Had a lovely experience with everyone there. Our sales girl was Jill L. (Shout out to my new bestie). She was patient, kind, and understanding as we had an idea in mind and were looking but also not entirely sure what we were looking for. She was able to listen to what we were looking for and give options as well as keeping it real, but there was never a pressure to buy anything or make any decisions unless we felt ready. She was extremely knowledgeable and in the end we did end up getting a new reclining sofa as well as a reclining chair.
Loved the delivery guys and service. The store was so nice with plenty of options. Including many sale options

I purchased a warranty that I was told would be returned to me in a check if not used after 6 years. After the 6 years, they told me I would have to spend double the cost of the warranty amount and it would be a credit towards a new purchase and not an actual check. I know times are hard right now for businesses but don't lie.

Mike at the Polaris location was a rockstar. He was super friendly, very helpful and worked to help find exactly what i was looking for! Give the man a raise! Update: I had to chat with customer care due to a defect i found the evening i received my new furniture. There was a snag on one of the cushions. Customer care was friendly, apologetic, knowledgable and took care of getting a replacement cover ordered asap. Chatting with them was easy and super convenient. I would definitely recommend Morris and Ashley Furniture and will certainly shop with them again! It’s been a great experience.

Ashley furniture on polaris has to be the worst furniture place I’ve dealt with. The manager told me my bed frame was going to be at the warehouse on the 25th and when I received no phone call for delivery I’ve reached out only to be told they don’t know when it will arrive. Why not just tell someone the truth before they purchase something. Also purchased a mattress and box springs and specifically said I wanted them to set it up for me, they included that just to be told today by the delivery men set up was not included in my delivery. Terrible place, terrible service and bunch of liars.

We got a deal on a premium mattress as well that he pointed out to me that was a floor model, but in excellent condition. It was truly a great experience and he was kind as well! We will be back!

Helped by Nick and another man who I can't remember his name (sorry). Helped find what we were looking for. Gave us space to chat but kept checking on us. Everyone was super friendly and I was happily surprised to actually see a woman wondering around cleaning and fluffing the floor displays!

Our experience was okay. In person, we worked with Ebrahim and Ethan. We knew what we wanted and used synchrony financing offer. We noted in the online portal that 2 of the three items ordered was ready. Tried to schedule delivery and called the store. Store hold info says to schedule delivery through online portal. That was not an option. I tried calling to get a hold of the store. I got a voicemail for the store during business hours 7 times over 2 days. When finally getting ahold of them, scheduling was easy. Our first delivery of the 2 out of 3 items, the delivery person asked my spouse why we didn't get the premium delivery option, was singing a song that may or may not have been in response to our family makeup (uncomfortable), then stated that he "heard" we had gatorade. We ended up offering him a different drink, but it was very uncomfortable to have someone else in our home trying to upsell us, making note of my family make up, and then soliciting for drinks. Our last delivery was great. They were courteous and quick.

We have called and visited the store numerous times and we still do not have the hardware so we can assemble our bed! I bought a couch through this Ashley location from a 3rd party (JC PENNY) 3rd party lists couch as shipped but lists NO tracking information.Contacted Ashley online and they said since it’s being shipped from one of their local stores they cannot give me any shipping information and to call my local Ashley store. I have called this store probably 5 times during normal business hours, no one picks up the phone. I have left several messages that no one has returned. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this place. I’ll be calling corporate later today to let them know how lazy this location is.

We made an appointment with John and got taken care of by Bill the Manager. The whole experience was way less painless than I had imagined it would be. Bill gave my wife and I an outstanding price for an entire living room and got the delivery date within 3 days. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, pricing and delivery times. My girlfriend and I visited this store in November while we were shopping for a dinning set for our new house. Immediately we were greeted by Chemlahyah, who goes by Chemmy. Chemmy himself deserves 5/5 or more stars. He asked if we were looking for anything specific then showed us all of the dining sets. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful without being over-bearing. We found a set we liked but decided to continue shopping around since this was our first stop. Chemmy wrote up a purchase order for us just in case we decided to come back. We checked out a couple of other stores and in the end wanted to make our purchase here, mostly due to how helpful Chemmy was. He was a huge help and we wanted to make sure he got the credit for the help he provided. The missing star is for some of the other tactics employed by this location, such as the hard push to tack on an upgraded delivery and extended warranty. I am physically able to do whatever is needed myself and if I have the option I am not going to pay someone else to do something I can do. When we came back Chemmy was unfortunately not there so a different salesperson completed the transaction. This other salesperson was not nearly as personable and insulted my basic math skills when he tried to tack on white glove delivery and a warranty that was not needed. He told me I didn't understand how he was helping me and that he made it cheaper. I told him he did not and he asked how I figured. I pointed out that the total cost had gone up nearly $300. He told me that was the sales tax. I showed him that was pre-tax. Then he proceeded to argue with me about that. I had to literally pull out a calculator to show him the price with tax. He also tried to get Chemmy's name off the sale to collect whatever commission or credit for himself. I had to call the next day to make sure Chemmy was still on the sales order. All I wanted was the order to be rung up but it took nearly an hour arguing with this second salesperson to take off the white glove delivery and warranty that he tacked on and I never asked for. Eventually the manager came over to adjust the price and keep the upgrades I didn't want. So thank you manager but I was so annoyed by the salesperson wasting my time that I nearly left without a purchase. Chemmy was the only reason I put up with it and finished the transaction. He deserves the recognition how well he did his job and the great attitude he had while doing it.
Great experience with lance, thank you very much! Unfortunately I have to edit this review. The shopping experience was a 5. The delivery experience was a 1. The delivery drivers would not deliver to the room that the furniture would go into. they just left it in my foyer saying I had to deal with it. I called in that afternoon (a week ago) to see what can be done, and the person I talked to never called me back. So, I had to hire my own people to have THEM move the couch into my room, which they were able to do. Very disappointed in the final part of this process.

Their delivery was horrible. They use a 3rd party company that they have very little communication with so if you have an issue buckle up bc it’s going to a mess! We paid to have our furniture taken to the basement, but not put together. The company delivering said that was not on their work order and left it in our foyer. After we contacted Ashley, they said that was a mistake and that they would make it right by re-sending somebody out to not only move the furniture to the basement, but also assemble the couch as well. After struggling to get that appointment time to work with our schedule they showed up and said that the couch was too big to move to the basement. The moving company end up calling their store and speaking to a service care provider that said the previous people that delivered the first time also said that it was too big. But yet, they didn’t come any further than the front foyer. Just said our work order doesn’t say we paid for that. Furthermore, if they did put in the first work order that the couch was too big for the basement, why didn’t Ashley catch that detail and spare us and the delivery company the time and effort to be told the exact same thing twice. I completely an total mess!!

Never go to this store, it's the worst, starting with the General Manager, his name is Bill Anderson, he yells at you and treats you badly if you make a complaint. He doesn't like Latin people. The customer service in that store is the worst I've ever seen.

Not sure where to start, I purchased a reclining couch/love seat and purcharsed the extended warranty up to 5 yrs. I was told the extended warranty covers any damages done during those first 5 yrs and I could exchange as many times as needed. The store lied to us upon purchase and was told we were purchasing real leather reclining couches but I agreed to take show room floor furniture due to the style being discontinued. I signed papers and documented minor discrepancies which I also received a copy of. Upon delivery, none of those minor discrepancies could be found, which told me I did not receive what I signed for, in fact different damages were done. The both charger ports on one of sofas didn’t work, the frame is bent to where when reclining into normal position, the seat doesn’t fold up completely. The “real leather” was pealing off the seat so in fact it was not real leather. The arm of the chair was stripped through the frame. I then contacted the store and they were in agreement to allow me to do an exchange(durning thanksgiving/Christmas holidays). Since then, their were further damages done while in my house due to my twin toddlers which is why I paid for extended warranty. Since further damages were done, it voided my exchange so now I am stuck with this cheap style-I completely understand that. I’ve been in contact will Bill-the GM, Daisy-another GM and customer care to file a claim. I keep getting the run around and get told a different stories each time. One time I’m able to do a claim, another time I cannot because the damages done to my furniture wasn’t covered under warranty- another lie from the store seeings how they sold me the extended warranty to me stating it covers any damages. After almost 3 months of dealing with them, I’m fed up and hired and attorney to sue. My attorney will be pulling cameras with audio where they sold me furniture under different circumstances to make a buck off the community. I have documented every time I have contacted the store/customer care, who I spoke to and what was told all on recordings, I have many pictures of upon delivery damages that they are refusing to replace. We all work hard for our money and this company takes advantage of their community. I will never recommend dealing with Ashley, they are a scam!!! Photos attached are photos from delivery with damages done that I did not agree to in store so that tells me I received someone else’s used furniture!
We had a wonderful experience today with Mike from Ashley. He ran multiple prices for us on several different bedroom suites. We ended up finding the perfect set and it will be delivered soon. Thank you so much Mike for helping us purchase our first bedroom set.

Great when placing your order, but good luck after that. Waiting over 3 weeks now for a usable bed, meanwhile the 3rd party delivery and install company (who have been out 4 times and my issue is still not resolved) have done their best to help.

My daughter and I went to Ashley Furniture on Gemini on 12/31/23 to purchase a pop-up sofa bed we went to the second floor to look around, and the salesman stopped us as we were getting off at the top of the escalator. We told him that we were looking for a pop-up sofa bed. This salesman responded that we don't have any. To me, he didn't want to earn our business. He is biased very rudely and dismissive. Bad business.

Sales associates tell u half truths and warranty on there stuff is trash along with the extra protection I purchased is worthless, got a Morris credit card guess I'm never using it again. There furniture is the equivalent of American Freight furniture just with a bow. Buy somewhere else unless you like being disappointed

#4! 4 months now and my furniture is still not right!!!! They have canceled the service appointment now 3 times!!! OH and just try to talk to the store GM. He is always never there or unreachable. Doesn’t answer emails! They claim there is only ONE technician for my zip code. So they can’t pull one from ALL THE COLUMBUS AREA?? SERIOUSLY?! 😡😡😡😡 AGAIN NEVER do business with these people! They are by far the worst!!! Bill Anderson and Matt Bemise are awful! Update #3! 3 Months since this furniture fiasco, started and still can’t use a portion of the sofa! They mailed me the feet several weeks ago. Oh wait! It’s another three weeks before someone can come and install them! Was supposed to be installed TODAY! They called yesterday to reschedule for another two flipping weeks! 😡 Never EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give a ZERO STARS IF IT ALLOWED! Update #2! Finally got the other section! Yay! OH WAIT! No feet on it and the feet didn’t come with it! Soooo going on 2 months now and STILL CANNOT sit on my new furniture! This company is 100% THE WORST!!!!! Update; this Jocelyn person, is a joke!! She asked me to email or call and NO RESPONSE!!! I have never experienced just horrible customer service in my life!! Do NOT waste your money at Ashley Furniture!!! Salesman admittedly to myself and his manager made a huge mistake in ordering. Cost me more money, still didn’t make the initial order correct. And now can’t reach the salesman, manager OR store GM. Furniture that was delivered can’t be used because of delivery people laziness. Young man at the door responded to my question as to where my family will sit during the holidays with “have you ever heard of Indian style?” NOT PROFESSIONAL! Totally ruined my holidays. Have tried contacting the GM Bill Anderson several times with no response, Matt Bemise was supposed to be in the store when I said I would be there and he wasn’t. Wish I could give zero stars. Not only did our furniture take 6 weeks to come in after them telling us it would be 4 at the very most but when it came the furniture was scratched and busted and completely wrong pieces of furniture. When we called the store they could have cared less about our troubles and did nothing to help us

I bought a loveseat from Ashley at Polaris on October 31. After my purchase, I saw the loveseat advertised for less on the Ashley website. I called my sales associate and left a voicemail to ask about their Lowest Price Guarantee. No call back. I did an online chat and was advised to contact the store. I left another voicemail. No return call. When I was asked in an online survey to rate my experience, I gave zero stars. Then, the store manager called me on November 9 and said they would refund the price difference after delivery. Delivery was on November 11 and I have not received a refund even though I have contacted corporate and have been promised it. My advice--if you shop and decide to buy here--make sure you check prices on their site and their five acceptable competitors before you buy. After Ashley has your money, good luck!

Well I left a nice 5 star review 6 weeks ago when I ordered my sectional. I finally get it and one piece is completely damaged beyond repair and another piece is the wrong item. I called immediately upon finding this and got nothing but the run around. I was promised I would get a call the next morning to find out more information to resolve this. I ended up waiting 48 hours and had to call them back myself. To get replacement pieces I will now have to wait 4 more weeks. If I wanted to return it, it would be a 15% fee. I never got any compassion from the store and was never offered by them to make it right. I would never buy from here again. After they made the sale, they couldn’t care less what happens after they get their money. I have nothing good to say about my shopping experience here.

Emmanuel at the Polaris store is literally why I walked out the store with two couches. We misunderstood the deal that was going on, but because he was so great, we still ended up purchasing. I have a full house to furnish and will be returning to this location to work with Emmanuel to get my home furnished. My parents live 2 hours away and we’re with me in the store and stated that they will be ordering from Emmanuel and will just have things delivered in Cincinnati, because he was that great to work with. So professional!

