniture. I was charged over $200 more than what I was expecting (they snuck a $120 insurance charge [no joke, they just charged me for insurance I didn't want without even mentioning it] and charged me nearly $70 more than the agreed upon price for the item because they forgot to price match it). When I went back into the store to get these charges corrected, I had to argue with a salesman for 10 minutes who kept trying to get me to keep the insurance. In addition, I've been waiting over 2 months for part of my order to be fulfilled, and I don't even have an estimate on when it'll be ready. If you need to contact their customer service for any reason, expect to be on hold for at least half an hour (I've called 3 times and ended up waiting a minimum of 30 minutes every time). Order numbers via Ashley don't actually work of Ashley's site, they only work on Morris' site. Found that out after an hour of frustration when trying to track my order. Suffice to say, I'm cancelling my order and taking my money to Amazon. EDIT: It has now been over a week and they haven't refunded my money. EDIT 2: The sheer incompetence of this store is beyond me. I called to cancel my order and was told I would have a refund in 7-10 days. 11 days go by and no refund is issued. I called them again, and it turns out they forgot to process my refund after they cancelled my order. This store is awful and they simply don't care.
