We absolutely loved Ashley. We came on a Saturday night. She was very friendly very helpful. Gave me all kinds of prices more than helpful.. we couldn’t decide on what to get so we waited until the following day on Sunday so happy she was there to meet and greet us and she help us buy a beautiful couch. She is very friendly very professional. I hope she is always there to help us with our future purchases.

Went looking for a new couch and they didn’t have the one I liked that I saw from a month or so ago. Laura came up and helped me and asked me to explain the couch to her and where it was on the floor. She knew exactly what couch I was talking about and she found it online and ordered it for me right there. Laura was awesome and I love my new couch. I’ll be back again in the future for more furniture.

***Edited*** Bri was amazing on the day of the sale. Which on a commission based job, that's the name of the game. We were told that the bed would come with a "foundation". Well the foundations are box springs. After figuring out that mess, then comes delivery time. The delivery was 1st scheduled for 8-11am about 8:05 received a message they were 15 mins away. Well over an hour later no one showed up. Then we recieve an updated message saying now the delivery was for 10am to 1pm. They ultimately arrived close to 3 pm. With no text or calls. Absolutely horrible service will not recommend. And will not be giving ashley or morris any more of our business.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase experience at your Miamisburg Ashley Furniture store. Despite multiple assurances from the store manager, "J," that my sectional would be delivered by the first week of October, the order has been delayed significantly. A partial delivery was received on October 10th, but the remaining two end inclined chairs are yet to arrive. When I inquired about the status of the missing pieces, I was informed that they would be available at the distribution center by October 16th. However, as of today, October 15th, Manager J has informed me that the order has been further delayed, and the latest estimated arrival date at the distribution center is now October 30th. I am extremely frustrated by these ongoing delays, especially considering the initial promises made regarding the delivery timeline at the time of purchase. Additionally, I am concerned that I may not receive the $400 gift card that Manager J promised to compensate for the delays. Despite my attempts to confirm this arrangement, I have been unable to obtain any written documentation or confirmation from the store or Manager J. I believe it is unacceptable for a reputable company like Ashley Furniture to make promises that cannot be fulfilled. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a resolution to this issue as soon as possible, including an assurance on the revised delivery date and confirmation of the $400 gift card. Had I known about the potential for such significant delays, I would not have made the decision to purchase the sectional. I hope that you will address this matter promptly and professionally.

I bought two sofas and two rocking chairs. I was told deliver within ten days and delivered one sofa. The second sofa was delivered in another ten days. But the chairs have not been delivered for a month and a half already.

Their cheap furniture falls apart, but it costs more than cheap furniture, Poor build quality and poor warranty on fixing it.

2018 - thats the year we moved in to our new home and went furniture shopping and loved everything at this Ashley store. From then we have been going to this store and all sales team has been very kind and supportive as well. The furniture has stayed well and there were never any issues. Today, i needed some more stuff and Matt was very helpful, we even got back a credit for not using the furniture protection that we had purchased as per their contract. It was easy breazy and the best decision to shop at this Ashley store. Thank you to everyone here !

Laura was great! She didn’t overcrowd us when we were shopping or pressure us to hurry and buy things. She was patient, answered all of our questions, saved us some money and worked hard despite technology issues trying to get our furniture to our house quickly! She even moved a piece of furniture for us to see how it looked with another set. We felt like we were in good hands making such a large purchase. The store was also very nice, clean and the prices were cheaper than even some of the online prices.

We went into the Miamisburg location to begin our search for a recliner. Matt greeted us immediately upon entering and was happy to assist us in finding a chair we felt good about owning. I used to work in furniture and consumer electronics sales and I understand how things should go and unfortunately how seldom that is the way things turn out. But this was the exception. Matt was TREMENDOUS to work with. He was knowledgeable, he was patient, and he went out of his way to not only take our order, but to also look for our best purchase avenues regarding discounts, terms etc. As a result, we not only selected and purchased a recliner that we love and cannot wait to have delivered, but also a rug for our living room, a bench for our dining room set, and accent pillows. Matt is even assisting in getting us service for a chair we bought a year ago. I’ve dealt with Ashley for years now.. our furniture we have would support that point. But this is our first time with Matt and I can promise, he will be “My furniture guy” from here on because HE WITHOUT DOUBT, understands how this process should be for a customer and does everything imaginable to make that happen.

Came to just window shop for beds. Met Matt who was very patient and was not pushy at all. The best salespeople are ones who don't hover or try and sell you the most expensive item. He is that person. Very kind and easy going. We settled on a mattress. There was initially an issue with the discount and Matt had to get his manager, Chris. I had to purchase a pillow and mattress protector for the 90 day better sleep warranty to be vaild. When I jokingly complained about only having one pillow the manager said to just throw in another pillow for free. These pillows are not cheap. That kind of service you just don't get. It's not about throwing in something free it's just about making sure you're happy. They definitely have my business

Awesome store! I came in about 20 minutes to close looking for a particular item but thinking it only came in black. Steven was super helpful and let me know it did come in white and looked it up for me. I managed to snag the last one in white! So glad I came in when I did. The buying process was super simple, fast and I am looking forward to my couch being delivered next week!

I'm not one to complain but it's hot as hell in this store. I saw 2 elderly couples give up on looking at furniture while I was in there. The heat really doesn't bother me but I could tell it was bad enough to chase off other customers. I really feel for the employees in there because they looked miserable. Not a good look when you're not providing ac to employees or customers during the hottest time of the year.

They really have some nice furniture. I took my mom there to pick out a new couch. The prices were pretty reasonable. The staff were very polite. The store is very clean. If I have to say one thing, felt like they needed to turn the air conditioner on lol. But beyond that that wouldn't stop me from recommending this location to anyone.

Bought a couch from them. When the delivery people showed up they claimed they couldn't get it up the stairs of our apartment building and would issue a refund. Called store, was told they should be able to take the back of the couch off and reassemble it once upstairs and they would call me back. They didn't, so the next day I called them and was told they had sold the couch to someone else and it would be a while before they could get another one in (already waited 2 weeks for the first one). Already gave away my old couch to make room for the new one prior to delivery, now I have no couch and a family with no where to sit in the living room so I figured I'd go get the cash back that I paid and buy a couch somewhere that can deliver asap. Was told I would have to wait for a check to be mailed to me, and it would take at least 5 days. Appreciate all the help Ashley, you guys are awesome.
Overpriced
We are in the process of getting new furniture for our theater room so we stopped in. They have a wide array of creative items and we bought a love seat, a recliner and a rug. We ended up with a nice discount too because they had a Memorial Day sale.Yup, we will be back.
Bought a recliner in October of 2022. The one on the showroom floor was very comfortable, the one delivered to us was hard as a rock. The head rest area is more convex than the one on the showroom floor. I visited the store a few weeks after delivery to compare the two and the salesman told me mine would "soften up and be more comfortable with time" I tried to reach out to Ashley the manufacturer and was told it was not there product, despite the fact the store I was in says Ashley furniture and the salesman said it was Ashley. 8 months later the recliner is still very uncomfortable and has not softened up, and this recliner has a lot of miles on it as I slept in it for a few months after surgery. This is the second time we have had an issue with an item we purchased at Ashley, never again.
As soon as I arrived Allie greeted us with a smile and was eager to help me. She was very professional, taking as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. Chris, the store manager, was also very enthusiastic and available to work out all the details of my furniture purchase. I definitely recommend Ashley Furniture and this location for superior customer service.

I would definitely recommend shopping with him. *Edit* Ashley furniture has still not delivered my furniture, despite confirming two separate delivery windows. Nobody called to cancel or anything, they just didn't deliver. I've taken time off for these missed deliveries and will likely have to take a third day for Ashley to maybe deliver this next time around. Mark was still very helpful as a salesman but the company delivering the furniture for Ashley is pathetic. I'll update rating if/when they ever deliver the furniture.

I would have never expected such service from a furniture store, but as soon as I met Steven, I knew I’d be buying my furniture from Ashley that day… and indefinitely as long as he’s there! Steven took care to listen to my wants, showed me around, and made me feel like a meaningful customer. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable on stock. Not only did I receive phenomenal service that led me to buy from Steven the same day I walked in… but then he sent a thank you card with a personalized note. Just floored by this service. I’d recommend Steven at Ashley to anybody!

We have had so many problems with this store. They cancelled an order multiple times without contacting or refunding. They also forgot a piece of a couch upon delivery then brought a broken piece and assembled it wrong. This took 4 months to resolve. The warranty they sell do you also does not cover what they tell you and it is almost impossible to contact the right customer service for that. Do not buy from this store their customer service is horrible.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have had purchasing furniture. My items were supposed to be delivered on 12/4 (purchased and paid for in October). By 12/8 only half of my items were in stock so I scheduled delivery for what was available. My table arrived missing parts and the delivery crew left it in pieces on my floor. The only way to communicate with customer service is to fill out a form that they will respond to within 72 hours. The response is always the same, they say they've ordered parts but will not give me tracking, or let me know when my items will be here other than the standard 14-21 days they've been saying over and over again. I called the store today and was told someone would call me back, but they never did. They have a table on the showroom but won't give me the parts off of that, although they charged my credit card for the entire order in October. Please do not shop here, it's not worth it.
Delivery drivers refused to take different route to deliver product and told me to reschedule as if rescheduling will be an asap appointment, it is a lengthy wait time.

