Had a great zero pressure experience today purchasing a couch and recliner , salesman was very informative ,friendly and professional . Will definitely be a repeat customers !

Ashley Furniture in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, promised to deliver on a specific day. After paying and finalizing the delivery, they, without notice or consent, moved the delivery back by 2 weeks. We did not discover until the day of the delivery of the delay and we've been left with an empty room prepared for the delivery. They break guarantees and should not be given your hard earned money.

Umm....we got a table, pretty low maintenance so far, has not required an oil change yet.

If you love overbearing sales people that won’t leave you alone to browse, this is the place for you! I turned around and walked right out.

We were in the market for a loveseat, but we did not have any urgent need yet. So, with that in mind, we went to the usual places to shop around. When we stopped in the Ashley Store in Cuyahoga Falls, we were greeted by Mara. She was friendly and proceeded to informed us about the 25% off discount program that was to end on that particular day. Still, we were not ready to make a decision. We moved around the store and tried all of the loveseats on display. We never felt pressured to make a decision. Mara was always available to answer questions as well as providing suggestions. We fell in love with the leather loveseat and decided to purchase it. Mara patiently walked us through the purchase process. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

All the associates very friendly and helpful. Especially Jake. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and found us a few deals too. We haven't gotten the furniture yet so I can't give an assessment on that. As far as the store goes it had a wide variety of living room sets and recliners. The store was clean and tidy.

I had outstanding service from Omar, shift supervisor. He gave me a discount from with a lamp I bought there. It was discontinued, and the other lamp broke.

We came into this store in New Year’s Eve shortly before closing and were immediately greeted by Mara. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable and made sure that she showed us options for exactly what we were looking for. We came back on the following Saturday when she was working again and she greeted us like we were family and helped us lock down the perfect couch for our family. We also have two young kids who have a hard time being still and calm, and she was so accommodating to them and interacted with them in such an amazing way. I would recommend this store to literally every single one of my friends and family members.

When I walked in I had a couple of screenshots of Ashley couches that I wanted to look at. Michael was very helpful and actually sold me a beautiful Ashley couch! The whole sales staff was friendly. It was a great experience.

Mara and Omar were amazing to work with. My old couch that was fairly unused was giving my husband and I back problems. We searched at so many places and they were all no gos. I told them we had to think about it and wanted to check one other store. Mara was very understanding and after we went to the other store we didn’t find anything we liked at all or the prices they had listed. After being treated very well at Ashley by Mara, I decided to come back and look again at the two couches we liked. After not being able to be approved for what I needed Mara and Omar was able to work with me and help me out. Needless to say they both went above and beyond. And if they get in trouble I will raise holy hell! I am so grateful for both of their help! I lost my job a few months back and we are now down to one income currently. With my back being as bad as it was they made sure we got a price we could afford and the delivery. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I have never been treated with so much respect and humanity when purchasing something. If more places were like this, sales would more than likely be booming. Like I said before. I will definitely be back and they’ve made customers for life. I hope to have a job soon just so I can come back and buy more furniture from them both! Thank you so much you two!! Order one sofa, two love seats and two recliners, decided return one recliner before they shipping and get refund back, it took 4 weeks and been calling 7 times and still asking for wait 2 more weeks, and told me if not received ask me to call back. Everyone in this store since like kicking around and not solve any problem. Bad experience. Would never recommend.

I just talked to Mandi In delivery at the Batavia NewYork headquarters. She helped me out on delivery for a power love seat recliner i ordered. She was extremely professional kind and just a joy to talk to! The Ashley furniture company is extremely blessed to have a person like her working for them! Other than the technology used at the point of purchase, the experience was great. Omar was extremely helpful and we found a beautiful bedroom set and living room tables at a fair price.

