We knew exactly what we wanted. We were there to buy a new bed on presidents day. Great deal, easy purchase until the DAY BEFORE delivery and we see that one of our items isn't on the list for delivery. We call the store and we're told that due to a 3rd party issue they are unable to sell us the box spring we purchased. We had to purchase a more expensive option that was of course no longer on presidents sale. Then we had to reschedule delivery, only to have them try to deliver half our order and reschedule delivery yet again pushing our delivery out even longer. Fast forward to delivery day... We purchased our bed with the understanding they would remove our old mattress and box spring. When the delivery drivers arrived we were told they could not take our mattress because there was a stain on it. This was never disclosed during the initial purchase or during any of the follow-up phone calls. It was very frustrating because my husband and I had to figure out how to dispose of a king size mattress. And in case you're wondering, it is not easy, in fact damn near impossible to get a king size mattress down two flights of stairs and then into a minivan. We then had to haul it to the dump where we had to pay to have it disposed of. Final results... Purchase price was favorable. The subsequent customer service, follow up, and delivery were subpar.

This is an Ashley agent and not a real Ashley store. They do not stand behind the product. Had couch for 4 days and it was already breaking down. They tried charging restocking fee....what?????? 4 days

First place I went to look for furniture and was given such a great deal I didn't have to go anywhere else! Was dreading the whole process of shopping, but Haiatt was so helpful I was in and out in less than 45 mins. If you need furniture, please see her there. Our sales representative was Josh . He was very knowledgeable about the various furniture groupings that were available in the store. We were trying to match a Sofia to a previously bought Sofia and chair. He was able to find a Sofia that would work. Very positive experience would buy from your store again .

My husband and I went in looking for a sectional was greeted by a very nice sales person named Zee , she was very helpful, not pushy letting us have time to look and choose our sectional. We chose our purchase and even paid cash for the sectional, however in the midst of things forgot to ask about warranty, and unfortunately was not offered one, so once delivered I had questions about it and I was informed because furniture was already delivered mind you we had to make corrections so it would fit correctly so I had to wait on 2 other pieces and was told I could not purchase a extended warranty. I did not at the time mind you have my whole couch. Also when looking into it further they had put that I had declined the warranty when I was not even offered it. This has turned a good shopping and purchase experience into a bad customer experience, when really what’s the issue I am paying for the warranty not them and it was their mistake and fraudulently putting that I declined it.

Pretty good experience at the store, sales girl Zee was really nice and informative, good working with her, my only complaint is my wife tried to call the store 3 times and nobody answered the phone

We went in and were out in an hour. Jessica was fantastic and instantly showed us examples of what we were looking for. Once we picked the one we wanted everything was smooth sailing. We even managed to get a new coffee table and stayed in the budget. Great Experience! Highly Recommend coming here!

Jessica helped us pick out our couch that had everything we wanted! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and talked us through everything. Setting up delivery was easy and quick. The experience was great!

We recently purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from this location. Our sales representative was great, and our experience was as well… Up until delivery. They offer a “platinum delivery service” in which they claim, they will dispose of your existing mattress upon delivery of the new one. When the delivery driver showed up, they unpackaged the new mattress and placed it on our bed. Lookedat our existing mattress and simply said” we can’t take that,” I asked why? He said because there’s stains on it. Full disclosure, we have a one-year-old, so no telling what the stains were, but the issue with stains was never discussed with us beforehand. I ended up calling customer service immediately, I asked the rep what could be done about this and she said we will have to get the mattress professionally cleaned and provide a receipt before they will take it. She said they take it to some warehouse and can’t risk contamination. Meanwhile, the mattresses are the same size. The whole purpose of them taking our existing mattress was to dispose of it. The wrapping they had just removed from the new mattress could have been put on the existing one, there was no damage or tears to the plastic. But whatever…Even that’s not my issue, my issue is that had anything been explained to us beforehand we could’ve taken care of it with no problem. The fact that it was pushed backed on us the day of delivery gave us no time to address the issue. So now I have A king size mattress that I need to get rid of, and it should have been able to be taken care of with the service we were granted. I think it was extremely inconsiderate of the delivery drivers, but even more inconsiderate of the furniture store to not mention this and put us in this position. (I think it’s important to mention that when the delivery driver told us he couldn’t take it, when he saw my reaction to what he said, he literally said, “See, they aren’t telling the customers this”… As if to say we’re not the first Customer, this has happened to. We just moved to the area and are still getting acclimated to how everything works including trash service… It was such an unnecessary inconvenience that could’ve easily been avoided. I called the store also; the individual I spoke to, who I think was a manager, simply offered A gift card for my trouble. All in all, we really like the mattress that we purchased, but I’ll never, ever shop at Ashley again. Whether the disposable requirements were omitted purposely or inadvertently, the way they handled this situation (which it really wasn’t handled at all) does not sit right with me.

I came in looking for a new couch. Haiatt Aqtash greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her I am picky and wanted to look. She offered some suggestions and left us to look around. Several times Haiatt checked on us and explained the sales and gave me some quotes on two couches I liked. She was very professional and very friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a sofa bed from Ashley’s furniture and it was an easy, pleasant experience from start to finish. Zee, the sales woman was attentive and available, but not pushy and didn’t hover. The delivery service provided excellent communication and their people were on time, did a great job and we’re very respectful of my wood floors. I was able to lay on the memory foam mattress in the store and it was surprisingly comfortable for a sofa bed. The couch was attractive and appeared to be well-made. I took advantage of their extended Black Friday sales and the price brand new was less than the asking prices for used sofa beds I was seeing on Amazon Marketplace. I was quite pleased with my purchase.

Jeremy was very relaxed and we felt comfortable shopping. He gave us space to ponder about our options and was available when we had questions. He helped us decide what to buy without making us feel pressured.