Laura, the GM, was very helpful with my order today. I must say the corporate customer support team is lacking and their system is terrible, but the store staff has been amazing. Both Laura and Chamaria have personally helped me when customer support did not. Ashley is lucky to have them taking care of customers.
Poor experience after all- bought 2 mattresses- one a tempurpedic and adjustable base. Policies were not clear. No call for delivery, just showed up. Base power cord only half there. Delivery guy called the warehouse, they said another whole base had to be ordered. So no power!! Salesperson said it couldn’t be ordered for another day! Saddened one was found at the warehouse!! Put it in the mail! No coming back to put it on. Post office brought it 5 days later with Postage Due before I could get it!! Then figuring out how to put it on, mattress had to be taken off again- two seniors with a bad back trying to manage!! No extended legs came either the salesperson promised- had to order myself! Second King mattress to be delivered, 6:30 am to 9:30 am time frame given! WHO delivers mattresses at 6:30 am- my Sick spouse had to get up at 6am for the delivery. Tempurpedic mattress hard as a rock, my arthritic hip wouldn’t take it- They refused to take it back- must wait 30 days for exchange only.. I wouldn’t have bought one!! A break in period! 30-45 days. Whole experience a nightmare!! And try getting anyone on the phone!!!

This is totally unacceptable I've waited almost a month for the 6 time to come out to deliver to still not be able to put the bed together i need a reimbursement because to pay all this money and absolutely only thing that was right was a section of the couch everything has been an absolute struggle. I have taking off work, call off work, paid people to be at my house All so i can get my stuff that i purchased delivered and still as of October 11th and I'm still with out a bed. How hard can this be i have a server that doesn't have a midde shelf, i have a tv stand that came without hardware to put the shelves on, the couch i waited 3 weeks for to get the full couch absolutely irate and unacceptable as a company. I will not be buying ever again from you guys this is the worse experience I've ever gotten in my entire life. I've been homeless and i still say I've been treated worse from Ashley's then being homeless. Being homeless i know what to expect spending 6 almost 7k i expect something not a run around or using my house as a storage facility. And to be pushed for another 3 weeks to come pick it up it's terrible come get this out my house. This is an absolute embarrassment on Ashley's behalf!!!!! I've called and called and called absolutely no one to get in contact with
Just drove 25 min to this store, walked in, didn’t get more than 10 feet into the store before being asked what my budget was. Told her my budget and she said if I couldn’t afford at least 900-1000 to go to macys or Morris. My budget was much higher than I stated. Maybe don’t be snotty to people walking in the door. Won’t be back.
I ordered a stand. I saw it in the store and loved it. It was told to me by Robbie that it would be put together in my home. It was already assembled when they dropped it off. And it has scratches all over it. Try to contact someone all day yesterday with no success. I'm sitting in the parking lot at 9:56 wondering what they're going to do about it

Eric explained to us that this type of adjustable bed would not only help his snoring issues but also very safe and healthy for his heart. Seeping with your head slightly elevated is much healthier than sleeping with your head flat. Well Eric was 100% right! This bed has been amazing! Thank you Eric!

Let me just start off with I will never shop at Ashley/Morris ever again. Not only did they completely screw up everything, they have been a nightmare to deal with. First it started with almost shipping the wrong order. Secondly, they said l was getting a delivery that wasn't confirmed a week later. Now, after going rounds with them, it's now another week out because of the salesman Robby didn't do his job. If it weren't for them being the only furniture store of "quality" around, I would of said screw them. Never again will I spend a dime with them. Buyer beware!!!!

When I did get ahold of someone the lady thought she had me on mute and I heard her say "what should I tell this lady" I will never deal with thus company ever again!
Ashley is really really really really bad!!!! I bought the bed last November,but i still didn't get it,every month i got there to check the status,every time the only reply is next month from Jan. I'm very disappointed,i will never never buy anything from Ashley!!

Ordered a Sofa Loveseat, 2 end tables and a Chair totaling over $3500. I was told 3 months to deliver which is what we were quoted. The end tables we ordered we were told were in stock at warehouse and would be here by the end of June. I was called two days ago to set a deliver for July 2nd. I confirmed then was called and told that was cancelled and they did not have my end tables. I was told it would now be first week of August. I called to complain about the change and was then told 4 hours later it would now be Sept. This is 6 months after I ordered the tables and the exact opposite of what we were promised when I bought the items. When I tried to call the store I got a voicemail system that is full and when I called customer service to speak with a District Manager I was told the local store manager will call me within 48 hours! Horrible customer service when you spend that amount of money!!!
Ordered a sectional and bed frame in late Feb/ early March. While it took months for them to be delivered, my big issue is with the wrong item being ordered, delivery team being unhelpful, and management not doing much to help either. We ordered a RAF sectional. Emphasized that it needed to be RAF to the sales people in store. The first delivery we received was the sofa portion, but it was the opposite side that we ordered. At least that team was nice enough to unwrap it and see it was also damaged. Once the next delivery to bring the right order came (and take the incorrect damaged piece), we unwrapped it ourselves and saw they gave us two sofas, no chaise. Ran outside to flag down this delivery team and they said to just call customer care. All management is willing to do is waive the $99 delivery fee when it’s taken 2 months and 3 deliveries to get the correct sectional (we already spent the money on the protection plan for stains and damages too). Unreal. I won’t buy anything from Ashley again.

My product was supposed to arrive 4/26, here it is 4/28 and no products.
Sales woman Jackie was so helpful and informative on all furniture we looked at. After placing purchase, the next day we realized the sectional would not work in our den. We called and went back the next day and customized a sectional that would fit perfectly. We didn't like the ottoman, so she is on a look out for the style and color we prefer.
Mark is so helpful and has gone above and beyond for us. I really appreciate him keeping us updated on our items and available any time we had questions. We love our new furniture!
We called and went to the wrong Ashley's. We bought over $7,000 and all we needed was a castor that broke off our coffee table. Finally they said we need to call the Warranty dept. My husband's just bought one wheel for $40.00. We will go somewhere else in the future.
The ashley store in miamisburg ohio is by far one of the biggest stores I have seen. Jackie our sales lady took care of us well. She could picture exactly what I needed for our den area for a couch. This place was a comfortable place to be at with no pressure at all.
they were racist with me they sent me to another store just for being Mexican and for being humble, what a bad experience they took me there with everyone they literally kicked me out 🤦
Mark was absolutely phenomenal at the Dayton store. He went above and beyond to help us with our furniture. He was so nice, professional, and genuine. Laura the manager was also wonderful and helped us so much. They both made sure they were doing everything possible to help us and assure we were happy with our purchase.
This is ridiculous order furniture back in December still have not gotten they will not answer there phones at this point I am just going to get my money back not worth it

Where to begin… if I was able to give no stars I would. I was prepared to order 2 living room sets, and a bedroom set. However my experience with Mark was down right disgusting, disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory!!!! He had the nerve to ask if my child had a disability after he was using an assisted device in the store. First of all it is not Mark or anyone’s business if my child has a disability!! After telling my child whom had a sports injury and also has asthma, not to use this device he continued to talk very poorly about my family that was in the store. Mark then accused my family of being racist when I contacted management. I was prepared to spend well over $5,000 in products and as I was placing my order and over hearing Mark’s unacceptable comments about my family I terminated my order and business with them. Mark continued to wave his arms around and think this was a joke. I did not find it funny at all, and was very offended by his allegations and discrimination. When I informed my sale person Jacquline who was very sweet and helpful to cancel my order she informed management as all employees were at the desk having a good time listening to Mark make fun of my family. Mark stated “ she can take her money somewhere else who cares.” Well Mark that’s just what I did. I went down the road and gave my $8,000 to another store so congratulations on losing a sale. When speaking with management I asked for corporates phone number and Marks name. Mark proceeded to bring his business card to me after the manager already told him to go away and leave it alone. The manager also shared that she had already told Mark to stop speaking about my family prior to me approaching her about my concerns.I hope that no one else ever has this experience because it was truly terrible and he used words that are unacceptable in my home. He taught my sweet children how cruel this world can be and this was not a lesson he needed to teach them at their young ages. I have left a message with the corporate office. My interactions with Jacquline were wonderful and she was very comforting to me in this very uncomfortable situation. She notified management immediately of what was happening. She apologized on Marks behave and assured me what he did in front of my children was unacceptable. As I left very upset and in tears she walked with me to the door continuing to apologize. Thank you for your kind words during this time Jacquline and your sweet interactions with my children. “Be kind, don’t judge, treat others as you want to be treated because you don’t know their story or what they are going through, be the change this world needs.”
I've been an Ashley/Morris customer for years but I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere after this last experience. I ordered a bed frame early last May and was told it would probably take a couple months longer than they put on my papers. Big understatement. The only communication was from a generic email. I know they have a lot of orders, but not very personal when you have customers waiting that long after taking their money. It's just been sad they can't show they care at all. Even ordering each frame I did the research my self, so it was an easy commission sale and they still acted like helping was inconvenient. We finally found a new frame we liked that was in stock so we went to the store just to confirm and change the order over. At no point were we even acknowledged by any of the staff. After walking around we wanted to just track down an associate to get help. They kept actively walking away from us and looking at us...25 minutes in the store with not a word but others were getting greeted and helped no problem. After leaving and subsequently spending hours on the phone trying to get helped, the item was changed and new one delivered the next week. That part was great and the moving team was very friendly. However, now I've been trying to get my refund that was promised for the difference but am getting nowhere with that for weeks. I just want my money and to be done with this company. The amount of time I've had to dedicate to this and still not get anywhere is ridiculous! The BBB will be the next step.
Worst place to buy furniture from. Have been waiting for over 7 months and finally set a delivery date and get a call saying that they can not deliver because they messed up and our order is not in. Then order comes in and set another delivery day and they call saying they can’t deliver because our order is in then not in. Don’t buy anything from them.
Absolutely disgusted with this place! We ordered a loveseat and matching sleeper sofa since we were downsizing from a house to an apartment along with a coffee and end table set at the beginning of August 2021. Now 7 months later we still have not received our sleeper sofa. Every time we call to inquire, we are told 2 more weeks. We asked for some compensation and they offered only a $150 gift card when the couch finally arrives. Ashley puts the blames on their suppliers, but eventually you need to take responsibility for your suppliers.
I like shopping here because of the payment plans they offer, really good deal!

