Get your furniture some place else, the customer service of Ashley Furniture is trash AT BEST! Bought our sectional in 2020 (weird year for everyone), however, when we received the lounge on the sectional it broke within first few months. Now it's broke again, since their products are made out of cheap particle board! We did purchase the extended warranty and it's still NOT COVERED because it is just past the 5 year extended warranty. We received the sectional part in January. However, we didn't receive the lounge part of the sectional till September of 2020 (replaced an back ordered). Since the warranty was signed in January of 2020 no one will (Ashley Furniture or the Montage Group (their 3rd party warranty group)) cover it. Ashley said they'd be more than happy to send a technician out to "look at it, at the expense of the customer". Not happen!!! We've bought multiple items from Ashley Furniture (dining room set, mattresses, sofa, etc) but, after this experience we're taking ours and our families business else where. Extremely disappointed is an understatement with this company that we've purchased multiple products from. This post is to forewarn anyone considering purchasing something from them! The products are made cheaper now than ever before. We have located a couple other places that offer lifetime warranty and STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Is it a little more? Yes but, I also don't like pay $1,500-2,000 every few years on particle board!

Well to be honest, I had to ask the guy in the front to get someone to help me. There were people who came in front of me and they were helped right away. I went through the whole store and sat on every couch and made my choice. That took me a half a hour and during that time no one asked if I needed help. That’s when I asked the guy at the front for someone to help me. He directed me to Makenzie and she was very nice and finished checking me out.

Lena was absolutely 💯. Made sure she showed us exactly what we were looking to purchase. Great job Lady!

I was greeted so kindly and professionally by Justin. He was a wealth of insight and knowledge. Not to mention his charisma was overflowing it was hard not want to stay. Then the admistartive professional known as Tara was so good at her job made everything efficient and quick it was almost as if the rest of the team wasn't even needed. But that is clearly a testament to the leadership of the Sales Manager Sam and General Manager Megan. The environment was welcoming and professional it is very clear that store is run well and it's only due to the people that are customer facing.

We have been looking for recliners for months without success…. Until we came to Ashley. Mary was very knowledgeable and helpful! The selection at Ashley was great. Can’t wait to get both recliners. Thank you Mary!!

My husband brought me to the Ashley Store in the Mansfield area as a surprise to look for a recliner. I recently had a knee replacement and a recliner will be a welcomed asset as I heal. But, not just any recliner, I wanted an extra wide so my dog and I can be together. Lena greeted us at the store in a warm and friendly way. Once she knew what we were looking for, she personally took us to the recliner area. She showed us several options, answered questions, was patient (especially with me, I am old and have to read lips) and listened to my concerns about making the right choice for chair size and color. She was understanding about me wanting to go home, measure my space and mull over adding a recliner to our room, She called that same afternoon to ask if I had further questions….of course, I did. Lena answered all in a professional and non pressured way. I decided to purchase the chair. Lena’s customer service impacted my decision in a positive way. After explaining to him what I was looking for, he meticulously gave recommendations based on real world experiences. Ashley Furniture is always my go to store when looking for any furniture needs. Josh was very helpful and eager to help. He showed me a variety of sofa combinations and I was able to find the perfect sofa/chaise. Highly recommend Ashley furniture!!

I ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs on 11/03/2024 and was given a 3-5 week delivery time. I called at the 4 week mark (week of 12/1) and was told that due to Black Friday (???) my order was delayed. When I questioned further, I was told that Ashley only delivers to my area once a month and that the earliest that we could get our table would be 12/19 (46 days after ordering and paying for the table) and that Ashley's "3-5 week" delivery time ACTUALLY means that THEY will receive the item in their warehouse within 3-5 weeks and ONLY THEN do they start the delivery process. I know it may not seem egregious, however I feel as if I was told what I wanted to hear just to make a sale and that is not okay. Quality seems nice and salespeople are respectful, but I would not recommend if you want any furniture in a timely manner.

Salesman was great and I’m happy with the furniture I chose. The price was really good too. When you buy furniture from Ashley just expect a long wait period to receive your purchase. I was told would be 6 weeks and I’m not sure what the norm is and this isn’t my first time purchasing furniture but ive never had to wait this long to enjoy my new furniture.