Michael & Amanda were fantastic. They were very pleasant. Amanda greeted us as we walked in and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us her favorite one then she let us look around until we found what we were looking for. She helped us with the application and when we were initially turned down she never looked down on us or degraded us. We sat and just talked to her and explained why we were having problems with our credit right now & she listened to us with a sympathetic as ear and suggested several other ways. We were very disappointed. The sales person charged us twice for our mattress. Once on our Ashley card and again on our bank card. Supposedly returned on the bank card, but hasn't shown up yet. I'm talking over $1000. All they can say is it's probably a hold from our bank. Their mistake, but we are out that money we need to pay bills. Ridiculous!! Never going back to the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio store again.

I recently purchased furniture from the Cuyahoga Falls Ashley Furniture store. I am impressed with the service I received. I worked with Mile and Omar (sales representatives) and found them to be polite, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, friendly, and respectful. I had an opportunity to work with Mike from the stockroom when I picked up part of my order. He gave me amble time to inspect the purchase, rewrapped it, and put it in my car. He also was very and friendly. When one of the items I ordered could not be delivered in the needed timeframe, Micheal the store manager was very helpful in helping me choose another item and set delivery within the needed timeframe. He also was polite and demonstrated understanding of my time constraints. This is the first time I have purchased furniture from this store and I would not want to shop anywhere else.

My daughter and I came in to shop for furniture and Lindsay was amazing. We immediately stared we don’t like furniture shopping. Lindsay said we would have fun and we absolutely did. She made it super easy and was the most pleasant.

What an excellent experience. We pre shopped online so when we arrived we were prepared. Michael was excellent in helping us out and showing us everything that we needed to see. He was over the top helpful which ultimately led us to purchase our couch and recliner there.

Jake the salesman was awesome. Not pushy and gave us time to talk. The only issue I have is their warranty on the front of the warranty. It says what they cover and when you flip the warranty page over to the back, it negates everything. I don’t understand how the warranty is worth a thing, but they’re assuring me that it will cover. have not had delivery yet

Hands down THE BEST furniture buying experience. I was quickly greeted at the door by Lindsey Rice. She asked me my name and what I was looking for. From the get go I felt heard and felt as if she was in this journey with me to find the perfect piece. I was interested in a patio set. I figured since the end of the season was closing in now was the time to check. Boy oh boy was I right. My dream patio set the Beach Croft which was originally about $3500 was HALF OFF... I was able to stack a 20% promo with the price and get this stunning patio set within budget. The checkout process and pick up process was seamless. We will be returning for future furniture purchases.

We had Michael helping us find the perfect couch, he was amazing, kind, patient, and not pushy. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back.

My experience at Ashley Furniture in Cuyahoga Falls was outstanding! Omar is the BEST! Omar is attentive, friendly and he goes above and beyond to provide the best service.

Overall a good experience, but at the end of the day, they are still a stereotypical furniture store, albeit a fancier one. Like any store, you need to do your own work ahead of time. We went right before the 4th of July and found the furniture set we wanted. It was $4,600 and offered some July 4th discount and financing sale. We didn't end up buying that day, but I took a picture of the price card. After procrastinating for entirely too long, we went in July 19th and the same exact set was listed at $3,800. However, I had looked online that morning and the set was listed for $3,200. The deal that day was 25% off the entire store so I ended up getting it for $2,950. So they clearly inflated their prices before the 4th of July in order to give you a "discount". That is the reason for taking off a star. The experience in the showroom was great. The salesman was helpful but backed off when he wasn't needed. He didn't push too much for the sale. He was friendly and got my paperwork done up quickly. Overall a happy experience.

The guy that helped me was very nice, I think his name was Mike. I wasn’t approached but when I told him no one had come up to me, he apologized and was great! I knew the bed that I wanted and was able to get it ordered for deliver. I also found a comfortable mattress for a great price. 4 stars because I wasn’t greeted or approached. My delivery is one month out which is not the sales persons fault and my bed has to be ordered, but it is available in the size I wanted. I would go back to this store. Editing review: I was really happy with the ease of purchase and the niceness of Mile but I looked over my order and saw an issue. The bed frame I ordered was not a platform which is what the mattress I ordered requires. I wasn’t told about it at the time of order. I went back into the store today to talk to someone about the issue and they basically just issued an apology without offering a discount or any other form of reciprocation for the inconvenience of the order. I’m waiting a month for my furniture already.