Terrible experience. Everyone except the delivery men and one salesperson (i believe her name was Ashley) were super rude and acted like I was a bother. If my old couch wasn't destroyed so badly, i would have walked away. Screwed up on delivery times and days. Customer care should be renamed to "customer we don't care" hotline. I've been an Ashley customer for years, but not anymore. Two stars for the quality (they have nice products) and the few who were decent people.
Very dissatisfied with our experience. Damage to furniture and customer service has been absolutely horrible. Hole in front panel on couch, tear on corner of ottoman, chipped paint on legs and middle leg underneath large couch, is bent inwards as you can see in the picture. My wife and I purchased this on October 6th as a gift to ourselves for our 20th wedding anniversary. I have had to call 2x with wait times over an hour, both times, since delivery. Had a technician come out to assess the damage, who we thought was going to fix it at that time. No. He was to get back with us within 3 days on an update of getting it repaired. No call. I then had to call and the lady I spoke with said, “if I hadn’t called, the replacement order wouldn’t have been entered in”. She said it could take 6-8 weeks for it to arrive at our house and then I would have to call again to schedule for it to be repaired. At this point in time, it’s going to be early-Mid February before it’s “fixed”, if at all. I asked the lady I spoke with to have a manger contact me and she said someone would contact me within “3 days”. Still have yet to hear from anyone.
HORRIBLE customer service and products. Our couch broke after 2 years and luckily we bought the warranty. The warranty company agreed to replace it but Ashley won't answer their customer service line or return my calls. I am starting to think the warranty is a scam. We even went to the store and they promised to call us the next day and never did.
We had an amazing time with Jacqueline who asked us what we were interested in and showed us our options, with no pressure. She made sure we would be delighted with any purchase. We felt well cared for and were very pleased with the outcome…furniture IN STOCK that suited us perfectly. And…the price with right!
terrible customer service. placed an order in March for 2 piece set. estimated 4 week delivery. one of a 2 pc set showed up at my home even though it was on the paperwork to only deliver once both pieces we available. the delivery window was 4 hours to begin with then they called and moved it out 2 hours. the second piece was delivered 6 months later and was damaged. one side of the back will not lock into place. contacted Ashley and they set up a repair for 3 weeks later. had to take off another day of work. again 4 hour window, repairman showed up and said it not locking was normal and sometimes they just do that. the set has 4 recliner sections and one of the 4 will not lock in place. this is normal? tried again to contact Ashley furniture customer service and again on hold for almost an hour waiting to talk to someone to get resolved. will never buy again from Ashley due to terrible customer service. waited 6 months to get the second defective piece and took another day off work only for the repairman to show up and not fix anything.

Great selection and great quality. But the real reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Dylan. Dylan is all about his customers! He is super friendly and super helpful. I really appreciated how much “space” he gave us to take our time and look around. At so many other furniture stores, it feels like you are being stalked by the high pressure salesperson. Dylan was not like that at all! On top of all that, Dylan went above and beyond for us with our order. The pandemic has created long wait times due to supply chain issues and we knew we would have to wait several months for our order. One night we stopped in to see Dylan and get an update on our order. We learned that it would be about one more month. Just as we were getting ready to leave, Dylan asked if we could wait for a few minutes because he was going to see if he could figure something out to help us get our order sooner. He knew we’d been waiting a while and we were eager to receive our new sectional. As it turned out, Dylan was able to shuffle some things around and we will have our couch in a few days! Dylan did not have to do this but he wanted to make us smile. And we are definitely smiling now! Be sure to ask for Dylan if you stop in.

This store has terrible customer service. In April I bought a couch and sofa table then iln July brought in a friend to buy a couch like mine. He got the deferred plan and completed the transaction. I then told the salesman ( Josiah Wilkes) that I wanted a side table and was paying in cash. I didn’t know at the time he took my debit card but put it on a deferred plan. He used the same form as he used for my friend (Jeff Winchester)and I told him that mine was separate. He put my name where my friends was and finished. I didn’t see what he had done till I went back to get a refund and was told by the mgr(Anthony) I would have to wait 2billing cycles to get my money put onto my couches deferred plan. I told him I paid in cash but because the paperwork showed it on a deferred he said it had to be applied to my couches balance. The next week I called Syncrony to ask if it had been applied to my account they said no. Josiah messed up the paperwork and now I’m having to wait to get my refund. I sent an email with all the info and a copy of the withdrawal from debit card and last 4 numbers of my deferred card. I have heard nothing and after numerous times trying to call several different numbers have gotten no replies. I will be contacting the State Atty general, BBB, social media and anyone else I need to to get my money back or applied to My deferred account( not my friends). They owe me $289.05 and the salesperson (Josiah Wilkes ) needs reprimanded. The customer service and response from anyone is awful. I won’t ever go there again.
Mark was outstanding. His customer service was perfection. He didn't hassle us or hound us. He let us do our thing. He checked in on us multiple times till we was ready to make some decisions and ask some questions. We couldn't be happier with him. He helped us create the perfect couch to fit our home. Loved the fact that he was able to take our ideas of what we wanted and create it.

Went to buy my first couch of my own , they forgot to order half of my sectional sofa so on delivery date I received half a couch , that the delivery drivers just dumped in my garage rather than move it in my house . I was then informed the other half of my couch would not be available till December and I would have to pay additional money for the missing piece thst was their mistake. They offered me a sofa and loveseat as a replacement for the sectional but it was not comprable at all. I’ve never had a worse buyers experience in my life.
We recently visited this location to purchase our new bedroom set. I have to say I was hesitant to so much as step foot back into Ashley Furniture after having a terrible experience a couple years back only to find there had been a change in management. I am SO HAPPY we gave this place another chance. Soon after walking through the front doors we were greeted by employee Mark Galloway. He was informative but not pushy, supportive but not overbearing, reasonable and realistic. He managed to be all of these things while keeping a smile on his face with an irresistible sense of humor. He knew moments when he needed to step away and let us discuss what was going to be a big investment. He was sensitive to our needs when we had questions and detailed in his responses. Both Mark and his manager were willing to do anything they could to get us to a position where we would feel confident and excited in this process especially as it required we spend a great deal of money. All of this is essentially meant to say - we will absolutely be back. A HUGE thanks to Mark and the manager of this location for seeing us through this. Looking forward to our future purchases with Ashley furniture at this location.
did not get all my furniture and was told we could pick up went all the way there to tell us it never came in. finally 2 months later it came in but they didn't give it all to us now no one will answer the phone

Ordered a couch here early April. Paid in full upfront and was told word for word that the delivery dates are very accurate. Can’t even tell you how many times our order was pushed back. Then one day when I go to check up, our order had been randomly cancelled! They assured us they would fix the problem and put us back in our original spot. Every time I would call the store they would tell me to call back in a week. And then I would and they’d say to me again, “call back in a week”. Now they are saying that the couch won’t arrive until SEPTEMBER. And I know for a fact that is total bull and would take even longer than September. I understand you have a job to sell furniture and most likely the employees make commission. But do not tell me the delivery dates are accurate and then blame it on COVID when nothing comes. How much longer are we going to continue blaming COVID. The staff spouts total lies. Go somewhere else.
Absolute TRASH company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. You will regret it. To make an 8 month (and counting) story as short as possible…. I went and selected a couch in November 2020. Was told it would be available within a month. The date kept changing so in January 2021, I reselected a new couch and was told that they weren’t having any issues getting this one in. In May 2021, I was notified that the couch was ready to be delivered. They delivered half of a sectional. I called and they said one of their employees mistagged my couch so now I’ll have to wait for it to be restocked by the manufacturer. The rep told me it didn’t matter how long it took, days,months,years….I would have to wait. Told me there were no other options. In July 2021 I finally spoke to a manager that said I could reselect a new couch because of the situation. On July 12th I went and picked a couch that was in stock to specifically not deal with this potential issue again. It was scheduled to be delivered on July 16th. On July 15th I got a call saying a piece of my sectional was lost in the warehouse and they could deliver the rest of it. I said absolutely not because I’ve been with half of a sectional for 6 months so I’ll just wait for it to all be available. I then received an email stating if I would like to get my available pieces delivered I needed to call to set it up, otherwise my available pieces can be “reallocated” to someone else’s order!!! So I called and the rep and he said the piece isn’t lost it’s just not available. It’s expected to arrive august 13th. (Which is a month away). I asked him about the email I received and he said it’s correct, my pieces could potentially be reallocated if they sit in the warehouse too long. I asked how long is “too long” and he said 3 weeks to a month! I told him that this couch is already charged to my card and I’ve been paying for it so you can’t just give my couch away when it’s mine! He said that’s just the rules. At this point my mind is blown. I don’t even know what to say. This company is absolute trash and the customer service is disgusting. I don’t know who’s running this place but obviously they need to reevaluate their procedures because this isn’t working. I am paying for all of their mistakes and all they can say is “sorry” or “I understand your frustration but”. I’m fed up.

