Although the couches I purchased were very nice, the sales team and contract are not customer friendly. With an outrageous 37.9% interest rate on their concorda credit card, that they flaunt having no interest for 6 months but have posters all over the store with multiple financing options, you will be absolutely pigeon holed into the worst finance option. The other fraudulent advertising that they perform here is a "White Glove" deliver service that is shown to be free but when you look at the invoice, you will see a $250 delivery fee tacked on to your purchase. This store is a very shady and I would recommend going to Westrich, American Freight or even BigLots before ever stepping foot in to this ponzi scheme themed circus that is running in our town. It needs to be shut down.

Without doubt the worst furniture I have ever purchased in my 60 years on this planet. Stay away. The cheap crappy veneer bubbled up within a year on my 4-Piece overpriced living room set.

Ordered a couch from this store, confirmed the delivery. the day before it was suppose to be delivered someone called stating the pieces all went available and i could reschedule delivery a whole month later. Will not be returning to any Ashley store, overpriced junk.

I was initially happy with my in store experience. The very next day I decided that the protection plan I had agreed to was just unnecessary for me. After attempts to cancel the plan and a conversation with the store manager I was told nothing could be changed unless they cancelled the order and delivery. Then I would be required to go back to the store (35 minutes away) and repurchase the items and reschedule the delivery. I found this to be unreasonable as I work during most of the store hours as well. I ended paying for the protection plan that in the end, I did not want.
Please do NOt GO TheRe! Sold product we didn’t even get!!! 875. Dollars! Have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded and left with an adjustable base that doesn’t work along with a remote that won’t program to the bed!!! They are FRAUDS!! We were sold a “tempropedic adjustable bed frame with remote” and it turns out they gave us a tempropedic remote with a Ashley furniture base!

Very misleading. The Stanley cup was supposed to be included with a $500 purchase. We purchased over $2500 worth of products but they said no Stanley cup because they gave us a discount. We did not see anywhere that because we received a discount that we would not get the cup We would like a response.

The shipping was great. The online gps app allowed you to know where the truck was and exactly when to expect delivery. Plus, the delivery agents were professional and friendly.
Our experience in the store for the sale was great! However, everything after has been a disaster! We received the bedroom suite with 3 damaged drawers and a damaged headboard. We took pictures of damage and contacted Ashley for replacements. The drawers were ordered and came damaged again. The headboard they will not replace without coming out to look at it. We called again and the next set of drawers came and damaged also. Getting a tech to come out to look at the headboard and for them to deliver new drawers has been a mess. No one contacts you personally it’s all automated and you get messages saying someone will contact you and no one does. Not thrilled with our experience and feel like we have gotten terrible customer service and I have talked to a manager/supervisor/and 3 associates.

The guy working with us did amazing. Sales person was KH105 . Ashley's computer system needs help tho. We financed thru Acima and everything was good on our end and Acimas but for some reason Ashley's side of things would not go thru so unfortunately we have to wait several days to get what we purchased. It was a little discouraging. The guy helping us tho did a very good job.
Ashley is a never buy again for me on anything! Ordered a recliner, picked it up when it came in, got it home and it makes a loud sound when reclining out, go to recliner back in and stops, gotta crawl out of chair!, called so many times and it needs a new inner folding mechanism, been almost a month and still no repair, no call back, no return, but I will return it and I will get my money back! Never again!
Ashley is a horrible store. We purchased a battery for the electric furniture we purchased from them. The battery didn't work, so they took it back and said they had to talk to a manager. That was 8 months ago. We have gone in several times and called the corporate office. They all agree that we are owed $200 but no one can seem to take a return. Unbelievable. We will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again.
Ashley Furniture is not a good company. High turnover. They sold us a defective battery and no one knows how to return it. They have a high staff turnover so there is no follow through. The contact at the corporate office also was not able to get any results. We have lost $200 and will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.

Had exactly what we wanted for a fair price. But the delivery was 100% perfect and both were professional and helped worked out problems to get the furniture inside.

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Ashley furniture in Lima ! They deliver THE WRONG couch yesterday (because SALESMAN TODD MARTIN didn’t know how to order the correct furniture )to us and tell him the best he can do is knock off the $200 delivery fee! REALLY because i just spent 2500 on the couch ! GEE THANKS, then we tell them how upset we are and they call back saying the best they can do is a $150 gift card!!! That’s SO HELPFUL because there isn’t anything in there less than $300 besides ugly picture frames on the walls!!! So to use the gift card you’d have to spend MORE MONEY! What a joke!

