Ought a sectional paid over $3500. And is is the most uncomfortable sectional I have ever had. It's hard the lay on hurts legs because uneven chase makes squeaky noise every time you lay on it.i had purchased 1 sectional it was to large for my roomi had returned it and picked another they removed all the discounts theygaveme on 1st sectional and charged me more for the new one which was cheaper made product. I will never purchase furniture from here again very dissatisfied./Ashley furniture responded to this review and told me that sorry we can't help you so I told them so I'm just supposed to live with a $3, 500 extremely uncomfortable sectional that's uneven when you lay on it and they said yes sorry so my advice don't buy anything from the store because it isn't customer satisfaction guaranteed it's not guaranteed for you to be satisfied by this company customer satisfaction guaranteed is a joke
Furniture is cheaply made with a high price. Don’t honor extended warranty as described, people are extremely rude and lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!. Go to Big Sandy much better over all. Horrible experience all around.
Sales associate was very pleasant to work with. The delivery went fantastic. The guys were very informative as to when they would be at our house and they were very quick and nice guys during the delivery of our couch
I would not recommend anyone purchasing furniture from this place. I bought a sofa and loveseat here and found out it’s cheaply made but they charged a high price. The bottom has tore loose 3 times and it is unusable. The saleswoman that sold it to me Judi said I would have a extended warranty on it that would cover everything but that wasn’t the truth because the people that take care of the extended warranty told me it does not cover this problem that if I wanted it repaired or if it could be repaired that I would have to pay for the repairs so they have cheaply made furniture and sale them at high prices. And they don’t tell you the truth about what the warranty covers. I’ve tried contacting the store but it’s a recording that will not allow you to contact them and I tried calling Judi on the number she gave me but she never returned the call. This is unprofessional and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They have a lot of complaints from others who have purchased furniture from that store on Centre Dr in Fairborn. This was my first and last time I will ever buy anything from them. If I could of given them no stars I would of. So Buyer beware. Since posting this I heard from Ashly management and they posted here for me to contact them, well I did and they do not want to be professional or fair , they said the warranty expired which someone lied to me because I was told by the lady that sold this unusable chair that I would have a 5 year warranty. I will NEVER buy their furniture again,
My dad bought a living room suite on 8/30. He had gone a few days before and found what he wanted. He brought me to see if and decided to purchase. The salesman was nice enough that day. When he was buying the furniture, my dad was asked if he wanted a few pieces the first week of September or if he wanted all the pieces together on 9/13. He chose to wait a week and get it all at the same time. He had me check online to check if the timing of the delivery was on the website. I then found that the estimated delivery was 10/20…a whole month after the original delivery date. My dad called the store and wasn’t able to talk to his salesman. He called again today. The salesman was extremely rude. He said that he never said it would be on 9/13…but my dad and I both heard him. He argued with my dad and threatened to cancel my dad’s order. My dad asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call my dad back within the hour. My dad had not heard from him in 3 or 4 hours, so he called him back. He was again met with extreme rudeness. My dad chose this store because he had a bad delivery experience with another furniture store, but this experience has been much worse. Do not buy from Ashley’s unless you want to be treated badly.
Purchased a couch, love seat & end table from this store the end table is damaged has chips on it and is not in good shape considering it was supposed to be brand new. This store/ company customer service has gave us the run around on replacing the end table. Customer service sucks don't recommend this company at all. And definitely won't be buying from them again

AS OF 9/22/24 NO-ONE HAS REACHED OUT SINCE YOU STATED SOMEONE WOULD!!!!! I do not recommend buying from this location. My daughter purchased a bedroom frame, night stands and dresser with mirror and it had a bunch of chips and some damage and after months of broken promises they never followed through with making it right. The only thing they care about is the sale/commission. To add salt to the wound instead of taking off the $200.00 they said they would since April they mailed her a $200.00 gift card. Why would we ever buy anything from there again. Horrible experience!!! Someone reached out and said the store would be contacting us and the store is the one that refused to work with us so not sure what the next steps are??

My uncle (who is 83 years old) ordered a bed from this location to be delivered to his home and has been waiting over a month (sleeping on the mattress on the floor). The bed has been broken each time it was attempted to be delivered (3 different times) and now has been told it will not come for another week. All they will do is give him $300 off for each bed that wasn’t delivered. I am appalled by this.
Judi was amazing when it came to answering our questions. She was low pressure, letting us shop and just checking in every so often. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions quickly. Overall a great experience!

Delivery service was great. I had the date well in advance. The 3 hour window a couple of days in advance. I was notified when I was next and the delivery was on the way. Delivery team was professional, fast yet detail focused. They left the place clean.
I’ve always had good experiences with this store! Only issue I’ve ever had was once they delivered two pieces of furniture instead of one. I was able to get it quickly fixed. I’ve bought a bed, bed frames, couch, table, and outdoor furniture from this store over the years.

We ordered $10k worth of furniture, one being a purple mattress. I didn’t like it after one day and asked to return for a different purple mattress. They say we can’t return it unless we buy a $140 purple pillow and a mattress protector from them. What sense does that make?! They would rather lose out on a $10k purchase than to replace a mattress that I planned to still buy from them. 100% don’t recommend. This is also something that should be verbally mentioned before purchase.

I came to the Beavercreek Ashley store with my Mom to look at adjustable beds and mattresses. Judy was phenomenal!! She took her time answering all of our questions while we tried several mattresses, pillows, and adjustable bases. Her patience was wonderful. We went with the intention of getting a good deal on an amazing product, and I believe we succeeded. The entire experience was low stress, and the sales people didn't pressure us at all. In fact they let us roam around and just touched base with us a couple times about pricing on items we were interested in. They set up delivery the following week, and the delivery guys were friendly and punctual. Will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture in Fairborn for anyone needing high end furniture, at a great price!

The sales person Monica is amazing but the delivery department is absolutely horrible. They have set my delivery window for 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM when I asked them if they could change it, they said they cannot change my delivery time. I mentioned that I’m moving and cannot change my delivery date. They said in a following message we can change your delivery date but I already mentioned that I was moving so I cannot change my delivery date in a previous message. Then in response to that they said they handle hundreds of deliveries a day and they have no control over what time frame they set up people for, I’m sorry But that’s kind of hard to believe because who’s really buying furniture right now and as a person who works in the service industry that is not the answer that I would’ve ever given a paying Customer. Multiple phone calls was essentially pointless because there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me. I tried to contact the store multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Very frustrating. Just be advised if you’re ordering furniture from Ashley they may schedule you a 6:30 AM drop off on a Saturday morning.

UPDATE: After countless calls, they finally returned a call to have it repaired after this review, to which they sent someone who ordered parts. This was in the end of January. It is now April and I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone once again to have the new motor installed. At this point, this place is rediclous. I will never shop here again. They don't offer a discount or anything they just expect you to sit with broken furniture you paid over 4k for. While they ignore any attempt to contact. This is not how you handle yourselves as a business. Store is impossible to get ahold of after delivery on top of being told dec. 15th and it no arriving until January. We also ordered 2 end tables but upon delivery only received one of them and found out the other was never even ordered to begin with. We bought a sectional and noticed the day of delivery that one sides recliner doesn't work at all. Tried calling the customer service they said to call the store and were rude. The store won't answer or return your calls. Called the lady who we bought the couch from card and no answer as well, so pretty much paid for poor service. Definitely won't be shopping here again after this.

The purchase was fine, the follow up and service has been abysmal. The couch cushions wore down within 2 months, been fighting for 5 months to get them replaced. The quality is poor, go elsewhere.

After payment, good luck trying to get ahold of the store for help. They don’t answer the phone or return a call from a voicemail. This has happened with 2 separate orders I have made over the last year. I will never purchase from them again. My couch was delivered with a stain on it. I called the store multiple times. One person randomly answered telling me I need to send pictures to an email address and they will replace the couch. I follow the instructions and was offered $90 off OR to have a tech come out and “repair” it. I did not pay this much money for a couch to come damaged. I do not want it repaired. I want it replaced. If I wanted a repaired couch, I would have went to an outlet store. I sent a response back to their email and never heard back. Customer service only takes emails. Edit: had to order my recliner, took over 3 weeks... then another 4 days. She was not helpful anymore. I sent her a text early morning when it FINALLY came in and she didn't text me back until 4:30. The warehouse had text me for pick up but not the hours so I looked it up but website was wrong. We showed up before closing but they had closed a few mins early. Kathy blamed me. I finally got my chair the following day but I will never do business again with them. They don't care once you purchase the item, your on your own. Extremely bad communication! Kathy was fantastic! Showed us every recliner in the store. When I came back she jumped right in taking care of us again. Will definitely be back. A+++ customer service for sure!

I recently moved to the area and needed some new living room furniture. I had already looked online and had an idea of what I wanted. Kathy greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me choose which option would be better and was patient as I walked around the store looking for other things. She also made sure items were price matched and that delivery was able to be made the same day as others I had scheduled so I wouldn’t have to take off work more than necessary. I highly recommend this store and Kathy. I will be going back if I need something else.

Long Short: Unreliable for military PCS planning Went to Ashley Furniture 3 months ago to get new night stands before my move across the country. After 2.5 months, we finally received the delayed night stands...but they were not the correct model or color. Ashley offered to replace the nightstands and upgrade to a slightly more expensive model (at no additional charge for our troubles). Now 2 weeks later, we were informed that the replacement nightstands are on back order and that they will not have them in time for our move and that they lack the ability to ship them to us in Alexandria, VA. So after 3 months I have no time to try again for furniture because of my moving timelines, I have no night stands, and will have to deliver the original, incorrect shipment back to the distribution center myself to get a refund. Overall, Ashley furniture failed us before our PCS, and given their claim as the largest furniture manufacturer in the US indicates that customers are just numbers to the larger industry. The only silver-lining is that Jason, the team member who helped us after the incorrect shipment, was very kind and responsive. He stayed on top of the order status and let me know as soon as there was an issue.

Dear Morris Furniture I’m very disappointed and upset today. I love buying from you guys and I absolutely love the quality of your Furniture. But today your delivery team, made me never want to buy from you guys again. Let me start off with how careless they were. They dropped my bed outside several times. They banged it against my stairwell several times. And they dropped it out of the box outside my front door. It wasn’t an accident. He opened the box and purposefully allowed it to hit the ground. Then once they brought the pieces into my home, they laid the side railings on my floor and then walked with both feet on my railing! That man was at least 200 pounds. They chipped a piece of that railing as well. I waited 3 weeks for this bed and spent thousands of dollars and paid hundreds just for the white glove delivery! Not to even mention how unprofessional they were. They argued with each other the entire time on who was grabbing what box. They complained to me that I ordered the white glove delivery and that they were upset that they had to take extra time to put it together and that he had somewhere to be today. I’m very upset. I give them 0 stars. And unless something is done, I won’t shop here again . I’m a regular customer and I never complain but today was un called for and I was not treated with the customer care that I paid for. And customer care needs to get a hold of me. I attempted to call, and they said to talk to an online agent and the online agent said to call the phone number. The sales team was great at Ashley Fairborn/ Beavercreek. But the delivery team are absolutely horrible and this situation needs fixed.