Paid for bed Jan 2021. Supposed to be ready Feb 13. Drive to warehouse. Only headboard is there. I didn't pick it up because why would I want part of a bed. They tell me it will be in Mar.14. Not there again. They tell me another month every month since then. July 5th they call and say it's here and arrange delivery. Take off work to receive delivery. The only thing on the truck was the headboard. Call manager Anthony. He says he will get on it right away and call me back to advise of outcome. He never called. Called the store.They took a message for mgr on duty. Still no call. Call the next day. Anthony is on vacation. They want me to wait for them to pick up the headboard to issue a refund. I'm not willing to wait another week after 6 months of nonsense. So I have to take the headboard to the warehouse 30 minutes away myself. And then call to get my refund. I was patient because of Covid. But then you waste my time and don't care. Cost me money by missing work for a delivery. And upset my kid who has been waiting months for the bed. YOU WILL NEVER GET BUSINESS FROM ME!! I will tell everyone who even mentions furniture about this.
Ashley’s furniture has horrid customer service. Not only this store but them over all as a company. I ordered a couch in November and the dates kept getting pushed back. COVID was happening so while I was upset I still understood. The manager at the store allowed me to choose another couch and cancel the previous order. I was told the new couch I picked hadn’t had any issues coming in so that’s why I was comfortable choosing it. This was in Jan or Feb. in March I received notification that the couch was in and ready to be delivered. Well, they delivered half of a sectional to my home that I definitely did not agree to. When I called customer service I was told that it was improperly tagged by a warehouse employee. So I’m literally stuck, in my home with half of a sectional. I was then told that the other half would be available in may. Since then the date has continuously changed at least 4 times. It will be going on 3 months that I have had half of a couch. No one knows when I will get the other half. I was told that I just have to wait. Doesn’t matter how long it takes. 1 month or years….I have to wait. And when I finally receive the other half (if I ever do) THEN I can see about possible compensation. Which they will probably offer me pennies for this inconvenience that they caused. I’m upset and blown away by their customer service. Literally don’t waste your time or your money with this company because they don’t care about their customers in the slightest form.
Do not go to this store as I have been waiting over 2 months for slats for our bed. Waited over 8 months for the bedroom set to be delivered and when delivered missing parts and slats. The GM Anthony has done nothing to help the issue and customer care is now telling me slats wont be in until August. Anthony and this store is a joke as our mattress is sitting on the floor with woodwork for the bed leaning against the walls.

I paid for no-hassle delivery and assembly, and it has been anything but no-hassle. The paperwork the delivery drivers had was listed as no contact delivery, basically dumping it at my front door. The delivery drivers were kind enough to make sure it got in my house, but after 30 minutes on hold with customer service, I was told it would be three days (THREE DAYS) before someone would be out to finish the job I paid $200 for that should have been completed at delivery. I have more purchases to make, but if this is the kind of service I can expect, I will take my business elsewhere.
In May of 2020, we purchased a dining room table with 4 chairs. Less than a year later the wood table top cracked and one chair cushion padding has wrinkled. So, I contacted Ashley customer service 800 phone number to file a warranty claim. Ashley works with a outside contracted inspection and repair service who came into our home and filed a warranty claim on our behalf for a replacement of the table top and one of the chair cushions.Within a week I received a e-mail from a Ashley customer service representative. She informed me the table top replacement is currently on order, however the chair cushion is not. The customer service requested that I provide her a serial number from my chair. She informed me that Ashley furniture "could not" order a replacement chair cushion from the "manufacturer" without a serial number. I explained that none of my chairs do not have a serial number label on them. This is because I removed the label which had a serial number on it because the tags were hanging from the bottom of each chair when they were delivered. All of the chairs came with tags on the chair bottom that are machine sewn on. However the "one" tag that contained the "specific serial number" was printed on an "adhesive label" and "was not" sewn on by a machine. The label was dangling from underneath our chairs and could be seen from across the room. They were hanging half way on, and half way off. So, I removed them and they were thrown in the trash. If I had only known the tag which had a serial number on it must be retained and provided as proof for a warranty claim I most certainly would have kept the serial number with my store receipt in a file. In addition to being told by a customer service supervisor about the significance of keeping the serial number it now means that since I do not have a serial number for the chairs the warranty on our chairs has been "voided". I have contacted several people including the store manager in Beavercreek for assistance with this matter. I have my original store receipt, and also the sku numbers for each piece of furniture that I purchased. This however is not enough proof for anyone from the manufacturer to replace my cushion.I'm sharing my story for other consumers who shop at this store, and who may be contemplating purchasing Ashley furniture made products. BUYER BEWARE! This has been an unpleasant situation for me to deal with, and I would not want anyone else to waist hard earned money on a product that has such ridiculous warranty guidelines.I am very disappointed and will no longer buy or recommend Ashley furniture to my friends or family members.
Update: it has been over 3 months and I still have not received my ONE chair. This is the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a chair 3 months ago and still haven’t got it. The communication has been completely initiated by me as to following up on my piece. It was paid for in full and all they can tell me is that it is the manufacturer’s fault. On my latest call I asked for a Sufi notice delivery date and couldn’t get anything out of the guy other than he didn’t know and there was nothing he could do about it. Pretty much the absolute worst answers you can give in customer service. Needless to say I’m not impressed by this particular Ashley’s service. I just want my chair I paid for and they can’t give me anything except the brush off, deflection of fault and frustration. But they sure took that money real quick.
My husband and I were in the market for a new living room set, dining room set, and mattress. We were lucky enough to work with Todd. Todd helped us along the whole way. He helped us try several different mattresses to see what we preferred. He gave us all of our options as far as financing, he wasn't pushy and gave us room to talk and consider what we wanted. It also helps that Todd has a great personality and likes to laugh. Would definitely recommend!
Quality furniture, great looking and great selections highly handsome and wonderful atmosphere.Pricing seems to be moderately fair definitely over and above fair compared to similar type stores. More importantly I would like to mention Dillian Bastian the associate that assisted me with my shopping, he was extremely cordial and pleasant and NOT overbearing like I have come across in the past. He greeted me upon my arrival and assured me he could assist me when I needed him. The worst experience I have ever had. The delivery men did not bring the legs in and install them. We have been sitting on a couch that is flat on the floor for days. Getting them back here is a headache also.
We bought a couch and loveseat 11 months ago at Ashley's Home Goods and it started to tear at the seams in the corners where the cushions rest on. We bought the 5 year warranty for $149.00. We filed a claim and they denied it within 24hrs. Be on guard for the warranty. They won't cover all damage like as stated "The Protection Plan offers five year warranty coverage against stains, rips, burns, manufacturer defects and accidental breakage on wood products" Here is ProtectAll USA's email to us: "Dear Customer, This letter is in reference to your ProtectAll USA claim filed on 4/7/2022. After review of all documentation provided and careful consideration of your claim, we have determined your claim to be non eligible for service under the protection plan terms and conditions. I purchased furniture from here just over a year ago. Both my couch and love seat have broken the wood came through the back of each piece. I paid extra for the warranty. I called to use the warranty on several occasions and I finally got through the time that I spent 2 hours on hold. Once I got through they told me that the warranty was taken care of by another company and that I need to call them. I have called them on several occasions now with no answer. The wooden frame that broke and came through the furniture is not hardwood like the salespeople at the store told me. The frame is made of cheap chip board. Chip board is weaker than plywood wood have been. Chip board is one of the lowest quality materials out there. To this day I still cannot get a straight answer and this has been going on for months now. Do not waste your money at this store. I have well over two thousand dollars in the worst furniture money can buy. You would be better off getting furniture from rent a center or big lots.
I bought a sofa and loveseat from them back in March and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. This date has been pushed back 4 times now and mid March has now become the middle to end of May! When I tried calling customer care I was put on hold for over an hour three different times. It’s been over a year since COVID began, you’ve got to stop using that as an excuse for terrible customer service and delivery issues.
My sales person Aria Williams was excellent and she helped in every aspect of the sale ,she was great.
Place is a complete joke. Delivered 2 pieces that were broken. Then had 2 have a act of God to get a refund. Management is rude and very unprofessional. Took weeks to get our money back. Horrible experience
This is the place to go if you love hold music and never getting anything resolved. We were told 6 weeks for a couch and we're at 3 months. I've tried calling maybe a dozen times but after 30-60 minutes on hold I give up. In the store the people are a little pushy but overall respectful and professional. Paying up front for an order and continually pushing back delivery dates with no way to reach an actual person is extremely frustrating. I don't think we'll be starting here for future purchases.
Do you want to be hounded non-stop by the stereotypical desperate salesman? Then you've come to the right place. Jesus they will not leave you alone, no matter how many times you tell them youre fine and just looking. We found some couches we were impressed with, but ultimately just left because of it. And on our way out, could hear the sales-woman being salty about it... "well that was a waste of my time".
So AWFUL! First off, the store was organized awful. We were looking for a dining table and they were all intermixed. The girl helping us was named EMMA. Such terrible customer service. We have a smaller dining room and needed a smaller table. We went to leave and my husband asked her for a card. She said, "I don't have one." He then asks if they work on commission. She said "yes, but you didn't see anything you liked." Then she rudely walked away. Didn't say "yeah we may have something later". Just awful customer service. Funny because we found something we weren't looking for and we're wanting to come back. Now we won't, no matter how much we liked it and no matter if we can't find the same thing elsewhere.
The staff was exceptional. The prices were rather reasonable. Truly enjoyed my experience at this store.
Customer service in store is not friendly what so ever. They never delivered my order and i waited 4 hours for it. The guy “Eric” who was helping me was super rude and I had to keep repeating my information because he couldn’t get my name or anything else correct.
We recently moved (August). When we moved we decided to get new furniture in most of our rooms. We went to several stores but ended up buying a dining table, rugs, end tables and a sectional from Ashley. The experience has been average at best. The chair cushions for this dining table are already bunched up and look terrible. We were told the sectional would arrive the beginning of October, then the end of October, then the end of November, then the beginning of December. While looking at other sectionals to potentially cancel this order, we were told by one of the sales reps. at Morris Furniture that it is end of December. Also, told that Ashley does not do a very good job with communications. I thought these two companies worked together? Maybe not. We have been communicated with half the time, but the most recent. We are so disappointed in this process and with the chairs for the dining table. Lastly, do. It try to call them. You will be left on hold or leave your vm in a black hole with no return call. I have driven there twice for updates. I have been in business for 25 years and should have k own you get what you pay for.** I had to come back and update my experience. I never thought it would get worse, but it is. Still no furniture, just excuses. Was told it would be here 1/7, 1/13, now it is 1/28, still nothing. There CEO, Larry Klaben, which I have been involved with at our alma mater events, is dodging my emails on LinkedIN. I see where the poor service starts, at the top! His you tube video of excuses is a joke. Also the dining room chairs we got from them are already wobbling and cushions are bunched up. Take caution with Ashley and Morris Furniture. Service and product has been a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN. I wish we could give a zero star, as one star is generous!
Dylan and Vicki are absolutely exceptional employees at this Ashley's location. When I stopped in for my first visit, Dylan worked with me to figure out different combinations for a couple different sectionals I was looking at. He printed out different price estimates for several of those combinations I was looking at. We found a perfect sectional for our family that was in my price range, BUT I had to go home and measure my space before purchasing. So I returned the following day, unfortunately Dylan was not there, but a very lovely woman named Vicki was. I told her all about Dylan and she watched me as I crazily remeasured every single detail on the couch and was so sweet. She put in the order for me and got me all checked out when I confirmed that this couch was the couch of my dreams. She was so happy for us and our family, which really helped with the whole experience. I would totally recommend this spot to anyone! Wonderful customer service!! I can't wait for our couch to be delivered!
Was in there, wasn't even greeted, was ignored the entire 30 minutes that I was in there. The sales people attitudes seem to be very snot-nosed...
Still do not have purchase and have no idea on when a delivery will be made. Went in to store a few weeks ago to be given date that the next day was cancelled. Also promised refund on delivery charge by manager, which never happened. Spent 5k and have nothing to show for. Will be reporting to BBB and demanding full refund. You are not able to send email; virtual assistant was worthless.
Absolutely terrible! I ordered a bed and base. I was given the wrong base. Then the base they gave me didn't work and now nobody will help fix the issue.

