We came in to purchase a bunk bed for our littles and had the pleasure of working with Miranda. She greeted us promptly and took us back to the kiddo section. We found a nice bunk bed we liked and decided to take a look at a new bed for our Master bedroom as well. After we found a nice new bedroom set for ourselves Miranda suggested we take a look at their mattresses. We found an amazing Sealy Posturpedic and called it a day. Miranda suggested the in store credit card with 12 months same as cash. Our visit was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Miss Miranda and the rest of the team at Ashley’s furniture! We will be back again soon.

The customer service at this store is awful they do not help you will not greet you upon entry to the store. As a customer I shouldn’t have to approach a sales person for assistance when several walk by and don’t acknowledge me
Went into the Holland Ashley Furniture store to purchse new Living Room furniture, and our sales lady Meranda Estep, was able to show us exactly what we were looking for, and not only was she able to show us exactly what we were looking for, she was so helpful and kind, and was not one bit pushy at all trying to make a sale, highly recomend this store and Meranda Estep!
Skylar Rozier at your Springmeadows Holland OH store did a fantastic job. He was not pushy, he let me look and sit on just about every Sofa set you had. He ran numbers several times for me ( I was a nightmare customer) I was there for hours and still couldn't decide. I told Skylar I was looking a few more places; although I saw his disappointment I promised I would come back and let him know what I picked either way. I went back the next day he looked surprised to see me but again took the time and patience to let my friend and I sit on the 3 sets I had in mind and again ran numbers for me. I ended purchasing a beautiful set and the rest was seemless. I want to thank him again for not rushing me or trying any scare tactics like "the sales ending soon" or "there's only a couple of these sets left..hope they're still here when you decide" or any of the many things I'd heard from the other furniture stores I visited. Skylar needs a raise or a possible promotion. Thank you for the great experience....I wasn't an easy sale.

I purchased a table, sofa sleeper, and loveseat from the Holland Ashley. I bought a 4 year protection plan as well. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don't honor their warranty plans. I've been fighting with them since the end of May. My sofa frame fell apart on the inside and nails aren't hammered in properly. The craftsmen just tried to hammer the nails over which caused the frame to not be secure and jeopardized it's safety and function. They said they wont honor the warranty and the warranty doesn't cover frame damage. Salesperson #333 told me the warranty covered everything. I filed a BBB complaint, Attorney General complaint, and stopper payment with my credit card company. My next step is to file a lawsuit in small claims court. If you don't want to go through this hell too then go somewhere else and don't buy from Ashley.
I was looking to furnish my home & I went into Ashley furniture. I received great customer service from Skylar & his Wonderful Manager who's name starts with a T. Skylar is very attentive & has a funny personality. The store has a great selection of furniture & I am very satisfied with my service & my purchases. I would definitely recommend it over & over again.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. We were lied to several times and intentionally mislead by store associates, customer service, and the delivery men. We paid the 200$ white glove delivery fee and ironically the furniture delivered was stained by the filthy hands of the delivery guys. I called to request new pillows and was rerouted several times by store employees and customer service. After several calls we were told by the customer service manager they were not going to help us in any way. We spent thousands of dollars on furniture that has rust/dirt stains on all the cushions. Ashley furniture sales associates, managers, and delivery and customer service representatives are TERRIBLE people.

My first ever public review ever because I am frustrated beyond belief. The one (1) star is was too much. 3 months ago we ordered a full bedroom set, a coffee table, 8 dining room chairs and a desk chair. At the time we placed the order we were told that everything was "in stock" and would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. A few weeks later I received a text message asking if I was ready to schedule delivery. That was the last time I was pleased with Ashley. Since that text on 7/24/24 I have received 85 text messages from Ashley to schedule, cancel, schedule again and cancel... over and over and over. When we were informed that there would be a substantial delay on the bedroom furniture we cancelled the order. Our mistake was that we didn't cancel everything at that time. In mid August we received 3 of the 8 dining room chairs. 2 weeks later the other 5 were delivered. 5 out of the 8 chairs wobble because the legs are uneven. We are now trying to return these defective chairs and the run around is unreal. It has to be an internal strategy of ignoring us, then claiming they have attempted to call, but I haven't missed any calls and no voicemails have been left. I have responded to emails, called the number that has been provided and no one responds. It is clear that they are hoping that we will just give up and go away. I almost forgot, the desk chair was scheduled to be delivered a week ago (after being rescheduled numerous times) but it never showed up and no one ever contacted us. I almost forgot something else, we originally planned on financing through Synchrony but ended up putting the 8 chairs and the desk chair on credit card.... somehow I have a $1000+ balance on the Ashley Synchrony account that was NEVER used. I opened a complaint on that weeks ago and nothing has been resolved. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Stay far far away.
Kira needs to cloned. She was awesome! She was very patient and most importantly, not pushy at all!! I wish the store had all the sections in one area (LR sets, Dining, Bedroom, etc). But still, the entire experience from start to finish was Great!!
My wife and I’s experience at Ashley Furniture was fantastic. We initially stopped in to get an idea of what we wanted and were greeted by salesman Tim Hurlbert. He was extremely nice, funny, and helpful and made searching for furniture a breeze. We ended up coming back and purchasing a dining set and with his help it made the process go very smoothly. We highly suggest working with Tim for any and all furniture needs.
Sales man has no customer service and very unprofessional!! Im shopping for furniture as I walk into the store in Holland, OH and I’m determined to leave the store purchasing a bedroom set and dining table. I specifically tell sales man the dining table is a gift from my mom. So we start off with the dining table, well unfortunately my mother has to be present to make the purchase so the table was not able to get purchased. Which is understandable. As I tell the sales man, he seems to get upset. Keep in mind we are sitting at a table, well he just gets up and leaves. I look at my husband like what just happened. Didn’t even say ok, no problem is there anything else I can assist you with, thank you, or have a nice day. I didn’t even get to tell him I wanted this bed. He just got up and left. I’m guessing since he was not going to get commission on the dining room table he got mad and left us talking and forgot about the bed. I will just make

Jonny at Ashley went above and beyond for us. We came back right after closing time not realizing and he graciously let us enter to make our purchase we left to discuss. He made us feel very comfortable and presented great knowledge and advice for the care of our products. Ashley furniture has great quality products, presentation was excellent and sales person was outgoing without pressure.

Recently purchased a TV stand with fireplace and a dining room table set. My order was delivered on August 20th. Delivery guys told us we had 3 days to reach out if there were any issues. Shortly after they left we noticed chips in the TV stand. Tried calling the local distribution center and this store for 2 days with no answer or option to speak to a live person. Finally on the 3rd day (the 23rd) drove out to this store. They weren't any help other than giving me the number to the direct care line. Stayed there till I was off the phone with them and thought everything was taken care of. Delivery was supposed to be today on August 31st. In the mean time the leg of our new dining chair breaks completely off. Also I hadn't received any confirmations of today's delivery. So I call the direct care line. This lady tells me they had it put in for the fireplace on the TV stand to be replaced. Not the damaged TV stand. So we get that taken care of or so I think. But she's still working on the chair and says it won't let her do it. She let me go to get assistance with it. This order has been a complete nightmare. My husband and I have been long time customers of Ashley's and most of our furniture is from here. Do not think I'll be back after this ordeal.

AWFUL customer service. I spend over $7,400K with a $500 "white glove" assembly and delivery fee. The bed platform was missing parts for the legs and the frame didn't line up therefore the bed couldn't be assembled. The delivery team said they would submit a tech request and I should be taken care of the following week; they never submitted the request. I happen to follow-up a few days later and submitted the request myself. New parts need ordered after waiting 8 weeks for the furniture, and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for parts. I called customer service numerous times for a delivery date and no one was able to help, the customer service manager was extremely rude and wasn't concerned about my problem in the least. At the time of the purchase the sales person said items were in stock and I would have items in 3 to 4 weeks. The furniture is going into a short-term rental unit. Due to the delay I have a loss of income which was to pay for the furniture purchase. In addition, my credit card was process before I walk out the door to prevent any stop payments which I'm sure has happened from other customers not receiving their goods after 3 months. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY HOME by DUFRESNE SPENCER GROUP.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Ashley Furniture..from those in the store as well as those who delivered the furniture. I bought the floor model of a leather sectional-perfect condition and get for my dogs-easy to clean. Jimea (sp?) was wonderful as well as her manager-(which I knew his name, dang) I have never shopped at Ashley Furniture Store, thinking it was too expensive for me- but I soon found that having a well built couch with great material was affordable and I couldn't be happier with my decision-they deserve more than a 5 star for all they provider for me as well as the men who delivered-kind, courtesy and making this affortable for me-it has been a long time since I purchased a couch-kids are now gone replaced with grandkids , the family room where my new couch sits sadly replaces the bed where I cared for my husband for 2 yrs now sits empty...my children enouraged me to bring the family room back to life .. and that I did-thank you Ashley Furinture for you help during this trying time in my life .. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!

Went to Ashley Homestore (Holland) on Sunday to take advantage of some of the deals! Ashley is always clean and I've never felt pressured to purchase anything when I'm there. I ended up purchasing a brand new mattress with the help of Skyler. He showed patience with me when I tested each mattress of interest (and when I went back to a mattress a couple different times to know if I really liked it). He never pressured me into buying anything and gave me space to look around! He was super helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be back to purchase another new couch in the upcoming months!

The quality of furniture here is awesome without doubt, I got my sofa here 2 years ago and it works very well. I also purchased a fancy bedroom furniture combo on Memorial Day sale with a very satisfying price. All sales folks here are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Johnny was the salesman who helped me on the bedroom combo. He gave me insightful suggestions on making comparisons on bed frames and dressers, he listed all prices of combinations I asked for and gave me the best bargain. Thanks Johnny!