Worst experience. Everything done wrong from, misspelled address, incorrect facing couch delivered. Over 4 days of back and forth to just get the correct couch ordered. Tried to make me pay a re-selection fee. Can never be transferred to the store because they’re “busy”. Told a bunch of different information, nyoka told me I’d have to go into the store to fix the situation, then we were disconnected never called me back once everytime I’d have to reach out. Nyoka was rude and told me she wasn’t the one giving incorrect info because she’s a manager. She was wrong never had to going the store to resolve my issue. All around top to bottom was terrible.

Was in a need for a new sectional. Had been to several other stores that day with not much luck. Either way out of price range or just wasn’t happy with the design or comfort except for another Ashley store in Centerville, OH. Which the sales team was just awesome. Decided to go back to hometown and see what they had. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and felt we were top priority. Didn’t take long and we found a sectional we liked. During our browsing we were not pressured but they made sure to check in on us for questions. Great shopping experience and can’t wait for our new sectional to be delivered.

We purchased a counter height kitchen table from Jeremy at the Beavercreek, OH location. He was friendly, helpful and professional. The first delivery left us with a table with a defect, customer service rescheduled a pick up and delivery of a new table. Very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end.

When you go to Ashley's Furniture ask for Glen the sale associate. He will not only listen but will take care of you, but make will make you feel at home. As for Ms. Monica she is a rock star she gets a 5 star rating. She will get your financing in order even when you do not qualify. She is a assets.

Glenn Younger was a pleasure to work with, he answered all of our questions and was very precise when answering said questions, very kind, enjoyed joking with him while still being professional. All 3 of us were very impressed and would ask for him again when coming back.

The only reason this isn't getting a 1 star review is because we did end up getting the couch in time to accommodate my family traveling into town for my wedding. That and the managers we worked with were reasonable. We ordered this couch during the Labor Day sale. We found a price for the couch on the Ashley website with the labor day sale price and that was used to create our order. The 1st issue: we were told it would be available by the 22nd. I didn't get any notifications so on the 23rd I contacted and they stated it would still be 2 weeks before all the parts were in. 2nd issue: about a week later, I got a call from our sales woman who stated that she "didn't have proof" of the price she gave us because the image she took of my phone on the ASHLEY FURNITURE WEBSITE didn't have the price showing and apparently Ashley Furniture DOESN'T TRACK THEIR OWN SALE PRICES. So they literally tried to pull a Michael Scott on us to pay hundreds of more dollars for THEIR mistake. The only way we were still able to get a new couch (not floor model that they wanted to switch us to) at the price that we already agreed upon was by threatening for a full refund instead. Horrendous way to do business. And while I do like our new couch, I was very disappointed to find that both ends are literally made from plastic.... Take your business somewhere else.

The experience with the staff, LaMonica in particular was beyond excellent. She was able to compare and even price match what I was looking at from another store. I've never had a bad furniture experience at Ashley but this one was even better than the others. She answered all of our questions and looked genuinely happy to do so. I'll definitely be back.

It sucks they wouldn't honor pricing

It was time after 11 years with our furniture to make a change. We were looking for power adjustment recliner sofa & chair duo. We took 3 days & visited several furniture stores including Morris, Big Sandy's & 2 different Ashley Homestores. We take pictures of the few we liked & the sales person who checked in with us. We finally made our choice at the Beavercreek Ashley store. I contacted by text rep Jeremy Speakman (he had many years at the store & experience). He answered my questions & information I requested (though he was with other clients) in a timely manner. Jeremy was knowledgeable, personable, respectful, very supported & patient with us & our going back & forth on a few things walking the floor, etc. We made a purchase & also my 2nd purchase of 2 end coffee tables. He was light hearted & made the overall experience easy & pleasant. Kudos to Jeremy & staff. Share our appreciation with him. We have been customers with Morris & Ashley for many years & recommend them to others.

I recently bought a kitchen table and chairs and a dining room table and chairs at Ashley’s in Beavercreek. Jeremy was the sales person who made the experience very easy and stress free. He knew his inventory and was very patient with showing me all the possible choices. He listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions. He never put pressure on me to buy, so with that attitude and his enthusiasm for the furniture I was very excited to buy the 2 sets. He worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything including the delivery. He has the personality and the attitude to help customers find what they want and walk out happy with their purchase. Before I came to Ashley’s I had stopped in other furniture stores with terrible customer service. I walked out. His team sales person, Monica also stepped in to help with the sale. I would report the furniture is solid, at a very reasonable price and with great service. I was very impressed from the greeting when I walked in to the delivery at my home. It was a very pleasant experience with quality furniture.

I called this store, because I learned from a Cincinnati location, that there is a warehouse in Dayton, where you can pick up your items when ready. Z at Beavercreek was amazingly helpful. We needed a specific mattress - the same day. She made sure it was in stock, helped me order electronically - and let me know when it would be ready. She made it work! We drove up from Cinci to Dayton - checked in at the warehouse with Ashley, and 10 minutes later we were headed back to Cinci! This was our first purchase with Ashley/Moore Furniture. This is what customer service should be! We didn't need it delivered, we needed it in our hands, and Z made it happen for us. Thanks Z! You made our day! Go to Ashley Beavercreek store, or call, ask for Z, and all will be well, at least with furniture! (also at the warehouse is a large outlet!

Really good store. We purchased a sectional couch during 4th of weekend sale. The sales rep, Jeremy, and the sales manager, Anthony, went above and beyond to provide to us excellent advice and service. The deliver men were on time a professional and did a great job. One minor issue, i was suppose to get a ten dollar gift certificate to Graters ice cream shop and when i got the email voucher it had a value of zero.

Be prepared for the bait and switch. Ordered furniture. Paid in full. They called me to confirm delivery. Then called me and told me they gave me the wrong price and wanted another $600 to continue with delivery. I was willing to split the difference, for them it was all or nothing. 0% chance I'll shop with the Morris family of furniture stores again.

