We came in person to purchase a bed frame we wanted online. They didn't have it in stock at the store so we had to do a delivery. We had purchased the bed and were waiting to get a call to set a delivery date. We had then called back to add on assembly a ways away from when we were going to get a call to schedule delivery. Assembly was added, not yet paid. About 2 days after the last call happened my boyfriend received a call stating that they made a mistake and we hadn't actually paid for the full bed. We had paid for it but not included the shelving on 2 sides. Mind you we had already paid IN STORE for what we thought was the FULL AMOUNT needed for the bed. We now have a delivery date as well as waiting for an email from their manager to talk about the assembly. Overall it was not an absolutely horrible situation but very frustrating and confusing!

Rob Harvey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and experienced and was patient in answering all of our questions. Even called the store and he went over live measurements with me from home!

THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER ORDER FROM. The worst people I have ever dealt with and the most incompetent individuals to ever work in this society. All people need to stay away from this store and company. We ordered all new furniture for a brand new house we bought and were looking forward to it all coming together. On delivery day they send a guy who is physical unable (not fit like badly) to the job and falls getting out of the truck and is now “hurt” which delayed the delivery by 3 hours. Once they finally get another guy to help finish they realize the bed set they sent was not even close to what we ordered and is wrong as the kind we ordered would not work with the rails they sent. Pissed off, naturally, they say they can order new ones and change them out but we have to wait 2-3 weeks (which is absolutely unacceptable) with no compensation given even though it was their mistake. Now mind you their delivery policy states two inspections would be done to ensure correctness and no broken pieces were sent which was CLEARLY NOT DONE either time!!! They then tell us it’ll be delivered one day but then try to change it to a later day and we had to fight tooth and nail for it to be the original day they said. NOW, heres the best part and how incompetent these people are. When they sent the new pieces guess what they did? THEY SENT THE SAME PIECES AS BEFORE. These people sent the same wrong pieces again. Sorry but how incompetent do you have to be to do that? Insanity. The problem then lies with the customer service people telling us “they didn’t know” or “they don’t know anything” “it’s not their fault” and that they would call us back on numerous occasions which did they? You guessed right THEY NEVER DO OR DID! Worst customer service ever dealt with and who act like little kids not adults and back talks to their customers when faced with directness about a situation that should never have happened. Of course I’m frustrated and pissed deal with it YOU NEVER disrespect your customers when your company messes up TWICE on the same BS it started with especially when the customer has paid you that much money. It’s customer service 101 you do your damn job correctly, and the customer is always right no matter how pissed they are or they sound. You do everything you can to correct, offer compensation, and get it fixed in a timely manner. The problem still is not fixed and no call back at all or information about when we actually get to sleep in our damn bed because of these issues they refuse to do anything about. Never shop here. Never deal with these people or company. They need to Immediately go out of business just horrible.

Rob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I were undecided on exactly what we wanted as far as our furniture pieces. Rob was wonderful in showing us items he thought would be a good fit for what we were looking for! 10 out of 10 recommended.

2 stars. Although their prices are better, their advertising and follow-customers-around-everywhere behavior is atrocious. I called and asked a question and they took my phone number from Caller ID and put it in their advertising system without my permission. Now, I get unwanted text messages ALL THE TIME. I don't need a salesperson to hold my hand all the way around the store, badgering me to buy furniture so they can earn a commission. I'm a grown man and can shop on my own! Shout out to Nikki for making my purchase process simple and easy. She gave me the space I needed until I made my selection.

Rob H did amazing at turning a no from the other Rob that told us no bc he didn’t do his job and no basic product information that was what we asked him for. He didn’t bother to check product detail we asked for. We left store came back to check dimensions to make sure if we could make the sectional work in the space we are putting it in. Rob H came to us and introduced himself, and we told him our dilemma and he immediately told us that the chaise is available on the other side that we asked and explained we needed in order to purchase the sectional. We informed the other Rob just a half hour previously told us it wasn’t available and didn’t even check for us. This sectional was also placed in front of the front door of the store first thing you see. A lot of customers are going to see this and inquire. Rob should know basic options and information about pieces that are in high traffic areas that will be inquired about .
