I was very excited that I could find what I was looking for. We had been to several places before we came to your store. The young lady who waited on us was very efficient with her job. I appreciated that.

Lots of great selections at Ashley in Findlay..!! Fantastic service as well. Don’t forget to check the clearance items in the back. Found a great deal.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in there to buy a dining room set. I was told the quickest way to get it, as I needed it asap, was to choose to pick it up myself at the distribution center in Bowling Green. So, I purchased the set and it would be available for me to pick it up on Dec 1st (MONDAY). Dec 1st rolls around and I call the automated system and it tells me I can come get it. I drive 45 minutes there to find out the distribution center is closed. It’s not even open on Mondays according to the schedule on the inside of the door. I call today, Dec 2nd, and the automated system now says it’s weeks out. I wait until a rep picks up the line and sure enough, they lied and don’t have it ready. So to recap, the salesman who deals with the distribution center has no clue they are closed on Mondays, the computer system that scheduled it has no clue it’s closed on Mondays, the automated system that checks on the order has no clue it’s closed on Mondays. They never even tried to contact me to let me know the order they promised I’d have yesterday, is still 2 weeks out , if I’m lucky. Wasted a complete day. Do yourself a favor, go to Furniture Row if you’re considering Ashley’s. It’s cheaper and they actually know what they are doing. I’ve never reached the level of incompetence I have from Ashley’s. They do NOT care about customers in the slightest.

The delivery was perfect. They brought our items in and set them up. We were number 12 out of 13 deliveries for the day and it arrived just before 6pm. This is a long day and a lot of furniture to move and they handled it very professionally and were helpful with questions.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture. Full of lies and don't honor their warranties. This is a $2,500 couch with high performance fabric that is 8 months old. They told us this fabric was so much better than their competitors and highly resilient. Well this picture is just from where my daughters head sits and it's peeling. Filed a warranty claim and they denied it saying it's accidental damage and won't do anything about it. I will never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture. Editing my review to even worse wish I could go lower than 1. The "owner" supposedly left a number in a comment to maybe resolve it. So I decided to give it a chance. Well it was a waste of 25 more minutes. Ashley furniture is telling me the same thing it's not manufacturing defect it's accidental damage. So apparently their product quality is so bad that you can't even sit on it. This furniture store are liars and will make up anything to avoid honoring their warranty. They will make all their stuff sound better than it is while talking down their competitors. Feel completely ripped off and dirty like I was robbed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in Ashley Furniture, Elderly Mom picked the lift chair she wanted. Was told they would call/text 2 days prior to set up a time for delivery. They never called/texted. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Was told the delivery guys would move the old lift chair anywhere we needed except to their truck. When they arrived, was told it was a liability for them to move it to the back garage and their boss would have a fit. So, if your having furniture delivered, make sure you have a back up plan to get the furniture out. Don’t believe everything you’re told during purchase.

We will never shop here again or recommend to anyone. When they delivered our couch, they couldn't get it to connect. They bent the brackets to connect it. Now we have a huge space between the sections. When you sit on certain spots, you hit the buttons to raise the the foot rest of the reclining couch. It has hit our coffee table when you ate NOT prepared for it to go up. Have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get this addressed by Ashley furniture with many phone calls, emails, and visits back to the store with no avail. Im done battling this but DON'T SHOP AT ASHLEY..EVER.

