Fast and friendly service. Got what we wanted and we were in and out pretty quickly. Sales associate, Cass was friendly and knowledgeable.

Buyer Beware. Our experience with Ashley Furniture has been nothing short of unacceptable. After discovering a $500 delivery fee that was never clearly disclosed during our purchase, we contacted the store expecting a simple explanation. Instead, we were repeatedly pushed off to the service department — a clear attempt to avoid accountability. The pricing practices feel intentionally misleading. Transparency was completely lacking, and no one at the store would take ownership of the issue. What is even more disturbing was our interaction with the general manager, Rob Klein. During multiple phone calls, he talked over both my husband and me, refused to let us finish speaking, and hung up on us — approximately five times. We were calm and simply asking for clarification. Being repeatedly hung up on by a general manager is beyond unprofessional — it is disrespectful and unacceptable. The level of customer service we experienced was shocking. Instead of resolving a concern, management escalated it with hostility and dismissiveness. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and basic respect. We strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly review every charge and research this company before making a purchase. Greg, I would appreciate you contacting me directly regarding this matter. The way this situation has been handled reflects extremely poorly on your leadership team. Also, Rob informed me all calls are recorded this happened around 10:20 AM Friday, February 20. Please pull the calls. I’m sure the owner of this franchise would not want someone like Rob representing their Business. I will make it my mission to let every single person I know do not go to Ashley for even a lightbulb

Lindsay at the Fairlawn, Ohio store was simply amazing. She was not pushy, just so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. I needed a counter height dining set that was not too modern or farmhouse style. She helped narrow it down to a few choices and provided paperwork and pricing to help me decide. She then went above and beyond to help me close the sale remotely to keep the special pricing.

I needed to replace some furniture due to a house fire two years ago. I wanted to buy the same items that I had purchased from Ashley Furniture in Fairlawn four years ago. Kait Darby happened to pick up the phone when I called; and, in looking in my account realized that she had helped me four years ago when I originally purchased furniture and mattresses. I made an appointment with her and we had a blast looking at furniture and picking out items for my home. She was super helpful, very flexible, patient, knowledgeable, and took her time with me to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I left the store a very happy customer. As a millennial, I usually rely on others’ reviews for making purchases online. When it came to purchasing a couch there’s an unbelievable amount of stores/variety online but I didn’t feel comfortable making such a large purchase without feeling the material or softness (and getting exactly what I wanted). So my wife and I went to an actual store and I’m pleased to report it was an incredible experience. Kait was AMAZING. Super friendly and great to work with. These guys did everything right as soon as we walked in the door. We waited all the way up to when they said it would be delivered (after attempting to bump the delivery date due to my wife’s surgery). It was waiting about 3 weeks total to have the chair delivered. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the purchasing process, only we weren’t told about the different options that the chair had to offer (found out through reading the ext paperwork the chair had on it) . I had to do my own digging into the different models of the chair that our salesman missed during the purchasing process that I would have paid for. Not sure who to talk to about that, but maybe someone can reach out. Overall pleasant experience

I came the store and make oder estimate shipping in month, but next day I got text message my oder will be deliver next year. I stop at store again to canceled my oder and the lady take care that and she said check will mail to my house. Right now over 2 weeks I didn’t get check refund and I called back they say my oder not cancel yet, I asking guy cancel that for me and still waiting for check refund. Bad service and bad experience I have never seen before

I have been shopping for a sofa for a while. I had specific dimensions and needed something comfortable but durable. The online pictures never reflect the real thing. I went into the store. Dave met me within seconds, asked what I was looking for, and suggested a sofa that checked off all the boxes. The store overall was well organized. Each setup had a designer touch showcasing the "livingroom" fully furnished. The price was right and the sofa will be delivered just in time for house guests. I will definitely shop here again.