I purchased a chair and a $700 extended warranty. The extended warranty os a complete fraud. They have “technicalities” that preclude anyone from actually using the warranty. 3 months into the warranty claim process and theyve denied my claim 3 times for typos and mispellings. Cannot make this stuff up. As a business owner, I have never, and would never treat my customers that way. But we are a local own company and Ashley Home furniture is a Wall Street owned company as such their primary goal is to bring value to their shareholders. At all cost they will screw customers over because that os in fact their business model.

Everything was fine, sales executives were very cooperative and experienced, the rates were competitive, however, the delivery of furniture is taking 20 days which is not satisfactory.

Salesperson (Jim) was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn’t upsell, just found the couch that best fit my needs.

Purchased $700 extended warranty which is a scam. they have been giving me the runaround for 4 months. They turn down every claim hoping that youll just go away. Very disappointed because i like their store and their furniture. Im going to Wayside instead.

We went to purchase a couch and recliner over Memorial Day weekend. We were informed that there was a $200 discount per $1000 of furniture purchased as we were shopping. We decided on a beautiful couch and chair set for purchase and based on the purchase price we should have received a $1200 discount. However when we elected to utilize the advertised 60 month zero financing option the discount was lowered to only $400. We were never told that the financing option we used would affect our discount until we had decided on our purchase. No where in the advertising did it state the $200/$1000 discount was financing dependent. Ian somewhat disappointed in how this was handled by the management team. Our salesman was brand new and really did a wonderful job. It was how management changed how the discount would be applied to our purchase that made our experience less than perfect.

When a customer has a question about the quality of a product, 4 associates not stand around the customer when being asked. It’s very intimidating and I felt uncomfortable and outnumbered. It was a Saturday in your store and now I know why there were no customers besides me there. I will not be doing business with Ashley in the future. Edit: I understand that you would like me to call a manager to ask your team on how to not surround your customers? I will not be doing that. Other stores do not seem to have this issue. I feel so lucky to have an Ashley store near my home! I get to go in to see and feel the products that I am considering purchasing. While online is cool, it could never replace being able to go in and actually see what they’re offering. Let me tell it, they have some really beautiful pieces! This past weekend I went in to check out the deals they had and walked out owning a new dining room set & a bed for myself. I had been eyeing both for a few months now and was hoping I could get a discounted offer. The gentleman that helped me actually helped me the last time I was in, and I appreciated his knowledgeable presentation and professionalism. The store set up is super clean and structured in a way that coordinates colors. The displays also provide inspiration. I’ll be back, for sure.

I’ve been to the store on two separate occasions where furniture is available to purchase but not take home. It’s just odd to have a furniture store full of furniture that you can’t buy right? So basically the store is a showroom for an online store.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never buy from here again. The warranty you buy is a total scam . They ripped my furniture brining it. They would not replace. I spent over 5 K on my furniture and it looks like crap after a couple years. They make you jump through hoops for the warranty. They asked for 4 rounds of pictures and then still denied my claim. Do not buy here!! It’s over priced and over rated !

My girl friend visited the store looking for bar type stools, I was out relaxing in the car. She thought I should come in to view the store and product. I entered the store and was very much impressed with all. Michael ended up being our salesman, just milling about I asked for a full size leather couch which included electric recliners . I bought that couch after Michael explained the quality and make up of the product. Michael at no time was pressuring the sale just very good at providing answers. We went looking for a recliner for myself, because my back and hip are all screwed up. Just by chance we drove right by Ashley’s Furniture and decided to go in. We were helped by a man named Forrest, and he proved knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Ashley’s recliners. We picked a power recliner which was on sale and was very comfortable. The guarantee is better than other recliners that I have seen, and for less than a C note we extended it to five(5) years which gives us both peace of mind. All in all, what is frequently a tedious and frustrating process was actually quick and fairly straightforward. Thanks to my wife, Vikki, who bought this chair for me; it is one of many wonderful things that she has done for me, I really don’t know why. And thanks again to Forrest.