If there are any issues they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We received a couch and loveseat back in March. The loveseat arrived damaged. We have been trying to reach someone in customer service via email and phone for MONTHS to have this taken care of. They finally called me back today only to put me on hold. Picture shows my hold time as of about 10 mins ago. Ridiculous and absolutely no excuse.
Really good experience at Ashley Homestore. Dylan did a fabulous job of taking care of our order! Only complaint is the delivery men sort wrecked our walls when they were getting the furniture inside... it’s a brand new house, so we’ll need to get some gashes repaired. 😕
If I could give them a minus I would. I went to Ashley furniture last Saturday and looked at a couch called the woman yesterday to order it arranged the financing she told me I had to come in to sign and put the down payment down which is a 3-hour drive because I'm in the process of moving. Her name was Jackie and she told me everything was fine. I do not blame Jackie but I do blame Ashley's management for the terrible experience I had. They left Jackie completely on her own and she did not know what she was doing. I drove 3 hours to sign paperwork that she assured me was ready and it was not ready and the financing was not in order. She also told me delivery would be on Tuesday November 17th which is less than a week away. I had to come in after driving 3 hours redo all the paperwork get approval again on the financing. the men working in there were terribly rude because I suppose they were having to do someone's work. after I paid the initial payment did all the paperwork they then proceeded to tell me that the delivery date would not be next week but would be sometime mid-march of 2021. At which time I had them cancel the sale. what made it worse was how rude the gentlemen that were salespeople were. Since looking around and reading reviews they have a very bad reputation. I was at the Ashley furniture in miamisburg Ohio which is owned by Morris furniture.
Dylan was amazing! Dylan provided exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful. The prices met my budget and the quality of the furniture was very nice! The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
Wow. I just walked into this store and I can promise you I will never go back. I was in a good mood upon entering and the palpable tension between the employees, poor service, and amount of employees staring at their phones made me leave in a bad mood. Got a one word answer when asking about a decor piece. Saw an employee snap his fingers at another. Just bad energy all around. On top of that, when we purchased the decor piece the guy wasn't even paying attention. He was more invested in a return going on behind us. He didn't even tell us to have a nice night. He just slapped the receipt on the counter and turned around. I will go to the parent store Morris instead where I have had consistently excellent service.
Horrible! We bought a sectional and a recliner in June of this year. It is now October and every piece of furniture is broken. The couch is broken down ans the recliner won't even open. So far they sent someone out to look at the recliner and we never heard anything further. When you try to call them you are on hold for at least 30 minutes if not longer. I do NOT recommend Ashley for any purchases and I will not use thwm in the future. I am looking at having to buy all new furniture after spending $2100 4 months ago.
Update: As of Oct 16th, I still do not have the complete sectional originally ordered in May. One piece was delivered damaged. A replacement was ordered and after waiting more than a month on that piece, it is not the same color. I'm back to getting the run-around and no help. To make thing worse, the delivery driver damaged my front door. I will NEVER do business with this company or affiliates again. Initial issues are being addressed after speaking to GM and area mgr. They seem to be engaged and knowledgeable.
Order #0824020OC15 for nearly $6K dollars. The product is fine. The story about a $300 voucher check/credit for making the purchase has been nothing but a story. No follow through. Liars. BTW, their business cards are of no use because they don't check/answer their emails. Update: The manager has fixed the situation. Thank you.
If I could post zero I would. I have been dealing with Ashley Homestore since july 9th they have give me the runaround since August. I purchased a table 4 chairs and a counter bench. 3 of the chairs are messed up and I have been trying to get them fixed for the last month. They are making me call and order parts and I've had to place them twice now. Who knows if they will ever get them to me. I have made numerous attempts to talk to a manager with no one taking my calls. I can't get them to fix this issue. I am heading to talk to a manager again because I have been in hold for an hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE because once they get their money they could care less about the horrible service and customer care they give. Wish me luck.
It takes 1 hour to 2 hors to get an answer for customer service. I tried on 3 occasions to get someone to pick up the call. The last tey was 2 hours. When the finally p, we are busy. icked up, i relayed the time it took.. sorry
No follow up after sale. I understand that it would take 8 weeks for delivery. Checking in to say hey we haven't forgotten about you, thanks for being a valued customer would be nice.
I ordered approximately $6000 worth of furniture from Jessica Mizell; due to some issues outside of her control and damaged at the warehouse delivery would take 3 separate dates. Despite updating my address multiple times (bought furniture because I was in the process of moving), the furniture was being sent to my old address. Spoke to a very rude manager who stated he would follow up with me and never did. Contacted the store and dealt with Kendall (who was lovely), due to the experience I opted to cancel 60% of my order. A few minutes later I received a phone call from the associate who had sold me the furniture Jessica from her personal cel phone as she stated she was home (still confused as to why my sensitive information left the store and was being used on an employee’s personal devices). After a 5 minute conversation where I politely told her 8 times I was not interested she said “mhmmmm bye” and hung up. I’m not quite sure what culture is created in the store where she felt comfortable handling the situation in this manner, I am looking forward to following up with Kendall/the district manager/corporate on this matter. I’m usually fairly easygoing, but their is a difference between a mistake and blatant disrespect. I would recommend Kendall if you MUST use this location, strongly suggest avoiding overall.

