Shopping at Ashley’s was quick and easy. I was looking for a recliner and was shown what they had in the store. I found what I was looking for and it was delivered before expected.

This place wasn’t nice went to try to find a mattress and while asking questions staff walked away they didn’t even know when sales would end. On top of this they just didn’t seem very knowledgeable at all about these mattresses and the girl who knew a few things is the one who just walked away didn’t even ask if we have anymore questions just left while we were trying to find the right mattress well yall just lost our business.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased in-store specifically to get proper assistance, but when I called the store to cancel the order more than 48 hours before delivery, the staff was completely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept telling me to call customer service. What’s the point of buying from a physical store if they can take your payment and schedule delivery, but can’t help with cancellations or basic support? Poor customer service

I have been waiting all day for a product only to have the driver show up at 1915 telling me that my delivery is buried near the forward bulkhead of a full truck and that I will not be getting what I paid for tonight. The delivery communication is terrible, notifying me that my delivery will arrive late, after it was already to have been delivered. And then unable to give an estimate, only that the driver will notify me 30 minutes out and to be completed by the end of the day. We received a 1 min out only after 7pm for a delivery that is to arrive between 0830-1130. I am the fool, every time we shop with morris I expect a prompt delivery. However we always have a terrible delivery experience. If only they put as much effort and money into their delivery service as they do their sales floor.

My husband and I visited eight different furniture stores over the last three days and ultimately came back to Ashley Tunnel because of Rudy Roukoz. He was excellent! Instead of a high-pressure sales approach, he assisted us in a friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable way. When we were stumped on our decision, he personally moved furniture from one area of the store to another to create a model of what our home could look like. He was a breath of fresh air after dealing with store after store and associate after associate. On top of Ashley’s awesome furniture selection, the overall experience was wonderful. Thank you, Rudy, and the staff at Ashley Tunnel! We love our new couch and table, along with our new centerpiece! We will absolutely be returning to Ashley Tunnel and Rudy Roukoz for all of our future home furnishing needs!

Chase was very helpful but not overbearing. He was very knowledgeable in furniture materials, pet safe fabrics, etc. He helped me purchase multiple pieces of furniture and arrange delivery to separate addresses.

Terrible customer service. I was sent a defective leather chair (a rip on the armchair) and the store won't replace it. A literal "rip off".

I came in for a chair I saw online, but ended up buying a different one that has more support (AND rocks! Great for my restless legs.) Nick was our salesman, and I really appreciate that he was helpful without being up our butts the whole time. The no-pressure approach is appreciated! He was very thorough with explaining the protection plan, delivery, and financing options as well. All in all, I'm glad I came back to this store! (We bought our living room sets here 13 years ago, and my chaise has finally breathed its last dying breath, lol. I got a lot of use out of it though!) (P.S. the chair will take a couple weeks to arrive, but I expected that so it's not a problem.)

Do not purchase the white glove delivery. We ordered $6k worth of furniture and when I called the Ashley store regarding a zipper issue on one of the pieces of furniture the manager at the store informed me that he noticed notes the the drivers indicated they damaged my front door and wood banister. I just built a brand new home a few months ago and everything in my home is brand new. Per the managers help, I filed a damage claim with the furniture delivery company which I found out is contracted by Ashley and is not the actual Ashley employees. They asked me take photos of the unrepairable damage to my banister and I just received a rude certified letter indicating that the damage on the banister was not caused by the movers and that the moving staff took photos indicating they didn’t do damage to my banister. Why would the manager tell me he seen notes on my delivery acount indicating they did damage my front door and banister if they're saying they didn’t? My wife was the one home when the delivery was made and she indicted that the movers were not only very sketchy, she was afraid to be alone in the home with these guys but they also smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be intoxicated. Apparently the fact that they were intoxicated would explain their inability to move the furniture safely with out damaging my home. I tried to resolve this cordially because I understand things happen. All I ask is that they pay for the damages to my brand new home. I have been long time customer of Ashley furniture for over 20 years and after this experience I will not purchase furniture from Ashley again.

It took a little while to get my coffee table but the wait was worth it! Great in-store experience and quick, easy delivery.

Adam was an excellent sales person. I was furnishing a new apartment. He helped with finding exactly what I needed for the apartment. He also has followed up with making sure the furniture gets delivered. He also pointed me to the best morris couch and chair recliners from the ones I originally looked at on line. It is the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had. I would recommend Adam and morris to anyone.

My experience from start was not a good one. I have a sofa that has still not been fixed from delivery. I don't think I would purchase from here again.

Very helpful for setting up a new apartment. From couch, to kitchen bar chairs to a new bed. They have you lay on mattresses to see what is comfortable, then provide the amount of mattress after as to not sway comfort for cost.

