Nick was great to work with
I bought a dining room set and a mattress from Ashley. The salesperson told me that he would give me a better deal on the dining room set because I was buying a mattress as well. After some manipulating of the sale, I realized that we had added a protection plan and if I had removed it, it would cancel out the discounted prices. When I arrived home I found that he overcharged me on the chairs. They were available online for less than half of what he charged. When I called the store they were very obliging and gave me the online price. I was still uncomfortable about the overcharging, however, because it was so much more. Just be careful when you go to bring your online prices with you.

Mattie was helpful, and we were pleased with the assistance. I’ll update once my order arrived, we ordered a sectional recliner couch, Mattie helped with the configuration of our living room. We left the store to go home and make sure our measurements were accurate, I went online to see the 3d view and noticed the price online at Ashley was significantly cheaper than in the store. I called Mattie back, and she offered to price match the online price. They could not price match the online warranty as that’s a different different company from what I understand. We went with the in store warranty, about $100 more. The delivery is 3-4 weeks out for what we wanted. While it didn’t feel great that the prices in store are about 1K higher, I was pleased with the price match. Do your homework before arriving.