My salesman was off the day I went in to order the furniture we picked out a week ago. The new salesman was extremely nice and helpful- but it took over an hour to complete the transaction .
Terrible checking out. A new guy on the floor which I understood why he was slower. But there were 2 other employees that could have been helping him and were just talking together until my husband finally asked one of them if he could help. Took an hour just to check out 2 table lamps. All the paperwork they had to fill out seemed ridiculous. They said if I came back to purchase again I would go thru the same process. Not a happy camper. 😕

Terrible customer service. The people in the store are OK but if you need to call and ask a question whether it be the local office or the toll-free number you never get to speak to a live person. Also they are don’t help you with delivery if you buy some thing that’s on clearance which is ridiculous, I spent over $2000 on a couch and I had to rent a U-Haul and pay people to pick it up and move it for me.
Staff in store was helpful day of purchase. But since reached out and Haven't received order. Ended up having to cancel because no return phone calls and wants to set up a bed frame without all materials, and wont be able to use it, they dont even know when i can get the part. Paid in full now got to wait a month or more for refund. Will not be go back and will highly recommend not going cause if problems can't get a hold of no one oneand customer support tells you they don't know.

Sales team in the store is solid- a lot of new folks but they admitted what they didn’t know and we’re able to find me an answer quickly. Delivery was a bit messy- I never was contacted about my delivery because my phone number was entered wrong when they set it up in-store- while I could blame my sales rep, I won’t because it’s an honest mistake. Plus, I had a chance to rectify it sooner but I did not have time to call in and sit on hold. Once my delivery was rectified, the communication was top-notch, though the folks who delivered my furniture seemed like they needed an extra cup of coffee or three- which I’ll also excuse because mine was the first delivery of the day and I guarantee they had to drive at least 1 hour to get to me. Will likely purchase from here again.
Warranty is a scam. I bought a light colored sofa even though I was skeptical with kids, because the sales lady told me it would cover any stain I was not able to get out myself. My kids spilled M&M’s on my cough and I was unable to get a few spots off so I submitted it to the warranty company and was told it was an accumulation and would not be covered.
Excellent selection and good prices I made my purchase of several items including bedroom and living room. Well pleased with the service and knowledge of product with every member of the local Lima Ashley store, with Todd finding me the right deal. They set me up with 5 year warranty on everything and 12 months 0 interest. I am a Happy Camper...Thanks again...Todd 👍

I don't know what's going on with Ashley Furniture in Lima Ohio, but the post-sale customer service has certainly gone downhill in the last few years. We've shopped with them for as long as my wife and I have been together and always had fantastic experiences until recently. It took them 66 days from the time I reached out to them to provide me a useful response. Their inability and lack of desire to communicate effectively in a timely manner has left stuck making payments me on an ruined, expensive mattress that no longer has a valid manufacturer warranty from this mess. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere for your furniture needs.On June 24, 2023 I needed to file a warranty claim due to a expensive mattress cover/protector failing to protect the mattress we bought from them. The cover/protector was sold to us with the "guaranteed warranty" that it "if it fails protect your mattress and anything goes through it, we'll replace your mattress" as the mattress's manufacturer warranty is voided if anything gets on it. There was an accident and stuff went right through the protector. I tried to call and email for almost a week, leaving several messages, and never once got a response. I had to go into the store and speak with a sales person to get the warranty service info and call them myself. I filed the claim on 6/29, still zero response from the warranty claim service or the store responding to my messages. On 8/2/23, I contacted the escalation team as requested and provided my account the, and it took over a week to hear back from them. They kept calling my wife at work (nurse) despite me providing my number and telling them to update the contact to me. I was never once left a call back or claim number to get call them back though, just had to hope I was able to answer when they called. I also tried to reach back out to the warranty service and was told my claim had sat unprocessed for two weeks because they needed additional images that were not requested when I first filed the claim. I provided that a little over two weeks ago and still have not heard back. On 8/25, a customer service rep left a message on my wife's phone telling informing us that us that we needed to work with Bedgear, the mattress protector's manufacturer. She stated that a claim had already been filed by Ashely on our behalf and a replacement was approved, and that I needed to call Bedgear to finalize things. I called Bedgear, and no claim was found under my or my wife's phone numbers. The Bedgear rep helped me file a new claim, noting that I had tried to inform Ashley within 24 hours and had bee struggling getting help from them for almost 2 months. The claim came back from Bedgear denied in two hours because it had to be filed within 5 days of the incident occurring. I was unable to file this claim in 5 days because Ashley had told us it went through them at purchase and then took 66 days from the incident to provide me any info.
Joyce was extremely helpful. I had looked at the website and found some bedding I was interested in. When I went to the store they did not have those items in the store but she was great at telling us what they had that was comparable. She had us try several different mattresses and ironically I ended up loving a mattress that I wouldn't have even considered. Thanks Joyce you were awesome!