Buyers beware!!! I have never written a review in my life thats how bad my experience has been. I bought a sectional couch in May. It was delivered mid June. The sections of the couch did not fit together due to wrong hardware. Found out you cannot call for customer care instead you have to chat with a robot on their website. Days later finally got someone to call me all to send a repair man out 2 weeks later. He told my husband it was a hardware problem and he couldn't fix it (as already explained to the lady on the phone.) The next day another lady called and asked again what was wrong with the couch I told her the repair man should have a report and explained it again. She said let me look into it and will call me back. NEVER CALLED! Here it is months later and due to the pieces not fitting together and constantly moving the back of a section is broke. I again reached out trying to get help. They sent an email on November 2nd stating they could not fix the couch and someone would call me within 48hrs. Here it is November 10th and they called my husband's phone and we missed the call. Mind you in each email sent i listed my phone number for contact. Emailed them back immediately withing 2 minutes of them calling and probably wont get a response for another week. Do not spend thousands on a couch from here when you can go to Big Lots and get better quality furniture for allot cheaper.

I've been in the market for a new recliner & dining room table & chairs. For weeks I've had my eye on one, and sales rep Jacqueline was so great to work with to make it happen. I have a small place and the biggest concern was size. After sitting in what felt like 20 recliners, had Jacqueline sit with me at the dining room table (to get a feeling) I found the perfect furniture. I really appreciated her patience making sure the furniture was just right. And it's absolutely lovely in my home. I also appreciate Jacqueline continuing to update me on shipping, keeping me in the loop for possible changes. I hate making a big investment and not having someone follow up to make sure I'm satisfied. She went above and beyond. Worst customer service. Sent a repair man after trying to get warranty service and he couldn't fix it. Was ghosted for months. Went to store multiple times and never get anyone to call us back. Now trying to get a recall repair for months. Horrible that we can't get service or even an update unless we drive to store. No information at all about this repair after 4 visits to store.

The general manager at Ashley’s furniture in Beavercreek his name is Anthony never deal with that guy he is nothing but a liar he’s life to me and my girlfriend multiple times made us come into the store 2 times for gift card we was supposed to get and we still haven’t received it the first time it was come back tomorrow and we will apply the gift card to your account for u to use in store we come in the next day he said he sent a gift card In the mail now when that was never supposed to happen Anthony is nothing but a liar horrible customer service and all he does is give people the run around gift card I was promised has never came and will never come he tells u what u wanna hear to make u feel good until u receive your furniture never and I promise never deal with that guy or the Ashley’s Beavercreek location please ANTHONY IS NOTHING BUT A LIAR. I wish I would have read all of the reviews before I spent money at this location. The manager, Keshawn, and the general manager, Anthony Gimenez literally could not care less about customer service. We had issues with the item that I purchased, we had issues with the delivery. We were Told that we would receive a call back shortly with a resolution to our issue which we never received an issue was not resolved. We were unable to get through to anyone over the phone for over an hour. the customer service line constantly redirects you to the website and when you fill out an online form, they don’t get back with you for several days. This particular location leaves customers in the lurch and does not attempt to help them. They just want you to spend your money and then go away. They all need lessons in customer service

Our experience with Ashley furniture was absolutely atrocious. The workers were very polite, however the overall quality of the entire experience was horrific. After a failed attempt of delivery, our furniture still come significantly late. To add on, all of our furniture had flaws and was in horrible condition. After we addressed this to the employees, they promised us they would do something about it but they didn’t. Only after we talked to the manager was when we got some workers to come over and fix the furniture. But to our shock, they had only drew on the flaw with a little marker. They were at our house for at least an hour, if not more. The entire time they got nothing done and only ruined our furniture more. After this event, we have been going back to the store and they are telling us they will do something about it. Mind you, it has been over a few months now and they still haven’t done anything! Absolutely ridiculous!!

The purchase was great ! the delivery of our sofa and two chairs, ottomans they didn't unwrap the wrapping we were informed they don't do that. This was a lot we are older our son came and helped two weeks later they delivered our dinning table it took 3 men to put 4 legs on wow and damage to one leg. Over all we love your furniture thank you.

Ashley furniture is spreading false advertisement, we ordered a couch the sales person told us it was in stock waiting for delivery then picked my delivery for the next week, 2 days later after purchase, it says the delivery date is a month away and when I call the store they say they are awaiting the couch in stock. Very frustrating that we pay all this money and get told these things just for it to be different.

Chris was unbelievable! He was informative about the chairs I wanted to see that I had found on line and directed us to where they were in the store. He came around periodically to answer our questions and he was knowledgeable and informative. He provided lots of information regarding our possible purchase, including delivery options, warranty options, and how to move forward. I ended up calling him a few days later to lock in the price and put down a deposit. The process was simple, straightforward and efficient. I truly enjoyed working with him and, should I have furniture needs in the future, will definitely return to Ashley and find Chris.
I had an issue with the extended warranty service purchased on my Party Time sofa and chair I went round and round with the insurance company who refused to cover the manufacture defect, In desperation I went to the store, and in five minutes they had my issue resolved with a full refund on the pair. Judi at the Beavercreek, Ohio store was absolutely the best.

Multiple calls,voicemails and emails and we have heard NOTHING! The response was nothing more than to try and save face on their site. Ashley of Beavercreek is a joke! Do not waist your time or money here. By the way, don't bother to respond or reach out to us now. We are done.

Ashley's customer service is just about the worst I have ever seen in the industry. No contact phone number to reach a real person. Communication with customer care must be done via email or "live chat" on the website. Not helpful for seniors that are not tech savvy, maybe Ashley doesn't need the business of Senior Citizens. In addition they closed the warehouse on Saturday, the busiest day of the week for inventory, with no notice only a note on the door to say we are closed today, after scheduling with someone to help pickup my items, I had to reschedule. Seems Ashley/Morris furniture has jumped on the bad wagon and have thrown customer service out the window where a friendly face and a smile is a thing of the past.
Went in on a Sunday afternoon to find a couch and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted. Ann Smith was helpful, not over bearing, and knowledgeable about what they had in stock. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for furniture.

The highest quality I’ve ever seen. That’s sarcasm by the way. One leg was 15 degrees off and all returns require a 15% restocking fee. Oh, forgot to add, it’s a nightmare to unbox and instructions are plain useless.

Our experience at Ashley was great. Cat helped us find the perfect bunk bed for our kids room, and even made sure we got the cheapest price available. She connected with us on a personal level and did not just treat us as if we were a commission check. Future furniture shopping will be done solely with Cat and Ashley from here on out.

My purchase began on-line reviewing products I was interested in since I find Ashley to be a reputable retailer and they have a great selection. Once I arrived at the store, I was met by my sales associate AJ Jallaq. I explained to AJ that I knew what collections I was interested in and that I had looked at them on-line, all I needed was some time to compare them in person before getting any questions answered. AJ was great. He stated he would leave me to my shopping and check back regularly to see if any assistance was needed. It was a great interaction, very helpful with no high-pressure sales tactics just respect for my preferences as a customer. AJ was very helpful with my inquiries and helping me with some discounts I was not aware I was eligible for as we finalized the sale. This was awesome as I believe he cared as much for the customer as he did the sale. I purchased a complete dining and living room with accessories. AJ's help didn't stop at the sale, my order came in three stages due to availability (no long wait for any of it). He was quick to respond to my emails and making certain delivery was completed and what could be expected next. The furniture is fantastic, beautiful and sturdy. Ashley's delivery team during the three deliveries was professional and friendly. Overall, a great shopping experience.

After 2 failed delivery attempts we finally got our furniture and the delivery is just a drop and run everything in boxes for us to put together and the loveseat on its side. We received a delivery from Costco the same day and everything was unwrapped and set up big difference Ashley needs to a lesson in customer service and delivery. ***Update, the 2nd part of our order was delivered and this time they did unwrap the sofa and chair but unfortunately there was a cushion missing and some minor damage on the couch. The delivery people took a picture of the missing cusion and said someone would call us. Since then I have called and gotten thier loop of sending you online that ends with saying to call the number. I have texted the salesperson, emailed customer care and left messages with no response at all. This is by far the worst customer service. BTW the first response from Aja above went unanswered when I tried to contact her by phone and email. So if the company really wanted to resolve a problem they should have contacted me instead of making a bogus reply. I have attached more pics.

We purchased a full living room set on 08/27/2022, as of 09/13/2022 there is no word on when our delivery will be completed, the website says it was estimated for 09/03/2022. We are just waiting around with no contact to be given any idea of when we will receive our furniture. Update 09/24/2022: I had to cancel my order of almost $6000. I was told on 09/18/2022 that my furniture would be ready today, but I never received a phone call to schedule the delivery. I went to the store and was told that my last item would now not be ready until mid-October. I asked if I could schedule everything else to be delivered, and they said that it couldn't be delivered for another week. I called their bluff and went and rented a U-Haul truck and came back and said I want my furniture that IS ready. The rep then said that it was at his distribution center and I was told it was 8 minutes away, I asked for a manager. The manager comes out and says my furniture was NOT READY and I could not pick it up, and that it wouldn't be ready for a few weeks. I ask why I was lied to, and he had the nerve to say "nobody lied to you." I call setting expectations, getting the run-around, and expectations not being met LYING. Then the manager had the nerve to say, "Well supply chain issues are a thing." To which I responded that supply chain has nothing to do with me being told that my items were ready and waiting to be delivered and that not being the case. After being lied to, disrespected, and STILL NOT HAVING FURNITURE, Ashley and the Morris Furniture group will NEVER have my business again. This is a warning to any potential customers, you may pay thousands of dollars, and not receive your items for months, if at all.

