I had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture, thanks to Sadee! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the store as I searched for household furniture items. She never pressured me to buy but instead made the experience enjoyable, speaking to me like a friend rather than just a customer. What stood out the most was how she engaged with my son, understanding that boys can get bored while shopping with their moms, especially since she has a son of her own. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Carter made our purchase so rewarding. He made all of the answers to our questions so easy to understand and made it a pleasure to work with him. Carter explained the instructions so well for the insurance purchased for the furniture we purchased. ABSOLUTELY EVERY ASSOCIATE acknowaged my husband for service in the military. As a added service to us Carter signed my husband and I up for an invitation to the Veterans appreciation event in the Fall of 2025. Sam was very nice, courteous, and patient with us. He didn't pressure us. He told us details about the sofas we were looking at. Explained everything at checkout. Answered all our questions. Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. They have a nice selection to pick from. It took me awhile to decide between two different ones. Sam gave me time and space.

Our local Ashley has been a go to for us for many furniture pieces. The showroom and hospitality are top notch. We worked with Jeremiah and he was great. I went in 2x’s to look as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. He was patient and not pushy at all. We have an issue we’re working through with another piece of furniture that we purchased previously. The warranty is through a 3rd party company and it has been annoying to deal with! They are helping with the next step of the process and we are hopeful our issue gets resolved! We highly recommend this store for your furniture needs!

Warning ⚠️ do not pay $700 for the so called warranty! I've been buying furniture here for 30 years and the warranties and never had issues with them until now. We bought an $8k sectional from them and a $700 4 year warranty that included pet protection and 2 years later they are mincing words and not covering damage through the warranty .

I really wanted to patronize this store since it's veteran owned and offered an awesome deal for veterans. I had first talked with Nicholas over the phone. He was pleasant and answered my questions. So, I decided to stop in to see if the store had the item I found online. The associate showed me a similar item. I expressed that I wanted to sit on the item I had found, which they did not have. The only help I got from Julie was I would have to call other stores to see if they had it on their floor. Really? I thought that's what a sales associate would do. Sadly, that's where it ended.

I went into Ashley Furniture in Marion on 06/10/2024. I didn't even buy furniture yet, but I had a wonderful customer service experience with Justin. He asked if he could help me when I walked in, I explained that I was looking for furniture for my living room. I didn't know what I wanted, my old farm house has narrow doors and I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there to replace my old furniture. He and I chatted a bit about some options and then he let me roam through the store. He checked in on me about half way through the store to see if I needed any help. When I was getting ready to leave, I touched base with him. He asked about what I found, if I had any questions about the options, and if we could exchange contact information. I told him, I needed to go home and remeasure my door because I was afraid the options that I liked wouldn't fit. I showed him the ones I did like and he informed what the lead time was like my choices. We chatted and joked for a few minutes, he walked me to the door and asked again about contact information, which I refused because I just don't know if that furniture will fit in my door. When we walked in we were greeted by Julie at the Marion OH store. She was professional and understanding that we were looking at a whirlwind of pros and cons to each couch we came across but thankfully through her guidance we were able to come to a decision within our budget. I would suggest to others asking for Julie as her real world experience in furniture buying made her a reliable and trustworthy sales associate! Also I didn’t feel as if she was suffocating or pushing as most places show floor staff can be. What I got was awesome customer experience and a whole new living room set complete with small side tables, coffee table, and ottoman. I went to the Marion, Ohio Ashley Home Store with a definite list of furniture items I wanted. Within minutes a sales lady found the exact sofa I wanted. Then she showed me bar stools, but I initially decided they were pricier than I was willing to pay. She did some magic with her phone & lowered the price enough that I bought three of them. I got four pieces of good furniture for an excellent price& left the store very happy.

Delivery men would not remove old furniture for my elderly, disabled mother, who can barely walk, even though they used to do that when delivering old furniture. They told her that she's responsible for moving it herself, and don't care if she doesn't have anything to sit on while she waits for them to arrive again. They were very condescending about it. The delivery fee is $160, plus tax, and they don't even remove old furniture. We won't be doing business with Ashley again. They used to be our go-to for furniture. Not anymore. Needless to say, she does not have her new furniture. I guess they expect her to spend even more money to hire professional movers? She's 75, and on a limited income like most seniors. She can't afford to do that.

