Went in for a desk and we left after purchasing a new sectional and matching swivel chairs. Jody Miller was very helpful and kind. He led us around to all of the available in store options for desks, but we were stuck on the sectional that we sat on at the front of the store. Ended up purchasing the sectional and 2 white swivel chairs to match. The purchase was seamless and our furniture arrived 3 DAYS later. That’s crazy!!!! We were so happy. On the day of delivery, the staff was kind and put together our couch swiftly. We had one swivel chair that arrived defect, so they ordered us a replacement and kept the defective chair. We received that chair about 2 weeks later. No problem at all! Thanks Jody for your help.

Bought a gold tier bedroom set on 7/15 and was told it would be delivered mid August. Finally, get a delivery date scheduled for 9/24 only to have it cancelled 2 days before the delivery date. Was told that it's back ordered until December. Went in on the beginning of October to get my money back and I'm now being told I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back since I paid cash. Additionally, I was told that the set I had ordered apparently had been discontinued. In 3 months you think that information would have been communicated. Terrible service.

The salesman ,Jody,was helpful, intelligent, and all round pleasant person. I will definitely suggest him to people I know. The place was huge and had lots of furniture. It was smooth sailing.

The scheduled delivery didn't have all the pieces that were scheduled to be delivered. They have confirmed a delivery date for the rest of our order for 2 days from now. To be continued if it happens successfully. Otherwise, the delivery itself was easy and convenient. I like getting precise info on when your items are anticipated to arrive and can track the delivery also, which is nice working from home and being on the phone all the time.

Was told by the salesperson that the furniture was a 2 week lead time. Scheduled delivery for a little over two weeks from then. 3 days before delivery day received a text confirming that day for delivery. One day before delivery day received another text saying the furniture was back ordered and it will be another two weeks. Called customer service waited on hold for an hour then requested a call back that I never received. Called again the next day to finally get to talk to someone to be told it was a distribution problem and there's nothing they could do. Terrible customer service
