My husband and I had an outstanding experience at the Ashley's Furniture store Mansfield. To begin, I consulted with Brennin a couple times over the phone prior to going to the store. While talking to him, he directed me to the website to show me the furniture he thought I would be interested in based on my criteria. After a couple weeks, I decided on the furniture pieces my husband and I wanted to purchase. Brennin ran the numbers and got back with me promptly--and it was even after hours which I would not expect. My husband and I then set up an in-store appointment with Brennin.The team was accommodating and friendly, and it was apparent that they were expecting us. We were greeted at the door, and this was spot on. Then, one of Brennin's colleagues showed us to the recliners, upon request, and talked to us while Brennin finished paperwork with a customer. To continue, Brennin was prepared for our meeting. He took initiative to look up a few details regarding furniture size that he thought we might want to know. Throughout the experience, Brennin was always professional and reassuring--especially with satisfaction of the furniture. We were never pressured. Furniture options were discussed without any rush. We did end up changing two items-- thanks to Brennin pointing out a particular measurement. This was an extremely pleasant experience! Awesome team. I would shop at Ashley's again. Our furniture is expected to arrive mid January.

Yet again, Ashley Furniture in Mansfield/Ontario outdid themselves with my most recent purchases. This is the second time doing business with them and I truly cannot have asked for a better experience. My go-to-guy, Ricky, was fantastic - I sent him a list of items I needed to furnish an entire house before coming into the store. He had everything prepared for my arrival and dedicated a generous amount of time to fulfill the order. Despite me changing my mind on several of the items, he demonstrated patience and determination to assist me in selecting the best items for my plans and my budget. Ricky and his teammates were very friendly, professional, and great to work with. Both the culture and climate at Ashley Furniture in Ontario is seemingly a reflection of the ownership, the whole team is a professional, yet fun, group - you can really tell they love working there and enjoy what they do. They are also a very patriotic bunch - something I truly value. The entire process was very smooth, and I will definitely continue doing future business with them. Thanks again Ricky and team!

I give my experience at Ashley furniture five stars! Carol was my sales person. She was very knowledgeable and personable! If I ever need anything else, she will definitely be my go to. She did not do any high-pressure sales, just there if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend her!!

We were not ready to make a purchase, but once he showed us the sectional couch that we ended up buying we were sold. I haven't been inside ashley furniture in quite a while. To my surprise they had so many beautiful options for couches and furniture in general. Carol walked us around the sales floor. She is the most sweetest lady ever. So kind, helpful and funny. She has so much patience because I definitely couldn't make up my mind. Me and my husband finally narrowed it down to a rust colored sofa🧡🧡 I can't wait until it gets delivered. We even got a gold crocodile 🐊 my husband left happy and so did I. You were amazing Carol. Brennin I would like to thank you for making the process so easy. I’m very limited on time to come in to the store and shop. I sent Brennin a message of what sectional, I was interested in. Within minutes Brennin responded with all the details I needed. A couple weeks later I was able to get into the store had all the paperwork and my care kit ready and waiting.

I had called Ashley Furniture the night before to check on availability of the chaise I saw on line. Being rather old-fashioned, I like to see, feel and sit on furniture before I decide. Lily was very knowledgeable on the phone and I was pleased to be greeted by her at the store. She was friendly and efficient, and purchasing my chaise was quick and easy. I can't wait for it's delivery. Not my first purchase at Ashley in Ontario, certainly not my last.

Chad was absolutely incredible! He wasn’t pushy but was welcoming and talked us through our options. We came in with an idea of what we wanted. Very unhappy with the salesman. He sold us a headboard that literally attaches to nothing at all. What's the point of a headboard that just falls over? Also stated it was $299 for the warranty and it is typically $599. That wasnt the case at all. I would like a phone call to resolve this matter.

