Sadee was amazing! I bought all kinds of accessories and decor and she couldn’t have been more helpful with all of it. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. We will definitely shop with her again.

Carter was excellent in taking care of ordering what I wanted. He also took time to try to find a smaller entry cabinet to hold shoes. Great service and friendly as well!

Loved working with Sam. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She has only worked there for a few months, but she was able to answer all of our questions, and it was very easy to stay in contact with her. We will be going back to finish furnishing our home.

Sales people were nice but kind of pushy to try and up sell us, which I understand is their job. Found a nice couch in our budget. Seemed to be fairly good quality. Asked for a delivery two weeks out. Never got a call text or email for confirmation. The day we asked it to be delivered two weeks later we still hadn't received any confirmation. Had to call around to find out what was going on. We were told our sales person completely forgot to schedule our delivery and that it would be another week. We asked for a refund or store credit on the failed delivery fee and we were told by the manager of the Marion store that "that's not their problem and we should have read the fine print". I wouldn't be so mad if they weren't so disrespectful. Edit: they did in the end reach out again to try and make things right which I do appreciate.

After reviewing several payment and financing methods we made a deal with a fair price and friendly atmosphere every associate took time to thank me personally for my military service. I'm anxious awaiting my new recliner in just 3 weeks, I highly recommend Melissa and Ashley furniture as you will not find better service anywhere.

They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and wants every single time. I can vouch for the quality of their furniture. It is always the first place I go when looking for new furniture and I don’t believe I have ever had to go to a second place.

The staff at the Marion Ohio Ashley store were so very friendly and professional. They gave me the space to look around, but checked in with me often. Our local Ashley has been a go to for us for many furniture pieces. The showroom and hospitality are top notch. We worked with Jeremiah and he was great. I went in 2x’s to look as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. He was patient and not pushy at all. We have an issue we’re working through with another piece of furniture that we purchased previously. The warranty is through a 3rd party company and it has been annoying to deal with! They are helping with the next step of the process and we are hopeful our issue gets resolved! We highly recommend this store for your furniture needs!

Warning ⚠️ do not pay $700 for the so called warranty! I've been buying furniture here for 30 years and the warranties and never had issues with them until now. We bought an $8k sectional from them and a $700 4 year warranty that included pet protection and 2 years later they are mincing words and not covering damage through the warranty .

I really wanted to patronize this store since it's veteran owned and offered an awesome deal for veterans. I had first talked with Nicholas over the phone. He was pleasant and answered my questions. So, I decided to stop in to see if the store had the item I found online. The associate showed me a similar item. I expressed that I wanted to sit on the item I had found, which they did not have. The only help I got from Julie was I would have to call other stores to see if they had it on their floor. Really? I thought that's what a sales associate would do. Sadly, that's where it ended.

I went into Ashley Furniture in Marion on 06/10/2024. I didn't even buy furniture yet, but I had a wonderful customer service experience with Justin. He asked if he could help me when I walked in, I explained that I was looking for furniture for my living room. I didn't know what I wanted, my old farm house has narrow doors and I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there to replace my old furniture. He and I chatted a bit about some options and then he let me roam through the store. He checked in on me about half way through the store to see if I needed any help. When I was getting ready to leave, I touched base with him. He asked about what I found, if I had any questions about the options, and if we could exchange contact information. I told him, I needed to go home and remeasure my door because I was afraid the options that I liked wouldn't fit. I showed him the ones I did like and he informed what the lead time was like my choices. We chatted and joked for a few minutes, he walked me to the door and asked again about contact information, which I refused because I just don't know if that furniture will fit in my door. While I didn't buy anything, Justin's customer service was not pushy, annoying or overwhelming and made me feel like I made a friend while browsing at furniture. Thank you for the great customer service experience!

I went to the Marion, Ohio Ashley Home Store with a definite list of furniture items I wanted. Within minutes a sales lady found the exact sofa I wanted. Then she showed me bar stools, but I initially decided they were pricier than I was willing to pay. She did some magic with her phone & lowered the price enough that I bought three of them. I got four pieces of good furniture for an excellent price& left the store very happy.

Delivery men would not remove old furniture for my elderly, disabled mother, who can barely walk, even though they used to do that when delivering old furniture. They told her that she's responsible for moving it herself, and don't care if she doesn't have anything to sit on while she waits for them to arrive again. They were very condescending about it. The delivery fee is $160, plus tax, and they don't even remove old furniture. We won't be doing business with Ashley again. They used to be our go-to for furniture. Not anymore. Needless to say, she does not have her new furniture. I guess they expect her to spend even more money to hire professional movers? She's 75, and on a limited income like most seniors. She can't afford to do that.