Take a dollar bill everyday for 5 years and light it on fire. You’ll be more satisfied, and avoid dealing with this disaster of a furniture store. I rarely take time to write a review, but this place needs it. We bought a reclining couch and loveseat set 2 years ago with protection plan. Took a couple Months to receive, no big deal. Within 2 months of receiving, the back of one of the loveseat sides fell off. Call Ashley furniture and they direct us to the warranty place with instructions. Warranty place sets up a time to “repair” and tells us they will be sending the parts to our house prior. An insane amount of boxes show up. Warranty guy comes to do the repair and none of the parts are correct. Guy orders correct parts and rescheduled, meanwhile leaving all of the incorrect parts at our house. Shows back up the next week and “fixes” the broken part of the love seat. Meanwhile it’s reclining crooked and the back is hanging off with nails sticking out for kids to cut themselves on. We proceed to remind him of the extra parts still at our house and he says he will send a truck to get them. We call the next day to tell them the loveseat still isn’t working properly, and are told they’ll send someone back out. That never happened. A month later we call because the incorrect boxes are still at our house and they tell us to throw them away. Fast forward 2 years, the other side of the love seat breaks, so I sit on the couch that rarely gets used and notice it’s reclining crooked. No clue when this happened since it’s rarely used, and almost never reclined. Call Ashley furniture for warranty and the refer us to their new warranty company. New warranty company knows nothing about it. After going back and forth with Ashley and the warranty company for a few days we find out Ashley provided us with the incorrect warranty company. After finally getting in touch with the correct warranty company and providing all the information they requested (which took a full week because their web links weren’t working properly) I’m told the couch won’t be covered as I have no clue as to how or when the issue started because I said “for all I know it could’ve been this way when we received it.” The warranty claim for the love seat will be approved. It’s been 3 weeks since that point, we’ve since received an automated phone call from the warranty company everyday telling us they’re trying to schedule our repair, only when we answer it tells us they have no times available. Today they finally contacted us with a date that is a month in the future. At this point the furniture should just be replaced. So avoid this absolute trainwreck of a furniture store at all costs. The fact that you have to give them any stars for a review is ridiculous.

Showroom is nice with a variety of colors and styles. The employees were very helpful and thorough in filling being the right piece of furniture for our needs. Thank you!

Sales personnel were very friendly and helpful. We purchased the added protection plan and have had nothing but problems. We have a sectional coach and the quality is terrible. Both recliner mechanisms have to be replaced on the love seat and the frame has come apart on the top of one side . On the coach the frame is coming apart and the cushions are coming apart . I have called the company the covers the protection plan and after 5 months of going round and round they said they will fix the recliner mechanisms but the cushions are a week link and they will not cover them . I will never deal with Ashley furniture again. As far as I am concerned there products are trash . Ok so they respond to this with a phone number to call and say my satisfaction is very important to them. Call the number and all they can do is tell me to call the extended warranty company that already is not fixing the problem. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but Ashley furniture. They do not stand behind there products or the warranty they sell you this couch is 2 years old and falling apart

If I could give “no stars”, I would. We purchased over $6,000 in living room furniture from Ashley a couple years ago. We were convinced by the sales rep (Nate) to purchase the extended warranty, which I’m usually skeptical of but he said it provides peace of mind and never worry about paying a cent to have anything fixed for 4 years. About three years after the purchase, we have 3 manufacturing defects. (seam coming unstitched, seat spring not working causing the person to lean when they are seated and a foot rest sagging in the up position). After many calls to the warranty company, they finally responded and denied service to fix any of the manufacturing defects even with our extended warranty. We then visited the Findlay store and spoke with the manager (Rodney) who said that warranty service company is terrible and not to worry because they don’t use them anymore but mentioned the other warranty service company they use would definitely take care of our furniture and not to worry. After multiple phone calls to Rodney over the following 3 weeks asking him for any update, which he never returned one call, we final contacted their corporate office. He even acknowledged later that he received all of our messages asking him to please call us with any update but he chose not to. Now Ashley escalation department has said they will be happy to fix our furniture but we need to pay for the initial inspection and all labor charges to complete this. I asked for my extended warranty money $700 refunded since I was obviously misled that a 4 year extended warranty covering manufacturing defects and peace of mind would cover these defects and yet, we still have to pay above & beyond. I asked the corporate lady why would Ashley offer an extended warranty if you still pay to fix manufacturing defects. She could not answer the question. I’m a big fan of supporting local businesses to help the community but if I can convince any one of shopping for furniture in Findlay, I would recommend any place but Ashley. We’ve learned the hard way to never trust Ashley furniture and I would hate to see someone else go through what we did.

