I’m honestly at my breaking point with this situation. I placed my order for an ottoman back on September 13th, and somehow it has been delivered incorrectly twice now. The first time, I was told the issue would be corrected, a new one would be ordered, and that both the store manager and sales associate would personally call me. That never happened — not once. That was all the way back on September 27th. Then, after yet another wrong delivery on Friday, October 3rd, I was once again promised follow-up calls from the store manager, sales associate, and customer service representative I spoke with. And once again — no one called. The only reason I even found out what was happening was because I had to take it upon myself to call in. When I finally got through, I was told my ottoman wouldn’t even be available until October 13th, and that nothing could be done until it’s delivered incorrectly a third time. That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a manager and was sent straight to voicemail, with no return call. Eventually, another manager called just to tell me to “escalate the issue” — which I’ve been doing for weeks — and still offered no real solution. To make things worse, she claimed someone had already tried to call me back, which is simply not true, as I have no missed calls or voicemails. To add insult to injury, I was promised yet another phone call yesterday, and — just like every other time — that call never came either. I have also reached out directly to customer support, and haven’t heard a single thing back. At this point, your company isn’t just wasting my time — you’re taking advantage of me and my hard-earned money. I paid for a product in good faith, and instead of receiving what I ordered, I’ve been given the runaround, excuses, and outright lies. Taking someone’s money and failing to deliver the correct product, while showing no urgency or accountability, is completely unacceptable This situation has moved far past being an “inconvenience.” It’s a complete display of carelessness and unprofessionalism. I’ve been nothing but patient through this entire ordeal, but it’s reached the point of being absolutely ridiculous. All I’ve wanted is for someone to make it right, take accountability, and offer a real resolution — not keep shifting blame or making excuses. The ongoing lack of responsibility, communication, and urgency is unacceptable, and I’m done waiting. I expect this issue to be resolved & not after another mistake, not after another empty promise.

Laura was the young lady that was our sales person. She was very intelligent and had answers to our questions. She was a delight and was courteous. She knew her business and shared suggestions and ideas. We were impressed with her and we made a purchase because of her attitude and because hubby is crazy about chair we purchased, Good job.