The service here was horrible. I don’t usually complain about service, but this was ridiculous. We found what we wanted and told the sales people what we wanted. We waited there 3 hours for some reason, even after our credit was checked and approved within 15 minutes. They changed the price several time, stating that it’s more because of this and that. The final price doubled from what we originally agreed on. Finally decided to only buy a chair we found we really liked. They over charged us for that too. They didn’t even offer to make things right. I didn’t want to deal with them anymore so just left. We will not be back. The manager was a complete A-hole.
Look elsewhere, they do not know what they are doing at this store. We spent quite a bit of money here for our furniture to take over a month to be delivered. Employee promised it would only take a week. Customer service here is a joke.

Got some more furniture from this ashly store and i am so happy i did! The only down fall is it took forever to come.
We were really impressed what Ashley furniture store had to offer. The sale prices were great too.
Everything is great and everyone is nice until you need service. I called two months ago about the frame of our sleeper sofa fell out of the couch. This frame had been replaced three months prior to that because a piece of metal had broken. Now the chunk of particle board holds the frame inside the couch, because why use just a piece of real wood that would actually hold the frame in, is breaking down which is why it recently fell out of it. The service tech used larger screws or bolts to hold the frame back in place but a new frame would need to be ordered because part of it broke when it fell out of the couch. But the only place you can screw the frame into place will not hold anything soon. The particle board continues to break down and fall onto my floor and the couch clunks and shifts a little if you sit on it. Now I am being told it will be just over two months before they can send anyone to even come and look at it. We are a family of 6 and need our couch. I don’t think it will last the two months until they get here. If you are setting up service two months out how great is the product really?
I have been trying to get my sleeper sofa repaired or really at this point just replaced. the frame of the bed fell out of the wood of the sofa itself. It is only held in with a big chuck of particle board, a 2x4 piece of real wood would work better. But the particle wood that is there is breaking apart and the couch clunks every time you sit on it. Now I have been told it will be two months before anyone can come and even look at it. It will be the same service tech that was out last time because they said they only have one tech for my area. She already knows it's falling apart because she had to use huge bolts to get the frame to stay last time. Just replace this huge hunk of junk please.
I took down my previous post recommending this place. Look elsewhere for furniture it will be over 1 month for our bed frame to be delivered when we ordered it 3 weeks ago. It is now scheduled to be delivered 2.5 weeks from now.

Went to Ashley for a mattress for my son. The store was clean and employee's were very friendly. My salesman Tim H. Was super helpful and very knowledgeable when showing us mattresses. Will be sure to recommend and to come back when new furniture is needed.
I bought a mattress one month ago. The service when purchasing is great but if you run into difficulties which I did, the customer service stinks. The store personnel forward me to the 800 number. My mattress smells like chemicals. It turns out Ashley isn't alone but there is something called off-gassing due to a VOCompound used for flame retardant. I can't use the mattress because of the smell. Also, I have issues because of age. I asked for the mattress to be returned and they said no. You bought it and it is in your home. Therefore it is yours. I asked that they swap it out with one on the showroom floor which as had time to air out and they will not. They want to bring a new mattress. I explained it would be the same issue in that after plastic taken off it would smell. No flexibility. It took a call from the store manager to get them out to check the mattress in February because they were scheduling it for April. I have aired it out for over a month and I still can smell the chemicals. When I was purchasing the mattress, I explained to the salesman, that I had brought two mattresses from another store not Ashley and they both had the chemical smell but they took them back without an issue. He assured me that wouldn't be the case. Less than 24 hrs after the delivery, I went to the store and explained having the same issue and the comment was, "I think I remember that being mention during training." I purchased the mattress pad they recommended because that would give me 90days warranty, but alas, that only allows for swapping out a new mattress. Lastly, the chatbot is so annoying and texting with an AI is beyond annoying. On top of that, although pleasant, the wait on the 800 calls was 30+ minutes.Think hard before purchasing at Ashley.

I got a great deal on a recliner that I know is comfortable and made well like all of the Ashley furniture I have ever gotten.

This store has many options to choose from but is a bit pricey considering Ashley is offered in many other outlets for cheaper. Wayfair is my go to for furniture.

Tom Szymanski is a hidden gem. A true human who was very kind and very welcoming. We didn't appreciate the pushy text messages requesting reviews when we hadn't even received our furniture. Perhaps review your future practices. I'm not ever going to share a review until the service is complete. The delivery guys were a delight. Very respectful and kind. We love our new table.
Mr. Hurlbert was the man helping me, he was really informative on mattresses, great with my daughter by including her so she didn't feel left out, and took care of me so I had the right fit for my back condition that I would be happy with for the next 10years. Not the first time I've shopped here for furniture and won't be the last!

I have had multiple recent trips into this location of Ashley Furniture and I cannot thank their team and their management enough. Not only did they greet us upon arrival, they are friendly and welcoming. , They offer to help you if you’d like help or they let you browse if you’d prefer to be left alone for a bit. But when you do need help, they’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and make you aware of sales and offers to help make the purchase as successful and affordable as possible. That is so important to make the furniture shopping experience, the most successful and fulfilling. I don’t like sales gimmicks and fast talk to get me to make a purchase. But I do appreciate taking advantage of any offers that are available. My sales woman was Mary S. She was so friendly and helpful and patient as we were kind of all over the board for a while. Then Johnny helped us put the large order together with some shipping some going home with us. He even stay late after closing to help us wrap artwork and load our car in the dark and rain! Thank you so much, Johnny! We absolutely love our furniture, feel the quality is top-notch, and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Even the accessories are gorgeous. Do not purchase anything from Ashley furniture. They do not stand behind their warranty and their customer service is horrible. It has been over 6 weeks to be told again they are not covering a manufacture defect on a table top that was purchased 5 months ago. I have spent over $4000 in furniture in the last 2 years from here and they do not give a S%i* about evening physical looking at the item to confirm the problem. Taken this into a legal matter....... BUYERS BE AWARE. spend your money elsewhere
I stopped by to pay a bill at Ashley’s. Which I did not know, you could not do within the store. What a bummer. I saw that they had a sale and decided to purchase some pillows. I paid in cash and expected to get a receipt and walk out the door. I was told that I had to sign at least 6 to 8 pieces of paper, and when I finally deny one or two of them, I was told that I could not take the merchandise after they had received over $100 from me in cash, of course I’m not happy because shopping is therapy for me. Wasn’t trying to sign my life away. Goodbye forever Ashley.🥴

What a smooth purchase! Picked out our sectional (Mary is fabulous) and scheduled the delivery. I got text messages every so often reminding me of the delivery day/time. I could track the delivery truck as it was driving all over Toledo delivering furniture on my phone. The delivery came right on time and the two guys were polite and careful. Our new couch is outstanding! If you’re in the market for a new couch, now is the time to buy at Ashley! 60 months same as cash and no money down! Like that you have more than 1 store to look at furniture. We were in Defiance saw one we liked but really wasn’t set on it. Went to two other stores didn’t see what we liked. We come to Toledo store and we found the furniture we really like and now can’t wait to get it home once we get moved in to our in place.
Up sell on mattress pad when you buy a mattress. Get one, pay for three and replace the used one as needed. Take it to a local ashley , they are a franchise and not part of the program. Take old nasty one back to the original store. Although still Assley they were sold and not ashley. Got the 1888 number to corporate and they hang up on you after 20 minutes. F. ING rip off.

The one time I bought a couch from here I found out shortly after that I overpaid by few hundred dollars and the quality was absolute garbage. I've tried to get my couches repaired 4 times through their service in two years and they have only ever sent someone once and it was a random guy that had absolutely no affiliation with furniture repairs. Random guy from down the street with a drill and an attitude. After wasting $2K on a pair of couches that lasted under 6 months before springs popped, fabrics ripped, cup holders fell out, and the backs of all 4 sections have broken "wood" and won't sit evenly, I will probably never go back to Ashley. Not a single child lives here and everyone sits respectfully and these things are still beyond unacceptable for the price. I wish I could refund them somehow but I gave up awhile ago.
Not one employee asked if I needed help. I walked the entire store looking for a couch and accent chairs and I was never acknowledged. Very disappointing and not impressed!
First and last time purchasing from this location. I was lied to. I was sold product that was not associated with my order. I paid extra to have old items removed. They refused to remove because I didn't bag the mattress up. The drives said store should of told me and when I called the store, they said it wasn't true. In either case, the driver jumped out of the car ready to refuse it anyways stating his truck was full. I have this on video and several other negative aspects of this on my ring doorbell. Sales rep has done nothing to make this right. Customer service refused to offer refund on removal fee. I have yet to see credit on parts they added and charged that werent needed. etc. Don't trust Tim, the store manager, or the customer service department. I will be filing a lawsuit Monday as they failed to honor there verbal and written commitments. Update: I have texted the number multiple times and been met with failed promises to have a manger call me. Four days later I’m still trying to resolve. At this point I have no choice but to revert to the court system for assistance. Think is this a company you would want to do business with? One that does not allow you to speak to a manager, one that will not call you back, one that you have to fight with to get your agreement honored.
John was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Tim came and introduced himself and was very welcoming. The entire experience was refreshing. We’re excited and waiting for our beautiful bedroom set to be delivered!

Was quoted 1 week for a table I purchased. They never ever EVER answer their phones. No one can give me an update. I had to drive to the store to ask for an update on my Order and was told “now it’s July 9th” it’s now the 11th no phone call to pick up the table. Will not purchase here again, lack of customer service is ridiculous. I still have no answer on my table and was told 1 week to begin with I have no table at my new home. Disappointed.