My partner and I went in to browse. We were immediately greeted, as happens in many stores, by a salesperson. They must work on commission because they followed us around the store despite our asking just to look. The awkwardness culminated when she asked us to sit on any bed and fill out a contact sheet that was supposed to fulfill some donation scheme. When we said we would rather not she said we didn't even have to use our real information. Pushy and a lack of integrity.
Update August 6, 2023: After re-calling Ashley/Morris Customer Care as well as emailing them a rep from Ashley/Morris called. They said they would hurry and get our repair done today August 6 instead of having to wait till September 1. Remember we got this couch in April. The 3rd party technician came (who was very nice) and said he could only repair part of the fabric. The repair now looks worse than the original damage from when Ashley delivered the couch. Just FYI, Ashley/Morris representative that called me said we are not able to return this item, even if we are unhappy with repairs since we had what she called "threshold delivery". That means they don't set it up. We never knew this as we just paid for delivery and were informed by the sales person that sold us the couch that they would set everything up. Our money has been wasted. Buyer beware!
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service i have ever had in my life!!!! I have waited almost a year for my furniture to be told that it can't be delivered. They will not find another alternative just that its my problem. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop somewhere else!
Great sales experience, but it's been TERRIBLE ever since! They gave me terribly damaged chairs as part of an $18,000 furniture order and trying to get replacements has been a nightmare! I called the store, and the chairs are in stock, but their "customer care" team insists on sending me replacement parts instead. I have been waiting for over a month, they can't even give me a date. They are heavy sales on the front end to make you feel all warm and special, but then after sending you broken garbage they are of no assistance and impossible to get a hold of. I would recommend Value City Furniture, I got some stuff from them around the same time and they have been AMAZING!
TLDR: If you are considering Ashley's Furniture for your needs, I would recommend reading this first. I bought some other furniture at the same time from Value City Furniture in Centerville, Ohio. The experience and attentiveness to my order has been amazing! I would recommend just saving your money and heartache and go there if you can. Ashley's does not stand behind their furniture very well in my opinion.The front-end sales experience was awesome. After that, it's been pretty frustrating. Nearly everything I ordered back when I went to the store in June was backordered. I understand that part to an extent, there are a lot of supply chain issues right now. There were some items in stock, of which included the 6 dining table chairs. I picked them up from the warehouse that day and they came packaged 2 per box (3 total boxes). We did not open the boxes right away (since the actual table was backordered a couple weeks) and sat them in the corner of the kitchen. Once the table arrived, we opened them to assemble the chairs and one box had 2 chair backings that were both destroyed and unsalvageable (see pics). I called the store, and apparently they don't help with this kind of thing. They tell me to call "customer care" - which I put in quotes to note sarcasm. What a terrible, terrible experience. They tell me that they will put in a parts replacement order for just the broken piece - presumably because it saves the company money and who cares if I have to sit around and wait for my chairs? I've been waiting for over a month now for replacement parts for the chair backs that came to me damaged. No one can even give me any kind of date, how long, etc. I called the store again today and they could not help me again. I asked if the chairs were in stock and the person helping me told me yes somewhat sheepishly. You get that - the chairs are IN STOCK, but I am waiting endlessly for a replacement part order for items I received damaged over a month ago? Probably because he can see how ridiculous the entire situation is. I am willing to take the box to the warehouse myself to swap it out with a new box of 2 non-damaged chairs but apparently that is too logical. Ashley Furniture's "customer care" team is terrible, non-responsive, difficult to reach, and the store itself is about useless - they just tell you to call customer care. Round and round we go. I spent a TON of money here - to the tune of over $18,000. That doesn't make me more important than others, but it does make it a little more frustrating for me than others in my opinion.
The first and second delivery team was great and friendly. However, this whole experience with Morris Furniture and Ashley Furniture has been abysmal. I had a confirmed delivery time of this morning between 0630-0930, when I checked the tracker after 0930, the time had moved to 1230-1530. When I called the customer care line to let them know I had to go into work, I was on hold for 45 minutes and never got ahold of everyone. I actually drove and went into the Ashley store to speak to the manager while I was still on hold. I'm not sure if they got the message, but my furniture delivery team arrived at 1500. When the team arrived, they assembled the head board, but the team who was here previously, took the foot stands with them. This was not the team's fault that delivered the headboard. Now I have to wait up to 21 days for foot stands that should have already been delivered. The whole bed set should have been complete last week. I just finished week 1 of sleeping on the couch and now am going to have to do the same for the next 1-3 weeks since my bedroom is cluttered with furniture parts. There has been no apology from Ashley or Morris Furniture. I will not order from them again, and I am letting my friends, family and co-workers know of my experience and to avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of better options in the Dayton area.
If you are buying at the Fairborn/Beaver Creek location ask for Jim Gard he was absolutely amazing. Was very patient when we looked around giving us space to browse. Answered all of our questions. Gave a super quick and amazing quote to seal the deal with us buying our new couches. Will 100% be back to buy the rest of our furniture with him!!

Bought 5 yr extended warranty on purchase. Furniture frame broke after 2 years. Called to make claim and was informed that the warranty does not cover the frame.
First time buyer there. The staff was great and I purchased a beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery service lacks, piece damaged when I received it, after repeated calls and emails was told 40 days before anyone can come out to look at furniture. Not impressed with their customer service or delivery service.

I placed my order on February 19th, 2022. My order was set to arrive on March 19th, 2022. However, I only received 1 complete bed & they did not bring the second bed frame!! I called customer service and was told that the headboard was still at the shop and that they would expedite the rails and footboard for another delivery. On March 23rd, 2022 I only received the headboard to the second bed!! I called customer service again and they connected me with the store manager. He preceded to tell me that this particular bed was discontinued, that he would call me by noon on Saturday (3/26/22) to discuss this further, and possibly pick out another bed frame. I never received a call so I went back to the store to speak with him directly. (I had the headboard with me) Which I had to take back to the warehouse myself!! I decided to cancel the second bed frame in it's entirety and have yet to receive my refund for it. I definitely do not recommend buying anything from this particular store. They are only worried about making a commission rather than having the customer satisfied with their orders!! My items were not even wrapped up in plastic!!! I am extremely upset about this experience and will NEVER shop at this company again!!!
ASK FOR CHUCK! We went to Asley and bought a couch and recliner. It was IN STOCK! Delivered in 2 days. We liked it so much we went back and bought another recliner. A couple days later I noticed the furniture was on sale at a significant price reduction. I called back and spoke with Chuck and he got with his manager and credited us back the difference. Chuck is very nice, informative, and professional. GREAT NO HASSLE experience!!
We purchased a sectional for the basement and they attempted delivery 4 times. The first time the delivery team had 2 men. The one in charge was discourteous and rude, unhelpful, didn't listen, broke the couch, got mud on my carpet, and then tried to leave without completing the job on the other pieces. Contacted the store. The lady who answered said she would email as well about the new couch.They tried to send a repair person, great guy really but I didn't purchase a broken and repaired couch, I ordered a new couch.The 2nd delivery team was much nicer but they drug the couch across the sidewalk and ripped a hole clear through the fabric into the wood. The store this time was completely unhelpful and offered no assistance whatsoever.The 3rd delivery team was great but the store tried to send a used, dirty, repaired couch. No. I paid for a new one. The store this time was completely unhelpful and offered no assistance whatsoever. This time I went in. The manager gave me a customer care number but offered absolutely no other assistance and was dismissive "We have nothing to do with the deliveries".The 4th delivery team was great as well. I informed them how the couch needed to go down into the basement to fit but they wanted to try a different way. It didn't work but they were very careful with the couch and I appreciated that. They brought it back up the stairs and were concerned to try it my way. I told them I would take care of it. They were very hesitant to not get it to the basement but I told them I truly didn't mind. They positioned the couch the correct direction and left. As I said this was by my request. I didn't want another mess on my hands and REALLY needed my couch.My daughter and I had it down and in the basement, unharmed, before they pulled away from the house.The issue in all of this is some of your delivery teams needs trained to not drag furniture on concrete. Your Logistics team should NEVER try and pass off used junk for new. Listen to homeowners. They actually know there homes. And the head delivery guy from the first time should be fired. And your stores that sell the items should take some form of ownership.So I am out a vacation day at work for having to babysit deliveries, and I'm out the time involved, and I'm out the cost of "White Glove Service" which I did not get.And I have to clean mud off my carpet.Oh, and I will never by anything from Ashley or Morris again that needs delivery. You have ruined that.Which means, I'll likely never buy from Ashley and Morris again period.

The worst experience I've ever had with any store in my entire life. I was shopping for a sofa in September and the sales person was extremely pushy (no surprise, but it was still jarring how pushy he was) and unprofessional. He convinced me to get a particular sofa because he claimed they had multiple in stock, and I was moving in October so I wanted something I could get delivered soon. He assured me numerous times that they had this particular sofa in stock and I would get it in 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came around, I was told I wouldn't get it until November. When November came I was told it would be around January. When January came I was told February. And in February I was told it might be until April. I had enough of the lies and wanted to exchange the one I was waiting on for a sofa that they actually had. When I swapped it, the sofa that got delivered, after waiting another 3 weeks, was so uncomfortable. They also forgot 2 of the legs for the sofa. When I called about the legs I was told they would ship the other 2 in 7-10 business days, and once they arrived I had to call again to schedule a date for someone to come out and put them on. I had enough of the awful customer service and clear lack of urgency. When I called and said I wanted a refund and told them to pick this sofa up, they told me they couldn't get a truck out until 22 days from when I called. In the meantime, I went to another store and got a great sofa delivered in the amount of time that I was still waiting for Ashley to get their sofa. I was told my refund would be put into my account 7 days after they picked up the sofa. I called after 7 days and they said the manager forgot to process my refund and they would tell her to process it. I called 9 days later and was told the refund still has not been processed by the manager. This place doesn't care about customers at all.
The salespeople are very helpful and willing to make competitive offers. They have a wide range of products for different tastes / needs. We will be coming back in the future.

Owned one of their recliners for less than a year before it started jamming up and not working properly. Reached out to Ashley to be met with 30+ minute wait times trying to have it covered under the $150 protection plan they talked us into buying. Still no response from Ashley, and this follows after their $200 delivery and setup fee turned out to be them dropping it off (still in packaging) in my living room. Don't buy from Ashley Homestore. If you do, setup/delivery fees and the protection plans are $350 of being ripped off. Save your money.

Now they’re saying they can’t do compensation for the items that were delivered a year ago because it’s been too long so I’m SOL. How is it MY FAULT it took forever to get my items?! This company is an absolute joke. They will lie to you and lie to you some more. They only care about the money they make, not about the customers they deal with. I spent almost 10,000 and they only want to give me $300 as compensation for them ordering the wrong items, the delivery people lying to me and being incredibly rude, guys didn’t even put the feet on my bed, broke my personal property, and again. Horrible experience. Waited 3+ months for my furniture and only my couch and loveseat came in. Other items still waiting on. Than set up delivery which I got an email and text saying they would deliver between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Also in the email and text was they would call 30 mins in advance when they were on their way. Well they didn’t call until they were at my front door at 1pm. I started moving my old couch, 5 mins later I looked out and the drivers were already gone. When I called the store they told me the drivers wouldn’t be back that day and I would have to wait until Tuesday (which was 4 more days) until they can deliver again. Suggested I either move my couch back into the house or go without for those 4 days when in fact it was a mistake on their end. 1. They did not call ahead of time like stated. 2. They were early for delivery. On top of that I asked if they could find someone else to deliver it the next day and the salesman told me no they only have 1 delivery company they work with and when I talked to the manager I asked who the company is that delivered my stuff he said I’m not sure what company/team delivered your stuff we work with multiple different ones. Oops someone lied to me!!!

