Our salesperson was very open and honest. She was very knowledgeable of our mattress set purchase and wasn't pushy about selling us!

Great service right down to the delivery guys.

Walking into the store seemed promising and the sales team was helpful, but then comes the issues. After the order was confirmed we were told 1-3 weeks for our new furniture would be delivered. We are now on week 4 without the new furniture and they did not specify that deliveries can only be done on Saturdays which is limited to the predetermined delivery stops with ZERO flexibility. I have received five messages to confirm my delivery and when I call to confirm I get told my items aren’t in stock yet. These representatives have been rude and not understanding of my questions on when I can get this ordered. I’ve tried reaching out to the sales representative multiple times to see if they can help but ZERO respond. If I would have known this would be my experience I’d have just went to a different store!

My sales person Kyle was very nice. Met me as I entered the store and asked me if I needed any assistance. He didn’t hover over me. He explained a lot of details to me about the furniture and I appreciated it all. He’s a very, very nice sales person.

This was the third time we've been in the Spring Meadows location and this time we purchased! We were looking for a below tv media cabinet that was large enough for our large TV and open space wall. I noticed one that was large enough and even had the fireplace. I flagged down Kyle, he recognized me and my wife, asked how the new house was and gave me the price on the cabinet. My wife and I then continued to browse until I got the approval to purchase! (Yes, I need her approval) went to the counter in the back, let the manager Kira (I think that's her name) and she made it all come together. Great staff, not to pushy but informative and personable enough to make the sale. Taking delivery on Thursday and can't wait. Kudos to Kyle, he knows his stuff and knows how to guide customers and close them.

Meranda was great! We had a very large issue at another Ashley Store and she took care of everything. She made it right and was very professional in the process. Would recommend to anyone.

Not only were the sales staff engaging and helpful without being pushy or hovering, the delivery guys were polite, accommodating, and went above and beyond in dropping off my chair. 10/10 experience.

My family and I had a great experience. We were greeted right away when we walked into the door by Mary. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told her couch and loveseat. We looked at the first set close to the front she then came to ask if we had animals, informed her we did and that we were looking for something durable to with stand scratches. She used a tool on the couch to show how durable it was to punctures. We were pretty much sold on that style at that moment. Looked at other options and went back to the set we chose. She was very nice,personable, not pushy. 10/10 recommend Mary t for customer service and knowledge.

Mary was super helpful .. very nice and checked stock inventory and the computer showed the couches were in stock but yet then said we cant pickup the couches til march. Mary was going to further investigate☺️

Our sales person Mary Stinson was very helpful and took the time to work with us for a set that was not display. She called another store to see if they had it in display,they did not. She showed us other inventory on floor based on our requirements. We did purchase a complete set that we saw on line before we went. The only disappointment is we have been charged for the set which hasn't shipped and we have no idea when it will ship. So we are paying interest on over $5,000 while we dont have it Dan & Drea Brown

Today is 1/24/2026I went to the Ashley furniture store at Spring Meadows in Toledo, Ohio myself and my daughter I walked in. No one greeted us and no one offered help. No, they were not that busy I looked around. We have been in the store at least 25 minutes. No one still offered to help. I noticed three employees standing in the middle of the floor talking and I yelled. Is someone gonna help us or not, and then they scattered one young lady came to help the other one walked away laughing, and I asked her was it anything funny because she felt as though she could laughed. I felt as though I was discriminated against me and my daughter I thought that this kind of thing was over with, but obviously not I suggest no black shop in the store because seems as though you can only get help if you’re white.

WARNING: Once the store gets your money they absolutely will not help you when there is an issue with delivery/product. I am 2 weeks post delivery, 8 weeks post order, and my bed frame is still in pieces laying around my house. I called the store and they pushed me to customer service. I am missing hardware to our bed together and I was promised it would be FedEx’d to my home. Still waiting. I have called so many times, the store/sales rep won’t even speak to us. Speaks highly of their lack of professionalism. They received their commission, why should they care? How is Ashley Furniture proud to have this store front represent them?

For some reason, still unknown, my order was canceled. I took the day off for the delivery, and waited and waited. No call, no anything. I only found out it was cancelled by calling to see where my furniture was. Went to a different furniture store. Found the exact same couch a lot cheaper.

We had a terrible online experience. We ordered a couch in October and it didn’t fit inside when it was delivered in December so it was taken back. The amount of times I had to call customer service to deal with completely unhelpful people that had no idea what they were talking about in terms of refunding us so we would simply buy a different couch. Situation was finally resolved and we opted to purchase in store the second time because of our horrible online experience. I felt like our experience in store was good but I felt like the prices were cheaper online for discounts than in store even though we were promised different. Also no adjustments were made to our final total either considering all the trouble it took for us to get our refund in the first place.

The level of unprofessionalism and poor communication at the Ashley Furniture store in Toledo is unacceptable. After selecting a furniture set, we waited for paperwork and financing while multiple sales associates who were not assisting customers gathered around a television watching a football game and shouting profanity, all in the presence of my young child. To make matters worse, our sales representative attempted to sell us a $279 mattress protector that did not fit our bed. When we identified the error, she assured us the correct item would be shipped to our home since it was not available in-store. Six weeks later, we still have not received the mattress protector, nor have we been contacted with any explanation or resolution. This experience demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid the Toledo Ashley Furniture location.

This place uses "White Label" tactics to manipulate customers into paying premium prices. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! A majority of the models found in store can be purchased online for a significant discount with free shipping. In store, they intentionally change the model name to avoid price matching. Search online to find the exact same product under a slightly different model name for way cheaper. Save yourself hundreds or even thousands and help stop these manipulative and unethical businesses practices.

Bought chairs that were "in stock". Drove all the way to the warehouse to pickup and found out that the chairs were NOT in stock! Stay away. Waste of time and gas money.

spent a pretty penny there. Could not find the one cord to plug into couch. Made several attempts to call store then when I finally did they said, I had to call a different number. So I did what they asked said they were shipping me the part, several wks go by I call them back oh the couch was as is. So will have to purchase it yourself. I was never told that all 4 items for as is. The once couch the foot rest is already broke. So can I speak with about this? I did try calling the store in Perrysburg that is where I got all 4 items. The manager was a complete jerk

No customer service at all! They want you to deal with email and text only. No one even picks up the phone at the local store.

No number to call the store directly. My table was resold. The girl I talked to was very flip. My original sales man was unavailable he was at the Bowling Green store. Why send free delivery with 99 stipulations. I have the patience of Job. But today was awful 😖

I have been waiting for a call regarding my refund for the chair that was delivered twice, both times returned due to mechanical issues. I've been texting with many different employees of Ashley with no luck. All have shown compassion but no results. In 2024 I also had an issue with furniture being returned. Is this the norm for Ashley?

I went into the store and was greeted by one of the friendliest staff members. Her name is Kira Momany. She showed me exactly what I was looking for. The transaction was quickly and accurately done within minutes.

