We Purchased a sectional that was not on the low end and was told it would be delivered by a certain date when placing order. When we got closed to date I called the store on a daily basis to get updates and was told they have the items they just needed them to be scanned in. The delivery date was showing Sunday ( which they don’t deliver on sundays) so the guy told me it would be Friday or Saturday. When the items finally were scanned in on Thursday we didn’t receive a call from sales rep Nick stating it was ready. I had to call myself and schedule and at that time they said the schedule was full for the week it would be the following week. So I had to take off work to be home during the week. When I called and asked who I was speaking with Cahsdr hung up on me & I had to call back 4 times until Nick finally picked up. It’s like they were avoiding the call. Fast forward to the furniture getting delivered they were very rough with it & asked to borrow tools to put it together. We paid the $300 delivery service for it not be a hassle. They also had couch upside down on floor. I have pictures of that. All n all not a great experience with this location and our whole house is Ashley because we love the workmanship of them.
***BUYER BEWARE*** I don't know what was worse. The quality of the product I purchased or the lack of customer service after the fact. The couch was broken within the first several months of ownership. Getting it repaired was a nightmare. Then it broke again in exactly the same place almost immediately. I was then told any subsequent repair would be paid for out of pocket by me. i made several trips to the store requesting to speak to a district or regional manager. This request was repeatedly denied. Aside from the craftmanship being exceedingly cheap the cushions began coming apart in less than 18 months. I was talked into the protection plan. My claim was declined so I had to buy new cushions for the couch out of pocket which seems ridiculous as well. I would not recommend spending a penny of your hard earned money at Ashley Furniture. Terrible product and ZERO accountability from any employee.
Ask for Nick Libom, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and I recommended anyone to go see him at Ashely Polaris.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a bed in January. Set up a delivery 6 months in advance. Enough time, right? Wrong! Delivery delayed. Finally got it scheduled. Came in damaged. 2 days of work wasted. 2 days later, The new piece arrived. No hardware. 3rd day wasted. No body can give me answers and supposedly, no one is in charge. I can't get even one phone number other than customer service and you wait an hour on hold to get unsatisfactory answers. Still waiting on hardware and will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Why do they promise to call me then never call. I've been lied to at multiple locations now. Unbelievable
