It was a great experience today. I knew what I was looking for and told Nathan. He had approached me when I came into the store. He showed me exactly what I was looking for but also let me look around to be sure. No pressure which I like and I’m sure others do too. It was a great day and so glad I picked Ashley Furniture for my navy blue recliner.

The item we purchased was not less expensive nor did it have all the bells and whistles we found at other stores but it was Chad’s commitment to Veterans which sealed the deal. Of course the real testament will be how the recliner works and holds up but Chad did a terrific job respecting my Veteran. Thank you!

I shopped for a nice couch and found one on sale for a great price. The sales staff was very professional, kind and caring. I'm still waiting on my order, which they said it could take up to 3 weeks. Edit - I received what I ordered and I am really happy with it, except its shorter than what I expected. The couch is very comfortable and suits my needs. The delivery men were very nice, on time and treated my new couch with care . Ashely Furniture was an all around pleasant experience that I would highly recommend (just check your measurements). Way to go Josh and Brenden for showing me around and helping me with my budget.

My husband and I ordered AND paid in full for a couch and a chair on March 25th, 2025. Here it is May 20th, 2025, no furniture. No monthly updates on where our furniture is or anything. Everytime my husband calls either the Ontario store or the Marion store (pickup store), neither one can tell us a dang thing then transfers us to the other. And when we do speak to someone competent enough to understand our issue, their excuse is "well it got pushed back because it's a popular set." Okay that may be the case but here we are 2 months later with NOTHING. Our sales person who sold us the furniture has now left Ashley and went somewhere else so She's no help. Update: 5/21/25 An Ashley Rep called my husband this afternoon and offered us either free delivery or some money refund some money. We were very happy with this phone call and apologize and making things right. So our furniture is at the Marion store and being unloaded as of right now. So my husband will be able to get it today or tomorrow. I will be updating later on when we actually getting the furniture. Update: 5/21/25 7:20pm We got our furniture this afternoon and we absolutely love our furniture! Thank you, Ashley Furniture Store for making things right and for wonderful furniture. My husband is already asleep on his new recliner! 🤣

Pete at the Mansfield location of Ashley furniture was very good to work with. He took his time with us and helped us to figure out what furniture would work best for our living room. All of the staff at the store, from the manager to Amy to Pete. Every associate was very personable, helpful and friendly. EDIT TO ADD: the pick up warehouse gave us an incorrect piece of our furniture and when I called our salesman about it, he advised we could take back the wrong one and pick up the new one or wait for 2 weeks for them to delivery correct piece. After voicing my displeasure I did receive a call from the delivery manager and they will be bringing the correct piece in 2 days. THANK YOU Ashley Furniture for making it right.

My experience in the store was decent. Justin was really helpful. However. I have been waiting a month for 2 pillows. My husband has been told 3 separate times they will be in. After waiting 2.5-3 weeks we were told they would have them shipped from the Marion store and they would be here the following day. The following day came and they only had one pillow. After almost a week, called again. Still no pillow. We are now at the one month mark. Called in and told they were both there. My husband gets to the store and they still only have one pillow. I bought a new mattress, VERY EXPENSIVE sheets (which already have holes in them after 1 month) mattress protector, 2 very expensive pillows and a whole new living room set. I can understand waiting 6-8 weeks for the livingroom furniture, as they are larger items but waiting the same amount of time for pillows that are sold at the store down the street is ridiculous.

Get your furniture some place else, the customer service of Ashley Furniture is trash AT BEST! Bought our sectional in 2020 (weird year for everyone), however, when we received the lounge on the sectional it broke within first few months. Now it's broke again, since their products are made out of cheap particle board! We did purchase the extended warranty and it's still NOT COVERED because it is just past the 5 year extended warranty. We received the sectional part in January. However, we didn't receive the lounge part of the sectional till September of 2020 (replaced an back ordered). Since the warranty was signed in January of 2020 no one will (Ashley Furniture or the Montage Group (their 3rd party warranty group)) cover it. Ashley said they'd be more than happy to send a technician out to "look at it, at the expense of the customer". Not happen!!! We've bought multiple items from Ashley Furniture (dining room set, mattresses, sofa, etc) but, after this experience we're taking ours and our families business else where. Extremely disappointed is an understatement with this company that we've purchased multiple products from. This post is to forewarn anyone considering purchasing something from them! The products are made cheaper now than ever before. We have located a couple other places that offer lifetime warranty and STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Is it a little more? Yes but, I also don't like pay $1,500-2,000 every few years on particle board!

Well to be honest, I had to ask the guy in the front to get someone to help me. There were people who came in front of me and they were helped right away. I went through the whole store and sat on every couch and made my choice. That took me a half a hour and during that time no one asked if I needed help. That’s when I asked the guy at the front for someone to help me. He directed me to Makenzie and she was very nice and finished checking me out.

But that is clearly a testament to the leadership of the Sales Manager Sam and General Manager Megan. The environment was welcoming and professional it is very clear that store is run well and it's only due to the people that are customer facing.