I went in Saturday and walked around. I decided on the coach I wanted. I came back on Wednesday to purchase. The furniture was ready to be dropped off a few days later. Tim really didn’t have to sell me because the furniture is affordable and good quality. I actually appreciated the fact I wasn’t followed around the entire store until I purchased something. Sometimes buying furniture can be like buying a car. But my experience at Ashley was not like that. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. Tim was patient and answered all of my questions. I’m looking forward to buying more furniture in the future from Ashley Furniture.
The sales staff was very friendly and helpful, even through having their internet and phones down. Problem is, I spent $1800 a week and a half ago and can not get ahold of anyone for an update on my furniture. I have called the store a few times and no one answers the phones, I called the customer service number on my payment confirmation and could not get anywhere with them. Guess I will have to stop in to see what’s up…….
The sales representative, Linda took her time with me, moved furniture so I could see the tables and chairs next to the couch. She helped me ask myself what combinations looked best and what will look best in my space. She saved me money and made the checking out so easy. I can’t wait to see the furniture in my space in a few weeks when I move in!

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, they offer 0 help, no resolution ever gets made. My order was placed weeks ago and they processed it wrong and I still can’t pick it up (COMPLETELY PAID FOR) due to their negligence. Waste of money, anywhere else is better.

My husband bought a powerlift recliner 5 months ago & the motor went out. He called to get it repaired & he has to wait 10 more days for a technician to come to our house & look at it. The chair is under a 5 year warranty.He is handicapped & cant get up out of chair. He's currantly using his wheelchair to sit on but it is very uncomfortable being a dialysis patient with spinal stenosis, diabetes, heart failure & is very weak (uses a walker) I hope someone from Corporate reads this message & can help him out soon.

Back ordered 3 items out of 13 without any notice from an order placed on 2/12 and delivered 5/26. Now placed us in tenuous situation as short term lease to start on 6/11.
I ordered a new bed frame and headboard in December of 2022, received it January 2023. By February, 2 support beams on the foundation of the bed had cracked causing the bed to have a dip. I contacted Ashley Furniture since this was within my warranty, to have the part replaced. I was told the part would be ordered and they could send someone out in a couple of weeks to fix the issue. It’s now May 2023 and I’ve yet to have the issue resolved. Every time I call they give me a different date of when the part will arrive. Went from the second week of May to the end of May and now I was told it wouldn’t be until the middle of July! Im beyond upset due to the fact I’m unable to sleep on my new bed because that would would void my warranty of my brand new mattress because “you can’t use the item if you don’t have the proper parts” — words from a woman in their parts department. Also, it would be extremely uncomfortable. I have called corporate for assistance because at this point I want my money back. I can’t believe I have to wait 5 months on 2 support beams. Worst customer service experience!
This is the worst store you could possibly buy from. They complain that their computers are slow, They don't get back to you when they say they will, They take your money quickly, Pressure you to buy their outrageously expensive warranty, They know nothing about what's going on with the deliveries even though they tell you they do when you purchase, You can't get through to them on the phone unless you talk to someone in another country across the ocean, hpalf the time you try to call them at the store customer service says they can't connect you, delivery is the worst, They text someone else's address and phone number to your phone , everything is a mess. There are way better stores to purchase from, such as value city, The Granary in Findlay Has much better quality furniture, delivery and sales people. Definitely would not buy here again ever.

We were greeted in a friendly manner but also given alone time to check out pieces of furniture. Mary, the sales lady, was very nice and informative. Also the sale manager Tim stopped and said hello and was extremely helpful. We did purchase two pieces and are excited they will be deliver in approximately a month. Made of steel bases so solid built.
I would lower it to zero stars if I could. Since the last review Ashley has continued to ignore my emails and calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they contacted Ashley Furniture repeatedly and got no response. We then contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and Ashley has yet to respond to them. We did learn from the Better Business Bureau that this Ashley Furniture location has the lowest rating given thru the BBB. Their rating is an F. Avoid this store and these crooks running it at all costs.

Having issues just months after we purchased our sleeper sofa and matching chair. We ordered this on December 2nd and delivered in the middle of January. The issues are the popping in the arms of the sofa and chair and the repair company you all have a contract keep pushing us back or coming and starting a project and then saying they have no time and we need to reschedule for a different technician later. The BIG issue is why are we having such a problem with BRAND NEW Ashley furniture??? I have called everyone except the CEO of Ashley with no success.

One of the easiest stores to work with when buying furniture. Not much high pressure sales tactics. I typically buy my furniture out right so there are no payments so I am not sure how the payments work or if they're easy to make. The sales people at this location were all very friendly. Tim was great at finding exactly what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like. He heard my concerns and circumstances and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location and Tim!

It’s the horrible customer service that is the problem. The representatives at the call center are ill informed and reply from a script. Two of the three sets of bedroom furniture that we bought were delivered damaged. I called customer service several times. It was very difficult to explain to the representative what the problems were (several) as I am not a technician but on one of the calls a date for someone to come out was scheduled. Two day before the technician was scheduled to come out, I received a text stating that they had to wait for replacement parts and would call me to schedule when they came in. So now I am waiting. And here is one MAJOR problem with customer service. They know they are being recorded and at the end of the conversation they asked if I would participate in a short survey to which I said yes. On the two calls where I was frustrated with them, they hung up on me after the conversation, eliminating the chance for a negative review.

A month ago, we went to the spring meadows store and looked around. Mikaela offered some assistance and a business card. We unfortunately left so we could look around at other stores. Needless to say we really only liked what we saw at Ashley furniture. I reached back out to someone we only seen one time, and of course Mikaela answered my messages in a timely fashion. She answered all of our questions, and set us up by phone/email as we could not go in to the store. We can not wait for our new furniture in our new home

I do not normal have negative things to say/post but I'm pretty disappointed in Ashley Furniture and will not likely do any more business with them. 8 years ago I purchased furniture and a warranty. The warranty was if I didn't need any repairs for 5 years after the 5 years I would get 200.00 in store credit with no minimum purchase amount. The company has since been bought out so the new company changed the terms on me. I went to go purchase some wall art thinking I could use the credit only to find out that now I have to spend a minimum of 500.00 in order to use the warranty. Spending 500.00 is easy sure, but that was NOT the terms of my original contract. My original contract did not have a minimum of 500 spent in order to use the 200.00 credit.

Started out having a great experience, however things sure did change. I am so disappointed with how things were handled. Received a call that my furniture was in, told the delivery that I was not ready for it yet so I rescheduled. About 2 weeks before my delivery received a call that my furniture was not in. I went to the store and noticed that the display of the furniture was no longer there. I questioned the Asst. manager and was told that I was not getting the display. I questioned why I was told all the furniture was in and then it was not. They could not answer my question. My order came in 3 different delivers, When the mattress's arrived for the king bed they were 2 different styles so 1 was higher then the other. when my other furniture was delivered(which was supposed to be the rest), the ottoman was missing, the night stands were delivered without the feet or hardware. The delivery driver sent a message which I read, I contact customer service and the Asst .manager sent an email regarding this . After 3 weeks of no response I called directly to Ashley Corp. spoke to customer service and she could not find my order so she reordered the items missing. After an additional 2 weeks of nothing being delivered I called again and was told there was no order. The lady I spoke to placed the order again. I did finally receive everything. I should not of had to call or go to that store as many time as I did. I left messages at the store for the manager to call me never received a call. If you are looking for great customer service this is not the place I would not recommend. The furniture is very nice, not so sure the trouble was worth it.
I would never, ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. The customer service is absolutely horrible. We purchase a room full of new furniture in October and they brought it in two separate deliveries. The last thing to be delivered was 4 pieces for our entertainment center. It arrived to our home damaged. The delivery guys noticed it right away as they were unwrapping it in our living room. The door was broken on the left side. We are unable to utilize that space because if you try to open the door it falls off. It sits crooked when closed, so when it is closed you can see that it is damaged. The delivery guys put a call in about it while they were still in our home. We were told that we’d get a call from Ashley within 72 hours. After a week and half or so went by and we still had not heard from anyone I looked up a number and had to call them to which we were told we’d get a call to schedule. Once again we had to follow up. Finally a repairman came out and looked at it. We expressed to him that since it was purchased brand new but delivered broken we paid for brand new, I damaged furniture and that is what we expected. we did NOT want a repair, but a new piece. He said he’d take care of ordering a new piece. The door on the other side was not broken but also hung somewhat crooked so he looked at it also and determined that he could not make it hang properly because the door was not perfectly square so he was also ordering a new door for the other side. That was 5 weeks ago now and we still have a broken price of furniture which was delivered to us like that. We have made numerous calls, texts, emails and no one is taking care of this. We are on week 8 overall dealing with this. We reached out to the Toledo store manager, Bob and after a couple weeks of nothing got in touch with his District Manager, LaTasha who assured us that she would get this taken care of. Now we get a text from someone in repairs to schedule a repair. NO. Completely unacceptable. We paid for a brand new piece of furniture that should have been in perfect condition, since it was delivered to us broken we just want that one piece to be replaced. Apparently this awful company does not understand that what we are asking is more than fair. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY because they will not take care of their problems. It is absurd that they treat customers like this and have an utter lack of communication and customer service but are even still in business.