While visiting the Ashley in Beavercreek branch, Monica had been the only staff member that not only greeted us within the branch but also who had assisted us in our prompt search for a sectional ottoman. Monica was very professional, welcoming and personable, as other staff had unfortunately not been such, even within our timely encounter.

My wife and I visited Ashley Furniture yesterday to look for a new living room set. We were immediately greeted by Monica, who struck the perfect balance between being welcoming and not pushy. She introduced herself, asked what we were looking for, and then gave us a quick, helpful overview of the store layout. When I mentioned that we’d prefer to look around first, she respected that completely, but stayed within eyesight in case we had questions. And we did have questions, lots of them. Monica was always right there, ready with knowledgeable and polite answers. Eventually, we found a set we were seriously considering. She gave us all the details we needed, including stock levels, which turned out to be crucial. When she mentioned there were only three left in inventory, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. We financed the order, and Monica made the process smooth and even fun. We were laughing, and she and my wife were joking about how much more we could buy, while watching my facial reactions! It made for a really enjoyable experience. Overall, our visit was excellent from start to finish, about an hour in total. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone shopping at this location. In fact, I’m a General Manager at a competing store, and I told Monica I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She declined out of loyalty to Ashley, which I greatly respect. Monica turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a pleasant, easy, and even fun experience, something I especially appreciated, since my wife usually doesn’t enjoy shopping. Also worth noting: the showroom was beautifully merchandised and spotless. Thank you, Monica. You made our day. We’re looking forward to the delivery, and we’ll definitely be back to see you!

On April 6th, I ordered a bed with an estimated delivery date of May 7th. However, the bed did not arrive at the warehouse until May 15th, causing an unnecessary delay. I scheduled delivery for this past Saturday, but when the bed arrived, it had visible oil-based stains. The delivery drivers stated the stain was caused by the plastic packaging inside a sealed box. I declined the delivery at first because the drivers made it seem like the company would not address or fix the issue. Later, I asked if someone would come out and clean the bed if I accepted the delivery, and they said yes. However, they had already submitted paperwork to send the bed back, which made me feel like they simply didn't want to complete the delivery or explain all of my options. To make matters worse, the next day (Sunday) I received a call informing me that the sales associate had forgotten to include the bed rails in my original order. He told me I only purchased the headboard, footboard, and baseboard, and that the missing rails were his mistake. Despite this, I was asked to pay full price for the rails. He justified this by saying the bed was so cheap — only $698 — but that was the promotional doorbuster price I paid for the king-sized bed during a sale. I reminded him that: I ordered the king-sized bed based on that price. Multiple associates confirmed it was for the king version in-store. The sales manager had reviewed my order originally and failed to catch the missing rails as well. Still, the sales manager insisted they couldn't honor the price because I didn’t take a photo of the display pricing. I was shocked — as a customer, it shouldn’t be my responsibility to track in-store signage to confirm what should be included in my purchase. When I asked them to verify the sale price from their records, I was told they could only check promotions within the last two weeks, and no one made an effort to contact corporate or research it further. Even more concerning is that I had to open a line of credit to purchase this bed, which ran my credit and dropped my score slightly. Now, with the order in limbo and no resolution, I’m concerned the account may be closed — which could negatively affect my credit again. Additionally, I went to the store in person to cancel the bed order after the delivery issue and confusion with the rails. I was told I would receive a call on Monday to confirm the cancellation. That call never came, and I have received no receipt, email, or any form of confirmation. At this point, I have no way of knowing whether the bed was actually canceled, and that’s unacceptable. I would not recommend this store or brand to anyone .

We had an excellent experience. Andrew is a jewel, he was very patient and helpful through our whole process. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery process was smooth and quick . The guys were very professional and friendly. They checked over the furniture for any and all issues and made sure everything was in working order. I’ve never shopped with Ashley before but I will be a returning customer.

Had a really good experience with Jacqueline! I have been buying furniture from her for the last 6 months. I got a new couch, chair, end tables, lamps, and a bench for my bedroom. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped my vision become a reality. My place got a much needed upgrade thanks to Jacqueline. I definitely would recommend this Ashey location and ask for Jacqueline to help with your furniture needs. Appreciate the great experience.

Worst place to invest your money in household items. I bought a couch about six years ago and opted to pay for the protection package. I never had to utilize the service that came with it, so I received a voucher for the amount of the protection package. I can only use it in-store + the purchase must be double the value of the voucher... Today, I visited the store and found that: 1. They had literally nothing in stock for the items I was looking for. No book or inventory guide for me to look through of their products in stock. 2. The representative did nothing but tell me about Purple products, the only color of which they had was gray. So their only focus is to peddle the products needed to meet a quota. The prices of anything available also seemed grossly over priced, so not worth the value. Don't shop here, don't waste your time, don't waste your money.

We came in for new couches and were met by Jackie. She was amazing for the whole process. Took the time to sit down and listen to what we were looking for and took us to show multiple different options. She was so patient and was so helpful. Thank you Jackie for taking the time to listen to both of us and coming up with the right option and helping us find exactly what we were looking for! If you go to this store ask for her!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience, not just once but twice!!! Promise delivery date was never kept an extended to over a month on the first order. The second order we were quoted on a price for a full furniture set, and a delivery date. We had to call in a day after the expected delivery day just to see if the furniture was in for them to turn around and tell us that it hadn't even been ordered after paying, so it was pushed out another 2 weeks. Then received a call back from them later in the day to tell us that the original quote didn't even include the headboard to the full bedroom set and wanted us to pay an additional $300. Hunter the salesperson was a new guy so the manager had to look over the complete order and they both failed on the complete order. Will potentially seeking legal counsel due to them not wanting to fix any of the issues.

The sales person Jackie was awesome. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into buying more expensive. Will go back. The delivery company was not the best. My delivery was 2-5 and they showed at 7:30.