I had the pleasure of working with Kimmy when I purchased my new couch and chair. He was BEYOND helpful in the perfect way. He was always nearby to answer questions or offer info, but was never hovering. He answered my million questions with patience and kindness. I felt very comfortable, genuinely enjoyed the process and well taken care of from start to finish. It’s very hard to shop sometimes when the person helping you is only trying to make a sale by lying, pressuring or guilting you into a purchase. Kimmy, though? He made me feel like his number one priority was to make sure I was happy and never looked at me as only a sale. I cannot recommend, praise and thank Kimmy enough! Terrible communication and reliability. We ordered a living room set on a Sunday Oct 8. Told everything was in stock delivery should be delivered in 2 weeks. We were told we would get a call back on Monday regarding delivery. That Monday I received a text with a link to check the status of our order. At this point all 4 pieces were still in stock. A week and a half passes and no follow up call, no delivery date showing on the status link. I called the store 10 days after we placed our order, talked to our associate- John, told he would call the delivery team, verified my call back number, and told he would call right back. No return call. This was yesterday Oct 18- all 4 pieces still in stock. I called back today after seeing a delivery date 2 weeks from today and only 1 of 4 pieces in stock. Management was unhelpful addressing my concerns. He only repeated back the situation I stated and told me 2 weeks from now was the best they could do. So we are in a new home with no furniture. If original follow up calls were done timing would have been perfect for our new home. Highly disappointed with this location and Ashley Furniture all together. Hopefully this furniture holds up, as most do not from this organization. Unfortunately, they had the best options for what we needed. We will not be shopping at this location or possibly any Ashley Furniture again.

We went into the store out at Polaris and my wife and I were helped by Bill Anderson. The experience was truly amazing as far as sales go. He helped us in ways we couldn’t image, we changed our minds twice and he was patient and helped us work through the details by moving and matching certain items. I purchased an item here with John that doesn't work out on the very first delivery date. I called within a couple days to return but was told 4 times that they will get back to me but never do. It has been 2 months now! All these false promises of returning calls. I know I will not come back and will cancel my credit card with them. This is bad service and I recommend people to watch out when it comes to returning merchandises!!! I have spent thousands of $ here but it's like pulling teeth trying to return a $125 item. Disheartening.

Ashley furniture has good quality products. Their customer service has never been an issue until now. My wife and I bought a 4 piece sectional. Paid for it to be delivered, unpackaged and assembled. We have never had a good experience with the delivery of any furniture from them, and our sectional pieces were shoved through our door before we had a chance to take it off of the hinges. Thankfully nothing was broken. They dropped the sectional in our living room and left. No unpacking and no assembly. My wife and I did it. Put sectional in place and discovered we were missing a butt cushion. Called the Polaris location, the associate that answered was laughing and speaking to other people. Once she finally acknowledged me, I explained the situation. She put me on hold to speak to the manager. Told me the manager was making a call and would call me back. I asked the managers name and when I could expect a call back. She told me his name and said she didn't know when and hung up. I had no chance for any further conversation. I waited 4 hours and called back, spoke to a manager who was not aware of the situation. Said he would make a call and expect to hear from him the next day. I waited and went into the store that next day. Spoke to this manager along with a new one. It did not appear that anything had been done to resolve my missing cushion issue until I walked into the store. They had called to look into it. I was then informed by email that the cushion was ordered and would be delivered. I asked for tracking info, I was informed tracking information would be sent to me. Inquired about tracking info, was just told it will be sent to my house. Missing Cushion happens. Lack of customer care and professionalism. I am very displeased. Customer care should be a high priority, especially when you have customers spending the amount of money they spend.

I recently purchased a kid's bedroom furniture set from Ashley Furniture, and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service I received. Firstly, the furniture is of extremely poor quality. They delivered damaged items 3 times and when I wanted to return all items they refused it. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture's customer service team to discuss these issues and request a return or exchange, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. The representatives I spoke with were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in resolving my concerns. They made it clear that they were not willing to work with me to find a solution, and essentially told me that I was out of luck. Overall, I regret my purchase from Ashley Furniture and would not recommend their kid's bedroom furniture or customer service to anyone. Edit : attached pictures of the mess they did. They kept our kid’s bedroom like this for 3 months.

We went in to purchase two new sofas for our living room and were assisted by John and Emmanuel throughout the process. They were helpful and managed to do so without being overbearing while we made our selections. We managed to get sofas that we loved and were given a fantasicic deal. The whole process was quick and the service was great. The next time we need furniture, this will be our first stop.

The staff at the store is wonderful through the initial purchase. Beyond that if there are any issues upon or after delivery the customer service is elusive. Even with purchasing the Customer care plan, it is difficult to obtain a replacement or repair. I did have repairs conducted twice but the issues must be customer damage, not furniture defect. After the service calls the issue with our dining table persisted. The Customer Care plan will not address it as it is not damage from use. The store won’t address it nor will the company. I am left with a dining table that continues to fade in various area. It looks as if it is eight years old not eight months old.
Mike was great he greeted us as soon as we entered the store, he let us shop around on our own, until we found what we loved- He gave us suggestions along the way, and answered all our questions. We found a sectional that we loved, and he explained the protection plan and was able to order it. It was a flawless transaction, and he was very pleasant to work with- I love his non pushy demeanor - thanks again Mike- and for posing for the photo 🤣

Really weird how my friend's review got deleted. But this was by far our worst experience with Ashley Furniture, other locations were pretty nice and I never had such bad experience than this location. Seham was our helper and in the beginning she was nice until my friend and I decided to buy a sectional sofa, she hurried us into the process which we found very awkward. We even gave our ID to make sure the shipping information and name matched. While she hurriedly said everything is great to go and we walked out the door and she called us saying our shipping date has changed in which we were okay with. Then, the shipping vendor contacted us to make sure the address was correct and oh man she had stated down the wrong address along with wrong name and email address. It's really disappointing and stressful especially with a purchase of 1,300$. Also, when I called her to fix the address that was given to the vendor as well as the name and email she never once apologized for the mistake, she simply said "i fixed it" and cut the phone on me. The worst customer service till date for us all. Just can't really come to terms on the types of people that do customer service with such big purchases. Hopefully this won't be deleted and someone will think twice before visiting or making a purchase here. Thank you!

I called him personally this morning to thank him for his exemplary service. I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture but 1 tiny little thing that happened recently, almost caused me to walk away from Ashley forever. Everyone I talked to kept passing me around for several weeks to get a $4 replacement part for a chair. Nobody could or would help me. I was frustrated so I went to the store in person to get the issue handled. I had already done that twice before but to no avail. One conversation with Evan and it was done. Like I told him this morning, the little things matter too. So, anyone looking for a great shopping experience, respect and honest interaction, ASK FOR EVAN!!!!!! 10 STARS!

I bought a expensive mattress from Ashley Furniture/Morris Homes a few weeks earlier, sold to me by Delavontae Jackson. I had an issue with my mattress after it was delivered. We called the store and Delavontae took care of us. We came back into the store and upgraded our mattress for just the difference in price. We also bought several other items from Delavontae. Delavontae was patient with me and my children and even knew my kids names before we left. Delavontae made sure we got what we were looking for and was patient when we would change our minds. I was impressed with Delavontae and the store management. I will be back in the future.

Although the salespeople there are nice, the overall service of Ashley Furniture is awful so my review has gone from a 5 to a 1 star, I would make it 0 if I could. To our surprise, our furniture was ready to be delivered earlier than expected. The entire process of setting up a delivery window to actually getting our furniture has been a nightmare. We finally got our couch delivered today along with our coffee table. Of course the coffee table was broken so who knows when or if we will get a new one. We ignored the bad reviews in hopes that we would have a different experience but that was just not the case. Sounds like they keep making the same mistakes and not doing anything about it. Avoid Ashley at all costs.

This location shares space with Morris furniture. I took the long walk through the store. I was going to buy a table and chair. As I near a salesman who was helping another customer he calls to the lady and says “You have a live one ______ (her name)” she come bounding from around the corner and starts her sales pitch to some guy who isn’t even in the showroom yet. I stand and look at her, which she hasn’t even acknowledged me. I keep standing there as the guy says what he is looking for. She says I can help you with that and off they go. I did say so much for being in the store for a few minutes and that’s not what service is all about. Again no response from anyone, I turned around and left. Went a few miles down the road and found what I wanted for about $1,200. Not sure what her commission would have been in that and honestly I don t care because someone who deserves it got their pay for the day

I had furnish my newly bought single family home , I bumped into Ashley Gemini Pl showroom thinking of buying just few furniture’s and I ended up buying furnitures for my entire home worth around 30 grands. Seham was great! I came in looking for an "ugly" couch because of my style. Super helpful and I got my couch in a timely manner! I can't wait for it to be delivered! Update: I waited on the delivery date that was scheduled and called around 4 to see if I could get an update. The store did not answer so I called customer service. Turns out my couch was on back order and they were unable to even schedule a delivery until the couch was back in stock. I then talked to Dale who promised I would get a call from him personally to schedule the delivery. No call was ever placed. At the time I was upset that the date was pushed back into the next month but the couch is still nice so that's a plus.
Dom was wonderful! He listened to our needs and didn’t pressure us at all. He referred us to Jeff, a colleague, who was able to assist us further. David was also valuable to our experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The store was incredibly clean as well.

After buying the couch on Saturday, we were excited to learn the couch was going to be delivered on Tuesday. My wife confirmed the date, being the nearest Tuesday, and I asked about delivery time windows. We were told we would receive an email and be given further information through text. We did receive a text, but it was not about delivery time. It was to set up a delivery time. My wife called customer support, and they had no delivery date scheduled. Not sure how this was missed or not completed, considering my wife and I both confirmed the date and asked about the delivery time at the time of purchase. Customer service rep was helpful in scheduling the delivery, and hopefully this is the last issue...

The salesperson we worked with was Brandon Muchow at the Polaris location. He worked very hard to answer all of our questions and prepare the best quote for us he could. In the end we opted for furniture from their Outlet location. Brandon was genuinely glad we found what we wanted. His attitude was professiona, and he was fun to work with. We would return to him should we have a future need.

I ordered a table from this store in early February 2022. I was told by the sales associate that I would receive the table by "late March/early April at the latest". When that timeframe came and went, I was then told I would receive the table in May. When May came and went, I was told I would definitely be receiving the table in July. When July came and went, I was told late August at the absolute latest. When August came and went, I was told it would arrive in September. I finally received the table mid-October. This is over 8 months after I had ordered it. I have reached out 3 times now to receive the partial refund I was promised for the wait. Each time I am told it will arrive in 5-7 business days. It has yet to arrive. This company is not respectful of my time or my experience whatsoever. This is probably the sketchiest business I have ever encountered. I have no idea how they are still operating.

Am having to dispute charge with credit card company because store will not issue refund for order that has been cancelled. Order was not scheduled to arrive until December. Dealt with 3 people to try and cancel order before finally being cancelled. Management has yet to call to issue refund and was told they would call within 24 hours.

We Purchased a sectional that was not on the low end and was told it would be delivered by a certain date when placing order. When we got closed to date I called the store on a daily basis to get updates and was told they have the items they just needed them to be scanned in. The delivery date was showing Sunday ( which they don’t deliver on sundays) so the guy told me it would be Friday or Saturday. When the items finally were scanned in on Thursday we didn’t receive a call from sales rep Nick stating it was ready. I had to call myself and schedule and at that time they said the schedule was full for the week it would be the following week. So I had to take off work to be home during the week. When I called and asked who I was speaking with Cahsdr hung up on me & I had to call back 4 times until Nick finally picked up. It’s like they were avoiding the call. Fast forward to the furniture getting delivered they were very rough with it & asked to borrow tools to put it together. We paid the $300 delivery service for it not be a hassle. They also had couch upside down on floor. I have pictures of that. All n all not a great experience with this location and our whole house is Ashley because we love the workmanship of them.
***BUYER BEWARE*** I don't know what was worse. The quality of the product I purchased or the lack of customer service after the fact. The couch was broken within the first several months of ownership. Getting it repaired was a nightmare. Then it broke again in exactly the same place almost immediately. I was then told any subsequent repair would be paid for out of pocket by me. i made several trips to the store requesting to speak to a district or regional manager. This request was repeatedly denied. Aside from the craftmanship being exceedingly cheap the cushions began coming apart in less than 18 months. I was talked into the protection plan. My claim was declined so I had to buy new cushions for the couch out of pocket which seems ridiculous as well. I would not recommend spending a penny of your hard earned money at Ashley Furniture. Terrible product and ZERO accountability from any employee.
Ask for Nick Libom, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and I recommended anyone to go see him at Ashely Polaris.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a bed in January. Set up a delivery 6 months in advance. Enough time, right? Wrong! Delivery delayed. Finally got it scheduled. Came in damaged. 2 days of work wasted. 2 days later, The new piece arrived. No hardware. 3rd day wasted. No body can give me answers and supposedly, no one is in charge. I can't get even one phone number other than customer service and you wait an hour on hold to get unsatisfactory answers. Still waiting on hardware and will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Why do they promise to call me then never call. I've been lied to at multiple locations now. Unbelievable

I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this store. In October, I received a sectional couch that I had ordered a few months prior. Almost immediately, one of the cushions began sagging and wearing unevenly. Not to mention, the fabric began pilling up in random places. After waiting almost 2 months for a service tech to come look at it, he agreed that it needed repaired. He told me he would order new foam and casings from Ashley. That never happened. When I called Ashley to investigate, they said the technician reported no damage and my case had been closed. When I said that couldn’t possibly be true, they offered to send the technician out again to take a look. Fast forward to today, after waiting almost 3 more months to see another service technician, the company cancelled the technician an hour before the appointment because he called in sick. I now have to wait ANOTHER 7 weeks to see a repair technician. By that time, I’ll have had the couch for 10 months, 8 of those spent on trying to get it repaired. The customer service level I have received here has frankly been insulting. Buy something and take your chances here that your couch doesn’t need repaired, or invest in another company with better handling of their “valued customers”.
The display mattresses are extremely dirty. I could not try any, so now I have to take my business elsewhere.
Bought a chair. It broke the first time we reclined it. It took weeks to get a repair person out just to be told they couldn't repair it without ordering a part. It then took MONTHS to get the part come in, and weeks more for them to schedule the repair. The repair took 5 minutes (of course), and then that very day the chair broke AGAIN in the same way. At this point, I have had to spend literally hours on hold from several call ins to talk to customer service. I was told it would be replaced, then told the replacement was denied. I was told they'd have to take it away to repair, which would take weeks, during which time we're still without a chair. I am told this is their process, not something they can or are willing to change. Do NOT buy from this company, as their customer service is among the worst I"ve ever experienced.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought a pull out couch ONE YEAR ago and it is still sitting in my living room pulled out because when it came it was broken. The couch would not push back in because one of the hinges was completely mangled. We were supposed to get a new frame installed and that date kept getting pushed. After 6 months of having to wait 45 minutes to talk to customer service we asked for a full refund, which we were supposed to get. 3 more delivery trips later, the couch is STILL sitting in my living room because customer service can't seem to send the right team out to disassemble the couch to take it out. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and go somewhere else! Anywhere else.