CHECK PRICE ONLINE BEFORE YOU BUY!! THEY OVERCHARGE YOU IN THE STORE!! BIG SANDY SUPERSTORE SELLS ASHLEY BRAND FOR HALF PRICE!! The sales guy from Ashley actually sent me a link to leave a review so, ask and you shall receive!! Do your research before you hand over your credit card! Purchased a couch, base price was $4,555 in the store. As we are sitting there waiting for the guy to run the card, the internet works its magic. I was looking at something completely unrelated and an ad for couches was on the page showing what looked like the exact couch we just bought, so I clicked it. Keep in mind the sales guy told us that Ashley is THE ONLY store that sells this particular couch! Well turns out that was a big fat lie because Big Sandy Superstore also has this exact same couch. Here’s the best part, it was in stock for $2,500! TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than what Ashley was selling it for! I showed it to our sales guy and his jaw about hit the floor. Then he tried to say we don’t price match online stores. I showed him that it was in stock in store in Columbus, then he said we only price match within 25 miles. So I said then I would like a refund and I’ll be going to Columbus and buying the couch from them. He then went and had a 20 minute conversation with his manager, they came back and decided they would price match. Now, here’s the kicker… on my way home, I was telling someone this story and wanted to show them the couch, so I went to send them the couch from Ashley’s website… $2,800 on their website! So I checked a few other couches that we looked at, not only were they all way cheaper on Ashley’s own website, but you can get just about everything that Ashley sells at Big Sandy Superstore for half the price that Ashley sells it for and it’s Ashley’s signature brand! Oh and if you decide not to spend the small fortune on delivery and you decide to pick things up yourself, you now have to go to Marion. Guess what’s in Marion… a Big Sandy Superstore!! If it wasn’t for my wife feeling bad for the sales guy that told us about how he had 5 kids and all that nonsense, I would have never given Ashley a dime! (I never will again) Not to mention I won’t even see this couch until mid to late September! What kind of BS is that?? First you lie to us about being the only store that sells this couch, then you clearly tried to rip us off for what turned out to be $2,600 more than it should have been (that was what they refunded to price match) and now we have to wait a month for the couch?? It’s literally in stock available for pick up today at Big Sandy! Ashley better figure out how to get this couch to my front door before I get back to their store to get the rest of my money refunded and go to Big Sandy to get this couch. Not to mention the sales guy was probably the worst sales guy ever. Right off the bat I was ready to walk out because he thought it was a good idea to tell us that the couch we currently have was junk and we need to throw it away because we bought it from a different store. Not a good first impression! And lastly, when you ask to be left alone so that you can walk around and look, that doesn’t mean come up to us every 5 minutes to tell us about something! I’ll never go back to Ashley again! Except to get this couch refunded! Only thing that will stop me from doing that is if Ashley calls me and says they will now be delivering this couch for free to my house by next Friday! If not, I’ll be going back to Big Sandy this weekend to pick up our new couch and on to Ashley for a refund!! Thanks for the link to leave a review!!

The delivery men were very nice, on time and treated my new couch with care . Ashely Furniture was an all around pleasant experience that I would highly recommend (just check your measurements). My husband and I ordered AND paid in full for a couch and a chair on March 25th, 2025. Here it is May 20th, 2025, no furniture. No monthly updates on where our furniture is or anything. Everytime my husband calls either the Ontario store or the Marion store (pickup store), neither one can tell us a dang thing then transfers us to the other. And when we do speak to someone competent enough to understand our issue, their excuse is "well it got pushed back because it's a popular set." Okay that may be the case but here we are 2 months later with NOTHING. Our sales person who sold us the furniture has now left Ashley and went somewhere else so She's no help. Update: 5/21/25 An Ashley Rep called my husband this afternoon and offered us either free delivery or some money refund some money. We were very happy with this phone call and apologize and making things right. So our furniture is at the Marion store and being unloaded as of right now. So my husband will be able to get it today or tomorrow. I will be updating later on when we actually getting the furniture. Update: 5/21/25 7:20pm We got our furniture this afternoon and we absolutely love our furniture! Thank you, Ashley Furniture Store for making things right and for wonderful furniture. My husband is already asleep on his new recliner! 🤣

Pete at the Mansfield location of Ashley furniture was very good to work with. He took his time with us and helped us to figure out what furniture would work best for our living room. All of the staff at the store, from the manager to Amy to Pete. Every associate was very personable, helpful and friendly. EDIT TO ADD: the pick up warehouse gave us an incorrect piece of our furniture and when I called our salesman about it, he advised we could take back the wrong one and pick up the new one or wait for 2 weeks for them to delivery correct piece. After voicing my displeasure I did receive a call from the delivery manager and they will be bringing the correct piece in 2 days. THANK YOU Ashley Furniture for making it right.

My experience in the store was decent. Justin was really helpful. However. I have been waiting a month for 2 pillows. My husband has been told 3 separate times they will be in. After waiting 2.5-3 weeks we were told they would have them shipped from the Marion store and they would be here the following day. The following day came and they only had one pillow. After almost a week, called again. Still no pillow. We are now at the one month mark. Called in and told they were both there. My husband gets to the store and they still only have one pillow. I bought a new mattress, VERY EXPENSIVE sheets (which already have holes in them after 1 month) mattress protector, 2 very expensive pillows and a whole new living room set. I can understand waiting 6-8 weeks for the livingroom furniture, as they are larger items but waiting the same amount of time for pillows that are sold at the store down the street is ridiculous.