While you are purchasing , the over all great experience you are getting goes away the minute you buy. I can’t get a person on the phone … i paid extra money for a 5 yr warranty … called the company and I was denied ????? Said to call store and get it covered under warranty there.. days now ..I keep trying and I have been on hold … after care service is non existent …unbelievable

Don’t fall for the “We will have it in store in a few weeks” bit... 8 months later and I still don’t have a complete sectional. Just keeps getting pushed back and back and back. The worst part is no one at the store can give you an actual delivery date. They just go, “It might be here (insert date) but I wouldn’t hold my breath”. It’s just ridiculous… will never be doing business here again.
Nathan at Ashley in the Columbus area was very helpful. He gave me honest info on a couch that I had not seen and followed up regarding payment and delivery.
Can you rate less than one star? Cause extremely disappointed is the tip of this ice burg of a crap fest business. I ordered 3bands of furniture 4months ago where they gave me expected dates. So come time, instead of being notified of new arrival times, I spend over an hour on hold. Second arrival dates come up and guess what? Same thing. At no point was I contacted about the change instead I had to waste my time on hold again to figure out the new arrival from the parent company. The lack or missing of respect, communication, and formality is very disappointing and I do not look forward to further business with them but I need the rest of the set to my furniture let's see how long the suffering continues...

Good customer service in store by the people making the sale. My order was delivered damaged and I have called numerous times and have waited on hold for hours. After several days of calling and holding for hours, I was finally given a service date for someone to come out. They never called and haven't showed up. I spent $2500 for this set. Customer service shouldn't be this bad. Run! Don't waste your money.

There was a great selection of affordable furniture and my husband and I appreciated that we were able to shop peacefully without feeling pressured. James helped us out and checked in with us periodically and was lovely to work with while picking out our furniture pieces.
Lousy service. No problem getting the sales, but customer is screwed from there. Customer service team should be honest with screw ups instead of blanket "COVID" excuse. Still haven't received a couch that is paid for. If you're buying from here, make sure you can walk out with it that very day.
I love the sales on furniture selections and the customer service that we got. Kevin was awesome help in selecting our furniture with us. His patience throughout us selecting our living room furniture was awesome. I will definitely be back at Ashley’s‘s for more furniture when we need it. Thanks

Ordered bed in March, have been lied to three times about receiving my bed in shipments that never existed. Do not order as you will never receive your items.
Do not recommend this place at all. We ordered a bar top and stools. They were suppose to be delivered between 12-3. The deliver guys brought the stools. Then they said they had to go back to the warehouse to get the table. One deliver guy shows up after scheduled delivery time and expects me to help with the delivery when we paid for delivery and set up. Then the sales guy talks to my wife and he says we can come pick up a new one that isn't put together at the warehouse after saying he would waive the delivery fee. So we had canceled our plans today to wait for this delivery that was a trainwreck. Safe to say we will not be buying from Ashley Furniture again.

Very nice! Selection and pricing was great. I was interested in a specific living room set. Pricing was good. The thing that killed the deal was a $199 delivery charge. The deal stopped there.

Bad customer service response and attendant hang up on me!!!! Don’t buy, don’t loose your time and money… this is way above and beyond COVID…. I ordered my dinning set back in January 2021 with promises date for end of March. In March when I call to confirm I was informed that my order was delayed and new delivery date was May 2021. Again may date has been rescheduled to June and June “finally” I got a call confirming my delivery date. I was excited about it until the team come to my house to delivery and put together my dinning set. When they start assembling it one piece was missing and they left my house a mess and never come back. When I call customer service the person who answered my call told me the part has to oreded and it would take 10 business day to delivery. At the moment (8/2/2021) I’m still waiting on the missing part and nobody get back to me as promised by the store and by customer service. Very frustrating and upset.
We ordered a bedroom suite in March. They said bed would come first. They brought the mattress and frame but had lost the legs. Slept on the mattress on the floor for 2 weeks. While we waited for them order new frame. They brought the frame and it works great. Still waiting on bedroom suite: dresser, mirror and 2 night stands. It was been 5 months. Every time I call they tell me it will be next month. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me i could not get a refund because I have had the bed to long. They are very unprofessional. I will never buy from them again. If they are having a hard time getting certain furniture in than they should not be selling that item. Edit to this review, we did finally get our night stands. It took one year and eight months from the day of the purchase.
We are happy with the product we purchased (chaise sofa). The staff were friendly, professional, and understanding of our needs. Kudos to all of the staff there. Our sales associate: AJ Jallaq was awesome. He knows his product and was great at listening to us. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a purchase that we would regret. Highly recommend this Ashley Store on Dublin/Granville Rd in Columbus.

My sister bought 4 end tables at Ashley and decided to pick them up at warehouse 3 are ok one was not they wouldn't take it back I watched three other people pick up stuff and never opened the boxes 6/26/21 we will never buy anything from Ashley or Morris again you lost a good customer over a 150.00 end table do the right thing
When making the purchase of the couch (May 2021) we chose we were told the item was in stock. Then a few days later I got an email advising it was out of stock out of stock and given an estimated deliver date of August. I called the store and was told it would come much sooner than that. For a month now I've been told "it'll be in stock next week" every week. The sales team was nice but I feel I was mislead into purchasing an item that was actually out of stock the whole time.
Furniture never received!!!Helpful on the sales end but furniture…after 2 months I still didn’t have my couch! Sales person again was helpful, promising delivery the next week. Never received! They refunded my money. I won’t shop there again!!!
Very friendly and professional staff and the furniture and prices were great.
They might have nice looking furniture, but the frustration you will have trying to deal with delivery and customer service is not worth the hassle. Long hold times, delivery service that doesn’t happen during the delivery window and no phone calls to let you know when they will come. They make you pay for “white glove delivery” which includes set up of furniture and removal of trash, but they delivery people refuse to do it. These are services they tell you that you get and then do not make it happen. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
The shopping experience and selection was very good. No pressure sales and attentive assistants. My only qualm was the wait time for delivery. Most pieces I was interested in were 4 weeks or so out for delivery.

Sales team is good enough but do not have them deliver furniture. Delivery teams damaged my home on two different occasions. Second time they damaged the furniture to the point that I had to return it. Would not recommend.
Nathan was incredible. He went out of his way to patiently assist me with each room. My entire apartment looks cohesive. I was able to furnish an entire apartment after a cross country move. Ashley has definitely earned a life time customer. The process was so easy.
The people are friendly. We went to look for a reclining chair, they said they had one. When we got their it wasn't the right color or the right style. Everything is nice but the price is way to high

I bought a couch and love seat from them. I was told they would hold up well with kids and dogs. After 8 months I started having problems with the recliners and frame of the couchs. I am not pleased with this at all. For what I paid these should have held up much longer.
Please consider other places to get a kitchen table or furniture. I purchased a very good looking kitchen table about six months ago and it got somewhat resolved after 4 attempts today. (Minus the fact a delivery driver put a dent on top of the table with one of the chairs and left) The table is well over a $1,000 and is quite fragile. It’s the grey wood that seats six with a bench and extension. I can provide the actual name and receipt info if anyone needs to know. It’s a simple problem Morris could fix over time. #1 is the delivery company they use. They are in such a rush every time they WILL damage your stuff if your not watching them like a hawk. (I feel bad if they are taking on too many deliveries a day BUT still please be considerate) Little to no care what so ever regardless. If you have a problem I present to you #2, their customer service. You will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes every time so be prepared and set a bit of time out of your schedule to finally get a hold of anyone. Also remember if there are any issues with your table you will get pelted with restocking fees if you desire to return. I simply just hope this educated anyone still considering and they don’t have to go through what I had too. Note I’m not the only one with these similar issues.
Ordered bedroom set in January they where supposed to deliver and build it I had to build all first delivery was in February got dressers and the bottom of the bed head board was broken new head board came In early March the bottom that came in first was not even the right one so the wrong one sat in my front room till a week ago when the new one showed up it had no slats to hold the mattress they gave us slats we picked up at the wear house was wrong too the bottom of the bed is broken and the head board is broken so I’ve paid 2,000$ for a broken bed that was wrong 5 times and the best they can do is give a 75$ gift card for there store don’t waste your time and money here this place is a joke
On March 30th, Ashley’s delivered our couch with a missing cushion. Customer service said it would take 3 weeks to order a new one. After three weeks and hours waiting on hold with customer service, Ashley’s says it will be three more weeks until we get the cushion. 🤬🤬 This company is as shady as they come. You call the store and they say call the service center because they can’t do anything. You call and wait an hour on hold for customer service and they say call the store. Also, not one employee at customer service has documented our calls. There is no record of the 6-8 times we have called about the missing cushion. 😡 DO NOT buy anything from Ashley’s!!!!

Our sales representative was helpful, without being pushy which made the entire process worth it. Can't comment on the product as it won't be in for delivery until mid April but the service alone was reason enough to return and refer others!
I had a wonderful experience with the delivery service. They went the extra mile to help make sure the furniture would fit in my basement. When going through an extremely difficult time, the team was kind and helpful to me.
Great customer service. When we first came in we spoke to James. Our next visit we worked with Jared. Both were very honest, helpful and knew when to talk to us and when to let us look on our own. Neither one gave us pressure. Jared helped us with the sale but made sure that James also got the credit for it. Great staff over all, even after I almost broke their kiosk. Overall some of the best people to buy furniture from.

I tried to purchase furniture in October! As of March 2, 2021 I still have not received my $7,229.97 worth of furniture! I rarely get call backs from Supervisors when promised and no one has the authority to help or make decisions when I go to the store. I just want my full refund and advise not to use this company for anything!
DO NOT HAVE THEM DELIVER. They go through a 3rd party delivery company that gives zero $@&# about you, your house, or your furniture. Combine that with Ashley's terrible customer service hotline, and you will be in for a terrible time. Have been waiting on a callback all day and never got one. They delivered half of our order, only set up half of what they brought, and now I can't get any help besides a store associate telling me they are "working on it". Plus they left a razor blade on the floor for our dogs to find and our front door wide open, like they've never used a dang door before.

