Ashley Store Huber Heights, OH

My friend and I stopped in to see if they had a specific end table that is made by Ashley. We had already purchased our living room furniture from another store in Troy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Joe (Joseph). He was way more friendly than the people who helped us at the other store. Although they did not have that specific piece we wanted we talked about the material we bought for our furniture and he took the time to explain all about what other material we could have used. He knew we were not purchasing anything yet he spent about 30 minutes with us. When we left we both said we should have come to this store. We will from now on. Please stop in and ask for Joe. So helpful.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She wasn’t just selling products but also listening to our needs. I know we are going to be sleeping so much better with all her expertise. Thank you, Jessica! Somebody give this girl a raise!

Prya the salesperson greeted us quickly then allowed us to browse by ourselves then showed up and answered all our questions and schooled us on mattresses and bedding. Very professional and informative. Not pushy but on top of the process and attentive to our needs. She also was very helpful with info and pricing and financing options. There was a very good selection of furniture throughout the store. We purchased a split king adjustable bed and await delivery. We will be back for any furniture needs in the future.

Management is incompetent. Furniture is cheap engineered wood, low quality. Sales staff is phenomenal.

I have been a recent customer for the last 5 months and was helped overtime by a really nice,polite and professional lady by the name of Haiatt,she took her time and helped me pick out a few chairs,I went back several times and purchased a bed,pillows,sheets,she is one of the best sales people I have ever had the privilege to work with,there was no pressure,very soft spoken,understanding and patient young lady,wish all salespeople were as kind and helped there customers the way she does,stores would have better sales! I went back a few weeks later to buy mom a furniture set, and during delivery we had a few concerns and questions,Haiatt took the time on her day off to call us and clear up my mom's questions, you dont find that everday. My mom wanted to thank her for everything,so I told her I had already put my reviews up,she is old fashion and gave me a card to give to her,as I'm putting this review up I happen to see I bad review from Felicia Dean? This lady must have had a bad day,Haiatt is a very professional and understanding salespeople along with the rest of her staff,she is a asset and my mother and I will be coming back soon to work with Haiatt for additional things for her apartment. She is highly recommended and so is the store ! We will not shop anywhere else ! Thank you Ashley store and Haiatt!!!

Very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism from Hyatt. During the check out process, I had to repeat 4 times that my billing address is not a local zip code and even gave my salesperson my license to easily put in my information. Even still, it was processed incorrectly and was denied payment. I was gracious in the lack of understanding and just kept repeating myself to not put my billing information with a Huber Heights zip code. I was instructed to call the financial institution to see if perhaps there was an issue with my account after the correct zip code was input but still was rejected. I wasn’t able to spend anymore time at the store so I told them I would be back. I went in the next morning the moment the opened. I told my salesperson person I had called and was informed my account was not blocked or anything of the sort so I should be able to make the purchase and let’s try again. She let me know she needed my account number again as she shredded it for security purposes. I appreciated that gesture so I told her I would have to look it up again. In less than a minute of me looking she asked in a frustrated tone “did you find it?” I was gracious and didn’t speak up about that either but was taken aback by lack of patience and professionalism. Once I gave her the information she tried the purchase again and it was once again denied. She called the merchant line for my account and when she got off the phone she said it was because I told her the wrong kind of payment I had, it was a different merchant. I respectfully told her that I in fact told her 4 times the day before what type of payment I had and provided her all the correct information. I followed that statement up with “I am not happy with the level of service I am receiving” and before I could say anything else she started raising her voice at me. Her manager tried to stop her from yelling and we continued back and forth, mind you I never raised my voice, I never cursed, or called her out of her name. I asked her manager to work with someone else, he agreed and she left the desk. While working the sales manager him and I had a productive conversation about my experience and he was very professional and apologized for my experience. Before we could complete my transaction Hyatt came back to the desk and starting yelling again saying things like “I don’t want that sale”, “delete that sale and you can go to another store”, “you need to leave” while holding her arm up pointing at the door, called me a Karen for not understanding as a former sales professional myself, and much more all while her manager was trying to calmly convince her to stop yelling and go to the back. The whole interaction was outrageous, unprofessional, and unprovoked. I should be able to state that I am displeased with the level of service I am receiving as long as I am not disrespectful which I was not. Highly recommend avoiding Hyatt as a sales associate if you want to shop here.