Sales Rep was very courteous and gave us a good price. Somewhat discouraged that it was mentioned at the time that had we waited a few days I would have gotten free delivery. Paid 209 to have 3 pieces delivered sometime in the next 2-5 weeks. Was not asked if I wanted the protection plan,it was just figured into the total. This will not hinder any future purchases from your store, however a little bit more pricing explanation would be appreciated.

The crew at Ashley was extremely helpful and I got the recliner and entertainment center I wanted. Financing was easy and delivery was on time even the delivery crew was really professional and polite. I'll be using Ashley for my entire furniture needs.

My husband and I wanted to redo our living room and wanted to look around. Tim was a huge help showing us many different options and ultimately helping us order our new sofa and recliner! We are so excited for furniture to be delivered. There’s many options to choose from but Tim helped us narrow it down all while making us laugh the whole process.

I am always extremely reluctant to post negative reviews about a business but blatant dishonesty is not something I can tolerate and, in this instance, I feel I have been left with no choice but to share my experience publicly. On 11-9-25 my wife & I went to Ashley in Spring Meadows (Holland Oh) looking for furniture & found a dining set that we absolutely loved. Kyle was the sales associate who was assisting us. From our first encounter with Kyle we made him aware we had a coupon for 25% off which he informed us was fine to use provided we weren't using their extended financing. When it came time to check out, Kyle told us our total was around $3200 which seemed high to me. I noticed on his iPad he had added an extended warranty he had not talked to us about which I told him we did not want. I also found he was charging us over $300 for delivery which seemed high to me for just a dining set so I told him I would pick everything up. He spent a few minutes adjusting things and then told us he had a great deal for us to purchase everything for a little over $2500 including the extended warranty. I once again told him we did not want the warranty to which he responded it wasn't costing us anything but he was not able to sell us the furniture without it because there wouldn't be enough margin in the deal otherwise. It sounded suspicious to me but we paid for the order. I expected a printed receipt but he told me it was going to be emailed. A couple of days later, I had a chance to review the receipt at which time I discovered not only did he neglect to give us the benefit of our 25% off coupon, but he charged us the $489 extended warranty above and beyond the furniture cost. I also found the same set on Ashley's website for less money than Kyle had sold it to us for without the benefit of any coupons. It is clear to me Kyle outright lied about this "special deal" he was giving us and the fact that he could not sell us the furniture without the warranty. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Jeremiah picked up the call and I specifically asked him if he was a manager which he said he was. I later found out he lied as well and is not a manager. Jeremiah tried to downplay everything Kyle did asserting how good of a deal we had received. He further argued with me regarding the online price I had found. He did ultimately remove the warranty cost from our order. On 11-15 I went into the store to speak with Samantha which I was told was the store manager. Samantha was friendly and empathetic but said she would need to escalate my concern if I wasn't satisfied with the original 25% off with no warranty. I ultimately told her I was not looking for a further discount but that I wanted to speak with someone above the store level to ensure these 2 employees who had outright lied would be held accountable. I also asked if the furniture could be delivered free of charge in light of the issues and the fact that I had found the same set through another online vendor for nearly $500 less which I provided documentation for. She told me it take 2-3 days to get a response from their escalations team but she would see what could be done. On day 5 I followed up and Samantha said my concern was still pending but I could call an 800#. After no word on day 7 I decided Ashley Furniture just doesn't care enough about its reputation to address my concerns in a timely manner which is what finally prompted this review. Ashley has some nice furniture at a semi reasonable prices but, if you decide to purchase from them, pay careful attention to the numbers and take good notes.

My pick up was excellent. The rocker recliner was waiting by the loading ramp waiting for me to back my truck in and load it up. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Nobody even acknowledged us

First and last time. Strike 1: The sales person hounded us and kept bothering us the entire time we were in the store. Strike 2: The furniture had no measurements tag or info on it so the salesperson said for each item he would have to look it up. Very irritating and inconvenient. Strike 3: The furniture was very expensive. The deal breaker was the sales person. Nobody likes being accosted as soon as they step foot in a store. Do NOT recommend.

I really don't know how to put this! I bought a dresser & chest in store at the holland's Ashley location. I open up a credit card with synchrony...never hear of this bank...and I know why! I scheduled in store for delivery...I never got a call, the store never called and I was clueless...now on two weeks in.. ITS SO HARD TO GET A LIVE PERSON AT THE STORE AND THIS SO TO SPEAK BANK WITH AI running the show. I finally did get a call from the delivery company letting me know that they scheduled two different delivery dates for my order, I did threaten to cancel my order if they could not make one delivery date, at that time they transfered me to a supervisor at this time....I had been on the phone for 40 minutes. When they finally delivered my order...the dresser had one drawer that did not come out smoothly. I tried to call the store..never got a live person. That was a small problem compared to this next issue. I wanted to set up a future payment with the bank for my first payment. This banks automated communication along with AI is unbelievable!!!!!! The banks app directed me to set up a username & password...I did that!!! Every time I. attempted to log in within a day or two the automated communication and their app required me to set up a new username and password due to the sited updates, when I finally did get the app to open I setup a payment for the COMPLETE AMOUNT OF MY CREDIT CARD! I THEN SHREDDED MY CREDIT CARD FOR ANY FUTURE IN STORE or online purchases. This was the most terrifying experience in buying furnisher from a well known name as Ashley. I don't want any adds, advertising emails, phone calls and texts in the future. THIS IS WHAT COMPANIES Especially WELL ESTABLISH COMPANIES ARE DURING WITH THE HELP OF AI.

The sales person worked to find THE recliner. She was Friendly, Patient, and Knowledgeable. Warehouse people found alternate hdelivery times when I needed changes twice. He was even able to resolve an issue I had when I purchased my last couch there that I had never been able to get resolved! It almost kept me from coming back and I'm so glad I did. Thanks Kyle!!!

Salesman was awesome. However the pricing practice is terrible. The dinning room set we were looking at was priced at $1599. But looking on line it said $799. The salesman said I can price match that. Most companies price match a competitor not their own pricing. Had I not brought it up we would have paid $1599. Just seems like bad business to me.

Found an electric reclining couch that was just what we had been looking for, on and off for the past year. Paid for/ordered said couch on March 8. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks until it was shipped to the Bowling Green warehouse, at which time we would be able to pick it up. So at the 4 week mark we had donated our old couch in anticipation of getting the new one any day. At the 5 week mark we hadn’t heard anything, so I called the customer service number to inquire. They had no information but said that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. Nobody ever called. So then began our weekly ritual of calling to check on the status of our couch, each time being told that someone would call us back in 24-48 hours and NEVER getting a call back. We tried the customer service number. Tried calling the store directly. Each time being told we’d get a call back and not once having that happen. The only reason we didn’t cancel our order was because it took us so long to find a couch this style that we liked and we REALLY wanted it. All this time we had no couch in our living room. At one point 18 weeks out, my wife had called and was told that the couch would b delivered to the warehouse the next day. So the next day she called to verify that it had been delivered to the warehouse and they confirmed that it was. We made an appointment for the next morning to go pick it up. So, the next day I show up with my truck and trailer, and… no couch. The warehouse doesn’t know anything about it. I again call the customer service number while still at the warehouse parking lot, wanting to know where my couch is at, that they had confirmed was there. They could offer me no excuse but said that it was now scheduled to arrive in 3 more weeks, on August ,3rd. I did argue for our time and frustration and was granted a 10% discount from our purchase price at that point. But, two weeks later, that still hadn’t posted to our account so I had to call AGAIN. Finally, I got a confirmation number and the money posted to our account. And, low and behold, on August 3rd, over 21 weeks after we had ordered our couch, we were notified by txt and email that our couch had arrived at the warehouse. Not holding my breathe, I went to the warehouse on the first available day, August 5th, and was able to pick up our couch. So far, we love the couch. In the end, our 3-4 week wait turned into over 21 weeks. What irritates me is not necessarily the fact that we had to wait so long for our couch, it’s the fact that the customer service was so poor. AT LEAST a dozen times my wife and I had called to check the status of our couch, each time being told someone would call us back, and not once did we get a call back. Then the first time we were told it was in and available for pick up and it wasn’t there??? I will say that the pick up at the warehouse was smooth and efficient. Other than that, customer service was flat out horrible.

