Terrible experience! Bought a bed it came super hard! Tried to order another one they delivered the wrong one! Refused to take it back! Sales reo don't communicate well and manager never there!

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through options for our bedroom set, dining table, and couch. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Will never shop here AGAIN! Went into the store to purchase a bed on 5-24-25. Worked with Ashraf Aried. My bed came and I was told there were no screws with the bed. I was ok with waiting for the screws but was later told the sales associate never even ordered the rails to go with the bed and none are in stock. Now the rails will take a month to come in. Called the store and was routed 3 times until finally I got a manager Lizzie. Prior to her picking up the phone I heard her tell the associate “Put her on hold”. Even after the associate informed her that I was calling to speak to a manager regarding an order. Lizzie was not rude to me but the this store sucks! I’m not sure how they have sales associates working here when they can’t even place an order! That’s their job, not mines! Every time I order or purchase something here, there’s ALWAYS an issue or problem. Now I have to start all over and buy a bed for my child. Will never shop here again! Will stick to Big Sandy for sure! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have!

When we purchased a second home in Florida 9 years ago, I went to the local Haverty's, placed my order, and had it delivered out of the closest store to our Florida home. Purchasing a second home back in Ohio, I mistakenly assumed I could do that with an Ashley store too, not knowing that they were independently owned. Local salesman, John, couldn't have made it any easier. I just provided him with the item's description and code, and he took care of the rest! Pictures include the Bradney swivel accent chairs (very comfortable and where I have my coffee every morning!), Vallardia king size bed and nightstands (not pictured, both dressers with mirror and Nectar mattress, also very comfortable), Lavenhorn reclining sofa, loveseat and recliner, which are perfect. We don't have floor outlets so opted to go with manual recliners. Although the first Tobinville accent table arrived with a cracked top, it was reordered and delivered ASAP. We had a few little hiccups along the way, but overall, shopping at Ashley's was a very good experience! Thank you for working with me John!

They did a good job, they had a good sale going on and said it was free delivery. The salesperson said there would be some minor assembly. It took about an hour and a half to put 4 chairs in together. While pulling out the parts, l noticed one of the legs had a peice of wood split. The are making it right though. They are replacing the parts for me.

I recently purchased from this location and I was let down when the dresser arrived scratched up. I called and was treated rudely by an employee by the name of Emanuel. I then was connected to Trent who was able to help me as well as provide a way to receive a new dresser.

This Company is a total rip-off. I spent over $3K on a custom sofa, only to have it pill after delivery within 2 weeks. After opening a BBB complaint, they agreed to give a$1K credit. Unfortunately, they never actually GAVE ME the credit. Even after confirming with the credit card company multiples times that they NEVER put through the credit, they continue to lie and say they did. Do NOT risk your money with this shady company.

Jill was great. I came in one Saturday and wasn't sold 100% but was pretty sure I'd be back. Jill didn't try to pressure me into a sale, infact she was happy to give me the space I needed. I ended up coming back the following weekend and bought a sofa with her help. Delivery was a breeze and she made sure to let me know to contact her directly if there were any issues so she could sort it out personally.

Yesterday I had a bunk bed with a ladder delivered and assembled. I am leaving 1 star due to them not placing screws in the bottom 2 steps of the ladder. I did not notice this until my daughter started climbing up and the steps gave out. This is very unsafe and I am completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this store nor their delivery/assembly services. In addition to the poor assembly, the people who came out were very unprofessional.

My experience in store was great. The reason for the one star is for the delivery. We decided to do bronze delivery as we could put it together once it was all in our living room. Unfortunately, when the delivery drivers came (there were two) only one of them was actually willing to help move our furniture. My husband actually had to help move them. Some of the pieces were wrapped in plastic and some of them were in huge boxes. My husband was able to help the driver move the ones in plastic through the front door but they were unable to fit the boxes through.My husband suggested to go through our back door which is wider and leads into our living room but they refused to walk through grass. Now we have huge boxes in our garage they me and my husband will have to carry in. This is not acceptable service, we understand that we did not pay the extra $300 to put it together but we paid a lot just to get them to be delivered to our house into our living room and now half the sectional is sitting in our garage!! They made us pay for delivery and my husband had to carry it and it’s not even in the right room.