I chose to have my sectional delivered from Marion OH to Findlay OH and the two gentlemen that delivered my couch could not have been better. I didn't have to do a thing! They laid down a rug outside to ensure they didn't track in dirt. They didn't scuff my trim and they were extremely proficient with their and my time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jess was the best salesman i could have hoped for. As soon as i walked into the door jess made sure i was taken care of 100%. She made it her priority to get me the best deal possible !!!, Like when i didnt know if i wanted to get a comfiter for my bed or not, she explained it covers any spills or damanges to the bed if i get the confiter and sheetz thru them. She also got me a bundle for all the accessories for $365 and was able to convince the manager to throw in a deal since i would pick up my matress but have them only deliver the smart bed frame i bought with my temper pedic.

Update: Spoke to the person in charge and he did a great job handling the situation! Thank you My experience with this company has been absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a sofa in December of 2022 and it has been nothing but issues since then. Shortly after purchased the sofa was already showing signs of a defect. I contacted Ashley and they sent someone out to "repair it". It was not repair correctly in fact it looks worse than it originally did, and is once again showing signs of wear and tear. At this point i would like it replaced as there is no reason a new sofa should have these issues. I've attempted to make contact because it is unacceptable and have not heard back after leaving a message two weeks ago. I understand they probably get a high volume of calls, but two weeks?! I don't usually leave reviews but I'm completely disappointed in my experience with this store considering the money I spent.

I had the best experience ever at Ashley Home Furniture store in Marion Oh. My incredible sales representative was Rachal. Rachal could tell I was lost and needed some help. I was trying to shop by myself and didn’t have a clue. She stayed close but not to close. I finally let her in my space and that was the best decision ever. She took her time and drew out the room I needed furniture in. She set an appointment to come and look at it the next day. Did measurements and brought photos. The following day I went back to the store where she showed me some pieces she picked out. She listened to my request for the purpose of the room. I am happy with my purchase and great full that it was not a pushy experience. I will return.
Jessie was extremely helpful, very patient when waiting for me to gather the information she needed, and nicer than any person I have come in contact with in the furniture industry here in Houston. I only wish we had more Jessie's in the furniture retail industry to make shopping an enjoyable experience for those of us first time furniture buyers. She deserves a raise and lots of recognition. If I could only give more than a 10 star review of Jessie and Doug! They went over and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. Courteous, friendly, patient, and I felt no pressure as many places do. Doug moved recliners around in the store to my selected item (didn't like collection recliner) so I could visually see the how it would look in my home. Can't say enough about the service and I will always be an Ashley customer!
Rachal was so nice to talk to. She took time asking us about our sleep habits and then showing us several different mattresses and asking if we felt pressure in any area. She was really attentive to our needs and it was a fun and easy process selecting our new mattress! We are thrilled with the service and our new mattress.

They did a spectacular job, had to go up flights of stairs and did not complain. 5 star rating to them. The store however, 1 star. It took AWHILE, months, for the couch to come in which is unacceptable, and I did not receive a call on an update or apology. Would recommend these red carpet delivery drivers any day! Starting our first major remodel ever, we were directed to the Marion Ashley store by family. We went in for a mattress. Misty met us at the door and knew just what we were looking for. We picked out our mattress in just minutes. She was amazing! While she worked on the paperwork, we wandered through the store. It's beautiful and then, we turned a corner, and there it was...my dream sofa! It's fantastic and Misty helped us put it and a matching recliner on layaway! I'm going to go out on a limb and say that most of our remodel will take place right at that store! Beautiful store and wonderfully friendly and helpful people. You won't go wrong shopping with them!

