Picking out the couch was the biggest problem as they had so many to choose from. My salesperson helped with all the information needed to make a decision. When the decision was made she facilitated everything, payment, date and time delivery, everything. If I ever need furniture for my home I definitely will go to Ashley.

We had a great experience and our sales lady was absolutely lovely. No high pressure. And was patient and kind. The staff at the desk was awesome and helpful, not only to us, but to one another.

The salespeople at Ashley were very patient and helpful. The guys that delivered (Terrell King and his partner) are the best, they were extremely courteous and respectful of our home. This is the second set of living room sofas that we have purchased From Ashley and we will return in the future for any more furniture.

Do not buy furniture from Ashley's, Morris, or any of the store associated. My fiance and I recently got an apartment and we need to buy furniture for it, unfortunately, we were not very experienced in this area and went to Ashley's Furniture. We found a dining room set and a coffee table, the total came to 971 dollars. The dining room table was delivered scratched. To get ahold of Ashley's they recommended their online chat feature whose only purpose is to frustrate the customer into giving up on a resolution. I finally got ahold of the store and they sent a technician out who could not repair the table. As I waited for his report so I could get a replacement table, my coffee table was delivered, and surprisingly that was also damaged. I was tired of going through their live chat feature just to end up on the phone for hours, so I went in person to get my money back. I talked to the sales team and they scheduled a pick up of my items, little did I realize they forgot to schedule my coffee table to be picked up with the damaged dining room table, so I spent another day going into the store where their customer service team tried to blame me for not reporting the damaged item within 3 days, but I was in the store the same day it was delivered. After two Saturdays spent waiting on the delivery team all day to come pick up my items, because they never come in the time slot they give, I finally had the furniture out of the apartment. I wish I could say my journey was over but Ashley's had one more trick up its sleeve by canceling my refund and acting like nothing happened on their end, after calling them and them just turning it back on me I got my credit card company involved to cancel the original payment. With that being said this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had, please never buy anything from this shady low-level store!!!