Ashley furniture store is a great place to shop. The the wonder people who work there to help you look for what you need. Carol who helped us, walked us all over the store showed us things we may be interested in. She did measurements for us. No other store would do this for you any where. So what are you waiting for get to Ashley’s Furniture Store.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money at the Ashley Home Store in Mansfield/Ontario - dining room chairs, a sectional, a TV stand, side tables and more. This past Saturday (Nov 1) I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, the lampshades were of noticeable differences in color. This was made more obvious by the addition of the light bulb, of course. The lamps were also too large for the tables I have, so I wanted to just return them. I was unaware that they were non-returnable (per my receipt which was still in the envelope). I understand having a policy like that to avoid people "sampling" items to see if they match or not. However, I experienced what is perhaps the worst mistreatment I have ever encountered at a store. The man who said he was the manager, Sam, was abusive, rude, dismissive and condescending. At first, he was going to charge a restocking fee of 20%, but when I returned from my car with the second lamp, he decided he was sticking to the policy of not returning them since it was clearly stated on my receipt. When I explained the situation about the difference in colors, his comment was "the lamps are the same color as they were yesterday when you bought them". At this point, I just felt dismissed and my voice was not being heard. I put the lampshades on the table and asked him to take a look. (At this point, he hadn't even looked at them). By now I was angry, not because I couldn't return the lamps, but because I was being treated so poorly. He said I slammed them so hard that I needed to "get out of his store". I asked if I could at least get the matching shade and he said no, that I needed to leave his store. I am still upset today because of how I was treated. I've been a good customer at that store, but after this awful treatment, I won't ever be going back.

Went in today to purchase a specific bed frame and coffee table and needed help finding the perfect mattress that met both my wife and I’s needs. We were greeted with smiles, and the choice of wine, beer, and water, and Kate who went above and beyond to get us the perfect mattress! Really loved how we had all the time in the world with her to go over everything without feeling forced or pressured. She helped us purchase the perfect mattress for the both of us along with the bed frame and coffee table we knew we wanted upon walking in. Thank you Kate and Ashley Home Store! We appreciate you all and will be a retuning customer!

The Review is based on some new policy, where the store cannot take care of the customer, for some "corporate reason" I have purchased well over 20K from this store and the Marion store. My 1 year 2 week old recliner left me stuck in the full recline mode (I am a larger person) due to a failed motor (that is a phone diagnosis) And I am left with the bill for the parts and labor, needed to fix it. I know this is the new way of business, just though a family owned store would DO BETTER!

Purchased a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a bench at the Mansfield Ashley Furniture Store on Lexington Springmill Rd. I Specifically asked sales person if everything in the display was included in the sale price. Was assured the sale price included everything on two different visits. One when I purchased it and again when my wife came to look at it to be sure she liked it. When it was delivered there was no bench. I was told it wasn’t included in the sale and wasn’t on the sale receipt. I told manager the sales person on two separate visits said it was included and the sign on the table also listed all these pieces. He refused to honor this sale and said I’d have to pay an additional $200 fee for the bench. I refused delivery and requested a full refund. Classic Bait and Switch with sales person saying whatever they need to get the sale! Will never buy from this store again. Am also complaining to corporate as well!

Found out on Facebook about the one day sale they were having. Went to look around and was greeted right away by the manager. He guided me back to the mattresses and helped me out for a little bit. Then Ronnie came along. He answered my questions, guided me on which mattresses are best for health benefits and lumbar support. My boyfriend and I finally came to a decision on the perfect mattress and power base. Including vibration and adjustable head and feet. We are so excited to get this bed in and got it for a really great price. Ronnie was super helpful, fun and kind. I was really excited for my new couch I got from Ashley's till 3 months after having the couch the fabric started to fall apart we were really busy trying to find a new place to live to be able to call about the couch then when I finally called they pretty much just told me not our problem and it's "normal wear and tear" when it's definitely not no one was willing to help with the issue they just said oh we can order you new covers I don't know why I would when 3 months later they would do the same thing I want my money back but I know that won't happen glad you guys talked us into a extra $200 warranty that covers nothing

The whole experience was awesome! Jordan was very friendly,band helpful. Jordan took all our requests and gave us every option to match our requests. Especially hearing all the local Ashley store does for veterans as well was just an added bonus to an already outstanding experience shopping. Absolutely would recommend this store and staff to anyone I know.

Ronnie made this process a breeze, we went in nervous because this was our first new furniture purchase. Ronnie instantly calmed us down and made us feel appreciated and like he really cared for our concerns. We expressed how we have pets and that this was a big fear of ours for the longevity of the purchase but he reassured us that with the 4 year protection plan our worries would be taken care of. It was so easy I even decided to get a desk and a computer chair during the same visit. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this to all peoples buying any new furniture.

The bed I purchased is a beauty rest hybrid plush medium mattress. I am in love with it! I also purchased 2 of the balance pillows. A bit pricey but so worth it. Just after the first night sleeping I felt I had such great sleep! Overall I feel the process took way too long to purchase but satisfied with my sales rep and with my purchase.

There is nothing special about me. I walked into Ashley furniture store looking for a sofa and love seat for my basement. I didn’t want to break the bank, but I didn’t want anything cheap either. When I walked through the doors, I was immediately greeted and directed to Kate Fick and Ron who was training with her today. 2 hours later I had made my purchase. 2 hours Kate and Ron were by my side. Helping me make my selection. No pressure sales, worked within my budget, discussed financing options, they were more than patience with me as I decided on how I wanted to pay for my selection. Kate talked with my husband on the phone as he wasn’t with me, what she had already told me, about the furniture I selected. It truly took me 2 hours to make my choice on sofa and love seat and how I was going to pay for it. I walked out of the store feeling like a VIP, and at peace with my selection and payment option.