If I could give negative stars, I would! This store put me through so much stress and anxiety while I tried to just get what I paid for. They initially delivered the wrong half of a two-piece sectional. When they rescheduled, a month later, they brought out the exact wrong piece again! That’s 2 days of work I had to miss. The general manager, Andrew, was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Even when shown images of the mismatched couch, he claimed he couldn’t see any difference and blamed the room's lighting. When I pointed out the texture difference, he condescendingly said, “You can’t see texture, you can only feel it, so I can’t help you with that.” Instead of addressing the issue, he kept insisting on returning it, with me paying a 12% restocking fee. He kept speaking over me not letting me address issues being very aggressive. I asked him to walk back to the floor model of what I purchased and compare it to the image of what I received and he declined stating “it wouldn’t help your case here” Thankfully, another manager stepped in and arranged for a replacement. I saw her walk in and pulled her for help to get the GM to listen to another employee handle the situation in a professional way. Which she did. However, I had to wait another two months, and even then, the correct color wasn’t guaranteed. Neither her or the GM could tell me what couch I’d be receiving even though I bought the one on display! The new couch eventually arrived and, unsurprisingly, was the wrong color again. But I was too exhausted to deal with them any further. Made me feel like I was asking for too much when all I wanted was the couch I bought! I even bought the 5 year warranty and they treated me horribly! But At least this time, the whole couch is the same color. The customer service here is atrocious, led by a manager whose priority is to win arguments rather than help customers. Avoid this store and take your money elsewhere. Anywhere else will treat you better. Attached are images of the couch. You make your own determination of whether it’s a mismatch or not. I bought the couch early October didn’t get the final one until January and still wrong.

Bad service judy that sold us the furniture said we have it in 2 weeks and it took a month to get she also never returned are call’s let’s just say I will never do service with ashley furniture again, and she offered us a gift card for bad service and she never gave us it , so for anyone that want’s service with them be careful

I have some words for those who are considering getting furniture from this place…..JUST RUN AND DON’T DO IT!!!!!! Ashley’s is a hot mess and they are horrible with customer service. They are quick to take your money but they are slow to help and never get back with you and want to always downplay any issues. They delivered most of my furniture damaged and the store manager said “these were minor things that could be touched up in 15 mins”. This is unacceptable for buying more than 7,000 dollars in furniture. Let alone I got platinum delivery which says that these delivery guys are supposed to take the boxes with them but they hide them on someone’s else’s property right next to me let alone I could get fined for this! I want my delivery fee back because everything came damaged and I had to do additional work to break down these boxes and dispose of them which is what I paid for! This is unacceptable and I recommend everyone go to Bob’s Furniture instead because they ended up bringing by everything I ordered and they were quick and everything was in great condition. DON’T FALL FOR ASHLEY’S SCAM!!!!!

Won’t be buying anything ever again at Ashley/Morris. They sell cheaply made, expensive furniture. Bought a recliner from this store and only had it a week, sat in it and it made a Loud pop sound. Now it won’t recline and leg kick stand won’t come out. Called and they made me pay $100 since I picked the order up and didn’t have it delivered. They then sent me to a warranty company, scheduled a tech to come out in 2 weeks. Finally tech showed up, walked in the house and was here 5 mins. Took 2 pictures and said it needed a new mechanism and he would order it, should be here in 2 weeks, then I have to call the warranty company back and schedule another tech to come out which would Be another 2 weeks. So I won’t have a working recliner for well over 2 months. Update 12/20: sent email to this Aja person that replied to my review and still haven’t heard anything. Such poor customer service, I wish I would have looked at the other reviews of this store before I chose to step foot in there. Seems like everyone gets screwed and Aja says reach out to them to make it right. I wonder if anyone else that got screwed with crappy furniture has had any good customer service. Telling all of my family and friends to avoid this place like the plague.

My ottoman arrived Friday and had several black marks. I contacted support and they offered me $50 or they would have Stanley Steamer come out to clean it. I told them to have them come and clean it. I have heard nothing else from them. Irritating at best that it came like this and now I have to wait to hear back about the cleaning. They said in one of the emails that using chat was better but Ashley’s chat is not user friendly at all!!! I just want this taken care of.

Our saleman, Andrew K was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture we bought. We have recommended him to our friends and family in the market for new furniture.

We were greeted upon entering by a friendly sales associate. We were on a mission and explained that to the sales person and she was respectful and helpful. Not pushy!! Which we loved! She checked in with us occasionally and answered any questions we had. Once we had made our final selections, she sat down with us and helped us get the best deal. Over all, we were quite happy with our experience shopping at Ashley of Beavercreek.

Do not purchase furniture from this store or any Ashley for that matter. One year in and our couch squeaks. The part that squeaks is where my toddler sits 90% of the time so it's not been over used. We had a service tech out and he said the support springs under the seat needed replaced. Ashley said it was at the discretion of this store as it is only a seller of the furniture not the actual Ashley company. This store refuses to service the furniture. They state that the furniture is not considered defective under warranty. So I guess since it is not considered a defect, that means that squeaking is normal. So the quality of this store and their warranty on the furniture is garbage! The sales person who sold it to us acted as if she was cutting us a deal but I guess they were just working to get another piece of furniture out the door knowing it wouldn't last.

Walked into Ashley in Beavercreek and the sales staff immediately offered assistance. I saw the piece I wanted- black wood server - and told her I was ready to purchase. She wrote it up and we were out of there in 10 mins. The piece was delivered within 2 weeks by two men who took expert care in the delivery. Very happy with this gorgeous find!

