Callie was wonderful to work with! We picked a bedroom suite and were unable to get all the parts to fit in our bedroom. Callie and the store manager went out of their way to help us find the PERFECT bedroom suite. Fantastic experience!
Callie Roger's greeted me promptly Upon entering the store. Did not have to look for anybody or hunt somebody down. She listened to what I needed and Made suggestions. I came in thinking that I would have to pick a bedroom suit or a couch.She made it happen in one trip. She was very acknowledgeable about the products . And help me work in my budget to get both a bedroom suit and a couch. She was very friendly explained everything. I highly recommend this store in their staff. Had a great experience for having to lay down the money I had to.
When we walked in we were greeted by Julie at the Marion OH store. She was professional and understanding that we were looking at a whirlwind of pros and cons to each couch we came across but thankfully through her guidance we were able to come to a decision within our budget. I would suggest to others asking for Julie as her real world experience in furniture buying made her a reliable and trustworthy sales associate! Also I didn’t feel as if she was suffocating or pushing as most places show floor staff can be. The other employees were also so very friendly everyone with a smile. 1000% recommend over big sandy or big lots.