Amazing service from Leah at the Dublin, Ohio store! Above and beyond. She straightened out an issue with an online order and my new Ashley Credit Card. She then placed my order and got everything arranged for delivery. I have yet to receive my chair but Leah showed it to me in the shop and I know I will love it!
The associate we bought our new mattress from was absolutely amazing! In store experience was awesome. Delivery on the other hand was an absolute disaster. Things were thrown around. There was no regard for my doors or walls. They tried to leave without bringing the mattress upstairs because it was "frozen" and wouldn't bend so my husband had to argue that it would and low and behold it went up the stairs with my husband's help. Trash from boxes were left all in my driveway and front porch. We were told they would take our old box spring and they claimed they couldn't so they left it upstairs leaving me and my husband to have to carry it down and now find a place to dispose of it. Worst experience with delivery I have ever had from anywhere.
Ordered and paid for a sofa and love seat along with a recliner. They said they would deliver when needed after we closed on our new house. Well we called about a month after the purchase and they said it was still on backorder! That was after they told us it was in stock! That was 2 months ago. .tried calling the store and no one answers. Go somewhere else.....
I ordered from Ashley’s in Fairborn they were completely there to meet all my needs while I was shopping but as soon as I placed my order the drama began delivery dates were pushed back and the items that were once available were now on hold . A month later when furniture was delivered after paying extra to assemble it was done incorrectly . If that wasn’t bad enough they delivered the wrong item 5 times talk a bout frustrating still has yet to fix the bed they put together wrong will not be trusting them with my purchases anymore

I was helped by James, and I absolutely adored him. As first time buyers, he made us feel comfortable with the prices, made us familiar with the products, and was completely honest with us about everything. He even made a point to relate with us on personal levels, which was extremely impressive. He was able to answer all of the questions we had, and was able to reduce our total price by over $500 from beginning to end. He was absolutely amazing! We are also waiting to move into our apartment until May, so I love that we can keep our furniture there and wait to get it delivered until our move-in day.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Update: 9 /10/2020 It's been 2 weeks! Still waiting for someone to respond to my email.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It has been about 6 months without our furniture. We have been told 7 different delivery dates and now it is not supposed to be here for an additional 2 months. We were originally told 4 weeks. About two months in a delivery man showed up at our house with the incorrect furniture. I understand the uncertainty due to the pandemic, but I do not understand their poor communication and customer service. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to find out where our furniture went. The worst part is that they took all of our money immediately at the start and refused to refund us while we wait nearly 8 months to get our furniture. No one offers apologies and they continue to sell furniture everyday, even while they have no idea if the furniture is even in production. This is a scam and I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. Every time our scheduled delivery gets close, we get a notice it has been pushed back another month. This is completely unacceptable. Please do not shop here!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY, PLEASE READ!!!! I will never EVER shop with this company again! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This has been the most unpleasant customer service experience in my life. I ordered a bedroom set at the Ashley in Fairborn, Ohio at the end of October. I was told all of the pieces would be in by December, maybe sooner. I got a call a few days later saying that everything would be arriving sooner. I was so happy. The day of delivery, the delivery team informed me that the wrong headboard had been ordered. I was upset, but I worked with Customer Care to get a new one ordered. After waiting a week, the delivery team arrived and told me that the bed pieces were sent with no hardware. Really? How was the bed supposed to be assembled. I was furious, but a manager at the Headquarters helped me with the issue and, after asking, waived the delivery fee. I waited ANOTHER WEEK and missed the delivery team. I had to reschedule for three days later. The delivery team arrived with NO HARDWARE ONCE AGAIN!!!! I lost it at that point. No one could help do anything except offer to send the delivery team out FOUR days later and a gift card. I did not want a gift card because I would NEVER do business with this company again. All I wanted was A BED!!!!!!!! I wanted to be done with Ashley and their unprofessional delivery team so I drove to Fairborn, Ohio to get the hardware myself. The lady from Customer Care assured me that all of the parts were there and would be waiting for me when I arrived. I got home to have the bed assembled after paying a handy man out of MY own pocket and of course, another problem. The latches to the headboard and bolts were missing. A total of 12 pieces. I cannot believe this. I never expected such a big company to have such HORRIBLE service. I will be calling Customer Care to have the items returned. This is an absolute mess. I will be telling everyone to save themselves the trouble and take their business elsewhere!
We ordered all our furniture from Ashley Furniture when we lost our home to tornado. Most of the furniture had chip and the couch has problem lots off pieces were damaged when I received them. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone, I call everyday and have to hold for hours and hours. When u go to the store they just put there hands up and tell you it is not our problem. We also have bought warranty and there is no help for anything. This is terrible customer service for such a large national corporation. I am never going to buy anything from Ashley. After receiving the reply I sent my account number and phone number but there is nothing yet ??? 11/20/2020 Called again and was on hold for 2 hrs no one came and nothin yet. Avoid this place if any thing goes wrong there will be no help. I will have to go to BBB and report them. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Buyer Beware!!!!With so many furniture choices out there, do not go here!!!I recently had a situation with the Beavercreek Ashley store (owned by Morris Furniture) that I want to share and you be the judge. I was looking for a new mattress and headboard. I needed a very specific headboard to match something else and my choices were few. I found one at Ashley that would work so bought both mattress and headboard there to tune of 3k. They were having the election promotion that if Ohio has a certain number of Votes you would get your sale for free (not why I bought it). So I get a call the next morning that the headboard is not available and I would have to pick something else out. There was nothing else I wanted at their store. I ended up buying a mattress and headboard at Furniture Fair (wonderful product and service) . So I called Ashley back and told them I wanted to cancel order since they didn&'t have the product I ordered. Oh No! There&'s no returning because of the promotion. Mind you this was all before the election took place. I believe I should have been able to get out of the deal since THEY backed out of the agreement since they didn&'t have what I selected. Talked to store manager and he was so smug and rude saying you&'ll have to call Customer Service, I can&'t help you! So, I dialed up customer service . . On hold for an hour and a half . . The rep said they would have to call me back on Monday with answer. So Monday comes and I figured I&'m not gonna hear anything so I better call back. On hold again for another hour and a half and finally talk to someone and they flat out say they can&'t give a refund. So fine, I call Ashley back and say bring the bed, along with a bed frame and I&'ll just take the credit for the headboard. So a week later we are scheduled for a delivery and it&'s just about time for the delivery and I noticed on the delivery notice that there is no bed frame! OMG, at this point I may lose it! We had cleared out our bed and given it away in anticipation of having a bed delivered. I immediately called the store manager again and basically he was like oops sorry! So the best he could do was offer me a free frame and have it delivered in a week! I said ok if that&'s my only choice. I was venting my frustration and he basically just said &"have a nice evening&" and I was dismissed. I immediately called Furniture Fair (I was able to cancel the sale I made from them) and they will have a frame for me in a few days. Ashley .. I don&'t need your free frame because there will probably be something that goes wrong with that. Just an overall horrible experience. My advice .. avoid this Ashley store like the plague .. go somewhere where you actually have good customer service and they can at least get your order right.
1. Delivery men very unprofessional. Paid to have furniture delivered, set in place, and sectional hooked together. They brought in the wedge, unwrapped and rub damage on back, proceeded to set the remaining parts still wrapped and not hooked together and started to leave. I told them I paid for them to hook up and they argued with me that it was not on paperwork. Finally convinced them to unwrap and hook up and they only hooked up half of it. 2.Called store to report damage and talk to salesperson and store manager. They both assured me they would send this to customer care center and I would hear back from them. If I do not hear back soon because of covid, to call back which I did call store back. 3. Called customer care center and after waiting 50 min. someone finally answered and I ask about the exchange on section damage pieces and was told nothing in system.. Imagine that. I then called store back talk to female manager on duty who assured me it was in system I called reported damage right away and that customer service could not see what they see. Which I thought was strange but, whatever. 4. Was sent out a repairman. Was not equip to repair because did not know the type of fabric, which was fake leather, so he would have to come back. He came back and proceeded to spray paint damage to match and it would not match so he left. He was sent out again to attach furniture because he could not get it attached before and take yet another picture of serial number and other numbers. 5. Called customer care again and again was told I did not call in time for exchange so would have to be repaired or they could discount it $100 or give $150 house credit for a $2000 sectional and all my problems. I also believe, because I use to work at furniture stores, the wedge had been in another house and returned so instead of ordering a new one, they sent out a used wedge that was already in their store since it was already unwrapped and had damage on it. This saves the store money by doing this. Do not believe I would ever shop here again. Very disappointed at all of their failures concerning customer service.
Shopping was pleasant experience. We were greeted told of special promotions. When we has questions our sale associate was very knowledgeable. Then we were able to roam and shop in peace. When we made our decision the sales associate was very helpful.

The professionalism as well as the patience of being able to conduct business with a pregnant woman and a night shift employee. The kindness and willingness from the associates who delivered our recliner to the manager who sold us our recliner at Ashley Furniture in Dublin, Ohio I couldn't be any happier. They earned my business and were not pushy or trying to make a sell. The delivery staff was an hour earlier than they were scheduled and they were more than willing to do more than was required of them. The willingness to help out and do extra was greatly appreciated!

I only gave you star because giving zero stars is not an option. I was sold a 2 piece sectional and recliner last fall (August 2019) along with an extended warranty to cover anything that may happen to the furniture because of my dog. Long story short, I attempted to file a claim in March/April for puncture marks from my dog and seam separation (yet stitching still intact) that seems to be manufacturer error. I was finally able to file the claim in July after being told wrong information from the warranty company and Ashley. I was finally told in August 2020 that my warranty doesn't cover animals (only reason I bought it) and that seam separation is normal wear and tear...after only 6 months???? No, I don't think so. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of customer care since April. I've requested call backs, nothing. Finally September 23 I finally spoke to someone in Customer Care only to be told my 1 year manufacturer warranty was expired although the store guaranteed me that the warranty would hold since I've been attempting to get a hold of them for months. Customer care told me the store cannot make that decision. The store always says I have to speak to Customer Care and now Customer Care is saying I have to speak to the store. HORRIBLE customer service, they don't care about their customers, misinform about warranties and processes, and are only concerned with making a buck. NEVER again will I do business with this company...EVER.

I was sold a 2 piece sectional and recliner last fall (August 2019) along with an extended warranty to cover anything that may happen to the furniture because of my dog. Long story short, I attempted to file a claim in March/April for puncture marks from my dog and seam separation (yet stitching still intact) that seems to be manufacturer error. I was finally able to file the claim in July after being told wrong information from the warranty company and Ashley. I was finally told in August 2020 that my warranty doesn&'t cover animals (only reason I bought it) and that seam separation is normal wear and tear...after only 6 months???? No, I don&'t think so. I&'ve spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of customer care since April. I&'ve requested call backs, nothing. Finally September 23 I finally spoke to someone in Customer Care only to be told my 1 year manufacturer warranty was expired although the store guaranteed me that the warranty would hold since I&'ve been attempting to get a hold of them for months. Customer care told me the store cannot make that decision. The store always says I have to speak to Customer Care and now Customer Care is saying I have to speak to the store. HORRIBLE customer service, they don&'t care about their customers, misinform about warranties and processes, and are only concerned with making a buck. NEVER again will I do business with this company...EVER.
UPDATE RECEIVED EMAIL SAYING OCTOBER 3RD NOW IT IS CHANGED TO OCTOBER 31ST. OUR COUCH WAS ORDERED JUNE 26. 16 WEEKS TO GET A SOFA!!!!! Sales Lady was Extremely helpful and very nice. But, We purchased a sofa in June and still have not received it. The Blame "Covid" If they knew it is going to take this long they should not ask for full payment. 1/2 down and when it comes in, pay the balance. Ashley is making interest on my money and I have no sofa.
Our experience with this Ashley Furniture store has been horrific! Once your sale is final, expect poor customer service, delay after delay on your items, and you will need to contact the store for updates. The manager we worked with, Chris, does not return your calls and when there has been another delay (in our case furniture back ordered after 3 promised dates and a replacement mattress was never ordered, even though we were given a 16 September delivery date). I left voicemail messages requesting a callback. Spoke with another store representative yesterday requesting a callback and never received one. We ordered a bedroom set and two sets of mattresses and box springs beginning of August. It is 21 Sept and we are not expected to have our complete order until end of October.. Buyer be warned! Even though you are the paying customer you will be extremely disappointed with this branch!
Only bought the couch and love seat because one was gonna come Saturday the 19th Sep and the 2nd til November. Got called later that the love seat is not available and will come November now. Go online they’re only available for deliver December now. Thanks Ashley Furniture.
So we bought a sectional on June 19th, 2020 and were told it would be delivered on July 24th, 2020. That was all fine with us. We were told everything was being pushed back due to COVID which we were aware of too. The man who helped us, Kevin Parks, was very nice, had lots of information for us and was great with any questions we had. I would recommend anyone to work with him he's not the problem at all. We get a call two days before delivery that it has been pushed back to August 20th. We got no calls or "emails" they said we would be sent out to update us on the status of the couch. I ended up having to call them and be put on hold for an hour just to get a simple order update. The lady on the phone said it would be pushed back to September 4th and again we were all fine with that because that wasn't too far away from the August date we had been given but our patience was starting to wear a little thin since I was having to reach out the them to get updates. Again two days from our delivery date we get a call that it has now been pushed back to October 20th and that three of the 5 pieces needed were still not done. At this point we had already had enough. I went in the next day to the Ashley Furniture store and cancelled my order. The nice customer service rep asked me if I was sure and that he could get our couch to us by the end of the week. If that was so easy wouldn't we already have it on our delivery date?!? I politely declined and went through with the whole cancelation. I got a full refund without any problems but I don't know if I would buy from Ashley/Morris ever again even in a pandemic.