The customer service is terrible. I can’t reach anyone in the store or the warehouse. You get an automated message that won’t let you talk to anyone and when you leave a message you don’t get a call back. My chair was falling apart when I unboxed it and it is giving off a terrible odor that is setting off my wife’s asthma

Went in for a desk and we left after purchasing a new sectional and matching swivel chairs. Jody Miller was very helpful and kind. He led us around to all of the available in store options for desks, but we were stuck on the sectional that we sat on at the front of the store. Ended up purchasing the sectional and 2 white swivel chairs to match. The purchase was seamless and our furniture arrived 3 DAYS later. That’s crazy!!!! We were so happy. On the day of delivery, the staff was kind and put together our couch swiftly. We had one swivel chair that arrived defect, so they ordered us a replacement and kept the defective chair. We received that chair about 2 weeks later. No problem at all! Thanks Jody for your help.

Bought a gold tier bedroom set on 7/15 and was told it would be delivered mid August. Finally, get a delivery date scheduled for 9/24 only to have it cancelled 2 days before the delivery date. Was told that it's back ordered until December. Went in on the beginning of October to get my money back and I'm now being told I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back since I paid cash. Additionally, I was told that the set I had ordered apparently had been discontinued. In 3 months you think that information would have been communicated. Terrible service.

The scheduled delivery didn't have all the pieces that were scheduled to be delivered. They have confirmed a delivery date for the rest of our order for 2 days from now. To be continued if it happens successfully. Otherwise, the delivery itself was easy and convenient. I like getting precise info on when your items are anticipated to arrive and can track the delivery also, which is nice working from home and being on the phone all the time.

Was told by the salesperson that the furniture was a 2 week lead time. Scheduled delivery for a little over two weeks from then. 3 days before delivery day received a text confirming that day for delivery. One day before delivery day received another text saying the furniture was back ordered and it will be another two weeks. Called customer service waited on hold for an hour then requested a call back that I never received. Called again the next day to finally get to talk to someone to be told it was a distribution problem and there's nothing they could do. Terrible customer service

Got a great deal on the couch at the Ashley Outlet in Findlay. I will be going back to THIS store to get a chair or loveseat to fill out the living room. It's like buying a new car... You can get the LED lights, but they're in the heated seats & the chrome package. There's always some compromise. They had some more expensive couches that I liked also, but, I feel like I got most of the features I needed for the money - I need a new TV too. Staff was very helpful, polite and patient.

I bought a Tempur-Pedic bed several months ago. I was told by the manager that they would take away my old bed when the new one was delivered. The delivery men would only take away the old mattress but not the frame. It still sits in my garage. I wasn't feeling well and did not call up the manager like I should have. The new bed is fine.

Im so disappointed and mad at this place . We bought a couch and table . Tables is fine but chairs are damaged we just realized they didn’t assemble right and now the chairs are loose . 6 months later we decided to buy a couch because oils really good quality . They gave a broken couch after 3 months my couch start to be lower I told my husband something is not right he checked and it was rotten wood inside . I had all time I broke couch . Poor quality . I’m sad disappointed and mad . Now they are gonna give same piece a new one now in my head 4 more months my couch is gonna be broken is a lot of money there and people like us we save every single penny because we are not rich

Ashley Furniture in Findlay was awesome to work with. We generally knew what we wanted and checked out their large storeroom to find the best fit. Jody was very helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining all available options. Fulfillment occurred even faster than their in-store estimate, and delivery was scheduled via a fully automated system. Of course there is still the option to call and set it up over the phone. The delivery window was accurate, and they sent a link that allowed tracking and updates on delivery day. Our furniture was moved in and assembled exactly how we wanted it. Overall a fantastic experience!

