Leaving 1 star because I have had to take time off from work twice already to wait for delivery but there has been issues with my item(dinning table) twice.No one called to let me know ahead of time.I found out when I called to check on the status of my delivery.I have met good customer service representatives and also very rude ones.I have been told the table will be delivered on the 9th.I hope I get it this time around.

Our experience at Ashley Home Store/Morris Furniture Company was excellent. Our sales person was Kamsi and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. The day we went in, the power had gone out out so they couldn’t sell anything, but we were welcomed in an had a look around. We were looking for a kitchen table set. We saw two possibilities so we took measurements and went home to check fit. Kamsi told us the power was supposed to be back by 4:30 and she would call me if it came on by then. She did just that, and we returned to make our purchase. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. The delivery team lead by Mike Hernandez was great. Took care bringing it all in and assembling it all.

John was great to work with, and was very friendly! He answered all of our questions and was happy to help.

The quality is awful. I barely had my sectional a year before it started having issues. I filed a warranty claim and they never fixed the couch properly. Getting ahold of customer care is a nightmare and each representative has no record of the previous conversations. After 7 months, my couch is still not fixed and they no longer want to cover the repair because it took them so long I am now out of warranty. I will never get another piece of furniture from them. The quality just is lot there. What a complete waste of thousands of dollars for a couch that is falling apart in less than a year.

We were looking for a high table with matching high chairs with cushions. We stopped in at Ashleys furniture store and was greeted at the door by Emmanuel and he took us to the table that we ended up buying plus we wanted a rug too. When we purchased a second home in Florida 9 years ago, I went to the local Haverty's, placed my order, and had it delivered out of the closest store to our Florida home. Purchasing a second home back in Ohio, I mistakenly assumed I could do that with an Ashley store too, not knowing that they were independently owned. Local salesman, John, couldn't have made it any easier. I just provided him with the item's description and code, and he took care of the rest! Pictures include the Bradney swivel accent chairs (very comfortable and where I have my coffee every morning!), Vallardia king size bed and nightstands (not pictured, both dressers with mirror and Nectar mattress, also very comfortable), Lavenhorn reclining sofa, loveseat and recliner, which are perfect. We don't have floor outlets so opted to go with manual recliners. Although the first Tobinville accent table arrived with a cracked top, it was reordered and delivered ASAP. We had a few little hiccups along the way, but overall, shopping at Ashley's was a very good experience! Thank you for working with me John!

Jill was amazing! She has a fun personality and was super upbeat and positive! However I have had drivers come to my home three times with furniture patterns that do not match. It appears that the furniture designer changed patterns at some point, and the warehouse just put the rest of the previous patterns with the updated one to get rid of them. They also accidentally sent two extra chairs that still didn’t match on the second trip to my home. On 8/5/25 (third trip) they sent drivers to come pick up the additional chairs and l was told that they would bring two chairs that match as well, but that did not happen. I was told a photo would be sent before drivers left the warehouse and that also did not happen. This is obviously a warehouse issue, but whoever is in charge should be on top of things and ensuring that items match before going out. This experience has not been pleasant.

They did a good job, they had a good sale going on and said it was free delivery. The salesperson said there would be some minor assembly. It took about an hour and a half to put 4 chairs in together. While pulling out the parts, l noticed one of the legs had a peice of wood split. The are making it right though. They are replacing the parts for me.

I recently purchased from this location and I was let down when the dresser arrived scratched up. I called and was treated rudely by an employee by the name of Emanuel. I then was connected to Trent who was able to help me as well as provide a way to receive a new dresser.

This Company is a total rip-off. I spent over $3K on a custom sofa, only to have it pill after delivery within 2 weeks. After opening a BBB complaint, they agreed to give a$1K credit. Unfortunately, they never actually GAVE ME the credit. Even after confirming with the credit card company multiples times that they NEVER put through the credit, they continue to lie and say they did. Do NOT risk your money with this shady company.

Jill was great. I came in one Saturday and wasn't sold 100% but was pretty sure I'd be back. Jill didn't try to pressure me into a sale, infact she was happy to give me the space I needed. I ended up coming back the following weekend and bought a sofa with her help. Delivery was a breeze and she made sure to let me know to contact her directly if there were any issues so she could sort it out personally.

Yesterday I had a bunk bed with a ladder delivered and assembled. I am leaving 1 star due to them not placing screws in the bottom 2 steps of the ladder. I did not notice this until my daughter started climbing up and the steps gave out. This is very unsafe and I am completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this store nor their delivery/assembly services. In addition to the poor assembly, the people who came out were very unprofessional.