I spent over $15000 in furniture here in one year. I waited over 120 days twice for my merchandise, wrong merchandise delivery, missing merchandise and on 3 separate trips my furniture showed up broken. I talked to a manager about all my troubles and was told I would get $1000 in free furniture (which was less then 10% total purchase) She was moved to the morse store and nobody would call me back. I live an hour away. After blasting them on Facebook they reached out to me in private message and still have not made it right to me. I have since spent thousands at Big Sandy with no troubles and no wait.

We had an exceptional experience working with Tim Cremean! I called and told him what we were looking for, and he emailed me with a list of possible couches that would fit our needs. When we went in for our appointment, he patiently walked with us around the store and helped us make our decisions about family room furniture. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy in any way. We bought that day! We were given a delivery estimate of January (it was mid-October) but we knew going in it would be a long wait. Mid-December, Tim contacted us to tell us the furniture would be delivered early! Just in time for Christmas morning, actually! The delivery company had outstanding communication. We were given a day, then a specific window of time, and then a tracking link to receive real-time info about where our furniture was en route. The delivery was prompt, and the gentlemen brought the furniture into our family room. We installed it ourselves. We got the Rawcliffe sectional… it is absolutely breathtaking and so soft and comfortable! Thank you so much!
My husband and I worked with Mike Saleh in purchasing living and dining room furniture today. He was not a pressure salesman, gave us time to really look at the furniture pieces we wanted before discussing options with us. When we decided on the pieces, he checked the availability and was transparent in letting us know the time lines since the items we wanted weren't in stock. Mike understood our budget and worked with us to determine the final price while educating us on what can't be done. We walked away with purchasing all the furniture we came in for and plan to work with him again in the near future to get our bedroom completed. Throughout our interactions he was friendly, professional and polite. He gave us time and privacy to chat when needed. I highly recommend working with him in your furniture purchasing process.
We had an awesome experience today! Mike Selah did a great job working with us! He greeted us at the door. He really worked with us and figured out our style and likes and dislikes. He really took his time with us and gave us 100% of his attention. I was really impressed with his customer service and knowledge of everything in the store!! Was overall disappointed with our experience. We ordered our table/chairs in May and just received today. The delivery team was supposed to call 30 min before but did not. We were 20 min away and they stated they’d only wait 15. They left the furniture neatly in the driveway as asked for us to handle on our own despite paying the fee for delivery and assembly. After calling our salesperson and voicing our complaints they sent the delivery team back over to assemble but they appeared less than thrilled. After assembly they left cardboard, styrofoam, and other trash in our flower beds/yard. They knocked over outdoor decorations and did not place them back upright. Lastly, our leaf to our table has a huge crack in it and have to wait upwards to an hour for customer care. All of these complaints with only a $200 gift card sent our way. That gift card should’ve been sent for the mere inconvenience of waiting since May.
Do not shop here! This company consistently sells low quality products and offers a warranty they do not honor. Shop elsewhere.

My daughter paid for a sectional here in August. Was supposed to be delivered in the middle of September. She called after no one contacted her in September and then they said it would not come until late December due to Covid. She spoke with them again today and now it is the middle of January possibly. It you don’t have the products then you should not be able to sell them in your store. Can’t blame everything on Covid forever. They will let you pay in full for your furniture and then they are under no time obligation to deliver it. Poor business practices.
We had the best experience here today at Ashley furniture! Martin did an amazing job answering all of our questions and helping us find some great pieces within our price range. He walked us through the process from start to finish and was extremely friendly and helpful. Also the employee that did our paperwork and delivery scheduling was wonderful to work with as well. She completed all of our payment and delivery tasks in a very timely manner. We will be returning for future purchases, and we recommend this location highly!
Prices were twice what they advertise online. Can't do anything without a salesman, and they can't be found. Once you get a salesman they ran us all over the store only to tell us they didn't have an of the online stock to try. Complete waste of time.
If you decide to go to Ashley furniture, ask for Eston! He is so sweet and compassionate. When I first came in the store I was not 100% sure that I was going to buy because of the long furniture wait times however he knew my urgency to find furniture for two bedrooms and my living room. He asked questions about my style and what kind of timeframe I needed, he looked through the system for all of the items that I liked and told me estimated wait times! He was not pushy and was very compassionate of my situation. Each and every time I go to Ashley I will be shopping with him!
This was possibly the worst experience i have ever had in a retail setting. I will be contacting both the better business bureau and the state attorney general's office after posting this review for breach of contract. I purchased a sofa and two recliners the first week in February. I was told it would take 6 weeks for the delivery to come in due to covid. Fine. I had one recliner get delivered in late May; 12 weeks later. In late August, I got 2/3 of a sofa delivered. I was informed about the "partial delivery" aka unusable furniture until about an hour before the delivery truck arrived. Fast forward another month, and I stayed home from work to get the last piece of the couch. I have a high profile job and taking off work is extremely difficult. The installers NEVER SHOWED UP. I did not get a call, I did not get an email. I did not get a text. After waiting 2.5 hours on hold for customer care, I had to call the store 3x before I got a response. I had briefly spoken to **JORDAN** who stated he had no idea what happened to my order, but he would follow up. Well, he never followed up. After me leaving another voicemail, he called me back and stated that he still doesn't know what happened to my PROMISED FURNITURE that was scheduled to be delivered, but if we are lucky I might get it before Christmas. I have enclosed a picture of my partial couch and the transcript of the voicemail he left me. There were no apologies for my missing a day of work or my partial sofa which was never delivered. Legal action will ensue next for breach of contract.
The worst customer service. I understand delivery dates are being pushed back all over the industry. I have been extremely patient waiting for my couch to arrive that I ordered back in April. I've asked for updates and no one has returned my calls. Most of the time I can't even get someone in the store to pick up the phone. Like I said, I've been extremely patient, but my couch being late should not have any effect on the customer service. I would not recommend to anyone
Worst customer service. They do not respond to calls. We bought furniture for our home here. Our recliner creeks. Mattress frame broke in 15 days. Their warranty is joke. No response at all. Avoid buying furniture from Ashley and this store.

The worst buying experience I have EVER had. I will NEVER shop at Ashley HomeStore or recommend them to anyone. They are big on sales, sales, sales, and no delivery. We were over promised when we ordered our outdoor patio set. We were told delivery would take 2-4 weeks. We received 1 of 3 pieces after 6 weeks of waiting and have been waiting an additional 6 months for the other 2 pieces. Tried calling and emailing to cancel the remainder of the order and get a refund and can never get ahold of anyone. I am still trying to get ahold of someone at this store to help and no one will answer any communications. It is a real shame their lack of customer service. Do not purchase from this store.
Horrible!!! As all the other reviews have stated. Spent 5k for nothing but a run around. Don't try calling or emailing because you won't get an answer. Went back and canceled our order. Let's see how fast delivery is on our refund!
Is the first time we buy a furniture in this store and never again, we was agree to receive part of the order but when the delivery came they left the bed with out the rails for the bed we wasn’t able to put the box spring because the size of the rails was wrong size and the other bed they just said one part was broken and the costumer service was supposed to contact us, so they leave a big box in the room doing nothing just taking room we not even able to put the old bed back to the room because of this they was supposed to contact us but they never did we went to the store and the person said he’s going to leave a message for them contact us but nothing, is so bad how the costumer service works, we was almost 1 hour in the phone and they never respond to as. no communication with the costumer is so rude. We always buy furniture at value city we never had this problem anything happens with our order we have someone to help but this store is so wrong 😑
I had a GREAT experience with my furniture purchase. Both my daughter and I purchased furniture. My positive experience was due to our salesman Tim! He was very helpful not pushy. I had some issues with delivery dates he was promptly responsive to my emails. Got everything in order and followed through till the end! I would highly recommend anyone who shops at this Ashley to request Tim as their salesperson for a positive and professional experience!!
If they tell you an item is in stock, don’t believe them. We were made to believe the item was in stock for our move in date but then we’re told it was out of stock a few Days later. The item has been pushed back multiple months. They lied to us to get the purchase and continue to deceive when we will get the furniture. Knowing this up front would have been helpful.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the assistant manager I spoke with yesterday afternoon. I purchased two pieces in March, one to be delivered the following week and the other was on back order. First piece, got a call the delivery driver was on his way then never showed up. Somehow my delivery date was changed and no one consulted me on that change. The new delivery date was after I needed the mattress for my guest room, so we had to go pick it up! Back ordered item was promised in April, just arrived on Friday (end of June, 2.5 months after promised) with zero updates from my salesman. When the delivery driver arrived with it, I could see the box was damaged. I asked him to wait 1 minute while I opened the box to which he refused and told me he didn’t have time to stand around while I inspected the piece and walked out of my house. I called customer service and waited on hold for 40 minutes. The customer service guy couldn’t tell me how I could get my refund and told me to call the store. They don’t answer their phone! His next response was to drive down there and talk to someone. I expressed my displeasure with his response and he hung up on me! So I did get in the car and drive to the store only to find out the refund is in process! This store is a mess! If you want your furniture on time and in good quality, don’t shop here. If you want a salesperson who will actually provide any level of service, don’t buy from John Baroni. Looking forward to getting this busted piece of furniture and Ashley Homestore out of my life on Wednesday!
took a YEAR, yesterday we just got the furniture. we ordered early June, OF LAST YEAR! service was bad, they came 5 times, 1. brought a mirror and parts of the bed and wrong nails. 2. wrong nails 3. WRONG NAILS AGAIN! 4. all furniture except bed, 3 months later the came with the bed. BUT HALF OF THE PARTS WERE GONE!!!! I had to go and build the rest of the bed. also not to mention all bed parts had cracks! I had a teen girl sleeping on the floor for an entire year. Id give a zero if i could. DONT BUY
I went to Ashley Furniture at Polaris to purchase a sofa I had identified online, spent about 15 minutes in the store looking at it and browsing other furniture. The 2 salesmen chatting at the counter did not bother to come to ask me if I needed any help. I notice a white couple walk in the door and without hesitation, one of the salesmen immediately approached them and started helping them. I decided to leave.... and headed to Value City Furniture across the street. I have spent several thousands in that store before... not going back to Ashley Furniture.. ------------------------------------------------------------ Contrast with great experience at Value City Furniture... Chuck at the store treated me with courtesy and respect, he answered all my questions and did not tire to show me what was around the store. Made my purchase and the delivery was done by Gordon and Eric, great guys! courteous and professional.
Ben is fantastic. Asks probing questions to get to what you're looking for. Very easy to work with and exceptional customer service. 5/5 for service. 3/5 for communication after the sale (the company not Ben) Our sofas have been delayed 7 times since we bought them, going well past the original expected date with zero communication on why or when to expect them. Very frustrating for someone who is expecting to move soon and stuck in limbo on where my order is.
If I could give them a 0 I would, horrible service, ordered a mattress and frame. They said it would be two weeks; they kept moving it every week. Finally after 6 weeks I cancelled my orders and had to return the mattress pad they made me buy in store in my new store card I applied for and take it that day. When finally returning it this week l. I walked in no one could return except for a manager and he was busy. I asked for a confirmation call to let me know that the charges had been reversed and was told it was sitting in the managers to do folder two days later. I asked for a manager but one was not there. Only the managers can do returns and they are never available. So I now have to call back to talk to the store manager at 2pm to get a simple return completed. Horrible service, don’t buy from them you won’t receive your merchandise and have to do all the work to get them to help you get fully refunded. They say it Covid but I went to Sleep Outfitters and and mattress in two days - comparable in price and quality. They also do not use a third party for deliveries!
I will NEVER buy from Ashley Homestore ever again. I bought a bed in Sept. and it took 2 months for the delivery. Two months after that the bed completely broke while we were sleeping in it. It took them a week to come out and determine they needed to replace the side rail which needed to be ordered. That was nearly 2 months ago, I called to get a status update since there has been no word from them and they only JUST NOW ordered the side rail which can take up to 3 weeks to get in. So by the time we get the bed fixed, it will be 7 months AFTER the initial call of it breaking. They will not refund me at this point, and there is no guarantee when it will be fixed. Meanwhile, every time we sit on the bed or move around the least bit, it breaks even more. Moral of my story, BEWARE OF BUYING ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Initially worked with Vic and purchased my first proper furniture set in February 2021. Unfortunately we live in the current world where everything is back ordered and timelines keep extending. It’s been over 3 months and only 1 piece showed up. Fast forward to today. I called and worked with Amber, who without skipping a beat rather than admitting defeat or just giving me my money back, adapted to the situation and found a solution of helping me get something similar, in stock and delivered to me by the deadline I set for her. Great service and would work with them again.
From a 5 star to a 1 star. I know there is a back log of delivery times, I've used up my vacation time waiting for the actual delivery truck to arrive. I even remodeled three rooms in my house just for the furniture that I bought. I'll be canceling my order if the furniture is not delivered two days after this review is posted. I've contacted customer care twice only for them to tell me they know nothing about the order. Further, the misuse of marginalized labor at the Gemini Pl location is insulting.
We had an excellent experience at the Polaris store, Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very patient, giving us time to look and make our decisions. We appreciate his help, he made it very enjoyable and would highly recommend the store. It is very nice store for shooping only for delivery it is like........ we ordered dining table at the month of September 2020 it is may 2021 till now we received only chairs didn’t received dining table. customer service is very bad and we went to store directly several times but no use. we waited to meet manager for 3hr with 2yr old baby while meeting manager also no use. we contact customer service several times but no use we don’t know is we get our dining table at this end of the year or not is they are planting trees to make my dining table please use good fertilizer so In my experience Ashley is good store for window shooping only(waste of time and money) very very worst experience with Ashley.....