Ordered a sofa. It has a hole in it. Called as soon as we unwrapped it. The store said the manger would call. She didn’t. I went in to the store. The “manager” who is also the person who sold me the sofa said I would need to contact customer care but she submitted it for me and she guess she should have called me to tell me that customer care would call. 4 days later. No return call. Currently on hold for 35 minutes to speak to someone. Maybe I should have just bought it online or not all. Seems like the store is of little help or value.

I purchased a dining table which included a table, 3 chairs, and a bench. It was delivered Aug 5, 2020. The bench was damaged (the corner is “ crunched). I made a call to Customer Care and was on hold for 1 hr 20 min before I finally hung up. The next day more of the same— 20 min and hung up. Went into Ashley store in Beavercreek where I purchased it and spoke with the manager (who also sold it to me) and he typed in his computer and told me I’d be called by Friday (2 days) to arrange for a swap out and that one was in the warehouse. I told him to put my name on it. He said he would see what he could do. No call. Called again the next week and was told that the matter was elevated to a supervisor and would be contacted to get this taken care of. I got a message that I needed to provide an email but really just needed to call a number so service and repair could come take care of my bench. Guess what the number was: the same CUSTOMER CARE number that leaves you on ENDLESS hold. I was told when I went into the store that it was understaffed and so better to call or come into the store. So, have come full circle with no help whatsoever, and I have done all the work! What happened to quality merchandise and excellent customer service? I was told that there are no benches currently in the warehouse! What happened to MINE? Why am I doing all the work??? Why isn’t someone scrambling to make it right for me?? SERVICE & REPAIR??? I bought a new one!!! I got a damaged one! Take it away and give me my NEW ONE!! I don’t want a repair! I am getting ready to call them again because 21 days later I still have a damaged bench. I will NEVER buy from there again and recommend that neither does anyone else. 8/27/2020: Just called Brad at Ashley who gave me more runaround. He will contact someone who will help me. I’ve heard this before. I thanked him and he hung up on me. Still extremely dissatisfied and aghast at how poor customer service is there. 9/2/2020: Got a call from Customer Care on 8/27 who told me that since I had not contacted them within 3 days of receipt, that it would be service and repair and not a replacement, and that my first interaction with them was Aug 18. I lost it. I told them (or may have yelled it) you cannot get through on Customer Care and that Aug 18 was NOT my first interaction at all! How would they know? Call attempts and long waits on the Customer Care line cannot be documented. And I HAD been to the store way before then. I got to speak with a supervisor then who said it all again. After much back and forth and a few holds, I get to have a replacement because they discovered it cannot be repaired. I asked that it be brought to my home address (I already alerted Chris to this), and not the original delivery address and that the damaged bench would be picked up. She assured me and changed it in the system. Delivery day set, I got 3 notifications including block of time for delivery to our home address, and 3 notifications for delivery to the original address. My husband waited on hold for Customer Care for 90 minutes to ask them to please NOT deliver to the original address and to deliver to our home address. Set with a window time of 12-4 on Wed, 9/2. This morning at 6:28, we were awakened with a call then 2 more times before I picked up. It was the Ashley delivery guy telling me they would be there to drop off the bench in 20 minutes. I asked if it was for real, and he said yes. It feels retaliatory. Delivered 15 min later and he was surprised that he was to pick up a damaged one. And this is the happily ever after ending of our dream experience with Ashley Furniture. Proceed at your own risk, but be sure to have lots of time on your hands and also lots and lots of patience.

Communication about our order was terrible. The store associates kept saying we would receive email notifications about our order, and we never received any. I had to call the store several times to get information about the order because the customer service line estimated wait times of over 90 minutes, and kept disconnecting me. This happened several times. The store associate we dealt with the most was withholding of information and just kept making excuses, and kept running off at the mouth so fast I had to interrupt her to ask a question. She had a bothered attitude and it felt like she was rushing me off the phone. I didn’t actually get the information I needed until I called on a day when she wasn’t working and spoke with a different associate. After that call I no longer needed to call in, because the second associate helped me get my order rescheduled and answered all of my questions. My husband and I hated dealing with this company, and we will never buy from this company again or any of the affiliated companies. We are also telling everyone we know not to shop with Ashley Home Furnishings or Morris Home Furnishings.
😡 Let me start off by this 🤬 purchase a bed frame & mattress. 1st day: left out headboard & had 2 of the same rails, they said it was sticker wrong 2nd day.. & of course next week. Came with the headboard but forgot the bolts. 3rd day: I want refund of assembly & just give me the nuts & bolts!! I’ll do it myself!! From looking at all the other complaints.. looks like all there order pickers smoke crack before they start working

The store was exceedingly helpful with helping me order my ottoman. I tried to chat with a customer service representative on Ashley.com and they could do nothing for me. I called the store and they matched the price online, saved me $199 in shipping by allowing me to pick it up, and were so friendly! I will be back!
My mother and I had shopped around other furniture stores before we found Ashley's furniture in Dublin, Ohio. James M. was the only sales person out of all the other stores stopped to really help us out. All the others stores we had to keep looking for the sale person. We would have to keep walking all the way across the store each time to find them. James M. was the only one to find us and helped my mom find exactly what she was looking for. She is 78 years old. She had to sit down and James walked over a end table to show her. She loved it and bought the whole set. He was very patient with my mom. She is hearing impaired.
Tonight is the second time I have held for over an hour. AND I STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANYONE PICK UP THE LINE. I ORDERED MY FURNITURE IN STORE ON MAY 12TH. PAID CASH, IN FULL. I AM STILL MISSING MY COUCH AND JUST NEED AN UPDATE OF POSSIBLE DELIVERY!!!

I went to the store to order a tv console/cabinet. They told me those have to be put together and I would have to go to another location to pick it up. The way it was packaged, there was no way to open it and inspect each piece, the box was in good shape and they were busy so we took it home. Sadly, parts we're damaged and the dowels in the middle part we're broke off and we had to rig it the best we could in order to put together. I am so disappointed in this product. I could have ordered from Walmart and got a nicer item for less money. I realize Ashley could not help this, but they are not honoring returns at this time which leaves a customer hanging. Possibly Ashley should choose better suppliers/makers of products they carry in their stores. Thanks

Prices were set well. Not overly expensive. Salesmen was not pushy. He was very patient with us and our 3 children. We were so pleased with the couch we picked out that we got a coffee table as well.
double charged me..sent email to customer service.. no reply..sent text to Judi Crook (sold it to me) with no response..the footboard was damaged. Left voicemails with no reply. physically went to the store and the manager said there is nothing he can do?!? WTH??!! Called internet sales and left a message..still nothing. filed a dispute with the credit card company...their customer service is a joke. I might just get an attorney. It's sad a company like this treats their customers this way.
I ordered a bed and couch and had a delivery date set 2 weeks from purchase. I got a text saying delivery was set for that day and would arrive between 2-6pm. I had arrangements made for someone to help me put together my bed and I got rid of my old couch. Delivery arrived and delivery team said they only had a bed! I did not get a phone call or email from Ashley/Morris about the issue. Then the delivery guys noticed my bed did not have the hardware needed to assemble the bed. So I called customer service and was on hold for over 45 minutes and explained my issues and was told she would call me back that day about the hardware and my couch wouldn’t be here until sometime in July!!!!! Then heard nothing back that day about it, I called next day and was on hold for over another 45 minutes. I had to re explain my story because the lady from the day before did nothing about it. So my hardware was ordered and will not arrive for 7-21 business days!!!!! She also stated that the couch I ordered will “hopefully” arrive July 2nd and be delivered July 3rd but did not seem hopeful. So I now have no couch for another month at least and a pile of wood to be made into a bed for my mattress that is now on the floor. I should just cancel my order and take my business else where because the customer service has not been great at all and I haven’t even received my items that were supposed to be delivered May 26, 2020. I understand with the covid situation it may be delayed but the way it was handled and I was not even contacted at all that I feel like this should be made right to me. I will never shop here again and should have gone to VCF like I had planned!
The amount of customer service from this company appears to be a 0. We had bought thousands of dollars of home furnishings over the years. A couple of years ago we decided to get a new patio table set. We decided to buy the recommended “Concrete” table because it would last a lifetime. Heavy and sturdy and rust free is what we were sold on. I still bought a cover for the table set. Fast forward one year and we are having the table top, arm centers and other pieces replaced due to rusting. No problem, they took care of it. Come one more year and it’s happening again. I email customer service and send pictures in March and never hear back. I wait for the stores to open back after state closure. I thought maybe going to the store would get some type of answer. Nope. They tell me that they will leave a message for customer care to get ahold of me in the next 48 hours, that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve waited on hold for someone to answer for over an hour. I’ve left messages and emails. No response. I was told by the salesman that an extended warranty wouldn’t be needed on this table since it was concrete. Now, he’s not working there and no one is willing to reach out to me to get this issue resolved.