My husband brought me to the Ashley Store in the Mansfield area as a surprise to look for a recliner. I recently had a knee replacement and a recliner will be a welcomed asset as I heal. But, not just any recliner, I wanted an extra wide so my dog and I can be together. Lena greeted us at the store in a warm and friendly way. Once she knew what we were looking for, she personally took us to the recliner area. She showed us several options, answered questions, was patient (especially with me, I am old and have to read lips) and listened to my concerns about making the right choice for chair size and color. She was understanding about me wanting to go home, measure my space and mull over adding a recliner to our room, She called that same afternoon to ask if I had further questions….of course, I did. Lena answered all in a professional and non pressured way. I decided to purchase the chair. Lena’s customer service impacted my decision in a positive way. Ashley Furniture is always my go to store when looking for any furniture needs. Josh was very helpful and eager to help. He showed me a variety of sofa combinations and I was able to find the perfect sofa/chaise. Highly recommend Ashley furniture!!

I ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs on 11/03/2024 and was given a 3-5 week delivery time. I called at the 4 week mark (week of 12/1) and was told that due to Black Friday (???) my order was delayed. When I questioned further, I was told that Ashley only delivers to my area once a month and that the earliest that we could get our table would be 12/19 (46 days after ordering and paying for the table) and that Ashley's "3-5 week" delivery time ACTUALLY means that THEY will receive the item in their warehouse within 3-5 weeks and ONLY THEN do they start the delivery process. I know it may not seem egregious, however I feel as if I was told what I wanted to hear just to make a sale and that is not okay. Quality seems nice and salespeople are respectful, but I would not recommend if you want any furniture in a timely manner.

Salesman was great and I’m happy with the furniture I chose. The price was really good too. When you buy furniture from Ashley just expect a long wait period to receive your purchase. I was told would be 6 weeks and I’m not sure what the norm is and this isn’t my first time purchasing furniture but ive never had to wait this long to enjoy my new furniture.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money at the Ashley Home Store in Mansfield/Ontario - dining room chairs, a sectional, a TV stand, side tables and more. This past Saturday (Nov 1) I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, the lampshades were of noticeable differences in color. This was made more obvious by the addition of the light bulb, of course. The lamps were also too large for the tables I have, so I wanted to just return them. I was unaware that they were non-returnable (per my receipt which was still in the envelope). I understand having a policy like that to avoid people "sampling" items to see if they match or not. However, I experienced what is perhaps the worst mistreatment I have ever encountered at a store. The man who said he was the manager, Sam, was abusive, rude, dismissive and condescending. At first, he was going to charge a restocking fee of 20%, but when I returned from my car with the second lamp, he decided he was sticking to the policy of not returning them since it was clearly stated on my receipt. When I explained the situation about the difference in colors, his comment was "the lamps are the same color as they were yesterday when you bought them". At this point, I just felt dismissed and my voice was not being heard. I put the lampshades on the table and asked him to take a look. (At this point, he hadn't even looked at them). By now I was angry, not because I couldn't return the lamps, but because I was being treated so poorly. He said I slammed them so hard that I needed to "get out of his store". I asked if I could at least get the matching shade and he said no, that I needed to leave his store. I am still upset today because of how I was treated. I've been a good customer at that store, but after this awful treatment, I won't ever be going back.

Went in today to purchase a specific bed frame and coffee table and needed help finding the perfect mattress that met both my wife and I’s needs. We were greeted with smiles, and the choice of wine, beer, and water, and Kate who went above and beyond to get us the perfect mattress! Really loved how we had all the time in the world with her to go over everything without feeling forced or pressured. She helped us purchase the perfect mattress for the both of us along with the bed frame and coffee table we knew we wanted upon walking in. Thank you Kate and Ashley Home Store! We appreciate you all and will be a retuning customer!

We went into the store and had no idea what we wanted. Mackenzie was so patient with us and answered all the questions we had. Even offered to come in when she was off because that was the day we could make it back in after we took measurements. She kept me updated on sales and when we went back into make our purchase she made it so smooth. And answered even more questions we had about other furniture. She was the best and I’m glad she was there when we went in originally. She definitely went above and beyond for us.

One item was priced significantly higher at the Mansfield store but sales associate Brittany price matched (exact same item) and I didn’t have to go out of town to save money. We came in previously for a couch and when we came back for a bedroom set Jordan remembered who we were and was extremely helpful and friendly. The Review is based on some new policy, where the store cannot take care of the customer, for some "corporate reason" I have purchased well over 20K from this store and the Marion store. My 1 year 2 week old recliner left me stuck in the full recline mode (I am a larger person) due to a failed motor (that is a phone diagnosis) And I am left with the bill for the parts and labor, needed to fix it. I know this is the new way of business, just though a family owned store would DO BETTER!

Jeanna at the Ontario, Ohio location is awesome! She spent around 6 hours total with us on 3 different days. My husband has neuropathy in his feet and needed a power chair that rocks. She never gave up helping us find one that would fit his needs, and go with the sofa we picked. Our son is 14 and very tall he needed a reclining sofa with extended head and foot rest. Jeanna was very patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend her to anyone who goes to this location! She will go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Purchased a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a bench at the Mansfield Ashley Furniture Store on Lexington Springmill Rd. I Specifically asked sales person if everything in the display was included in the sale price. Was assured the sale price included everything on two different visits. One when I purchased it and again when my wife came to look at it to be sure she liked it. When it was delivered there was no bench. I was told it wasn’t included in the sale and wasn’t on the sale receipt. I told manager the sales person on two separate visits said it was included and the sign on the table also listed all these pieces. He refused to honor this sale and said I’d have to pay an additional $200 fee for the bench. I refused delivery and requested a full refund. Classic Bait and Switch with sales person saying whatever they need to get the sale! Will never buy from this store again. Am also complaining to corporate as well!