Order fulfillment is an absolute disaster. There is nothing that has gone right with our order. There is a piece of our sectional that hasn't come after 3 months, and seems to have disappeared from their tracking system the day after it was scheduled to be delivered. I would never urge anyone to shop here. Follow-up: after calling their offices, the order was marked as fulfilled, and nobody knows where it is
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture company in my life. The delivery guys arrived off the bat with regular street clothing on, did not identify themselves, and were not even wearing masks. When I opened the door to see who it was he just said “I got your furniture.” Which was very strange and threw me off quite a bit. He then shoved past me and began walking into my house with a piece of furniture I had already canceled 2 days prior over the phone, yelling “Where you want this?!” And I tried to explain that I had already canceled that order. All while this is happening, this guy is walking around my house without even the first word from me in dirty shoes, mind you this is a rental property that just had new WHITE carpet installed, and he did not even put shoe covers on. I do not even wear shoes in that house. He tracked dirt, debris, and leaves all throughout the house. I was also very upset that they would not put on a mask. My family was there helping me and my father is extremely high risk with several co-morbidites that could result in him being very vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. We are still in the midst of a pandemic and I was even wearing my mask in my own home, whereas they would not even offer to do so. After this, they were very careless about bringing furniture in and even slammed pieces against my walls and ceiling. I just had this house painted last month for the new tenants and now there are marks everywhere and even a crack in the ceiling where they hit it so hard with the corner of the couch. Once the furniture was placed inside the home, and somewhat assembled the men just started walking towards their truck. They did not even say they were finished and I ran out to ask if they were going to finish putting the bed together because I noticed missing pieces as well as the slats not being bolted down. One man responded “those parts weren’t in the box. Call up Ashley furniture.” Then he pulled out before I could even ask where other entire furniture pieces were. I was still missing furniture from the order that was also scheduled to arrive that day. No one once asked if I was satisfied with my order, if everything looked okay, or if I had any questions or concerns. They also did not even inform me when they were leaving, they just got up and left. They left garbage and trash all throughout my yard and debris were blowing all across my neighborhood. No one cleaned up after themselves inside or outside of the home, they damaged my home, they did not deliver entire pieces of furniture, and did not even complete the setup of certain pieces, they tore a hole in the top of the couch while sliding it across my front door trim, and put the cushions in the ground outside resulting in permanent dark brown stains in a white couch. They were rude, unprofessional, and worst of all, they may have potentially exposed myself and my family to the deadly COVID-19 virus. I will never EVER shop at Ashley or Morris furniture again. This left me more upset that to have no furniture at all. I would rather deal with a more professional company or assemble the furniture myself in the future. When calling customer service they put you on hold for 90 minutes at a time, then make you call back just to go through it all over again. I also had extreme difficulty canceling items that were not delivered. I still am not sure if they were properly canceled or not, mind you, I ordered 10 pieces of furniture from this store and only successfully received 4. One person in this whole experience was helpful and her name was Brandy in customer service, and I say that because she called me back when she said she would to arrange the delivery of missing pieces for the bed. Which is going to now arrive 3 weeks after expected.
We ordered a kitchen table from Ashley HomeStore. Paid in full, including fees to have the table delivered and assembled. When delivery day came the contractor's unwrapped the table but they did not have any hardware (screws/washers) to actually assemble the new table. They left the disassembled table in our dining space. No idea when we will have hardware to assemble ourselves...Customer service has been hard to work with so far.

I worked with Mike Saleh in April 2021 to purchase a new sofa, loveseat, power recliner, and dining room table set. Mike was patient, knowledgable, and helpful. He worked at our pace as we were thoughtful about the options (i.e., didn't rush us in making decisions), he honored our preferences and budget (i.e., didn't try to upsell us), and he ensured that the pieces we bought worked well together and with our aesthetic. I was very pleased with the shopping and purchasing experience he facilitated, and I felt treated kindly and respectfully. We would happily recommend working with Mike at the Polaris location to anyone looking to make new purchases for their living space. I hope the delivery process is as smooth and efficient as this part of the process was.
Update 9-8-2021 Still no furniture. I have stopped receiving the biweekly delivery update emails because they’re not able to give me a delivery date because they filled more orders than they could handle and do not want to admit it. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. There are multiple other complaints with the exact same issue. They only have a week or so left to respond to my complaint. If they fail to respond I will be seeking legal counsel. Update 7-10-2021 Ashley Furniture is now unable to provide an estimated delivery date on my order. This is the worst managed furniture company in the USA. Steer clear. As more time goes on, more and more people are complaining of the same thing. Just because they say it's in stock doesn't mean that it is. Big Sandy's and Haverty's have done right by us. Both of those stores have locations on Polaris Parkway. Save yourself time and frustration. Update 5-22-2021 Furniture has been moved back twice since my review and now states expected delivery is 7-6-2021. This is EIGHT months after I ordered and 6 months after my original delivery date. Don't waste your time or money here. I'll continue to update this review as I'm sure this order will continue to be pushed back. I was at this location in October 2020 and purchased a bedroom suit. I was promised it would be delivered January 8, 2021. Since then I have only received weekly updates telling me that my order has been pushed back. It has been "on order" for over two months. I visited the store February 12, 2021 and spoke with Fatima only to be given an attitude when inquiring about when my order would be fulfilled. I was given a typical corporate response citing Covid as an excuse even though I've purchased furniture from Big Sandy's and Haverty's and received both orders within 3 weeks as promised. I requested that my order be refunded. I purchased this order during their "Free Furniture Election Promotion". I should've read the contract closer because it states no refunds are allowed. It's criminal that during a global pandemic, a large corporation can hold onto your money interest free and give you no real timeframe of when you can expect the product that you paid for in full 7 months prior. My order currently states it will be ready May 26, 2021. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Office. This is a Class Action Lawsuit waiting to happen, and I cannot wait to join in on it. Ashley Furniture/Morris Home has lost a customer for life.

Bad customer service. Had an appointment ,waited 30 minutes for salesperson who was already there but no one came to let us know she was running late or anything. We walked out and took our business elsewhere. Poor service and will not recommend this place.

We are extremely disappointed at the service we got. We ordered furniture 4 months ago and still didn’t get everything. It’s so frustrating to even get hold of anyone at customer service and delivery. Our dinning table came missing parts and it’s taking them a long time to address this issue. On multiple occasions, I was on hold for over an hour without getting any resolution. Unfortunately they don’t even notate the issue so the following customer service agent can properly help. We have been an Ashley customer fo a while but after this horrible encounter, I will not be shopping there again.
I have a really bad experience, I bought furniture worth 12000$ in September 2020 and haven't received my complete order, sales representatives at the store asks me to call the customer service and the customer service won't respond or tells you lies about the delivery dates, if you want to buy something from this store it will take more than 6 months for delivery, all the estimated delivery dates given by sales representatives are just lies to sell their furniture. I still haven't received my entire order, and no one helps me.
Amber was my sales person, and she did a great job. She helped me pick out new living room furniture and I love it. It was delivered within the timeframe she promised, and I love the quality. I definitely recommend working with Amber.
One of the worst store and customer experience ever had. They deliver you defective product and the delivery people don't care how to handle the furnitures. To exchange the item of the defective sofa , they sent replacement again with some damages. When we call customer support they are saying they can do one time exchange only and they said if we notice any damages during the time of delivery we should refuse at that time itself before delivery person leave the house. We noticed in 2 hrs and called the customer care and no use. first of all why they are coming to deliver the damage item, now we think that this exchanged item is used by someone and delivered to us intentionally. They are not ready to do further exchanges , As we had problem with other items, store manager fatimata did it knowingly. one more bed delivered with broken pieces and missing parts, when we call customer care for that , irresponsible people answering the calls and holding us for 2 hours, wasting our time following with these guys for the mistakes that they are doing. No Quality product , No good customer service. Ashely cheating customers with defective items, Never ever go to this store!!!! particularly polaris store. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! Compare to other furniture stores it has more collection and designer products. Staff is friendly and supportive. Saw some nice living room suits, chaise lounges, ottomans, dining room tables and a number of recliners and lift chairs. Cons: Could have little more spacious and have low budget items. Also, i feel like they should improve product delivery service by reducing the transportation and installation costs which may help with sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Well when I first purchased my furniture set they gave me a date that it would be in but when the time came for me to receive it apparantly it ended up being on back order for another 6 months which I already been waiting 2months for..so the manager informed me that I Could wait or just come in and pick something else out . So I chose to pick a new furniture set. When I came in the store I was greeted as soon as I came in. And my sales associate Amber was very helpful and knowledgeable abt what I wanted. She was very pleasant and kind and didnt try to rush me and made me feel at ease when I was already a little upset. So gave me the best option on which sets would be in the fastest and really up front with me. The furniture came exactly when she said and it was very similar to the set I picked out and it was a little cheaper. She followed up on my delivery which she didnt have to do to see if I was happy. Most places after they get the commission you wont hear from them again. So I would def recommend shopping at the Polaris store again if you are looking for some furniture and be sure to ask for Amber.
I was glad to have purchased our furniture on Black Friday and had no problem waiting on it due to the pandemic. But the delivery process and "customer care" department is terrible. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered Saturday, and we were told to make sure we have things prepared -- so we did, we removed our old furniture, cleared out our entire living room in preparation for the furniture to arrive. Great! Scheduled for 3:00 - 7:00... time comes and goes... then we get an updted, delivery will be between 7:00 and 8:30.. nothing... never shows up. Also, the tracking information now no longer displays for my order. Monday morning I call to re-schedule.... was on hold for literally 2 hours, but got everything updated, rescheduled for Wednesday. At this point, no furniture in my living room, and house is a disaster since didn't want to move everything again in to the living room and out. I got a little nervous Tuesday night because I stil had not received notification about delivery like we did last week. Call Wednesday morning when they open, wait on hold for another 40 minutes maybe, ask for status. What!? My delivery was never scheduled!? Are you kidding me!? Now I have to wait until Friday this week and guess what, no one will be home on Friday. Can they re-arrange someone else's delivery possiibly since I've been inconviencneced TWICE now and had our house a disaster all weekend till now? Nope, "we're very sorry, but we're already booked" -- ok, thanks a lot for terrible customer service. At this point I'm scheduled for Friday, but I'm not holding my breath. If I hadn't waited already for a few months for the furniture I would have cancelled the order all toghether. What a nightmare.

The positive - Amber, the sales person at the Ashley store has been outstanding. Extremely helpful, very positive, very friendly. She helped us picked out an entire bedroom and living room set and assisted in getting everything to match. She has also been extremely responsive and helpful in keeping us updated on the delivery of our furniture. This is important because customer support is non existent. Call all you want, no one will answer. Same goes for calling the store. Thank god Amber gave us her cell phone #. Also, you can’t track your shipping online. They say u can but u can’t. If it wasn’t for Amber, we would so so angry because we would have had no idea when our furniture was going to ship. Thanks Amber for all your help.
Had a bad experience however if it wasn't for Amber Bryant making sure things got taken care of I would have returned everything. Amber helps me out answers my questions in a very timely manner as well as answering my questions when she wasn't even at work. We have been very unpleased with customer service as well as have yet received a complete bed after placing an order 6 months ago. The bed was delivered and did not come with hardware to make the trundle drawers functional. The drawers are sitting on the floor. Ashley has not been able to get us the correct parts and have sent the wrong parts on 2 different occasions. They don’t want to refund our money nor get us the bed parts. They make excuses about staffing and there delivery guys being inadequate (Specifically Nick Janal) Our experience has been like dealing with a used car salesman. They tell you what you want to hear but have yet to deliver the product that we paid for. I will never order from Ashley again.
Worked with Amber via Facebook and my experience was really really good. Amber was very quick in responding to questions and super accommodating in helping us find the right piece that we were looking for. We had a small issue when the furniture was delivered but they made it right immediately and got us fixed up before the holidays. The price was in line with their competitors and they even did a price match to ace me a few bucks. I would shop there again for sure and would highly recommend you to ask for Amber.
So after waiting four months for my delivery of my furniture the delivery man drops formal living room couch and damages my hardwood floors. All my tables ordered came not assembled in boxes. I will absolutely never purchase from there again!!
The worst experience ever stay way from this place I bought a new house I needed a lot of furniture I was dealing with David he know nothing not patients at all,bad attitude put the wrong items wrong address for shipping, wanna come and pick up my lambs he don't remember what kind never available I went 3 times in 3 different weeks they don't have it till today got nothing then for other stuff he put the wrong bed for my daughter then I was promised from the Manger she will get me everything except my daughter bed today but I'm getting nothing except my daughter's bed and the Manger Fatima promised me the opposite who should I talk to I'm so disappointed I don't want refund I just wanna know what's going on I need someone contact me I heard nothing so far.