I ordered an entire bedroom set in store/face to face from Ashley furniture store Beaver creek Ohio early March prior to Covid-19. I was informed the bedroom set was on back order and would receive my delivery towards the end of March. Well, of course understandably that date was extended due to the Pandemic. My delivery date was scheduled for today May 22, 2020, my adult son was present during the delivery and was informed once all the boxes were delivered that the bed post were missing. Delivery attempted to contact their supervisor and did not get an answer regarding time or date of parts while still in my home. When my son informed me, the bed could not be set up due to missing parts I was livid. I paid for a bedroom set and delivery cost only to have boxes dropped off at my home without any communications on when this will be resolved. If I were home, I would have told them to take everything back until my bedroom set was delivered and assembled complete. That is like being delivered a car without tires, this is ridiculous, I am paying for delivery and furniture that is unusable. I did contact the Ashley furniture Beavercreek Ohio delivery department after being on hold over 47 minutes. The delivery staff was apologetic with great customer service and indicated that delivery has not notated the systems and she will further contact her supervisor for clarification with a potential delivery date for tomorrow Saturday May 23, 2020. While I looked over the items/boxes delivered I noticed I was missing the dressers. The nightstand, and media chest were present when I asked about my dresser, I was informed the dressers is on back order until May 28! Ashley never communicated this with me, I am finding out this information for the very first time. If I knew this I would have waited for the complete order until May 28th completed with my dresser. This situation has not yet been resolved and now costing me time. After purchases are made the store does not seem to care anymore about customer service. So now I am dealing with boxes dropped off, an incomplete bed, and missing dresser this is not a good business practice.
I ordered two nightstand online through Ashley Furniture. Both pieces were damaged when I received them. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone to tell me how to return the items and have not been given a refund. This is terrible customer service for such a large national corporation. Also, when I posted a negative review of the item on Ashley's page, it does not show up.
Reading reviews about delivery issues through Ashley Furniture made me nervous, but the party that delivered our couch did an excellent job (D-Joda Williams - Superior Logistics Ohio Delivery Personnel). They arrived on time/early and called us 20mins before they arrived. Due to COVID-19 they could not bring it in, but they gave good advice for how to bring it inside.
Purchasing from Ashley Furniture is the absolute worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life! Paid for a leather sectional couch up front and in full of Feb. 2020. Finally received the damaged leather sectional in May of 2020. The replacement piece finally came in Dec. of 2020.. only to be damaged again. The replacement was suppose to arrive in Jan. 2021.. but the delivery guys never show.. only to find out the reason they didn’t show up was because the piece was damaged again. Corporate tells me to go back and pick out a new couch but pay the difference if it costs more.. so I did so and paid again up front in full. Guess what still stuck with another damaged couch in April 2021. I can’t even make this stuff up. 3 day return policy.. even when you don’t receive until months later and always damaged!
First the positive. The salesperson we dealt with was very personable and helpful. Thank you for that. The negative? Delivery and Customer Service was awful. Could not get in touch with anyone in Customer Service...on hold for 90 minutes listening to "someone will be with you shortly" before finally giving up. Delivery was suppose to call 1/2 hour before they delivered but never did. They just left the furniture in the driveway and left! Need to seriously look at whoever is in charge of these two areas. Note after reading other responses: I have already notified AshleyFurniture@gmail.com- as stated in previous (what appears to be canned) responses with the order and customer number on 4/8. Will see if I hear anything.
I will spend more money at another store before i buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again!!!! I placed an order for a king bedroom set on 1/19/20 and it was supposedly a 4-6 weeks lead time. 6 weeks passed , no update from the store on the status of my order. So i called the store and went there in person because i was frustrated. i get there and they are nonchalant about it. Long story short my delivery has been scheduled and cancelled at least 3- 4 times and now estimated deliver is in late May! almost 4 months after mother date! my money could have been earning interest in a CD account. PS: i can't post this review without a star otherwise i would have given them zero stars. :(
Purchased a couch set and said it was to be 2 weeks, the salesperson helping us said he would notify us of any changes. On the day it was due in we called to arrange pick up, to find out the guy was fired and the store manager did not notify us of this and that our purchase was going to be another 2-3 weeks out , great place to go if your looking to get furniture for Christmas, but you’ll have to order by March!!!

I order a living room suit from you all on December 26 and had nothing but trouble getting all the item deliver and still waiting on the cocktail table they have brought pieces at a time loveseat, first then 3 week later couch, that then broke, wait till February 11 and got my couch and end table and now have to wait till March 10 for the cocktail table. You should not have to wait over 2 months for furniture you order will never buy another piece from you all

Purchased over 3500 worth of furniture to be delivered, delivery men unpacked dresser noticed draw broken,took pictures called office,told us to call too, tried calling leaving messages multiple times,unable to get person on phone no return calls ,nothing,will not buy anymore furniture from them will go to store and complain, unable to use dresser,no customer service, emailed and was told cant do anything unless I purchased online not in store
Horrible experience. Was suppose to get a delivery and the truck pulled up and never got out and knocked on the door or anything. They just drove away. Called the store and was told they would be stoping by again to make my delivery. Called 4 hours later and was put on hold to talk to customer care for an hour. And still no answer. You would think that a store with a name like Ashley furniture would do a better job but no they did not.
Had to purchase a recliner for a friend in an assisted living setting. It was made very easy and James was very helpful.
Every..... single..... time we buy furniture from Ashley Furniture it is not in stock, then the date that it's supposed to be in the pick up location IT NEVER IS! We've purchased 13 big pieces from Ashley Furniture in the last 6 years and every time are unsatisfied. There is no one to complain to, they treat customers the way the like because the is NO consequence. The manager Bret at this location said, "go ahead, try calling someone to complain, there isn't anyone but me to talk to". This was regarding a bed that the date of pick up was pushed back FIVE TIMES! I'm done, I'll go anywhere besides Ashley Furniture. Edit: They have given the typical robot response down below which is the same response given to all bad reviews, nothing comes of it.
First, we should be able to give zero star reviews. Next, where to begin? We did our research in advance and knew which sectional we wanted. We gave them the easiest sale ever as we walked in and checked out within minutes on January 4th. The sales woman said during check out that the couch would be delivered on January 11th because they had one coming in on the 9th. Awesome! We were excited that we’d have one the same weekend we were moving into our new house. We get a call on January 10th (the day before scheduled delivery) from the store manager Bret to let us know the sales rep never put a delivery date for our order and therefor they sold our couch to someone else and now we would have to wait until at least February 1st. But our card was charged for the full amount? Obviously we were upset. You know, mostly about the fact that they could charge us for something and never deliver it/fail to pay any attention to a sale valuing thousands of dollars? Guess who clearly couldn’t be bothered with our questions and concerns? The store manager Bret. He was clearly annoyed and had a condescending tone the entire phone call. He offered the very minimum of reimbursing our delivery fee. Which makes sense considering they failed to deliver our couch on time due to their incompetence? I just can’t understand how you can be a store manager and lack the ability to even pretend to care about your customer and their order. My fiancé went down to the store and once again received the same annoyed tone and lack of sympathy or any attempt to remediate the situation. He eventually was told we’d get 10% off the couch but at that point we had zero confidence that the couch would ever actually arrive (especially after reading other recent google reviews some of which mention Bret by name as well). so we took a few days to cool down and ultimately decided to cancel and look elsewhere. You’d be better off doing the same. No discount would make me return to this store/ever trust these people with my money again. Their customer service skills need some serious work.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. My wife and I ordered two loveseats, an ottoman, a chair, and an 8 place dining room table with chairs on 12/21/19. To begin, the purchase process took as long to ring up and order as an automobile sale, and the earliest delivery was today, 1/8/20. The driver dropped off our chair without any legs. He said no problem, he was going to call to get it fixed. Went out to the truck and drove away. I called the store and spoke with Laura, the sales manager, who transferred me to customer care for resolution. After waiting on hold for over a half hour, I called the store back again and spoke again with Laura, the sales/store manager. She confirmed with me that there’s nothing she can do except send an email that will take 3 days to be answered. Her suggestion to my problem was that I put my phone on speaker while waiting for customer service to pick up. I will loudly and boldly guide all of my friends and family away from Ashley and all Morris stores in the future.
Worst customer service of any furniture store I have bought furniture from. I am currently on hold for the 8th time in a 2 week period of time. No one answers the phone and if you leave a voicemail no one calls back. Empty promises is what you can expect. Will never buy from them again.

Employees in store were very nice & helpful but trying to get your purchases delivered is a nightmare. We have rescheduled our bed for delivery three times and now we had to reschedule the rest of our furniture after they didn’t show up again today. Had we known it would be this difficult to get our furniture we would have spent our money somewhere else.

This store has by far the worst customer service. I’m still waiting on a new bed I ordered well over a month ago and nobody there can seem to help me track it down. I’ve left numerous messages through email text and voice mail and actually spoke with people who said they were gonna call me back yet never do! I will never purchase anything from this joke of a business and I Will advise anyone I know to do the same! So meanwhile my 11 year old sleeps on a mattress on the floor since this store is horrible. Beavercreek Ashley Store, Delivery service horrible, been waiting on drawers for bed since Oct!!! Delivery and setup left trash in and out my house first time . 3rd attempt to bring drawers they were 3hrs late showed up at 9 pm. Still waiting for our drawers. Left messages for manager no call back !! But you can bet we got a bill on time!! Nice furniture horrible service!! Wont be back!!

Okay so we called the Ashley Store here in Fairborn and the manager that said he's "new to being a manager," stated he has seen where Ashley will charge customers for things they didn't receive to "make their wallets fat." With that being said, Ashley has STOLEN $1028.66 from us. When contacted by Ashley (just ask and I'll show you the emails) they promised in EMAIL they would refund us the money and they NEVER have. Their furniture is NOT high quality and can be ordered anywhere. STAY AWAY from ASHLEY. Any business who steals money is evil. Just spoke to the Police (email for log number) and they took report but suggested we speak with an Attorney. We will be contacting a lawyer at this point because it's been THREE months of us trying to get our money back and they refuse to give back what they stole. Lucky for us, we have pulled all the phone records, were told by the attorney all phone calls with them were recorded and can be ordered admissible in the courts, and we also have all emails and other correspondences. If you have done business with ASHLEY KEEP a log of EVERYTHING cause you'll need it for court. Also, please be advised that the manager did also state that the "majority of these reviews are employees and their family and that they're given incentives such as gift cards." OMG REALLY? If this is what they're telling us imagine what they're NOT! Gift cards for good reviews anyone? SMH. EVIL EVIL company

I expect sales people to be nice, but walking into the Dayton location was truly a very pleasant experience. All of the sales representatives were helpful. It didn't feel at all like high pressure sales but true genuine interest in your needs. Josiah Wilkes helped us and he was so personable. We just went in to look but were so impressed we not only bought a recliner but also a sleigh bed. I will definitely be back.

Great experience at the store but delivery omg. They delivered our mattress and said our bed frame was severely damaged and would bring a new one the following day. This was goin on 3 days ago haven't heard from them and no one will answer calls or call back not even the corporate office!