Ashley furniture marion was s good store for a mattress set. They have their sales pitch for beds down good. It's not a pressure sale it's just here's this here's what you might like about it, and this one has this feature etc. We settled on a mattress set and there was some back and forth on a fair price but we got there. Took a while to come in of course and the warehouse had an awful time rounding everything up and checking with the front to make sure it came in. But all was found. Recommend delivery because those bed bases are extremely heavy!

The women who helped me, Jessie was awesome! Super helpful and patient with me as I am very indecisive. Only thing I didn’t like is you can’t finance online items along with in store items. I found a chest of drawers which I loved but was online only so I couldn’t finance it along with my bed. I also don’t like the fact that online prices are cheaper then in store prices, so you better check Ashley furniture online before you go in the store because if you don’t tell them the online price then they will only give you 10% off the in store price. For example my bed was $499 online and $599 in store, if I didn’t check the online price they would of only given me 10% off. Finance was quick and easy though.
The selection was plentiful and the sales staff went above and beyond. Also, Ashley Furniture takes phenomenal care of Veterans, something that other establishments could learn a lot from. Thank you Ashley Furniture!

Cindy was so kind to me. I bought a bunk bed set w/twin on top and full on bottom. The bed is beautiful! I had a small part that was broke from the factory. They (the service techs) fixed the problem promptly will no problem. The set up and delivery fee is well worth the time and cost it saves you in the long run...Thank you very much. After buying a king size bed frame and having it ordered and put together by them a few months later I called because everything was coming loose, tried to tighten every bolt I could find but it broke months later maybe lasted me a year $700 down the drain. I called in telling them my issue, said nothing could be done. Won’t shop here again.

Staff are very friendly! Dealt with two sales persons. Both were kind and considerate. In Feb of this year Carlie showed us several pieces that were in the family of items we were looking for. She spent a good bit of time with us and although we did not buy anything at that time she was extremely helpful. When we returned today we were assisted by Heather. She, likewise, was very friendly and courteous. We actually ordered the item we were shown today. It was one of the two items we had not decided between back in February. Great teamwork ladies! I worked with Courtney over the course of a couple days. I visited the store two times with my three young children and she was rockstar. Not only did she answer all my questions and offered a lot of great suggestions, she also entertained my children and kept them hydrated with juice boxes. I drove to Big Sandy's right behind your store and within 45 minutes walked out having purchased a new mattress, power base, sheet set, mattress protector, delivery, pillows, basically an entire set. You lost at least $1800, because your sales people don't want to stay about 30 - 35 minutes after closing. They wouldn't even let me in the store. Your loss Big Sandy's gain. Maybe you should extend your hours, especially during the Christmas shopping season, or at least have some sales people who want to do their job.

I just want say my experience shopping at the Ashley store in Marion was great, thanks to Nickolas Marquis my salesman. While I was there I picked out the perfect living room set at a great price but that’s not all Nickolas noticed I was wearing a Chicago Bears hat and sparked a conversation about football . He made me feel no pressure but comfortable while shopping so again thank you Nickolas for being such a professional.

We had a small problem with our lift chair and it was still under warranty. Clint in the service dept was very polite and ordered the parts he thought was needed to fix our problem. David came to do the repairs. Very polite and friendly yet professional. We highly recommend the store and are very satisfied. So satisfied that we bought a 2nd lift chair there. We like how there is seperate buttons for the back to move, that way we can sit stright up yet have our legs up some so our dog has room to lay on our laps. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I was first greeted as I entered the store by a very friendly young lady who directed me to where I wanted to go. She told me someone would be with me shortly. It wasn’t long after that that one of the managers, Cali, introduced herself and said she was checking on me to see what help I needed. I told her what I was looking for and she began showing me mattresses. Cindy soon joined her to take over and she began explaining the different types of mattresses and encouraged me to try them out. Needless to say Cindy took her time with me and answered my questions and I left the store purchasing something I never thought I would. Well done. I never felt pressured. I will be back. Ordered a loveseat 17 weeks ago. While it took much longer than quoted I received a great loveseat and the delivery guys Ryan and Avery were great! They knew what they were doing and set up quickly. They forgot my battery packs so I spoke to manager Callie and she’s mailing them to me. She was very sweet. Also now I need a new rug and Whitney got right on it and sent me pictures of their rugs! Feel like I got some great service!