NEVER and I mean NEVER do business at the Polaris Ashley furniture store. I try to cancel my order and purchase at another Ashley store because I was already in the area doing errands and second guessing my original purchase. The GM at Polaris by the name of “Fatima” REFUSED me to cancel and kept hanging up on me and the other Ashley store GM. I was literally in tears because I couldn’t make my new purchase and she didn’t care because she let us know her sales person would lose on half the commission and ding their store. How unprofessional and distasteful is it to guilt trip and BULLY a customer for them wanting to cancel?! NO WONDER YOU HAVE A 2.9 star review.

The salesperson is only responsible for selling. After the sale is over, they don’t care about you at all. There is no service, no phone calls, no emails. There is no protection during the delivery of your beloved things. They don’t know what causes scratches, bumps, etc. The delivery staff doesn't care, the sales staff can't find it and don't know what to do now. The delivery staff did not have any epidemic prevention measures, even the shoe covers that should be available when entering someone's home. Things don't need to be moved, they just roll around in your house because he feels effortless. Even if it is the matching small box parts for large items, they actually let you go out to get them, instead of sending you home. The delivery time is arbitrary and does not arrive at the agreed time at all. It is simply an intolerable insult. When you are ready to buy your beloved items to make your warm home more cozy, I would never recommend you to buy any items from their company, it may be the beginning of a disaster .

Just okay. The Ashley part of the store was meh. The prices were good but the quality is on the lower end of the scale. It's probably fine for what you pay for.
I have had the absolute worst experience with Ashley Furniture. The table top delivered to me had a stain defect. One of the chairs I purchased also had damage. I went to the store for help returning and exchanging my table top in the 90 day exchange time frame, as I was told by the sales associate there, and the store is unable to help - you have to deal with customer service directly via phone. I’ve called, had a new table set to deliver, and when it arrived it was also visibly damaged. I had a reschedule for a new table top again, had to reschedule my delivery date, spoke with a representative online who said they would contact my delivery drivers, they would be in touch to coordinate a new date - and did not. They still showed up when I was not home and have not tried contacting me to reschedule. Someone from corporate called and said they do not “service Ohio” tried finding me in the system and nothing popped up - which is concerning because I also purchased a warranty protection and there seems to be no record of me.
I would give this place a negative 10 stars if I could. We have had the absolute worst Experience with their customer service. They don't care if you didn't get the right shipment. They simply don't want to help. When I called customer care we were put on hold for hours and no one ever answered the phone. They told us to email and no 1 responded I would call the store and no 1 could help. One salesman actually laughed at me when I asked him to help me he said "why me?"and laughed at me. The manager has done absolutely nothing to help our situation . We ordered A bedroom set and were told they would deliver the bed and a dresser early this week and the rest of the set would come in August and we were OK with that however, when they delivered the bed they only had the headboard and the footboard and no rails to put the bed together. No one cares that we don't have the rails. It is showing that is out of stock online so we can't just order them ourselves again. So we simply have boxes sitting in our bedroom And no bed to sleep on. And Ashley home store simply doesn't care! I am seriously thinking of hiring an attorney to sue them. Please stay away from this store at all cost they are great sales people. Our salesman was a lovely person. But their customer care is outrageously, disgustingly horrible. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! IT WILL SAVE YOU MUCH AGGRAVATION AND HEARTACHE. Update: it has been 3 months since we ordered our furniture and we still don't have our complete order. We received a text saying the last dresser will be delivered in OCTOBER. more than 4 months after it was ordered. No word from the store. No apologies, no discount. NOTHING. SILENCE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I HATE THIS PLACE. Update: Our salesperson actually reached out to us late September to confirm our order would arrive beginning of October. But then guess what? Another robot call the day before it was supposed to arrive saying it would not. So still have not gotten the last piece of our order.
We were blatantly lied to about pricing and delivery time by the salesmen (particularly Khan, I believe was his name.) We agreed on a price of the multiple furniture sets we were buying but when we saw our credit card, the prices didn’t match the receipt we had been given before we left. We went back in and he was magically with a customer for over 45 minutes (did not see him on the floor at all). We had to leave so we called asked for a call back from him several times and he never returned our call. We went to the store to see him and the girl with the false eyelashes said he’d be with us soon and he never showed up. Also, our delivery date got pushed back three times. The last time we weren’t even informed. We called corporate and the woman was less than helpful and couldn’t even issue a refund. We returned to the store and returned and canceled every piece of furniture we bought from them and will not ever return. Shame on this company and especially Khan who is a scam artist.
1280 Gemini Pl Columbus, Ohio 43240 We order a Complete Bedroom including Mattress. Was told EVERYTHING would be Delivered on 9/12/2020. So on 9/12 we only got Nightstand and mattress. When I asked the delivery people they said they do not have it and didn't know what I was talking about. I called the store and was on hold for 1 and 1/2 hour to be told they would have to call me in 2 days. So I waited and NO one called. So after 4 days I called and was told they found a dresser and the bed in the warehouse that was for someone else that was on hold till late November and they would sent it to me the next day. So when the delivery people showed up they had me come out to the truck and look at it because it had a chunk of wood out of it. So we told them to take it back. They did have the DRESSER and brought it in witch when doing so HIT the banister and put a BIG knick in it. I called the store and asked when we would get ALL our stuff they said Late NOVEMBER. I told them I wished they would have told me this BEFORE hand because we got red of ALL our old stuff. So I asked them to refund my money in full and they said they would all but the mattress because they have a NO REFUND on Mattress. They said they can NOT do anything about the DAMAGE to my Banister. As for the Mattress WITCH NO ON TOLD US ABOUT you are buying it with NO Refund. I said I thought we had 120 Sleep test. They when on to say you do but can ONLY trade in for the same price or HIGHER. AGAIN the sales person (MIKE SALEH) NEVER told us anything about it. Even when I talked to the Sales Manager (Fatimata) SHE was VERY VERY RUDE. To this day EVERY TIME I call the store it takes OVER an hour to get someone to answer. I would NEVER buy from them again. Funny thing is when I called and talked to MIKE SALEH on October 1st he said he would make sure he would take care of it because he wanted to make sure it wasn't on his commission check and he would call me back later that day. You guessed it NO call back.So I just filed a lawsuit against them because they will NOT refund my $8821.49. PEOPLE do your research. I didn't and wish I would have. Just look at the reviews. I'm NOT the only person with this problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I purchased furniture for our living room back in February. The delivery was delayed but I wasn’t too surprised given the pandemic that had hit in the interim. However, upon arrival, one item was damaged and two had manufactural defects. I both called and emailed the service center to report it within the allotted time frame from delivery. I eventually got a call saying that all three items would be replaced after the “stay at home” order was lifted. Since the order was lifted, I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails (because you cannot get through to a sales representative) trying to arrange for the damaged/defective furniture to be replaced. Given that I was having no luck that way, I went to the store and was provided no help besides being told to call the number I had previously been calling. I still have not heard from customer service regarding replacement of our damaged/defective furniture. EDIT: Unfortunately, the email provided in response to my review is the same email I have been trying to contact with no response since May. Despite all my efforts, I still have not been contacted by a customer care representative.
We are pleased with our purchase from Ashley Furniture Polaris. Our salesman, Tim, made the selection process fun and kept in touch with us about delivery updates. Our initial delivery date was delayed, but Tim warned us that would likely happen as the initial date seemed unrealistic. The actual delivery date was one month out, and the furniture arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered. I would advise customers to get your sales person’s contact info and deal with him/her directly to avoid the experiences others have had with poor customer service from the company directly.

Lies lies and more lies. Worst company to work with from any perspective except that their people on the sales floor are friendly. Don’t buy anything from here! They’ll damage your furniture, lie about availability to sell you things, lie about delivery dates and times, lie about ordering your replacement furniture due to their damage. Just run far away from this place! Customer service is a joke. They don’t get back to you despite the auto response they’ll give here. Hours and hours on hold, they can’t even update an address in their system for over a week.
Their sales team was knowledgeable and very helpful. That was a positive experience. The delivery plans, on the other hand, have been painful to say the least. Our new bed and base were supposed to arrive tomorrow. After getting both an email and text confirmation earlier today, we’re just now learning our mattress isn’t in stock for shipment tomorrow. The voicemail was curt and they really didn’t seem to care we had to rearrange our work schedules around them since they only offer delivery in our area Wednesdays. What are the chances that our rescheduled delivery date next week will be the same outcome? More vacation time wasted. Also, I was never able to talk to a customer service representative from the Polaris store. Three separate times I tried to get through and when the call reached 12 minutes the hold music ceased and the call dropped. We won’t purchase from here again.
DO NOT purchase products from Ashley or Morris furniture! I purchased a rocker recliner from Ashley furniture. I waited a month and a half for the chair to be made. It delivered August 6th, it’s September 15th, and the springs are already falling out of the chair. There’s only a 3 day in home manufacturing warranty. Nice warranty Ashley, you obviously understand your product is junk. When you call the customer service line, you’ll be on hold for an hour just to speak to someone. Then, they’ll tell you it’ll be 2 days before a technician can come out. That technician will just do an inspection and may have to come back out to fix the chair. What a joke! Who’s the customer here, Ashley or the consumer? DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEY! Over priced product, if you select to call it that, for junk freight. Go somewhere else and buy quality made furniture. I would’ve gave zero stars! The sales guys, Haughn included, argued over the sale. Should’ve just left without making a purchase.

If I could give less than one star I honestly would. I have never dealt with a worse company for customer service. Prepare to wait 80+ minutes for customer service with irritating music. There was one customer service representative for the entire company. This is not an exaggeration they were horrible to deal with. And to make matters worse their third party company came to inspect the issues with my bed and told me they would send me a new box spring. After not hearing how we were moving forward to get this for three weeks I had to call and and was told they would no longer help me with the issues in their furniture and now I am stuck with a broken bed. For your best interest in mind stay the hell away from this company.
This review is simply the same song, just another verse. We bought a couch the first weekend in June and we were told it would likely be delivered before July 30th, but that July 30th was the delivery date and they would call us 4 days before. July 26th came and we had received no call, so we called them. The gentlemen looked up our order and told us: "I'm so glad you called, your couch will not be delivered until September 12th." Apparently the manufacturer shutdown due to COVID, which I can understand however, after going through these reviews I'm quite suspicious of that claim now. The gentlemen then told us that we were going to receive a call from our salesmen the next day anyway. He never called. The most frustrating part is that they did not even bother to call us and update us. We had to call them. Meanwhile, my wife and I, who just moved into a new home, are left couchless. We've talked to other people since then and they have all shared similar experiences. Unless you can afford to wait an exuberantly long or potentially infinite time for your furniture, don't shop here. UPDATE 9/7: After receiving a confirmation email on Saturday to confirm my delivery for Saturday 9/12, I just received an email today pushing it back to October 20th after I had called a month ago and was told with 90% certainty our couch would come September 12th and that we would be called if anything changed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Store layout seemed nice, based on style. The furniture, however, seems overpriced and the store workers were not friendly. No one spoke with us or approached us to help. Found better prices and service at nearby furniture stores.

I have purchased furniture from Ashley on 3 separate occasions. Each time is more miserable than the last. They will push back the time you can get your furniture at least 3 times before you actually receive it. If you want furniture from Ashley you ought to order it at least 6 months earlier than you wish to see it in your home. The frustrating part is the sales people are generally friendly, but can do absolutely nothing to change the logistical mismanagement of this failed corporate enterprise. We ordered our furniture 4 months ago and still do not have it.

I bought a couch from Tim at Ashley Furniture in Polaris and had the most wonderful experience! I was able to customize my couch to make it exactly the way I wanted it. Tim made the whole process fun and stress free. My delivery came when expected and the delivery people were professional and quick. I will be shopping at Ashley for future home purchases, I highly recommend!

Bought 2 couches November of last year one couch is broke has one year factory warranty been trying to get with factory since april no response back went to the store we bought it from today waited over an hour for the manager that supposedly was in the restroom then was told she went home for the day without telling anybody still waiting to hear back.
Horrible experience. Ordered a sectional in store, was called a few days later by our salesman that one of the pieces was discontinued and we couldn’t get it, even though we were able to order it. After asking for a refund, since we didn’t have a backup option, he called back later that day to say they can get the pieces we needed for our order and we rescheduled our delivery for 7 weeks later. 5 days before our scheduled delivery, we get another call asking if we were going to come in and pick something else out since they don’t have the piece we need. This was all dealing with our salesman who seemed to completely forget our previous conversation where he told us we could in fact get our order. We shouldn’t be able to order things that are discontinued, and they shouldn’t have waited until 6 weeks after our order was placed to tell us they can’t get it. Never buying from Ashley again and urging everyone I know to avoid at all costs!
So our experience in the store was great except for the 6 week wait for delivery. Today, (the night before everything was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and we gave away our old couch, love seat and chair today) we find out that we will NOT be getting half the stuff we ordered. Reading other reviews today, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. In fact, after looking at other recent reviews, I am giving 50/50 odds that whatever shows up tomorrow will be damaged. Ugh...is it so hard to give your customers a heads up? You all had to know before today that our other products were not available. Also...watch this. Just like everyone else we have had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture! We ordered a sectional in May and still have not received it! Our order has been delayed 4 times. I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel the order! They really need to get it together! I’m not sure why the company is still sending emails about deals and the online store and the actual store are still open. If you don’t have product you should not be marketing for people to buy from you! I just want to cancel my order! I have ordered furniture from value city and wayfair during the pandemic and the orders were all delivered on time with no issues!