We attempted to call to see if they had a particular mattress on the floor for us to try. There was no option to talk to a store representative on the phone tree so we were sent to a regional sales representative who was very short and told us every store had every mattress on the floor. The store did not have what we were looking for.

I enjoyed shopping with my wife at Home Goods of Holland 142 Spring Meadows. They have a lot of great items you may want for your home.

I want to put a warning out for young, new homeowners. This is long but i hope it saves someone from making the same mistakes i did. When we bought our house, we came to ashley with the intention on purchasing a couch. We picked out the "Family Den with consoles" (~$3,800). The sales rep told us that this specific couch came with seperate pieces to change the orientation, like a square wedge instead of rounded, and side pieces to make the recliners 2 seperate pieces instead of a sectional. When i came back a year later to inquire about these pieces, I was told that they do not exist and never have. Also, it has 4 recliner seats, but you can not use the inner 2 at the same time... we should have noticed that sooner but whatever. For a $3,800 couch, the craftsmanship is *okay* at best. They also promised delivery in 4-6 weeks, we had to wait about 9. When i asked for updates I was met with attitude and "we dont know" For the finacing, they are SHADY. We decided to finance as we were offered 18 months with no interest. They use a 3rd party to do the financing. When i signed the papers to do the finacing, they rushed through and were not upfront about what i was signing. READ THE CONTRACT. They opened a store credit card in my name (seperate from the financing). When i saw this on my credit report, I called customer service and they basically told me that I agreed to this and they wouldnt help me. The card was never activated and promptly closed due to inactivity which TANKED my credit over 20 points. Learn from us, and spend your money literally anywhere else. And read contracts when sales people are scrolling saying "just sign here". Being naive and trusting here will cost you years of your credit lol

We were greeted by Mary and she was absolutely a sweetheart! She made sure we weren't already working with another sales person (as to not steal their commission) which showed me she is a genuinely honest person. We had worked with a different person last year, but she was no longer there. Mary was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were looking for the matching loveseat to the sofa we bought last year. We had found it cheaper on Amazon and another furniture company, but they only deliver to the front door and do not assemble. We were planning to purchase online if we couldn't get a discount in the store. She was able to price match the Amazon price (which was about 13% cheaper than the store) and then added the white glove delivery. So we paid an extra $169, but that comes with the delivery and assembly - and the peace of mind knowing if it has any issues upon delivery, they will take it back and replace it. She was able to schedule the delivery for this upcoming Friday, so we will receive it in less than a week from ordering! She made the process quick and simple. Thank you, Mary!

My husband and I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture again. We spent $3500+ on a sectional and a week later we found a snag on the couch, they agreed to replace and fix the hole but it took them many weeks to get us the right fabric as they sent us the wrong fabric a couple times. Then a year later, the motor on one of our recliners randomly goes out for days at a time. We have called their customer service at least 20 times, they never call us back and they've sent us the wrong part several times. Needless to say, we never got our couch fixed and their customer service only made us more mad. Would not recommend them to anyone.

When I walked in, I was greeted by Cam, who was very cheerful. He showed me the differences in quality of chest of drawers. Very impressed by his salesmanship!

We went in to just look around - get some ideas for new livingroom furniture. My wife spotted a chair she liked. The salesman was friendly and helpful and got us a very good price. We were quite pleased with the whole experience.

Salesman and delivery guys were great. It's corporate I had problems with. You can't call and talk to anybody. Their AI just hangs up on you if your problem is different than the 3 options it gives you. At 7:30 am I got a txt that they were heading my way and it would be 30 min. It was 11:30 before they got here. I'd prob never shop Ashley again.

Purchased a couch from Ashley. Motor burnt out on recliner. I have been waiting a year for the replacement motor. Every time I call and actually get ahold of somebody they have no record of the claim. I would not recommend buying from here if customer service means anything to you.

I have always loved Ashley furniture and they have yet to dissapoint me. My last sectional from there held strong for over 6 years. It was moved into my sunroom, still in extremely good shape, but it was time for a change! I recently just purchased this Elissa sectional and I am in LOVE with it. It is like a fluffy pillow bed that your body just melts into! The seats are just firm enough to hold me proper so it does not hurt my back or body in any way and the seats are deep enough that I can comfortably criss cross my legs in front of me with room to spare (im 5'5). The woman in the store whom helped (Mary) me was very patient and sweet while I kept going back and forth many times before choosing this one. I am also SO thankful that these pieces to this sectional are mobile because I did NOT like my original set up I purchased (which was like a U-SHAPE). This long style fits my home much better and the pieces dont slide away unless you put actual force into it. They are pretty heavy pieces and I had to take a couple breaks moving them around on my own! Since they also dont have the side connection pieces, I am excited to be able to arrange them differently any time I may feel the urge for a slight design change! I will more than likely end up purchasing more pieces to add on. OH, and even though this is washable, the spot treatment they recommend works wonders! If you are looking for cozy, chic and versatile - I highly recommend this furniture!

Pleasant experience at the store, but the piece came damaged. They asked for a picture and claim they "can't see anything wrong" with it. It's not flush on the corner and is loose. There is also damage on the inside that we noticed later. This piece was over $600.

