Our store is in Northwest Mansfield, where Mansfield and Ontario start blending into each other.
We’re about a mile south of the Ontario Towne Center (where the Target and Old Navy are), on the other side of Hwy 30.
If you’re traveling on the 30, you’ll want to take the Lexington-Springmill Rd exit and head south on Lexington-Springmill. Our store is on the right, and the turn for our parking lot is right after you pass the Aldi.
If you’re coming up from the 309, our store is at the third traffic light after you turn onto Lexington-Springmill (the first light after the Village Mall Drive intersection). We’re between the Big Lots and the Hobby Lobby, across Lexington-Springmill from the TGI Fridays and Aaron’s.
Visit us any time from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money at the Ashley Home Store in Mansfield/Ontario - dining room chairs, a sectional, a TV stand, side tables and more. This past Saturday (Nov 1) I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, the lampshades were of noticeable differences in color. This was made more obvious by the addition of the light bulb, of course. The lamps were also too large for the tables I have, so I wanted to just return them. I was unaware that they were non-returnable (per my receipt which was still in the envelope). I understand having a policy like that to avoid people "sampling" items to see if they match or not. However, I experienced what is perhaps the worst mistreatment I have ever encountered at a store. The man who said he was the manager, Sam, was abusive, rude, dismissive and condescending. At first, he was going to charge a restocking fee of 20%, but when I returned from my car with the second lamp, he decided he was sticking to the policy of not returning them since it was clearly stated on my receipt. When I explained the situation about the difference in colors, his comment was "the lamps are the same color as they were yesterday when you bought them". At this point, I just felt dismissed and my voice was not being heard. I put the lampshades on the table and asked him to take a look. (At this point, he hadn't even looked at them). By now I was angry, not because I couldn't return the lamps, but because I was being treated so poorly. He said I slammed them so hard that I needed to "get out of his store". I asked if I could at least get the matching shade and he said no, that I needed to leave his store. I am still upset today because of how I was treated. I've been a good customer at that store, but after this awful treatment, I won't ever be going back.

Went in today to purchase a specific bed frame and coffee table and needed help finding the perfect mattress that met both my wife and I’s needs. We were greeted with smiles, and the choice of wine, beer, and water, and Kate who went above and beyond to get us the perfect mattress! Really loved how we had all the time in the world with her to go over everything without feeling forced or pressured. She helped us purchase the perfect mattress for the both of us along with the bed frame and coffee table we knew we wanted upon walking in. Thank you Kate and Ashley Home Store! We appreciate you all and will be a retuning customer!

Was a joy working with Kate this afternoon! She knows her stuff for sure and will work hard for you to get you what you want and need! Would also like to point out I’m very picky when it comes to salespeople bc I don’t like the feel of being pushed into things. Kate and this Ashley Home Store does NOT do this! It’s very laid back and a pleasurable experience in all! Thank you so much! We are going to love our furniture!