All the staff is very friendly and very attentive. We were helped by David and Kassandra. Both were very helpful finding our couch and mattress. They were very patient with us answering all our questions. David even helped keep our kids busy and played with them while we sorted things out. Came in a couple days later and Kassandra helped us out and she was very friendly and answered all 100 questions my wife had. Would 100% buy from them again. UPDATE: As it appears they’re just good sales people. After leaving the store it has been a nightmare. We thought about exchanging our couch so our order was on hold until we switched for different couches however we ended up keeping the same couch but had to redo the loan and The loan service we originally were going through (synchrony 60 month) was down the day we came back so they temporarily put it on the other loan (12 month) and said as long as we switched the loan back before our first bill we were fine. We tried to switch the day after the couches arrived and were told because the couches were delivered we’re stuck with the 12 month loan which is much higher payment we didn’t plan for. NEXT ISSUE: We also had ordered a BeautyRest Black Hybrid firm mattress. They delivered the wrong mattress which was a much cheaper uncomfortable bed that me and my 6 months pregnant wife had to sleep on for weeks before they could deliver the correct mattress. Now after weeks of waiting around they finally deliver the correct mattress and give us a defective mattress that sinks on one side and now going through an annoying process of pictures and videos to show the defects. Who knows if they will lets us exchange it and if they do who freaking knows how long it’ll take seeing how it took almost a month the first time around. VERY dissatisfied and feel as if we’re owned money back and will be speaking with whoever I need to. Never shopping with Ashely again.

Kate Darby at the Fairlawn Ashley store was the best furniture sales person I have EVER met! From the moment I called the store, she was friendly and optimistic! I was having a sad experience at the Cuyahoga Falls Ashley and she saved me! In person, she was knowledgable, knew what I wanted, and did everything she could to make me happy. Two days later I am still smiling about my furniture buying experience! Go to the Fairlawn store - while I was at that store, the other employees were kind and also seemed to know what they were doing, especially the manager working that day. For a holiday (July 4th), no one seemed bitter about working and all wanted what's best for their customers. Thank you Kate, you are a true gem!!

Had a wonderful experience in the store. The Sales Associate was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our question and she was very helpful from start to finish. I purchased our bed online from Ashley but went in the store to purchase the mattress. My only issues was once our items were delivered, the smart base with all the bells and whistles was not the one we received. The one we receive was missing the vibrating feature and the lumbar feature and those features were the ones that attracted us to the adjustable base we chose. I have put a call in to the store so hopefully they will bring us the correct base to rectify my issue.

Despite not getting anything because we chose to go online I'd recommend this place anyone to looking get furniture. Our salesperson was more then accommodating to our wants and needs and not trying to sell us unneeded items, he was straight to the point. He was even willing to work with us budget wise. Ultimately, we did get the stuff online due to payment limitations but definately would choose them again to get more furniture 😊 4.5/5 stars just for the slight limitation

3 of the 4 women at customer service were focused on their cell phones. The only one who wasnt on her phone (Cass?) g)reeted us and took good care of us. But when she had a question for one of the others on a procedure and the other agent didnt even look up from her phone and just nodded as our agent was showing her somethong for our question. (Although the rep who gave us the good service was not the one who rang up my purchase))

Cass did an awesome job explaining the different matresses and made sure we tried many different ones to ensure we made the perfect choice. Although I still think our salesperson Cass did an awesome job selling, I'm changing my rating due to experiences since the purchase. Once our delivery was complete, we quickly realized the adjustable base was not the same as the one shown to us in the store. We immediately reached out to the store and after a few days they responded with, "oh, if you want the base we were showing you (and one we agreed to buy) you'll have to pay another $2000 (no where near accurate). But hey, we have this Ashley brand one that's kinda similar and well.... guess we can exchange it with the Beautyrest we sent you". When that one was delivered, the brand new mattress tore from lifting it up to change out the base. Now still waiting for a replacement mattress and they still refuse to give me the base we tried out and said we wanted.

Ashley, furniture is the best. They have the best prices, the best furniture, and the best customer service. Rory and Dave were extremely helpful. Kassandra helped us pick out some great furniture