I recently purchased a new living room set( sofa, loveseat seat, table, and two end tables) to replace a previous living room set we purchased from Ashley Furniture a few years back, I didn’t purchase the oversized chair that matched our new living room set thinking I wouldn’t have the space for it..after moving a few pieces and carefully measuring, it turned out the chair would fit perfectly!, I looked for the chair on Ashley’s website and it was in stock for $799.00 (not a sale price) I had recently received a coupon for $100.00 dollars off a purchase over $200.00 which added more incentive to make the purchase!, when I arrived at the store the salesperson told me the chair was $899.00, I showed him the price on their website for $799.00 he replied well it’s 899.00 now, and asked if what I was showing him was photoshop..I showed him that it was indeed their website…he went on to explain, he could sell it to me For $799.00 but could not give me the additional $100.00 coupon off because it was 899.00 now in the store, ..how is this fair?!.. the coupon was for an “in store purchase” so I could not buy it online and use the coupon..reluctantly I purchased the chair for $799, without the coupon..but b now after purchasing two complete living room sets and came back to purchase a chair ..I think this will be our last!, what’s on the website, should match what’s in the store..it felt like this was a bait and switch

My husband and I made two different trips to Ashley to research mattresses. Kyle helped us on our first round and then Tim helped us the second one and both were so kind and knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision on our purchase. Thanks for a great experience! ****UPDATE**** Unfortunately I'm updating my review from a 5 star to 2. A mistake was made and the wrong adjustable base number was keyed in and delivered - I totally understand mistakes however, it is now over a month later and trying to get it remedied has been terrible. We have to keep contacting them by phone calls, emails and visit to the store to find out any updates. You can't go through the people you worked with at the store, but a very inefficient resolution center in the middle of the country. Everyone has been really nice and they have totally admitted that the problem was on their end, but like I said it's been over a month and we keep getting comments like, " we haven't received the new ticket yet." On a positive note the actual mattress itself is wonderful but based on our experience, sadly I would not recommend Ashley.

Don't shop at Ashley Furniture! Their insurance is as good as not having any at all. We have been going back and forth with Ashley Furniture for over 6 months trying to get our situation sorted out and a zipper repaired! It was such an unnecessary headache all to be told they aren't fixing it. Our couch isn't even paid off yet. Apparently they changed insurances and the new one doesn't cover what the old insurance said was covered for free. It's not my issue they changed insurances after we got our furniture. I will NEVER take a step a foot in their store again. My house is ready for some upgraded bedroom sets and so on and Ashley Furniture will not be getting my business nor do i recommend others to spend their money there either.

I would not trust anything out of Nick Baker’s mouth. Nick lied to my wife and me about returning our furniture, which Ashley doesn’t do returns, and is now backpedaling on this. I must say, I do love my new $400 makeshift armoire and seat, it’s a little problematic for entry into the home though. Overall, go with a different business or hold Nick Baker’s accountable for corporate policies.

Had a very good experience here. Nick greeted me, introduced me to current specials and then gave me room to look around. When I settled on what I wanted he came over and negotiated fairly with me. I am happy and looking forward to my delivery.

Initially we were pleased until it came time to pay. My card was run and then salesman tablet died. After about 15 min of trying to reboot the tablet they asked for my card again. I informed them the sale was already authorized. I had a twenty something sales person attempt to school me on how that won’t go through and will drop off when the second authorization is approved. He insisted the sale did not go through and if I was charged 2 times I could return to the store to be credited. Well needless to say I have spent 2 days on the phone with a 1-800 number that was handed to me on a piece of paper when I returned to the store for the refund of the duplicate sale. I get mistakes but won’t I don’t have patience for is the store staff and customer service staff acting as if I am bothering them and caused the problem. What took them a few minutes to take almost 2000.00 from my account now has to be investigated and I may see my money again in 7-10 days. Customer service is non existent and I will no longer do business with Ashley furniture.

** BUYER BEWARE Misleading signage, poor customer service. At least for the Holland location. Went in to purchase a Rocker/ Recliner and Bed frame on my Ashley's card. First thing I noticed when I got to the store, there was no sales associates visible. When I got in the middle of the store there were 4 employees sitting at a table. Not one of them greeted me or offered any kind of help. I asked for assistance to locate the chair's. A young guy took me to the area l needed. I found a couple of chair's I was interested in and then realized again, no one was around to ask questions. Found the guy who was helping me back at the table with the other employees. I inquired about the credit signage, which stated " PAY only $9.00 a month on your Ashley's card 60 month's, no interest. I was informed that to qualify for that, you had to make a minimum purchase amount. That the lowest payment would actually be no less than $30 monthly payment, if you were under the minimum purchase amount. I was also informed that the chair I wanted, would only qualify for 48 month financing. NO WHERE ON THE SIGNANGE DID IT STATE THIS! Before leaving the store I approached the table of employees and asked to speak to the manager. A girl sitting there acknowledged being the new manager. I commented on the misleading credit signs and the non existent customer service, and was sent off with the remark from her " I'm sorry you feel that way. " ????? Maybe this is why there was only one other couple in the store, besides me. This will be my last visit to an Ashley's store and I will pass this on to my friends as well.

If I could give less stars I would. First time I bought furniture, I was supposed to have an in-store credit cause I didn’t use my warranty and they didn’t honor it.

Distribution center loaded my furniture backwards so the plastic wrap immediately blew off my brand new white chase lounge during my 40 minute drive home. By the time we got home and finished unwrapping the chair we discovered a blue ink stain on the arm of the chair. When we called Ashely and talked to the service department all they could offer us was 60 dollars to be refunded on our card for the stain.

Hi, it would have been better if you hadn't charged me for the protection plan which I said I didn't want and when I returned to have it removed I got updated paperwork with the protection plan removed, but you still charged my account for the protection plan which I said that I did not want. I'm thinking of canceling the order altogether, because not only have you overcharged me, but I can't even PICK UP the order myself for almost three weeks! 👎

Went into the Holland Ashley Furniture store to purchse new Living Room furniture, and our sales lady Meranda Estep, was able to show us exactly what we were looking for, and not only was she able to show us exactly what we were looking for, she was so helpful and kind, and was not one bit pushy at all trying to make a sale, highly recomend this store and Meranda Estep!

Skylar Rozier at your Springmeadows Holland OH store did a fantastic job. He was not pushy, he let me look and sit on just about every Sofa set you had. He ran numbers several times for me ( I was a nightmare customer) I was there for hours and still couldn't decide. I told Skylar I was looking a few more places; although I saw his disappointment I promised I would come back and let him know what I picked either way. I went back the next day he looked surprised to see me but again took the time and patience to let my friend and I sit on the 3 sets I had in mind and again ran numbers for me. I ended purchasing a beautiful set and the rest was seemless. I want to thank him again for not rushing me or trying any scare tactics like "the sales ending soon" or "there's only a couple of these sets left..hope they're still here when you decide" or any of the many things I'd heard from the other furniture stores I visited. Skylar needs a raise or a possible promotion. Thank you for the great experience....I wasn't an easy sale.

I purchased a table, sofa sleeper, and loveseat from the Holland Ashley. I bought a 4 year protection plan as well. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don't honor their warranty plans. I've been fighting with them since the end of May. My sofa frame fell apart on the inside and nails aren't hammered in properly. The craftsmen just tried to hammer the nails over which caused the frame to not be secure and jeopardized it's safety and function. They said they wont honor the warranty and the warranty doesn't cover frame damage. Salesperson #333 told me the warranty covered everything. I filed a BBB complaint, Attorney General complaint, and stopper payment with my credit card company. My next step is to file a lawsuit in small claims court. If you don't want to go through this hell too then go somewhere else and don't buy from Ashley. I've called several times and I get a promise of a call back and it never happens. I get told I will be notified/called about the warranty companies information but no one ever reaches out.