I will never buy from Ashley furniture again. I was initially very happy with my purchase but 2 years in my chaise piece broke on my couch. I had the warranty but they said because it ripped on a seam they would not fix it. Why have the warranty if you won’t stand by your product and help the customer? They recommended I go through Jake’s furniture repair which no showed on my 3 times!! After months of back and forth I reach back out to Ashley and they had me purchase a new chaise piece. Every step of the way has been different dealing with their customer service. To top it all off when they finally delivered the new piece that refused to take the broke piece away. Just the last straw in dealing with this company. I will never purchase anything from them again.

When shopping at Ashley Furniture in Beavercreek I was immediately greeted and asked if I need any assistance by Jovaughn (aka) JoJo. At the time I was just looking but after browsing around with my daughter, I was assisted by JoJo who was very professional, courteous and patient. He was overall a great help! My furniture came in this past week, and I love it! The delivery team was professional and courteous as well. They kept me informed as to the time of arrival set up my furniture in no time. It was a very smooth process. The prices at Ashley are very reasonable as well, I plan to shop there again in the future.

Ought a sectional paid over $3500. And is is the most uncomfortable sectional I have ever had. It's hard the lay on hurts legs because uneven chase makes squeaky noise every time you lay on it.i had purchased 1 sectional it was to large for my roomi had returned it and picked another they removed all the discounts theygaveme on 1st sectional and charged me more for the new one which was cheaper made product. I will never purchase furniture from here again very dissatisfied./Ashley furniture responded to this review and told me that sorry we can't help you so I told them so I'm just supposed to live with a $3, 500 extremely uncomfortable sectional that's uneven when you lay on it and they said yes sorry so my advice don't buy anything from the store because it isn't customer satisfaction guaranteed it's not guaranteed for you to be satisfied by this company customer satisfaction guaranteed is a joke......... Ashley responded to review and said nothing they can do so I am stuck with a horrible uncomfortable sectional. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY SO THEY CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Furniture is cheaply made with a high price. Don’t honor extended warranty as described, people are extremely rude and lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!. Go to Big Sandy much better over all. Horrible experience all around.

I would not recommend anyone purchasing furniture from this place. I bought a sofa and loveseat here and found out it’s cheaply made but they charged a high price. The bottom has tore loose 3 times and it is unusable. The saleswoman that sold it to me Judi said I would have a extended warranty on it that would cover everything but that wasn’t the truth because the people that take care of the extended warranty told me it does not cover this problem that if I wanted it repaired or if it could be repaired that I would have to pay for the repairs so they have cheaply made furniture and sale them at high prices. And they don’t tell you the truth about what the warranty covers. I’ve tried contacting the store but it’s a recording that will not allow you to contact them and I tried calling Judi on the number she gave me but she never returned the call. This is unprofessional and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They have a lot of complaints from others who have purchased furniture from that store on Centre Dr in Fairborn. This was my first and last time I will ever buy anything from them. If I could of given them no stars I would of. So Buyer beware. Since posting this I heard from Ashly management and they posted here for me to contact them, well I did and they do not want to be professional or fair , they said the warranty expired which someone lied to me because I was told by the lady that sold this unusable chair that I would have a 5 year warranty. I will NEVER buy their furniture again, it’s 12/23/24 since my last entry they wanted me to call them and they would help as you read their reply well they did NOT HELP at all they told me there was nothing they could do . If you don’t wanna throw your money away don’t go here at all. Their furniture is cheaply made but they charge high prices. With treating customers like this which is very unprofessional they will be losing a lot of business!

My dad bought a living room suite on 8/30. He had gone a few days before and found what he wanted. He brought me to see if and decided to purchase. The salesman was nice enough that day. When he was buying the furniture, my dad was asked if he wanted a few pieces the first week of September or if he wanted all the pieces together on 9/13. He chose to wait a week and get it all at the same time. He had me check online to check if the timing of the delivery was on the website. I then found that the estimated delivery was 10/20…a whole month after the original delivery date. My dad called the store and wasn’t able to talk to his salesman. He called again today. The salesman was extremely rude. He said that he never said it would be on 9/13…but my dad and I both heard him. He argued with my dad and threatened to cancel my dad’s order. My dad asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call my dad back within the hour. My dad had not heard from him in 3 or 4 hours, so he called him back. He was again met with extreme rudeness. My dad chose this store because he had a bad delivery experience with another furniture store, but this experience has been much worse. Do not buy from Ashley’s unless you want to be treated badly.

Purchased a couch, love seat & end table from this store the end table is damaged has chips on it and is not in good shape considering it was supposed to be brand new. This store/ company customer service has gave us the run around on replacing the end table. Customer service sucks don't recommend this company at all. And definitely won't be buying from them again

AS OF 9/22/24 NO-ONE HAS REACHED OUT SINCE YOU STATED SOMEONE WOULD!!!!! I do not recommend buying from this location. My daughter purchased a bedroom frame, night stands and dresser with mirror and it had a bunch of chips and some damage and after months of broken promises they never followed through with making it right. The only thing they care about is the sale/commission. To add salt to the wound instead of taking off the $200.00 they said they would since April they mailed her a $200.00 gift card. Why would we ever buy anything from there again. Horrible experience!!! Someone reached out and said the store would be contacting us and the store is the one that refused to work with us so not sure what the next steps are??

My uncle (who is 83 years old) ordered a bed from this location to be delivered to his home and has been waiting over a month (sleeping on the mattress on the floor). The bed has been broken each time it was attempted to be delivered (3 different times) and now has been told it will not come for another week. All they will do is give him $300 off for each bed that wasn’t delivered. I am appalled by this.

Judi was amazing when it came to answering our questions. She was low pressure, letting us shop and just checking in every so often. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions quickly. Overall a great experience!

Delivery service was great. I had the date well in advance. The 3 hour window a couple of days in advance. I was notified when I was next and the delivery was on the way. Delivery team was professional, fast yet detail focused. They left the place clean.

I’ve always had good experiences with this store! Only issue I’ve ever had was once they delivered two pieces of furniture instead of one. I was able to get it quickly fixed. I’ve bought a bed, bed frames, couch, table, and outdoor furniture from this store over the years.