Lots of miscommunication issues. They want to deliver mirror one day bed set another day and so on. Pay upfront cash and miss all the holidays for not having the items in the house. I know this is the issue with industry but at least proper communication might help a bit. Stay away

Ashley Furniture is a joke at this point. We ordered a sectional with an ottoman on 10/1. We were told by the store manager that it would be 6 weeks and they have not been having issues with delivery times. Well, delivery got bumped to 12/10. I called to check in, and now they are saying the week of 12/19-12/23 and they schedule deliveries a week out. We are hosting Christmas at our new house, so we need seating for people. We asked for partial delivery, and they said they can't deliver part of the sectional but they could deliver the ottoman. THE OTTOMAN, WITH NO COUCH. This is a joke. We had a much better experience at Appliance Center in Maumee for our last couch, and will not be shopping with Ashley Furniture in the future as they are unapologetic and not providing any real solution for this delay. We also paid in full up front, and they are not offering any discounts for this poor service.
Delivered king bed damaged won’t respond to get fixed or won’t let you return it. How does this company stay in business?
King bed delivered damaged driver took photos and said someone would call us in a couple days. Did not happen now I call them and they want to send someone to the home to try and repair damaged bed. Should have never accepted delivery. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Extremely unsatisfied with Ashley and I will never buy from this company again. Bought a new bedroom set for my wife on our anniversary months ago and still have not received the bedroom set. We were given at least 6 different delivery dates have had terrible interactions with customer service. Extremely unsatisfied.

I purchased a mattress along with a adjustable base and was told they would be delivered on November 11th, 5 days after purchase. I called to confirm delivery and was told my base wouldn't be here till mid December. When asked could I cancel the order for the base I was initially told they wanted to check inventory to see if they had another one if like available but if not that yes I could. When they called back I was told if I cancel the base they would cancel my whole order and charge me arestocking fee even though I haven't received any of the order and was clearly lied to do the saleslady would get her commission. At this point id rather pay the restocking fee then give this business my money.
Absolutely do not go to this store. Nothing but lies from the store manager to the distribution center. We ordered $12,000 worth of furniture and didn’t as much as get an honest update or any communication about delivery. They were completely aware that we were moving into an unfurnished townhouse. Overall awful experience, we will not buy from Ashley again. At store 3 hours and our order was written down incorrectly by our salesman, Tim H. (missing a bookshelf we wanted to purchase) and then due to computers being down, was then entered electronically incorrectly (missing 2 sweater chests plus bookshelf). We paid for delivery and set up of our furniture (should’ve received 2 twin beds with drawers underneath, 2 mattresses, nightstand, 2 sweater chests and bookshelf) and we did not receive sweater chests or bookshelf then (9/27). When I called Ashley and spoke to Becky within an hour of delivery, they did not have sweater chests or bookshelf on their electronic order but luckily I saved written order from store that noted sweater chests. This is when I also noticed that bookshelf was not written on order at all (salesman has bad handwriting and I had to text a picture to office staff for them to even try to read it for me). I also had to spend 25+ minutes trying to find bookshelf we wanted on website to text a picture as well since name was not written down. Our salesman, Tim H., was not in store that day and we were told they would talk to him to see what could be done and someone would reach out to us. Called the next evening at 6:30 pm and spoke directly to Tim because I had not received a call, and he said he would look into it and said he would follow up with me to let me know what could be done. I still had not heard a single thing from anyone at Ashley by following week but we received text message about delivery on 10/2 or 10/3. On 10/4 at 1:50 pm I reached out to store again to inquire about why I had not received any follow up call about what was even being delivered and spoke to Savannah about issues and requested to speak to a manager. She said store manager was in that day and took my phone number for a callback and I never received a call. We scheduled delivery for 10/18 by text due to needing furniture asap so we can clear a room to start setting up a nursery. Still have not heard anything from Ashley. Have tried to call multiple times myself (since I was one with all info) but due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to call a lot during their business hours or wait on hold. My husband has also tried to call a couple times and has gotten no answer or busy signal. I also addressed issue of the beds being put together incorrectly and my husband having to completely take apart and redo both. We also are left with 3 legs in each drawer that we have no idea where they go and we were given no directions for or even told about. Delivery on 10/18 was only 2 sweater chests, no bookshelf, and one of chests was damaged so now back to still not having our entire order and absolutely no follow up from Ashley. I work in retail and understand being busy and mistakes happening but the complete lack of follow up with me at all is unforgiving. I was never rude or mean and was patient waiting for follow up, knowing that they’re busy (I’ve been yelled at too many times myself to be that type of person) but the complete lack of customer service is astounding.
I have had good luck with quality funiture from this location. I would highly recommend Johnny. He is the full package- knowledgable, friendly, not pushy and has great ideas to help you maximize your purchase.
My husband and I have been loyal ashley furniture customers for years. We purchased two living room sets in may and the day they delivered our furniture the storage ottoman had a huge stain in the top cushion. We called to have it replaced and yes they did come out to bring a new top but the guy cleaned it and said it’s best to use their cleaning solution because it takes too much time to replace the top. So they left the top. And now within only few months of owning our furniture, three of the cushions have started pilling on our sectional. We aren’t hard in our furniture it’s just me and my husband that sit I them. They told us with our year warranty if any problems they would replace anything. Well we called the Holland store in Toledo where we purchased them and now they say that they aren’t able to replace the cushions. Which this is so unacceptable. We waited almost 4 months to receive our furniture and with light use they are pilling and they should replace the three cushions. Where is customer service anymore. We spent $30000.00 on this furniture and we should be told absolutely we will replace those for you to keep their customers happy. Such poor customer service. We were patient when we had to wait so long to get them and what is wrong with them nit wanting to keep their customers happy on just replacing cushions?!?!?!? Everyone works so hard to to have nice things and we were so happy to be able to order new furniture for both rooms. Piss poor customer service when we’ve been long standing customers. They want to do all they can when your looking to buy but once you do they could give two sh@&$ about the after care and problems. We won’t let this go , as they should be more than happy to honor our warranty as they told us in store if any problems they would take care of it. They’ve lost a customer from us and also our family members who’ve purchased there before are aware and will be going else where in the future! As many people as I can spread the word to about their terrible customer service I will make sure that others are aware!
I am regular with Ashley not only in this store location also with the globally ones. However, professionalism is the most important thing that any business must need. The sell man that was Tim is not professional at all. He must understand how to deal to costumers. He was trying to make a laugh on me. Also, he tried to be funny and he do not have too. Honestly, one employer will represent the whole Ashley. There are many professional furniture store in this area which are much better than this place.
Our salesperson, Jayce, was super helpful. He was available when we needed him but did not pressure us while we were trying to make our decision. We would definitely go back and to this location for future purchases.
Sadly to say but my husband and I have had nothing but problems from the moment we started with Ashley picking furniture and here we are now a month later and we still do not have our furniture. This has been the worst nightmare ever and we will never return to the store again. Gracie, who was our salesperson though was fantastic and very sweet and went all out to help us pick out the furniture but when it comes to having it delivered they don't even tell you that it is in and ready to be delivered. We had to keep calling Ashley to check on the status and they kept telling us that part of the order was in but not all of it. A couple weeks later still waiting we decided to call again and they said it's been sitting there and they gave us no phone call to let us know that it could have been delivered. Then they give us a delivery date and then it doesn't happen. Totally undependable so we had to find our own delivery man to pick it up. When you call the warehouse they do not answer and if they do by any chance answer they hang up on you right away. Definitely not a place to buy furniture.
My experience with Ashley Furniture gets a 5 star. My sales person Johnny was very helpful and did not pressure me. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions. I did not buy that day. When I made my decision to buy at Ashley’s I wanted to make sure he got the credit for it.
My husband and I are new to the area and came to the Ashley Homestore in Holland OH! Johnny Feher greeted us warmly and invited us to browse and gave a brief tutorial of where things were located! We appreciated the opportunity to browse at our leisure knowing he was around to answer our questions! Which he did!! He made our shopping experience stressfree and pleasant! She took her time and even stayed over her shift to make sure I was satisfied … her customer service was by far the best I have ever received. So we purchased close to $7000 worth of furniture and they send a broken nightstand with our partial order most the glides were broken. We could not obviously tell that it wasn’t functional until we unpacked it so Ashley furniture said they will not replace the brand new broken nightstand. They kept stating that it is a service issue and they can’t replace it I basically have to wait 2 weeks to have the items shipped to me and then wait another week or two for a tech to come out and maybe fix this brand new broken nightstand when they could have just replaced the whole nightstand which I though would be the right thing and more appropriate thing to do. So we will not be shopping there due to how they decided to handle it. If you purchase anything unbox it and inspect everything before you sign for it that way if something isn’t right you can send it right back
Being a young guy and in sales, I know how some people can ignore those they don’t think will purchase. After shopping for just a few minutes, Kalyn came right up to me with a smile. After showing me products for over an hour, I ended up getting multiple pieces of furniture. Kalyn gave me a great deal and I am super happy with my experience!! Would definitely buy again and highly recommend her.

Had a very pleasant experience with the sales associate Tim Hurlbert this evening. My Father and I went into Ashley Furniture with a strong idea of what kind of recliner my Father was looking for. We had already picked one out at another place but thought we'd give Ashley's a quick peak. Well Tim meet us right at the door with his pleasant, professional. and friendly personality despite us walking in about 25mins before store closing hrs. Tim went above and beyond than any other furniture sales associate I've ever dealt with in the past (which has been quiet a few). He asked appropriate questions like inquiring about any possible health issues to consider, yes the dog has to sit with him..lol. and other unique factors do he could tailor a range of good, better, great, and best options for my father that also met his own personal wants. Tim and the staff stayed after hours to close out on the greatest recliner, sofa, and loveseat that meets all of our families needs (including our fur babies). Thanks Tim for your stellar personalized service with a great smile!! And a side note, I truly appreciated and loved my animal balloon you made me!! You're fantastic!