Skylar is very attentive & has a funny personality. The store has a great selection of furniture & I am very satisfied with my service & my purchases. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. We were lied to several times and intentionally mislead by store associates, customer service, and the delivery men. We paid the 200$ white glove delivery fee and ironically the furniture delivered was stained by the filthy hands of the delivery guys. I called to request new pillows and was rerouted several times by store employees and customer service. After several calls we were told by the customer service manager they were not going to help us in any way. We spent thousands of dollars on furniture that has rust/dirt stains on all the cushions. Ashley furniture sales associates, managers, and delivery and customer service representatives are TERRIBLE people.

My first ever public review ever because I am frustrated beyond belief. The one (1) star is was too much. 3 months ago we ordered a full bedroom set, a coffee table, 8 dining room chairs and a desk chair. At the time we placed the order we were told that everything was "in stock" and would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. A few weeks later I received a text message asking if I was ready to schedule delivery. That was the last time I was pleased with Ashley. Since that text on 7/24/24 I have received 85 text messages from Ashley to schedule, cancel, schedule again and cancel... over and over and over. When we were informed that there would be a substantial delay on the bedroom furniture we cancelled the order. Our mistake was that we didn't cancel everything at that time. In mid August we received 3 of the 8 dining room chairs. 2 weeks later the other 5 were delivered. 5 out of the 8 chairs wobble because the legs are uneven. We are now trying to return these defective chairs and the run around is unreal. It has to be an internal strategy of ignoring us, then claiming they have attempted to call, but I haven't missed any calls and no voicemails have been left. I have responded to emails, called the number that has been provided and no one responds. It is clear that they are hoping that we will just give up and go away. I almost forgot, the desk chair was scheduled to be delivered a week ago (after being rescheduled numerous times) but it never showed up and no one ever contacted us. I almost forgot something else, we originally planned on financing through Synchrony but ended up putting the 8 chairs and the desk chair on credit card.... somehow I have a $1000+ balance on the Ashley Synchrony account that was NEVER used. I opened a complaint on that weeks ago and nothing has been resolved. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Stay far far away.

My wife and I’s experience at Ashley Furniture was fantastic. We initially stopped in to get an idea of what we wanted and were greeted by salesman Tim Hurlbert. He was extremely nice, funny, and helpful and made searching for furniture a breeze. We ended up coming back and purchasing a dining set and with his help it made the process go very smoothly. We highly suggest working with Tim for any and all furniture needs.

Sales man has no customer service and very unprofessional!! Im shopping for furniture as I walk into the store in Holland, OH and I’m determined to leave the store purchasing a bedroom set and dining table. I specifically tell sales man the dining table is a gift from my mom. So we start off with the dining table, well unfortunately my mother has to be present to make the purchase so the table was not able to get purchased. Which is understandable. As I tell the sales man, he seems to get upset. Keep in mind we are sitting at a table, well he just gets up and leaves. I look at my husband like what just happened. Didn’t even say ok, no problem is there anything else I can assist you with, thank you, or have a nice day. I didn’t even get to tell him I wanted this bed. He just got up and left. I’m guessing since he was not going to get commission on the dining room table he got mad and left us talking and forgot about the bed. I will just make

Recently purchased a TV stand with fireplace and a dining room table set. My order was delivered on August 20th. Delivery guys told us we had 3 days to reach out if there were any issues. Shortly after they left we noticed chips in the TV stand. Tried calling the local distribution center and this store for 2 days with no answer or option to speak to a live person. Finally on the 3rd day (the 23rd) drove out to this store. They weren't any help other than giving me the number to the direct care line. Stayed there till I was off the phone with them and thought everything was taken care of. Delivery was supposed to be today on August 31st. In the mean time the leg of our new dining chair breaks completely off. Also I hadn't received any confirmations of today's delivery. So I call the direct care line. This lady tells me they had it put in for the fireplace on the TV stand to be replaced. Not the damaged TV stand. So we get that taken care of or so I think. But she's still working on the chair and says it won't let her do it. She let me go to get assistance with it. This order has been a complete nightmare. My husband and I have been long time customers of Ashley's and most of our furniture is from here. Do not think I'll be back after this ordeal.

AWFUL customer service. I spend over $7,400K with a $500 "white glove" assembly and delivery fee. The bed platform was missing parts for the legs and the frame didn't line up therefore the bed couldn't be assembled. The delivery team said they would submit a tech request and I should be taken care of the following week; they never submitted the request. I happen to follow-up a few days later and submitted the request myself. New parts need ordered after waiting 8 weeks for the furniture, and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for parts. I called customer service numerous times for a delivery date and no one was able to help, the customer service manager was extremely rude and wasn't concerned about my problem in the least. At the time of the purchase the sales person said items were in stock and I would have items in 3 to 4 weeks. The furniture is going into a short-term rental unit. Due to the delay I have a loss of income which was to pay for the furniture purchase. In addition, my credit card was process before I walk out the door to prevent any stop payments which I'm sure has happened from other customers not receiving their goods after 3 months. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Ashley Furniture..from those in the store as well as those who delivered the furniture. I bought the floor model of a leather sectional-perfect condition and get for my dogs-easy to clean. Jimea (sp?) was wonderful as well as her manager-(which I knew his name, dang) I have never shopped at Ashley Furniture Store, thinking it was too expensive for me- but I soon found that having a well built couch with great material was affordable and I couldn't be happier with my decision-they deserve more than a 5 star for all they provider for me as well as the men who delivered-kind, courtesy and making this affortable for me-it has been a long time since I purchased a couch-kids are now gone replaced with grandkids , the family room where my new couch sits sadly replaces the bed where I cared for my husband for 2 yrs now sits empty...my children enouraged me to bring the family room back to life .. and that I did-thank you Ashley Furinture for you help during this trying time in my life .. Went to Ashley Homestore (Holland) on Sunday to take advantage of some of the deals! Ashley is always clean and I've never felt pressured to purchase anything when I'm there. I ended up purchasing a brand new mattress with the help of Skyler. He showed patience with me when I tested each mattress of interest (and when I went back to a mattress a couple different times to know if I really liked it). He never pressured me into buying anything and gave me space to look around! He was super helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be back to purchase another new couch in the upcoming months!

The quality of furniture here is awesome without doubt, I got my sofa here 2 years ago and it works very well. I also purchased a fancy bedroom furniture combo on Memorial Day sale with a very satisfying price. All sales folks here are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Johnny was the salesman who helped me on the bedroom combo. We were really impressed what Ashley furniture store had to offer. The sale prices were great too.

Everything is great and everyone is nice until you need service. I called two months ago about the frame of our sleeper sofa fell out of the couch. This frame had been replaced three months prior to that because a piece of metal had broken. Now the chunk of particle board holds the frame inside the couch, because why use just a piece of real wood that would actually hold the frame in, is breaking down which is why it recently fell out of it. The service tech used larger screws or bolts to hold the frame back in place but a new frame would need to be ordered because part of it broke when it fell out of the couch. But the only place you can screw the frame into place will not hold anything soon. The particle board continues to break down and fall onto my floor and the couch clunks and shifts a little if you sit on it. Now I am being told it will be just over two months before they can send anyone to even come and look at it. We are a family of 6 and need our couch. I don’t think it will last the two months until they get here. If you are setting up service two months out how great is the product really?