What a horrible experience I’ve had with my one and only time ordering from Ashley. I was rescheduled 5 times for my deliveries of two bed sets I ordered. 5 times. That’d I’d been waiting on since early April. I had called Ashley multiple times, each waiting an hour and a half before getting no answer and giving up. I emailed, no response. I literally could not get ahold of them unless they called me to reschedule delivery. Once I finally received my sons bed I was in the middle of putting it together on a Sunday and opened the side rail box and it was the complete wrong bed pieces!!! I went up to the store and spoke to someone who said customer service was closed on Sunday's so she put in a request for them to call me the next day. That was a week and a half ago. I emailed on Friday also as my account has been charged at this point and I do not have the correct bed. STILL nothing. I’m so beyond frustrated and close to taking legal action as they’ve charged my account and I cannot get anyone to call me to fix the issue!! I would not recommend this company as I will never purchase their product again. I did not want to even give a 1 star rating.
We got almost all of our furniture from Ashley . They helped us build custom couches (added extra pieces ) for our family room and amazing dining furniture with server too . Himanshu Patel was the guy who helped us through it all . He will give you good recommendations and is patient enough to listen to you . . Ask for Patel if you go there !!
Purchased furniture in April 2020 was told it would be delivered July 1st, then July 9th, July 28th, August 2nd, August 8th and so on.... Josiah was the salesman never called to inform us of delays. Delivery would be scheduled then canceled by the "delivery company". Patel posed as the store manager when he is not. Finally spoke to the store manager who gave us no options other than to spend $1400 more for furniture "in stock". Bait and switch. Terrible serivice.
Ordered a couch at the beginning of June and was told it would arrive mid-July. The delivery has now been rescheduled 4 times and we are being told it now will not be here until September 11. I’m trying to be understanding with the circumstances, however this store can’t seem to get it together to even provide an accurate timeline for arrival. Edited to add: Ashley agreed to refund our purchase, however only followed through with a partial refund. We contacted customer service, and they said they would look into it. It has been over a week since this occurred with no forward movement. This is completely unacceptable and I will never be a return customer.
I would like to say what a wonderful shopping experience me and my husband have had at the Ashley Furniture store on Mall Woods Dr. The salesman Dylan was wonderful. He was professional, answered our questions and went over and beyond in assisting us with our needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for new furniture. We love our furniture, it is comfortable and we continually get comments on it! Delivery does take a while but be patient, when your furniture comes you will love it! It is truly worth the wait! I would like to thank Mr. Patel for his help and managing a great sales team! You guys rock!
UPDATE: 5AUG, I still recommend taking your business elsewhere. This company responded to my original bad review with the below computer generated "We care" message. I Emailed them the requested info. Another computer generated response stating thanks we are really busy now if you need help call this number. WHICH IS THE SAME CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER I WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER A TOTAL OF 6 HOURS ON. Once they get your money your on your own. I had even purchased their extended warranty. Now it will be over 30 days since my original request for service. My wife has a broken chair and I'm still thousands of miles away trying to get this company to do the right thing....if they will do this to a military spouse when her husband is deployed imagin what they will do for you. ORIGINAL POST 17Jul, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I Purchased a leather power recliner from this store for my wife who has severe neck problems . It was delivered on 8 July. It was broke on the 17th of July. Stuck in the up position. Now my wife can't use it at all. Getting in and out of it the up position isn't possible for her. Not even 10 days old. I called the store they said I had to contact the customer care line. After 45 min on hold was told a third party would be contracted to fix it and they would call to schedule a time in 24 to 36 hours. No call from them. Called customer care after waiting 1 hr 29 min call was just disconnected. Called back 2 hrs 56 min on hold finally spoke to another person. I was advised they would expedite the request and let management know what had happened. I was given repair contractors direct number. I called the next business day, no work order had been received. I tried to call customer care again after 1 hr 20min. Third party contacted to schedule the repair. Now I have to wait until the 18th of August to just get a tech to come. That's 27 days. This is the worst customer service ever. Dont buy from them after 3 days its not their problem anymore. Hours on hold wasted. Literally a recliner which costs over $1100 broke in less than 10 days of delivery. Then it will sit broken for 30 days before they can even look at it. The real kicker is I bought this as a gift because I am a soldier deployed for over a year. So my wife can have somewhere comfortable to sit with our children and spend time together. Now I'm thousands of miles away trying to get them to do the right thing over the phone getting the run around.

Please don’t purchases a mattress from Ashley until you know for sure that you would like to purchase a mattress. Waited over a month to arrive. Unfortunately, that’s the accident we made. My fiancé and I spent over $6,000 here in this store. The sales rep who sold us out mattress, was not able to do anything about this mistake. We needed to exchange due to my fiancé being diabetic and not able to get a decent amount of rest. Called the Customer service line and waited for near 2hrs, the customer service rep called into the store and the sales associate stated he was unable to exchange our order. He clearly didn’t care because he made his sale from us. I will not be returning to this location to see Mark. I don't recommend.

We purchased furniture from Ashley home store. The quality of the furniture is very poor. The phone in the armrest is not sufficient to cover the space therefore there are two pieces of furniture that sag due to that. Additionally when we sat down on our couch two springs broke and the support bar seem to be broken we are not sure if it was before we purchased it or after. We are not heavy people this should not have happened. When we first went to the store to report it they said someone would call us within two weeks. No one ever called us we went back into the store and talked with someone else who said someone would call us within 24 hours. They ended up not calling for another four days. They scheduled an appointment with a repair person to come out and take a look, which is 3 1/2 weeks from the day of the phone call. So we have this new furniture that's poorly made and missed match in the appearance, and we're waiting. We also asked if we could just switch the couch out for another couch that they would have in stock at the store. They told us to come back in three days when the general manager would be in to discuss with her. We went back in three days later and that person was not in for the day. I really feel like we're getting the runaround and too much time is passing and we're very unhappy with our service and our products. We will never buy from Ashley furniture again
Bought a couch back in May with delivery for this upcoming Saturday. Called today since we had not heard from them to confirm our delivery and we were told the couch wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be. Tried to work with them to get a delivery date that worked for us but was told they were too booked and it would take another month to get to us. Also asked for any discounts and was told no. Ended up just getting our money back since they couldn’t help us after they made the mistake
Fast service! We went in knowing what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. They were willing to work with us and we were finished with the entire process in less than 30 minutes.

Bought a couch and love seat. Delivery guys threw the love seat through the door and broke the whole back out of it. For months I've sent emails and called and navigated the phone tree, staying on hold until I have no choice but to hang up. My next step is going to the store and raising all holy hell at the busiest time possible. Absolutely zero recourse left. Shop at Big Sandys or value city. That or throw your money away.
When I first arrived at Ashley furniture I was greeted by a salesperson who could care less about me the manager then greeted me and gave me a salesperson which was very nice I ordered a table and totaling $1,200 with my delivery charge 2 weeks later they delivered it and both the top and the legs for damage I did not accept it they've told me they were going to deliver it today the 16th the manager said they had a new shipment coming in on the 18th if there were not in the warehouse now they call me today and tell me it will be the 24th before I get another table hopefully it will not be damaged. We have a major function and I don't have a dining room table first I want to say to you course they give you the same answer they give to every complaint there is there's sorry about their
I placed an order for a bed frame, box spring and dresser. The order took a long time to be processed... due to Covid. After the suggested time frame from their website and zero communication from them, I decided to call to get a status. The "Customer Care" number I was referred to was 937-874-7020 and they had extremely long hold times so I left a vm. I received an email delivery confirmation the next day... hmm.. strange timing. The day after that, I received another email stating that only the bed frame and box springs would be delivered and then the dresser would be delivered the week after because it was on backorder. First of all, didn't they have plenty of time to make sure my order was complete after all of those weeks. So, today was delivery day. The delivery guy (James) shows up and realizes that they don't have the box springs. Then, when they open the box for the bed frame, it doesn't have the hardware to put it together. I told James that he needed to take the bed frame back, but he refused and left the big box in my daughter's bedroom. Now, she has no bed (and no room for a mattress on the floor since he wouldn't take the huge box back) and we have no time frame or information on when the furniture will be delivered. I have ordered from Ashley's in the past (just recently actually) and I didn't have the best experience then either. I can honestly say that I will never shop there again.
Order a large accent cabinet. Cant reschedule online as it doesn't recognize my email, name, phone number, or order number. After 3 voicemails and 2 emails I still have received no response. Also, the cabinet has been delivered WITHOUT shelves. Maybe I can continue to leave voicemails in the event someone may actually check those as some point in time. Complete trash customer service. I would rather pay more money somewhere else than ever buy or order anything through this company.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not but ANYTHING from this company!!! Me and my wife bought a couch a little over a year ago, and the one cushion ripped at the zipper. The couch has been lightly used and the other cushions have went flat. when i called they said because we moved the warranty was voided. We made the mistake of purchasing a bed from Ashley about two months ago. the frame literally collapsed while we were sleeping. We called the store TWO WEEKS ago and was told to send in pictures and we would be contacted within 3 days, on the fourth day we called them and was told the photos were still being reviewed and once a supervisor gave word to them they would call us. it has been two weeks and we still have not heard anything. if something is not done either a new bed or a refund soon, i will be dumping the bed in front of the store and showing everyone who walks in the over priced junk ashley furniture sales. just an edit nothing was ever done with my furniture this business is nothing but crooks.