Really disappointed. We spent almost $2k on bedroom dressers from this store and were promised delivery in any room of our choosing. When the truck showed up they said they could not take the boxes up the stairs because they wouldn’t be able to get a good grip on them. Seems like a bizarre thing to suddenly realize upon arrival. We spent all day on the phone with customer service, each person we talked to told us something different. By the end of the day we came to the realization we were being gaslit the entire time. These delivery companies get paid by the number of deliveries they do so their goal is to spend minimal time at each. Meaning they make up excuses not to finish the delivery so they can move on to the next and there’s nothing you can do about it. Ashley has been no help to us. I am pregnant so I cannot lift these 200 lb boxes up the stairs. Lesson learned - we will not be shopping here again.

Bought bedroom dressers from them. Delivery service would not bring them up the stairs even though the bronze service includes delivery to "room of choice" just not unboxed. Spoke with customer service 3 times with 3 different answers. (They'll come back right away, they'll call you and come back today, and finally they won't come back until 6 days from now). Delivery team said they were afraid of damaging our house and that's why they wouldn't bring it up the stairs. Not sure how a delivery service gets by saying that. Stairs are a 36"wide straight shot from the front door. (Boxes are 20" wide). So don't expect your item to be delivered where you want it to be if you buy from Ashley/Morris unless you shell up more money for the "platinum service". They offered to come back 6 days later with the platinum service so somehow in-between those 2 services "safety" isn't the issue.

We bought a couch from here and delivery was horrible. Did not get to test buttons or look furniture over before delivery team left. When I went to check on something in Different part of the house came back and front screen door and inside door was left wide open and they left. Contacted the store and GM called me back. He said he would get with the higher mgr and call me back in 24hours. Still waiting on that call back to this day. I have and will continue to tell everyone not to go to Ashley. Customer satisfaction is NOT their top priority.

We originally came in to Ashley just to browse and ended up buying a new kitchen table. Jill helped us two days in a row and was absolutely amazing both days. She was informative, knowledgeable and super personable. We will be coming back to her for any future furniture purchases!

I will never buy from Ashley again!!! Wish I could give a zero star!!! We had damage to our floor from an in home delivery back in September 2024 and Ashley does not take any responsibility for the damage so, buyers beware!!! Once you purchase from Ashley their contractor delivery is now responsible for any damage that occurs not Ashley!!! The deliverer and their insurer are ghosting us after dropping ON PURPOSE our brand new furniture and putting a hole in our floor and Ashley does not help in anyway and pushes you off onto the delivery contractor and their claims department. Very poor customer service that makes the buyer have to hunt down the claims for damage to property for 3 months!!! Apparently they prefer small claims court over an excellent customer service review. Very disappointed and makes me wonder how they would feel if it happened to them? Update: We immediately added Aja in an email that included all the previous emails we had received from their delivery service Riverstone and as of 1/8/2024 no reply from Aja. Like I said before POOR customer service response!!!!! Legal is next step!!!! Thanks for Nothing Ashley!!!!!!

Great quality furniture! Only negative feedback took entirely way too long for our stuff to come in stock. Once it was in stock though, it was able to be delivered pretty quickly.

Pitiful experience yesterday. Won’t be back. First off hadn’t even made it through the first set of doors bunch of sales team is ready to pounce and one spoke up. I was an inch from turning around and walking back out the doorway. Furniture vultures are worse than car sales or realtors. I said we just wanted to shop around. This is when you say my name is Joe Smoe and if there is anything you need help with let me know or ask someone to get me and enjoy your time shopping. BUT NOOOOOOOOO Questioned what we wanted to look at so my spouse says mattresses Instead of directing us to that area or walking us there and saying they will let us look, he takes us and disappears after my first basic question no idea why he left or what I said to make him leave. You know say something like I don’t know the answer to your question but let me look for someone who can help you. I can look myself on this BUT they won’t leave you alone so may as well ask. Brings back someone who says they aren’t too smart and spells SMRT. Hahaha. Ice breaker trying to be funny. I get humor. I get it and got it. Now we aren’t only not able to look by ourselves or with one sales rep but now two. Neither of which could answer one question at all. She kept walking close between me and the mattress I was looking at and rolled the eyes when I said something. Both eager to be there and not help at all actually made it worse. I was so done from the get go but I am quick to walk out of a place due to high anxiety over stupid sales tactics and rudeness that I tried to tolerate. When I look at my spouse, I knew they was feeling what I had from the start. I said you ready to leave? They said yup! We walked out. Appalled about what happened. Honestly I wanted to look at living room furniture also. But no way in heck was I gonna look with that treatment. Mattress/Furniture shopping is worse than car or house sales for us. I don’t know anyone who enjoys mattress shopping or pushy sales people or ones who makes you feel like you are gonna steal a mattress off the showroom floor. Didn’t even offer anything to lay down on the beds with like a pillow with a head protector nothing. The mattresses was worn and dirty and a huge turnoff to touch or look at. Easiest dang question was asked and neither knew what the heck we was talking about or the answer. Do you sell a Flippable mattress or two sided mattress. Yea you can rotate them. I didn’t say rotate I said FLIP. I’m not that dang old or naive. This is not like asking about an 8 track tape deck or a rotary phone and neither looked much younger than me and should know what a two sided mattress is working for a furniture store. Hotels buys two sided mattresses for a reason people!! Yes not happy thinking back at that experience. BTW you have too many employees sitting around doing nothing they should learn about the product they sell in their lazy free time and proper customer service etiquette vs sitting up near the door all together waiting who is gonna pounce. You all trained by Ricart?