This store has many options to choose from but is a bit pricey considering Ashley is offered in many other outlets for cheaper. Wayfair is my go to for furniture.

But when you do need help, they’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and make you aware of sales and offers to help make the purchase as successful and affordable as possible. That is so important to make the furniture shopping experience, the most successful and fulfilling. I don’t like sales gimmicks and fast talk to get me to make a purchase. But I do appreciate taking advantage of any offers that are available. My sales woman was Mary S. She was so friendly and helpful and patient as we were kind of all over the board for a while. Then Johnny helped us put the large order together with some shipping some going home with us. He even stay late after closing to help us wrap artwork and load our car in the dark and rain! Up sell on mattress pad when you buy a mattress. Get one, pay for three and replace the used one as needed. Take it to a local ashley , they are a franchise and not part of the program. Take old nasty one back to the original store. Although still Assley they were sold and not ashley. Got the 1888 number to corporate and they hang up on you after 20 minutes. F. ING rip off.

The one time I bought a couch from here I found out shortly after that I overpaid by few hundred dollars and the quality was absolute garbage. I've tried to get my couches repaired 4 times through their service in two years and they have only ever sent someone once and it was a random guy that had absolutely no affiliation with furniture repairs. Random guy from down the street with a drill and an attitude. After wasting $2K on a pair of couches that lasted under 6 months before springs popped, fabrics ripped, cup holders fell out, and the backs of all 4 sections have broken "wood" and won't sit evenly, I will probably never go back to Ashley. Not a single child lives here and everyone sits respectfully and these things are still beyond unacceptable for the price. I wish I could refund them somehow but I gave up awhile ago.

Not one employee asked if I needed help. I walked the entire store looking for a couch and accent chairs and I was never acknowledged. Very disappointing and not impressed!

First and last time purchasing from this location. I was lied to. I was sold product that was not associated with my order. I paid extra to have old items removed. They refused to remove because I didn't bag the mattress up. The drives said store should of told me and when I called the store, they said it wasn't true. In either case, the driver jumped out of the car ready to refuse it anyways stating his truck was full. I have this on video and several other negative aspects of this on my ring doorbell. Sales rep has done nothing to make this right. Customer service refused to offer refund on removal fee. I have yet to see credit on parts they added and charged that werent needed. etc. Don't trust Tim, the store manager, or the customer service department. I will be filing a lawsuit Monday as they failed to honor there verbal and written commitments. Update: I have texted the number multiple times and been met with failed promises to have a manger call me. Four days later I’m still trying to resolve. At this point I have no choice but to revert to the court system for assistance. Think is this a company you would want to do business with? One that does not allow you to speak to a manager, one that will not call you back, one that you have to fight with to get your agreement honored.

John was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Tim came and introduced himself and was very welcoming. The entire experience was refreshing. We’re excited and waiting for our beautiful bedroom set to be delivered!

Was quoted 1 week for a table I purchased. They never ever EVER answer their phones. No one can give me an update. I had to drive to the store to ask for an update on my Order and was told “now it’s July 9th” it’s now the 11th no phone call to pick up the table. Will not purchase here again, lack of customer service is ridiculous. I still have no answer on my table and was told 1 week to begin with I have no table at my new home. Disappointed.

I was a difficult customer, the reason is my Wife and I Bought so much furniture in the last few years and it all fell apart. Our Sales person at Ashley and their manager listened to all of our needs and they accommodated us to the best of their ability. We found a set of furniture that we loved. I went in Saturday and walked around. I decided on the coach I wanted. I came back on Wednesday to purchase. The furniture was ready to be dropped off a few days later. Tim really didn’t have to sell me because the furniture is affordable and good quality. I actually appreciated the fact I wasn’t followed around the entire store until I purchased something. Sometimes buying furniture can be like buying a car. But my experience at Ashley was not like that. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. Tim was patient and answered all of my questions. I’m looking forward to buying more furniture in the future from Ashley Furniture.

Purchased the Furniture Care PROTECTION plan for an additional $249. In less than a year the leather recliner tears. I submit the online claim form twice through their website (one week in between) and get no response. One week later I call the 800 number and actually open a claim and upload photos to a provided email address (I had already uploaded the photos 2 times on the website). 3 weeks later still no response. No one sits in the chair over concern of it tearing further.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, they offer 0 help, no resolution ever gets made. My order was placed weeks ago and they processed it wrong and I still can’t pick it up (COMPLETELY PAID FOR) due to their negligence. Waste of money, anywhere else is better.

Terrible customer service!!! Do not buy the warranty, they don't stand by it anyway!! Been trying to get my recliner repaired since it was delivered defective in April!! Have called 3 diff phone numbers, went to the store twice still no resolution!!

My husband bought a powerlift recliner 5 months ago & the motor went out. He called to get it repaired & he has to wait 10 more days for a technician to come to our house & look at it. The chair is under a 5 year warranty.He is handicapped & cant get up out of chair. He's currantly using his wheelchair to sit on but it is very uncomfortable being a dialysis patient with spinal stenosis, diabetes, heart failure & is very weak (uses a walker) I hope someone from Corporate reads this message & can help him out soon.

Back ordered 3 items out of 13 without any notice from an order placed on 2/12 and delivered 5/26. Now placed us in tenuous situation as short term lease to start on 6/11.

I ordered a new bed frame and headboard in December of 2022, received it January 2023. By February, 2 support beams on the foundation of the bed had cracked causing the bed to have a dip. I contacted Ashley Furniture since this was within my warranty, to have the part replaced. I was told the part would be ordered and they could send someone out in a couple of weeks to fix the issue. It’s now May 2023 and I’ve yet to have the issue resolved. Every time I call they give me a different date of when the part will arrive. Went from the second week of May to the end of May and now I was told it wouldn’t be until the middle of July! Im beyond upset due to the fact I’m unable to sleep on my new bed because that would would void my warranty of my brand new mattress because “you can’t use the item if you don’t have the proper parts” — words from a woman in their parts department. Also, it would be extremely uncomfortable. I have called corporate for assistance because at this point I want my money back. I can’t believe I have to wait 5 months on 2 support beams. Worst customer service experience!

This is the worst store you could possibly buy from. They complain that their computers are slow, They don't get back to you when they say they will, They take your money quickly, Pressure you to buy their outrageously expensive warranty, They know nothing about what's going on with the deliveries even though they tell you they do when you purchase, You can't get through to them on the phone unless you talk to someone in another country across the ocean, hpalf the time you try to call them at the store customer service says they can't connect you, delivery is the worst, They text someone else's address and phone number to your phone , everything is a mess. There are way better stores to purchase from, such as value city, The Granary in Findlay Has much better quality furniture, delivery and sales people. Definitely would not buy here again ever.

One of the easiest stores to work with when buying furniture. Not much high pressure sales tactics. I typically buy my furniture out right so there are no payments so I am not sure how the payments work or if they're easy to make. The sales people at this location were all very friendly. Tim was great at finding exactly what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like. He heard my concerns and circumstances and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location and Tim!