Staff did not want to help me. I went to this store because I was having issues with my online order. I ordered online November 2019 and by January had still not received my order. I was planning on cancelling my online order and getting something from this store. I walked in and kept trying to waive someone down but no one would walk over to help us. Finally after about 10 minutes someone asked if they could help us. I started explaining that I had ordered something online and before I could continue the Man helping said “nope. You bought something online unfortunately that’s not us and we can’t help you” I just turned around and walked out. He didn’t even let me finish my sentence to let him know I wanted to buy something in store that day. Also, it’s now February and I still have no received my online order

Vicki is very sweet and helpful. I gave a big family with four children that get a bit crazy while shopping but Vicki took that all in stride while helping us pick out our new sectional.
Absolutely horrible place to buy furniture from I have been waiting for over a month for a chest and nightstand it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd I took the day off work to be home for the delivery it never came called the day after no on knows why it wasn't delivered I never can get a call back from anyone now they are saying the chest was damaged and it's going to be at least another 3 weeks before they can get another one what a joke spend your money elsewhere.
I bought an entertainment center and end table and it was out over a month for pickup. They gave me a confirmation date to come pick up. I came to pick up that day, had to wait 2 hours for them to tell me it wouldn’t be there until a few days later. We came back the few days later and only one of the items given to us was correct but didn’t know until we got home because both items weren’t assembled and boxed up. I didn’t think this would be the case when purchased. I have emailed multiple times and called and left multiple messages (because I cannot get thru to a representative). I am on hold as write this review. I guess I am going to have to dispute the credit card purchase to get their attention. I don’t know what else to do. Customer service is the worst.
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. My furniture was delivered missing peices as well as chipped and broken. The store manager was rude & unhelpful. I asked to speak to his GM & he refused. I will spend my money at oddlotts before I ever step foot in another Ashley store. Even the delivery drivers said they've had nothing but complaints & literally all the products they'd been delivering where defective. I don't for see them continuing business this way & I'm sure these stores will be closed soon due to their lack of professionalism.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I purchased a bed and had it delivered and they didn’t even deliver the whole thing, they forgot the rails and they chipped off a piece of wood on the side rails of the bed. So I went to the store and had them reorder the rails and the side rail, they said it will be delivered again on the 5th of January which is today. And I didn’t receive a phone call or text so I had my girlfriend go down there to the store and ask what’s going on and turns out they forgot to order it so I’m at the point where I don’t even want the bed anymore and they said I can’t return it because of the 3 day grace period. I think it’s bs because I haven’t even been out to sleep in the bed to try it out and now you telling me I can’t return it. The manger Jessica was extremely rude and told me all I can do is wait for a call from another sales representative. This is the absolute worst place for furniture and no one should ever buy from this awful place.

My delivery was cancelled last weekend. Today I waited for my delivery but no response from local store or delivery. I called them 5 times but sales guy gave me false assurance that they are on the way and it was no show. we waited almost 7 hours but no response from Delivery team or courtesy call from local store.
The store itself is nice, but the delivery service seems to be horrible. We ordered our couch over a month ago and took the first available delivery date. The day before I was supposed to receive an email with an estimated time frame. I didn’t receive it and we had to call the customer service number. Our delivery estimate was between 2:30 and 6:30 in the evening. Later than we would’ve wanted, but okay. It is now almost 8:30 with no delivery! My husband has been on the phone with them 4 times and we have yet to receive a firm answer. What a way to waste our Friday evening. To make matters worse, we already moved out furniture out of our living room so we don’t even have any seating. What a joke this company is.
Thanks to Larry, the owner, who contacted me after seeing the initial review and helped to resolve the issue. This happened several months ago and I just got time to update now. I adjusted the rating based on the improved service I received afterwards. And the quality of the furnitures is good.
Ordered a couch an entire month in advance. On the delivery date I was given an initial 4 hour time frame of 1-5 (for which I called off work in order to be available). 5 rolls around and the delivery estimate is pushed back to 5-9. Finally, at 9PM, I call the delivery service but am immediately hung up on. Upon calling again, the delivery driver (whose fault this is not) tells me they cannot deliver it for 3 more days and that I should have received a call from ‘customer care’ (which, I never did). - I called customer care myself and received no answer (and a full voicemail box, so I wasn’t even able to communicate when I needed the piece by) -I then called the listed sales number and again received no answer and a full voicemail. Extroadinarily unprofessional. I would recommend you never consider using this company, nor will I ever again. I am still waiting for my couch to be delivered and for any communication from the company as to how they plan to resolve this situation.
Sales guy was a slob & not attentive or knowledgeable. Selection of beds was weak. Went to Furniture Fair afterwards & it was the complete opposite. Professional sales, really good selection. Will not be returning to Ashley.
Salesman: Friendly guy, not too pushy, showed him the online price and he worked with me in store and got me the same price. Over all the salesmen was great, no issues. Couch: Only had for a few days now, haven't unwrapped sofa yet... Pick up: ... DONT PICK UP... HAVE IT DELIVERED! It was a nightmare. Love seat came on time, they emailed me saying it was ready. Picked up at 1pm on a monday, had about a 15 minute. No big deal. Sofa... no email, 4 days after expected delivery. I call customer service, rings for 20 minutes. Nothing. Leave a voicemail, no call back. Couple days later... I call the main store and they said it's ready for pick up. I go, wait for an hour and 45 minutes and they finally say my name to pick up my couch. The employee gets frustrated when I ask to see the couch to ensure theres damage. He cuts the packaging and just leaves it for us to look for a second before stopping and not going further. Overall: Good experience, could have been better. I wish I had it delivered... awful customer service at their warehouse.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the second larger purchase I have made in the last year. The first purchase was a 2000$ sectional which the frame was broken in the first 2 months. I always buy the warranty but it took over 3 months to see a replacement and I had to rebuy the warranty for the piece I had replaced. Then I should have known better but purchased a 1700$ bed. This “solid wood” frame is broken less than 3 months later. It’s literally three 2 by 4s braced by 3 wood sticks...I specifically asked if this was a solid wood piece and paid more to make sure I had a high quality item...I was misinformed...I might as well have bought the $500 bed...I have the warranty but if they replace it I’m just going to have to buy a new warranty and deal with the same issue again in 3 months. I will never buy another piece of this cheap furniture again. Save your money.

I just called the store by the Dayton Mall to place an order. The phone rang endlessly until a man picked up and informed me that he was in delivery and all of the stores have their phones shut off because they are too busy on Black Friday to answer the phone? ......? ......?
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Ashley Homestore. We just went in to look and were so impressed we left with a recliner and a sleigh bed (which I have always wanted). I especially pleased with the sales reps. Everyone seemed to really be genuinely interested in our needs, not like some high pressure sales push. Josiah Wilkes was our very helpful sales rep. and he was so patient with us. He was extremely personable and kind. I will definitely go back. We love our purchase and the great sale they had going on.
The salesperson Nancy McManus was amazing and extra helpful in helping us with the delivery price as it was showing $149.99 on their website and $70.00 on my phone which she matched the price.And was delivered on the day it was scheduled 11-19-2019,but after 15 minutes of delivery I noticed a tear and a broken on the arm rest of cobblestone Loveseat.The cold was amazing, but the material is cheap.Reported to the sales person Ms.Nancy,she responded right away and advised me to contact customer care. Just disappointed with the material.

Stay away from this company! They don't have customer service at all because they don't care about their customers. We ordered a bed on 9/11 from the Dayton OH store and scheduled the delivery on 9/24. On 9/24 one part was found broken, the bed was not assembled, and they said on 9/28 we would get the undamaged part. 9/28 we were staying at home for the entire 4 hour window. Nobody came, nobody called us. We called the store, and they found out that the part was damaged again! They just didn't show up and didn't call you to let you know! Then they rescheduled the delivery of the new part on 9/30. On 9/30 the delivery guy said they were missing a piece of that part! We called the store, they said they will order online and it will take 2 weeks for that part to arrive! For the whole process, our bedroom has been a mess because of the scattered parts pending assembly. We wasted a lot of timing waiting, calling. . . . Now we are tired of waiting and want to end this painful process. We decided to return. Then they said " your product was delivered on 9/24, you already passed the 3-day window". I am speechless, a company you cannot trust. Buying from them is paying for frustration, disappointment, and nightmare!

We bought a sectional that was close to $2000. We opted to pick it up because of course they don’t have specific delivery times and we didn’t want to be without furniture. We also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. It has been TWO MONTHS. We have no children or any reason there would’ve or could’ve been extensive wear on the sofa. The cushions are coming apart at the seams. It took several phone calls and messages before someone from the warranty department finally responded to us and we were told because we picked up the furniture the warranty wouldn’t cover the cushions. Funny how this wasn’t mentioned when we purchased the warranty and set up pick up time all at once. Awesome. So basically we purchased a $2000 sofa that’s coming apart less than 90 days later and it’s our problem. And let’s not talk about what a cluster it was just trying to pick it up. Three trips to several different places later only to not be given all the parts to put the legs on. We would’ve been better off going to Goodwill......
I ordered a dining set and TV console online and paid $149 for the in home delivery. The dining set was incomplete. The legs for the table top were not loaded onto the truck. They have to order new legs which will take 7-10 days to arrive. Even so, I am not satisfied with this whole experience.
Bought a new table paid over $1200 bucks for it and within three months it’s bubbling bought the extended warranty and they tried to pay me two to $300 or half the price of the table if I replace it so the fact of the matter is they won’t fix or replace the table they will give you half the value towards a new one or try to buy you out for two to $300 which I paid over $1200 for the table plus the warranty I went into the store and she said I would have to contact customer service even though I bought and paid for everything through that location what a shame

Worst delivery service in history. I ordered a bedroom set and a sectional. They wouldnt even take the sectional off the truck and try to bring it through the doorway to my basement they didn't want to fool with it so I had to have it brought back a second time a week later. They assembled the bedroom furniture but was missing pieces and didn't tell me they let me find out for myself and it still has not been corrected. They put a deep scratch in my brand new floor Which still has not been resolved. Still waiting on a dresser that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and when it did not show up I finally called and they said they couldn't find it until after the truck left so now they want me to wait yet another week because of their mess up.