I had gone into the Marion branch of Ashley Homestore with the idea of a living room furniture set and a dining room table. I did not know exactly what I wanted but Ruth helped out greatly. She asked what my family's living room looked like so she could put herself in that mindset. She was extremely knowledgeable on the sets. She was kind hearted, funny, and enthusiastic about her job. Ruth went the extra mile and moved lamps, tables, and pictures over to the area to show us what it would look like. No one has ever done that for me before, I was completely blown away. Great customer service. I already knew what I wanted to buy from their website, but I was not sure if the couch size would be big enough. They did not have an exact model on the floor. The sales lady took me to a similar color couch and brought out a measuring tape to go over the dimensions with me. She allowed me to work through physically understanding the size of what I wanted and was patient and very friendly. She also matched the price from the Ashley website which was great. Bought 2 sofas. I was in and out of the building in less than an hour.

I just have to share our experience because I’m blown away. Customer service means A LOT to me. Having worked customer service throughout my life, it’s probably the most important thing to me when I’m in a store. The salesgirl that my husband and I worked with yesterday at Marion’s Ashley Furniture Homestore was very friendly, down to earth and personable! She kept looking hard for other options when we tried multiple recliners that we didn’t like. I’ve come across sales people in the past that make you feel like you’re wasting their time or that they’re better than you. Not her! She was seriously great! Her name is Maggie and she’s so amazing so if you need anything from there, I very highly recommend her! Also, the sales manager Callie is very good too!!! I’ve worked with Callie in the past when we purchased our bed. Nothing but great things to say about both of these amazing women! THANK YOU for helping us and being such great people!

Mike Dunaway was very helpful. He returned calls promptly and answered all of the questions I had. I purchased a desk from him several months ago and asked specifically for him when I called about some other items. The service department at the Marion store has also been very helpful. When I needed a replacement part for a desk (my own fault - not a defect in the product) they were able to get me the part quickly.
They were extremely patient with us. We didn’t know what we wanted going in. They took the time to work with us and figure out what we wanted. We were there from open to beyond closing time. The wife and I were shopping for new furniture for our living room. With the demand for new pieces and back order with long wait times because of COVID we were aware that we would have to wait. We were met at the door by mike “Otis” Dunaway. He was really helpful and was able to not only find what we wanted but went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. He even provided drinks for the wife and kids while we shopped and after the purchase he gave us a dozen cookies he baked himself. When we are in need of any new furniture we will be going back and asking for mike “Otis”. I would rate him 6 stars if the platform allowed.

Cindy Peterson was the main sales rep who helped me at the store, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking, and narrowing down just what exactly I was looking for. Any questions I asked if she didn't know the answer on the spot she quickly was able to find the answer quickly. She was also very accommodating to my unusual schedule penciling me in between her already scheduled appointments. Over all everyone involved was very friendly, professional, and relatable I highly recommend.

It is weird to say this but we actually had fun in Ashley store today. Mike Dunway was our guy he took husband and myself through store looking for dining room furniture. We found a beautiful piece and also saw living room furniture we will save for. We were not going to get warranty but Mikes manager sold us on idea so we bought that too. Any way we give place and Mike for sure 5 stars. P.S. no we dont know Mike out side of store. He just had great personally and we clicked. " SOLD". We also got there early before they opened but he unlocked doors and let is in. Thanks for that because it was a downpour.
Just visited Ashley HomeStore and ordered new livingroom furniture and dinette set. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As for COVID, everyone was wearing masks and they ask you to hand sanitizer before browsing the store.

