Ordered a full bedroom set ($3,500). Process in-store was great, Rick Lehst was fantastic to work with. The delivery and customer service experience after the sale couldn't have been worse. Everything in the set was delivered except the box spring. I was told they loaded the wrong size in the truck and someone would be in touch to bring out the correct size. Nobody called, waited two days. I finally reached out and have been ignored, accused of being dishonest and given the run-around. It's been a week and still not resolved. Can't sleep in the bed without a box spring. I will never do business with them again, all over a $200 box spring that Kristian with customer care via text won't help me with. I finally ordered a box spring from Amazon just so I can sleep in the bed. Avoid doing business here.

David David was an absolutely amazing help, staying later than the store closed and making sure we had the best help possible. He literally helped me choose a couch when I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in. Amazing help from David David!!

Changing my review from 5 to 1 star. I was told in person that they price matched my order to the website to save. They promised a competitor price match in person and in my paperwork. When I called because I found my sectional for almost $500 less plus free white glove delivery (I paid $279), they refused to match and told me they never applied any discount on my original order. Seems like a weird sales tactic lying to a customer telling them you gave them the best price in person, then another employee letting you know a discount was never applied.

editing my review because of the awful customer service and delivery service that myself and my partner have received. the price of the couch we ordered was put on a significant sale online, several days after ordering. it is written in our documentation and verbally explained to us that we can price match if the price lowers before the delivery date. my partner called and inquired, and store staff (no name given, of course) was extremely rude to my partner and hung up on her. we were just interested in seeing if we could get that discounted price, that’s all. then, the delivery company claimed that they could not deliver our couch because they were worried about their delivery truck “hitting our power lines”, y’know, the ones as tall as our 2-story apartment complex. they left without warning and with next to no communication or without a chance for us to respond. my partner has attempted to call, text, email, use the web form and live chat to no avail. what an absolute joke. it’ll be even more of a joke if we are charged the $100 re-stock fee for the delivery company’s inability to deliver or have any decent communication, but we’ll see I guess. I won’t remove the part about david and frank, because they were genuinely great, but everything after the fact has been awful. now we are without a couch for who knows how long and out $2,500. ————————— david and frank were great in helping us get a new couch and coffee table!! way easier than buying a car, that’s for sure