Great experience
Buying merchandise at this store is comparable to buying a home, refinancing a home, or purchasing a new automobile, only it takes a bit longer. The sales associates, while admittedly good natured and pleasant (I'm sure they work off commission), are about as adept at using the technology available to them to complete the sale as my computer illiterate 76 year-old mother would be. The difference is my mother has the capacity to learn, and would eventually figure it out. That is not the case with the associates employed at this location. Every time I have ever bought anything from this store, it took an exceptionally long period of time to complete the sale, and then it still wasn't correct. A couple of cases in point..... I spent almost $7K on a Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base during their Memorial Day sale, where it was supposed to be interest free for 72 months. While ringing up the purchase the associates were unable to avail of that option, so they instead rang it up as 48 months interest free. They assured me they would call the Finance Office when it opened during the following week and get the terms switched over. That never happened. So, I'm paying for it over 48 months, which isn't a big deal, but, it shows the lack of follow-through on the associates' part. Second example.... I had a $300 gift certificate to use that I had earned from previous purchases. My wife found a couple of items on the Ashley website she wanted for our home, but it's not possible to pay online using gift certificates, which renders them not entirely useful. As a result, I went into this store on my day off and explained the situation. After an hour or so of the associate trying to find the material I wanted (I gave him all the information including the online SKU numbers but it still took him ages, and then he almost ordered the wrong material anyway), he rang up the sale and said I would be able to pick up the product from the Distribution Center in about 2 weeks. I called in 2 weeks, and I was told it still wasn't ready, and to call again in a week. I called again exactly 1 week later, and was told there was a "marker" on my order and they transferred me to this store. As it turns out, they were not able to fulfill the order, although I am able to order the material for myself online, and have it shipped directly to my home, for free, in 6 days. The actual store however is unable to facilitate that complex transaction. The cost of the items was about $360, $300 of which I had paid for using the gift certificate, and the remaining $60 on my debit card. They were able to refund the $60 to my debit card, but, seemed very confused as to how they might reissue the gift certificate. However, since I can't use the gift certificate online, it's basically worthless to me, so I was okay losing out on the $300 gift certificate I earned. It was a trade-off: $300 gift certificate but have to continue to deal with the morons that work at this location and the inevitable ensuing frustration versus keeping my sanity and never having to set foot in this store again. I opted for the latter. Every single time I have purchased material from this store, it has been a huge headache and resulted in a total runaround and absolute waste of my time. Over the years I have bought quite a bit of merchandise from them, and spent a pretty penny doing so. At this point, I'm not upset with anyone but myself for continuing to patronize this location. I have finally learned my lesson and am adamant I'll never again set foot in this store. My hope is this review will thwart other unsuspecting shoppers from doing business with Ashley HomeStore of Dayton, and save them from having to endure the guaranteed nightmare that results when doing business with the inept, incompetent, time wasting idiots in this store's employ. However, if you enjoy a lighter wallet and a looser rectum, this store will be right up your alley. Literally.
No professional integrity! The couch was suppose to be delivered last Saturday, but the frame was broken. No one offered compensation. Today, HALF of the couch was delivered and a picture was provided of the other half, which was ripped. The rest will not be delivered within a week of promised delivery date. NOTE. NOT purchase date! As a furniture store, you should be good at transporting furniture. Two accidents on one order is unacceptable, whether you have picture proof or not! Frankly, the picture is only a proof of your poor work quality. Will never purchase from Ashley or associated brands again.

I ordered furniture during the President's Day sale and had it delivered. I got a great deal on the couch and love seat. The delivery guys were super nice. I had two separate deliveries because items shipped different days. Each team was extremely nice and were in and out quickly and efficiently. I recommended to a friend and she just got some furniture last week and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture....and I'm not biased because of the name. Just coincidence. :)

I would not recommend Ashley furniture as I was very disappointed with our experience. We had bought a marsilona island that was being delivered to us. We had received the first one and it was cracked. So we received a second and third one and those were both cracked. We had called multiple times during this process to see what the issue was (if nobody was checking the truck before our furniture went in there or if someone was screwing it together too tight) After the 4th island, we were informed that we would get full refund due to the defective island we received. I called to check on our statement balance and they informed us that they could only refund so much and we had to pay a delivery charge for a island we never received. The customer management staff didn’t seem to care as we went through 4 different islands. After not being informed we would have to pay a delivery fee I was hoping for FULL refund of the product. The mistakes were on the company and they did not want to own up to it. It was overall terrible customer service and they will never find me shopping here again.
My wife and I had previously shopped one of the competitors in the area, but didn't find the livingroom furniture that fit our needs. We walked into the Mall Woods Drive location in Dayton, and was greeted by Montaser, "Monte", who took us right to the selection we were looking for and explained in detail the chair and sofa operations, material, and warranty coverage. While the exact color we were looking for wasn't available, we were still very pleased with the furniture we purchased, and look forward to re-visiting the location again in the future. The delivery was flawless. We received a call the day before for verification, and received another call when they were approx. and hour away. I wish I had gotten their name, but 2 that showed up at our home were very professional and courteous. They set the furniture up and moved it exactly where we wanted it. Thank you Ashley, your team at the call center, the delivery drivers, and of course Monte for making our purchase a great experience! Great Team Work!
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had shopping and terrible customer service. They said they’d take our old mattress after delivering a new one and never showed back up and then on top of that when I went to return an item we didn’t end up using they said “they didn’t accept returns” Awesome. I’ll make sure to never shop here again.
I called about hardware set many time that wasn't included said we will call you right back no response got changed for delivery when they failed to deliver and I went and picked it up and waited 3 hours in the back room for my order go else Where do your self a favor

I came in durring the black Friday sale and not a single worker said a word to me or asked if I needed help finally a manager was walking from the back Brett or Brian was his name he said hello I showed him a photo of the entertainment center i was looking at and it was over 1200 before any sales I asked about sale pricing and he quoted me the same price as normal.. some black Friday sale... so I left. Then my Fiance Jeff Davis and I both came in on January 3rd to look for furniture for our new home we ended up spending over $6000 on the realyn bedroom set (bed frame, rails, dresser and mirror, tall dresser of draws and 2 night stands) we then also purchased furniture for the living room (large sectional, recliner and huge entertainment center). We where told two different dates they would be delivered on now those two dates have turned into a split of four dates and have been pushed back multiple times with no calls telling us this was happening! Since we just purchased this home it's pretty annoying not having the furniture we payed so much for! now we have everything except the nightstands that where supposed to be delivered today 2/17/19 and they didnt come so I called now they say the end of march.. wow. so we will be canceling those and getting our money back and going somewhere else. Not to mention since January 3rd I have been in contact with our other sales lady vicky who helped us because I wanted the matching realyn bench, vanity, 2 end tables, coffee table and sofa table easily another maybe $1,000 or more but she has yet to actually call me back with pricing after we have spoke twice about them with promising to call back.... thankfully I have since gone to 2 furniture stores that carry the realyn set and once website all three places being alot cheaper with free on time shipping so I'll take our money there. Thanks for the headache. Dont purchase here unless you want to pay more and not get your stuff for months.

Very poor management and PR. The sales people are Exceptional. Management knows very little about keeping the customer happy. I had an unfortunate experience 2/10/19 with a manager who basically didn't want to work with me. I received 2 couches that were defective and needed to be returned. He is insisting that I pay for restocking fees as well as delivery. His demeanor was rude. The couches are defective. So it's not my fault they are being returned. I am disappointed . I was hoping for quality merchandise and exceptional customer satisfaction. I received neither of the two. My sales associate Monica was very helpful but didn't possess the power to make any decisions. She was at least sympathetic. She should be managing the store. I am hoping that I receive a full refund since the furniture was paid in full.
Do not buy from here. We bought what we thought was our dream bed. But when we got it home it has a 3 inch tear in the material on footboard and a dent in the side rail. We spent alot of money on our dream bedroom suit and it won't last long at all. The tear will progressively get bigger and we have a dent in the sideboard. And they do not care. We immediately got ahold of them and they will do nothing. I paid for new and I got damaged goods.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We spent a lot money at this store only to be delivered a couch that upon opening and assembling they scuffed and ripped up pieces of our sectional. Then forgot a cord to plug the couch in. We waited close to two months for them to send us the cord and we still have yet to get resolution on the damaged pieces. Customer support has been absolute garbage and no one has been willing to fix their problem. UPDATE- After getting in contact with the provided email I still have yet to receive any further help. I spoke with Ebony at the store and she said shed be on this issue. That was almost 2 weeks ago. When it comes to action these people are a joke. A whole lot of empty promises. DO NOT BUY from this store. They'll take your money and deliver damaged furniture.
We bought a year ago a chenille sofa and love seat. We only had it a month or so and sitting on the sofa you could feel the wood frame. We called ashley furniture, they sent someone to repair, after they left they had overstuffed the cushions which made the sofa even more uncomfortable. We called the store again, they picked up the sofa, and when they brought it back really didn't know if anything had been done. We had taken the insurance coverage for damage. A month or so ago, I noticed the cushions on the sofa were splitting at the seams. We went back to the store to be told Oh your insurance coverage is expired, and we can't do anything. So I will never ever buy again from this store, so now we're stuck with an uncomfortable sofa and love seat, with tears in it.
Purchased a Reclining Couch from this store in June 2017, the cushion is flat and was told that we could purchase another cushion. We feel for the price that we paid of $999.99, this couch should have lasted longer than a year an half. We also purchased the rocker-recliner loveseat and it's coushins are just find. Just found out that this is a Franchise store owned by a man named Larry. Was just told by Jackie who works at Larry Corporate Store in Columbus Ohio, that warranty we purchased is only good for a one time use. The salesman that sold us the warranty said it was good for 5 years. Never ever will we purchased anything from Ashley Franchise Furniture Store again. This Company has over 400 complaints on their website. Buyer Beware, of owners who don't stand by their merchandise. Every Ashley Store should let the customer know that they're purchasing merchandise from a Franchise Store. We bought a useless guardian warranty and a piece of no good couch.