Ashley is amazing! Went to value city in October for a new living room suite. Was to be delivered 12/23 they never called and no furniture 😡 after 2 hours on hold to find out it wasn’t coming until January 20 maybe😡. Went to Ashley found something I just love even better and was able to take it home that day. Was so happy we wasn’t having Christmas in lawn furniture. Everyone was so helpful! Update.. 3rd time purchase. Callie had top notch AAA+ customer service. She helped me buy a couch over the phone because it was the last day of the labor day sale, and I could not go to the store until Thursday lol. Callie helped me find the best deal and best set even though I couldn't be there till Thursday to see it, and didn't want to miss out on the great deal as the labor day sale included a free loveseat.. When I went back Thursday to look at it, I thought it was a beautiful set, just a little firmer than I would like, but for the price decided to keep it and add maybe a memory foam cushion. I think the platform bases do not have as much give as a coil base making the couches feel firmer. The set is very beautiful but not as soft as I would like. End of new review. Ashley Furniture store in Marion Ohio is a classy furniture store, with beautiful furniture and very friendly staff!! The customer service was great both times I've been there. Maggie was friendly and helpful! My Mom has shopped Ashley's for years, and now I am shopping there! You cannot beat the 0% interest financing for 4-6 year deals they have. It makes furniture affordable now on a very affordable monthly payment!! They let my adult son with autism pace all around the store, while I found a great bed, and they were really cool and friendly about it. They even offered us drinks! Their furniture sets are pretty and reasonably priced, and they have some good bed choices. I'm happy with the bed I financed and the low monthly payment!
I went in on a Tuesday evening about 6:15 just to look. I actually had something in mind, but after surveying the store I came up with a different plan. Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted by Cindy, who assisted me. She was very pleasant and I thought, most helpful. After finally making my selections, she helped me with my payment and a few other questions. The Asst. General Manager, Doug, also helped in the process and was very informative and also extremely pleasant. I am rating this as 4 stars and not as 5 because I have not received the merchandise yet nor has the delivery been made so I cannot be certain of the outcome. I would say say that if the delivery and setup are as good as experience as my purchase experience then it would certainly be a 5 star rating. I might also add that my perception of the store has changed. I previously felt that the merchandise sold in the store was of inferior quality. While realizing that it may not be in line with higher priced names that what I did select surprised me in a most positive way. My selections were reasonably priced and I hope the quality will be what I now it expect it to be. The name Temperpedic represents quality which i truly do know. If the other pieces fulfill my needs then I will be most happy. I explained to Cindy, my salesperson, that for the purpose intended I was not seeking high priced expensive name brands and it is my hope that the pieces I selected will serve my purpose in a most satisfactory way. Finally, I would like to reiterate that the service of Cindy and Doug was second to none. I was just looking, but because of their personal and knowledgeable manner they closed the sale. I might also add that because it took me some time to make my selections that we were still working out the details almost 45 minutes after the store closed and they should have been gone. Add to that that, eventhough, I felt badly they said not to think a thing about it and were very gracious. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!
We had a lot of questions and asked about prices with the extra 20% off deal Ashley furniture was having and Cindy in Marion Ohio did a great job helping us. She was very polite which you don’t see that anymore even in customer service , thank you!
We went in looking for a Tempur-pedic mattress. Nick created us at the door and Robin came back to help us. Then Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us about the differences in the mattresses. We were definitely go there again.
My husband and I stopped in to look at new mattresses and Playford was immediately helping us. He took us to several beds with different options and even got us covered pillows to use to try them all out. He was friendly the entire time, knowledgeable about all of the products they offer and willing to work our several options for us so that we were able to make the best choice for our situation. Anyone in need of new furniture or. Bedding stop in and ask for Playford Mack he is an amazing employee!

