The delivery process has quite literally been the worst experience I have ever had with a company, and they simply do not care. I regret purchasing from Ashley and will advise others not to do so. I have already contacted them many times and they do nothing for me. Don’t buy furniture from here unless you want to be dragged around for months about when they'll deliver it.
Tag was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.
The sales associates honestly seemed to be lazy. Carlos was kind but did not seem to put much work into selling me the sectional and ottoman I bought. When asked questions he did not seem to want to figure out the answers I needed. It was as though they were doing me a favor instead of thanking me for paying $4,000 for furniture. My friend who came with me did more work than the sales staff did. Also, a cigarette was found in one of the chairs on the sales floor and Carlos did nothing to retrieve it or seem bothered by this at all. I was not thanked for my purchase after the transaction was complete.