I called this store after repeatedly calling the closest Ashley Store near me (Reynoldsburg, OH location) with no success at anyone picking up. Within two rings, Tessa answered from the sales team at the Polaris location and started helping me with my purchase. Tessa explained everything very clearly and even offered a deal on delivery. Tessa then transferred me to Nick, Sales Manager, and he helped me place and complete my order. Nick had great attention to detail and was very accurate when I shared information with him over the phone. He read everything back to me that I asked and answered all of my questions. He explained the process very well, as I haven't made a furniture purchase online/over the phone before. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you to Tessa and Nick for answering the phone and helping me complete my purchase tonight!

Visited several furniture stores today and Ashley was the first one we walked into. We were greeted by Mike, who was very personable and allowed us time to walk through the stores alone, checking in a few times. From the time I stepped into The Ashley Store at Polaris to delivery I was pleased with my experience. They helped my purchase my first sectional. Allowed for my to finance with 0% interest and had free delivery. They delivery process was easy and the workers set up the sectional for me. They allow you to pick day of delivery and 48 hours before delivery they give you a 3 hour window of when the delivery men should arrive.

Mike was phenomenal, had great customer service. If I have anyone looking for furniture, he will be highly recommended.

Had a lovely experience with everyone there. Our sales girl was Jill L. (Shout out to my new bestie). She was patient, kind, and understanding as we had an idea in mind and were looking but also not entirely sure what we were looking for. She was able to listen to what we were looking for and give options as well as keeping it real, but there was never a pressure to buy anything or make any decisions unless we felt ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and in the end we did end up getting a new reclining sofa as well as a reclining chair.

I purchased a warranty that I was told would be returned to me in a check if not used after 6 years. After the 6 years, they told me I would have to spend double the cost of the warranty amount and it would be a credit towards a new purchase and not an actual check. I know times are hard right now for businesses but don't lie.

UPDATE— Awful customer experience today. Hate to have to update this. Didn’t even bother to get the name of the manager I spoke with because he was just rude and incompetent and unhelpful. I received an email from Ashley stating I received $50 in rewards to use. I showed him the email stating this and he proceeds to tell me that he is unaware of this promotion and maybe it has to do with Synchrony not Ashley. So I scroll down to the fine print and read off to him “To redeem in-store, email must be presented at the time of purchase.” And he proceeds to tell me that that wasn’t what I showed him and it’s a promotion they aren’t running. First off, it’s in the email that he showed him— if he bothered to look at the email at all. He glanced. He didn’t care to actually help me. Secondly it states in the part of the email that I did “show” him that it’s REWARDS not a promotion that he kept stating. No where did it say promotion. So if you get an email like the one I attached, don’t bother. Jill and John — fabulous service! Jill had the jokes and John got us the best deals! Got all that I needed with an awesome experience! Thank you!

Ashley furniture on polaris has to be the worst furniture place I’ve dealt with. The manager told me my bed frame was going to be at the warehouse on the 25th and when I received no phone call for delivery I’ve reached out only to be told they don’t know when it will arrive. Why not just tell someone the truth before they purchase something. Also purchased a mattress and box springs and specifically said I wanted them to set it up for me, they included that just to be told today by the delivery men set up was not included in my delivery. Terrible place, terrible service and bunch of liars.