In June my husband and I went to Ashley furniture and was helped by Cindy who was very helpful in helping us find a sectional couch We paid cash that day and was told it was coming in August August came and went with no phone call or anything so we called the store. We were told then the furniture would come in September. September came and went with no phone call or anything so we called the store again. Was told our furniture would be here the first of October. It is now the end of October and still no furniture. On October 16 my husband went into the store to find out what was going on since we still had not received a phone call. Cindy went and got the delivery manager and he came out to speak with my husband because one part of our sectional was in and they were going to at least deliver that My husband set up delivery for Thursday Oct 22 for the afternoon. My husband called the store at 3:55 on that Thursday and spoke with Brian in delivery and he told my husband there was 2 stops before us and they would be to us. At 6:11 my husband called the store and the store manager answered and said he had no idea what we was talking about because the trucks were back and we were not on the schedule for delivery and that we would have to call tomorrow and speak with the delivery manager. During this whole time we never received a phone call or anything from Ashley Furniture. We had to make every phone call to them to find out what was going on. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I understand the wait because of covid but I do not understand how poor their communication is with the customers and this mess of the delivery process

We entered the store about 6:15 PM and Nicholas (Marquis) greeted us warmly and quickly showed us the couch my wife had found previously on-line. He explained the features of the couch and even though there was no “sample” chair or ottoman to try out, he found us a similar one and explained benefits of their 5 year extended warranty. He worked the numbers to get us the best price using the current sale offerings and we were “out the door” in an hour! Well done! This is our third “large” purchase (section couch and adjustable bed) but was by far the best experience we have had at Ashley Furniture in Marion, OH
We recently purchased a couch from Ashley furniture & Mike "otis" Dunaway was the one who sold it to us. He greeted us at the door, asked us what we were looking for & pointed us in the right direction on what we were looking for. He was not trying to sell us any particular item, he let us take the lead unlike other experiences we've had where they try to sell us a bunch of other items on top of what we are looking for. fantastic staff-i was greeted promptly and only wanted to look for awhile. 10 -12minutes later i was offered assistance by two different staff with no pressure ( i like that). once i saw a bedroom suite i thought my wife would like i asked a few questions and Sam & Nick went out of their way to complete the set & help find some bar stools as well. VERY kind & helpful !! and a very efficient transaction. must be why we currently have Ashley couches in our family room, living room, and our loft. great folk !!
I really dislike shopping. I usually try to get in and out of a store as quickly as possible, and avoid sales people like the plague. My experience at Ashley Homestore in Marion, changed my mind completely. All the sales staff and mangers I spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. They offered me a beer and treated me like a friend. They explained that Covid has caused a slow down in the furniture industry, but this is no surprise to me, as I work in sales and I know the problems the nation faces during this unprecedented time. They have kept me informed throughout my wait time and have been true to their word. I previously shopped at another Marion furniture store and found them to be less than truthful, including saying negative things about their competition. I asked the staff at Ashley about their competition and they were professional and complimentary. That tells me a lot about the integrity of both places. I will be sure to shop at Ashley again. I couldn't be more pleased. They made a lifetime customer out of me!!

Our furniture was delivered August 13. *** I have increased my review from 1 star to 3. While I still do not have my furniture, Doug was true to his comment and reached out to my husband with a call. Showing ownership and a committment to correct our mistakes is an important part of customer service. Thank you Doug for representing Ashley Home Furniture in a responsible manner taking ownership and working to earn your customer's respect. * I give one star because of their lack of communication with customers. We ordered furniture, paid cash, in May and were told we would have the furniture late June to early July. On July 3 the salesman text and said the furniture would arrive in July. Last week my husband text the salesman with no response. July 20, I called the store and spoke with the receptionist who asked why I was calling to best direct my call. She responded that she would see who was available to talk to me. Then my call went to a voicemail. Surprisingly my husband text a little later and said the salesman called him the furniture is slated for arrival on July 30. I would review the furniture... but 10 weeks later we still do not have it. We can appreciate that there may be difficulties obtaining materials due to the Corona Virus but that does not excuse the lack of communication and a runaround on the phone.

I never leave reviews but this really annoyed me and want buyers to be aware. Waited well over 2 months for delivery for 3 new bedroom suits for our kids. They brought 1 set and 1/2 of two others after my wife called and complained weekly. We finally got a call that we would have everything this Thursday and when delivery came they said did u order a box spring for the one set we said no our sales person said that bed didn’t need it which clearly it did. So she called the store and waited on hold and got transferred around to eventually speak to a voice mail box. A manager did call back that day but did not offer any assistance after we spent over $5k in the store. By then I had already called around since kids have been with our beds for sometime and got ahold of a local furniture store that came out that day and fixed the issue for them at my expense. Lesson learned shop local even if it cost a little more in the end.