The bar-stools we purchased were impossible to assemble so we took them back to the store to have them assembled. The customer service we have experienced since then has simply been horrible. We were told they would deliver the furniture to use for free, but I really don't have much hope in getting them any time soon. I'll never buy from this company again.
Find Judi when you go to this location. She actually cares about your own personal budget, what you’re looking for, what matches your house, and what your own tastes are. She is one of the best floor associates I have ever met! She was so knowledgable and really made sure we got the best deal possible. This location itself is also huge with a wide selection and lots of variety in style!
The products are made from quality, long lasting, materials. The sales associates are always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The sales staff never use pressure tactics. Delivery and set-up was quick and professional. An all-around A+ experience.
Bought some furniture from here, sales lady was super nice and some what helpful, I didnt really give her the chance though because I already knew what I wanted, she just showed me the way and told me how much it was, my only complaint is they dont have next day delivery, but when I did finally arrive the installation was flawless and they cleaned up after themselves and didnt damage anything, so if they had next day delivery I would have given 5 stars

I purchased a sectional July 4th, 2019 and gave the salesperson the dimensions of my door frame and he told me it would fit just fine. The sectional was not available until August 16. The delivery drivers did not take it out of the packaging or take the legs off they just told me it would not fit without trying. I drove to the store and they said they would attempt to deliver it again and would call me to set it up. I waited 2 days for a call and nobody called. I called the store and scheduled the delivery for yesterday August 29. The sectional was ordered incorrectly the chase was meant for the opposite side. The sofa did not fit they told me the store would call me to order a love seat instead and it would most likely be cheaper. Once again the store never called me and I have waited almost 2 months for this sectional and I still don’t have anything to sit on in my family room. I am highly unsatisfied and when asked about a refund they said I would have to pay 15% restocking fee for something that never even made it into my house for me to sit on. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase.

My husband and I purchased a couch and two matching recliners from Ashley Furniture in Beavercreek,OH in May. We have had one chair replaced and the couch is now broke as well. This wasn’t cheap priced furniture either. Every time we call we get the run around and told we will get a call back but never do and when we finally got a repair scheduled they show up only to say they can’t fix it. They then schedule another date to pick the couch up to take to their shop to repair (5th visit to our home in which we had to take time off work) and they show up an hour prior to our 4 hour window they gave us and we weren’t there so they left and now we are rescheduling again!! My husband has used 5 vacation days for this furniture. The customer support guy (Justin) refused to give us names and phone numbers of someone in charge. We will NEVER purchase from Ashley again and will tell everyone we know about our experience because it seems they’re not too interested in making this right.
My boyfriend and I have gone here twice since finding out that they existed in the Dayton area. The furniture is high end quality and the best time to get everything is when they go on sale. The floor salesmen are always so helpful. Used to go to big lots for the hand me downs from Ashleys Furniture stores and it was a waste of money because they were worn down. If you can, shop directly at the store for their products.

They both showed us the mattress adjustable bases. They both are extremely customer service oriented and gave us the time and space to make our decision. Bought my daughters first big girl bed from them. The foot board was damaged but since it was 9 days after the purchase they would not replace it. (We could not build it right away, it stayed safe in the box the whole time). The customer service rep was rude and flat out stated if I called the same day they would help but not now. I asked for a manager, was told she was busy doing audits and would call me back that day. Never called back! They ignored my calls and they never responded to my emails. Will never buy from again!!
Ordered a new bed with a box spring and mattress 2 weeks ago. Was PROMISED a delivery time of Friday June 14th. So I took off work to be home for the delivery. Got a call within my window time that it would not arrive today and I&'d have to wait until Saturday. The window time on Saturday was now 3:30-5:30. We had plans with family we couldn&'t change so had to change the delivery to Wednesday.......the delivery guys still showed up at 6:30 (not even in the window time) and called us to ask where we were. We have tried calling the delivery department probably about 15 times to speak to a supervisor and they always say they&'re on break or left for the day and say they&'ll give us a call back later. Still have not spoken to a supervisor. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about the customers. I have no problem with the actual store I went to, the man who helped us pick it out was great but the delivery department is complete shit. Would not recommend buying from Ashley furniture. We are actually thinking about cancelling the order all together and going somewhere else.
A little pricey for the furniture.
Not good customer service. We had a problem with our sofa set and so I reached out to them via phone, then we switched the conversation to email. After giving the verdict that it was NOT a manufacturer's defect (even though multiple people have had the same problem as us, which we also showed her), the customer service rep just disappeared. I have reached out to her three times via email and she has not responded. Absolutely unacceptable.

Salespeople are annoying
We've shopped at Ashley furniture stores while living in various locations across the US. This has been great because we have generally been able to find similar furniture designs regardless of where we lived. Generally it's helped prevent us from having lots of mismatched sets of furniture pieces. The furniture quality has been fair, but not excellent. Examples: a metal knob snapped off on a chest of drawers, the corner of a bed footboard chipped off, couch feet scratch easily, kitchen table discolored from hot food, and durablend (fake leather) peels within a few years. However, the prices are very reasonable and we have lots of furniture without issues. The sales staff has always been friendly. My only complaint would be about the salesman in San Antonio who told us the durablend couches would last longer than leather. My wife and I were young and dumb enough to believe him (a little over 10 years ago) . Bottom line: I still recommend this chain of furniture stores for reasonably priced furniture.

Can’t speak highly enough of Jarrod Story, if you need a sales guy who will take care of you during and after the sale he is your guy. Love our living room furniture and will be back for the patio as well.
Ashley is a well-known brand, and sometimes their products are great and sometimes they’re mediocre. I think the customer needs to educate themselves on what they’re looking for, the quality they desire, and the accurate price range of that item. As for me, I knew I needed a simple sleeper sofa for the spare bedroom which would be used rarely. I was able to have what I wanted ordered and delivered efficiently and every staff member I encountered, from the folks answering the phones to the delivery crew, were all very kind, considerate, and, best of all, efficient. I’d definitely order from this store again.

We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff let us wander and browse before intruding. We were shown the pieces on the floor as well as everything offered online. They immediately gave us all of the prices to compare and customized our experience to our specific needs. It was a very smooth process and we are grateful for the assistance in purchasing a new sectional!

Went to Mall Woods Dr store and the minute I went in there got what I wanted in 10 mins at a lower price and they honored my coupon. Worst customer experience ever. Jacqueline Booghier acts like she helped but did absolutely nothing and just kept promising my money back. I was told by several people I would be getting a call to talk about my bill and why none of the promised accommodations had been taken off my bill. NEVER received any calls. I had to call millions of times and millions of emails. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Take your business elsewhere.

Their furniture breaks within a year and they sell scam insurance that doesn't cover fabric, plastic, or metal fixing (with your 100$ extra insurance). Thats what these furniture pieces are made of so they scammed my family and I'm just making sure they get even worse reviews than they already have to protect good people like you! Horrible company. 0/5 ALL ACROSS THE BOARD.
Associates were beyond helpful and friendly let me point out pieces I was interested in instead of forcing other items down my throat. Beautiful setups in store and fully explained all offers with financing and warranties offered. I felt no pressure to purchase anything but I am happy with what I did get

James Moroco was great! Helpful, respectful and pleasant and gave us time and space to wander and check things out with no pressure, but was always available to answer any questions. The fact he was able to shave over $80 off of the total I would have paid through the Ashley website by a MUCH lower delivery fee is just an added bonus. Additionally, our next stop that morning was for clothes for my husband, after which he noticed his phone was gone. By the time we finished checking at the clothing store we had just walked out of, James had already called my cell and left a message that he found a phone and thinks it might be my husband's. Way to go James! We'll definitely check back at our local Ashley Homestore and with James the next time we are shopping for furniture.
BUYER BEWARE - Ashley Home Store and Morris furniture will attempt to UP SELL you on Guardian Protection Plan! Do your research this company has horrible reviews on the BBB. We bought a dining room table which was delivered on a December 7th 2018. Approximately December 29 my child spilled water, I remind you water! On a dining room table, this caused the table to bubble the next day and the surface paint to chip away. We filed a claim and at that time I was unaware of the water spilled (my wife later informed me). I filed the claim stating I was unsure of how the damage occurred (being honest and all) the claim was denied due to it not being tied to a specific “accident”. Since I couldn’t get anywhere with Guardian I called the store thinking that a so called reputable company would handle the situation I mean the table is less than 30 days old. Low and behold I am giving the run around on my first attempt and was told I would receive a phone call the following day, nope I had to call them to get an update. They put me on hold and tell me they are going to speak with the in store guardian rep. They come back saying they looked in the system and it says it was denied because the damage is larger than 6 inches! But wait when I login to Guardian it states it was denied due to the damage not being related to a “specific incident”. All I have to say is beware of Ashley Furniture and subsidiaries like Morris Furniture as they are all owned by the same people... Check other places for reviews as I may be able to add them to other sites, Facebook may be a good outlet as well.
Don’t let them sell you on the guardian protection plan. Complete scam, the protection plan gets denied every single time. Look at the reviews for guardian. The sales people will push it on you DONT DO IT!

This time so far I would have to give it a 5 star and say that they service from the sales representative was exemplary. When I told him of the problems that I had with the last purchase he called me when they furniture was delivered wanted to know how everything went called me a few days later wanted to know if everything was still OK and told me if I had any problems I was to call him. I haven't had the furniture in my home long enough to know how it will hold up. I purchased the Darcey couch . Hopefully it will be fine. I will post in about 2 months and let you know. I do want you to know that the last time I purchased anything from Ashley it was a total disaster. I paid over $1000 for a love seat and ottoman and the love seat is still sitting in my living Room we cannot sit on it because the pillows sank in the middle I have blankets underneath it to support it, and it still doesn't help. I called them repeatedly and repeatedly they kept doing the same thing and giving me inserts for the pillows instead of replacing the pillows. It is obvious that 1 pillow is thicker and larger than the other and I never could get that across to them. So if you're going to purchase anything from ashley's you need to make sure that everything is perfect when it comes into your home don't sign anything until you know that it's perfect and if it isn't send it back. I also purchased a living Room suit the 1st time in 2009 and I had absolutely no problems with that set. I Had that set for 7 years and it was in excellent condition when I gave it away
Nothing but praise for the folks at the Ashley Store in Beavercreek. They even took down some rugs so we could see what they looked like on the floor vs. hanging up. We eventually went with a couch and loveseat. They were backordered but their website kept us updated and they were delivered three days after they arrived. And, hats off to the delivery guys. They knew what they were doing! They worked quickly and never touched a wall when carrying in the furniture. It was assembled and they graciously moved it a couple times as we determined exact placement. Thanks Ashley!

Update July 27, 2023 We have returned to get furniture for our living room. Judi Crook served us incredibly well. We had boat loads of questions and even changed our minds several times. Judi didn't bat an eyelash. She just worked harder to help find what we were looking for. We received our furniture a little while later. Turned out that one of the recliners we ordered didn't work for us. Didn't quite fit the room. Judi worked everything out for us and helped us find a suitable replacement. When you get to Ashley's ask for Judi. She is amazing! (This is my former review from 2016) I was served by Christopher. Very friendly and not pushy. We met him 6 weeks prior to our actual purchase. He spent about an hour with us and answered all the questions we could possibly have. When we went back to finally make our purchase we sought him out. He was just as friendly and kind the second time. Service was quick. Sectional was delivered on the first day of the week at 8:45 am as promised. The delivery guys were very professional and respectful of our home. They were very careful to not damage anything.