Customer service and care is been a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been a regular customer for the past 3 yrs here but lately has been the worst customer service I had and made me regret spending my money here now. I’ll be moving to another furniture store where they actually take care of their customers including the customer care.
After 2&1/2 months of waiting for a couch and loveseat, my mom got a ripped couch, stained cushions and unfinished loveseat. 5 minutes after the delivery guys left, I called the store to get a new order in and they were trying to transfer me to “customer service” to send them pictures (wth), and then after I went over and over the same story, he finally wanted to take my phone number to look up the order. I was hoping they will be kind enough to make notes right away and fix it but instead they want me to call again tomorrow and waste another day of calling them. This is ridiculous! I regret taking my mom to this store and will never shop there again.
Ashley's always finds a way to let me down. After having sworn them off over 3 years ago, against my better judgment, I decided to give them my business because my wife and I saw a few items we REALLY liked. The in-store rep scheduled our delivery date 3 weeks out from the date of purchase. In classic Ashley's fashion, DAYS before our scheduled delivery date, they email us stating there will be a 6 week delivery delay. Our family room is in the last days of renovation and we have no furniture because of Ashley's piss poor service. Not even surprised at this point.
We have went to Ashley Furniture in polaris 2x, both times completely satisfied. BUT the 2nd time was an amazing experience. Big Daddy Dave aka David was able to work with us and exactly what we needed for our house with the help of his manager who was an amazing woman. Absolutely worst experience ever. Save yourself the time if they dont got your delivery right on multiple occasions they will still charge you. They will bring broken furniture with the wrong parts and somehow make it your fault. They don't care about the customer just a sale. Please keep driving go somewhere else. Out of 3 sets of delivery guys only 1 set was decent like these people are totally unprofessional. They told me the company brought me out used items thats why they were damaged and missing parts everytime. I am so disappointed that Ashley furniture is associated with Morris Furniture.
Do NOT go to Ashley furniture. They sell you a product, tell you it will be delivered on a specific date, and then they ghost you for months and your furniture is never delivered. We have tried calling our sales representative and calling the store and they all direct you to a generic call center that tells you that "Your call will be answered in 20 minutes" for three hours - only for them to tell you that you need to speak directly to your sales rep .... a sales rep whose contact information just re-directs you to the call center. We've had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review avoids this business. We have no idea when we will ever (if ever) receive our couch.
Disappointing and unprofessional. The level of customer service is completely low. They don't care about delivering your furniture on time and sense of commitment is underwhelmed. I ordered my furniture way back in March (Before covid-19) and not delivered till date. Long wait for customer care calls (More than 2 hours). No proper follow ups on emails and no reply on time. I doubt that the upper management such as Supervisors, Store Manager does not know how to do their jobs. I am still struggling to have my Queen size bed at home and I am not sure, when it's going to happen. Gave me a compensation offer on my order. But, no action taken on that. Please do not consider this store for your home furniture shopping. I took a lot of pain to deal with them.
I have been to the store on Gemini Parkway multiple times and they tell me they can't do anything and that I need to contact Customer Service. I have called and emailed Customer Service multiple times and have not received a response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because no one from Ashley or Morris Home will answer my phone call or email. Original Complaint: I purchased a furniture set in November 2019. There were multiple issues with delivery - truck broke down, went to wrong house, brought a couch with a 12 inch cut in the leather, did not have furniture for the holidays, etc. I finally had furniture delivered in January 2020 and a few days later realized the couch was not working properly and I called to set up a service request. A man came out and said a part was broke probably at the warehouse and would have a new part delivered to my house and then someone would come out and fix it. It is now June and I still do not have a resolution and have broken furniture in my house. In addition, a bolt fell from the loveseat and it sticks when I put it up and down. I have been in contact with Ashley multiple times and with multiple people up the chain; however, no one from the corporate office will return my message or address my issue. The local store says that they cannot do anything to help me without manager approval. However, I cannot get anyone to call me. Due to the poor customer service and lack of follow-up by Morris Furniture Co, I still feel strongly that you should give me a full refund for my furniture purchase (couch and loveseat). I have had broken furniture in my home since January 2020 and made multiple calls to customer service and was told on multiple occasions that a manager/supervisor (Lindsey) would call me back and to date I still have not received a call. That is unacceptable and is no way to treat a customer especially since I have purchased furniture from Morris in the past. I have had a broken couch in my house since January and have not been able to use it. At the end of March, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because I had no other options because no one from Customer Service would call me back. On 2/29/2020, I received a call from someone named Ashley from Customer Service who left me a message saying that her supervisor authorized an exchange for my console loveseat, which was not even the piece of furniture that was broken - it was the sofa. I called back to tell her that was not the right piece of furniture and no one answered. I called back again and left a message; however, no one ever returned my call. Then on 3/26/2020, I received a call from Morris (Taylor) telling me that they "were informed by a government agency" that they can only deliver to the front door and will be delivering furniture the following day and that it would be unassembled and left at my front door. I called Customer Service again and no one answered and I left a message that I would not accept delivery because the last message I received from anyone at Morris said they were exchanging the console loveseat which wasn't even the broken piece of furniture. I am a first responder and have been working throughout the COVID-19 response so I understand the challenges; however, all of these issues and lack of response from the company took place way before the Governor's stay at home order and businesses were closed. I no longer have faith in the products or customer service of Morris Furniture and will not be completely satisfied until the two pieces of furniture are removed from my home and a full refund given.

I bought my bed in January and I've been told that it will arrive in march. Noe very convenient but I agreed to. I got a call in march to reschedule the delivery to the first week in april, and then another call to reschedule to mid april, and then in mid april another call to reschedule to mid JUNE!!! Are you serious??!! I bought this bed in January! Why are you selling the bed you do not have? Why am I supposed to sleep on the floor for 6 months just because you cannot organise a very simple sale? I am regretting buying from this store!
I ordered a couch back in April. It’s been rescheduled 5 times now. Their excuse is that shipments from over seas are slower now. Why the f@&k are you selling things you don’t actually have then? We already got rid of our old couch 2 months ago. Incredibly frustrating. Will never buy from these guys again

Purchased a bedroom suite on Feb 20th 2020..was delivered March 18th..slats for bed were busted. I was told by delivery man would have next week. It never hapepened..Covid hit so was delayed..understanding..end of may called and they were delivering again.scheduled for June 3rd. Delivery came I was told no legs for the bed...a huge box sat in my bedroom unopened looks like legs could be in there..never opened the box..came today June 17th..said they were only delivering?? And left bed still not put together.i have been sleeping on the floor since march. Customer service is horrible to reach and the sales person at the store said my problem is not theirs..it is customer services. I would not recommend this store.
When I first went in to look at furniture I had a great experience. Salesman was extremely friendly and helpful and I left thinking I would definitely be coming back there whenever I needed furniture in the future. I was wrong. My dad doesn't live in Columbus but was going to buy the furniture for me as a gift. We figured he would have to come there to purchase it at some point so I was just going to pick it out that day. The salesman even said he would have to come in to pay for it. After I picked out the furniture, the lady at the front desk tells us that my dad can pay for it over the phone, they changed their policy because of covid. She was busy at the time but the salesman said she would call my dad as soon as she could. I waited there for about a half hour without her saying anything to me. Finally I went up to her and asked if I needed to stay there or not. She said no but to have my dad send a picture of his ID so they could match it with his credit card. The salesman confirmed that even though it hadn't been paid for yet, my order was placed and everything was all set. My dad never received a call from her that day. He called the store multiple times the next day and no one answered. He eventually called the salesman directly (he gave my dad his cell phone number) and got ahold of him, salesman apologized and said he would make sure the front desk lady called him back that night or the next morning. He never received a call. He even tried calling the store multiple times over the next 4 days and again, no one answered. Dad gets ahold of salesman again via cellphone. The salesman says that there's no order in their system for the things we ordered. Dad is fed up. Salesman apologized a lot. I talked to the salesman as well and he was extremely apologetic, I told him it's not his fault, clearly is the fault of the front desk people. I agree to come in the next day to sort things out. I come in the next day and we have to re-order both the things I had ordered the first time, no big deal. They tell me they aren't going to ask for my dad's ID because of everything we have had to deal with. After processing the payment, front desk lady says "wait we need your dad's ID"... I have him send it to them and I leave thinking everything is ok. (Also I watched the front desk lady ignore multiple phone calls while I was standing there... literally pressed the button to ignore the call when she was not busy...) My dad paid for the furniture in full that day. About a week and a half later, he realizes his card was refunded the entire amount THE DAY AFTER he purchased it and no one from the store called him to explain why. He again called them multiple times over days and no one answered?? Finally he got ahold of them and they had no explanation as to why it was refunded. We told them to forget it. I have never had this many issues with customer service in my life. The salesman was beyond amazing but the customer service after the fact was absolutely horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I should have read all the negative reviews before wasting my time here.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. We purchased a sectional, 9 weeks ago, and the sales person made a mistake. We only received 3 of 4 pieces of the sectional. The store manager, Fatima, avoided talking to me for two full days by refusing to get on the phone when I called and not returning my call. Customer care apparently is “unable” to place orders or solve any problems. I was passed between the store and customer care for 72 hours without resolution. The same couch, from Ashley, is now being sold for $1000 less by a 3rd party retailer. When Fatima finally called me back, she refused to price match and insisted that they were “giving” me the fourth piece of the sectional couch that I paid for and ordered “for free”. It was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. We told them to come pick up the (unusable 3 pieces of a 4 piece) couch. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was very happy to find the deal I got here. Then came time for delivery. We waited almost a month for delivery (pre covid) when the items arrived they did not assembled as promised. We did not get all of our items and (I) needed to call to get them. We had to assemble ourselves and needed to purchases bolts and such to do it. We were promised if we took a picture of the receipt for the items (we) had to buy, we would be reimbursed. We were not. Weeks later we got SOME of the items WE had to puchase in the mail back. But what are we supposed to do, return the new bolts to the store that are already holding our bed togetber?!. We never got our old mattress picked up. We never got our $200 mattress cover. Now this morning I find out I've been double charged at my bank. I was promised compensation. That never happened,. I will not ever purchase anything here again.
Interesting how my review posted 2 weeks ago completely disappeared from Ashley Homestore website. Therefore, I’m posting it again. I never got a reply from anyone at the store either. Do NOT buy from Ashley Homestore Polaris. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES ! If you ever have an issue like we did(we live 45 minutes North of Columbus), you are unable to ever reach a salesperson or customer service by phone. Our sales person gave us his cell to call if we had any issues. His MOM answers the phone and refers us to the store phone number which NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Stay away. Be forewarned…

I would definitely rate this with negative 5 stars if possible. I do interior design and have purchased from Ashley and Morris Home at other locations. (around $220,000 in business I’ve given them in the past 18 months) and I came in today with my client who has a $25,000 budget for his living room in his newly built home. We walked around the store for 35 minutes with notepads in hand and a credit card ready to be swiped and not one person said anything to us or even attempted conversation. To note: there was NO ONE on the sales floor to be found, just 2 people hiding behind a desk that wouldn’t even make eye contact. So after looking around some more and being ignored for nearly 60 minutes at this point, we physically ran into a man working there walking by, and so my client took the opportunity to say hello to him and I immediately told him what we were looking for. A long list of things we had in mind and a few questions but most specifically an emerald green rug 8x10. After cutting me off, his exact response to me: *points at the ground *gives me a nasty look like what I asked was ridiculous and says: “the rugs are everywhere, if you look down you can find them” and proceeds to walk away to the desk where everyone else is and sits down. Are you actually serious?? I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by an employee of a retail store in my life. Clearly the man couldn’t be bothered to do his job and didn’t care about his sales or customers or any possible commission he could have earned. He acted as though we had no money and weren’t serious buyers. As if he had zero time for us and we were being a burden by having questions. Such a horrible face representing your brand. He didn’t offer to point us in the right direction or even tell us how we can figure out our options (custom design? Upholstery design? Special order? Anything? What services do you offer?) If what you see is what you get here, he could have explained that to us in a respectful manner and all would be fine. We had a LIST of things we wanted outside of the area rug that we would have left with, But I will never buy from someone that treats myself or my clients so poorly. Customer service comes first and the sale comes after. Unfortunately for them they won’t be seeing anymore of mine or my clients money thanks to the rude employees of your Polaris location. Take a page out of Art Van’s book and just close your doors now. It’s bound to happen soon enough anyway. Because you sure as hell won’t be making money if those are the type of people that represent your brand.
Worst experience. Do not buy from Ashley. Manager incompetent and has zero empathy. We ordered over 2k worth of furniture as we moved Into our new home. Every piece was delivered late and in an incorrect delivery schedule. one piece at a time and over a 2 month period which was unacceptable. Once items started being delivered, a piece would show up without the other piece that was promised. another would show up without the proper components or shelving; and every time this required a 4 hr window for delivery over our weekend. Don’t even try with the current manager. We explained our situation and she laughed and won’t bother to call you back. It is sad such a great store like Ashley is represented by this type of manager. You would think they can do better. We wanted to purchase more but will move on.
I would never shop with Ashley again. The experience in the store was great, however I just received a phone call that yet another piece of furniture "did not make it on the truck" and my del has been pushed back another week and a half. This is the 4th time they have rescheduled. Super frusterating since we moved into a new home and now are missing furniture
They have no customer service skills. They not take accountability in their mistakes. I cancelled my ordwr with them. I was suppose to have my furniture delivered Saturday and they called at 5:05pm Friday to say it wasnt coming. John the salesman is very good there.
A good portion of furniture feels cheap and not of good quality especially for the price. It mostly looked okay but as soon as you felt or touched the furniture it felt like it was not going to last. I went in looking for a specific item and was shown a few options but one salesman came up and he seemed like a used car salesman. Save your money and go to Art Van for quality furniture and quality salesmen.
Love their furniture. And their sales people. The delivery company they use is a little sketchy at times
I have never left a review on anything, but I’ve also never been so disappointed. I would leave zero stars if this was possible. I was told 3 times my furniture was ready for pickup. Due to this, we rented a u-haul but when we showed up my furniture was not there. This scenario repeated two more times. Then we got the furniture a month later than what was schedule and this was also less than 24 hours we had a scheduled shipment of all our stuff to move across the country because my husband is military and we were moving. Now, we finally were able to unbox the couches and there’s no holes in the bottom for the legs pieces. Also, our entire bed set is missing pieces so we can’t put the bed together. I spent thousands of dollars just to then be told on the phone it’s my fault and they will be doing nothing about giving me furniture they improperly built and the missing parts that are needed to put this bed together. Extremely unprofessional staff and will never give my business here again.