My experience in store was great. The reason for the one star is for the delivery. We decided to do bronze delivery as we could put it together once it was all in our living room. Unfortunately, when the delivery drivers came (there were two) only one of them was actually willing to help move our furniture. My husband actually had to help move them. Some of the pieces were wrapped in plastic and some of them were in huge boxes. My husband was able to help the driver move the ones in plastic through the front door but they were unable to fit the boxes through.My husband suggested to go through our back door which is wider and leads into our living room but they refused to walk through grass. Now we have huge boxes in our garage they me and my husband will have to carry in. This is not acceptable service, we understand that we did not pay the extra $300 to put it together but we paid a lot just to get them to be delivered to our house into our living room and now half the sectional is sitting in our garage!! They made us pay for delivery and my husband had to carry it and it’s not even in the right room.

Really disappointed. We spent almost $2k on bedroom dressers from this store and were promised delivery in any room of our choosing. When the truck showed up they said they could not take the boxes up the stairs because they wouldn’t be able to get a good grip on them. Seems like a bizarre thing to suddenly realize upon arrival. We spent all day on the phone with customer service, each person we talked to told us something different. By the end of the day we came to the realization we were being gaslit the entire time. These delivery companies get paid by the number of deliveries they do so their goal is to spend minimal time at each. Meaning they make up excuses not to finish the delivery so they can move on to the next and there’s nothing you can do about it. Ashley has been no help to us. I am pregnant so I cannot lift these 200 lb boxes up the stairs. Lesson learned - we will not be shopping here again.

Bought bedroom dressers from them. Delivery service would not bring them up the stairs even though the bronze service includes delivery to "room of choice" just not unboxed. Spoke with customer service 3 times with 3 different answers. (They'll come back right away, they'll call you and come back today, and finally they won't come back until 6 days from now). Delivery team said they were afraid of damaging our house and that's why they wouldn't bring it up the stairs. Not sure how a delivery service gets by saying that. Stairs are a 36"wide straight shot from the front door. (Boxes are 20" wide). So don't expect your item to be delivered where you want it to be if you buy from Ashley/Morris unless you shell up more money for the "platinum service". They offered to come back 6 days later with the platinum service so somehow in-between those 2 services "safety" isn't the issue.

We bought a couch from here and delivery was horrible. Did not get to test buttons or look furniture over before delivery team left. When I went to check on something in Different part of the house came back and front screen door and inside door was left wide open and they left. Contacted the store and GM called me back. He said he would get with the higher mgr and call me back in 24hours. Still waiting on that call back to this day. I have and will continue to tell everyone not to go to Ashley. Customer satisfaction is NOT their top priority.

We originally came in to Ashley just to browse and ended up buying a new kitchen table. Jill helped us two days in a row and was absolutely amazing both days. She was informative, knowledgeable and super personable. We will be coming back to her for any future furniture purchases!

I will never buy from Ashley again!!! Wish I could give a zero star!!! We had damage to our floor from an in home delivery back in September 2024 and Ashley does not take any responsibility for the damage so, buyers beware!!! Once you purchase from Ashley their contractor delivery is now responsible for any damage that occurs not Ashley!!! The deliverer and their insurer are ghosting us after dropping ON PURPOSE our brand new furniture and putting a hole in our floor and Ashley does not help in anyway and pushes you off onto the delivery contractor and their claims department. Very poor customer service that makes the buyer have to hunt down the claims for damage to property for 3 months!!! Apparently they prefer small claims court over an excellent customer service review. Very disappointed and makes me wonder how they would feel if it happened to them? Update: We immediately added Aja in an email that included all the previous emails we had received from their delivery service Riverstone and as of 1/8/2024 no reply from Aja. Like I said before POOR customer service response!!!!! Legal is next step!!!! Thanks for Nothing Ashley!!!!!!

I gave it five stars because the service is amazing.Also, Ms.Jill wad nice to the kids.She and my offspring like the same color the set of the couches was cool.The bill was making my brain was not that great but when it was set up I felt better. Thank you!

Great quality furniture! Only negative feedback took entirely way too long for our stuff to come in stock. Once it was in stock though, it was able to be delivered pretty quickly.

