Tim helped us pick a sectional that checked all our boxes. He listened to our needs and steered us towards the pieces that fit our wants. He was personable and very knowledgeable and made us feel heard. He was also engaging with our son who was with us, which was helpful since furniture shopping isn’t super fun for kids. I would absolutely shop here again and would highly recommend working with Tim!

Had a very good experience here. Nick greeted me, introduced me to current specials and then gave me room to look around. When I settled on what I wanted he came over and negotiated fairly with me. I am happy and looking forward to my delivery.

Initially we were pleased until it came time to pay. My card was run and then salesman tablet died. After about 15 min of trying to reboot the tablet they asked for my card again. I informed them the sale was already authorized. I had a twenty something sales person attempt to school me on how that won’t go through and will drop off when the second authorization is approved. He insisted the sale did not go through and if I was charged 2 times I could return to the store to be credited. Well needless to say I have spent 2 days on the phone with a 1-800 number that was handed to me on a piece of paper when I returned to the store for the refund of the duplicate sale. I get mistakes but won’t I don’t have patience for is the store staff and customer service staff acting as if I am bothering them and caused the problem. What took them a few minutes to take almost 2000.00 from my account now has to be investigated and I may see my money again in 7-10 days. Customer service is non existent and I will no longer do business with Ashley furniture.

** BUYER BEWARE Misleading signage, poor customer service. At least for the Holland location. Went in to purchase a Rocker/ Recliner and Bed frame on my Ashley's card. First thing I noticed when I got to the store, there was no sales associates visible. When I got in the middle of the store there were 4 employees sitting at a table. Not one of them greeted me or offered any kind of help. I asked for assistance to locate the chair's. A young guy took me to the area l needed. I found a couple of chair's I was interested in and then realized again, no one was around to ask questions. Found the guy who was helping me back at the table with the other employees. I inquired about the credit signage, which stated " PAY only $9.00 a month on your Ashley's card 60 month's, no interest. I was informed that to qualify for that, you had to make a minimum purchase amount. That the lowest payment would actually be no less than $30 monthly payment, if you were under the minimum purchase amount. I was also informed that the chair I wanted, would only qualify for 48 month financing. NO WHERE ON THE SIGNANGE DID IT STATE THIS! Before leaving the store I approached the table of employees and asked to speak to the manager. A girl sitting there acknowledged being the new manager. I commented on the misleading credit signs and the non existent customer service, and was sent off with the remark from her " I'm sorry you feel that way. " ????? Maybe this is why there was only one other couple in the store, besides me. This will be my last visit to an Ashley's store and I will pass this on to my friends as well.
