We went in and were out in an hour. Jessica was fantastic and instantly showed us examples of what we were looking for. Once we picked the one we wanted everything was smooth sailing. We even managed to get a new coffee table and stayed in the budget. Great Experience! Highly Recommend coming here!

We recently purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from this location. Our sales representative was great, and our experience was as well… Up until delivery. They offer a “platinum delivery service” in which they claim, they will dispose of your existing mattress upon delivery of the new one. When the delivery driver showed up, they unpackaged the new mattress and placed it on our bed. Lookedat our existing mattress and simply said” we can’t take that,” I asked why? He said because there’s stains on it. Full disclosure, we have a one-year-old, so no telling what the stains were, but the issue with stains was never discussed with us beforehand. I ended up calling customer service immediately, I asked the rep what could be done about this and she said we will have to get the mattress professionally cleaned and provide a receipt before they will take it. She said they take it to some warehouse and can’t risk contamination. Meanwhile, the mattresses are the same size. The whole purpose of them taking our existing mattress was to dispose of it. The wrapping they had just removed from the new mattress could have been put on the existing one, there was no damage or tears to the plastic. But whatever…Even that’s not my issue, my issue is that had anything been explained to us beforehand we could’ve taken care of it with no problem. The fact that it was pushed backed on us the day of delivery gave us no time to address the issue. So now I have A king size mattress that I need to get rid of, and it should have been able to be taken care of with the service we were granted. I think it was extremely inconsiderate of the delivery drivers, but even more inconsiderate of the furniture store to not mention this and put us in this position. (I think it’s important to mention that when the delivery driver told us he couldn’t take it, when he saw my reaction to what he said, he literally said, “See, they aren’t telling the customers this”… As if to say we’re not the first Customer, this has happened to. We just moved to the area and are still getting acclimated to how everything works including trash service… It was such an unnecessary inconvenience that could’ve easily been avoided. I called the store also; the individual I spoke to, who I think was a manager, simply offered A gift card for my trouble. All in all, we really like the mattress that we purchased, but I’ll never, ever shop at Ashley again. Whether the disposable requirements were omitted purposely or inadvertently, the way they handled this situation (which it really wasn’t handled at all) does not sit right with me.