the experience at the store was ok.BUT 2 things they push you to do the review quickly so if problems arise then it’s after the review. The customer service has been a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the expensive warranty after my own research. That’s where it began with terrible customer service. It takes a lot of work to even get a human being and then when you do they will tell you that they will look into your concern. That’s a lie. I called multiple people and finally spoke to someone who said they would have it taken off. I can’t confirm that yet. Not worth the hassle. BTW I don’t even have the furniture yet as the delivery was messed up as well.

Bottom of the drawers is made of thin weak material. Rest of quality is fair. Sales guy was good. Delivery crew overbooked and had to repair bed leg with poor manufacturing but they worked hard

Can you OVER communicate?? Idk but I did appreciate it. I knew every step of their trip and even when they arrived in my drive. It doesn't happen with most transactions so I'm very happy! I was surprised I didn't know when they took a potty break.

Protection plan is a SCAM! Purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture along with the 4 year protection. I paid $160 for a protection plan. I have spoken to 2 people and two automated lines and I am not able to schedule the service I PAID FOR! Placed on hold and told I can't find your plan. Then told to call another number. Only to be told I have the wrong number. It went on from there. With my receipt I am not able to schedule!!!
Could have just bought it online and saved a trip. Went to store because I had paperwork that I did not use my warranty and would not lose it, so i have 250 in store credit. Well, you lose it. There is no time frame on when it had to be used anywhere in the agreement, which they acknowledge. But its 180 days after the 4 or 5 year warranty. I didnt need anything from them until now. WILL NEVER RETURN OR PURCHASE ANYTHING. Everyone I know will be told. And to top it off, tried to sell me a warranty on the bench I purchased because it was the only thing I could find. What a joke. TERRIBLE. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Purchased what seemed like a fantastic deal in late November. Was told delivery would take place the first of January. No problem. Wait around for an additional month, still no furniture. First of February we are told it will be delivered, BUT its on the delivery guys time, there was ZERO accommodation for the customer. ZERO customer service. If you have delivery guys who don't want to work after 2 maybe you should find some that do. Especially when you tell working customers paying for additional services that delivery is simple and fast and would be when we would need it done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ASHLEY STORE. 0/10

Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I bought a couch from Ashley 7 months ago and within a month or so of purchase, I had to have a portion of the couch recovered due to poor quality. Since then, the issue has reappeared. I've been bounced around to so many different representatives with absolutely no answer. I even stopped in the store to talk to the manager and just got another phone number to call. Take your money elsewhere.
don’t order a couch online and don’t have high hopes when you call the hotline number. they will give you the run around, constantly give you other numbers to call, tell you your furniture will be delivered in 3 days and then 4 days later tell you it’s going to be at least 5 more weeks(it’s already been 6 weeks). their customer services reps do not know what they’re talking about. they’ll also charge your card multiple times a week until the couch is delivered. asked them about this and they told me the banks require them to do it. i’ve never heard of that before. (take my money at the beginning or don’t charge me until before delivery!). i’ve now been sent back and forth from the delivery team, finance team, customer service, and the in-store team. now it’s taken 3 different people to cancel my order and 1 person is telling me i was set up with financing and will have issues getting my money back(i paid outright with personal card) and the other is telling me the other person does not know what they’re talking about. i will never ever order furniture from them again.

