We were in search of a new sofa and went to Ashley. We were greeted by the associate and were left alone to browse-which was perfect! No pressure to buy anything! We did find a sofa that was perfect for us! We made the purchase and set up the delivery. It was a pleasure working with Joy! The sofa was delivered two weeks before the estimated delivery date! And the delivery team was professional and very personable! The entire experience gets a 5 star rating!

I recently had the opportunity to purchase furniture from this store, and while I was greeted by friendly staff, my overall experience has been disappointing. The contract assured me that the furniture would be delivered fully assembled; however, upon arrival, it became evident that this was not the case. Additionally, the delivery was incomplete as my mattress was omitted. Although the store expedited a rush order for the mattress, this added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. To compound matters, the bedroom furniture arrived damaged, and the couch was significantly oversized for the designated space in my home, which is currently undergoing reconstruction due to flood damage. Following the delivery, I promptly communicated my concerns via email, adhering to the outlined procedures. Unfortunately, due to apparent miscommunication on the store's part, customer service has been unhelpful, citing their policies as a reason for their refusal to assist further. Rather than offering a replacement as previously promised, I have been left with the option of repair only, which does not address the fundamental issue of the couch's size. In summary, while the initial interaction with the store was pleasant, the subsequent handling of my order has been far from satisfactory. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of support and resolution from customer service.

We absolutely loved Ashley. We came on a Saturday night. She was very friendly very helpful. Gave me all kinds of prices more than helpful.. we couldn’t decide on what to get so we waited until the following day on Sunday so happy she was there to meet and greet us and she help us buy a beautiful couch. She is very friendly very professional. I hope she is always there to help us with our future purchases.