First buy was a couch. Couch was serviced 4times due to pour quality. Next buy was two or the exact same recliners. Paid for them to be delivered to my house. One was fine the other straight out the box the arm was ripped off. They fixed it but slowly came apart so I tried one more time and bought two more recliners. Soon as we got them I had to have it serviced cause the fabric was ripped off. Less than a year later the back broke. I have a warranty called them and had it repaired. The repair didn’t hold. That was March. It is now July and I still don’t have my recliner fixed. After calling Ashley to help fix it they want to charge me again after I paid for a warranty for them to come and fix it. Absolutely terrible that they can’t back up the warranty company or their product. You will never have my business and I’ll do my best to keep others from going through a terrible experience themselves

I had a great experience coming to this store! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My salesperson, Maggie, was wonderful. She was more than the best of help when it came to selecting my couch and chair that I purchased. She was a wealth of knowledge and really knew her stuff. I was very pleased with my final decision in my purchase, to which Maggie was a big part in helping make. She has very good taste! I will definitely be coming back to this store for my future furnishing needs. Note that I live an hour away with an Ashley Furniture in my own town, but the staff is worth the drive. Mike was great to work with! When the first mattress I purchased wasn't comfortable, he made sure that I got one that worked for me. The team at Ashley Marion is very friendly and accommodating. They don't typically have pickups on Monday but the allowed me to pick up my mattress then because it worked best for me. I've purchased from the store twice and will again in the future.

My sales rep was amazing. She took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. She listened to my needs and pointed me in the direction I was looking.
We ordered a mattress in January with Ashley & overall buying experience was good. Within a month, it broke down. We reached out and were told someone would contact us. Over 6 months went by and still didn’t hear anything. Finally when we got in contact with someone they came out and evaluated our mattress. A new order was placed ... over a month had gone by and we still heard nothing. So we called to check on it and it turns out the mattress has been discontinued and was never re-ordered, but we were never informed of anything either. It’s been 10 months since we originally purchased our mattress and we are still sleeping on the broken down mattress (and our low profile box springs are still at Ashley as well). Since we purchased we have moved, and now we have to go back to the location and pick out a new mattress and wait for that one .. terrible terrible TERRIBLE communication.
This is probably the goodest chair store in the area. When I called Ashley answered on the second ring and she was real nice. Planning to go to the chair store soon!

I went to Ashley HomeStore in Marion knowing that I was going to buy a new mattress and box springs. Whitney was very helpful and worked with me to find the right one in my price range as well as comfort level. I didn't receive any pressure from her at all. I told her I wanted to think over the two I liked and the next day made the decision. They made it very easy to make the purchase and it came in sooner than quoted. I love my new mattress and would suggest using this store if you are in the market for new furniture!

Our experience at Ashley furniture in Marion was a very pleasant one. The sales staff was very helpful. Allowed us to take our time and didn't pressure us to buy something we didn't want. The two gentlemen that delivered our furniture were very courteous and helpful and took care not to damage our walls when moving the furniture.

My husband and I just bought couches for the first time ever and it was such a great experience (even with two crazy kids). Nick Noble was so patient and understanding with us while we were making our decision and parenting at the same time. Customer service is normally what companies lack but Ashley furniture should be so grateful to have an employee like Nick representing them well! We bought several pieces of furniture from Ashley Homestore in Marion, OH and we couldn’t be happier. We were welcomed by Nick who was very helpful in assisting us to find the pieces we were looking for but not to the point that we felt pressured to buy something we didn’t want. We have been back a couple of times and every time I walk through the door I am greeted by name and if all I want to do is look around, I am welcomed to do so knowing Nick is available to help if I need it. I would absolutely recommend anyone searching for furniture to give this store a look and let Nick help you out. Plus, they have some great sales on some excellent quality furniture!