Jody was super friendly and helpful in helping us pick out the perfect couch for our home. Now that the couch has been delivered, we are SO happy and SO comfy!

My husband and I will never purchase from Ashley again! We bought a couch and a chair. We waited 6+ months for the couch to arrive. Once it finally came we have had nothing but iddues with it. The employees have been no help if getting issues resolved and the protection services they offer are horrible to work this. For supposedly high quality furniture, these couch cushions do not hold up. We have had ripped in every single one of them more than once... On another note the chair we bought took over a year to come in and they kept giving us a date and then changing it. Again for supposedly high quality furniture the chair broke within 6 months of getting it. We bought protection for both of our pieces and have had nothing but issues getting them fixed. If I could return them I would! I do not recommend spending your money on furniture from these stores...

I would like to thank the Findlay store for their prompt and curtious service, our sales person was amazing! Unfortunately, I refuse to recommend my home town store in Lima due to the lack of acknowledgement when I enter the store. I couldn't even get "some one will be with you shortly". When you are planning on spending thousands of dollars in one store on a single purchase, you deserve at least that. I will drive the extra 30 miles for good customer service. Thank you!

Had a HORRIBLE experience at Ashley Furniture! Went to purchase a new bed frame and went to pick it up a day later. Got it home and all unboxed and quickly noticed the instructions were not the most clear, it was not showing the correct bed in the images on the instructions. We tried to put it together dispute the horrible instructions… Finally we decided to just return the bed frame. The sales lady at the store made it a point to let us know that when we purchased it, if anything was defective that we had 72 hours to notify the warehouse. Today we went back to Ashley furniture to try and return the bed frame and we got the run around. All we wanted was a refund for our expensive bed frame, but they “don’t do refunds”. After looking at the model bed on the floor at Ashley Furniture, it looks as though they did not give us a specific bracket we needed to attach the footboard to the rails or the right directions. We have contacted multiple people at Ashley Furniture corporate and kept getting told there was nothing they could do. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again. We were never told that they “don’t do returns” when purchasing our bed frame. I feel like this is something that should be disclosed before pouring your hard earned money into something of this price… This is absolutely ridiculous.

We've had a bad experience and really regret going to Ashley furniture. It wasn't until after we made our purchases that everyone we talked to said don't shop there. The furniture looks nice but we have drawers that stick or don't shut easily and the couch has a huge dip in it. Equally bad is the time. They told us, when we furnished our house, that they have to say it could take up to 16 weeks for delivery just in case.... our kitchen table took 9 months. When we bought our night stands one was missing the track the drawer slides in on. It took 6 months for someone to come out and fix it which took about 5 min. Don't go to Ashley

Great customer service

The furniture is fine. This is solely based on customer service. We bought a bedroom set and picked it up ourselves. We picked it up, put in storage as we were moving in a month later and didn't want to move it twice. Upon opening them in the new house, we discover damage on two of the items. We reach out to Ashley about fixing them and they assure us they will fix them. They send us parts and tell us to wait to be contacted by a technician, at which point we were forgotten about twice. Finally about two weeks after the second forgetting, they reach out and say they will not fix our furniture because of a 72 hr after shippig policy. Fine, I don't care. If thats the policy then it was my fault for not looking at it when we picked it up. I'm just upset that it took them them 2 months to figure everything out, just to not fix the problem. And for those wondering if I caused the damage. The damage was the wood decals they use had their packing tape on it. So when the packing tape was removed, it took with it, part of the finish and left the partical board underneath.

It was great purchasing the furniture in store, only a couple weeks ago. BUT….to call this store is literally IMPOSSIBLE!! I had a couple questions but…..The phones do not work!! It only rings and rings and rings. I had to go directly to THE store (it’s a one hour drive for me). I was told by the staff that the phones have NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 6 WEEKS and current owner does not intend/ or care to fix the problem!! WHAT?? 😡 Totally UNACCEPTABLE to NOT BE ABLE to call the store!! How can you even have a business?? I’m regretting my purchases. Now I’m concerned that my furniture will even be delivered??!!