Is zero stars an option? Do not shop here. The in store experience was fine. Everyone was helpful and nice. Be warned, that once you make a purchase the customer service goes out the window. Initial delivery was 7 days from purchase, but they delivered the wrong couch. We were told our couch was no longer in stock, so we had to wait another week and a half. We emailed, called, and went into the store to speak with someone, but no one cared. Everyone passed the buck. Their behavior and lack of professionalism was disappointing, and as a result they lost future business from my family, my wife’s family, all our friends and coworkers, and anyone who reads this (hopefully). Again, do not shop here!
Ashley Home store has the worst customer service I've ever seen in any business in the United States! Once you give them money they don't know you and they won't help you with customer service issues! They do no follow-up and they do nothing after telling you they will take care of your problem! I will never spend another dollar with this company! This company does not care about their customers they care about money and money only! I heard many bad things about this company from their own employees! Employees bad-mouthing the company they work for tell you everything you need to know about an organization.
TL;DR: STAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD SERVICE! --- Went in during their Black Friday sales and picked out a nice sofa and swivel chair and was given a delivery time (dec 7th). A couple of days before delivery, I received a confirmation e-mail showing that they were going to deliver the wrong color sofa. I call up customer care and get this fixed, to which i'm assured this will not be a problem and my delivery date is still set. On delivery day, they deliver the swivel chair and ANOTHER CUSTOMER's repaired sofa, so they have to reschedule delivery of the sofa in another two weeks (Dec 22nd). Two weeks pass and the sofa finally gets here, but unfortunately it turns out it won't fit the entryway (admittedly this one's our fault). At this point we decide this is too much hassle and decide we want to cancel the order completely, so we go to the store and get told we can't due to them delivering the swivel chair already. Ok, fine, we choose a matching loveseat to replace the sofa and are given a new delivery day of January 7th (one month from the original delivery date). Today, THE DAY BEFORE the scheduled delivery we receive a call telling us the loveseat DID NOT come in and are given a new delivery date (Jan 16th). So, a whole month out from the original delivery date and we still don't have our full furniture set. I am now awaiting yet another delay because of some screwup with their delivery system. We were offered a small discount, but this hardly makes up for their horrible delivery service. It baffles me how the delivery side of the business can be this incompetent! --- Addendum: So today is the 15th and once again they've delayed the delivery for another week due to the furniture piece not coming in. Cancelling my remaining order rather than dealing with these clowns any longer. They're obviously not in the business of selling furniture it seems.
I've ordered furniture twice from this location. Each time I've had delivery issues. The first they brought me the incorrect stuff I ordered. The second they called the day before saying some of it wouldn't be delivered; it was ordered a month prior to delivery. Their delivery is a complete joke and a habitual problem. How hard is it to deliver what is ordered? Apparently very hard for this location. UPDATE: ONE MONTH LATER AND STILL DONT HAVE EVERYTHING. DELIVERY FOR TODAY BETWEEN 11 AND 3. NOW SAYING 730. ALL THE REVIEWS YOU READ ARE TRUE. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE JOKE AND DOESN'T CARE. NOBODY DOES THEIR JOB FROM DELIVERY TO THE STORE. I EMAILED THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY PUT ON ALL OF THESE--NO DIFFERENCE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Oh, and nobody has any numbers for any managers and no managers are ever available.
UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS UPDATE 3rd time trying to get our bed delivered. We are now canceling the entire order and going elsewhere. This place is such a joke They managed to mess our delivery up yet again, i'll spare the details as to not make this post any longer. Long story short, the delivery crew gets here tells us they have a footboard (we need a headboard), called customer service explained the issued yet again, got attitude back from them, got no real resolution and 3 different stories. They need to get their lies straight, supposedly i'll have a bed again next week (making this a 6 week process), not holding my breath. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I'll start off by saying my boyfriend and I are repeat customers of Ashley Furniture, the first time we bought something it was a wonderful experience we got an awesome leather couch and matching recliner. We decided it was time for a new bed and mattress this time around. We landed on Ashley Furniture for that purchase as well but we will not be back in the future. We ordered a new mattress and the North Shore canopy bed on 11/30, had a set delivery date of 12/21 which was fine with us no problem. We confirmed delivery two days prior and thought all was good. NOT. My boyfriend received a call the morning of our delivery, he missed the call they left a voicemail saying part of our bed was damaged. He called back immediately the person he spoke to said it was just the canopy part which was annoying but no big deal. The delivery guys get there and we find out the HEADBOARD is damaged which means we have no way to put the bed together and we had already gotten rid of our old bed. To get a phone call the DAY of delivery is absolutely ludicrous. They had 3 weeks to figure this out and contact us. Now we have to wait until 2 weeks until we can finally have a bed again, as we got rid of ours in anticipation of the new bed. I have currently been on hold trying to reach someone in customer service for an hour. I was told we will receive "compensation" after the rest of the best is received in two weeks. I'm not holding my breath. Save yourself some irritation and don't order from here.
We have had the absolute worst experience in our entire lives of buying furniture. This is our first time using Ashley Furniture and Morris Home Furniture and we are returning EVERY SINGLE PIECE WE HAVE BOUGHT!!! We were supposed to have a dining room table delivered in November..... that we ordered in September and it has been pushed for the 5th time to Jan 25th. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY or EFFORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have 1 month waiting for my delivery, they told me that my delivery would be 11, 11 arrived and they changed my delivery for 19, on 19, and they told me that the delivery would be 29, 29, and they didn't tell me anything
My couch was 3 weeks last, today was delivery date #2 after waiting all day they skipped my delivery and went on to the next stop... no call just an alert unable to deliver on to next stop.. what?!? I am here waiting!!!
Update as of 12/26. My husband had to get a uhaul and pick up our items from the warehouse which cost us nearly $150. It took over 2 hours for him to even get our items because ONE person was actually working while others just stood around. Shockingly (eye roll) we weren’t given everything. They “forgot” to give us one dining chair and my sons dresser. The bed still wasn’t ready at this point. The bed was supposed to be delivered today (still haven’t gotten the “forgotten” items- those are “supposed” to come on 1/8) between 10:30 & 2:30. We get a call at 2 that it’s “damaged” and there are no more in stock and that it too won’t come until 1/8 now. If you’ve stuck around this long, it’s important to note that I NEVER received an email back despite emailing six times to three different email addresses. SAVE YOUR TIME, SHOP ELSEWHERE. My husband and I visited the Ashley Home Store at Polaris at the end of November to purchase new items for our home that we close on tomorrow morning. Upon entering, before even walking the floor, I asked what the soonest delivery dates could be and explained why as we were purchasing new living room, dining room and bedroom furniture for my son. Meaning, those rooms are slated to be empty upon move in. Due to my sons bed, we were unable to get a delivery date of 12/11, but stated 12/12 would be acceptable. We spent nearly $5000 in cash that day. To our surprise, when my husband received the confirmation text today, our old address is listed on the order. The sales person did not update the delivery location as we are also repeat customers. We were his very first sale. When my husband called to update, we were then informed that January 2nd is now the soonest we can receive our items. This means my 3 year old son has no bedroom for over two weeks which is not an option. My son cannot and will not sleep on the floor. This is completely unacceptable. Upon being transferred to the showroom manager, he stated there was absolutely nothing he could do outside of issuing compensation, after delivery. While I appreciate the gesture, this answer is not acceptable or good enough. We need our items. He then stated there was no one I could call but I could email and it would yield the fastest results. While I am currently still waiting to hear back, needless to say this is a nightmare. How is my son not having a place to sleep acceptable to Ashley? How has this become my issue? Happy new house to us.
Absolutely horrible experience. One star is too many. They didn’t deliver on the day I was scheduled. When they did deliver they omitted the mattresses, and left trash in the bedroom as well as in my driveway/street. Two items were damaged, they never followed up to schedule a replacement. I got the replacement scheduled twice, both times they came either on a day I told them to not come because nobody would be home or just no showed the appointment. This is still unresolved two months later - next step is the Ohio Attoeney General.
We have had okay experiences in the past with this store but today was the hair that broke the camel's back. We are having issues with our order at a store in Columbus, OH. We were told an item would arrive Dec 5th for pickup however it has not arrived. This was not communicated to us by the store so we have already gone three times, today included and still the order has not arrived. What was worse was that we were made to wait 2 hours in the cold only to then be told it hasn't arrived. We made the payment the day we placed the order in store however we were told at the store that they haven't placed the order on their end. We were very understanding due to the holiday season but this consistent lack of professionalism and communication on the warehouse/store's end is beyond comprehensible. 5 other customers were also turned away due to the same issue today. We will be expecting our money back to avoid having to deal with the store any further.
Bought a couch and had it scheduled for delivery. On the day of delivery we were to have our couch we didn’t receive ANY communication from the delivery people. We called customer service multiple times with no answer, FINALLY after being on hold for an hour we were told our couch was damaged in transit and we would have to wait a month to get it delivered, after already waiting 15 days. I do not recommend this company at all. At all!
Was really excited to upgrade our TV stand and was quoted initially one week, and then after we paid (the same day) two weeks. We were fine with waiting and were awaiting a confirmation email but never received one. Then, as we called today (two days post-supposed delivery) were told (after an hour of waiting on the phone) that we weren't going to be getting our furniture until the end of February. I would not have purchased this furniture if I'd known this were the case, but I understand that backorders happen. However, the frustrating aspect is the lack of communication about the sudden change in backorder. I will be asking for a refund and taking my services elsewhere. Very frustrating, very not worth it.
I’m seriously SO disappointed with the service we received from Ashley Furniture. I am currently furniture-less, even though I’ve been given 2 separate delivery dates. My husband and went into Ashley Furniture last Saturday 11/23 ,and we picked out a couch/loveseat/chair set. We purchased it, the particular couch and loveseat were on special, so we were told they would be delivered 11/26. On 11/26, we received a text at 9:30 that our delivery would be there in an hour and a half. I waited around until 11. Finally, at 11, a rep called my husband and left him a voicemail tolling him they would be unable to deliver that day. No further explanation. When my husband called back immediately after the message, they told him a manager would get back to him. No one called my husband. My husband called Ashley furniture again at 5 pm when he got off work and was told a manager was no longer there and would get in touch with him the next day. The next day 11/27, my husband went into Ashley because by 1:00 pm no one had contacted him. He went in and requested for the issue to be resolved. We specifically requested for our delivery fee of 150$ to be reimbursed, as they didn’t come when they said they would, even though we received a text that they were en route. The comp’d our delivery charge, and gave us a new delivery date of 12/1 (today). My husband received a confirmation text and email that 12/1 would be the new delivery date. Today arrives, we clear out our room and old furniture to make room for the new furniture. It was 1:00 pm and we still hadn’t received a text or call saying our delivery was en route like we did a few days ago. My husband called the store, and we were told “it can’t be delivered today, we can deliver it 12/7 and 12/22.” Unsatisfied with this answer my husband drove to the store to speak with a manager. Where he was told they couldn’t do anything else about it, that it was the delivery company’s doing. The most they could do was give us 50$ back. HORRIBLE service recovery, I was shocked that not more was done to try to keep customers (who were already unsatisfied) more satisfied. We clearly don’t value to this company as customers, that much seems clear. We’ve been lied to twice now. I have never received such unprofessional service, that is misleading. I’m 32 weeks pregnant, with a toddler at home and now I’m out furniture for another week.
The experience of buying my new sofa and recliner was very easy and relaxing. The service was great they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I will be recommending too friends and family!
The furniture options were great and I could get the one which I was looking for. The delivery guys were really nice and gentle with handling the furniture. I'm really happy to have a business with Ashley store I think I made my review comments and gave my rating too soon.... on our first order we got 2 items which were not looking perfect and had issues ( love seat was tilted and not looking perfect) , so we had to get them replaced and ***don’t forget to call them in 24-48 hrs **** and also carefully listen to their terms and agree (****once the item is replaced/ delivered and before the delivery guy leaves your home - you need to check everything and make sure the item is good otherwise they will not replace anymore even if there are issues - THIS IS THE MAIN POINT****) which we did and our replace was scheduled after a month (for only 1 item) and other item is yet to come (scheduled for end of this month). Then the love seat which was scheduled for replacing came damaged (after the box was opened and placed it at home I saw that). So immediately the delivery guy took the pics and called the customer service and informed them abt the damage. So there was another replace scheduled (replace #2 for the same love seat). Then finally the love seat was delivered but to our surprise the same issue which was reported on our first delivery still exists ( we think we got the same piece which we complained on our first order). And then the main issue started.. we did not know if we can ask for another replace- third replace for the same item...we were still discussing abt the issue and then in a hurry we signed the item delivery receipt and the delivery guy left..... we thought we can talk to the store manager/ sales guy and find out what the next steps are.. which was our big mistake... then when we spoke to the store they said just call the customer service and they will get the item replaced... we did that and to our surprise when we spoke to the customer service - the item can no longer be replaced , can be only serviced or repaired... since we agreed upon the at the first replace (in CAPS above) and we signed on the delivery receipt. Now we are not really happy about the service provided.. the items are not per the standards.... I had no choice but to schedule a service call for a new item... I want the item to be replaced since it came defective... not sure my review has any value to be considered... one more thing which I forgot to add... the customer service has the higher authority than the store manager or-anyone.... this is what I came to know when I spoke to the customer service representative... customers pls be aware of this..... Finally one conclusion we made - we have been scheduled for a service/ repair... beacuse we have been delivered an item which is bad/ defective....
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Don't try to call or order on line. NO customer service, no call backs NEVER answer store phone & closed the 2 times I drove 45 minutes to the store to get their attention. Once early for a meeting & the second a power outage not changing it on the web page. 5 out of my 6 chairs were visually defective & they delivered them & said I would get a service call. 4 weeks laters I'm still not getting any call backs & these are for my moms funeral & wake at my home !!!!!! Now I see the 6 th chair has a lump in the seat.... so a 0 star for them
I purchased a living room set on 6th September and wierd part is they had a delivery date on 8th October. Today is delivery date, now they say it will be on 25th Oct. and you never know they will say next year. 2 month for delivery? After They don’t have a warehouse ? Problem is they got me stuck with a single sofa which they delivered on 24th September which they cannot return it. Now i have no option. Zero stars, poor management, cheaters, and poor quality products. Better go for VCF in next lane, atleast they have better turn around time and they understand their customers.
We had our couch and bed delivered today. Those guys who deliver are awesome. We moved to the 3rd floor apartment and we felt so bad we helped them carry some stuff in and gave them a tip (lunch was on us basically). But they had such good attitudes for 3 flights of stairs we commend them for their customer service. I highly recommend this store just for their customer service in sales and the delivery team. Thanks so much :)
This is a really nice store! Their furniture is very well made, seems well priced, they have a great selection with everything from elegant to casual pieces and sets. The associates are helpful, but they give you space to browse and sit on the seats.
Poor service
Purchased a couch from this store a few weeks ago. While purchasing the couch, the customer service was excellent and helpful. After, not so much. We were told our couch would be delivered today 9/4 from 12-4pm and received multiple confirmations regarding the delivery of our couch. Mind you, I am 40 weeks +4 days pregnant and my husband and I got rid of our couch due to the communication from Ashley that it would be delivered today. After waiting all day for the couch to arrive, I received a call from Ashley at 3:55pm telling me that our couch NEVER even made it to the warehouse and therefore, couldn't be delivered until the 18th of September. No apologies for the lack of error, communication, time, and inconvenience. Now I am two days away from having a baby, with no couch for our family. I called customer service and left a voicemail and never heard back from them. So I went to the store and all they could do is move the delivery date four days ahead even though the couch is set to arrive to the warehouse on September 6th. With all the error on Ashley's part, why am I still waiting another week and half to receive my couch when it will be at the warehouse on September 6th? I have never felt so frustrated with a business and how they handle their customer service. I don't write bad reviews but this business deserves it.
I am so unbelievably angry with this store. My fiancé and I bought a bedroom set in June early. We set up a delivery date of August 17 because the set was very popular and would take a long time to get enough in stock for all the people who wanted it. No worries, we really loved the set so we were willing to wait. A couple days before the 17th, we get notified that the delivery has to be pushed back until today August 31. We were obviously annoyed and ready for our set to come, but again no worries, we understand. They come and deliver when the say they are. The man walks in and has me show him the bedroom. He asks if someone called me about the dresser, and I replied no very confused. He said they should have and that the dresser was destroy when he and his partner went to pick it up today. He said they should have already processed the order and be getting us a new one ASAP but that I should call to check and make sure. At this point I’m angry. I waited nearly three months for the furniture, and the company wasn’t capable of delivering the dresser in one piece. Unbelievable. Thoroughly upset at this point. Thank goodness I called to check on my order because they had no record of the dresser being broken. My annoyance and anger is increasing. They record it with no problem and begin to check to set up a new delivery date. The woman puts me on hold for a few minutes and comes back to give me the cherry on top of my aggravation. The dresser is not in stock and won’t be until the end of September. At this point I want to throw something. I’m incredibly angry and aggravated to no end. I understand we picked out something very popular. That’s not where my aggravation stems, the wait. It’s the fact that they couldn’t deliver something that we had been waiting three months for because they weren’t capable of not DESTROYING OUR PROPERTY and then make us wait four months for the dresser because THEY BROKE OURS! That’s unacceptable. I was going to call and leave a complaint, but the person on the phone wouldn’t be deserving of my attitude and anger since it’s not their fault. However I do think it’s important for me personally to say something. It’s cathartic, and it brings awareness that the people working with you furniture at this store are not careful and couldn’t care less how long you may have waited for it. We are going to avoid this store like the plague.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...The customer service process is horrible. The "policy/procedures steps they have to follow " is absolutely absurd. We have a couch that is 2 months old that I have noticed that is broken in the middle. Contacted customer care... took almost a month for someone to come out to look at it... the tech opened up the couch and found the plywood cracked all in the middle... he put a splint on it and it still bowed in the middle and cannot be fixed, he showed me the notes he took and he noted the couch is broken.... NOW you would think a new couch should be ordered... oh no... now I have to take off yet another day of work so they can come out and pick up my broken couch and take it to the warehouse and yet again... open it up... and "fix it", its broken... basically, our brand new couch will have a "band-aid" slapped on it.... to top it off, this will leave us without a couch for my family of 4 for who knows how long.... and my furniture is going to be carted on a truck and sit in a warehouse. and then brought back to my home when ever they decide its "good enough". I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE....... EVER... and I will let anyone looking for furniture to steer clear of your store... horrible!!!!!!!!!
Our in store experience was fantastic. Our salesperson answered all of our questions, got us set up with our financing plan, and had us out of the door feeling happy and hopeful. It is from that point on that Ashley Home Furnishings, as a company, let us down immensely. Our slated delivery day was 7/20/2019 for our all of our furniture (bedroom and dining room). We received a phone call that day, 1 hour into our delivery window, that all of our furniture had been damaged and that we would not be able to get any of our furniture for almost an entire month later. This Friday (8/16/19) was supposed to be our delivery day for all of our furniture. We called to confirm that everything was coming, and we were informed that yet again, we would not be getting all of our furniture due to a manufacturer delay. The pieces that were "delayed because of the manufacturer" were not even part of the original order that was damaged and were originally supposed to come 2 weeks later (8/4/19) then the other furniture. Not only this, but had we not called, we would have had absolutely no idea that these pieces weren't being delivered until the day the delivery truck showed up because their system fails to inform them when the manufacturer cannot fulfill an order. It is very clear that Ashley Home Furnishings attempts to sell more than their manufacturers are capable of handling, which negatively impacts customer experiences and is very much a deterrent from being a repeat buyer.
Too high price
So the store layout is very busy and it's hard to tell how it would actually look in your house. We spent $6,000 on a bedroom set and they sent us a set that was damaged and forgot to take our old mattress. Update: they had to come back 5 times and destroyed my walls and hard wood railing.
Ordered a couch from here and made sure the sales man Bob knew I needed it quickly before our baby arrives. They assured me everything would be delivered today July 5th. The delivery company called me and I missed their call when I tried to call back no one answered even after I tried calling about 50 times. I then had to call the store and I was instructed to just respond via email because they were too busy to answer the phones. Delivery day comes and I get a call 20 minutes before telling me that a portion of our sectional couch was lost and would not be delivered with no promise of when it would come. No one could help me over the phone. I went to the store no one cared to help there either. They kept promising to reach back out and no calls back. even now as the store is open no one is answering the phone and I continue to get a voicemail. We have part of a couch sitting in our house now all they wanted was to collect their paycheck and then wash their hands absolutely horrible customer service
We were happy with the future and the price we paid for it, but we were disappointed when the delivery guys told us they would not be taking the old furniture away despite being told multiple times by the sales associate and her manager that old furniture pickup was part of the price. When I called the store to clear it up I was told they dont even do furniture pickup and they weren't sure why they told me otherwise.
We had bad Experience in this store. On date is May 29th 2019. Around 3 Pm. Sales girl Name is Choleonel ?! . She don't have interest to show items and explain. One sofa we liked actually. But when price matter came we negotiate normally and asked have any discount or deal. She stopped half of the business and left immediately! And she said' no deal'! We are really surprised! We waited for several minutes. After that we knew she cut off deal with us! She inselted us!! And asked in counter. They also no interested to deal! And no one come and continue. Whole store stuff have to take coaching how to manage with customers. I think they don't need improve business with customers. I don't like to give 1 star also...
If I could give no stars I would! I am very upset with the way this company handled my order and the service I received. I'm not in to complain and I'm a very patient person but this one put me over the edge. I ordered a couch from the Ashley store on Polaris the very end of March and was told they could deliver to my new home outside of Ashland oh, my sales rep was amazing she bent over backwards and make the deal go through and even gave me her personal phone number if I had any questions. Two weeks after the order was taken they called me to tell me that 2 pieces if my 7 piece couch was on back order till June 😮 oh no, but I was willing to take the pieces that were in and get the others at a later date. So I was told on the 16th of April that a manager would call me that Friday to set up the delivery and it would be delivered the next week sometime. Well no one called and when I called the next day I couldn't get through so I messaged my salesperson and she told me to call Monday, I spoke to someone on Monday after 19 call attempts to get through, from there they told me I could only have it delivered on may 1st or 15th, well of course I went with the 1st and I was told they would call me the Monday before with confirmation. Well today they called me with the confirmation and the address was wrong in the system, it was going to be shipped to my in-laws, so I called and told them about the mix up and was told by the Ashley/Morrison rep she couldn't change the address, so I asked to speak to a manager, when I spoke to the manager I explained the situation and I tried to change the address, she told me they couldn't deliver to my current address because it was outside their area, but it is only 20 mins from my in-laws house. So I said if I couldn't have it delivered to my address, I wanted to cancel my order....."ok that's what I was going to suggest" said the manager, no trying to save it, didn't care to lose a sale or keep their word when I was told the day we purchased that they would deliver here. So if you live outside the Columbus area don't plan on having anything delivered, they won't do it! Guess I'll take my business elsewhere, and probably not another Ashley store either.