A month ago, we went to the spring meadows store and looked around. Mikaela offered some assistance and a business card. We unfortunately left so we could look around at other stores. Needless to say we really only liked what we saw at Ashley furniture. I reached back out to someone we only seen one time, and of course Mikaela answered my messages in a timely fashion. She answered all of our questions, and set us up by phone/email as we could not go in to the store. We can not wait for our new furniture in our new home

I do not normal have negative things to say/post but I'm pretty disappointed in Ashley Furniture and will not likely do any more business with them. 8 years ago I purchased furniture and a warranty. The warranty was if I didn't need any repairs for 5 years after the 5 years I would get 200.00 in store credit with no minimum purchase amount. The company has since been bought out so the new company changed the terms on me. I went to go purchase some wall art thinking I could use the credit only to find out that now I have to spend a minimum of 500.00 in order to use the warranty. Spending 500.00 is easy sure, but that was NOT the terms of my original contract. My original contract did not have a minimum of 500 spent in order to use the 200.00 credit.

Furniture was nice walked though the whole store twice and never got talked to while we watched everyone else easily get attended to

Started out having a great experience, however things sure did change. I am so disappointed with how things were handled. Received a call that my furniture was in, told the delivery that I was not ready for it yet so I rescheduled. About 2 weeks before my delivery received a call that my furniture was not in. I went to the store and noticed that the display of the furniture was no longer there. I questioned the Asst. manager and was told that I was not getting the display. I questioned why I was told all the furniture was in and then it was not. They could not answer my question. My order came in 3 different delivers, When the mattress's arrived for the king bed they were 2 different styles so 1 was higher then the other. when my other furniture was delivered(which was supposed to be the rest), the ottoman was missing, the night stands were delivered without the feet or hardware. The delivery driver sent a message which I read, I contact customer service and the Asst .manager sent an email regarding this . After 3 weeks of no response I called directly to Ashley Corp. spoke to customer service and she could not find my order so she reordered the items missing. After an additional 2 weeks of nothing being delivered I called again and was told there was no order. The lady I spoke to placed the order again. I did finally receive everything. I should not of had to call or go to that store as many time as I did. I left messages at the store for the manager to call me never received a call. If you are looking for great customer service this is not the place I would not recommend. The furniture is very nice, not so sure the trouble was worth it.

Lots of miscommunication issues. They want to deliver mirror one day bed set another day and so on. Pay upfront cash and miss all the holidays for not having the items in the house. I know this is the issue with industry but at least proper communication might help a bit. Stay away

Was told it would be 4-16 weeks for shipment AFTER we looked at stuff for an hour 🙄

Ashley Furniture is a joke at this point. We ordered a sectional with an ottoman on 10/1. We were told by the store manager that it would be 6 weeks and they have not been having issues with delivery times. Well, delivery got bumped to 12/10. I called to check in, and now they are saying the week of 12/19-12/23 and they schedule deliveries a week out. We are hosting Christmas at our new house, so we need seating for people. We asked for partial delivery, and they said they can't deliver part of the sectional but they could deliver the ottoman. THE OTTOMAN, WITH NO COUCH. This is a joke. We had a much better experience at Appliance Center in Maumee for our last couch, and will not be shopping with Ashley Furniture in the future as they are unapologetic and not providing any real solution for this delay. We also paid in full up front, and they are not offering any discounts for this poor service.

King bed delivered damaged driver took photos and said someone would call us in a couple days. Did not happen now I call them and they want to send someone to the home to try and repair damaged bed. Should have never accepted delivery. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Extremely unsatisfied with Ashley and I will never buy from this company again. Bought a new bedroom set for my wife on our anniversary months ago and still have not received the bedroom set. We were given at least 6 different delivery dates have had terrible interactions with customer service. Extremely unsatisfied.

Ordered this futon with usb ports online. Absolutely love it! Thank you Aaron Rosen, my online salesperson, for all your help! You kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would happily reach out to you again for future purchases.

I purchased a mattress along with a adjustable base and was told they would be delivered on November 11th, 5 days after purchase. I called to confirm delivery and was told my base wouldn't be here till mid December. When asked could I cancel the order for the base I was initially told they wanted to check inventory to see if they had another one if like available but if not that yes I could. When they called back I was told if I cancel the base they would cancel my whole order and charge me arestocking fee even though I haven't received any of the order and was clearly lied to do the saleslady would get her commission. At this point id rather pay the restocking fee then give this business my money.

Absolutely do not go to this store. Nothing but lies from the store manager to the distribution center. We ordered $12,000 worth of furniture and didn’t as much as get an honest update or any communication about delivery. They were completely aware that we were moving into an unfurnished townhouse. Overall awful experience, we will not buy from Ashley again. At store 3 hours and our order was written down incorrectly by our salesman, Tim H. (missing a bookshelf we wanted to purchase) and then due to computers being down, was then entered electronically incorrectly (missing 2 sweater chests plus bookshelf). We paid for delivery and set up of our furniture (should’ve received 2 twin beds with drawers underneath, 2 mattresses, nightstand, 2 sweater chests and bookshelf) and we did not receive sweater chests or bookshelf then (9/27). When I called Ashley and spoke to Becky within an hour of delivery, they did not have sweater chests or bookshelf on their electronic order but luckily I saved written order from store that noted sweater chests. This is when I also noticed that bookshelf was not written on order at all (salesman has bad handwriting and I had to text a picture to office staff for them to even try to read it for me). I also had to spend 25+ minutes trying to find bookshelf we wanted on website to text a picture as well since name was not written down. Our salesman, Tim H., was not in store that day and we were told they would talk to him to see what could be done and someone would reach out to us. Called the next evening at 6:30 pm and spoke directly to Tim because I had not received a call, and he said he would look into it and said he would follow up with me to let me know what could be done. I still had not heard a single thing from anyone at Ashley by following week but we received text message about delivery on 10/2 or 10/3. On 10/4 at 1:50 pm I reached out to store again to inquire about why I had not received any follow up call about what was even being delivered and spoke to Savannah about issues and requested to speak to a manager. She said store manager was in that day and took my phone number for a callback and I never received a call. We scheduled delivery for 10/18 by text due to needing furniture asap so we can clear a room to start setting up a nursery. Still have not heard anything from Ashley. Have tried to call multiple times myself (since I was one with all info) but due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to call a lot during their business hours or wait on hold. My husband has also tried to call a couple times and has gotten no answer or busy signal. I also addressed issue of the beds being put together incorrectly and my husband having to completely take apart and redo both. We also are left with 3 legs in each drawer that we have no idea where they go and we were given no directions for or even told about. Delivery on 10/18 was only 2 sweater chests, no bookshelf, and one of chests was damaged so now back to still not having our entire order and absolutely no follow up from Ashley. I work in retail and understand being busy and mistakes happening but the complete lack of follow up with me at all is unforgiving. I was never rude or mean and was patient waiting for follow up, knowing that they’re busy (I’ve been yelled at too many times myself to be that type of person) but the complete lack of customer service is astounding.

I have had good luck with quality funiture from this location. I would highly recommend Johnny. He is the full package- knowledgable, friendly, not pushy and has great ideas to help you maximize your purchase.