Get your furniture some place else, the customer service of Ashley Furniture is trash AT BEST! Bought our sectional in 2020 (weird year for everyone), however, when we received the lounge on the sectional it broke within first few months. Now it's broke again, since their products are made out of cheap particle board! We did purchase the extended warranty and it's still NOT COVERED because it is just past the 5 year extended warranty. We received the sectional part in January. However, we didn't receive the lounge part of the sectional till September of 2020 (replaced an back ordered). Since the warranty was signed in January of 2020 no one will (Ashley Furniture or the Montage Group (their 3rd party warranty group)) cover it. Ashley said they'd be more than happy to send a technician out to "look at it, at the expense of the customer". Not happen!!! We've bought multiple items from Ashley Furniture (dining room set, mattresses, sofa, etc) but, after this experience we're taking ours and our families business else where. Extremely disappointed is an understatement with this company that we've purchased multiple products from. This post is to forewarn anyone considering purchasing something from them! The products are made cheaper now than ever before. We have located a couple other places that offer lifetime warranty and STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Is it a little more? Yes but, I also don't like pay $1,500-2,000 every few years on particle board!

Well to be honest, I had to ask the guy in the front to get someone to help me. There were people who came in front of me and they were helped right away. I went through the whole store and sat on every couch and made my choice. That took me a half a hour and during that time no one asked if I needed help. That’s when I asked the guy at the front for someone to help me. He directed me to Makenzie and she was very nice and finished checking me out.

My husband brought me to the Ashley Store in the Mansfield area as a surprise to look for a recliner. I recently had a knee replacement and a recliner will be a welcomed asset as I heal. But, not just any recliner, I wanted an extra wide so my dog and I can be together. Lena greeted us at the store in a warm and friendly way. Once she knew what we were looking for, she personally took us to the recliner area. She showed us several options, answered questions, was patient (especially with me, I am old and have to read lips) and listened to my concerns about making the right choice for chair size and color. Ashley Furniture is always my go to store when looking for any furniture needs. Josh was very helpful and eager to help. He showed me a variety of sofa combinations and I was able to find the perfect sofa/chaise. Highly recommend Ashley furniture!!

I ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs on 11/03/2024 and was given a 3-5 week delivery time. I called at the 4 week mark (week of 12/1) and was told that due to Black Friday (???) my order was delayed. When I questioned further, I was told that Ashley only delivers to my area once a month and that the earliest that we could get our table would be 12/19 (46 days after ordering and paying for the table) and that Ashley's "3-5 week" delivery time ACTUALLY means that THEY will receive the item in their warehouse within 3-5 weeks and ONLY THEN do they start the delivery process. I know it may not seem egregious, however I feel as if I was told what I wanted to hear just to make a sale and that is not okay. Quality seems nice and salespeople are respectful, but I would not recommend if you want any furniture in a timely manner.

Salesman was great and I’m happy with the furniture I chose. The price was really good too. When you buy furniture from Ashley just expect a long wait period to receive your purchase. I was told would be 6 weeks and I’m not sure what the norm is and this isn’t my first time purchasing furniture but ive never had to wait this long to enjoy my new furniture.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money at the Ashley Home Store in Mansfield/Ontario - dining room chairs, a sectional, a TV stand, side tables and more. This past Saturday (Nov 1) I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, the lampshades were of noticeable differences in color. This was made more obvious by the addition of the light bulb, of course. The lamps were also too large for the tables I have, so I wanted to just return them. I was unaware that they were non-returnable (per my receipt which was still in the envelope). I understand having a policy like that to avoid people "sampling" items to see if they match or not. However, I experienced what is perhaps the worst mistreatment I have ever encountered at a store. The man who said he was the manager, Sam, was abusive, rude, dismissive and condescending. At first, he was going to charge a restocking fee of 20%, but when I returned from my car with the second lamp, he decided he was sticking to the policy of not returning them since it was clearly stated on my receipt. When I explained the situation about the difference in colors, his comment was "the lamps are the same color as they were yesterday when you bought them". At this point, I just felt dismissed and my voice was not being heard. I put the lampshades on the table and asked him to take a look. (At this point, he hadn't even looked at them). By now I was angry, not because I couldn't return the lamps, but because I was being treated so poorly. He said I slammed them so hard that I needed to "get out of his store". I asked if I could at least get the matching shade and he said no, that I needed to leave his store. I am still upset today because of how I was treated. I've been a good customer at that store, but after this awful treatment, I won't ever be going back.

Went in today to purchase a specific bed frame and coffee table and needed help finding the perfect mattress that met both my wife and I’s needs. We were greeted with smiles, and the choice of wine, beer, and water, and Kate who went above and beyond to get us the perfect mattress! Really loved how we had all the time in the world with her to go over everything without feeling forced or pressured. She helped us purchase the perfect mattress for the both of us along with the bed frame and coffee table we knew we wanted upon walking in. Thank you Kate and Ashley Home Store! We appreciate you all and will be a retuning customer!

If you are a veteran, I would HIGHLY recommend you to go to Ashley Home Store first before any other place. They truly honor all vets. They have a gong that they hit, and no matter what the employee's are doing, they all stop and come over and shake your hand, and each and every one of them tells you thank you. What other place does that? Oh, and they have complementary water, beer, and wine. But the real reason to go is because of the service.
