I will not be purchasing from Ashley again. While the salesperson was kind and initially helpful, we were given inaccurate information about delivery timing. We were told our items would be delivered the same week as purchase, but after not hearing from anyone to schedule delivery, I tried to contact the local store. When calling the local store number, we were repeatedly routed to a call center who outright refused connection to the store where we made the purchase. I was informed by the call center that delivery was scheduled two weeks out — despite the items already being in the store. This was never communicated to us and was contradictory to what the salesperson promised. I had to make multiple calls just to get connected to the local store, was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and was still not provided basic information about delivery. Promises to “look into it” and return my call were never followed through. The overall lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. It felt like even the employees were limited in their ability to help due to company processes. Ultimately, we were forced to arrange pickup ourselves and were told there would be no floor support available to assist with loading the furniture into our trailer. I miss the days of true customer service, where you were actually treated like a human but I guess we are all just numbers added to their bottom line. I don't feel bad about shopping online because the relationship and connection pieces of shopping in stores no longer exists. We are hoping to have the delivery fees refunded, but this experience has ensured that I will not shop at Ashley again.

Cameron was so thoughtful and helpful. I just went in there to look and left with two tables and some wall decorations. It was truly a good experience. He was very helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me a wonderful deal. He did not hover over me. Whenever I called his name, he was right there. Very pleased with a whole experience.
