Great service helped us find something that matched a set that had been discontinued

I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this store. In October, I received a sectional couch that I had ordered a few months prior. Almost immediately, one of the cushions began sagging and wearing unevenly. Not to mention, the fabric began pilling up in random places. After waiting almost 2 months for a service tech to come look at it, he agreed that it needed repaired. He told me he would order new foam and casings from Ashley. That never happened. When I called Ashley to investigate, they said the technician reported no damage and my case had been closed. When I said that couldn’t possibly be true, they offered to send the technician out again to take a look. Fast forward to today, after waiting almost 3 more months to see another service technician, the company cancelled the technician an hour before the appointment because he called in sick. I now have to wait ANOTHER 7 weeks to see a repair technician. By that time, I’ll have had the couch for 10 months, 8 of those spent on trying to get it repaired. The customer service level I have received here has frankly been insulting. Buy something and take your chances here that your couch doesn’t need repaired, or invest in another company with better handling of their “valued customers”.

Worst furniture experience I have ever had. Bought a furniture set from Ashley online. Went into store and salesman convinced me that in store customers get priority and we would get it much sooner if we went through him. Canceled online order, bought same day through him was told by the LATEST my furniture would arrive in April (4 month wait) called to check on it today and they said August (8 month wait) Have to cancel order and start the shopping process all over again. People will say anything for commission.

Bought a chair. It broke the first time we reclined it. It took weeks to get a repair person out just to be told they couldn't repair it without ordering a part. It then took MONTHS to get the part come in, and weeks more for them to schedule the repair. The repair took 5 minutes (of course), and then that very day the chair broke AGAIN in the same way. At this point, I have had to spend literally hours on hold from several call ins to talk to customer service. I was told it would be replaced, then told the replacement was denied. I was told they'd have to take it away to repair, which would take weeks, during which time we're still without a chair. I am told this is their process, not something they can or are willing to change. Do NOT buy from this company, as their customer service is among the worst I"ve ever experienced.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought a pull out couch ONE YEAR ago and it is still sitting in my living room pulled out because when it came it was broken. The couch would not push back in because one of the hinges was completely mangled. We were supposed to get a new frame installed and that date kept getting pushed. After 6 months of having to wait 45 minutes to talk to customer service we asked for a full refund, which we were supposed to get. 3 more delivery trips later, the couch is STILL sitting in my living room because customer service can't seem to send the right team out to disassemble the couch to take it out. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and go somewhere else! Anywhere else.

I spent over $15000 in furniture here in one year. I waited over 120 days twice for my merchandise, wrong merchandise delivery, missing merchandise and on 3 separate trips my furniture showed up broken. I talked to a manager about all my troubles and was told I would get $1000 in free furniture (which was less then 10% total purchase) She was moved to the morse store and nobody would call me back. I live an hour away. After blasting them on Facebook they reached out to me in private message and still have not made it right to me. I have since spent thousands at Big Sandy with no troubles and no wait.
