Im so disappointed and mad at this place . We bought a couch and table . Tables is fine but chairs are damaged we just realized they didn’t assemble right and now the chairs are loose . 6 months later we decided to buy a couch because oils really good quality . They gave a broken couch after 3 months my couch start to be lower I told my husband something is not right he checked and it was rotten wood inside . I had all time I broke couch . Poor quality . I’m sad disappointed and mad . Now they are gonna give same piece a new one now in my head 4 more months my couch is gonna be broken is a lot of money there and people like us we save every single penny because we are not rich

3 strikes your out!! My first Ashley purchase was $3000. Included coffee table 2 end tables a reclining couch and recliner. Mechanisms in couch didn’t hold up and was sent back for replacement in 1 week. 2nd set $2700. Alexandria poor cushion quality that made the cushions break down in 2 weeks. Called and was told cushions would be sent. Second set of cushioned failed in 2 weeks flattened and couldn’t get up from my couch. Back issues and chiropractic care involved just from sitting. Was sent cushions a 3rd time after I asked for replacement furniture after 2 months of back agony. Mind you every time repair man came out it was once every 2-4 months becuase their schedule was “so busy” when asking for replacement I was left each time with “we have to send a tech and that tech always replaced those dern cushions which never helped. I was told after the 1 year mark that nothing can be done becuase too much time has passed. What!!!!!!! ?? Ashley furniture shame on you!!!! You are the ones that used up every month since 1 week after purchase to put me off and keep giving me cushions. Now after being told there’s nothing that can be done to replace the furniture, I even have a warranty I paid for..I went there and bought a more furn couch and recliner since I have a card and it’s the I my way I can afford furniture right now. So that newer set is still sitting in my living room overcrowding and I cannot even get any bites to sell it for $300 on marketplace. Now I’m stuck with 2 couches. The Alexandria cream couch is just collecting dust now. Why couldn’t they take it back and out something toward my new couch and loveseat?? I have never seen anything like this. I made so many attempts calling management and trying to climb to the top or at least an upper tier of Ashley and was told there is NOTHING that could be done. I laterally broke down.. I am one person alone and I cannot believe that Ashley furniture has meeting so often with employees and cannot back up anything. As long as they get you sold.. you are screwed. There is no reason I should have been put off to the last moment so they could tell me there’s nothing that can be done. They just kept sending those cushions and not replacing this set like they should have. I’m certainly glad I have a special friend from the Toledo 11 news crew that I’ve contacted about this issue.. there are several people in my town having the same loyalty issues with poorly built pieces that are pushed aside. Pretty soon we will be heard.
The sales people were friendly and helpful. They did not try to pressure me. They just helped me find what I wanted. I highly recommend shopping at the Findlay Ashley store.
Mr. Jody was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us pick out a recliner. He even pointed out pieces that were on sale rather than pushing us to only look at regular price. The other 2 employees there were also helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend visiting the Findlay Ashley store.