I went into the store and ordered a bed frame for my daughter in October. The men in the store that helped us were extremely delightful and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for and I couldn’t recommend them more. With that being said: I was told I’d receive notification and calls for delivery no later than Nov. 4th. When I called Nov 8th (giving a few days just in case) they said it was not available for delivery at this time and I’d hear something by Nov 18th. I was patient and waited until that day. I called back in the hopes of getting a delivery date, and unfortunately received a new date of December 2nd. Today is the 6th and I called to cancel my order due to it still not being available for delivery. When you call to speak to someone, you never get the store. It’s always some foreign representative that can barely be heard or understood. The phone call quality sucked and the man that helped me today kept pushing me into keeping my order with offers of money off and so forth. NO. I WANTED THE BED FRAME I PICKED OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER SO MY CHILD DIDN’T HAVE TO KEEP SLEEPING ON A MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR BUT THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GENEROUS TO OFFER ME 5% OFF MY $1,300 ORDER THAT IVE WAITED 7+ WEEKS PATIENTLY ON!
It's sad that a company of this size does not respect customers or have decent customer service. My husband and I made a large purchase that had problems from day one. We were understanding the first two months and when it appeared it would be another month before a full resolution, we asked for some compensation only to be told we could have the same discount as any other customer off the street. The furniture is good quality but I can get that a numerous stores. We will not make any future purchases from this company! Buyer beware!
Horrible company and customer service is a nightmare!!! Delivery date was later then expected so I called and cancelled my order well I thought something was being done. It’s been 8 phone calls later and lie after lie!! Was told last week my order was cancelled and my refund was sent only to call Today and there’s still my order sitting open and hasn’t been cancelled. Nightmare bunch of lying thief’s !!
I was addressed as "bro". They refuse to honor a warranty because even though it's defective, it's not defective enough?! And apparently my account was "lost" when the company changed hands.
I bought a bed and bed frame form Ashley back in July. Last month they took $4000 out of my bank account and said I “set up autopay wrong” then tonight when I sat on my bed and it broke. It is IMPOSSIBLE to they ahold of anybody if you need to. I plan on returning the junk they gave me. I’ve paid $400 in taxes when I ordered the garbage and 4 months of payments that I will never get back. Don’t waste you’re money!
The only thing positive to say about our Ashley Furniture experience was the sales lady was very nice and friendly on our first visit, that's the only positive we have. We will never shop at Ashley Furniture ever again. Their customer service is a joke and their communication skills are lacking immensely. It was 2 months after our original delivery date before we actually got our Furniture. It wouldn't have been as bad if we weren't lied to numerous times about it
Ashley's is the worse place to buy furniture. I have a warranty and they sent parts out and guess what I have had them parts for 4 weeks and still no service tech has contacted me to come fix it its not even a year old recliner and the mechanism snapped. I have called once a week and everytime I call they say they don't have any notes on the system saying it needs fixed but yet there the ones that sent out the parts to my house to get it fixed worst place to buy hands down
Ordered a new living room and bedroom set at the end of April 2022. They came to set everything up 6/20/2022, a Monday. They brought the wrong bed rails. I was assured they would reorder the rails the same day since it was early in the morning and they were in stock in their warehouse so redelivery would be fairly quick and that it would be in store the next week and I would be contacted for delivery. I called to check the next week, and was told it was coming the following week. So I called again the following week and was told a different date. I asked to speak to the store manager since he was the one that told me on 6/20 it was in stock at their warehouse and wouldn’t take long. The store manager wanted to refer me to my sales person and said as the manager he couldn’t do anything about any of this. (Still confused how the salesperson would have been able to help) Then I called again and I was told it wasn’t even in their warehouse, but the date was changed to July 14. Well we are at the end of July and no rails as of yet. I have told everyone I know to stay far away from this store. I dropped a decent amount of money in this store and no one can give me answers. After reading on other pages and Google reviews, I see I am not alone. What a waste of time and money.
I have had a terrible shopping experience with this store. I would not recommend shopping here and will personally, never go here again. Normally, I try to rate places with an accurate rating rather than simply 1 or 5 stars but this place deserves a 1 star... In July of 2021 I purchased a sectional sofa, cocktail table and a TV stand. The TV stand and cocktail table were part of a matching set. This will be somewhat important later. I was told all my furniture would be delivered in 10-12 weeks after purchase. This seemed reasonable to me. About 10 weeks in, I get a call that my sofa and cocktail table were ready to deliver. I thought "great!". I was happy with the purchase so far. I assumed the TV stand would be in within a few weeks. No worries I though. At about 15 weeks after purchase I still haven't received my TV stand so I decided to call about. It was November of 2021 at this point for reference. I come to find out that many of the TV stand Ashley sells have been put on hold by the manufacturer due to the supply chain issues we are all too familiar with. It was great of Ashley to call and let me know about this (they didn't and this be be a reoccurring theme as well). During this phone call, they said it should be delivered before the end of the year. I thought "oh, okay. That's reasonable considering the supply chain issues". Then it was the end of Dec. and I still hadn't heard anything on my TV stand. I called again and they said it should be delivered in Jan. I thought this was getting kind of ridiculous at this point but what's one more month when you've been waiting half a year right? The end of Jan. rolls around and still nothing. Once again I call and they say the manufacturer is very behind and filling orders in the order they received them. I asked what that means for me and they said "hopefully it will be delivered by April". This fully cemented a negative opinion of Ashley for the lies I had been told. Up until this point, I had been told the TV stand would deliver at several different times. I had been disappointed several times by these lies. I didn't want to cancel my order because the TV stand was a matching set with my cocktail table. I began looking to see if I could find the TV stand elsewhere but was unsuccessful. All other merchants were saying at least 6 month lead time and wouldn't make any promises. But at least they were upfront about this. I decided to keep my order with Ashley and remain hopeful. If the TV stand hadn't been part of a matching set, I would have cancelled it and simply found another style elsewhere. But unfortunately I really wanted them to match and I was already this far in. I thought "how much longer could it be?". Finally though, they said hopefully by April and would not promise it would even deliver by then. While this was a disappointment from a time perspective, it was finally good that they were not promising a delivery. If they had said this from the beginning, I would have been much more understanding with them. However, up until this point they had been telling me when the TV stand would deliver. April came and went and still nothing. I called again in April hoping to hear good news and didn't receive any assurance. But at least this time I understood there were no dates for delivery. The middle of May came and I finally get the called I have been waiting for for 10 months now. My TV stand is ready to deliver. I scheduled a date for delivery and think it's finally over. The TV stand delivers as expected and I immediately notice it is damaged in two separate places. At this point, I'm just done... I immediately call Ashley to try and make this right. I can't believe I waited this long and have been lied to for this... The worst part was that I had been joking a few days prior about this exact scenario happening. Guess I jinxed myself on this one. HIT THE CHARACTER LIMIT ON GOOGLE... Long story short, had trouble getting in touch with the right person and repair people not showing up as scheduled. Still waiting on repairs