We went with the intention of getting a good deal on an amazing product, and I believe we succeeded. The entire experience was low stress, and the sales people didn't pressure us at all. In fact they let us roam around and just touched base with us a couple times about pricing on items we were interested in. They set up delivery the following week, and the delivery guys were friendly and punctual. Will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture in Fairborn for anyone needing high end furniture, at a great price!

The sales person Monica is amazing but the delivery department is absolutely horrible. They have set my delivery window for 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM when I asked them if they could change it, they said they cannot change my delivery time. I mentioned that I’m moving and cannot change my delivery date. They said in a following message we can change your delivery date but I already mentioned that I was moving so I cannot change my delivery date in a previous message. Then in response to that they said they handle hundreds of deliveries a day and they have no control over what time frame they set up people for, I’m sorry But that’s kind of hard to believe because who’s really buying furniture right now and as a person who works in the service industry that is not the answer that I would’ve ever given a paying Customer. Multiple phone calls was essentially pointless because there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me. I tried to contact the store multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Very frustrating. Just be advised if you’re ordering furniture from Ashley they may schedule you a 6:30 AM drop off on a Saturday morning.

They said they were going to send me a $300 Gift card for all the “ inconvenience “ that never arrived either

UPDATE: After countless calls, they finally returned a call to have it repaired after this review, to which they sent someone who ordered parts. This was in the end of January. It is now April and I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone once again to have the new motor installed. At this point, this place is rediclous. I will never shop here again. They don't offer a discount or anything they just expect you to sit with broken furniture you paid over 4k for. While they ignore any attempt to contact. This is not how you handle yourselves as a business. Store is impossible to get ahold of after delivery on top of being told dec. 15th and it no arriving until January. We also ordered 2 end tables but upon delivery only received one of them and found out the other was never even ordered to begin with. We bought a sectional and noticed the day of delivery that one sides recliner doesn't work at all. Tried calling the customer service they said to call the store and were rude. The store won't answer or return your calls. Called the lady who we bought the couch from card and no answer as well, so pretty much paid for poor service. Definitely won't be shopping here again after this.

UPDATE 12/29: They are replacing the item and it will be delivered in February. Absolutely terrible experience and terrible store. The staff is dedicated to help you until you swipe your card to pay. After payment, good luck trying to get ahold of the store for help. They don’t answer the phone or return a call from a voicemail. This has happened with 2 separate orders I have made over the last year. I will never purchase from them again. My couch was delivered with a stain on it. I called the store multiple times. One person randomly answered telling me I need to send pictures to an email address and they will replace the couch. I follow the instructions and was offered $90 off OR to have a tech come out and “repair” it. I did not pay this much money for a couch to come damaged. I do not want it repaired. I want it replaced. If I wanted a repaired couch, I would have went to an outlet store. I sent a response back to their email and never heard back. Customer service only takes emails. The store doesn’t pick up the phone or return messages. I am going to have to go into the store tomorrow I guess to get assistance. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM MORRIS/ASHLEY. BUYER BEWARE - they do not provide any service or support once you pay!

Edit: had to order my recliner, took over 3 weeks... then another 4 days. She was not helpful anymore. I sent her a text early morning when it FINALLY came in and she didn't text me back until 4:30. The warehouse had text me for pick up but not the hours so I looked it up but website was wrong. We showed up before closing but they had closed a few mins early. Kathy blamed me. I finally got my chair the following day but I will never do business again with them. They don't care once you purchase the item, your on your own. Extremely bad communication! Kathy was fantastic! Showed us every recliner in the store. When I came back she jumped right in taking care of us again. Will definitely be back. A+++ customer service for sure!

Long Short: Unreliable for military PCS planning Went to Ashley Furniture 3 months ago to get new night stands before my move across the country. After 2.5 months, we finally received the delayed night stands...but they were not the correct model or color. Ashley offered to replace the nightstands and upgrade to a slightly more expensive model (at no additional charge for our troubles). Now 2 weeks later, we were informed that the replacement nightstands are on back order and that they will not have them in time for our move and that they lack the ability to ship them to us in Alexandria, VA. So after 3 months I have no time to try again for furniture because of my moving timelines, I have no night stands, and will have to deliver the original, incorrect shipment back to the distribution center myself to get a refund. Overall, Ashley furniture failed us before our PCS, and given their claim as the largest furniture manufacturer in the US indicates that customers are just numbers to the larger industry. The only silver-lining is that Jason, the team member who helped us after the incorrect shipment, was very kind and responsive. He stayed on top of the order status and let me know as soon as there was an issue.

Dear Morris Furniture I’m very disappointed and upset today. I love buying from you guys and I absolutely love the quality of your Furniture. But today your delivery team, made me never want to buy from you guys again. Let me start off with how careless they were. They dropped my bed outside several times. They banged it against my stairwell several times. And they dropped it out of the box outside my front door. It wasn’t an accident. He opened the box and purposefully allowed it to hit the ground. Then once they brought the pieces into my home, they laid the side railings on my floor and then walked with both feet on my railing! That man was at least 200 pounds. They chipped a piece of that railing as well. I waited 3 weeks for this bed and spent thousands of dollars and paid hundreds just for the white glove delivery! Not to even mention how unprofessional they were. They argued with each other the entire time on who was grabbing what box. They complained to me that I ordered the white glove delivery and that they were upset that they had to take extra time to put it together and that he had somewhere to be today. I’m very upset. I give them 0 stars. And unless something is done, I won’t shop here again . I’m a regular customer and I never complain but today was un called for and I was not treated with the customer care that I paid for. And customer care needs to get a hold of me. I attempted to call, and they said to talk to an online agent and the online agent said to call the phone number. The sales team was great at Ashley Fairborn/ Beavercreek. But the delivery team are absolutely horrible and this situation needs fixed.