I went in completely unsure of what I wanted. The sofa and loveseat I ordered at a different furniture store I had delivered and I did not end up liking it, so they are going to pick it up. Grandpa Tim helped me and made me feel completely comfortable and not pressured at all. He listened to what I liked and found the best furniture for me. He also helped me with end tables and told me not to rush into getting anything else right now. Just wait until I see the other furniture in my house then get more if you want to. I liked the no pressure feeling I got from Tim. The only thing I am now concerned about after reading some reviews is that I paid cash for my whole entire order and now I'm worried about if my furniture will come in when I was told it would or what if it gets discontinued??? I'm really concerned now about the money part of it.
I arrived at the store and was greeted by a sales person. In the process of purchasing my items I was told there would be a delay in receiving the product. I was told don’t worry about the 16 weeks you should receive the product in 2 weeks. I went through with the purchase. I was promised three times that I would receive my furniture. Four months later, I am informed I will receive the furniture in July. It has been lie after lie. Who would agree to purchase furniture in November to receive in July. Well, maybe November I can’t even trust Ashley Home Furniture will have my product in July. The contract said you are permitted to cancel your order in 20 weeks. It was 20 weeks and they want to charge you 25% to cancel furniture you are not going to receive for 4 more months maybe. Jason at Ashley Home Store Holland is the worst manager I have ever worked with. He had no interest in listening to me or helping me. Customer Service is not a priority for him or this store. They lie to you and tell you your furniture will arrive sooner than 16 weeks just to lock you into a sale. Please consider alternative furniture stores that are honest and want to take care of their customers because this store is not interested in customer service.
The Sales Associate(Candy Prentice), was Super Friendly, and helped match dressers to the entertainment stand. She was also helpful in working out great package deals, and price matching.
If you want a knowledgeable patient courteous sales person go to Ashley furniture at Spring Meadows and see Lisa. She took extra time with us because of my husband's medical issues he walks slow and we had specific furniture needs. She went over and above to help us get what we were looking for and gave a great price. Thank you Lisa your awesome!

Have had the worst experience here since July...the only reason I continue to shop there is because of the employees have been trying to get a mattress delivery for going on two months now very disappointed
Nice selection, but the staff is VERY pushy, we went in and were immediately asked if we'd been in before, my husband said yes, and we were just looking and didn't need any help, the guy kept asking us questions, how long ago had we been in, who had helped us, etc. until finally my husband had to threaten to leave if he didn't stop bothering us, then the salesman got all defensive saying he was just doing his job. The furniture looked nice but we'll never go back because of that experience.

A couple of days ago, my wife and I decided to visit our local Ashley HomeStore to look for a new couch. We have been looking at a few different places, and eventually arrived in Ashley. I myself was hesitant with this purchase in general at first since purchasing a couch is a big commitment, but as soon as I walked through the doors all of that went away. My wife and I were greeted by Josh who was incredibly friendly and helpful, and assured my wife and I that he would be there for any help. He also showed us the way to the type of couches that we were thinking of purchasing. Although we didn’t purchase a couch that day, we came back today and met with Linda. Just like Josh, she was just as warm and welcoming. My wife and I decided to look at couches once again to finalize our decision. Once we had made a decision, the purchasing process was incredibly easy with Linda’s assistance. She also was very informative with the couch, as well as the protection plan. I was unsure of purchasing the ottoman with my couch, but thanks to my wife’s and Linda’s convincing, I decided to go with it. I am incredibly by the assistance that I had received from Josh and Linda, and I cannot wait to receive my couch and ottoman!! I also am very much looking forward to visiting Ashley in the near future!

If I could give this store a zero I would, the only reason it has one star is because I have to click it. I first want to say I loved Ashley furniture and had no issues in the past so I returned to buy a bedroom set. I bought this set at the end of July and the turn around time I was given was 12 weeks. I waited until November to contact them once I hadn’t heard anything only for them to tell me 3 of my pieces were on back order until the first of the year but one dresser could be delivered. Then a week later I received a phone call telling me my furniture is now discontinued and they need to refund me. The communication of this company is horrible. I then was told I cannot get a refund until they pick up the one dresser that was already delivered but they couldn’t pick it up for another two weeks. So now they pick it up today which did not occur during the times they provided to me, and I cannot get my refund today because they were late and close at 5 and the person does not work the weekends pushing back my refund even further. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of stress and do not buy from this company.
If you go here ask for Kalyn! Best customer service I’ve received at any furniture store-ever. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase what I wanted because I was unaware beforehand of not selling on-hand and I need it today: But—I will be back soon with my next furniture want, and it’s because Kalyn is so professional, kind and accommodating.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for quite some time now. We decided to stop in to Ashley Furniture just to check out what options they had, and we were greeted by Linda who was so welcoming and friendly. She knows so much about all the different types of mattresses. She walked us through every single one of our options and explained each mattress and it’s purpose. She let us take our time to lay on each one, and explore which ones felt comfortable to us. Unfortunately a lot of the mattresses were out of our price range at this time, but Linda understood and helped us find the perfect one that is affordable for us. We are so excited for it to be delivered, and we both thank you, Linda for helping us finally make the decision to say YES to a good mattresss. We are both looking forward to better sleep!!
Love the Skemptor Console table with 3 stools that ordered online however, the customer service via phone was subpar. The first representative kept sniffling and coughing in my ear and never excused or pardoned herself. It was gross!! Still didn’t get the service from this rep. Then tried the online virtual assistant; first day my window ‘leave open for response’ for an hour and half!! No reply. Today tried the virtual assistant and again, another hour no customer service. I was promised my console/3 stools this week! Do I have to drive to the warehouse (WI or FL) : /. HELP!!

Not only would I shop here again for the furniture but also for the staff. My roommate and I worked personally with Linda, who sat down with us when we were trying to figure out if a particular couch would fit in our living room, and brainstormed ways, to make it fit. Although we didn’t buy the couch we initially wanted, we found one online and she helped us get the sale all squared away for us. Answered all of our questions and was overall just a great person! Ordered new living room furniture this weekend. Pleasant experience to shop the store and not be constantly harassed by sales people but friendly, helpful sales reps readily available when we wanted some help. Our sales rep certainly deserves 5 stars for her knowledge, effort and helpfulness. Ashley also had a good selection to browse in the showroom. We ended up with furniture that is exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. I took a star off for the same problem others are having now - the expected delivery date of my furniture is 4 months out. I did appreciate that this was one of the first things we were told so it didn’t come as a surprise after we had already decided on a purchase. We were able to take wait time into account when we made our decision. I realize turnaround time is not necessarily their fault because of current conditions in our country that are out of their control but I will reserve judgment on whether the whole experience was 5 star until after my furniture is delivered as ordered, in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

This is my experience only! I ordered a sectional in April 2021 and was told that it would be 12 weeks for delivery. I was fine with that. I understood what was going on in the world and knew that everything was delayed. I did receive some emails stating that they would appreciate patience and that it would be delayed but no time given. I called at the end July and was told 6 more weeks. I should explain we remodeled and had no furniture so they delivered one pcs of the sectional in July 2021. I called toward the end of August and was then again told 6 more weeks. Ugh but ok. I will be patient. I was just told it will be December before I might receive the remainder of my couch. I did try to get ahold of Jim, the General Manager and was told her would call me back but he never did. Two Asst Manager did do a wonderful job trying to help me. It’s sad as 2 other people ordered from Value City and Costco and received their couches as promised. So if you are thinking of ordering from Ashley furniture it might take a very very long time!
Have made many purchases with Ashley, the last purchase we made was a living room set that we were quoted in store to arrive no later than 12 weeks. We have just been told it will be another 4-6 weeks. Terrible customer service at the store, they should be ashamed
0 pressure, attentive, courteous, strives to help us as much as possible, and even when we had to cancel a sizeable order she didn't mistreat us, still consistent in who she is and how she is towards us. Definitely looking for Mary with all of our Ashley Furniture purchases. While this review is especially for Mary, we find it worth noting that the manager, Jim, was also very kind.

We had a wonderful experience working and ordering with Tim Hurlbert. He is definitely a salesman at heart with his great sense of humor but is also warm, polite, patient and very knowledgeable with the products. I had also visited several other furniture stores the day I went in but definitely felt the most comfortable here and that they had the nicest selection. Tim was very helpful with everything. We will definitely return to see him to purchase items if needed in the future. My only issue with Ashley furniture in general, not the store I visited, is all of the online pricing differences on their items. Luckily, they price match without a hassle and are very kind in going through the process if needed and that means a lot.