Callie Rogers is the employee who helped me and she did an outstanding job answering my questions, walking around the store with me and giving me great suggestions. She was very patient and professional. She made me feel my time was important and that I was not just another customer! My Lucky Day! Walked in to Ashley HomeStore in Marion, OH yesterday looking for a new sofa and met Callie Rogers, Sales Associate. She took the time to show several sets in line with my wishes. Explained construction and fabrics, helping me pick the perfect set for my home. Such a beautiful store and Callie is the best! We had the best customer service ever! I was so excited when Callie told me she could come to our home with different samples to match an existing chair with a new sofa & chair for our family room. We’re so glad she did because what we thought we wanted didn’t look very good in our room. So with the samples she brought we were able to pick out the right one. That made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend them along with our awesome sales associate Callie!

The bed selection was nice but not offering free delivery like other Ashley stores in Central Ohio was disappointing.

Julie was very friendly and accommodating to what I was looking for. She was very patient with me being so undecided on what I wanted. She encouraged me on what felt best for me. After about an hour of talking and discussing what I wanted, she got me set up with a couch, which I am so excited for. I plan to be back to get more in the future!

Brandi was absolutely wonderful to deal with on the sales end of the deal. She got me exactly what I wanted and was so informative on my couch sectional options and store services/deals. I chose to have my sectional delivered from Marion OH to Findlay OH and the two gentlemen that delivered my couch could not have been better. I didn't have to do a thing! They laid down a rug outside to ensure they didn't track in dirt. They didn't scuff my trim and they were extremely proficient with their and my time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I worked w/Callie @ the Marion, Ohio Ashley store & she has been amazing. I purchased an entertainment ctr & I asked many ?’s and not once did she seem frustrated w/me & my ?’s. I asked abt measurements, structure, pricing, delivery, financing & she answered everything effectively, w/kindness & if she didn’t know the answer to one of my ?’s she wld find it & get bk to me w/quickness. This was a $680 piece but she worked w/me as if she was selling me $30,000 worth of furniture. I hv worked w/my local Ashley in the past & will continue to work w/Callie for future needs. It was nice to be able to make this purchase in my hometown. Callie is amazing to work with and her personality, well, she shines like a big diamond 💎 I truly hope her upper management recognizes her value to their store. Thx Callie job beyond well done! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and very nice to my 83 yr old mom, talked directly to her instead of just to me. Pointed out available discounts including a Veterans discount for my father who recently passed away. Mom bought a nice recliner which suited her exactly at a very fair price. Would definitely shop here again.

Whitney helped us today she was absolutely amazing! She helped us pick the perfect couch and loveseat set, she helped us figure out what fit our needs. She never seemed irritated with our questions and concerns. And gave us all the time we needed. We truly can’t thank her enough, for all the time she put in helping us!

Jess was the best salesman i could have hoped for. As soon as i walked into the door jess made sure i was taken care of 100%. She made it her priority to get me the best deal possible !!!, Like when i didnt know if i wanted to get a comfiter for my bed or not, she explained it covers any spills or damanges to the bed if i get the confiter and sheetz thru them. She also got me a bundle for all the accessories for $365 and was able to convince the manager to throw in a deal since i would pick up my matress but have them only deliver the smart bed frame i bought with my temper pedic.

Jessie went above and beyond for us and we got the coziest couch ever! 10/10

Update: Spoke to the person in charge and he did a great job handling the situation! Thank you My experience with this company has been absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a sofa in December of 2022 and it has been nothing but issues since then. Shortly after purchased the sofa was already showing signs of a defect. I contacted Ashley and they sent someone out to "repair it". It was not repair correctly in fact it looks worse than it originally did, and is once again showing signs of wear and tear. At this point i would like it replaced as there is no reason a new sofa should have these issues. I've attempted to make contact because it is unacceptable and have not heard back after leaving a message two weeks ago. I understand they probably get a high volume of calls, but two weeks?! I don't usually leave reviews but I'm completely disappointed in my experience with this store considering the money I spent.

I had the best experience ever at Ashley Home Furniture store in Marion Oh. My incredible sales representative was Rachal. Rachal could tell I was lost and needed some help. I was trying to shop by myself and didn’t have a clue. She stayed close but not to close. I finally let her in my space and that was the best decision ever. She took her time and drew out the room I needed furniture in. She set an appointment to come and look at it the next day. Did measurements and brought photos. The following day I went back to the store where she showed me some pieces she picked out. She listened to my request for the purpose of the room. I am happy with my purchase and great full that it was not a pushy experience. I will return.

Jessie was extremely helpful, very patient when waiting for me to gather the information she needed, and nicer than any person I have come in contact with in the furniture industry here in Houston. I only wish we had more Jessie's in the furniture retail industry to make shopping an enjoyable experience for those of us first time furniture buyers. She deserves a raise and lots of recognition. Can't wait to buy from her again.

I won a gift card at there veterans luncheon for there store we went and found two chairs and a table for outside on our deck they we just what we were looking for the the sales manager helped us find a fire pit to match he was so nice and helping us find what would work best for use he was so helpful and thankful to us he did a excellent job of informing us of what was on sale and available and it was everything that we liked.