Buyers beware!!! I have never written a review in my life thats how bad my experience has been. I bought a sectional couch in May. It was delivered mid June. The sections of the couch did not fit together due to wrong hardware. Found out you cannot call for customer care instead you have to chat with a robot on their website. Days later finally got someone to call me all to send a repair man out 2 weeks later. He told my husband it was a hardware problem and he couldn't fix it (as already explained to the lady on the phone.) The next day another lady called and asked again what was wrong with the couch I told her the repair man should have a report and explained it again. She said let me look into it and will call me back. NEVER CALLED! Here it is months later and due to the pieces not fitting together and constantly moving the back of a section is broke. I again reached out trying to get help. They sent an email on November 2nd stating they could not fix the couch and someone would call me within 48hrs. Here it is November 10th and they called my husband's phone and we missed the call. Mind you in each email sent i listed my phone number for contact. Emailed them back immediately withing 2 minutes of them calling and probably wont get a response for another week. Do not spend thousands on a couch from here when you can go to Big Lots and get better quality furniture for allot cheaper.

Worst customer service. Sent a repair man after trying to get warranty service and he couldn't fix it. Was ghosted for months. Went to store multiple times and never get anyone to call us back. Now trying to get a recall repair for months. Horrible that we can't get service or even an update unless we drive to store. No information at all about this repair after 4 visits to store.

We went in to the Ashley store on 3/6/26 to find a navy blue power reclining sofa! We found what we were looking for with the help of Jessica Mizell! She was knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about! And it got even better, we spoke to Kathy Rose and she let us know that Ashley Furniture and Morris Furniture was helping customers who had a bad experience with Value City filing bankruptcy and they gave us a 10% discount along with free delivery for the issues we had experienced with purchasing furniture from Value City and not receiving it. It took months to get our money back from Value City! So, if you’re looking for furniture go to Ashley Furniture or Morris Furniture!! Especially if you experienced adverse reactions from Value City come here asap!! Thanks Jessica and Kathy!

I wish I would have read all of the reviews before I spent money at this location. The manager, Keshawn, and the general manager, Anthony Gimenez literally could not care less about customer service. We had issues with the item that I purchased, we had issues with the delivery. We were Told that we would receive a call back shortly with a resolution to our issue which we never received an issue was not resolved. We were unable to get through to anyone over the phone for over an hour. the customer service line constantly redirects you to the website and when you fill out an online form, they don’t get back with you for several days. This particular location leaves customers in the lurch and does not attempt to help them. They just want you to spend your money and then go away. They all need lessons in customer service

Our experience with Ashley furniture was absolutely atrocious. The workers were very polite, however the overall quality of the entire experience was horrific. After a failed attempt of delivery, our furniture still come significantly late. To add on, all of our furniture had flaws and was in horrible condition. After we addressed this to the employees, they promised us they would do something about it but they didn’t. Only after we talked to the manager was when we got some workers to come over and fix the furniture. But to our shock, they had only drew on the flaw with a little marker. They were at our house for at least an hour, if not more. The entire time they got nothing done and only ruined our furniture more. After this event, we have been going back to the store and they are telling us they will do something about it. Mind you, it has been over a few months now and they still haven’t done anything! Absolutely ridiculous!!

The purchase was great ! the delivery of our sofa and two chairs, ottomans they didn't unwrap the wrapping we were informed they don't do that. This was a lot we are older our son came and helped two weeks later they delivered our dinning table it took 3 men to put 4 legs on wow and damage to one leg. Over all we love your furniture thank you.

We had already been to multiple furniture stores without finding what we wanted in our price range. 10 minutes into Ashely home furniture we found what we needed and the sales rep Chris Kay was extremely helpful through the entire process!

Ashley furniture is spreading false advertisement, we ordered a couch the sales person told us it was in stock waiting for delivery then picked my delivery for the next week, 2 days later after purchase, it says the delivery date is a month away and when I call the store they say they are awaiting the couch in stock. Very frustrating that we pay all this money and get told these things just for it to be different.

Chris was unbelievable! He was informative about the chairs I wanted to see that I had found on line and directed us to where they were in the store. He came around periodically to answer our questions and he was knowledgeable and informative. He provided lots of information regarding our possible purchase, including delivery options, warranty options, and how to move forward. I ended up calling him a few days later to lock in the price and put down a deposit. The process was simple, straightforward and efficient. I truly enjoyed working with him and, should I have furniture needs in the future, will definitely return to Ashley and find Chris.

I had an issue with the extended warranty service purchased on my Party Time sofa and chair I went round and round with the insurance company who refused to cover the manufacture defect, In desperation I went to the store, and in five minutes they had my issue resolved with a full refund on the pair. Judi at the Beavercreek, Ohio store was absolutely the best.

The highest quality I’ve ever seen. That’s sarcasm by the way. One leg was 15 degrees off and all returns require a 15% restocking fee. Oh, forgot to add, it’s a nightmare to unbox and instructions are plain useless.

Our experience at Ashley was great. Cat helped us find the perfect bunk bed for our kids room, and even made sure we got the cheapest price available. She connected with us on a personal level and did not just treat us as if we were a commission check. Future furniture shopping will be done solely with Cat and Ashley from here on out.

My purchase began on-line reviewing products I was interested in since I find Ashley to be a reputable retailer and they have a great selection. Once I arrived at the store, I was met by my sales associate AJ Jallaq. I explained to AJ that I knew what collections I was interested in and that I had looked at them on-line, all I needed was some time to compare them in person before getting any questions answered. AJ was great. He stated he would leave me to my shopping and check back regularly to see if any assistance was needed. It was a great interaction, very helpful with no high-pressure sales tactics just respect for my preferences as a customer. AJ was very helpful with my inquiries and helping me with some discounts I was not aware I was eligible for as we finalized the sale. This was awesome as I believe he cared as much for the customer as he did the sale. I purchased a complete dining and living room with accessories. AJ's help didn't stop at the sale, my order came in three stages due to availability (no long wait for any of it). He was quick to respond to my emails and making certain delivery was completed and what could be expected next. The furniture is fantastic, beautiful and sturdy. Ashley's delivery team during the three deliveries was professional and friendly. Overall, a great shopping experience.