I have had a terrible experience with Ashley. I have spoken to several agents, almost every week, who could not provide accurate information. They're communicating between online and instore is non existant. My order said it shipped and gave me a delivery date and time frame in which I plannes my day accordingly and when I called to track it they confirmed they never even received the product! Im so disappointed and frustrated.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered furniture in February and just now received it. Order date was consistently pushed back and never once did I receive a call. I had to call them for updates. Next, our delivery wasn't correct, one chair was the wrong height. I was told that it was a mistake by the truck loaders and that we could keep the chair until the correct height was available and that we would receive a call within 24hrs with an update. No call. Again, I called them and they had no record of this event. Then had to explain multiple times what the issue was with the chair. (It's not that difficult!) Finally, was told that they would order the part and mail it to us. But there was no ETA but to call them back in a week to check the status. Smh, never again Ashley furniture, never again will you receive my money.
Terrible Customer Service, Experience, Grade F We placed our order in Jan 21’. We bought an adjustable bed, king mattress, and bedroom furniture set. After waiting and waiting Eight Months later in Sept. 21 and I was still waiting for my items. Every time we called the store about the delayed order it was nothing but excuses. Then, I was misled into agreeing to a “final delivery”. What was delivered was incomplete- no mattress! Also, I was misled by the sales team into believing that the delivery people would know how to assemble the base and drawers. They didn’t. So while this nightmare unfolded, I called Ashley to find out why our order was incomplete. We were told that the mattress was in backorder until October and that they have no answers regarding the bed drawers and adjusted bed. This was the first time they told us that the mattress was not being delivered. Besides the lunacy of not having a mattress delivered with the set, they had the audacity to call me a liar and say I agreed to it! At that point, we cancelled the order and requested our money back. Also, be aware that it is really hard to contact a live person after you buy any items because all the calls go through the warehouse in Bowling Green; they screen calls, and occasionally will transfer the calls to the store. Jim the store manager is the only shining star at the store. He should find another company because if they treat their customers this poorly it cannot be better for their employees. Finally, you never want to interact or deal with a manager named Jason in their BG warehouse. He is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills. Our family will never to do business with Ashley.
Terrible Customer Service, Experience, Grade FWe placed our order in Jan 21'. We bought an adjustable bed, king mattress, and bedroom furniture set. After waiting and waiting Eight Months later in Sept. 21 and I was still waiting for my items. Every time we called the store about the delayed order it was nothing but excuses. Then, I was misled into agreeing to a "final delivery". What was delivered was incomplete- no mattress! Also, I was misled by the sales team into believing that the delivery people would know how to assemble the base and drawers. They didn't. So while this nightmare unfolded, I called Ashley to find out why our order was incomplete. We were told that the mattress was in backorder until October and that they have no answers regarding the bed drawers and adjusted bed. This was the first time they told us that the mattress was not being delivered. Besides the lunacy of not having a mattress delivered with the set, they had the audacity to call me a liar and say I agreed to it! At that point, we cancelled the order and requested our money back. Poor quality and lack of communication. Buyer beware. I would not waste my time or energy as the product may look nice but quality is very poor. Over half my items came delivered damaged. I am still working on replacements after 8 months of dealing with issues. I am put to the back of the line each time. I would really like to return all my furniture and buy from another company but too far invested at this point. Save yourself the headache and go to another store.

My husband and I came in looking for a couch we saw online, unfortunately the store didn’t have a floor display, but Lisa S. showed us couches with the same material so we could decide if that was what we wanted to go with. we chose to purchase the couch we saw on the website and she made the process quick and painless. I ordered a king bedroom set 1/9/2021. I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. I have yet to receive my king bedframe at this time. Each time I call for an update the date is pushed back another 1-4 weeks (mindfully we made this purchase almost NINE months ago). I have asked if they are even still making this product anymore & am told they are. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and never receive a call back & am told "no one is available". The store told me there's nothing else they can do. I haven't received any money back because I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I finally had a scheduled delivery last week & they showed up without the product because it never came in. I would never recommend this store as the customer service & true delivery timeframe do not exist.

My partner and I were looking for a couch for our first apartment. After going to 5 different stores that day and being completely exhausted Tim helped us find what we were looking for! He made it completely painless and lighthearted with plenty of jokes while still being very informative and helpful. Went in to look and price a living room set. Linda met my husband and I at the door. She was super friendly and made me feel right at home. She checked on us a few times but allowed us to look around the store on our own. At the end she was able to get us an amazing deal! We went in to look and ended up buying a set that was nicer than anything we had seen online. Amazing prices with ZERO pressure or annoying sales pitches. I bought a sectional back in March 2021 was told 12 weeks (3 months) ok no problem now I'm being told it won't be ready till August (5 months) every time I called to check since June I've been told 2 more weeks and every time 2 weeks hits its another 2 two weeks this is getting old real fast.
You're paying for a name here, but you're getting cheap laminate fiberboard furniture and your going to wait awhile for it to show up as well.

We received our furniture in March and EVERY piece is broken!! we cant recline in the RECLINER, sofa or loveseat! They've been lieing to us for over 3 months about fixing it. its ALWAYS 1 more week, and it is still broken!! $2600 of furniture that we cant even use

I would not recommend this company to purchase furniture. The sales people are very high pressure. They do not offer returns if you order a piece of furniture and change your mind. Once you purchase something you are stuck with it. Most companies will let you return furniture if it doesn’t fit in your house or isn’t what you wanted. They are not easy to work with at all. Not worth the price or hassle

We bought a couch in January. They said it would be 6-8 weeks. No big deal. Didn’t arrive until end of March. Still not a big deal. When we received it the cushions were made poorly! It looked like a 10year old couch. The material was bunchy the cushions weren’t stuffed correctly. Went into the store and they Said they would order new cushions. Out of 4 cushions only 2 were ordered. Called again they said they would order again. Same 2 cushions came in. I now have 6 Cushions for the center and none for the side chases. The manager Jim has been NO help. When he says he’ll call us back he doesn’t and when my husband called for the 3rd or 4th time he literally Told him to call customer service and “good luck”. Customer service says we have to talk to the store manger. 6 months later we have a$2500 couch that looks like we got on the side of the road 6 cushions and NO ONE TO HELP US!!!!

This place has a huge selection of furniture and different sizes and models for any home design. But the prices are too high and the financing section sucks. If you are planning to finance a furniture with them, double check and make sure that you want to do that before getting an inquiry on your profile. The delivery time of the products are super high and many of the items they have in store are only for exhibition and they do not have spare ones for fast delivery. Not a good experience with them. Never went back there ever since.
I highly recommend Tim as a sales rep, he knows what he’s taking about. He likes to make jokes and wants you to sit in the furniture as if it were in your home.

After having a horrible experience with another local furniture store, I was a bit hesitant to buy a couch elsewhere. I thought my experience would be the same with availability issues. But I still tried. Went into the store and Nicole(?) Helped me find the right couch and even though at first we ordered the wrong one, we found the right now and it said it's be available in 3-4 weeks. Less than 2 weeks later it was ready for pickup!!! Very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Every time I spoke with someone at Ashley, everyone was great and very friendly. I will definitely be returning for more purchases in the future!!!

This is a update we still don’t have our furniture. This is a joke I have been told so many different dates and now we’re being told it’s going to be another 8+ weeks. We ordered this In April of 2021 and were told 6 weeks and a est date of June 2021. I have been in contact monthly checking on the items and it keeps changing every time I email or call. Asked about getting our money back and was told you only have 72 hours after placing the order. Don’t understand how you can’t get accurate information. Lisa is AMAZING ... We will be back to visit soon for future furniture purchases.

Since we just moved to Toledo, we need a lot of furniture sets for our new house and she did a lot to help us find the right ones for our budget. She listened to all our criterias that we are looking for and made the best suggestions when it comes to choosing our furniture sets. I had 1 goal today and that was to buy some furniture. I’ve been looking all over the city for exactly what I’ve been imaging; never initially wanted to go to Ashley’s Furniture but something told me today to give it a try. Upon arriving my family and I were greeted by Stacy Adams and if she wasn’t the sun shining on this gloomy day. She is amazing and really helped me out. The process was so easy and so quick. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been redecorating and can’t wait to go back and have her help me with the bedrooms.
Absolutely atrocious service from this store. Sold me furniture on 12/20 with a delivery estimate of 8 weeks. End of February basically. At no point was I updated on any delivery delays. I spoke to customer service on a weekly basis and was read a script of “your furniture is slated for delivery next Friday you will receive a text confirming this on Tuesday. If there are any unforeseen delays we will call you”. Well I never received a call or a text until I spoke to the actual franchise manager, Jim, at the Holland location. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I will not shop here again. I would rather spend the weekend assembling ikea instead of being lied to by some commission based sales person as they over-sell items that a company owned warehouse in Mississippi cannot deliver in a timely manner. ZERO STARS

My husband and I just had the best furniture buying experience ever! We were greeted by Stacy Adams when we came into the store to look around. We let her know we were just looking and no pressure was given. We did find the perfect sectional for the living room and we also found the perfect chairs and ottomans for the sitting room with the help from Stacy who was amazing, honest and very personable! I have found my forever go to for all my furniture buying...next comes the new bedroom set and of course I will be seeing Stacy for that! Where do I start.....First off, I called the store and was transferred to Stacy Adams. She answered the phone as friendly as ever. I told her that I was looking on my computer at a specific selection of furniture and I went on to ask her my questions. She took her time answering all of my questions and making sure I understood and was satisfied with her answers/explanations. She was never one time snotty or rude when we were talking. I told her that my husband and I would be in the next day and I wanted to deal with her, so she told me the time she'd be in. Got to the store the next day and she was even more pleasant than on the phone. She has wonderful disposition. She's very honest and attentive and we as customers appreciate that quality, as opposed to most sales people who say whatever they have to in order to get a sale and their kickback. She absolutely made our time in the store a great experience, especially with it being our first time. I'm not easy to deal with, because I really don't like people, but Stacy made me rethink my attitude....at least for that day. lol She's the real M.V.S.P. ! Make sure you guys keep her around, because she's awesome for business.

We stopped in looking for a new bed today, Tim greeted us and right off the bat without batting an eye, made us feel comfortable with his corny jokes and wealth of knowledge. We certainly didn’t know what to expect when it came to purchasing a frame or a mattress lol, but Tim definitely schooled us and showed all the bells and whistles. Never pressure sold and definitely worked on getting us the best deal.

Purchased my furniture September 19 2020 tentative delivery date was said to be 10/31/2020. It is now January 1st and I am being told it will be their maybe in febuary. Once she showed us our options we fell in love with a few pieces and she got us a great deal on everything and worked hard to get us in the deepest discount range that she could go. Her service was very personal and not pushy at all! She gave us her personal number to get back with her in case she was off and we utilized that to make deals over the phone and she put our order in and customized our pieces to make it work for us without even being in the store so when we showed up to purchase it was quick and easy. Just purchased a couch chair and ottoman from Ashley this evening. Linda was our salesperson, she was very thorough throughout our whole process, was patient and kind with us. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! HUGE PRICE HIKES!!!! Go to the Ashley website and search for the product you’re thinking of purchasing!! Went in today January 3rd 2021 and some of the couches were marked $1400 regular sale price $1100 on the Ashley website the same couch was $499!!! I will say that if you show them the ad they will price adjust it but if you are unaware then you are getting hosed!!!