If I could give zero stars I would.\ First off I purchased a sectional from the Polaris store on January 11th for $1300. I was told it would take about two weeks and I would be able to pick up my order. After two weeks I called and they said it would be another two weeks. Then again two weeks later I was told the same story, another two weeks passes and I call again. They tell me that my piece wouldnt be ready until Mid March. Now here we are mid March and they call and say that my oreder is ready for pick up. I rent a truck and go to pick up and they say they cant find HALF of my sectional.. They tell me to take home the half that they did have and that they could deliver the rest when they recieve it. I take home the first half and unwrap from the plastic and card board only to find that there are two small holes in the armrest fabric!! I call custumer service to tell them and they proceed to tell me it must have been my fault for not openning the plastic cover and inspecting the furniture for defects before taking it home... Really??? After much complaining the manager apologizes and says he would call me ASAP the next day to figure out where my missing half is. Three days have gone by and still no call! I have called many times and seem to be being ignored every time now. At this point I feel robbed and regret ever walking into that store. I will update this as the time goes on from here
I purchase at 6 pieces dinning table set. The four chairs all been damaged and they have been fixed for four times. First exchange delivery the driver stop at my house and told me the new chairs also damaged. And they will order new one in the box. After that I have two delivery appointments been cancel at delivery day, after I been waiting for all day. I called the customer service and they told me they don’t have this chair anymore and I have option to keep the chair in as is and they will credit me $70.00 or they will pick them then the refund me the money. They waste almost me almost a month just on the chairs.
Beautiful quality furniture reasonably priced. Bought a mattress and it was delivered in 3 days
Decent selection of furniture
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with LaShawn. She was fantastic! Listened to our needs, wants, desires, wishes, and was funny also. She had us rolling and well, i ran with that and had her laughing also. No pressure at all, went in and didn't buy that day. When we went back almost a week later she remembered us but was with another client. She asked Chloe to help us out. Chloe was just as good! Helped us out and answered all of our questions. We decided to Buy our sectional, customize it, and Matt finalized the order for LaShawn as she was still busy. I am very pleased to work with them as they worked together to help us find the perfect piece for our living room!

I would like to recognize Jeffery Couturier, he was instrumental in making our couch-buying experience better than we ever could have expected! My girlfriend and I entered the store feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start as it was our first time buying a new couch and Jeffery made us feel right at home. He was not a pushy salesman and gunienly had our best interests in mind while guiding us through the furniture buying process. Jeffery was extremely patient and friendly with us while we made our decision. We did not once ever feel pressured and he did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of the different sofas. If you are ever in the market for new furniture I would emplore you to go to Ashley's in Polaris and ask for Jeffery Couturier because he truly does deserve your business and will give you a great experience. He even took the time to write us a hand written thank you letter and remembered the name of our soon to be daughter!
Nice sales staff, absolutely the ugliest junk I've ever seen. If you're tacky or you just don't care, embrace it by coming here. They have some acceptable sofas, but their general look is limited to "I'm Too Poor To Buy Decent Furniture" and "I Think I Have Taste So I'll Buy Hefty Scrolly Junk." I said I wouldn't be back 2 years ago when I was looking for a grey sofa and could only find different shades of brown, and I should have stayed away.
Thanks to Jeffrey Couturier, I had a great experience at this store yesterday from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I needed a new couch, and walked in overwhelmed not knowing much about couches/where to start. Jeffrey greeted us and helped TREMENDOUSLY every step of the way - without being overbearing. He genuinely cared about my preferences/lifestyle/etc., clearly explained the payment plans, was knowledgeable about the products, was relatable & very patient. Absolutely perfect customer service, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. If you want the best experience possible, ask for JEFF!
