Went here to purchase some items for my new place and had Keith to help me and couldn’t have asked for a better associate. He was very helpful but also wasn’t just pushing me to buy things. He was honest and showed me specific pieces that he knew I would like based on my taste and pictures that I showed him. Very thorough and nice and explained everything so I wasn’t second guessing anything. 10/10 if you are moving and need some new pieces definitely ask for Keith! They also have a lot of variety of items and options with colors. Will definitely be going back.

She never pressured me to buy but instead made the experience enjoyable, speaking to me like a friend rather than just a customer. What stood out the most was how she engaged with my son, understanding that boys can get bored while shopping with their moms, especially since she has a son of her own. That personal touch made the experience even better! This was my first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Carter made our purchase so rewarding. He made all of the answers to our questions so easy to understand and made it a pleasure to work with him. Carter explained the instructions so well for the insurance purchased for the furniture we purchased. ABSOLUTELY EVERY ASSOCIATE acknowaged my husband for service in the military. Sam was very nice, courteous, and patient with us. He didn't pressure us. He told us details about the sofas we were looking at. Explained everything at checkout. Answered all our questions. Everyone in the store was very nice and friendly. They have a nice selection to pick from. It took me awhile to decide between two different ones. Sam gave me time and space.

Our local Ashley has been a go to for us for many furniture pieces. The showroom and hospitality are top notch. We worked with Jeremiah and he was great. I went in 2x’s to look as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. He was patient and not pushy at all. We have an issue we’re working through with another piece of furniture that we purchased previously. The warranty is through a 3rd party company and it has been annoying to deal with! They are helping with the next step of the process and we are hopeful our issue gets resolved! We highly recommend this store for your furniture needs!

We are very pleased with Clara's furniture knowledge and ability to suit our needs. An excellent experience! We went from being overwhelmed to a knowledgeable happy customer !

Warning ⚠️ do not pay $700 for the so called warranty! I've been buying furniture here for 30 years and the warranties and never had issues with them until now. We bought an $8k sectional from them and a $700 4 year warranty that included pet protection and 2 years later they are mincing words and not covering damage through the warranty .

Was easy to converse with Julie associate let us look no pressure helped us make a wonderful sofa both and worked 100 %with us on prices so that's why we always come back lov our furniture 😀

I really wanted to patronize this store since it's veteran owned and offered an awesome deal for veterans. I had first talked with Nicholas over the phone. He was pleasant and answered my questions. So, I decided to stop in to see if the store had the item I found online. The associate showed me a similar item. I expressed that I wanted to sit on the item I had found, which they did not have. The only help I got from Julie was I would have to call other stores to see if they had it on their floor. Really? I thought that's what a sales associate would do. Sadly, that's where it ended.

I went into Ashley Furniture in Marion on 06/10/2024. I didn't even buy furniture yet, but I had a wonderful customer service experience with Justin. He asked if he could help me when I walked in, I explained that I was looking for furniture for my living room. I didn't know what I wanted, my old farm house has narrow doors and I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there to replace my old furniture. He and I chatted a bit about some options and then he let me roam through the store. He checked in on me about half way through the store to see if I needed any help. When I was getting ready to leave, I touched base with him. He asked about what I found, if I had any questions about the options, and if we could exchange contact information. I told him, I needed to go home and remeasure my door because I was afraid the options that I liked wouldn't fit. I showed him the ones I did like and he informed what the lead time was like my choices. We chatted and joked for a few minutes, he walked me to the door and asked again about contact information, which I refused because I just don't know if that furniture will fit in my door. While I didn't buy anything, Justin's customer service was not pushy, annoying or overwhelming and made me feel like I made a friend while browsing at furniture. I went to the Marion, Ohio Ashley Home Store with a definite list of furniture items I wanted. Within minutes a sales lady found the exact sofa I wanted. Then she showed me bar stools, but I initially decided they were pricier than I was willing to pay. She did some magic with her phone & lowered the price enough that I bought three of them. I got four pieces of good furniture for an excellent price& left the store very happy.

Delivery men would not remove old furniture for my elderly, disabled mother, who can barely walk, even though they used to do that when delivering old furniture. They told her that she's responsible for moving it herself, and don't care if she doesn't have anything to sit on while she waits for them to arrive again. They were very condescending about it. The delivery fee is $160, plus tax, and they don't even remove old furniture. We won't be doing business with Ashley again. They used to be our go-to for furniture. Not anymore. Needless to say, she does not have her new furniture. I guess they expect her to spend even more money to hire professional movers? She's 75, and on a limited income like most seniors. She can't afford to do that.