Our experience was okay. In person, we worked with Ebrahim and Ethan. We knew what we wanted and used synchrony financing offer. We noted in the online portal that 2 of the three items ordered was ready. Tried to schedule delivery and called the store. Store hold info says to schedule delivery through online portal. That was not an option. I tried calling to get a hold of the store. I got a voicemail for the store during business hours 7 times over 2 days. When finally getting ahold of them, scheduling was easy. Our first delivery of the 2 out of 3 items, the delivery person asked my spouse why we didn't get the premium delivery option, was singing a song that may or may not have been in response to our family makeup (uncomfortable), then stated that he "heard" we had gatorade. We ended up offering him a different drink, but it was very uncomfortable to have someone else in our home trying to upsell us, making note of my family make up, and then soliciting for drinks. Our last delivery was great. They were courteous and quick.

My girlfriend and I visited this store in November while we were shopping for a dinning set for our new house. Immediately we were greeted by Chemlahyah, who goes by Chemmy. Chemmy himself deserves 5/5 or more stars. He asked if we were looking for anything specific then showed us all of the dining sets. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful without being over-bearing. We found a set we liked but decided to continue shopping around since this was our first stop. Chemmy wrote up a purchase order for us just in case we decided to come back. We checked out a couple of other stores and in the end wanted to make our purchase here, mostly due to how helpful Chemmy was. He was a huge help and we wanted to make sure he got the credit for the help he provided. The missing star is for some of the other tactics employed by this location, such as the hard push to tack on an upgraded delivery and extended warranty. I am physically able to do whatever is needed myself and if I have the option I am not going to pay someone else to do something I can do. When we came back Chemmy was unfortunately not there so a different salesperson completed the transaction. This other salesperson was not nearly as personable and insulted my basic math skills when he tried to tack on white glove delivery and a warranty that was not needed. He told me I didn't understand how he was helping me and that he made it cheaper. I told him he did not and he asked how I figured. I pointed out that the total cost had gone up nearly $300. He told me that was the sales tax. I showed him that was pre-tax. Then he proceeded to argue with me about that. I had to literally pull out a calculator to show him the price with tax. He also tried to get Chemmy's name off the sale to collect whatever commission or credit for himself. I had to call the next day to make sure Chemmy was still on the sales order. All I wanted was the order to be rung up but it took nearly an hour arguing with this second salesperson to take off the white glove delivery and warranty that he tacked on and I never asked for. Eventually the manager came over to adjust the price and keep the upgrades I didn't want. So thank you manager but I was so annoyed by the salesperson wasting my time that I nearly left without a purchase. Chemmy was the only reason I put up with it and finished the transaction. He deserves the recognition how well he did his job and the great attitude he had while doing it.

Great experience with lance, thank you very much! Unfortunately I have to edit this review. The shopping experience was a 5. The delivery experience was a 1. The delivery drivers would not deliver to the room that the furniture would go into. they just left it in my foyer saying I had to deal with it. I called in that afternoon (a week ago) to see what can be done, and the person I talked to never called me back. So, I had to hire my own people to have THEM move the couch into my room, which they were able to do. Very disappointed in the final part of this process.

Their delivery was horrible. They use a 3rd party company that they have very little communication with so if you have an issue buckle up bc it’s going to a mess! We paid to have our furniture taken to the basement, but not put together. The company delivering said that was not on their work order and left it in our foyer. After we contacted Ashley, they said that was a mistake and that they would make it right by re-sending somebody out to not only move the furniture to the basement, but also assemble the couch as well. After struggling to get that appointment time to work with our schedule they showed up and said that the couch was too big to move to the basement. The moving company end up calling their store and speaking to a service care provider that said the previous people that delivered the first time also said that it was too big. But yet, they didn’t come any further than the front foyer. Just said our work order doesn’t say we paid for that. Furthermore, if they did put in the first work order that the couch was too big for the basement, why didn’t Ashley catch that detail and spare us and the delivery company the time and effort to be told the exact same thing twice. I completely an total mess!!