Avoid ordering anything from this store, they have an all sales final policy, but have 6 month wait period due to the Covid-19 delays, best to avoid at this time. I ordered in the Summer and told I won't receive till next year. Response to owner: Putting 12+ weeks on your receipts is not being Clear on wait time, it is giving you INDEFINITE time to deliver a product. On top of that you allow your sales people to give false verbal communication and then claim no verbal commitments. If you were honest your would refund your customers money and notify them if the product arrives so they could make their purchase. I am understanding of the Covid-19 delays which is why I didn't complain until week 18, and now being told I will have to wait till week 28! More than double your "receipt" time.

Was told that I could pickup my mattress and box springs today, Monday May 17th as these items have been on back order. Was told by Laura today that they would be available as soon as the truck arrives. I called back and talked to some Lisa and she told me that due to a manager calling out that I’d have to wait because nothing is being processed. I’ve already rented a truck, emptied my old bed out of my house and wasted my afternoon sitting around. Now I have to waste another day hoping he doesn’t call off again. How aggregating.

Barb makes me feel valued, no matter what her week day or year has been like, she cares about what yours has been like too. If I had a pocket big enough I would take her home. Barb is a comfort I call her Betty Davis because she’s a tough ole broad.. and she is much more then about furniture. Thank you Barb, and I will likely stop my furniture shopping if you were to leave.

Sold us a couch and loveseat. Said loveseat was made like the couch. Other than looking the same, they are not made the same. One month after getting the couch and loveseat, the loveseat is broken down already! It is not made like the couch, the frame is not nearly as sturdy nor does it sit as firmly. Still waiting for a satisfactory answer to our problem. If buying furniture here, be very careful!