This is not so much for this store, but after purchasing a couch less than 2 weeks later I started having issues which I reported. The staff is unable to assist. I have had to call and text a company for help and nothing has been resolved. Do not buy anything from here!!!

came in knowing I wanted a sofa chaise the person that originally helped us looked at us like we were crazy her coworker came over and took over for her. He showed us the only one on the floor that was convertible. It was fabric which was nice but it would have been nice to have different color options. He went over the different delivery options with us. We chose the white glove. I preferred Ashley furniture under the old owners, while the prices are more affordable for the customer they have cut out so many jobs and run on a skeleton crew. It’s not the local owners it used to be. You can tell the new owners don’t care about being environmentally friendly and just cares about what is best for him. I would go to other furniture stores that are better for the local community.

I have bought so much furniture from Ashley through the years and always happy with it. But my leather love seat I purchased was delivered with terrible wrinkles I called customer service that day and the next day. It took 6 weeks for the technician to come and then he had to report back to Ashley. Still waiting for my loveseat to be repaired 3 months later. Ashley Furniture customer service is terrible! No one knows what is going on and nothing gets done. I just want my furniture to look good!

Always attacked by sales people when we walk in the door. I always politely say I'm just looking, and I'll call on you when I'm ready. They still hound me on everything I look at. I have to say many times, I'm okay at the moment, and they still persist.

The staff in this store was very friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory. I will say much of it had the same esthetic. We locked down a great looking dining room set and we’re out the door with a delivery date within a week. Very good experience!

Customer service is terrible and salespeople will tell you lies! We purchased a mattress at this location and were sold a mattress protector so we would be able to get a 90 day sleep trial. After having a 2" indentation after several weeks we contacted the warrantee company and the mattress was replaced. Two weeks later the new one did the same thing so we contacted the store and customer service about swapping out for a different style not wanting to deal with the same issues a third time and we were informed that mattress wasn't included in the 90 day trial and was lead to believe by other employees that this wasn't the first time a customer was mislead by this salesperson. The company has since been sold and there's not much they can do now about it but if it gets worst in the next 30 days to contact them.

If I could give minus stars I would! Cheap, shoddy furniture. I've been fighting with them for a year now on the quality of this sofa. Please unzip your cushions and look at the inners before purchasing, you'll be shocked to see cheap pink foam stuffed with some sort of hair looking stuff to plump them up! If I could include a picture I would. The pink foam flattens and the hairy stuff shifts and forms big lumps. I have a $2400 couch that is junk. I've only paid half of it so far and have refused to pay the rest. The extra warranty you buy is worthless

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication between the store and distribution center. Ordered a bed set at the end of July, it is going on November and our bed is still not assembled. The store and distribution center are not on the same page and unable to provide correct information. Would not recommend.

After an accident, my husband was in need of a recliner. We've bought multiple things through Ashley of Findlay, so that's where we headed. Needing something that same day, we only had a handful of options. Stefany Girdler helped us out getting a chair home that same day, unfortunately the chair broke the following day. Stefany was on the phone with us helping us figure out our options and putting us in contact with the warranty company. Not hearing back from the warranty company we went into the store and got perfect customer service from Stefany (yet again) and Bonnie, they got the issue taken care of quickly and handled it beyond our expectations!

Horrible experience. The delivery was supposed to be 14 weeks. The furniture was ordered in April. As of July 25th no furniture. Run if ordering furniture. We returned the mirror and nightstand they did deliver from the bedroom set. But they forget to credit the account back. 🙄 If you need furniture try another store.