Installers broke dining table by drilling holes to far and broke bedroom bed by drilling the wrong holes. They left head board, footboard and large underbed storage againat the wall over the mattress on the floor. Was told they couldn't take back it until 2 months later when they reorder the new bed. So basically can't sleep in the room for two months because they wouldn't take the furniture back and bring it back when they had the complete bed.
My fiancé and I went in today looking for a new bedroom outfit.... Lisa was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and for a fantastic price! I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing her if you’re looking for home furniture!!

12 week back order for furniture! Nice selection just gotta wait for it to come in.
They were pushy while we were in their ordering and the salesman kept following us around the store. We had picked the couch that we wanted beforehand so we overlooked that. It took 3 months to get in stock, which wasn't ideal but couldn't be helped with Covid. The most frustrating part was the delivery. The delivery team set up our couch incorrectly by not screwing in a part tightly and forgetting to remove the straps in another. In addition, the delivery team took their masks off in our house while we both were wearing masks. We are immunocompromised. When I called Ashley Furniture to report this the manager was extremely dismissive, saying that he can't control what every delivery team does and he can't make them wear masks the entire time they are out. He also said that they set it up correctly, despite us having to take it apart to get it to function correctly. If you want an enjoyable, easy, and Covid safe experience, take your business anywhere else. EDIT: It won't let me respond to the owner update so I'm responding here. I appreciate you reaching out based on this. We already took care of fixing the couch after it was assembled incorrectly.

We had a great experience here! Tim showed us around, gave us some advice, and let us browse the store's selection. He also offered us some hot chocolate, which was perfect considering how cold it was outside! When we decided on a bedroom set Tim showed us how to check it for quality. Not too much longer after that, we were able to get everything squared away for payment and head home. We probably spent 45 minutes in the store total, which is exactly what we were hoping for! So thank you to Tim who helped us get a great bedroom set and made our experience a breeze! We'll definitely be coming back in the future.
Terrible, ordered a bed payed extra for delivery and install. They showed up without hardware, stated this a common problem. Gave me a phone number to call and order parts, called they stated I would have the hardware in 5-10 business days. Currently on 15 business days still no hardware and they have no clue when they will ship them. Best part is when I do get hardware I get to either just put thing together myself or wait a few weeks for them to get up here. Terrible all around. Order number: 725004294028

In mid-October someone from Ashley called me saying that part of my order would be ready by the end of the month and the other part would ready by mid-November and wanted to know if we would like pieces delivered as they become ready. Fast forward to the last day of the month and I have heard nothing from them and decide to call. They are now &"predicting&" that my delivery won&'t be ready until December. Purchased a bedroom set and after 2 years and of course no warranty because I expected atleast 5 years until I upgraded, it broke at frame that’s supposed to hold the wood up on the inside. CHEAP! And secondly the whole covid back us up is bs, other furniture stores are backed up as well but they’ve still kept up with demand and responsible communication! My mom ordered a sofa back in AUGUST! And was supposed to receive it in 6-8 weeks. Well guess what times up and still no furniture, she had to call them just to find out she won’t receive so much as even a confirmation until November, end of November at that! So at this point she just wants to cancel the whole order and it’s non-refundable. How is it non-refundable when she don’t even have it! And the delay is y’all fault, not hers! she’ll be calling corporate tomorrow and if that don’t work we’ll dispute all charges as fraudulent! :) save your time energy and money and go elsewhere. Not worth it, overpriced, and lousy customer service! *Middle fingers*
Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a few important things from him about furniture! He had some cheesy "grandpa" jokes that gave me a laugh. He made our whole interaction casual and comfortable, which I appreciated! The store was clean and tidy. Didn't feel cramped or overdone. Great selection!

Tim at Ashley Homestore was so incredibly awesome helping us be knowledgeable and doing the figures for us to get the best deal when we were in to pick out our new living room furniture set! Great with our boys who he got candy for (after being courteous enough to ask mom and dad first) and even made them balloon animals! So exceptional, even dealing with our extremely friendly and inquisitive 3 year old. Have already recommended him to my parents who are on the market for new living room furniture as well! Now I just can't wait to get our new furniture set!
Save the headache and shop elsewhere. As soon as stores opened back up from COVID I went to Ashley for the Memorial Day sale and found a sofa I loved. They said it may be a little backed up because of COVID. Little did I know that delivery would be 7 weeks later (July 22). On the day they set up for delivery I was at work so my mom offered to drive an hour and sit at my house and wait for them. When they finished delivery she sent me a picture at work.. WRONG couch!! Warehouse says that was the couch that was ordered. Talked to so many people and they corrected the mistake and ordered the correct couch and refunded me my $100 delivery fee but again couldn’t tell me when it’d be delivered. After 6 weeks of waiting I get a call from the warehouse just to tell me I was supposed to get my sofa in 3 days (had no idea) but that it wouldn’t be available so it’d be anywhere from the next week until the end of October. They finally called on Saturday and didn’t even leave a voicemail. Luckily I called back because they were wanting to set up delivery for Monday (today). I had appointments so my mom once again traveled an hour to sit during my window 1-3p. Around 245 she said they still had not come. I received a confirmation text yesterday with a link to track my delivery. I checked that and said they were at stop 5 and I was stop 9 of the day. I called the warehouse to get an estimate and she said they are behind 3 stops and the delivery driver would call when they get to the stop right before mine. The warehouse calls me right back with the news that the store put me down for pick up so my sofa wasn’t even put on the truck. Tell me how I recieved 3 confirmation texts about delivery and had a stop number on the route if they had no intention of delivering? The warehouse is blaming the store for the 0.00 delivery fee and the store is blaming the warehouse. Here I sit after selling my old furniture this morning waiting for a delivery next Monday after waiting 4 whole months for this furniture and all I got was bad customer service and a free delivery that actually is the reason things got messed up. I am never shopping here again.
I have them a low start rating because they did not have my set I was looking for and the staff was standing in the center of the store talking, laughing, and not paying attention to customers. There was a huge group of people, over half of them were staff. They look so unprofessional, I expected more service from ashley furniture.

Price way to high for the quality of the product.
We’ve had our couch for about a year and a half. About 3 months ago it started creaking when my wife and I would sit on it. We don’t have kids and there hasn’t been anything we’ve done that would have caused this. We didn’t purchase an extended warranty because we treat our belongings very well. There is just no reason a couch should be creaking less than 2 years after purchase. Of course they want $60 just to look at it then charge you $75/hour for labor. At this point, I think this speaks to the quality of their product. Additionally, we’ve already had to get new cushion covers because they were tearing at the seams and the cushions themselves starting sinking in about a year after use. Only giving 2 stars because our salesperson back when we bought it was nice and the guy I just recently called to inquire about fixing it was nice as well. Won’t be buying from Ashley Furniture for any future needs.

Does not follow state mandated mask guidelines
Apparently not requiring masks for customers or employees. I had to ask our salesperson to pull their mask up twice. None of the employees at the back counter were wearing masks. One employee was walking around whistling without a mask on. I heard people coughing and sneezing and I can only hope they covered their mouth. Also, you should consider protecting your employees better if a customer can request for an employee to take their mask off?

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY HOMESTORE❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Over the last 3 months, I had constantly battled with Ashley Homestore to get a refund. I orinually ordered my sectional and ottoman on 4/24. I was charged that day for the full amount and my original delivery date was 5/15. A few days AFTER I placed my order, my delivery date changed to 12/16/2025. (❓) They said it was a mistake and that my stuff was still being shipped. (I didn’t know if that meant the delivery date would remain the same.) The week prior to 5/15, I called at least 5 times (in which I’d wait on hold for an hour and then it’d force me to leave a voice mail). 5/15 comes and goes with no update/follow up/information whatsoever. I called, left voicemails, emailed, and messaged them, with no help. Finally, I get a response on 5/15 saying that my order would be delayed another 2 weeks. I ended up finding another furniture set (from a local furniture store) that I could have delivered the next day. I called Ashley Homestore on 5/20 and got ahold of somebody and requested my order be cancelled. I received the ottoman on my front door step the following day (5/21) and it irritated me even more. I called, emailed, and messaged them some more and A MONTH goes by before I finally got a response. (6/19). They told me to donate the ottoman to goodwill (since the packaging was opened) and that I’d receive the refund for that. So, I donated it. After donating it, I did get my refund for the $250 ottoman, but I’m still missing the $1,200 for my sectional that they claim to never have charged me for. (⁉️⁉️⁉️) Save yourself the headache, the time wasted, and your money and DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY HOMESTORE.
Bought bedroom set, sales person never iffered to sell a matress to me, then upon delivery half the order was missing,.. i was never contacted, so....if you dont mind getting one piece of furniture delivered at a time without notice of back orders or discontinued items this is the place for you Update.. i decided to give ashley furniture another try(we don't have many choices in my area) the customer servuce isn't the issue its the product and delivery of the product from the b.g. location. I bought a sectional, on piece arrived broken and 2 out of 3 pieces of the living room table set was damaged. They sent a repair guy to marker in the damage and literally tear the couch apart and fix it, but now the fabric was ripped. After a month or more I finally received approval for a new backorder piece. Upon delivery of the new piece and tables, the large table had a broken leg. So again delivery person took legs off damaged table(bad top) and put them on the good top(to give me a solid piece) HERE'S THE FINAL VERDICT, THE SECTUINAL NOW DOES NOT MATCH THEY HAVE DIFFERENT OPENING MECHANISMS ALSO RUN CLEAN WATER FROM A SHAMPOOER OVER THE SURFACE OF ANY FABRIC ITEM(NEW) YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE... THERE FURNITURE IS VERY DIRTY, WATER IS DIRTIER THEN WHEN I SHAMPOO MY FLOORS, AND THATS THE DAY IT WAS BROUGHT IN

Sales was great. Bought a sofa and 2 recliners at a very reasonable price. Was told I would have my items June 24, ordered May 30th, but could come sooner. Called June 13 to see if it would come sooner and was told end of July, which nobody called me to tell me it had to be pushed back. I called back and asked to speak to a manager two and three weeks ago and was assured someone would call me back by the end of the business day. I have called twice now and still no returned call. Still waiting on a call and still waiting on my furniture.

