The sales person Jackie was awesome. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into buying more expensive. Will go back. The delivery company was not the best. My delivery was 2-5 and they showed at 7:30.

If I could give negative stars, I would! This store put me through so much stress and anxiety while I tried to just get what I paid for. They initially delivered the wrong half of a two-piece sectional. When they rescheduled, a month later, they brought out the exact wrong piece again! That’s 2 days of work I had to miss. The general manager, Andrew, was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Even when shown images of the mismatched couch, he claimed he couldn’t see any difference and blamed the room's lighting. When I pointed out the texture difference, he condescendingly said, “You can’t see texture, you can only feel it, so I can’t help you with that.” Instead of addressing the issue, he kept insisting on returning it, with me paying a 12% restocking fee. He kept speaking over me not letting me address issues being very aggressive. I asked him to walk back to the floor model of what I purchased and compare it to the image of what I received and he declined stating “it wouldn’t help your case here” Thankfully, another manager stepped in and arranged for a replacement. I saw her walk in and pulled her for help to get the GM to listen to another employee handle the situation in a professional way. Which she did. However, I had to wait another two months, and even then, the correct color wasn’t guaranteed. Neither her or the GM could tell me what couch I’d be receiving even though I bought the one on display! The new couch eventually arrived and, unsurprisingly, was the wrong color again. But I was too exhausted to deal with them any further. Made me feel like I was asking for too much when all I wanted was the couch I bought! I even bought the 5 year warranty and they treated me horribly! But At least this time, the whole couch is the same color. The customer service here is atrocious, led by a manager whose priority is to win arguments rather than help customers. Avoid this store and take your money elsewhere. Anywhere else will treat you better. Attached are images of the couch. You make your own determination of whether it’s a mismatch or not. I bought the couch early October didn’t get the final one until January and still wrong.

Bad service judy that sold us the furniture said we have it in 2 weeks and it took a month to get she also never returned are call’s let’s just say I will never do service with ashley furniture again, and she offered us a gift card for bad service and she never gave us it , so for anyone that want’s service with them be careful

I have some words for those who are considering getting furniture from this place…..JUST RUN AND DON’T DO IT!!!!!! Ashley’s is a hot mess and they are horrible with customer service. They are quick to take your money but they are slow to help and never get back with you and want to always downplay any issues. They delivered most of my furniture damaged and the store manager said “these were minor things that could be touched up in 15 mins”. This is unacceptable for buying more than 7,000 dollars in furniture. Let alone I got platinum delivery which says that these delivery guys are supposed to take the boxes with them but they hide them on someone’s else’s property right next to me let alone I could get fined for this! I want my delivery fee back because everything came damaged and I had to do additional work to break down these boxes and dispose of them which is what I paid for! This is unacceptable and I recommend everyone go to Bob’s Furniture instead because they ended up bringing by everything I ordered and they were quick and everything was in great condition. DON’T FALL FOR ASHLEY’S SCAM!!!!!

Won’t be buying anything ever again at Ashley/Morris. They sell cheaply made, expensive furniture. Bought a recliner from this store and only had it a week, sat in it and it made a Loud pop sound. Now it won’t recline and leg kick stand won’t come out. Called and they made me pay $100 since I picked the order up and didn’t have it delivered. They then sent me to a warranty company, scheduled a tech to come out in 2 weeks. Finally tech showed up, walked in the house and was here 5 mins. Took 2 pictures and said it needed a new mechanism and he would order it, should be here in 2 weeks, then I have to call the warranty company back and schedule another tech to come out which would Be another 2 weeks. So I won’t have a working recliner for well over 2 months. Update 12/20: sent email to this Aja person that replied to my review and still haven’t heard anything. Such poor customer service, I wish I would have looked at the other reviews of this store before I chose to step foot in there. Seems like everyone gets screwed and Aja says reach out to them to make it right. I wonder if anyone else that got screwed with crappy furniture has had any good customer service. Telling all of my family and friends to avoid this place like the plague.