The service at the store was great. Problem now is actually getting what I have paid for. They tell me one date; I call and it's not there. This time one piece of furniture is in and the other was suppose to come a couple days later. That day comes and goes still not in. Now they say a couple more days. And even if it comes in in a couple days, they still won't deliver it for up to 3 more days. So the bad review is strictly the fact that evefytime I couple it's another couple days. So now it's been months and we have no living room furniture. It is as you can see mid August. Told me it would come in end of July. Still not here.

Place your order. Get a 4-12 week estimated delivery then mark your calendar for the 12th week on arrival. Good for "no order cancelation once shipped" policy so you're pretty much left to their timing. I may revise the review after I see it happen on week 12 but this concludes week 11 so I'm just not revising yet. In fact, I think I'll revise it 4-12 weeks after delivery.

Great customer service!

Aaron was awesome! The gentlemen made this a very pleasant experience for me. I hate buying furniture....I’d rather stick a fork in my eye. But, he made it kind of fun, and even sent me his business card on my cell. Terra was perfect as well. And made every work perfectly! She even put some lampshades in a bag for me to safely transport. We just moved here....and I will be coming back.

Aaron helped me when I was there. Very nice sales person. They have a large selection of furniture. Basically they have three different price points. A lower end for those on a budget, a mid range and high end pieces. I didn't buy anything when I was there. They didn't have what I finally decided to buy. In the future I'll be sure to check Ashley's first.

Avoid at all costs! I would give zero stars if it would let me. Horrible, horrible experience and terrible customer service. I purchased a sectional sofa on 9/7, paid in full, was told it would be 6-8 weeks and given a tentative delivery time frame of last week of October. End of October comes and then pushed out to mid-November, then end of November. Called the store on 11/30 and was told another two weeks. Called the store again on 12/18 and was told they can see it and the last two pieces look to be a week and a half to two weeks yet. She would follow up on it and call me on Monday, 12/21. Well it is now 12/29 and no phone call, no follow up. Called the store again and am now being told that it will be end of January. When i protested the response was "well that would be 12 weeks so..." I responded that no, that would be more like 20 weeks and that i wanted to cancel the order with a full refund immediately. To which the response was "well you'll need to speak with the manager, she might be in Thursday evening sometime". I get that covid has delayed things but why continue to promote sales and give dates that cannot possibly be met and they know they can't. I have heard every excuse in the book from them, they just tell you anything to appease you and get you off the phone. Will never spend another penny with this chain of stores.

I would not recommend Tara from Findlay at all. Eric the district manager is amazing and the girls in Defiance (Sydney) are great!!!!

This place is an absolute JOKE. Me and my fiancé came in on Labor Day and purchased a sectional and got quoted a delivery date of possibly 6-8 weeks, which was a lot of time to wait but we settled. The exact date we were quoted was October 21st. Today(October 4th) I received an email that my couch won’t be delivered until DECEMBER 9th. That’s not 6-8 weeks that’s 13 WEEKS!!! Me and my fiancé just moved into our house the beginning of September and have been without furniture since then. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again due to the outrageous inconvenience. I feel like they just tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and it’s enraging. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! It took over FIVE months to get my furniture, even though they are advertising otherwise. When I did receive my furniture, it was WRONG. They had my delivery address wrong even though I corrected it on multiple occasions; there were many phone calls in regards to my order and no one seemed to know what was going on. Multiple times I was told, “We will call right back to get this cleared up.” I wait for the call and when I don’t get one back in a couple days, I call back, they say they tried to reach me when they didn’t and then HANG UP on me. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to not use Ashley for their furniture needs. Also, this is only the second review I’ve ever written in my life. The experience was awful.

Ordered a sectional and because of covid the ship date was not for a month. Fair enough. 3 days before we are supposed to receive our couch and now we are told we will only get half or we can wait 2-3 more weeks to get all of it. After some arguing we were told we could get everything except the corner piece 4 days later than promised, but the corner piece would still be several weeks. They should have just told us when we spent $1700 that they will ship it when they get around to it instead of giving us a date and then not honoring that date. The only good part of the store was the sales rep who was very nice and helpful.