Very cheaply made! spent 1800 on a couch and love seat both reclining and they sound horrible, It feels horrible. Definitely completely different furniture from what's in the show room.
We were satisfied with the saleswoman and the price they were able to give us for our bed frame, however, we're VERY unsatisfied with the quoted pickup date. We purchased the frame 3/21/20. The saleswoman told us it'd be available for pickup at their distribution center today (3/24/20). I just called and was told by the distribution center that they always quote the best-case-scenario date but they more often than not end up changing that date as shipments don't always go according to plan. He then said the bed frame won't come in until early next week (3/30/20). And again, that's if the shipments go "according to plan." The discrepancy in the available pickup date between the furniture store and their distribution center is very frustrating. We really would have appreciated an accurate pickup date at the time the order was placed. Or even to just have been told that the pickup date given was the best-case-scenario date and that it may not be available that soon. Not being informed of that just leads to frustrated customers, as is the case with us.

I originally went into this store just to look at a mattress for my daughter, ended up going back and buying a new one for myself as well. Tim H. immediately greeted us and took us right where we needed to be. He was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and veered us to the correct mattresses for us. He was very nice to my 3 year old son who can be a handful, even made him a balloon animal!!! I will definitely go back and see him for any other furniture needs.

Love the store! I looked for about six weeks and I never felt pressure… When I called to find out if something I dreamt up could actually be made b/c I just wasn’t finding exactly what I wanted they checked into it and now I have the perfect living room for me! I did have two slight issues I noticed about 6 weeks after delivery but when I called in on the protection plan that I bought they were great about it and are going to fix it right away!
I visited this past summer clearly told sales lady I was looking for a smart bed with a headboard and a surrounding frame. She showed me a set gave me a price I ordered it. It would take a few weeks for delivery I accepted. In meantime I returned to the store for something else sales lady told me headboard and surrounding frame wasn’t included in my order. I informed her needed those items first red flag. She apologized for misunderstanding and gave me frame I was looking for at $200 off along with a couple of night stands I added to the order it came out about $900 more than originally ordered. I said ok. Delivery day my wife sleeps one night in it informed me she wanted her mattress back. I slept one night in it terrible. I go back to sales lady she tells me that was a lower quality mattress. I bought a 4 inch mattress topper January 19th I can’t sleep my back hurts getting back on internet find that mattress I gave me wife never again will I return

At first our experience with Ashley HomeStore was pleasant. We had found a couch online during blackfriday with the intent to buy online. Upon checking out shipping and delivery was the same price as the couch its self. I called the store and they were able match the price with 4 year protection plan along with a more affordable delivery cost. The sales representative was extremely helpful. We had an estimated delivery date of December 26th. Where our frustration started was when the distribution center called and notified me they had to push back our delivery till January 3rd. On the 31st I received another call informing me they need to push it back again another week. When I asked why they could not explain. I called the store which was helpful. I was informed the couch just arrived but was to late to make it out for delivery. Ultimately we ended up having to make arrangements to pick up the couch in order to have it in time for our daughters birthday party. When my husband arrived he was greeted rudely asking if we had called ahead. We were credited back the shipping and delivery charge. We most like will not do business again with Ashley HomeStore with the loss of confidence in being unable to follow through on delivery expectations without an explanation.

Excellent experience in this store. Love the Christmas decorations in there. Didn’t feel pressure when I walked in the store. Johnny greeted me, was very knowledgeable, polite and gave me space to walk around the store, and not being smothered like other furniture outlets. Couldn’t purchase anything yesterday not closing on my house till March. I’ll be definitely back in to see him, gave me great affordable pricing. Answered all my questions and than some. He gave me coffee and exact measurements to everything I needed, he even moved some heavy furniture for me. Definitely went above and beyond, definitely should be recognized.

I went to Ashley to purchase a sofa. I had checked their website and knew what I wanted. I did laps around the store and not one person even acknowledged me. I couldn't get anyone to even say hello. I ended up leaving and going to another store that had the same sofa and it was cheaper there! It worked out for me in the end. I would never go back again.
Was in the store for 15 minutes, interested in buying a couch and not a single person approached me or made themselves look available. I was passed 6 times by an associate before I walked out the building.
We purchased furniture from the Holland store for our family room and living room recently. We had a really great experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson named Imad. He was very patient with all of my questions and not pushy. We will definitely be going back there to see him again soon and purchase more furniture.

We were literally planning to drop thousands at this store today and no one wanted to help. So it's safe to say Gardner-White will be recieving a nice commission instead. We drove over an hour to buy a dresser, two nightstands, and a tv stand. The first salesman (who I think was a manager) quoted us the wrong prices and wouldn't check again when we were confused, then had no interest in helping us find a different option. We found another salesman who quoted us the correct price and then simply walked away and started helping another party. I'm also pretty sure they weren't even matching their own online prices, sooo...

I've never felt pressured into buying things and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Today was no different, Eddie was super kind and helped me immensely with my purchase--going above and beyond what I would expect from any associate.
Had a great experience working with Ashley! My wife and I recently purchased our living room furniture from them. Upon delivery, we noticed a small amount of damage to one of the arms to our sofa, and we realized that the love seat didn't quite fill the room like we expected. We gave a call that evening to the store to let them know our concerns, and had a response within a couple of days. They will be repairing the damage to the sofa, as well as exchanging our love seat for a second sofa! No charge for the repair, and they are dropping the restocking fee for the love seat so that we only have to cover the difference. Would highly recommend them to anyone
Had a great sales person, but completely dissatisfied with getting my stuff. Has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my bed room outfit. Was told 3 to 4 weeks at max.

Terrible experience. Been sleeping on a couch the past year. So i decided to go and get a bed. Found a bed i liked on sale for $699. Go to store and only have floor model left so i said ill take it so i dont have to wait for a new one to be ordered . Only got sale price on technically a used mattress. They had to have the frame and box spring transferred which i was told would be transferred from distribution in bowling green and wouldnt be long. Come to find out the distribution center is closed for remodeling and im still waiting for the shipment. I would have never signed if i knew it would take weeks to get in or was told from beginning they were closed. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Also customer service ladies were rude because i called them and they said they would call me just concerned why it takes over a week to get something transferred and dont wanna sleep on a couch anymore. Never again will i shop there and cutting up my card

Very happy with Jim the manager and Bob the assist manager. We told Bob what we were looking for and he took us to exactly what we wanted! Saved us time and money. Came back the next night and spent more money, Jim helped us add to our order. Friendly, helpful, not pushy, with great products. This is where I want to spend my money. I left another store with a rude salesperson earlier in the day. Glad I came in. They have cool decor too. Gave me decorating ideas for our new house. My husband and I worked with Doug to pick out an amazing new sectional! He was very patient as we walked around and tried out all of the different ones in the show room. The thing I also appreciated was that he was not pushy at all. He would check in on us to see if we had any questions but didn't follow us around the whole store. The pricing was very fair, but we did get lucky and go during a sale event. I'm looking forward to working with Doug again in the future. Edited: my sister loved our couch so much she got the same one a year later at a different location! It's the chamberly sectional and is holding up very well!

I feel like they tried taking advantage of my boyfriend and I because we are young and ‘probably ‘ haven’t had to furniture shop often. When we tried asking questions, they weren’t answered and tried saying other things to get us distracted from our question. We were barely left alone so we couldn’t discuss anything. The whole experience was stressful and terrible and left me with a migraine.

Bob also promised me that I could have the floor room furniture until my permanent furniture arrived. Once again, he could not keep his promise and I'm left with nothing. Everything that I ordered is sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away and they can't deliver it. They won't even deliver me a mattress that I purchased. It's unacceptable that I have to wait over a month and a half for a few simple pieces of furniture. Please do not do business with this store.

Furniture is coming apart at the seems. We had it fixed once and it did it again but we were out of warranty.

Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. But last year I bought a new couch and over that year span the cushions are ripping the couch its self is ripping and what does Ashley furniture say they dont take care of it after a year it goes to furniture care protection. So i submitted a claim 3 weeks later and 2 supervisors later they still cant give me a good answer. All they say is im not coverd when I know I am and have the paper to prove it! Bottom line i have a ripped up couch cant fix it and Ashley furniture and furniture care protection is the worst SO PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!!!

This is our second furniture purchase from Ashley Furniture. We like the furniture. We shopped around, but both times found EXACTLY what we were looking for at Ashley. The sales people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I have had is with the extended warranty. We purchased the extended warranty SPECIFICALLY for the cushions. Then when we tried to make a claim 2 years after we bought our furniture. We were told that that we would have to pay out of pocket, because the cushions were only covered for 1 year. The sales people repeatedly told us that the cushions are supposed to be covered. The people at the store did everything they could to try rectify the situation. Then today, I got a call from Ashley's Service Department. The guy on the phone told me that the cushions aren't covered, we would have to pay out of pocket. So yes, buy the furniture. DO NOT buy the extended warranty.

Purchased a couch and chair with the power recline. Both cushions on each end of the couch are sinking (no one sits in them) and are about 2 inches lower than the middle section. Purchased the extended warranty and you guessed it, I cannot get anyone to call back or come out. Do not purchase furniture or warranty from them, they are not any better than Art Van.