After 2 failed delivery attempts we finally got our furniture and the delivery is just a drop and run everything in boxes for us to put together and the loveseat on its side. We received a delivery from Costco the same day and everything was unwrapped and set up big difference Ashley needs to a lesson in customer service and delivery. ***Update, the 2nd part of our order was delivered and this time they did unwrap the sofa and chair but unfortunately there was a cushion missing and some minor damage on the couch. The delivery people took a picture of the missing cusion and said someone would call us. Since then I have called and gotten thier loop of sending you online that ends with saying to call the number. I have texted the salesperson, emailed customer care and left messages with no response at all. This is by far the worst customer service. BTW the first response from Aja above went unanswered when I tried to contact her by phone and email. So if the company really wanted to resolve a problem they should have contacted me instead of making a bogus reply. I have attached more pics.

We purchased a full living room set on 08/27/2022, as of 09/13/2022 there is no word on when our delivery will be completed, the website says it was estimated for 09/03/2022. We are just waiting around with no contact to be given any idea of when we will receive our furniture. Update 09/24/2022: I had to cancel my order of almost $6000. I was told on 09/18/2022 that my furniture would be ready today, I never received a phone call to schedule the delivery. I went to the store and told that my last item would now not be ready until mid October. I asked if I could schedule everything else to be delivered, they said that it couldn't be delivered for another week. I called their bluff and went and rented a U-Haul truck and came back and said I want my furniture that IS ready. The rep then said that it was at his distribution center and I was told it was 8 minutes away, I asked for a manager. The manager comes out and says my furniture was NOT READY and I could not pick it up, and that it wouldn't be ready for a few weeks. I ask why I was lied to, and he had the nerve to say "nobody lied to you." I call setting expectations, getting the run around, and expectations not being met LYING. Then the manager had the nerve to say, "Well supply chain issues are a thing." To which I responded that supply chain has nothing to do with me being told that my items were ready and waiting to be delivered and that not being the case. After being lied to, disrespected, and STILL NOT HAVING FURNITURE, Ashley and the Morris Furniture group will NEVER have my business again. This is a warning any potential customers, you may pay thousands of dollars, and not receive your items for months, if at all.

My partner and I went in to browse. We were immediately greeted, as happens in many stores, by a salesperson. They must work on commission because they followed us around the store despite our asking just to look. The awkwardness culminated when she asked us to sit on any bed and fill out a contact sheet that was supposed to fulfill some donation scheme. When we said we would rather not she said we didn't even have to use our real information. Pushy and a lack of integrity.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service i have ever had in my life!!!! I have waited almost a year for my furniture to be told that it can't be delivered. They will not find another alternative just that its my problem. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop somewhere else!

Great sales experience, but it's been TERRIBLE ever since! They gave me terribly damaged chairs as part of an $18,000 furniture order and trying to get replacements has been a nightmare! I called the store, and the chairs are in stock, but their "customer care" team insists on sending me replacement parts instead. I have been waiting for over a month, they can't even give me a date. They are heavy sales on the front end to make you feel all warm and special, but then after sending you broken garbage they are of no assistance and impossible to get a hold of. I would recommend Value City Furniture, I got some stuff from them around the same time and they have been AMAZING!

The first and second delivery team was great and friendly. However, this whole experience with Morris Furniture and Ashley Furniture has been abysmal. I had a confirmed delivery time of this morning between 0630-0930, when I checked the tracker after 0930, the time had moved to 1230-1530. When I called the customer care line to let them know I had to go into work, I was on hold for 45 minutes and never got ahold of everyone. I actually drove and went into the Ashley store to speak to the manager while I was still on hold. I'm not sure if they got the message, but my furniture delivery team arrived at 1500. When the team arrived, they assembled the head board, but the team who was here previously, took the foot stands with them. This was not the team's fault that delivered the headboard. Now I have to wait up to 21 days for foot stands that should have already been delivered. The whole bed set should have been complete last week. I just finished week 1 of sleeping on the couch and now am going to have to do the same for the next 1-3 weeks since my bedroom is cluttered with furniture parts. There has been no apology from Ashley or Morris Furniture. I will not order from them again, and I am letting my friends, family and co-workers know of my experience and to avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of better options in the Dayton area.

Bought 5 yr extended warranty on purchase. Furniture frame broke after 2 years. Called to make claim and was informed that the warranty does not cover the frame.

First time buyer there. The staff was great and I purchased a beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery service lacks, piece damaged when I received it, after repeated calls and emails was told 40 days before anyone can come out to look at furniture. Not impressed with their customer service or delivery service.

Now good deals going on.

I placed my order on February 19th, 2022. My order was set to arrive on March 19th, 2022. However, I only received 1 complete bed & they did not bring the second bed frame!! I called customer service and was told that the headboard was still at the shop and that they would expedite the rails and footboard for another delivery. On March 23rd, 2022 I only received the headboard to the second bed!! I called customer service again and they connected me with the store manager. He preceded to tell me that this particular bed was discontinued, that he would call me by noon on Saturday (3/26/22) to discuss this further, and possibly pick out another bed frame. I never received a call so I went back to the store to speak with him directly. (I had the headboard with me) Which I had to take back to the warehouse myself!! I decided to cancel the second bed frame in it's entirety and have yet to receive my refund for it. I definitely do not recommend buying anything from this particular store. They are only worried about making a commission rather than having the customer satisfied with their orders!! My items were not even wrapped up in plastic!!! I am extremely upset about this experience and will NEVER shop at this company again!!!