I went into get prices for an ottoman and got terrible service. After I was told the ottoman only comes in the color shown, the sales associate didnt even bother to quote me a price. There was a reason there was no one else in there shopping.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I was so pleased with my entire experience until I received the furniture. One piece was broken and needed replaced. Again, everyone was so nice. Now, they are open and I just want my broken piece replaced. They called on May 5th and said it would be delivered on June 5th. I call today to confirm delivery and NOW it's the 9th. NO NOTICE, NO CALL - THEY JUST CHANGED THE DATE. Well people work and can't just drop their lives because you wanted to change the date. I am paying for furniture now that I can't use and you all just don't care. Buy from a local company and not their horrible chains that truly DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!

Beyond poor customer service!!! They shouldn’t be given even one star. No contact from store unless we made contact first. Ordered dining room set on September 3rd - they billed us on that day for the set but found out when I called in October that it was on backorder.. Found out again in mid-October that it was backordered again - but only when I called for an update. Long story short - after multiple calls and 4 backorders it was supposed to be delivered the week of December 3rd but when I checked on delivery on November 24th I was told yet again that it was on backorder again and they obviously couldn’t guarantee that it would be delivered week of December 10th. They told me it was back ordered because it was their “busy season”. Surprised that their business plan doesn’t include a contingent plan for a popular item being sold or for their “busy season”. We canceled our order over a week ago but we still haven’t received written proof of the cancellation and not one word from the corporate office even though I’ve contacted them twice now. Very very disappointed and amazed at what terrible customer service we received. We will not order from this company again and we certainly DO NOT recommend that you ever purchase from Ashley Furniture.

I ordered a Darcy sofa, chaise sofa, and loveseat which I should be getting next week. So I'll review that later. But the searching, sitting, and selecting process was relaxing. My first time in the store, Tara was very helpful by listening to what I wanted and making suggestions in my price range. We hadn't been to Ashley furniture in well over 5 years because of how an associate treated us on our last visit, but after looking around for a new couch at the competition we decided that we wanted to check out your scratch and dent section. We had always believed the new furniture prices at Ashley were more expensive than we could afford, but we figured a quick glance around wouldn't hurt anything. Latasha greeted us and was super nice to us. She was very in depth with her answers to our questions. She was the right balance of allowing us privacy but still within distance to answer questions. After she told us our financing options we were sold on a couch, and we decided that since the payments were affordable she helped us pick out a new bed too. A+ saleswoman, I highly recommend her! 2 year edit. We bought an Ashley brand couch and bed, both of them have disappointed us to the point we would rather buy Big Lots furniture for a 3rd of the price and last just as long.

I came into the store, and was introduced to Tara. I️ was able to walk around leisurely without being bombarded, and once I had questions she was right there to help. I made my decisions, the ladies were friendly, I was in and out in no time without any miscommunications or worries. Great group to work with, and will do so again in the future!

The dining table & chairs arrived in good time, all in good shape. Am very pleased with the furniture & the service at Ashley HomeStore was excellent. The delivery men also did a good job getting the furniture into the house & put in place. The furniture is very sturdy & looks great in my open area kitchen.

Fair pricing on some things if you have cash and are looking for something specific. The financing was ridiculous. Went with 6 months same as cash.

What a joke. Not worth the scam of being charged twice and not willing to fix it and refund me the second charge.

Prices seem to be higher than some of the local furniture stores that offer the same furniture line.

The quality of furniture is worse than the stuff you have to put together at IKEA

Bought a adjustable bed but have to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery and have to buy a $180 mattress cover to validate the warranty. This is not a very good customer relationship to make you want to purchase anything else from this store. If The mattress has a 10 yr warranty it should already be covered no matter what and not have to spend additional money to validate a warranty. And you should be able to get your bed within a few days of purchase not 4 weeks. It only took 1 day to withdraw the money to pay for the bed! Not impressed