Very nice experience working with Nick, after our local Ashley store didn’t have a piece we needed to view in stock. We went in looking for a chair and ended up replacing the entire first floor living furniture. It was easy because the selection was abundant and it’s all so very beautiful, however after making a decision and coming home to read reviews we ended yo changing our selection. Which was also incredibly easy. Our saleswoman at the local Ashley changed up our order and was even able to give us some deals we didn’t get originally. Overall a great experience and will update when the furniture arrives, which we are all so excited for!!

Forrest was great! Walked in to see if they had a couch on display that I saw online. Forrest let me know it wasn't in stock at all, but helped me find some alternatives. He was extremely helpful and courteous without being pushy. Gave me space to make a phone call which I really appreciated. The manager was also really nice and we had pleasant conversations. Forrest was also helpful in figuring out how to pay for the couch since I didn't have my physical card and their tap to pay system was down. Pickup at the Aurora warehouse was also super smooth and fast. I was able to pick up the same day, they loaded the couch straight into my truck and everyone was so nice and courteous. I sell cars, so I understand the sales process. everyone passed my gut check! Ashley outlet on Howe will definitely have my business moving forward when we need new furniture again.

Every staff member is courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and works with their customer to find the perfect item at the best price. After telling him that we were just looking for new living room furniture and weren't sure exactly how were going to furnish our room, he said that he would just hang back, but would be around to answer any questions or address any concerns that we may have. Instantly, both my husband and I felt relieved that we wouldn't be hounded by a salesperson only interested in making a quick sale. After going back and forth through the store, my husband and I chose several different pieces of furniture that were suitable for us. Forrest was able to help us pull everything together with end tables, love seat, sofa an oversized chair and ottoman (which is everything!), a piece of wall art, and a rug. While there, we also selected a new mattress. Forrest is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and how they affect sleep and the body. It's unfortunate, but most of my experiences with furniture stores falls onto salesmen with prejudice based on looks, trying to upsell you to something 4x the price of what you seen online and brought you into the store. My experience with Nick Altman was different, Nick was pleasant to work with and even though the sofa we came in for was not on display, Nick helped us find an alternative that checked all the boxes. Nick was patient and understanding, and even though he was assisting other customers while my girlfriend and I deliberated between ourselves, he didn't forget about us or make us feel unimportant.

Good location, clean and organized the store. Sales person, Grant, was friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Financing was easy. Only complaint is they were going to charge $299 to deliver one couch, one oversize chair, and one ottoman. Cheaper and worth it (to me) to just rent a U-Haul and pick it up myself and hire someone help unload it at the house.

I bought a dining room set and a mattress from Ashley. The salesperson told me that he would give me a better deal on the dining room set because I was buying a mattress as well. After some manipulating of the sale, I realized that we had added a protection plan and if I had removed it, it would cancel out the discounted prices. When I arrived home I found that he overcharged me on the chairs. They were available online for less than half of what he charged. When I called the store they were very obliging and gave me the online price. I was still uncomfortable about the overcharging, however, because it was so much more. Just be careful when you go to bring your online prices with you.

Prices are super high considering it’s just furniture. They do have some decent deals in there. My wife and I had Alex as a salesman. He was very laid back, helpful and polite. We had changed our minds a few times and he was patient with us. Although the prices are astronomical, he was able to find us the best deals possible for the furniture which we cross referenced online to double check. I appreciated his professional demeanor and his honesty.

Over priced

We had an amazing woman named Mattie who helped us with all our needs! Me having a painful disability meant we had specific things we were looking for. She explained the differences between our choices very well, didnt hound on us about add ons but just explained what they were, was personable, and so much more. We had already looked at a few other places and I assure you from experience that this Ashley Furniture was by far the best experience we've had during this process. We spent quite a good chunk of money and are completely satisfied and excited for our choices!