I am regular with Ashley not only in this store location also with the globally ones. However, professionalism is the most important thing that any business must need. The sell man that was Tim is not professional at all. He must understand how to deal to costumers. He was trying to make a laugh on me. Also, he tried to be funny and he do not have too. Honestly, one employer will represent the whole Ashley. There are many professional furniture store in this area which are much better than this place.

Our salesperson, Jayce, was super helpful. He was available when we needed him but did not pressure us while we were trying to make our decision. We would definitely go back and to this location for future purchases.

Sadly to say but my husband and I have had nothing but problems from the moment we started with Ashley picking furniture and here we are now a month later and we still do not have our furniture. This has been the worst nightmare ever and we will never return to the store again. Gracie, who was our salesperson though was fantastic and very sweet and went all out to help us pick out the furniture but when it comes to having it delivered they don't even tell you that it is in and ready to be delivered. We had to keep calling Ashley to check on the status and they kept telling us that part of the order was in but not all of it. A couple weeks later still waiting we decided to call again and they said it's been sitting there and they gave us no phone call to let us know that it could have been delivered. Then they give us a delivery date and then it doesn't happen. Totally undependable so we had to find our own delivery man to pick it up. When you call the warehouse they do not answer and if they do by any chance answer they hang up on you right away. Definitely not a place to buy furniture.

My experience with Ashley Furniture gets a 5 star. My sales person Johnny was very helpful and did not pressure me. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions. I did not buy that day. When I made my decision to buy at Ashley’s I wanted to make sure he got the credit for it.

My husband and I are new to the area and came to the Ashley Homestore in Holland OH! Johnny Feher greeted us warmly and invited us to browse and gave a brief tutorial of where things were located! We appreciated the opportunity to browse at our leisure knowing he was around to answer our questions! Which he did!! He made our shopping experience stressfree and pleasant! Johnny Feher is the perfect definition of a what we looked for when being approached at your store from a sales representative. He listened to what it was we were looking for and gave us the time and space we needed to shop comfortably without hovering over us. When we had a question he was easy to find and very knowledgeable, because of his expertise we found and purchased the dining room set we have been searching for, for many months. If we are ever in need of additional furnishings we will definitely choose Johnny at Ashley HomeStore.

What a great place to shop with wonderful employees I have to say my sales person Johnny was so helpful and had lots of patience with me which he needed it lol. The family and I went to Ashley at Spring Meadows to buy a recliner sofa. Tim Hulbert assisted us and we have to say, he made us feel comfortable while looking for options. He went the extra mile by making sure our kids were having fun too. On top of that, he gave us a great price and a great sofa we all feel satisfied. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Definitely recommend getting your furniture/beddings from here! Ask for a nice wonderful woman named Kalyn. She took her time and even stayed over her shift to make sure I was satisfied … her customer service was by far the best I have ever received. Made my shopping process a success could not have done it without her.

Tim was an excellent help in picking out a mattress for my girlfriend and I. He was very informative and did a great job explaining what to look for. Tim was the bomb.com! Furniture shopping is never fun, but his candor and personality made it fun from the very beginning. We definitely will be coming back sometime just for Tim! (PS, he is in fact the most boujee floor’s person at Ashley!)

So we purchased close to $7000 worth of furniture and they send a broken nightstand with our partial order most the glides were broken. We could not obviously tell that it wasn’t functional until we unpacked it so Ashley furniture said they will not replace the brand new broken nightstand. They kept stating that it is a service issue and they can’t replace it I basically have to wait 2 weeks to have the items shipped to me and then wait another week or two for a tech to come out and maybe fix this brand new broken nightstand when they could have just replaced the whole nightstand which I though would be the right thing and more appropriate thing to do. So we will not be shopping there due to how they decided to handle it. If you purchase anything unbox it and inspect everything before you sign for it that way if something isn’t right you can send it right back

Being a young guy and in sales, I know how some people can ignore those they don’t think will purchase. After shopping for just a few minutes, Kalyn came right up to me with a smile. After showing me products for over an hour, I ended up getting multiple pieces of furniture. Kalyn gave me a great deal and I am super happy with my experience!! Would definitely buy again and highly recommend her.

Had a very pleasant experience with the sales associate Tim Hurlbert this evening. My Father and I went into Ashley Furniture with a strong idea of what kind of recliner my Father was looking for. We had already picked one out at another place but thought we'd give Ashley's a quick peak. Well Tim meet us right at the door with his pleasant, professional. and friendly personality despite us walking in about 25mins before store closing hrs. Tim went above and beyond than any other furniture sales associate I've ever dealt with in the past (which has been quiet a few). He asked appropriate questions like inquiring about any possible health issues to consider, yes the dog has to sit with him..lol. and other unique factors do he could tailor a range of good, better, great, and best options for my father that also met his own personal wants. Tim and the staff stayed after hours to close out on the greatest recliner, sofa, and loveseat that meets all of our families needs (including our fur babies). Thanks Tim for your stellar personalized service with a great smile!! And a side note, I truly appreciated and loved my animal balloon you made me!! You're fantastic!

I went in completely unsure of what I wanted. The sofa and loveseat I ordered at a different furniture store I had delivered and I did not end up liking it, so they are going to pick it up. Grandpa Tim helped me and made me feel completely comfortable and not pressured at all. He listened to what I liked and found the best furniture for me. He also helped me with end tables and told me not to rush into getting anything else right now. Just wait until I see the other furniture in my house then get more if you want to. I liked the no pressure feeling I got from Tim. The only thing I am now concerned about after reading some reviews is that I paid cash for my whole entire order and now I'm worried about if my furniture will come in when I was told it would or what if it gets discontinued??? I'm really concerned now about the money part of it.

I arrived at the store and was greeted by a sales person. In the process of purchasing my items I was told there would be a delay in receiving the product. I was told don’t worry about the 16 weeks you should receive the product in 2 weeks. I went through with the purchase. I was promised three times that I would receive my furniture. Four months later, I am informed I will receive the furniture in July. It has been lie after lie. Who would agree to purchase furniture in November to receive in July. Well, maybe November I can’t even trust Ashley Home Furniture will have my product in July. The contract said you are permitted to cancel your order in 20 weeks. It was 20 weeks and they want to charge you 25% to cancel furniture you are not going to receive for 4 more months maybe. Jason at Ashley Home Store Holland is the worst manager I have ever worked with. He had no interest in listening to me or helping me. Customer Service is not a priority for him or this store. They lie to you and tell you your furniture will arrive sooner than 16 weeks just to lock you into a sale. Please consider alternative furniture stores that are honest and want to take care of their customers because this store is not interested in customer service.

The Sales Associate(Candy Prentice), was Super Friendly, and helped match dressers to the entertainment stand. She was also helpful in working out great package deals, and price matching.

If you want a knowledgeable patient courteous sales person go to Ashley furniture at Spring Meadows and see Lisa. She took extra time with us because of my husband's medical issues he walks slow and we had specific furniture needs. She went over and above to help us get what we were looking for and gave a great price. Thank you Lisa your awesome!