Items arrive 13 days after the promised day and they come all damaged 5 days later not solutions

We came in person to purchase a bed frame we wanted online. They didn't have it in stock at the store so we had to do a delivery. We had purchased the bed and were waiting to get a call to set a delivery date. We had then called back to add on assembly a ways away from when we were going to get a call to schedule delivery. Assembly was added, not yet paid. About 2 days after the last call happened my boyfriend received a call stating that they made a mistake and we hadn't actually paid for the full bed. We had paid for it but not included the shelving on 2 sides. Mind you we had already paid IN STORE for what we thought was the FULL AMOUNT needed for the bed. We now have a delivery date as well as waiting for an email from their manager to talk about the assembly. Overall it was not an absolutely horrible situation but very frustrating and confusing!

Rob Harvey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and experienced and was patient in answering all of our questions. Even called the store and he went over live measurements with me from home!

THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER ORDER FROM. The worst people I have ever dealt with and the most incompetent individuals to ever work in this society. All people need to stay away from this store and company. We ordered all new furniture for a brand new house we bought and were looking forward to it all coming together. On delivery day they send a guy who is physical unable (not fit like badly) to the job and falls getting out of the truck and is now “hurt” which delayed the delivery by 3 hours. Once they finally get another guy to help finish they realize the bed set they sent was not even close to what we ordered and is wrong as the kind we ordered would not work with the rails they sent. Pissed off, naturally, they say they can order new ones and change them out but we have to wait 2-3 weeks (which is absolutely unacceptable) with no compensation given even though it was their mistake. Now mind you their delivery policy states two inspections would be done to ensure correctness and no broken pieces were sent which was CLEARLY NOT DONE either time!!! They then tell us it’ll be delivered one day but then try to change it to a later day and we had to fight tooth and nail for it to be the original day they said. NOW, heres the best part and how incompetent these people are. When they sent the new pieces guess what they did? THEY SENT THE SAME PIECES AS BEFORE. These people sent the same wrong pieces again. Sorry but how incompetent do you have to be to do that? Insanity. The problem then lies with the customer service people telling us “they didn’t know” or “they don’t know anything” “it’s not their fault” and that they would call us back on numerous occasions which did they? You guessed right THEY NEVER DO OR DID! Worst customer service ever dealt with and who act like little kids not adults and back talks to their customers when faced with directness about a situation that should never have happened. Of course I’m frustrated and pissed deal with it YOU NEVER disrespect your customers when your company messes up TWICE on the same BS it started with especially when the customer has paid you that much money. It’s customer service 101 you do your damn job correctly, and the customer is always right no matter how pissed they are or they sound. You do everything you can to correct, offer compensation, and get it fixed in a timely manner. The problem still is not fixed and no call back at all or information about when we actually get to sleep in our damn bed because of these issues they refuse to do anything about. Never shop here. Never deal with these people or company. They need to Immediately go out of business just horrible.

2 stars. Although their prices are better, their advertising and follow-customers-around-everywhere behavior is atrocious. I called and asked a question and they took my phone number from Caller ID and put it in their advertising system without my permission. Now, I get unwanted text messages ALL THE TIME. I don't need a salesperson to hold my hand all the way around the store, badgering me to buy furniture so they can earn a commission. I'm a grown man and can shop on my own! Shout out to Nikki for making my purchase process simple and easy. She gave me the space I needed until I made my selection.

Rob H did amazing at turning a no from the other Rob that told us no bc he didn’t do his job and no basic product information that was what we asked him for. He didn’t bother to check product detail we asked for. We left store came back to check dimensions to make sure if we could make the sectional work in the space we are putting it in. Rob H came to us and introduced himself, and we told him our dilemma and he immediately told us that the chaise is available on the other side that we asked and explained we needed in order to purchase the sectional. We informed the other Rob just a half hour previously told us it wasn’t available and didn’t even check for us. This sectional was also placed in front of the front door of the store first thing you see. A lot of customers are going to see this and inquire. Rob should know basic options and information about pieces that are in high traffic areas that will be inquired about .

Abdur Raheen was amazing . Gave us time and attention never pressured us into buying, worked on possible savings with a smile. We felt valued as clients. Thank you for having such salesman. We will keep coming back to Ashleys as we have several rooms to furnish.

Very nice store! Excellent selection. Rick was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us. We found our couch pretty quick and are happy with the choice we made.

Rob Harvey was awesome! He wasn't invasive of our time. He let us roam and make our own choices while assisting when applicable. Process was smooth and Rob was considerate of our opinions. Came out with a brand new couch and table. Overall great experience!

