We came in early on a Saturday shortly after the store opened and we told ourselves we were just going to look and get some prices. We were greeted by Bailey, who was extremely helpful and nice. We were only looking for a recliner, and we felt comfortable working with Bailey as he did not seem to be trying to up-sell, and he was also very upfront and honest about inventory and pricing. We later found a sectional recliner set we liked and we had a lot of questions about warranty, materials, delivery, options, etc. He answered every question with patience and was again transparent about everything. In the end, we felt comfortable that we were getting a good deal and there was no “catch” to our purchase. We really liked working with Bailey and we will buy from him again next spring when we are ready to buy another piece for our living room.
