She fully deserved the commission 👏. The special sale price was a shock! Usually, deals and sales are just hype, but this was a really good discount! I'll be back because Ashley has been fair with us a number of times now.

Sadee was so very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

Purchase from anywhere else. We purchased a sectional from Ashley Home Store for well over $2400 back in December 2021, and were convinced to get a 5 year warranty protection on it that cost us an additional $329. That warranty has been a PAIN to attempt to get anything covered, they haven’t replaced or done ANYTHING. We’ve contacted Ashley multiple times, even gone into the store for them to say they admit the warranty company is bad and they no longer service through them and do in house but ours is still through this bad company. Ashley initially said they could try to help replace/repair themselves but have never contacted us back either after months. Such poor service and communication. Edit: January 29, 2026 Ashley Homestore employees were very quick to resolve the issues I had with the Montage warranty company. Logan followed me through a new claim that was also quickly denied, and utilized the warranty towards credit for the store. We worked with Sam who was also very empathetic about our previous sales experiences and was honest about the best couch to purchase with young kiddos, and were sent home with a cleaning kit. Thank you guys for making everything right! (Edit from 1 to 5 star)

We walked into Ashley and were greeted by Sam. We were just looking but she helped us find what we were looking for. We wanted to think about it overnight and she had no problem with it. Next day she reached out and set up a time for me to come in and order it had all the information already in made it very simple for us. Our recliner sofa was only 7 months old when we started having manufacture problems. We called customer service and our Marion Ohio store to resolve our issues with it. Everyone we dealt with were awesome. They resolved the problems,we ordered a new sofa. We have bought several items over the years with this being the first time we had issues. I recently visited that store. I was happy to get greeted by the employees in that store even employees who werent assisting me but who walked by me while they were busy helping other shoppers. One in particular was Carter. Carter was very knowledgeable with the job, helping me, answering any questions I had while shopping the store along with being able to assist 2 other shoppers while assisting me. I was happy when I left the store, I found several items I will be getting down the road along with getting deals I didnt think I was gonna get. I plan on shopping that particular store down the road whenever I need something new or would like to just look around. This particular store is alot better than the store in Ontario.

Loved working with Sam. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She has only worked there for a few months, but she was able to answer all of our questions, and it was very easy to stay in contact with her. We will be going back to finish furnishing our home.

Sales people were nice but kind of pushy to try and up sell us, which I understand is their job. Found a nice couch in our budget. Seemed to be fairly good quality. Asked for a delivery two weeks out. Never got a call text or email for confirmation. The day we asked it to be delivered two weeks later we still hadn't received any confirmation. Had to call around to find out what was going on. We were told our sales person completely forgot to schedule our delivery and that it would be another week. We asked for a refund or store credit on the failed delivery fee and we were told by the manager of the Marion store that "that's not their problem and we should have read the fine print". I wouldn't be so mad if they weren't so disrespectful. Edit: they did in the end reach out again to try and make things right which I do appreciate.

Our local Ashley has been a go to for us for many furniture pieces. The showroom and hospitality are top notch. We worked with Jeremiah and he was great. I went in 2x’s to look as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. He was patient and not pushy at all. We have an issue we’re working through with another piece of furniture that we purchased previously. The warranty is through a 3rd party company and it has been annoying to deal with! They are helping with the next step of the process and we are hopeful our issue gets resolved! We highly recommend this store for your furniture needs!

Warning ⚠️ do not pay $700 for the so called warranty! I've been buying furniture here for 30 years and the warranties and never had issues with them until now. We bought an $8k sectional from them and a $700 4 year warranty that included pet protection and 2 years later they are mincing words and not covering damage through the warranty .

I really wanted to patronize this store since it's veteran owned and offered an awesome deal for veterans. I had first talked with Nicholas over the phone. He was pleasant and answered my questions. So, I decided to stop in to see if the store had the item I found online. The associate showed me a similar item. I expressed that I wanted to sit on the item I had found, which they did not have. The only help I got from Julie was I would have to call other stores to see if they had it on their floor. Really? I thought that's what a sales associate would do. Sadly, that's where it ended.

I went into Ashley Furniture in Marion on 06/10/2024. I didn't even buy furniture yet, but I had a wonderful customer service experience with Justin. He asked if he could help me when I walked in, I explained that I was looking for furniture for my living room. I didn't know what I wanted, my old farm house has narrow doors and I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there to replace my old furniture. He and I chatted a bit about some options and then he let me roam through the store. He checked in on me about half way through the store to see if I needed any help. When I was getting ready to leave, I touched base with him. He asked about what I found, if I had any questions about the options, and if we could exchange contact information. I told him, I needed to go home and remeasure my door because I was afraid the options that I liked wouldn't fit. I showed him the ones I did like and he informed what the lead time was like my choices. We chatted and joked for a few minutes, he walked me to the door and asked again about contact information, which I refused because I just don't know if that furniture will fit in my door. While I didn't buy anything, Justin's customer service was not pushy, annoying or overwhelming and made me feel like I made a friend while browsing at furniture. Thank you for the great customer service experience!

When we walked in we were greeted by Julie at the Marion OH store. She was professional and understanding that we were looking at a whirlwind of pros and cons to each couch we came across but thankfully through her guidance we were able to come to a decision within our budget. I would suggest to others asking for Julie as her real world experience in furniture buying made her a reliable and trustworthy sales associate! Also I didn’t feel as if she was suffocating or pushing as most places show floor staff can be. The other employees were also so very friendly everyone with a smile. 1000% recommend over big sandy or big lots.

What I got was awesome customer experience and a whole new living room set complete with small side tables, coffee table, and ottoman. I went to the Marion, Ohio Ashley Home Store with a definite list of furniture items I wanted. Within minutes a sales lady found the exact sofa I wanted. Then she showed me bar stools, but I initially decided they were pricier than I was willing to pay. She did some magic with her phone & lowered the price enough that I bought three of them. I got four pieces of good furniture for an excellent price& left the store very happy.