She made it her priority to get me the best deal possible !!!, Like when i didnt know if i wanted to get a comfiter for my bed or not, she explained it covers any spills or damanges to the bed if i get the confiter and sheetz thru them. She also got me a bundle for all the accessories for $365 and was able to convince the manager to throw in a deal since i would pick up my matress but have them only deliver the smart bed frame i bought with my temper pedic.

Update: Spoke to the person in charge and he did a great job handling the situation! Thank you My experience with this company has been absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a sofa in December of 2022 and it has been nothing but issues since then. Shortly after purchased the sofa was already showing signs of a defect. I contacted Ashley and they sent someone out to "repair it". It was not repair correctly in fact it looks worse than it originally did, and is once again showing signs of wear and tear. At this point i would like it replaced as there is no reason a new sofa should have these issues. I've attempted to make contact because it is unacceptable and have not heard back after leaving a message two weeks ago. I understand they probably get a high volume of calls, but two weeks?! I don't usually leave reviews but I'm completely disappointed in my experience with this store considering the money I spent.

I had the best experience ever at Ashley Home Furniture store in Marion Oh. My incredible sales representative was Rachal. Rachal could tell I was lost and needed some help. I was trying to shop by myself and didn’t have a clue. She stayed close but not to close. I finally let her in my space and that was the best decision ever. She took her time and drew out the room I needed furniture in. She set an appointment to come and look at it the next day. Did measurements and brought photos. The following day I went back to the store where she showed me some pieces she picked out. She listened to my request for the purpose of the room. I am happy with my purchase and great full that it was not a pushy experience. I will return.

Jessie was extremely helpful, very patient when waiting for me to gather the information she needed, and nicer than any person I have come in contact with in the furniture industry here in Houston. I only wish we had more Jessie's in the furniture retail industry to make shopping an enjoyable experience for those of us first time furniture buyers. She deserves a raise and lots of recognition. We stopped by Ashley's store in Marion, and we spoke with Rachal. She helped us find a couch and loveseat. She was very professional and answered all our questions. I normally don't buy the first thing I see that I like, but I felt confident in this decision. I would highly recommend visiting her store in Marion, and Nicholas who assisted also knew his"stuff" and was very pleasant!

Mindy J. Is the reason I stayed looking and bought my beautiful furniture. She was very informative without being pushy. Casually checked in on us here and there with a very welcoming smile. I hope someone big is watching her and taking notes on how to gain customers.

If I could only give more than a 10 star review of Jessie and Doug! They went over and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. Courteous, friendly, patient, and I felt no pressure as many places do. Doug moved recliners around in the store to my selected item (didn't like collection recliner) so I could visually see the how it would look in my home. Can't say enough about the service and I will always be an Ashley customer!

Rachal was so nice to talk to. She took time asking us about our sleep habits and then showing us several different mattresses and asking if we felt pressure in any area. She was really attentive to our needs and it was a fun and easy process selecting our new mattress! We are thrilled with the service and our new mattress.

My salesperson was Whitney and she was more than wonderful. Can't wait to get myself and I love the two chairs I bought which I brought home myself. LOL

Excellent experience with the delivery personnel. Jeff and Schyler were efficient, kind, and respectful of the furniture! They did a spectacular job, had to go up flights of stairs and did not complain. 5 star rating to them. The store however, 1 star. It took AWHILE, months, for the couch to come in which is unacceptable, and I did not receive a call on an update or apology. Would recommend these red carpet delivery drivers any day! The store, never again!

Starting our first major remodel ever, we were directed to the Marion Ashley store by family. We went in for a mattress. Misty met us at the door and knew just what we were looking for. We picked out our mattress in just minutes. She was amazing! While she worked on the paperwork, we wandered through the store. It's beautiful and then, we turned a corner, and there it was...my dream sofa! It's fantastic and Misty helped us put it and a matching recliner on layaway! I'm going to go out on a limb and say that most of our remodel will take place right at that store! Beautiful store and wonderfully friendly and helpful people. You won't go wrong shopping with them!

The salesperson was fine. The quality and price was stupid. $500 for delivery. When I'm spending 5k...I don't think so..kinda sad, I purchased my last two sets from there. But I guess they have new management. No deals to be had on memorial day?