Manager was helpful.Richard my salesman who sold me the Tempur-pedic bed while trying to set up delivery became aware of only every other Wednesday delivery which I can’t do due to work schedule. If I have to wait until June 15 then I’ll just have to wait unfortunately but I do understand their situation. I’m still a happy customer so far up to this point, now to see how things go upon delivery and setup.

Ask for Chase. He was great to work with! We had a great experience. Unfortunately, the products delivered were dirty. Customer Service at Ashley Furniture connected us with a cleaning company to clean our new furniture within a couple days. Overall, it was a good experience.

Extremely helpful and to the point service

Bought a couch set that didn’t fit. We bought it online so it was our fault, we were upset at first but then went into the store and had an amazing experience. We worked with Christian and Hailey! They made our buying experience painless and exciting! They both were extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and not pushy at all. Highly recommend working with these two. Thank you both so much, we are so excited for our new couch!

This place is terrible!! When we bought the furniture they told us it would be delivered by the end of the month. I then got a text stating that it wouldn't be delivered for 3 months! We went back to the store to cancel the order and they convinced us to get something that was in stock. Delivery day came and they gave us a window of 1-4. They arrived at 8:15 pm. Totally unacceptable. Then to top it off, the one side table was damaged. They sent someone out to repair it (which he couldn't) the sent an email apologizing for the damage and offered us a $75 store credit. Why would I ever want to step into another Ashley store again to us that!

Richard was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He helped me find the perfect sectional for my small studio apartment. He took the time to measure out the sectional so I could make sure it fit. With working with such a small space, this was super important to me. He explained the financing process at a level that I could understand. I could not have wished for a better sales process when making such a big purchase. Will be coming back to him for future purchases!

**update: they emailed me back saying they would not honor their return policy and accept a return or refund. Absolute scam. I wanted to treat myself to something other than Ikea and Amazon furniture, but alas, I deeply regret it. Ashley is a Complete Scam! Let's read their return policy together (clip included in this post): "Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery." I purchased the item November 19th (Order number: 725010008338). It did not get delivered until November 27th, which is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was out of town. I came back into town the next day, and observed the item was wet. I called on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving to return it, and they let me know that it was too late, and I only had 72-hours. This is contradictory to their website, and doesn't consider the fact that there was a holiday in the middle of the return period. I was returning two end tables, so not particularly expensive. I have spent over a thousand dollars on a couch and an ottoman, and did not return those. I tried to resolve this via their chat and kept getting disconnected. If you don't refresh the page over and over again, the chat is lost. Finally after a phone call arguing with the rep and a chat where they made me submit pictures, they let me know that someone would be in contact with me in 3-5 business days. This is unconscionable that their window to respond to me, is longer than my window to respond to them. I'm very angry and I expect someone to contact me.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and did not pressure a sale. The showroom has a large selection, and the process to purchase and deliver was seamless. We ordered Platinum service and the drivers showed within the promised window and set up the sofa with care. The only thing we noticed post set-up was the 5th center support leg was not extended to touch the floor. Not a big deal as we were instructed to inspect the installation. 5 star review.

I have been having the worst time with this store and the delivery. Went in one night before July 4th, knew exactly what we wanted, showed the salesman, he ordered it, and told us we got free cornhole boards - sweet! Delivery day comes, the bed wasn't ordered with both cubbies like I expected, we didn't get our cornhole boards, the movers BROKE our ceiling fan, parts of our nightstands weren't installed, and the handles on the ONE CUBBY weren't installed, it was super disappointing and not indicative of the premium delivery we paid for. I reached out to customer service, after a bunch of back and forth, I was finally compensated for the broken ceiling fan (at first they didn't offer enough to cover the cost of the fan...) and they ordered the other cubby at no cost to me (the most positive thing they did - for which I am grateful). I was told by customer service that the store manager CANCELED the cornhole boards - which I don't understand how they can cancel something that was promised/ordered to us. Today, delivery day two! The new cubby arrives! The delivery team comes in, I show them where the new cubby is going (replacing the side rail), and they get to it. After longer than expected and a bunch of drilling, they start carrying the cubby back out. I asked them why they were taking it out. They were confused. THEY REPLACED THE INSTALLED CUBBY WITH THE NEW ONE! I was like "um, noooo... that goes over here". Finally - both cubbies are installed and the handles are installed on all the drawers. BUT. I still don't have my promised cornhole boards. Never again, Ashley. Never again.

Went in for the first time ever was amazed by how affordable prices can be as the quality except for being followed around everywhere. It made the shopping experience extremely awkward as it did not let me see everything as good as I wanted considering I was being stared at constantly.