Pitiful experience yesterday. Won’t be back. First off hadn’t even made it through the first set of doors bunch of sales team is ready to pounce and one spoke up. I was an inch from turning around and walking back out the doorway. Furniture vultures are worse than car sales or realtors. I said we just wanted to shop around. This is when you say my name is Joe Smoe and if there is anything you need help with let me know or ask someone to get me and enjoy your time shopping. BUT NOOOOOOOOO Questioned what we wanted to look at so my spouse says mattresses Instead of directing us to that area or walking us there and saying they will let us look, he takes us and disappears after my first basic question no idea why he left or what I said to make him leave. You know say something like I don’t know the answer to your question but let me look for someone who can help you. I can look myself on this BUT they won’t leave you alone so may as well ask. Brings back someone who says they aren’t too smart and spells SMRT. Hahaha. Ice breaker trying to be funny. I get humor. I get it and got it. Now we aren’t only not able to look by ourselves or with one sales rep but now two. Neither of which could answer one question at all. She kept walking close between me and the mattress I was looking at and rolled the eyes when I said something. Both eager to be there and not help at all actually made it worse. I was so done from the get go but I am quick to walk out of a place due to high anxiety over stupid sales tactics and rudeness that I tried to tolerate. When I look at my spouse, I knew they was feeling what I had from the start. I said you ready to leave? They said yup! We walked out. Appalled about what happened. Honestly I wanted to look at living room furniture also. But no way in heck was I gonna look with that treatment. Mattress/Furniture shopping is worse than car or house sales for us. I don’t know anyone who enjoys mattress shopping or pushy sales people or ones who makes you feel like you are gonna steal a mattress off the showroom floor. Didn’t even offer anything to lay down on the beds with like a pillow with a head protector nothing. The mattresses was worn and dirty and a huge turnoff to touch or look at. Easiest dang question was asked and neither knew what the heck we was talking about or the answer. Do you sell a Flippable mattress or two sided mattress. Yea you can rotate them. I didn’t say rotate I said FLIP. I’m not that dang old or naive. This is not like asking about an 8 track tape deck or a rotary phone and neither looked much younger than me and should know what a two sided mattress is working for a furniture store. Hotels buys two sided mattresses for a reason people!! Yes not happy thinking back at that experience. BTW you have too many employees sitting around doing nothing they should learn about the product they sell in their lazy free time and proper customer service etiquette vs sitting up near the door all together waiting who is gonna pounce. You all trained by Ricart?

I called this store after repeatedly calling the closest Ashley Store near me (Reynoldsburg, OH location) with no success at anyone picking up. Within two rings, Tessa answered from the sales team at the Polaris location and started helping me with my purchase. Tessa explained everything very clearly and even offered a deal on delivery. Tessa then transferred me to Nick, Sales Manager, and he helped me place and complete my order. Nick had great attention to detail and was very accurate when I shared information with him over the phone. He read everything back to me that I asked and answered all of my questions. He explained the process very well, as I haven't made a furniture purchase online/over the phone before. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you to Tessa and Nick for answering the phone and helping me complete my purchase tonight!

Visited several furniture stores today and Ashley was the first one we walked into. We were greeted by Mike, who was very personable and allowed us time to walk through the stores alone, checking in a few times. We ended up leaving to shop around at the other stores, but two hours later came back to Mike. Again, he was accommodating and allowed us time to figure out what we needed and we walked out with two couches, two side tables, a coffee table and sofa table. Thanks, Mike, for your service today!

The 2 delivery guys were very professional. The furniture was delivered in boxes and set up properly. The only thing I would say is a little better communication on delivery time. I was given 2 different times on the same day

From the time I stepped into The Ashley Store at Polaris to delivery I was pleased with my experience. They helped my purchase my first sectional. Allowed for my to finance with 0% interest and had free delivery. They delivery process was easy and the workers set up the sectional for me. They allow you to pick day of delivery and 48 hours before delivery they give you a 3 hour window of when the delivery men should arrive.

Mike was phenomenal, had great customer service. If I have anyone looking for furniture, he will be highly recommended.

Had a lovely experience with everyone there. Our sales girl was Jill L. (Shout out to my new bestie). She was patient, kind, and understanding as we had an idea in mind and were looking but also not entirely sure what we were looking for. She was able to listen to what we were looking for and give options as well as keeping it real, but there was never a pressure to buy anything or make any decisions unless we felt ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and in the end we did end up getting a new reclining sofa as well as a reclining chair.

I purchased a warranty that I was told would be returned to me in a check if not used after 6 years. After the 6 years, they told me I would have to spend double the cost of the warranty amount and it would be a credit towards a new purchase and not an actual check. I know times are hard right now for businesses but don't lie.

UPDATE— Awful customer experience today. Hate to have to update this. Didn’t even bother to get the name of the manager I spoke with because he was just rude and incompetent and unhelpful. I received an email from Ashley stating I received $50 in rewards to use. I showed him the email stating this and he proceeds to tell me that he is unaware of this promotion and maybe it has to do with Synchrony not Ashley. So I scroll down to the fine print and read off to him “To redeem in-store, email must be presented at the time of purchase.” And he proceeds to tell me that that wasn’t what I showed him and it’s a promotion they aren’t running. First off, it’s in the email that he showed him— if he bothered to look at the email at all. He glanced. He didn’t care to actually help me. Secondly it states in the part of the email that I did “show” him that it’s REWARDS not a promotion that he kept stating. No where did it say promotion. So if you get an email like the one I attached, don’t bother. Jill and John — fabulous service! Jill had the jokes and John got us the best deals! Got all that I needed with an awesome experience! Thank you!

Customer care was friendly, apologetic, knowledgable and took care of getting a replacement cover ordered asap. Chatting with them was easy and super convenient.