Was lied to and mislead by sales manager and warehouse manager. Owner refuses to hear customers complaint of shady sales practices. I guess once they cash the check they don't care. Also, still trying to get a full refund after they decided not to deliver on agreed date. I guess their ethics coincide with the owner due to his/her non action to resolve this matter. I wonder how long I will have to wait before my thousands of dollars are returned? Must be their way of slowing my future purchase at a more honest and reputable home furnishings establishment.Until then I will be setting and sleeping on the floor. I will never do business with another Ashley furniture store. Have to edit my complaint due to progress. Heard back possibly from the store owner, however it was a flimsy excuse for bad business practices. Also I received a refund . I still plan to have no future transactions with any Ashley furniture stores , because the excuse was mear covering for the lies I was told. Which means that it's business as usual. Caveat vendor "buyer beware ".

Bought a house full of furniture. Living room, dining room, family room, and basement. Delivery was as expected, the guys that delivered set everything up just as I wanted. Great valie and great furniture. Will be going back for bedroom sets as soon as my babies are out of cribs.
Poor customer service!! Had a recliner cable break about 3 months after we purchased it and all we get is it will be 7 to 10 days. It’s been well over a month now. Sorry I made the purchase and guarantee I won’t make that mistake again.

Things to know before dealing with Ashley Furniture, first know the online prices, the Lima store tried charging me $800 over the online price during their "sale". Second make sure your salesperson is from that store, they bring in salespeople from other stores and claim they have no control over anything they tell you, truth or lies. Third if you have any problems your just out of luck, they claim not to have any boss besides the district manager which they refuse to contact. Fourth don't expect a return call, we received the wrong furniture and had to constantly call because no one would call back. Fifth if you want it delivered good luck with that, they will get to it....eventually. But once and if you make it pat that the quality is okay, but I would suggest looking somewhere else first.

We went in to buy stools to replace the ones we purchased several years ago. While there, we asked about a credit that we thought might have been on our account from the protection plan we had purchased. We were informed that the protection plan credit was expired. (The window to use it must have been about 2 days). The woman was dismissive and rude. She should have referred us to a salesperson who would have tried to make us believe we were receiving the credit, and they would have gotten the sale. Instead, she wanted to be right or win or something. Tough way to sell product. We will purchase stools from another store, and now we will purchase all of or future furniture from another store. Nice job turning a guaranteed sale into a customer that wants to tell everyone to shop elsewhere.

Stopped in because they were having a 50 percent off sale. My wife picked out some tables she liked. The lady gave us her best price and told her we would let her know. Drove down to Westridge furniture in Delphos. Bought the exact tables over $300 cheaper then there so called sale.

So we got out Serta Mattress about 2 weeks ago. Seemed awesome because we desperately needed a new mattress and fell in love with this one. well after thr delivery guys came and saying they should go through the back because it's easier and they still forced that mattress through our narrow front door and really forced it through our washer, dryer, and oven. Then roughly handled it to get it upstairs. They rushed for it to get done, they left their trash under our bed and the sides were BULGING out!! we have been trying to get in touch with everyone about this situation. 2 weeks of waiting for corperate to also do nothing as it is for their delivery drivers doing. We honestly love the mattress but rather our money back at this point. We want our stuff and sadly won't be back!
I purchased the jillingsley chocolate sectional sofa over 2000.00 and we have been only.setting on this sofa for a month and the cushions are already flat,and very uncomfortable,,was asking the saleslady about the cushions,and was told they would hold up very well,for two heaviery ppl,DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA,IT IS JUNK. Barb greeted us as we entered the store asking If she could help us . I told her we were looking for a new mattress . She led us past more expensive Temperpedic to the Sealy Hybrid .She proceeded to tell me why this was her favorite mattress . At this point I laid on the bed an she proceeded to put the bed in the zero gravity mode . Told me to relax and she would be back . When she returned we had my wife lay on the bed & done the same thing . When my wife got up she said it was the most comfortable she had been on a bed in years . We ended up purchasing the bed & are very excited to get it in our house and enjoy some quality sleep for the first time in a long while . At no time did we feel any pressure what so ever . As a matter of fact when we were finished with the paperwork and Barb was walking us out , I noticed a book case that my wife had been looking at . It was reduced I asked her if she would consider an offer , she said she would , I made her an offer and in short my wife is picking up her new bookcase tommorow 😊 This is our 3rd major purchase at your Lima store & we have always been very satisfied . Barb made our shopping experience so enjoyable 😊 Thank you !