Mattie was helpful, and we were pleased with the assistance. I’ll update once my order arrived, we ordered a sectional recliner couch, Mattie helped with the configuration of our living room. We left the store to go home and make sure our measurements were accurate, I went online to see the 3d view and noticed the price online at Ashley was significantly cheaper than in the store. I called Mattie back, and she offered to price match the online price. They could not price match the online warranty as that’s a different different company from what I understand. We went with the in store warranty, about $100 more. The delivery is 3-4 weeks out for what we wanted. While it didn’t feel great that the prices in store are about 1K higher, I was pleased with the price match. Do your homework before arriving. I’ll update once delivery is made.* update delivery was completed on time.

I originally left them four stars, but I’ve had some issues after the delivery of my furniture. One of the pieces arrived slightly damaged, but since the delivery guys did not assemble the furniture like they were supposed to (I did not know they were supposed to and they did not mention it while delivering) I did not see the drawer on one of my night stands was wonky and did not close properly. There was foam in the drawer for delivery and looked fine at time of delivery. So the next day I loaded up the night stand and brought it to the store. I waited weeks for my furniture and did not want to wait even longer. I was hoping to switch it out with the floor model which was in perfect shape. I was informed that they don’t and won’t do that, and the night stand was on back order so they could not get me another one for months! After hearing this I was hoping the manager would make an exception and let me switch it out with the floor model. Still no. I was told my only option was to use the manufacturer warranty and have mine repaired. I was given the Ashley corporate number and told to call to set that up. WOW, was the customer service at the Ashley corporate delivery and repair place bad. They first insinuated that the fact that the delivery guys did not assemble the furniture was the sales persons fault for not making it clear to me they were supposed to, then blamed me for not noticing the defect before the delivery guys left. I explained there was foam in the drawers for delivery and not everything was unpacked until the guys were gone. She did not seam to care. So I have to wait for repair parts to be delivered to my home (if they are not on back order) and then call back to get a repair appointment for someone to come out to make the repair. Needless to say it’s already been two weeks and nothing. This is not good customer service from the store or from corporate. I can not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture. I left two stars instead of one because I do like the furniture that was not defective.

Very positive experience at this store. We came to buy a reclining rocker for our babies room. From the moment we walked in a very sweet salesperson helped show us to each chair on the floor. She spent about 45 minutes with us and the whole process was seamless. We actually came home with a recliner for my husband as well. Everything was on sale for Labor Day. Love my new rocker. Highly recommend.

Terrible prices only saw platform style couches. Almost 40% higher than competitors. We shopped 5 stores ashley is definitely the bottom store. Best bang for your buck is Wayside outlet better furniture and almost half the price.

They had the perfect sectional, exactly what I was looking for. The pricing for what I got was definitely less than the surrounding name brand stores. Omar was very helpful and easy to work with. Nice selection of couches and tables. Some items were priced high in my opinion for being as is. Overall I would say go check it out. That didn’t have anything that I was looking for but it was nice to see what they have.

Got a sofa, loveseat and ottoman. Salesmen were helpful and not clingy. Great choices at great prices. Only bad part is they are 17 weeks for delivery and they do NOT deliver so you have to find someone yourself or they do recommend a company at your own expense.

I was at this and walked around looking at Furniture for 20 minutes on Saturday evening at 6pm. There was two Sales associates playing cards in the front of the store, neither one of them asked to help me but continue to play cards. When I walked towards them one Partially turned around and mumbled Hi. I will never go to this store again!

Highly disappointed with much less inventory than expected. Quite a few items were much worse than scratch and dent. For the lack of quality and garage sale feel, the prices were to high.

Natalie helped us get the kitchen table we wanted! She was very kind and answered any questions we had, explained the payment process, and even helped us disassemble the table, and carry it to our car! All of the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.