We had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture with Haiatt’s help. We were able to pick out furniture for two of our bedrooms and got such a great deal. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Haiatt!!!

My mission today was to purchase new patio furniture. Ashley Furniture was the 4th furniture store I had walked into. Had 2 sets I was considering before entering Ashley, I was still looking for comparison. - Hyatt was absolutely great! She was super friendly & genuinely gave me time to think about my purchase without that added “salesman“ pressure! Love my new outdoor furniture but bought it specifically because of Hyatt!

My goodness. I could not have asked for a better furniture shopping experience for my mom. From the Showroom design to the wonderful sales staff and financing options, they took away all of my mom's anxiety about furniture shopping, and she is currently sitting on a beautiful new sofa.

We bought a couch on Labor Day and the experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Priya was great, did her homework and took me right to what I wanted. She is personable and professional. I’ve been to other Ashley stores and didn’t get the same service. Salesman sold us a service that was not needed. Claimed our couch would be delivered needing assembly. Arrived fully assembled. Only thing that had to be done was remove plastic & I could have done that myself. I'm retired & on a fixed income. Didn't need to be spending extra money that was not necessary.

We purchased a Queen headboard and night stand from the Huber Heights, Oh store. The sales person, Priya was exceptional. She is professional and went above and beyond our expectations. She was patient and understood what we wanted. We needed to adjust our purchase to a different set because of the size of our room. The manager, Brandon was also exceptional. He was able to change the order and we were able to get what we needed. They put the customer first and that is what means the most

The store manager was very accommodating to my 94-year-old grandfather by greeting us at the entrance and providing a wheelchair while we browsed the store. Priya was very friendly and helpful and took the time to understand my grandparents' needs, providing them with a great dining set that they are excited to have delivered to replace their dated dining set. I ordered a sectional , ottoman, end table , lamp and mirror ! Oh and a rug! All for under 3000$ . The Huber heights Ashley store was very clean! Joe justice helped me when I first arrived and was extremely patient with us as we were picking exactly what we wanted ! And the manager Brandon did great at helping with the approval process . Will for sure be coming back in 4 months to buy my whole kitchen set .

My husband and I had a great experience here on Saturday. We were looking for specific furniture and Priya was very helpful. Priya looked up the specific details on each of the items we were looking for and helped us compare them. She did not try to sway us one way or the other and there was no pressure from her to buy anything. My husband had done his research and knew what the prices were from various area stores and Priya was able to price match what we wanted to purchase. There was no muss or fuss about it, just a simple "we will match that price". Priya was very pleasant and professional throughout the buying process and I'd definitely recommend that you ask for her when you stop in. We also met Patrick, who is the manager. Patrick is very friendly yet professional and has a demeanor that is very customer oriented. I can tell that demeanor is passed along to his employees as this was the most pleasant, no pressure, customer focused interaction we've had while furniture shopping. We did purchase a couch and a recliner while we were there and they will be our go to place the next time a need for furniture arises and we will also let our friends know what a great experience we had at this Ashley store with Priya and Patrick!

Awesome furniture built with quality and definitely holds up better than some of the others. My Sealy Hybrid bed is one of my favorite purchases from Ashley! Highly recommend their protection packages too. Well worth it.

I went into Ashley Furniture to do a warranty replacement, and the staff was quick and efficient at getting that order placed for me. They informed me that I would receive a text when it was ready to be delivered, and I did. The delivery process was a breeze, and the chair was super simple to set up. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great pieces at good prices.

Buyers beware! Know that you are buying scratch-and-dent furniture. We bought a new kitchen table, and it arrived damaged. When I called the store, the GM let me know products sometimes arrive damaged and they fix them. GM's words "like new" condition. He took no accountability and told me to call customer service. Zero ownership for what they sell.

I visited the new Huber Heights store and was assisted sales rep, Sabrina. She was so helpful and her personality was warm and inviting. I purchased a dining room set from her that day. It was such a wonderful experience having her work with me. I have been telling all my family and friends to definitely stop in to that location! I will be making more purchases there.

Just received my delivery and very impressed. Store representative and manager were friendly and knowledgeable. Within 3 days, I received a text to schedule my delivery. Two delivery men were on time and helped ensure sectional and recliner were placed exactly where I needed them to be. Thanks! Will be back.