Not sure where to start, I purchased a reclining couch/love seat and purcharsed the extended warranty up to 5 yrs. I was told the extended warranty covers any damages done during those first 5 yrs and I could exchange as many times as needed. The store lied to us upon purchase and was told we were purchasing real leather reclining couches but I agreed to take show room floor furniture due to the style being discontinued. I signed papers and documented minor discrepancies which I also received a copy of. Upon delivery, none of those minor discrepancies could be found, which told me I did not receive what I signed for, in fact different damages were done. The both charger ports on one of sofas didn’t work, the frame is bent to where when reclining into normal position, the seat doesn’t fold up completely. The “real leather” was pealing off the seat so in fact it was not real leather. The arm of the chair was stripped through the frame. I then contacted the store and they were in agreement to allow me to do an exchange(durning thanksgiving/Christmas holidays). Since then, their were further damages done while in my house due to my twin toddlers which is why I paid for extended warranty. Since further damages were done, it voided my exchange so now I am stuck with this cheap style-I completely understand that. I’ve been in contact will Bill-the GM, Daisy-another GM and customer care to file a claim. I keep getting the run around and get told a different stories each time. One time I’m able to do a claim, another time I cannot because the damages done to my furniture wasn’t covered under warranty- another lie from the store seeings how they sold me the extended warranty to me stating it covers any damages. After almost 3 months of dealing with them, I’m fed up and hired and attorney to sue. My attorney will be pulling cameras with audio where they sold me furniture under different circumstances to make a buck off the community. I have documented every time I have contacted the store/customer care, who I spoke to and what was told all on recordings, I have many pictures of upon delivery damages that they are refusing to replace. We all work hard for our money and this company takes advantage of their community. I will never recommend dealing with Ashley, they are a scam!!! Photos attached are photos from delivery with damages done that I did not agree to in store so that tells me I received someone else’s used furniture!

We had a wonderful experience today with Mike from Ashley. He ran multiple prices for us on several different bedroom suites. We ended up finding the perfect set and it will be delivered soon. Thank you so much Mike for helping us purchase our first bedroom set.

Great when placing your order, but good luck after that. Waiting over 3 weeks now for a usable bed, meanwhile the 3rd party delivery and install company (who have been out 4 times and my issue is still not resolved) have done their best to help.

My daughter and I went to Ashley Furniture on Gemini on 12/31/23 to purchase a pop-up sofa bed we went to the second floor to look around, and the salesman stopped us as we were getting off at the top of the escalator. We told him that we were looking for a pop-up sofa bed. This salesman responded that we don't have any. To me, he didn't want to earn our business. He is biased very rudely and dismissive. Bad business.

Sales associates tell u half truths and warranty on there stuff is trash along with the extra protection I purchased is worthless, got a Morris credit card guess I'm never using it again. There furniture is the equivalent of American Freight furniture just with a bow. Buy somewhere else unless you like being disappointed

#4! 4 months now and my furniture is still not right!!!! They have canceled the service appointment now 3 times!!! OH and just try to talk to the store GM. He is always never there or unreachable. Doesn’t answer emails! They claim there is only ONE technician for my zip code. So they can’t pull one from ALL THE COLUMBUS AREA?? SERIOUSLY?! 😡😡😡😡 AGAIN NEVER do business with these people! They are by far the worst!!! Bill Anderson and Matt Bemise are awful! Update #3! 3 Months since this furniture fiasco, started and still can’t use a portion of the sofa! They mailed me the feet several weeks ago. Oh wait! It’s another three weeks before someone can come and install them! Was supposed to be installed TODAY! They called yesterday to reschedule for another two flipping weeks! 😡 Never EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give a ZERO STARS IF IT ALLOWED! Update #2! Finally got the other section! Yay! OH WAIT! No feet on it and the feet didn’t come with it! Soooo going on 2 months now and STILL CANNOT sit on my new furniture! This company is 100% THE WORST!!!!! Update; this Jocelyn person, is a joke!! She asked me to email or call and NO RESPONSE!!! I have never experienced just horrible customer service in my life!! Do NOT waste your money at Ashley Furniture!!! Salesman admittedly to myself and his manager made a huge mistake in ordering. Cost me more money, still didn’t make the initial order correct. And now can’t reach the salesman, manager OR store GM. Furniture that was delivered can’t be used because of delivery people laziness. Young man at the door responded to my question as to where my family will sit during the holidays with “have you ever heard of Indian style?” NOT PROFESSIONAL! Totally ruined my holidays. Have tried contacting the GM Bill Anderson several times with no response, Matt Bemise was supposed to be in the store when I said I would be there and he wasn’t. He screwed up my order, has my money and they don’t care!! Never ever ever buy from this store!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Not only did our furniture take 6 weeks to come in after them telling us it would be 4 at the very most but when it came the furniture was scratched and busted and completely wrong pieces of furniture. When we called the store they could have cared less about our troubles and did nothing to help us