Was contacted by Ashley delivery as expected and then again on the day of delivery. They were here when they said they would be and were very courteous. Received a Thankyou card from Nicholas which was very refreshing. Overall the entire experience was very personal to my needs. Most importantly than you Nicholas for thinking outside the box and showing the extraordinary piece of furniture...I love it more in my home than in the store❤️
Never been inside the store. I have been there 2 times picking up furniture for other cause I got a truck. I can say that at the customer Puck up door , the guys were there in no time and loaded the stuff and I was off to deliver it to the ones who paid for it.

The staff is amazing! I had my mattress, box spring, and bed frame delivered; and I was not expecting them to put the bed frame together. It was a great experience all around from the store to delivery.
Ashley Furniture products are beautiful. I am happy with my purchases and happy with all of the people who helped us. The wait for delivery and set-up was kind of a long time but my home is beautiful and the value exceeds the investment in both time and money.
The delivery guys were very friendly and very quick in assembling plus ask where I would like things . I was very impressed with their professionalism. This is why I keep returning for furniture there have for over 20 years.
My sales associate, Whitney, was knowledgeable and so kind and helpful when picking out my furniture. They even held onto all of the pieces I bought for the house I was building for about 2 months, until the house was ready for the furniture to be delivered. When they did deliver the furniture the delivery guys were on time and did a great job setting everything up. Very happy with Ashley Furniture from start to finish.

Love this furniture store and have bought there twice. This time when I received my item the wrong color had been ordered so it had to go back and be reordered. This meant waiting additional time to receive my declining loveseat. I do love my new piece of furniture! It is quality and it is attractive as well as comfortable. Just what I was looking for!

Bought extended warranty..its a rip off!! Bought furniture in Sept 16. Two people live in this house and its already junk. Doesn't cover anything. Will never ever buy another thing from Ashley. Ill sit on lawn furniture before I ever buy anything from them again.
Had the best experience here me and my wife went to buy I new living room set. The guy that helped us Nicholas, was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He moved different rugs and end tables from different locations to help us see what worked together , very patient with us and didnt make us feel like he was forcing us into buying anything. Highly recamend Ashley furniture just because of him. Also they highly respect Veterens of war every single person in the store came and shook my hand and thanked me for my service. 20 stars of I could.

We had a fantastic experience. The food and drinks were very good. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. And best if all, the prices were excellent. We are going back in a couple of weeks to purchase more furniture.
Good selection but 10-15 days for delivery and manager passed us off on some one else at his first opportunity. Went to big lots and got same quality furniture at 1/3 the price and took it home same day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The padding or stuffing they use don't last long,high prices but is to be expected it's a furniture store nothing is cheap. The guardsman furniture care people are completely useless and waste of money never again .

Staff is great of course when you're buying. Spent a lot of money and received broken (supposed to be fixed before delivery) and scratched furniture. I called everyday for a week and was bounced around to this department and that one. Eventually to be told sorry about my luck. Huge disappointment other than the delivery guys wiped their feet upon entering my home.

Can't wait to get our new loveseats! Edit: So it has now been 7 weeks since I bought the loveseats, that I payed in full on May 26. I was told 4 to 6 weeks to get them. I still don't have them and I am now being told we have to wait another week. I feel the Ashleys is treating us poorly and they should not tell a time frame they can't keep. Very disappointed in them.

Awesome furniture, good staff. Only issue is the new furniture smell. It's kind of smells like toxic chemicals and takes a few weeks to fade off. They say it's the scotch guard.

We had a good experience with Ashley Furniture recently. Shopping at the home store was very casual and unrushed. There was a nice selection to choose from within a wide variety of price ranges. Our sales person was respectful of our criteria and price range and answered all of our questions. We were able to look around and discuss on our own before looking at different payment and financing options. Setting up delivery was quick, pleasant and the delivery men were very personable and respectful! I hope the furniture holds up well- there has been some stigma with certain sets being made of poor quality materials & workmanship. Our set was NOT cheap, nor does it appear so. The saying goes- "You get what you pay for"! We're hoping this stands true :)
